The sky is blue, infinitely high, and infinitely vast... Whose words were these again...? Ah, I remember... It was about a virtual reality Rudra told me about. A fairy tale. How many years has it been since humanity took refuge underground? No one alive has ever seen a blue sky. And now, I'm trapped in the depths, in a small, lifeless room. Just how long have I been here...? A young girl named Suria wakes up in a laboratory and finds out that she has been put in cryosleep for 1000 years without her knowledge. In order to search for the rest of humanity, she builds Labor with her trusty Buds, and sends them off to investigate...

Game crashed before I could finish building a Labor (?)
This game is ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ awesome. I don't know where AlphaWing came from, but between this and Samurai Bringer, I will fervently anticipate whatever it is they do next.
The way that they're able to approach creating a ridiculously deep system of customization, while still achieving a combat system that just *rocks* constantly is an achievement that will earn them passionate renown with further refinement.
I would love to see AlphaWing approach a set of themes/aesthetics that is diametrically apposed to what they've done so far. Imagine a game that embraces the general vibe of a Katamari game, with the same ridiculously excellent combat system, and deep customization that sticks to the cutesy, whimsical theme.... I wish I knew how to make games.
Whatever they do next, it is at the forefront of my radar. Excellent game.

I love this game, point blank. The customization, how combat is and feels, the variety and amount of upgrades you can get, bosses get harder each time you fight them, weapon variety, ability to swap out parts to your mech on the fly if an enemy mech drops parts, art style, and more. Theres references to Gundam in here that Ive noticed.
The only thing I would change is to be able to see more, granted thats part of the difficulty. But at the lower levels you get swarmed by enemy mechs and sometimes get shot across the room and dont even see it coming then you lose the run. Id rather lose because I recklessly ran into a room, rather than getting killed by an enemy spear coming from across the room. Thats how I lost my last run.
Overall, I would highly recommend this game if you like action packed rogue-likes (and mechs)
This is a robot cosplay game with lots of blasting good and saving and quiting when you need to. The game's got a lot of mechanical depth piloting a robot body piloting a mech and both are built independently from the wrecked limbs of your enemies, so you get to see the parts catalogue organically as you slice foes into bits. The power curve is more of a power parabola and so as you progress deeper in a run you'll get through the early parts fast and can pick your way through the new shiny floors filled with killer robots. Character builds are pretty straightforward in that the parts and modifier disks do exactly what they say they do, except in roguelike tradition you need to identify them so they can tell you what they do, so that adds a choice to runs where you can take time to ID your gear or press on with what you find. Very much an A+ for dressup options both for the robot and the mech.

9/10 Extremely fun Hack n Slash game. Beautiful pixel graphics, addictive gameplay and endless customizations. The music in this game is adaptive and will become faster paced the lower your health is (which is pure evil). The goal is to slowly get stronger over the course of each run.
It's borderline impossible to beat the entire game in one run, but that's the beauty of it. It can be a bit grindy at times for the [spoiler] True Ending [/spoiler] , But an excellently crafted game overall. Be sure to give it a try!
I love this game. Really solid gameplay + good story.
