After finishing Road 96, I played Mile 0 only to be disappointed by the skateboard/roller skating portions. I felt that they took the best parts of what made Road 96 good and tossed those away only to add a mediocre rhythm section that no one wanted. It is too bad as the storyline is almost as good as the original and nicely flushed out the Zoe character.

This game needs a whole revamp to make it any where near the original Road 96. Such a major let down after Road 96 in which I consider it to be one of the better story telling games I've played.

Skip this even if you liked Road 96 unless you like skateboarding/rhythm games I guess.

а вот эта предистория сильно отличается гемплеем и неуместные мемори-мини-игры сильно рушат погружение и не вписываются в вайб оригинальной игры!
(какойто эксперементальный концепт, но эксперементальный калл должен стоить дешевле 1$ без скидки)

вызывает негативное послевкусие (хорошо что я вначале прошёл оригинальную часть, иначе оформил бы рефанд с порога)

Не понимаю прикола со смешанными отзывами. Из-за них я подумал, что вся игра - это Subway Surfers, а за кадром диктор просто будет рассказывать историю и поэтому был скептически настроен. Как же я ошибался. Мало того, что (по моему мнению) сюжетная часть гораздо лучше, чем в Road 96, здесь еще и платформенные уровни с офигенной музыкой и более яркие персонажи, которые больше раскрыты, чем в той же Road 96 - например Джон. От концовки и титров с музыкой мурашки по коже. Эта игра стоит 2-3 Road 96!

Jeu pas mal, mais bien en deçà de Road 96. Comptez 3 heures de jeu environ. La musique reste toujours super. En revanche, contrairement à Road 96, ne vous attendez pas à grand chose niveau "mini-jeux" : vous ferez quasi toujours du skate/roller... Road 96: Miles 0, serinin ilk oyununu sevenler için hem tanıdık hem de oldukça farklı bir deneyim sunuyor. Benim puanım 10 üzerinden 7.5. Hikâye tarafında kesinlikle güçlü bir iş çıkarıyor, ancak oynanış konusunda herkesin beklentisini karşılamayabilir.

Oyunun en dikkat çeken yanı hikâyesi. İlk oyunun öncesini anlatması ve karakterlerin geçmişine odaklanması güzel bir detay. Özellikle Zoe karakterini daha yakından tanımak, onun motivasyonlarını ve yaşadığı iç çatışmaları görmek hikâyeye derinlik katıyor. Yeni karakter Kaito ile olan ilişkisi de oyunun duygusal yükünü taşıyan önemli unsurlardan biri.

Ancak ilk oyundan farklı olarak bu sefer sadece iki ana karaktere odaklanıyoruz. Bu durum bir yandan hikâyeyi daha kişisel ve yoğun hale getirirken, diğer yandan ilk oyundaki o geniş karakter çeşitliliği ve yolculuk hissini biraz azaltıyor.

Oynanış tarafında ise en büyük değişiklikler var. İlk oyundaki serbest keşif ve seçim odaklı yapı yerini daha çizgisel bir deneyime bırakmış. I’m seeing a lot of Bad reviews from people who expected a procedural sequel; they clearly missed the memo that this is a focused prequel. As a huge fan of the franchise who has actually read both physical books, I can tell you: this game is exactly what it needs to be.

[b]Lore & Context:[/b] If you care about the story, this is non-negotiable; you get the backstory on how Adam met Sonja, context on other characters from the first game, and tons of Easter eggs like being able to listen to the Brigade radio station.

[b]Vibe & Performance:[/b] The more low poly or artsy look is a win; it is super light on system requirements. While [i]Road 96[/i] hit about 40% of my GPU on 4K/Highest settings, [i]Mile 0[/i] only pulls around 20-30%. This is likely due to the more linear maps and optimized style; it runs perfect.

[b]Music & Rhythm:[/b] The soundtrack is incredible. The rhythm parts are a blast and provide an actual challenge if you are a completionist aiming for S+ on every track like me.

[b]Tip:[/b] Use Mouse/Keyboard for the walking parts but switch to a Controller for the skating segments; it makes the quick-time events feel much more natural.

Don’t just rush to the highlighted areas to continue the story! Taking the time to actually read the letters and notes scattered around is arguably one of the best parts of the game. If you are interested in the world of Petria, you will find yourself doing this automatically. I also highly encourage people to [b]revisit places after story missions[/b]; new information and collectibles often appear once the world state moves forward.

[b]Length:[/b] It is a short experience; however, that is reflected in the fair price point.
[b]Humor:[/b] Some might find the story a bit "cheesy" or the humor a bit "teenager-y," but Zoe and Kaito are literally teenagers; the dialogue and intelect fits their ages perfectly.

I am fully satisfied. My "dream game" is still a massive prequel exploring the 1986 Peak Collapse from multiple perspectives or the founding of the Brigades, but for what this is, a deep dive into Zoe’s past, it is excellent.

Сначало я начал играть в нее с мыслью "ща поиграю минут 20-40 и дропну потому что будет скучная" а потом кааааааааак взял и поиграл в нее до 0:30 утра, в этой игре есть всё что я люблю: выбор с последствиями, сабвей серф, экшен музыку (она именно в этой игре самая лучшая как по мне так как играет тогда когда нужно) романтику, и много чего ещё просто там очень много пунктов которые я не сразу вспомню. Если честно то создатели или создатель ибат как постарались над игрой мне the walking dead все сезоны не так зашли как это с первых 10 минут столько эмоций я ещё не получил если бы можно было поставить оценку по баллам то она была бы 12/10

J'attendais ce jeu avec impatience, ayant absolument adoré Road96. Et j'ai été très déçue. Le souci principal étant malgré moi un gameplay très "déconnecté" de la gravité des sujets abordés. On parle quand même d'une dystopie où deux ados vivent sous la dictature, et n'arrivent plus à se comprendre, c'est donc très bizarre d'avoir ces moments de skate au milieu qui ont tout d'un jeu mobile (et franchement, pas du tout évident de réussir les niveaux à la manette !). Certaines musiques sont réutilisées, ce qui est aussi dommage, et l'évolution de Zoé contredit son arc narratif dans Road96. Néanmoins, je continuerai de suivre ce studio dans le futur, car Road96 m'avait énormément plu, et que je comprends la difficulté de créer des jeux quand on est un studio indé !

to me this game feels more like supplemental material/DLC for the fans rather than a fully fledged prequel and i think that's the main reason for the many negative reviews - people feel somewhat cheated

it's essentially just a series of basic mini games and personally i'm a sucker for that kind of thing so i've genuinely had a really good time with it

i enjoyed getting a bit of extra context to the events of the first game and the cameos from various familiar characters were cute. the maps are designed beautifully - i'm happy just wandering around and appreciating all the little details that have gone into each environment. kaito's roof spot in particular gave me this wonderful feeling of peace and nostalgia

the movement on the temple run-esque segments feels very slow and clunky which is unfortunate because those segments are the strongest artistically, there's a lot of weird and wonderful creative ideas thrown into them

honestly i feel like this game's had a bit of a bad rap. i don't think it's even close to being bad, it's maybe just been marketed incorrectly and would have done better as DLC for the first game. and as a huge fan of the first game myself i've gotta say i'm pretty satisfied with what it gave me :)

i will add that i would definitely not pay full price for this game - i ended up getting it for less than 2 quid so if you too are a fan of road 96 then i'd recommend waiting for a sale and going for it!

Road 96 est un jeu littéralement incroyable.
Un jeu qu'on peut refaire 20 fois et obtenir une histoire différente. Les personnages, très original.

Mais parlons sérieusement de Mile 0.
Je ne comprends pas l'utilité. Mais vraiment pas. Parfois, il vaut mieux s'arrêter à ce qui a fonctionné plutôt que de faire une suite complètement loupée.

Le gameplay n'est pas intéressant. Les scènes non plus.
Très difficile pour moi de finir ce jeu.

After finishing the game for the first (and in my case also the last) time, I wanna say that Mile 0 ended up being a very underwhelming experience in comparison to the original Road 96.

Things I enjoyed while playing Mile 0:
[b] Art style [/b] - The art style is something I absolutely loved in the first game and still adored in Mile 0 despite not being a fan of the prequel itself.
[b] OST [/b] - While not the best I've came across in games, the OST for this game is definitely one of the better ones for sure, for such a short game.

Things I did not enjoy while playing Mile 0:
[b] Performance [/b] - Unexpectedly poor optimization compared to the first game. Somehow despite the lack of any noticeable changes in graphics between these two games, most of the free roam sections of the game run poorly with big performance issues, which were especially painful to bear in White Sands.
[b] Gameplay [/b] - The new gameplay levels, which is in my opinion are a huge downgrade to what the first game offered between the free roam sections.
[b] Story [/b] - Might just be me, but I feel like the whole story line of Mile 0 is just too damn short for it to actually become something interesting enough. Most of the things the player is most likely already aware of if they've played the first game.

Final opinion:
I'd suggest to avoid Mile 0 and instead just got for the first game instead as its [b] miles [/b] better and offers more variety in gameplay, more characters with unique personalities and twists, and just overall a better written story.

Honestly i dont know where to start. I've started playing Road 96 and played throu it multiple times before i got to this game. Even tough the base game is overwhelmingly beautiful and is one of the best videogame experiences I've ever experienced, this game still managed to top it.

Well.. I'll say this, it's not what I expected, but all in all it's not bad. It's hard to beat the absolute GOLD that is Road 96. Fair warning, this doesn't play like Road 96 as many others have said, the story is a bit blander than Road 96 and some parts confused me quite a bit, but all in all I still genuinely enjoyed playing this. If you go into this knowing that it's not going to be Road 96 and come at it with clear site you'll have a good time.

I got it while on sale and I'd say over all it was worth it, but again I can't stress it enough. DO NOT go into this expecting it to be Road 96 or you'll fall on your face.

I did enjoy my run through of it, but I don't know if it'll be something where I do multiple runs like I did for Road 96.

Anyone who does not recommend the game has not finished it. Not only do I think that's unfair, but also fails to provide genuine feedback. I've finished the game, and as an avid Road 96 lover, I can recommend it wholeheartedly.

This game takes a DIFFERENT but not a BAD take on the story telling - it being done through the roller skating/skate boarding montages (Of course, that is NOT the only storytelling aspect - it shares a lot with the first game). I agree that it can be a little hard to control, but it is not grueling to spawn from a checkpoint. The visuals are on point and are just as wacky and fun as Road 96's minigames.

My final verdict is that if you can't navigate the game by simply listening to the dialogue, then you are not fit for a simple story telling game. This game is captivating, fun, wacky, and every bit as lovable as the first game.

After finishing Road 96, I had high expectations for Mile 0, but honestly, I’m pretty disappointed.
I played for about 2 hours and had no clue what I was supposed to do. It felt chaotic, with no clear direction, just walking in circles and none of the flow the first game had.
On top of that, playing on Steam Deck the game crashed.
For now, it’s just not my thing.

When I first bought this game, someone told me I’d be better off getting a refund. I truly wish I had listened to that advice. I can't recall the exact price—maybe two dollars or less during a sale—and I only bought it because I was a huge fan of the first game. I thought to myself: "How bad could it be? Even if it's not as good as the first, it's still the same world." Usually, if I love a game's universe, I can tolerate a few bad entries, but this one actually made me hate the entire franchise.

It feels like the developers got greedy after the success of the first game and rushed this out for a quick profit. It is incredibly bad. They stripped away everything that made the original special and replaced it with everything that is frustrating. The joy of the first Road 96 was exploration and character discovery, but here, the focus is almost entirely on skateboarding segments. You spend most of your time on a board, yet it’s arguably the worst skating mechanic in gaming history.

The story is lackluster, the gameplay is tedious, and the graphics haven’t seen any meaningful improvement. If you loved the first game, please do not buy this. Even if it’s free, don’t play it—it will only ruin your appreciation for the series.

O jogo é literalmente metade historia e metade corrida de skate, o jogo deixa várias dúvidas sobre o destino de certos personagens quando acaba o jogo (por exemplo o Kaito e o filho do Tyrak), não tem muita coisa para fazer nesse jogo em comparação ao primeiro Road 96, onde você tinha várias escolhas a serem feitas que mudariam o jogo por completo, já nesse independente do que você escolhe, o final vai ser praticamente o mesmo. Esse "jogo" poderia ser facilmente uma dlc do jogo original.

(Poderiam fazer um terceiro jogo da franquia mostrando como Petria se tornou após a eleição e mostrando o que aconteceu com cada personagem.)

Sinceramente eu gostei do jogo, tem uma trama muito boa e os mini games nao incomodaram nem um pouco é bem facil de fazer e passar pra proxima fase, tem uma vibe bem subway surfers e o estilo de interação com o mapa com a camera de primeira pessoa me lembrou um pouco o primeiro dishonored entao me trouxe uma sensação nostalgica (sem a matança e a agressao)
se vc gosta de dialogos divertidos, sistema de reputação satiras, subway surfers e trama politica, talvez vc goste desse game.

说真地，玩第一部的时候一听到开场曲那个扑面而来的synthwave，我就想说这游戏一定要把the midnight搞进来，然后第二部真地就搞进来了，而且还是主题曲！！！真地很好哭你知道吗，the midnight和这个公路游戏的结合就是坠好的。。。尤其是第二部因为知道是音游后就一开始没去玩，躺在仓库里躺了好久好久，直到一个月前我圆梦看到了the midnight的现场，在快要戒断的今日，我却久违地打开了它，然后从开头玩到中途tyler的声音出来时的狂喜与震撼，再到结尾第一部歌曲的回归，最后回到主界面音乐想起来的一刹那，我才意识到主界面一直播的就是the midnight这首的去人声版啊啊啊啊啊。。。the midnight这首真地太好听了，和整个游戏也结合得特别好，真地特别好！！！当然肯定是比不了第一部的，但是依旧在线，因为我本来以为就是纯音游，但是其实并不是，它的叙事和游戏部分衔接得很好；而且本来也是逃亡的主题，跑酷作为奔跑本身也和它相呼应。真地真地，在见到midnight之后再来完这部，recall第一部的种种，真的真的，不失为一个小惊喜。最后我还是想说，the midnight真不愧是the midnight吧啊啊啊啊啊啊啊好想哭啊，本来快要戒断了，玩了第二部又戒不断了！

NOT AS BAD AS EVERYONE SAYS!!!

A little buggy & cheesy at times for sure, but I actually really enjoyed this. It is definitely different from Road 96, but I think it works well as a prequel.

The story is decent and serves as a great prologue for Zoe. I did not like her much in the original game and thought she came off as stuck up, so this helped justify her backstory. I really enjoy rhythm games and runner-style gameplay like Subway Surfers, so I loved how they wove the narrative through fun, fast-paced cinematic skating sequences like that. It kept things fresh and engaging.

There is also a lot to explore in each location if you stray from the main story, and the game gives you time to do so. There are plenty of cameos of OG characters & explanations for events & details from the original game, which I appreciated as a big fan. The political commentary and added backstory of Petria were also strong in this game as well.

I was genuinely invested in Zoe and Kaito’s relationship and in how the story wrapped up. Your choices really do matter, and the ending hit harder than I expected. The soundtrack is great too.

My only real complaint is that I wish it was longer & that there were a couple more achievements. Since it already requires two runs if you miss a cassette, it would have been nice to have a bit more incentive for replayability.

Overall, I think this game got way too much hate!! I understand if it is not your cup of tea since it is a very different gameplay experience from Road 96, but it still carries the same heart. If you care about what happened in 86' & the game is on sale, grab it!

Игра сама по себе звёзд с неба не хватает, она является урезанной версией road 96, но сама по себе не является плохой. Сюжет банален, выбор ни на что не влияет [spoiler] Кроме как концовки и то, минута будет другого синематика [/spoiler], как и выбор диалога, они всё равно ответят заготовленной фразой невзирая на выбор. Спасает ситуацию временами музыкальный геймплей аля из 2016 игра про пианино где нужно жмать на 4 плитки в тайминг, но атмосфернее [spoiler] Bella chao в начале вообще супер вайб [/spoiler].

Стоит брать [u] только бандлом с основной игрой [/u]. Оригинальная road 96 будет живее и аллюзия выбора помасштабнее. Ну а доплатить 1$ не будет ошибкой за этот товар.

Sou extremamente fã do primeiro jogo (Road 96), mas esse aqui não deu nem para testar direito. Mesmo tendo os requisitos, ele simplesmente roda por alguns minutos e depois fecha. O jogo não quer funcionar. Infelizmente terei que olhar algum vídeo da gameplay. Mal otimizado.

Хоча Road 96: Mile 0 є приквелом до Road 96, як не дивно, гра повністю продовжує й гарно доповнює сильні сторони оригіналу.

Мені дуже сподобався сюжет - чесно, відірватися неможливо.
Є смішні моменти, є й по-справжньому душевні.

Окремо хочу відзначити механіку музичних заїздів: у них є свій шарм, і в перервах між сюжетними місіями я вже чекав, коли буде наступний заїзд.

Загалом гра сподобалася, так само як і її попередниця Road 96.

The prequel to ROAD 96, a game that I recommend, as long as you approach it with low expectations, since, as you might guess from the other reviews, it does not do justice to the main game.

Does that make it THAT bad? No, in my opinion.
The story isn't bad, it contributes to giving more information about the lore, while its gameplay replaces the exploration loop and random events with a game similar to Subway Surfers or Temple Run. Yes, it's strange that they chose that approach, but even those parts seemed quite cool to me, and they are not overly long.

Get it at a discount, but ONLY if you liked ROAD 96 that much.

Game doesn't work. Keeps crashing at the same exact point. Even after reinstalling it & starting a new playthrough. So save your money and save yourself the hassle, don't get this game.

Which is a shame because I love Road 96 and was really excited to learn more about the backstory.

Не ожидал от игры многого, да и за большую цену её не брал, поэтому она мне в целом зашла. Тут действительно маленькая вариативность да и в целом она не лучше основной игры, скорее ощущается как побочная, но это всё фигня... По настоящему раздражает то, что после прохождения игры ты не можешь выбрать главу чтобы перепройти и забрать какие-нибудь ништяки или сделать по быстрому выбор чтобы концовку посмотреть, нет блин, сиди и проходи эти нескипаемые катсцены без разнообразия по новой... такая-же проблема в геймплейном сегменте... речи персов задалбывают, когда проходишь заезды по новой хочется их вырубить, чтобы просто послушать музыку...

Что же касается остального, то атмосфера тут неплохая, от сюжета после первой части многого не ждал (всё такой-же лайтовый с завязкой без сильной логики и маленькой смысловой нагрузкой), но всё-же он пытался, в паре моментов я всё-же проникся, да и встреча со старыми персами мне зашла. Музыка как всегда на высоте, разнообразие активностей и мини-игр радует, но могли бы и побольше сделать, как в целом и могли бы сделать окружение разнообразнее.

Короче, игра категории B на пару вечеров. Хейт среди пользователей вроде и оправдан, а вроде и как-то слишком они от своих ожиданий отталкиваются. Игра не так уж и ужасна, но по сути это обычная бродилка в перерывах между Subway Surfer с неплохо поставленной сценой и режиссурой на 1-2 раза. По времени часов 4-12 займёт. В целом, за рублей 100-200 сойдёт. Но рекомендую для начала первую часть пройти, ведь эта часть по сути как неплохое DLC в догонку идёт.

P.S. Рекомендую по гайдам с самого начала игры кассеты собирать.

Ehhh the game was alright- although the fact that they use effectively a mobile game to convey the story i think it would have been better to just spend more time talking, instead of just doing some text by going left/right, although what do i know, i played around 30-40 minutes, i only played because it came with a cheaper package. If i could spend less for just one game i would have, it is not worth it.

Road 96 Mile 0 is a good game and I enjoyed it, but it’s nowhere near as good as the original Road 96. Ein wirklich schönes Spiel und von mir eine große Empfehlung.
Nachdem ich bereits den ersten Teil, also Road 96, gespielt habe, hat mich Mile 0 einfach nur abgeholt. Das Menü ist übersichtlich und man findet so gut wie alles direkt auf den ersten Blick. Auch das Tutorial für die Fahrten ist verständlich, sodass man auf einfache Weise die Steuerung erklärt bekommt. Sowohl auf Tastatur, als auch mit dem Controller funktioniert diese (zumindest bei mir) einwandfrei.
Alleine für die Storyline lohnt es sich "Road 96: Mile 0" zu kaufen. Ich habe es als Weiterführung des ersten Teils gespielt, aber auch für Leute die dies nicht getan haben ist Mile 0 zu kaufen eine gute Entscheidung. Sie ist spannend und interessant gestaltet, wobei es immer wieder Easter-Eggs gibt, welche der Lore mehr Tiefe geben. Man erfährt so wie der Anschlag 1986 zu Stande gekommen ist, lernt mehr über die Brigaden und den Hintergrund des bereits im ersten Teil kennengelernten Charakters, Zoe Muller.
Die Charaktere, sprich Kaito und Zoe, welche man in diesem Teil abwechselnd spielt sind glaubwürdig und gut geschrieben. Beide haben ihre eigene Backstory, welche man mit der Zeit aufdeckt und für Zoe erfährt man im Spiel so einiges, was nach dem Ersten eben noch offen stand. Je nach Entscheidungen verändert sich deren Beziehung und persönliche Entwicklung, wodurch wirklich jeder Spielverlauf anders ist und neue Dinge aufdecken kann und es teilweise sehr emotional wird.
Die neue Mechanik mit den Fahrten zur Musik wurde von den Entwicklern gut umgesetzt. Die Steuerung und die Strecken sind nicht allzu schwer, Punkte gut zu schaffen, aber trotzdem unterschiedlich herausfordernd. Es gibt neue Hindernisse, Orte und Dialoge, welche man während diesen Fahrten passend zur Story erfährt und Entscheidungen die für den späteren Verlauf sehr bedeutsam sind.
Die Grafik ist nicht "hyperrealistisch", aber süß anzusehen auf ihre eigene Art. Ich weiß nicht wie man den verwendeten Stil nennt, jedoch passt er einfach nur gut zu Road 96, der Atmosphäre und dem Genre des Spiels.
Im Großen und Ganzen lohnt es sich mal einen oder zwei Abende das Spiel zu spielen, da es nicht langweilig wird und immer neues zu entdecken gibt, wodurch sich meiner Meinung nach der Zeitaufwand gelohnt hat am Ende. Also ein Spiel für Leute die es lieben Entscheidungen zu treffen, Lore von einer Welt zu erfahren und in dessen Politik einzutauchen. Auch Kindern, welche alt genug sind selber einen PC zu bedienen kann ich es empfehlen, da keine Freizügigkeit, Blut oder sonstiges zu sehen ist.
Würde ich es somit weiterempfehlen? Ja, auf jeden Fall!

This storry is like giving a 6th grader who just finished ( fight club ) and thinks he can narrate something deep, but every 6th grader needs some candy to continue typing this cancer game, so he wouldnt want you to refund it, now he would add the same old mini games and boring gameplay to keep you playing thinking it gets better.

Это игра, которой предстоит заниматься между уровнями.
Уровни сделаны уникально, свой визуал, своя музыка.

Но элемент прыжков и доджа препятствий ужасен.
Кривые хит-боксы даже не самая беда.
Беда постоянные смены управления и камеры.
Ты готовишься в последнюю мили-секунду нажать прыжок и КАМЕРА МЕНЯЕТ РАКУРС.

Здесь есть таблица лидеров, конечно она вся в читерах с десятками миллионов очков.

Именно они вывозили первую часть игры.
У каждого свои секреты, и когда выяснилось, что они все пересекаются это прям ВЗРЫВ, а ещё был злодей непонятно почему охотившийся, куча интриги, куча триллера.

Сами персонажи харизматичны, чего только стоят бандиты на байке.

Здесь всё ясно на первых 15 минутах, и никакой интриги больше не будет, в игре 0 внезапных СЮЖЕТНЫХ поворотов.

Я думаю, что сценаристам сказали "У нас игра про революцию", забыв уточнить ВАЖНУЮ ДЕТАЛЬ "У нас игра про революцию школьников".

В 1-ой части была атмосфера приключений, вот эти дорожные вайбы + роляло то, что события производятся рандомно, что можно умереть, попасться копам, были деньги, была шкала еды-воды.

Здесь от всего этого отказались, ты перемещаешься линейно по локациям, по ПУСТЫМ локациям, можешь в мусорке найти бургер и съесть его, но проиграть тут невозможно.

Когда ты роешься в мусорках или взаимодействуешь с плакатами в воздухе образуется аудио-файл с комментированием твоих действий.

А почему бы и нет?

Деревья, доски, прочие объекты прогружаются во время кат-сцен, из-за этого создаётся ощущение что я в альфа версию играю.

I don't understand why so many reviews are so negative and are saying that its nothing like road 96 because I think that it is exactly what you would expect form a prequal. It tells you everything you need to know about the game and its told in an engaging way. The only bad things about the game is that if you don't like skating type games then it probably wont be as fun but there are plenty of parts that are good that aren't skating parts but also I do wish it gave you a few more choices as in some situation I found my self wanting to agree/disagree with someone but the game forcing me to do the opposite, thought I do understand why as the game has end in a certain way in order for it to make sense and align with the main game. and also if you haven't played road 96 I would play this first as I found often wondering how something was supposed to happen as I knew it had to happen. Otherwise its a brilliant game

[b]Road 96: Mile 0[/b], just like the original [b]Road 96[/b], is a beautiful game with a [b]Great[/b] soundtrack and some really nice, and well designed, environments to look at throughout the game. The story on top is just [b]Fine[/b]. In my opinion it’s a lot weaker than what the original game has to offer, characters are less interesting overall – and even though a lot of the character’s from [b]Road 96[/b] make some kind of cameo in this game – this game did a far worse job of getting me interested in its story and characters. One thing this game does that is pretty interesting in the story and the few choices you do have is the ideology meter and system.

The biggest issue this game has is the gameplay though. The more exploration focused sections are [b]Fine[/b] overall, being pretty reminiscent of the gameplay featured in the original [b]Road 96[/b]. The main problem point in this game are the very boring [i]“ride”[/i] sections. Playing these sections feels a little awkward, and they are just a little too on rails on too easy to be in any way engaging – although this does get slightly better as the game progresses – and I never found myself really enjoying these sections even if they often do look pretty visually interesting.

Overall, [b]Road 96: Mile 0[/b] is a [b]Fine[/b] game. While I certainly didn’t enjoy it nearly as much as the original [b]Road 96[/b] there is still some decent story telling here with some interesting themes. I’d say if you really enjoyed the world of [b]Road 96[/b] do get this game to learn a bit more, and to experience the backstory of one of the most important characters in this franchise.

Не то что ожидал после Road 96.
Решения лишь символически меняют мировоззрение Зои/Кайто, но не влияют на финал.
Сюжет развивается шаблонно и пробивается почти с самого начала.
Мини-игры неплохие, раннер играл на телефоне когда то.
В целом можно поиграть, но только если не сравнивать с оригиналом.

SI vous cherchez une expérience similaires road 96 passer votre chemin le jeux est vraiment plat et vide d'emotion des passage ressemblant a des minis jeux qui n'on aucun sens juste la pour combler le vide intersiderale de gameplay les choix ne servent a rien mise a pars a la fin vraiment decus je vous conseille de regarder des video du jeux avant de l'acheter car honnetement je regrette mon achat même si c'etait une clé a moins de 3 euros ( seulement 5h de jeux epouventable et encore j'ai passer du temps sur des truc a la con pour prendre un minimum de plaisir)
