В игре есть баги и косяки, из-за которых приходится переигрывать с чекпоинта. Это бесит. Особенно учитывая то, что игра становится менее отполированной ближе к концу. Боёвка неплохая, стиль оригинальный, а сюжет очень весёлый, что для жанра редкость. Причём он тут достаточно ироничный и абсурдный — весьма оригинальное решение.

При этом в одиночку играть было бы скучно. Потому рекомендую проходить в компании и брать во внимание наличие шероховатостей. Проект не идеальный, но прикольный и самобытный. С скандинавским духом от самих скандинавов

Если смотреть на Zombie Vikings как на битэмап — он просто средний. Не плохой, не ужасный, но есть те же Castle Crashers, которые играются пободрее, есть Streets of Rage 4, вышел недавно Marvel Cosmic Invasion. Можно смело пропускать.

Но вот если понравится местный юмор и стилистика, чем-то напоминающая Double Fine, только ещё безбашеннее — игра вполне может стать личным маленьким шедевром.

В общем, пробовать с осторожностью, на свой страх и риск. Я не пожалел о потраченном времени, но не могу уверенно рекомендовать этот опыт другим.

Весёлый хаос, где ты управляешь командой зомби викингов и идёшь крушить всё на своём пути. Сюжет прост, как топор: злодей Локи украл глаз Одина, а тебе надо его вернуть - звучит серьёзно, но игра тут же подмигивает и добавляет тонну абсурдного юмора, от которого то и дело ржёшь в голос. Визуально всё выглядит стильно - будто нарисовали от руки, с этой фирменной «картонной» эстетикой, которая сразу цепляет взгляд. Геймплей - классический сайд скроллер: бежишь слева направо, лупишь врагов, собираешь лут и время от времени применяешь крутые спецприёмы, у каждого персонажа свои. С друзьями играть в разы веселее - можно воскрешать друг друга, устраивать совместные комбо и просто ржать над очередным дурацким диалогом.

Buggy with meh humor and ugly/annoying main playable characters. But it is slightly fun at times and the story is interesting. Finished it though i would recommend "stick it to the man" since its a better title from the Devs.

Jeu avec un Humour décalé, mais a quelques bugs, même 10 ans après sa sortie (des ennemis se bloques sans raisons, peuvent vous bloquer et parfois des transformations de personnages peuvent vous faire tomber hors des limites du jeu (tomber dans le vide)
La direction artistique reste décalé et donne un petit côté loufoque.

Look, I've played my fair share of beat-em-ups - probably too many if I'm being honest - and this one's actually got something going for it. They've done this thing where you hold down buttons to charge attacks instead of just mashing them like a sugar-rushed child having a fit.

Imagine you're a game developer, right? And you're sitting there thinking, "How can I make a game that's simultaneously the most ridiculous and most entertaining thing possible?" This is what happens. It's like the immaculate conception of video game design - conceived in pure, unadulterated madness.

If you're playing this alone, good luck. It's about as balanced as a one-legged elephant trying to ride a unicycle. The game clearly wants you to play with friends, which is fine if you've got them. I'm fortunate enough to have at least three people who can still tolerate me, so that worked out.

The platforming bits are about as reliable as a chocolate teapot. Sometimes you're trying to jump on these water jets, right, and it's like trying to coordinate a group of drunk cats. And don't get me started on the throwing mechanics - it's meant to be cooperative, but half the time you end up launching your mate into oblivion. [i]*laughs*[/i] Actually, that part's quite fun.

And the weapons! More variety than a hipster coffee shop, but about as useful as a chocolate teapot. Fifty swords that essentially do the same thing. It's like going to a restaurant and being offered fifty ways to boil an egg.

But here's the thing - despite all that, I actually enjoyed it. It's got this charm about it, like a slightly dim but enthusiastic puppy. And when you're playing with friends, it's actually quite fun.

Should you buy it? Well, if you've got friends who enjoy a bit of mindless violence and don't mind some dodgy platforming, yeah, give it a go. It's like a zombie version of a kebab after a night out - it's not gourmet dining, but with the right company, it hits the spot.

Just remember to bring friends - or at least people who owe you money and can't say no.

L'ho droppato praticamente subito dopo averlo provato in single player. Capisco che sia un gioco improntato per il multiplayer, ma ha una modalità storia giocabile in singolo, se me la metti deve essere perlomeno giocabile, o no? invece i comandi per tastiera sono scomodi, sei più o meno obbligato a giocarlo col pad.
Ho impostato la lingua Italiana coi sottotitoli e non funziona, è tutto comunque in Inglese.
E' scattoso, dopo 5 minuti le animazioni dei nemici si sono buggate, sembrava che tremassero e si teletrasportassero.
Peccato perchè la storia è carina e anche l'umorismo non sembra male.

这个游戏肯定是制作精良，不论是画面还是配音还是台词设计都没得说。武器系统也很好玩，帮老奶奶找猫那个支线剧情会解锁一把毛茸茸的会放屁的剑，用毒气杀伤敌人。

唯一的问题是我不想一直打怪，太单调了，偏偏你还不能不打怪，一旦有怪出现就会封锁住路不让你走，必须把怪全清干净。这也太不自由了，就不能睁一只眼闭一只眼互相放过么？

看得出这游戏很适合和家人朋友一起玩，尤其适合父母带着孩子玩，但自己玩就……虽说有可爱的小猪陪伴，但总能感受到很深的寂寞。

Как же она ужасно оптимизирована, то графон, то звук все багается, каждый раз надо заходить в меню и делать настройки заново, а то при выходе они не сохраняются
Но если закрыть на все это глаза то забавно побегать, рофлы годные, было бы наверное круче пройти в коопе, но у меня нет друзей

Great funky music and characters.

Though a platform game, there is a little bit of movement forward to back as well as left to right!

Game page says Local Couch COOP only, but it also has a Local Couch PVP as well! Always full screen (no split screen).

I was able to do Local Couch COOP with an Xbox Core Controller + an 8BitDo Pro 2.

I think this is my favorite game on Steam with the lowest amount of reviews.
It is for sure a hidden gem.

The humor and animation is very similar to Stick it to the Man! I love both. The beat em up fighting is pretty good, but because the game is rather long and has a lot of small substories explaining the 4 playable characters, it kind of doesn't match up well. There are also many many side characters introduced and everyone is voiced.

I feel like it would have worked better as a wacky RPG or Slay the Spire like team deck builder game. Even when I thought the game would end it would just keep going and going and introducing more characters and new areas. I hate to complain about too much content, but it didn't seem to match with the beat 'em up game play well. The later areas also had some small bugs like enemies getting trapped off screen or your character getting trapped in some stage geometry.

All that said it's a great game to play through for the wackiness and story.

They don't make games like this anymore. A real blast, quality content.

I hate beat'em ups because they are boring and a slugfest. You never know how long the fights will last, because enemies are just keep coming.
Not in this one, here the game sends only a handful of enemies against you, but every enemy even the minions have funny "backstories" quotes as animals. They all fit the mythology as well. You really have to try it, this is not your average beat'em up.

An hour in it does start to get annoying though. So all the beginning being good seems to vanish an hour in. Too bad...

Xbox controller did not work in game the first time i launched the game, but worked after a restart. Was able to select numbers of players after that, but then the game crashed on loading screen, and then on the first intro video on second attempt. After a new restart, the game started to crash on game launch and started crashing to desktop.

I gave up. Just not worth my time. If you buy this, I see bugs and crashes in your future.

Нашел голову деда.Увидел короля глистов,нашел тело деда,И БЕЖАЛ ОТ КОРОЛЯ ЧТО АЖ ЖОПА ГОРЕЛА! Дали поросю которая рыгала мне в ноги и я отлетал до поросячего космоса. Увидел толстую кису которая любит лизать игрушечную кису и блевать комками с мечами. Не знаю может забыл выпить таблетки от шизы. Но так игра топовая.

Está guapo, los dibujos están graciosos, buena música, una historia cargada de bromas (hasta incluso en los créditos), mucha variedad de armas para combinar, y tiene cooperativo por si tienes 1-3 amigos con quien jugarlo. Tiene algunos bugs, pero en resumen un buen juego muy entrañable, y para todas las edades. Buen trabajo Zoink Games. 👍

⚠️Atención: Si ves que te sale en otro idioma, CADA VEZ QUE LO ABRAS ve a cambiar el idioma, lo pones en cualquier idioma, luego lo vuelves a poner en español, y a jugar, ya te saldrá en español.

Bought this on sale to play with friends. The cutscenes and voice lines during gameplay are fantastic, but they're about the only reason to play this game.

Maybe if it were only two players, this would be cohesive, but it's a complete mess with 4. Even though we all have our own copy and playing networked, it was hard to keep track of our characters due to them *constantly moving*. They all have an arrow over their head, and are even color-coded, but since your character INSISTS on moving forward a huge amount every second or third attack, you end up across the screen from where you thought you were. Enemies are hard to spot as they're often smaller than the players and not highlighted at all. SEVERAL times, everyone stopped moving to see where the enemy/enemies still were to beat up. About an hour into it, all four of us were bummed that the fun setup was tied to a boat anchor of a game. Just get Castle Crashers, it's the same concept but with a far more readable screen.

ИМХО, очень недооцененный Beat'em Up, с прекрасным юмором и крутой атмосферой. Незначительные баги иногда портят впечатление, но ничего критического не словил. Куча колоритных персонажей, действительно остроумные шутейки, без попыток "никого не обидеть", всё то чего очень не хватает современной игровой индустрии. Однозначно рекомендуется.

The game is good and sometimes even hilarious, but unfortunately there are so many bugs that you can't even progress through the stages.
That's too sad, it would be a good game if not for that. And no, you won't be able to avoid those bugs, your only chance of getting away is restarting the whole check point over and over again, until the enemies don't get stuck somewhere away from the screen or even invincible

Скорее всего, во всём виноваты грибы... вообщем вдумайтесь, коварный Локи обманным путём ворует у стареющего Одина единственный глаз и верховное божество призывает для возврата утраченного компанию брутальных зомби, при чем история каждого из них будет представлена в игре. Противниками выступают естественно опарыши (всё таки пожиратели трупов), бездомные коты, клептоманы гномы, да и чёрт знает кто, одним из боссов выступает "Северное море", ну что прониклись степенью упоротости разработчиков? А вообще если серьёзно Zombie Vikings крайне приятный проект с неплохой боёвкой и забойным кооперативом, по стилю очень напоминает Deathspank без РПГ составляющей, в игре много юмора и иронии, достаётся всем начиная от Гамлета до Майкла Бэя и Аббы, обыгрываются сцены из Титаника, имеется свинка с вмонтированным гранотомётом, куча интересных побочных заданий. Вообщем не пожалейте время на это творение Zoink Games, как минимум просто поднимите настроение, итог - заслуженные 7 баллов
