A little game with some puzzles in it and some walking. It takes about 30 minutes to complete. Puzzles are very easy to solve. If you're looking for a quick, relaxing experience, then this is a perfect game to choose.
Didn't experience any lag, stutters, or anything else while playing. Everything was smooth, just like the gameplay. The music and narrator are very calm and relaxing.

Beautiful atmospheric game. Visuals look great. Story is simple but intriguing. Puzzle kinda sucks though. Not super clear and takes some guesswork.
Nephise te deja en un mapa sin una guía clara, más allá de un contador de objetos, lo que vuelve la exploración confusa en lugar de interesante.
La interacción es mínima: recolectar ítems, un puzzle simple para acceder a la zona final y un “jefe” que se derrota simplemente al tocarlo. No hay desafío, ni narrativa fuerte, ni mecánicas que mantengan el interés.

Вообще, рекомендовать игру могу. Саундтрек хороший, визуал отличный, голос рассказчицы приятный.
Ну и плюс ещё "игры" на 100% тут на 45 минут, а выпавшие карточки, если повезёт могут не просто окупить игру, а даже немного уйти в плюс, особенно если покупать игру в дешёвых регионах вроде России, Казахстана или Украины.

The concept is great for relaxing. However... Let's just say the graphics killed my gaming laptop. I think this is one of the worst optimised games I've seen in a simple walking simulator.
I admit it's a calming game. But it's literally unplayable in my case. Naturally, for the price I didn't expect anything incredible, but it could have done better. Overall, I'd give it a 3/10, just because I think it has potential.

Ein maximal 30 Minuten Walking Simulator Spiel. Ich hab es schon eine ganze Weile in meiner Bibliothek und nun hab ich es mal installiert. Ich habe ehrlich gesagt keine Ahnung, worum es hier in dem Spiel ging. Man hat ein Klitzekleinen Wald, in dem man Statuen richtig drehen und dann die Glocke zum bimmeln bringen muss, um halt das Ende zu erreichen. Zwischendurch kommt kurz mal ein Text, der auch auf Englisch vorgelesen wird.
Zwei Errungenschaften bekommt man Automatisch, den anderen - Sammle alle Orbs (10) - muss man Nebenbei erspielen bzw. halt die 10 Orbs suchen.
Wer es schnell mag, sollte ein Guide benutzen. Ansonsten ist es im Grunde echt nicht so schwer, auch wie die Statuen gedreht werden müssen nicht unbedingt. Da die Errungenschaften und somit das perfekte Spiel zur eigenen Statistik zählt und dass das Spiel nur 1€ kostet bzw. auch deutsche Texte, gebe ich einen Daumen hoch. Aber erwartet hier trotzdem kein Meisterwerk oder viel Action bzw. Text.

Ein kleiner Walking Simulator, den man in weniger als einer Stunde erledigt hat. Wichtig: Wer nur ganz langsam laufen kann, sollte das Spiel im Fenstermodus betreiben und, wenn das nicht hilft, alle Grafikeinstellungen auf Mittel stellen, ansonsten wird es echt zur Qual.
Das eine Rätsel ist zwar nicht unbedingt schwer, allerdings fehlt eine Karte zur kompletten Orientierung, die man hierbei durchaus braucht. Wenigstens kommt ein akustisches Signal, sobald man das Rätsel gelöst und fortschreiten kann. Die Sprecherin ist sehr gut gewählt, auch wenn sie nur wenige Sätze zu erzählen hat.

Oui on explore un [b]environnement[/b] différent, mais c’est quasiment la seule différence. Le menu des options est malheureusement toujours aussi buggé et l’[b]expérience[/b] reste encore très limitée.

Muy como Nephise Begins pero en general mejorcito.
De nuevo otro walk-sim, esta vez hay que recolectar 10 orbes. Como en el juego anterior, no es necesario para terminar el juego, se hace más por el logro que otra cosa. El diseño de escenario es algo más simple que en Begins y los orbes son más fáciles de ver y encontrar, lo que es una ventaja sobre la precuela.
De historia no hay mucho; recomendable si necesitás jugar algo relax por el ambiente.
Hay un bug con el motor del juego que hace que todo excepto la cámara se mueva súper lento. Por lo poco que se sabe, sólo pasa si al juego no le gusta tu placa de video. Suerte con eso, no hay solución sólida.

Интересная бродилка. Чоень красивые лесные пейзажи, загадки достаточно простые, но не совсем скучные - в самый раз для того, чтобы разнообразить геймплей, но не сделать игру слишком сложной. Глубокого смысла нет, но развлечь себя на пару вечеров, собирая красные шарики - очень даже можно.

Жанр симулятора ходьбы довольно малопопулярный, но и среди подобных игр можно найти изумительные проекты.
Покупать стоит не стоит решать не могу, но как она попала ко мне в коллекцию даже не помню.
Ни смысла, ни сюжета в игре не нашла...потратила час чтоб сделать ачивы, завершить проект и больше в нее не играть.

I got to admit, the ending was pretty funny but other than that, it's just a walking sim where you can collect orbs. It's basic, yes, so I would recommend more so if you get this on discount like I did.
If you're looking to have a small get away feeling, this game would really help you feel the stress and anxiety go away making you feel peaceful for a lil while...Nice Game though!

Bomboş oyunlar oynamışımdır ama bu kadar dolu gözüken boş bir oyun oynamadım.
4/10luk bir oyun. 2 puan atmosfer seslerine, 1 puan chill müziğine, 1 puan da kısa olmasına verdim çünkü biraz daha sürse iade ederdim. Başarım kasmalık, kart düşürüp satmalık bir oyun oldu benim için. Hikayesi hikaye değil, bulmacası bulmaca değil. Serinin başka oyunları da varmış ama şans vereceğimi sanmıyorum.
Türk yapımı bir oyun olması sebebiyle aldım, o yüzden kötü yorum yapmak çok da istemezdim ama oyun çok sıkıcı, grafikler eski duruyor ve yürümemiz için bizi cezbeden pek de bir şey yok açıkçası. Nefise kim, niye orb topluyor, hadi bunları geçtim yani amacımız ne? Hani diğer yürüme simülasyonu oyunlar gibi huzura ermek için vs oynuyorsak ben yürürken pek de huzur bulabildiğimi söyleyemeceğim, mekanikler de sıkıntılı çünkü. Hele kurdun yanına geldiğimde konuşma bitmesine rağmen yürüyemediğimde kapattım açıkçası, bu kadar basic bir oyun için gereksiz yere sinirlenmiş oldum. Vakit kaybı.

I had a few questions about the wolf's size at first, but at the end, those questions disappeared. It was a short walk in the snowy forest at a slack pace with a repeating melody — neither bad nor good.

Um joguinho simples e casual, onde você anda e resolve um puzzle, com uma narrativa bem interpretativa.
Particularmente joguei pelas conquistas que são bem simples, mas o game possui um gráfico bonito e uma trilha sonora bem relaxante.
Nephise is a fairly basic Unreal asset flipped first person horror adventure, one of many hundreds, if not thousands of these glutting Steam. The "developer" paid for/pirated a few Unreal Marketplace packs, arranged them haphazardly in a first person adventure game template, and submitted it to Valve as if they're real game developers. The developer is a repeat offender, having dumped dozens of very lazy Unreal asset flips, all very similar, where you wander around Unreal Marketplace asset environments and collect "orbs" (I guess he lacks enough imagination to come up with any other game concept, just like he lacks the ability to create video games and just rips off Unreal Marketplace assets and puts his own name on them).
Two notable criteria for what makes an asset flip instead of legitimate use of stock assets are whether those assets comprise the majority of the game, and whether the "developer" properly credited the people who created most of the assets in the game. This game fails both of those tests. The "developers" here didn't credit any of the artists and real, actual game developers who created the assets here, so this is plagiarism, as well as cash grab shovelware.
It's highly unethical to use this kind of plagiarism to get paid for the work of others, and to mislead gamers. This is also harmful to the asset creators who, at the very least, should be recognised for their work so it can lead to further asset sales on the asset stores (and if you ask "why", then yeah, it's a good question... the asset industry, while well intentioned, has become a major problem for gamers due to all these lazy asset flips).
The game doesn't have any save game features, despite that being a basic standard for all games of this time. The developer might defend this as an attempt to make the game seem more "difficult" without them having to balance the game or do their job properly with engaging and challenging level design, but it's just as likely they simply couldn't work out how to make a save game feature work. Either way, that's a defect that adds another reason for gamers to avoid this game.
The game is very very short and can be finished in 40 minutes. Developers have at least some responsibility to provide enough content to make a game last more than 2 hours if they're serious about providing something of value to gamers. There's less content here than some free game demos.
The game is very simplistic, small and limited in scope and ambition. This feels more like a tech demo, proof of concept or student homework assignment rather than a fully fledged product designed for PC gamers. As such it doesn't offer any real value as a serious PC game. That's really one of the reasons gamers rightfully despise asset flips like this. They give genuine indie developers a bad name.
Taking this shovelware seriously as if it was a genuine attempt to make a game, it doesn't meet basic minimum requirements that most PC gamers expect as standard.
The controls can't be customised, which will be an annoyance for many, but it can also render the game unplayable for differently-abled gamers, left handed gamers or gamers using AZERTY or other international keyboard layouts.
These technical defects push this game below acceptable standards for any modern PC game.
You don't have to take my word about how bad the game is, we can measure the interest in a game by how much people bothered to play it. Nephise has achievements, and they show us a very clear picture that the game absolutely failed to capture any interest from gamers. The most commonly and easily attained achievement is for getting through the first couple of things in this very short game, trivial to achieve, but less than 6 percent of players bothered to get that far before uninstalling the game. That's a tiny, tiny proportion of gamers who even bothered with this. Ouch.
Reviewing SteamDB to check how popular this game was with players reveals a surprise... there's a modest spike in player counts for the game. But this only happened once, and isn't consistent with the achievement stats, that show less than 6 percent of players bothered playing the game for any reasonable amount of time. How is it possible for this game to have so many concurrent players who didn't bother engaging with this game? Trading cards. People will use card idling software to collect the cards and sell them, but this won't trigger any achievements in-game.
That tells us people only really bought this game for trading cards, and that's a damning indictment of the woeful quality. A closer look at the numbers shows the game just has a couple of players every week running up the game and idling it for cards, then deleting it. We must ask how it benefits gamers for there to be so many games like this, with little merit as a serious game, that only generate sales from people idling and selling the trading cards.
So, should you buy this game? Is this one of the best of the 100,000+ games on Steam?
Nephise is relatively cheap at $1 USD, but it's not worth it. Given the defects and quality issues with the game, coupled with the unrealistic price, and the questionable ethical nature of the developer and/or their associates (as outlined above), this is impossible to recommend. This is also competing with over 11,000 free games available on Steam, many of them far better than this paid product.
This game is simple and short and overpriced. For free would be too much too to pay with your time.

Nettes kleines Storygame mit einer saften älteren Erzählerin (leider auf englisch) aber Musik, Grafik und Story passen gut Zusammen
Das Spiel hat keine Checkpoints oder Speicherpunkte was es aber auch nicht braucht da es in 15 Minuten durchspielbar ist.

A very short walking sim, heavy on atmosphere, light on practically everything else. Easily completed within an hour.
That being said, this is my first encounter with Tonguc Bodur and I really enjoyed it. What seemed like a glacially slow walking pace at the beginning felt just right by the time I reached the bell. Even the orbs and statues made some sort of sense by the time I reached the end. I've played through it twice just to enjoy the scenery.
Certainly not for everyone (just read the other reviews), but I liked it and can recommend it.

Ne olduğu belirsiz bir oyun. Ufak tefek anlamlar yüklenebilirdi belki. İnsan bir sonuç anlam bekliyor ve hikaye için illa uzun gameplayler veya grafiklere gerek yoktu en azından klasik de olsa bir manalı hikaye anlatsaydı keşke.
Öte yandan kurda yaklaşınca bize bilgi verirken karakter hareket edemiyor bu düzeltilirse güzel olabilir. Ayaklarımız görünseydi yere baktığımızda güzel olabilirdi.
Kırmızı şeyleri toplarken ekranın oluşturduğu geçişleri çok sevdim. Son olarak o mağara ne öyle aşırı gerildim sanki outlost oynuyoruz gibi xdxd Bence oyunun temasına pek tasarımı uymamış.

Прошел игру меньше чем за час , загадок тут как таковых и нет . Хотя я не сразу понял , что статуи нужно поворачивать так , чтобы оно была повёрнута лицом в нужную сторону . Музыка спокойная и приятная . Хотелось бы что бы она была длиннее , но и так не плохо.

A short but sweet walking simulator with light a light puzzle and collectables where the vibes are on point. Easy achievements and most importantly cards. Gives me 'baby's first game' vibes and reminds me of something I would make in my game development course. Give it a try - its £1 what were you expecting.
Was very boring, I found no matter what settings I changed the game kept stuttering. Its a very empty and not the pretty walking sim. Don't waste your money on it.

A very short little atmospheric puzzle/collector game.
It's like if you broke off a small piece of a larger game and put a weird ending on it. I liked it.
The player movement speed is really slow, I could see that being a problem for some people, but the map is pretty small.
It has a certain something that I can't put my finger on that made it interesting.
Terrible game, 4 puzzles in a spaced out map with snail like player speed. The 4 puzzles are so easy a 5 year old could do them and the story is nonexistent. I've heard that for some people this game uses 100% of their GPU, which from what I've heard could mean it used the PC to mine Crypto. Only buy if you want the achievements.

Доброго времени суток! Я хочу сразу расставить все точки над i. Игру нельзя назвать ужасной, но и хорошей нельзя, так что я ставлю синий палец исключительно из-за отсутствия нейтральной оценки.
Жанр симулятора ходьбы довольно малопопулярный, но и среди подобных игр можно найти изумительные проекты. К сожалению громких оваций и доброй похвалы в сторону Nephise не будет, ибо игра является обрывком некой истории, которую хотелось бы выслушать полностью, но разработчик лишает нас этой возможности. Такое ощущение, что бабушка начала рассказывать сказку перед сном, а мы с вами ушли в мир сновидений на самом интересном месте.
В конечном итоге Nephise займет около получаса вашего времени, что недостойно для своего ценника, но перед сном погулять по волшебному лесу, выслушать обрывистую историю пожилой женщины было приятно. Мы не имеем начала сказки, да и конец оставляет кучу открытых вопросов, хотя разработчик начал выпускать продолжения выдуманного мира.
Графика в Nephise хороша для инди проекта, хотя оптимизация местами подводит. Головоломки в игре примитивные, но они есть и это уже хорошо. Музыкальное сопровождение выше всех похвал. Звуки и музыка приумножают атмосферу сказки, а точнее фентезийного настроя в Nephise.
Если вам показалось, что я начал нахваливать Nephise со всех сторон, то отбросьте эти глупости. Игру невозможно посоветовать своим друзьям, да и случайным читателям в целом. Некоторым из вас Nephise скрасит вечер, а другие же плюнут в монитор от нетерпимости к сырому и обрезанному продукту. Просто хочу сказать, что мне в целом понравилось, но в последнее время я проходил исключительно плохие игры. Возможно у меня сложилось подобное мнение из-за сравнения пик точеных и депутатов работающих...кто его знает.

My ex-wife and I have a daughter together, and we adopted our son together. Both are now 4 years old.
When we were going through our separation, I felt lost and unhappy. I was self-destructive. One day, I was so angry with everything spiraling out of control that I punched a concrete wall in a moment of overwhelming emotion. This resulted in breaking my fifth metacarpal in my right hand—the hand I worked with, played games with, and used to carry my children to bed—the hand I desperately needed to ensure I could continue providing.
Upon learning the severity of the self-inflicted damage, I became almost suicidal. Keep in mind that just a few months before this, I was the happiest man, with no history of depression or anxiety. I had never experienced anger outbursts, nor was I the type to break down and cry, but I was in a tough situation that truly prevented me from seeing the light on the other side.
With nothing better to do, I looked for a game I could play WITH ONE HAND while recovering. Somehow, I stumbled upon this game and read some of the comments. I decided it was worth a try... I must admit I didn't beat the game, nor did I play as much as some of you. In fact, I may have played this game for only a day or two. That being said, after doing so, I had a new joy and hope for life. I managed to leave behind the pain and suffering that had been thrust upon me. I could experience the joy and happiness of other people. I relaxed for 5 ♥♥♥♥ minutes listening to this music, long enough to realize that I would be okay.
After realizing this, I turned off the game and went back to work. My hand hurt a lot, but I was motivated. I stopped feeling so sorry for myself and became the father I needed to be at that moment, not the weak boy I was behaving like.
Today, I am close friends with the mother of my children. We don't fight, argue, or say hurtful things to each other. We are parents and friends.
Now I have 3 children. My third child is, wait, ALSO 4 YEARS OLD. The woman I am with was going through a very similar situation at the time of my separation, and we just unexpectedly stumbled into each other's lives. We have been dating for a year and are very happy together.
Moral of the story: you never know what life has in store for you, and if I had given up when all odds were against me, I wouldn't be where I am today. This silly little game helped me realize that.

Nephise is a brilliant little walking simulator puzzle game, following Nephise, an orb collector who is exploring who knows where. Stumbling upon an inn, she has a quick drink and goes to sleep for the night. When it's time to wake up, things are quite a bit eerier than her memory serves...
This game features a silent protagonist with an awesome narration to fill in the atmosphere as well as beautiful music, perfect for the puzzle-solving occasion. Highly recommend this one, it's simple yet very enjoyable!
Not much of a "game". It is just a walk around the woods doing exactly what a voice tells you to do. Less than an hour and you're done.

Nephise, which also comes from developer Tonguç Bodur and this time is more of a mix between a walking sim, a simple puzzle game and an adventure. However, each of these features are so lacking that it is somehow none of these things.
Of course, the core aspect, as he himself says, is the atmosphere and, as so often before, he has actually captured that quite well.

The area in which you move is actually not particularly large, but you cover a few meters when you complete the tasks and collectibles.
There is only one running speed that suits the game and you can jump, which can sometimes be helpful depending on the path you take and is even necessary at other times.
In the game you can collect 10 orbs, which also represent one of the achievements. Since I've collected them all, I don't know if it would make a difference to the course of the game other than the achievement if you didn't do this. But I suspect not.
The puzzles in the game consist of rotating statues which, when in the correct position, trigger another action and open a previously closed path. However, this is not a real challenge.

The “story” is told by a narrator, but the whole thing is very text-poor, which makes it less of an adventure because, in my opinion, there would be a little more story to it.
The background music is, as always, quite harmonious, but it didn't quite appeal to me as much as usual.
I wouldn't necessarily call the game a complete failure, especially because the price (especially on sale) is quite reasonable.
If you take into account the fact that the game and the achievements are included in the statistics and there are trading cards, then you can definitely take a look at the game.
Visually, the game is quite attractive, but if you want a good story, puzzle challenges or more discovery, you can really save yourself the trouble of playing.

Story: pretty bad. Literally the first thing the narrator says is "Nephise is an orb collector" and it's never brought up again or explained what that means. The "boss fight" is literally just a glowing white texture-less character that just stands there and dies when you touch him. Then the plot twist at the end is "It WaS aLl A dReAm." Then there's the inexplicably giant wolf that isn't explained in any capacity, the collectible orbs that again aren't explained in any capacity, the statues that, you guessed it, aren't explained in any capacity, I can go on and on about all the random garbage this game tried to throw together into a "story."
Graphics: the game looks fine, wouldn't really expect much more from a $1 indie game.
Animation: bad. The few times there is actually something to animate (literally just the boss dying and the wolf getting up) it's really unnatural and slow.
Gameplay: there is none. You aimlessly walk around a boring map until you find a statue, then the narrator tells you exactly what to do. Don't worry though, if you can't figure it out you can just rotate it until the game tells you it's facing the correct direction! Once you "solve" all the statue puzzles, you fall down a hole, suffer through the most half-assed cave I've ever seen for about 2 seconds, and the game is over.
Collectibles: For one of the achievements, you have to collect all 10 orbs. They are randomly scattered around the map. Except for the last two, they're just handed to you at the end of the game. What do they do? Nothing, though I also missed one and couldn't be bothered to play through this "masterpiece" again. I couldn't even be bothered to watch the credits, I alt+F4ed.
Possible Crypto-Mining(?): I am absolutely no expert, but for some reason this game uses 100% of my GPU, which from what I've heard could mean it used my PC to mine crypto. Again, I am no expert and have no clue what I'm talking about, so take it with a grain of salt. That said, It really wouldn't surprise me with how low effort and padded the game is; it isn't made as a game, it's made to farm crypto.
Conclusion: this game kinda sucks. The story is non-existent, the puzzles can't even be considered easy because they practically don't exist, and it may or may not have been made for the sole purpose of eating up as much of your time as possible to mine crypto with your GPU.

Very short casual walking simulator, featuring snow-covered valley, statues puzzle to solve, bonus orbs to collect and the funniest parody at a bossfight I’ve seen in a long while, and where the biggest challenge is to get yourself oriented in the landscape because there is no map or compass. Truth be told this piece feels more like a demo or proof-of-concept test rather than a full game; but the graphics, while rudimentary, are not really bad, and the accompanying music is surprisingly nice and melodious. Also the game is not expensive, so you can give it a try if you’re just looking for something relaxing.

É um jogo apenas de andar pelo cenário, você não pode correr o que torna o jogo mais longo do que deveria ser e cansativo. Quase não possui história. O jogo é bonito no entanto, mas é mal otimizado...

It feels like you're playing someone's collage project that was mostly focused on the 3D environment and just scraped a story together to call it a game and sell it for a few cents.
Graphics are fine - a bit colourless and grey. The narrator voice is pretty good.
Story and gameplay wise, it's a quick nosedive. After a quick stop at the Inn, you explore the region. There is nothing to funnel you into a specific direction, so you find all noteworthy place out of order, but the narration assumes you know what to do.
If you pick up one of the statues, you can't put it down until you are at the correct spot - which takes 1/3 of your screen away. There are hints on what position the statues have to be, but even when I think I've got it right, there is no way to tell. After walking 30 minutes around the map with no clue and the same music looping again and again, I don't feel like the games is giving any worthwhile experiences.
Very short but fun, nothing groundbreaking here, just one more walking sim in a sea of many. But hey, if you’re on the hunt for a new walking sim to pass the time, this one’s definitely worth a pick-up.
