Red Risk feels like a rushed and undercooked experience that never really delivers on its potential, and the so-called co-op mode only makes things worse. The gameplay is repetitive and lacks depth, with clunky mechanics that turn sessions into frustration rather than challenge, while the visuals remain extremely basic and uninspired. What’s especially disappointing is the dead co-op mode: it’s barely functional, rarely populated, and clearly unfinished, making it almost impossible to enjoy the game with friends as advertised. Combined with weak sound design and a general lack of meaningful content or polish.

Okay, so it's not just a shooter. You actually have to manage your hunger and thirst mid-fight, which adds a crazy layer of stress when a boss is chasing you down. It feels a bit like Killing Floor meets a survival game. If you don't coordinate who grabs the ammo and who grabs the food, your squad is gonna wipe by Wave 3. Surprisingly intense.
Oh yeah besides the horrible controls the game makes you work for that 100% achievements, like if the controls were a lil bit different it could be a really good game and honestly after all that time I kinda like this game, it is horrible you need to be hyper focused to get the boss wave 6 cleared and yeah, that's pretty much it, took me like 20-30 minutes to win 1 of the needed 10 games O_O
Low effort disposable mobile game that doesn't even let you properly play it like a top down action game. No risk of running into anything worth playing through in this maroon mess.

the boss at wave 6 stuns you and then kinda just kills you every time. pistol lady can fire like a machine gun because reloading is instant. I don't know how to unlock new maps, and I don't have the patience to find out.

This game has a cool concept in that people desperate for money enter a death tournament. They have to survive the onslaught of ten rounds with monsters, which are called "[i]infected[/i]". If they survive, they win one million dollars. In reality though, the game gets redundant and tedious really really fast.
There is supposed to be a 3-player co-op mode, but unless you've got a couple of friends who will play with you, forget it. This game came out in 2016, so co-op with random people is long dead. At the end of each round, you earn one credit, which can be used to do one of four things, like fully heal yourself.
There are three characters to choose from. Jason wields an axe, and Elise uses a pistol. Walter uses a rifle, but with only one bullet loaded at a time. Needng to shoot, reload, shoot, reload, is a big pain in the butt when you are also trying to move, because it's impossible to move and attack at the same time.
Speaking of moving, that is also a big pain in the butt. To move, you have to press AND HOLD the right mouse button. You attack with the left mouse button. The 'Q' button opens a map, but I don't think the arenas are really big enough to need a map. If you have a gun, the 'R' button is for reloading.
The 'E' button is how you can spend your earned credits. You can spend credits between rounds, or during rounds, but you have to be right next to a rack to do so. The space bar activates each character's special skill. You can not change any of the key bindings. There is not a pause button, either.
There are three difficulty levels, and seven arenas. However, you have to win tournaments in the lower arenas in order to unlock the higher arenas. Graphics are decent, but everything is bathed in a red light, which is highly annoying. A heavy metal soundtrack plays in the background.
There are both trading cards, and achievements. The achievements count on your Profile. So far I have not experienced any bugs or glitches. The game has run perfectly fine for me. However, several other players have reported that you can clip through the floor and fall to your death.

The movement control is horrible. I can still play with that mouse right click to move, but Im giving thumbs down cos I think the game is still incomplete or unfinished. The controls for this are pretty bad. It requires you use right click to move and left click to attack. The attack only works if your mouse is over an enemy. There are multiple difficulty levels but all they appear to do is increase enemy health - the laziest way possible to do difficulty scaling.
The fights with the elite/boss creatures are laughably bad. They just push you backwards, not attacking, while you spam left click. The same goes for all the enemies, actually, it's just more noticeable with the higher health ones. A pointless hunger/thirst system exists that requires you pickup pills to satisfy it or spend limited credits.
Even trying to ignore the previous issues, this still falls short. It's highly repetitive and underwhelming. This feels like a game template or half-finished demo rather than a full game - which it probably is considering it's from a shovelware publisher.

This game has the potential to be a great coop game, like Killing Floor but the controls and bugs are it's major downfall. You can only use the mouse to move and shoot, which is a very off play style for me. I just can't get used to using both right click (move) and left click (shoot) on the mouse for the entirety of the game. What happened to using the classic ol' AWSD keys? There's no option to rebind controls on the keyboard either, which sucks.
The character spread is also dull. You have 3 different characters to choose from, but honestly Elsa is the best one to play all around, whether you're going solo or with friends. Thanks to her ability. The melee guy looses durability on his axe whenever he swings even if he misses, which is annoying.
On top of it all, there's this glitch where you can accidentally clip through the floor and instantly ends you. That's one of my most frustrating experiences, having to restart because of that.
If it weren't for the achievements, I'd have stopped playing upon hitting the 5 minute mark to write this review. Alas, here is my suggestion; do not touch Red Risk. It's too frustrating and dull to play as it is.

Red Risk feels like a great idea—emphasis on idea. The gritty survival shooter with resource management and co-op vibes sounds awesome on paper, but the game never quite delivers. Core mechanics are barely there, enemy variety is laughably minimal, and the combat? Totally lacking any punch. It plays more like a rough prototype than a finished product.
I’d genuinely love this game if it had even a bit more story, a campaign, or at least arena-specific enemies and different waves. Heck, even if the environment actually affected the enemies, it’d add so much. Instead, it feels abandoned before it had a chance to grow into something special.
If you want a cheap, quick co-op shooter to mess around with, sure—give it a go. Just don’t expect more than a bare-bones skeleton of what could’ve been a solid indie gem.

Barely functional with touch styled controls this arena shooter has little to no longer term depth.
It's not necessarily a bad game, it's just not what I thought it would be. My thought was that it was gonna be something closer to a RogueLite or dungeon crawler, not a suede RogueLike wave survival. 5.5/10
if you got this from some random steam key bundle its...okay? Just turn off the music, pick the woman, spam R + Spacebar non stop, use mouse to aim, autoshoot as if you had a machine gun and move around a bit and its somewhat playable.

A primitive isometric arena shooter with a wide-eyed visual oversaturated in red. For some reason, the control is done specifically on the mouse. There are seven arenas in total, with ten waves of enemies each. Everything is dull and monotonous. You get few points, and it takes much more to gain access to other arenas. It all comes down to the most tedious grind, where you will go over and over the same arena, with exactly the same waves repeating in the same sequence.
The only variety in the game is three characters to choose from. Jason is for close combat (axe), Elsa is for medium range (pistol) and Walter is for long range (sniper rifle). However, in fact, all this is tinsel. Yes, the longer the character is, the less health he has. It's just that Elsa has one skill, which makes her imbued and breaks the whole balance. You can safely pass all the arenas with it, scoring on the rest of the characters.
In general, the game is dull, I highly recommend it. In addition, it is designed for a cooperative, but no one is expected to play it. There are only friends to call, which I do not recommend. It is better to remove it from the library myself, which I will do after writing this review.
Multiplayer doesn't work, and its not worth the time to make it work. Hardest part about this game is falling through the map. There are 3 choices of characters you can play, and only one of them is viable. Same 10 waves of enemies are exactly the same. Bad game.

Изначально, игра может показаться интересной, но после продолжительного процесса стрельбы и бега, она становится утомительной и быстро наскучивает. Даже пройдя игру за трех разных персонажей, у вас может пропасть желание играть дальше.
