细腻的手绘风吸引我买下了这款游戏，但真正让我“跪了”的，是它的音乐！我原本以为这只是一款短平快的“快餐游戏”，没想到这配乐一响，整个人的鸡皮疙瘩都起来了。怎么说呢，我听过很多游戏插曲，但是像这种空灵又悠远，搭配着手绘森林的气息，沉浸感直接拉满了。尤其是“中心地带”和“晶爆海岸”，实在太好听太好听了。

作为一个被各种“攻略教我玩游戏”折磨过的玩家，《The Wild at Heart》的解密设计简直是股清流，这才是真正的解密游戏该有的样子啊！它不需要啰哩八嗦的引导NPC，也不需要你一边玩一边切出去看图文攻略。所有的线索都恰到好处地摆在场景里，逻辑自洽又充满巧思。当你卡关时，只要静下心来观察一下四周，就会恍然大悟：“哦！原来如此！”这种靠自己智慧解开谜题的成就感，真的太爽了！

[h2] 游戏的流程也非常友好。 [/h2]
出了新手村，总共就三张大地图。任务线也很清晰：找到地图门口那个睡大觉或者需要帮助的“守护者”（其实就是点亮传送点），然后回去交个任务，接着就在地图里自由探索。短，但是短的刚刚好。它没有为了凑时长而强行注水，每一个场景、每一个谜题都精雕细琢，玩下来意犹未尽。

不过，这游戏节奏非常慢，需要十足的耐心，但不是那种“咬牙坚持”的耐心，而是一种“愿意慢下来与主角同步”的耐心。

总的来说，《The Wild at Heart》是一款非常棒的独立游戏。它像一首优美的短诗，也像一杯午后暖茶。如果你不追求3A大作的刺激，只想找个周末，静下心来，沉浸到一个童话般的世界里，你绝对可以试一试。

I LOVED the Nintendo Pikmim games, so I was excited to see an indie dev finally take on the Pikmin formula. This is NOT it. I really wanted to love this game, but there were too many basic problems.

The keyboard controls are clunky and unintuitive, AND there is no way to rebind controls

The vacuum pack was a creative twist on Pikmin's whistle mechanic, but the vacuum, unlike the whistle, does not recall your pikmin to you at the range or speed needed for Pikmin combat (which was already bare bones). This removes a major piece of the tactics in Pikmin combat.

I wanted to give this a fair chance anyway, but between bad combat and other clubky mechanics, I managed to get soft-locked twice in 2 hours.

While I'm grumbling, there was too much dialogue and too little getting-to-the-gameplay.

An OK story game with some decent exploration puzzles, but overall lacking some basic and critical features.

Beautiful, storybook-like graphics meet Pikmin! I enjoyed the little hearwarming story and had fun exploring the different areas as well as the unique personalities of the characters. Though I expected a bit more from the ending and at some point got a little tired in my collectathon, the journey was filled with lots of eye-candy.

I've played "The Wild at Heart" before ever knowing about Pikmin - so the gameplay and mechanics felt completely fresh to me. I still haven't played Pikmin, btw.

I originally bought this for my Nintendo Switch, then bought it again on Steam after getting a Steam Deck. No regrets either time.

What initially drew me in was the art style. Definitely. But this is not style over substance - not at all. Every part of the game screams Labour of Love. The art, the soundtrack, and a story that sneaks up on you without ever making you feel uneasy.

The mechanics are easy enough to pull you straight into the loop: gather more Spritelings, level up, craft potions, and help the Greenshields free the Deep Woods from the darkness that is The Never.

The only point of critique: this is the one game I would have bought DLC for — and there is none.

10/10 after my second playthrough. It plays great on Steam Deck. Thoroughly recommended.

Good game? I think the majority of people who are interested in this game are so because of the pikmin-like nature strategy gameplay. So if it has any appeal to you from that end, it's an easy recommendation. This game is largely creative, largely stylistic, and well-paced in its progression.
The plot sees Wake and Kirby get lost in the Deep Woods and become members of the junkyard Green Shield defense team against the forces of evil, as they explore the tundras, caves, and beaches of the locale. They are joined by 5 types of fairy-lings, our expendable worker locals, which generally cover the expected niches of Fast, Eager, Healthy, Strong, and Aquaman.
Difficulty is selected by both the game's initial difficulty selection and the wide array of tools available to ease or expand on difficulty, mainly whether the player explores at night, which has the player characters chased by Never-Spawn. Following the game's early tutorials will lead to a generally easy game, as it doesn't though given the amount of systems and controls needed to learn, this is not a bad thing.
The gameplay has common issues with bugs around exploration, and I found my game interrupted by movement glitches and softlocks: ghost fairy-lings, unresponsive switching, path blocked by poor pathfinding. The game's save system doesn't allow these to bog the game too much, but it's generally something to be aware of.
Having said all that, I think the game's artistic scope is limited by its ending, which struggles with a rushed pacing and a particularly lackluster pay-off to one of the game's emotional hooks.
Still, it's a functional and fun game.

看攻略才通关。二周目夜晚没有可怕的幽灵了，可以完成箱子的收集。真的晚上不能出去这个设定太让人生气（即使夜精灵出现也不好攻击），有的传送阵竟然和营地不在一起。但是，有的收集，不看攻略无法达成成就（比如书页的收集，有的在指定剧情里，如果没注意，后面也无法补收集了，除非重玩）。

总体来说还是值得一玩，完美的游戏也很难得嘛，差不多就行了。

One of the better games out there that really uses the Overlord minion mechanics in fun and innovative ways. From combat to minion utilities, the 5 varieties of minions (or Spritelings, as they are called) are enough to really give the game its own charm with the amount and complexities of the puzzles and enemy varieties (there are several base types and the rest are re-skins with their corresponding biome upgrade/specialty). Plus, there is a crafting system and a day-night cycle where the night is more dangerous but more rewarding.

Story wise, it is a genre of kids running away and entering a magical forest, that kind of trope. Still, the lore is deep enough to warrant a sequel if they ever decide to. Will definitely give it a go if they do but if they don't the current flow of the story ends in a way that is open ended but also a good enough ending to just leave it as it is.

Definitely a game worth your dough, very kid friendly enough. The achievements are mostly straightforward but there is like 3 - 4 collectible types, made easy if you progress enough into the game to get them from the Map guy. 1 potentially missable if you really didnt pay attention as the item exist in a part of the map that you can no longer go back to and it is near the final boss that, once initiated, will lock you out unless you quick load back or play it again.

Sales or bundles is always recommended. Enjoy! XD

Game is mostly boring and the artstyle just makes it annoying to determine what's interactable or not. I don't know if it's just me but it feels like this game was designed for the player to just keep hitting progression walls so they have to keep back-tracking to previously visited locations only to find out you were supposed to go somewhere else to pad things out. I got to the part where there are 3 objective markers on the map, lo and behold you get to a roadblock going towards the left one, you go to the upper one, can't cross the river, go to the right one, get an ability then another roadblock, use the ability to get to the left one, meet a big fox, you have to get stuff for it but to get that stuff you need an ability you get somewhere else I don't care anymore. Now that I think about it I do remember getting an ability to cross the river but I don't remember why I still didn't get to the marker, I must have hit another obstacle.

I kept dropping and picking this game up over months now trying to get through it. Just now while exploring I came across a group of enemies that look just like the easy enemies in the beginning but in this area they are almost invulnerable and destroyed almost all 40 of my sprites. I lost almost all my sprites once before so I know getting them back is actually easy, but what's hard this time is mustering up the interest to continue exploring this dreadfully boring world further afterwards, mostly areas I already visited just to see if now I can get through that gate or floor hazard that halted my progress before. While what I described is present in many games, the roadblocks in this one just feel so painfully arbitrary and numerous, it's hard to imagine the payoff for all that being worth it.

很喜欢画风，可以因为画风给到8分，两个小朋友带着一群更小的幼稚园朋友春游的感觉~解谜很好玩，不看攻略多动动脑子就行（捡到的手册里有很多提示可以利用起来，里面也补充了很多很萌的设定）。缺点：剧情基本可以忽略不看，没什么有意思的而且结尾感觉有点潦草，再就是战斗系统，非常弱智的战斗系统，后期小精灵多了真是投掷到手软，而且后面搬东西路远的话等的真的非常无聊，小精灵总是跟着跟着丢了，后期我感觉自己真的变成幼稚园园长了时刻检查小朋友人数。但是总体而言还是非常值得玩的！

Just finished, completed all the achievements as well! I absolutely loved it! Regarding the gimmick, since I'm used to all the Pikmin series, it was quite easy for me to grasp.

I enjoyed all the puzzles and got excited every unknown corner of the maps there.

I was kind of hoping that the last part doesn't involve combat. (Similar to Mother, maybe?) Just because all the Spritelings has became 'bullets' essentially and their trait didn't play any role, or at least for me, it was too busy to switch the type of Spritelings.

But I liked that I could walk around after the ending roll, unlike Zelda games.

All in all, I really enjoyed this and hope it was a little bit more longer...! Even though it took 24 hours for me to beat the game, I just didn't want it to end...

2D Pikmin was all I needed to hear. It's get much less of a focus on combat and strategy compared to Pikmin, but leans more heavily into simple puzzles, atmosphere, and story. It does well at what it sets out to do and was such a lovely experience that I 100%'d it. Though I do wish it had a bit more of challenging combat and strategic depth that I get from Pikmin.

Sehr schönes und beseeltes Spiel nach bekannter Pikmin-Spielmechanik. Story ist kurzweilig, aber auch nicht zu knapp erzählt. Spielzeit rein storymäßig auf jeden Fall unter 20h (stehe kurz vorm Finale), aber auch mit Achievement-Hunting nicht länger, da sehr human. Kann es jedem empfehlen, der Pikmin mochte, da es sich doch etwas anders spielen lässt, aber nicht weniger spaßig.

Unfortunately I have a problem and it seems that I'm not the only one.
If you throw spritelings there's a chance that 1 of the get stuck or 1 get lost.
It's difficult to find it back.
Because you need every single one of them to complete tasks and continue the journey, i had to restart the game.

I've restarted the game 2 times already. At this point I've got the same issue again and I really don't want to restart for a 3th time. I've checked the map but I can't see spritelings. Also checked if I can recall them but that's not possible (yet?). I've noticed that there's a topic with this same issue from 5 years ago. Are they any solutions that will work?

Still I choose to recommend it with the advice to check if there's a solution to this problem first

An adorable cozy game with a nice story + mechanics. Despite the grind near the end, the achieves hunting was fun. Wish there was more to the epilogue though.. will miss the lil Spritelings and the Greenshields.

What if Don't Starve was Pikmin and so chill you can take a nap after playing? You recruit a bunch of lil' dudes with special abilities and feel shameful when you get a dozen of them killed. There's stuff to collect, simple crafting (always carry some meals because beetles love to ignore your minions and charge at you!), and some enjoyably goofy writing.

I avoided this game because the main guy has Tumblr Nose. Don't be like me.

This was in my wishlist for a while. As soon as I got I was hooked. Finished and 100% just a brilliant game. If you liked Pikmin this is much better. Get it !

逆天游戏，一路上放怪消耗小精灵然后不给我补充，之后要让小精灵用木头搭桥，资源放河岸两边，去对岸拿剩下的木头的过河路是单向的，然后在搬木头的必经之路上放一个强控AOE怪，木头没搬成差点把我剩下的小精灵全灭了，硬着头皮继续推，结果找到了双胞胎了依旧没地方补充小精灵，也没有传送点能让我返回营地，现在我小精灵全灭，直接卡在地图中间死档了，制作组WCNM

What a gem, beautiful graphics and an interesting story. Really loved the puzzle challenge to the game, it was just the right difficulty as I get overwhelmed quite easily. I recommend completing the grove challenges and bounties as soon as you can as that will help with completing the story objectives. I played on the easiest setting and this is one of my top three games now.

I played this game way earlier in 2021 when it was on gamepass, and from the start i already felt a good vibes coming from the game. Fast forward to this year, i bought this game on steam and start it from the beginning again. This, this is an example of a developer that put so much love into their game. where players enjoyment is their priority. Just from the graphic style itself i already fell in love with the game. It looks so mesmerizing and beautiful. Every object looks perfect. And most importantly, they don't look boring. And then the music. Beautiful, perfect with the theme, except the end credit, which not bad, but expected more tune. The story feels like something from fairy tale, but with little bit of twist. The gameplay is ok, some people mention it likes pikmin, but i never play pikmin, so, i can't judge it. Most of it like a simple survival game, with health, looting, and crafting, but the main part is you control creatures like a spirit, and throw them to do combat, gathering items, and do most of the puzzles and quests. I really like how simple it sound but there wasn't a moment where i feel bored for long, they don't feel repetitive, since you have differen types of spirit where you can mix and match. The puzzles also great especially mid to late game. They're not overwhelming. Main or side characters also have fun personalities, that will keep you entertaining. The world has different biomes, but still keeping the style kind of same to the others. And there are some nice little detail that truly make the game immersive at some point. Like you can kick some objects, day and night cycle, interaction with npc's, and some different things between day and night, safe and outside safe area. Some critics tho, there are few glitches that either froze me, or just the character or objects twitching around in the background, but its so rare happen. And also the enemy spawn is really weird, its hard to explain, but they don't respawn so often.

For me, this game close to being a masterpiece. I just love the whole vibe of the game. And i highly recommend this game to everybody, its one of the best hidden gem.

Einfach ein hervorragendes Spiel mit schöner Story! Das Gameplay ist ähnlich wie Pikmin und einwandfrei umgesetzt. Die Spielmechaniken und Rätsel machen Spaß und auch die Kämpfe waren nie zu schwer oder nervig. Der Wechsel zwischen den Charakteren bringt zusätzlich Abwechslung. In der mit wunderbarer Grafik gestalteten Welt gibt es viel zu entdecken und die Musik trägt zusätzlich zur Stimmung bei. Für mich eine 10/10!

It is exactly what it looks like a cute and cozy little game. The puzzles are simple but still fun. It has a nice faux nostalgic story with retro tech items. It is a perfectly pleasantly generic little cozy game. If I am to make any complaint, it would be that jumping down from broken ladders won't always put you where you intuitively think it will. As well as, the ending was a bit abrupt and ambiguous. This was surprising because the story felt like it was meant to have a real conclusion.

그ㅏ거 제외하면 할거없을 때 하기 좋은 것 같아요!!
난이도가 높은 편이 아니라서 마지막 보스전?? 같은 것도 쉬웠씁니다
앞에 퍼즐? 길찾기? 요부분만 잘 하면 쉬운 겜ㅎㅎ
피크민이나 퍼즐겜 같은거 좋아하거나
할 겜 없으면 세일할 때!! 구매해서 하는 것 추천합니더ㅏ

After 4 years, I finally get to play this game for real. And it's soo good. I like the art style, the music, the characters. The story pulls you in and keeps going. Only some of the puzzles take quite a while to figure out, so don't get discouraged. There might also be some glitching, but thankfully the game has previous saves you can restart from. If you enjoy playing cozy (with creepy night music) games, this might be for you.

15h全成就，画面是非常漂亮又独特的手绘风格，属于是那种其他7.5分，画面+2分，综合9.5分，非常推荐玩一下。
7.5分是因为游戏本身挺好玩的，但流程引导有时候会卡关（我没看攻略，但那是因为我一遍遍地扫图找突破口）小精灵的AI弱智得难以置信，我像是带了一群幼儿园小朋友去郊游，走着走着莫名其妙掉队几个，要不就摆烂不动，在此基础上战斗手感也非常潦草，我宁愿他把战斗给删了。
