В далёком сентябре в 2017 году на выставке PowerPlay в Москве познакомился с данной игрой и сказал ребятам из FIFTYTWO что я её куплю как она будет в стиме. Прошло уже более 7 лет, рокетбанк закрылся, PowerPlay больше не проводится и теперь данная игра у меня в библиотеке. Простите, что так долго шёл от знакомства до покупки, но с уверенностью хочу сказать - эта игра хороша во всём, начиная от саундтрека заканчивая геймплеем, особенно если вам нравятся немного поломать мозг. Да, коротковатая, но очень атмосферная игра

Kenshō - маленькая и очень красивая казуалка про оленя... Правда его нам покажут пару раз, но не суть важно.
А важен игровой процесс. И он тут очень даже увлекает и включает инстинкт "ещё один уровень и выключаю, а потом ещё один". Это смесь 64 и "три-в-ряд", нужно выстроить на поле 5х5 в один ряд три плитки одного цвета, после чего они исчезают. Плитки появляются в случайном месте сбоку игрового поля, но сторону появления можно указать. Цель - убрать ключевую плитку с кусочком элемента.
Уровней 10, на каждом нужно собрать 5 элементов, каждый из которых состоит из 5 кусочков. Время прохождения - 2-3 часа. Все достижения даются по мере прохождения.
Это чистейшая казуалка, но имеются лёгкие головоломные элементы. Ближе к середине девятого уровня уже можно подключать думалку и пытаться что-то планировать. Несмотря на элемент случайности, планировать иногда получается.
Таймера нет, ограничений по ходам или штрафов за ошибки тоже нет. В случае провала просто генерируется новый уровень, прогресс не теряется. И это отличное решение.
Игра очень красивая. Я люблю минимализм в этом деле, но здесь дизайнерское решению завораживает. Плюс добавлены длинные разноцветные заставки между роликами. Сказка в ограниченном бюджете и рамках жанра полностью получилась.
И самый цимес - разработчики даже заморочились и выпустили плюшевую версию оленя. Вот что значит увлечённость своим делом.
Играйте в хорошие игры. И не кушайте оленей.

기존 매치3게임과는 다르게 주변에 장애물이 있고 특정 타일을 없애면서 열쇠를 얻어야합니다
초반에는 3개의 열쇠를 얻어야하고 레벨이 올라갈 수록 4~5개의 열쇠를 얻어야하고 각 마지막 레벨에는
문을 열기위한 퍼즐이 존재합니다. 이것은... 음...매치3은 아니고 딱 그냥 같은 색의 타일을 색상에 맞게 이동시키는 퍼즐게임입니다
좌우로 혹은 위아래로 움직이면 모든 타일들이 같이 움직인다는점에서 특이했네요
레벨은 죽어도 열쇠를 모은 채로 다시시작되기 때문에 클리어하는데 어려움은 없었습니다.
스토리는 딱히 없는 것 같고 뭔가 교훈적인 메세지를 남기는 것같은데... 잘 모르곘네요

This was better than I expected it to be. The visual and sound design is very good, and the puzzles held my interest well enough to complete all ten levels in one sitting. The difficulty increases as new elements are introduced, however the game is very forgiving in that you never lose progress. If the board gets locked it just resets and you pick up right where you left off with a new board, so there is really no way to fail. Overall a pleasant 2-3 hour experience; certainly worth the dollar I paid for it on sale.

This is a game that I usually only play when I have a little time to spare (like waiting water to boil, waiting a timer on the oven, etc) it can be relaxing... at the beginning. Sauf que celui-ci se démarque largement, de part ses graphismes uniques et féeriques, ainsi que par sa bande sonore relaxante : 11 chansons originales (une par niveau) composées de violon, piano, harmonica, accordéon et plus encore.
Tout ceci contribue à un univers apaisant, une ambiance intrigante et merveilleuse.

Le but du jeu est de déplacer des blocs de cubes de façon à en aligner 3 ou plus de la même couleur afin de les casser, pour récupérer les fragment d'une clé qui servira à déverrouiller la porte suivante.
Mais la tâche n'est pas si simple, car des blocs de pierre viendront compliquer les choses, sachant qu'elles auront des effets différent à chaque nouveau niveau...

Kensho fait donc preuve d'une certaine dose de difficulté progressive mais jamais punitive, nul besoin de recommencer sans cesse le même niveau pour en venir à bout ou finir par se lasser et ne plus y jouer...
Si vous vous loupez et ça arrivera forcément, vous recommencez certes, mais sans perte de progression et les cubes seront générés autrement.
Après avoir récupéré votre clé, et avant d'aller ouvrir la porte suivante, vous devrez réussir un petit niveau bonus. Un peu comme si l'on devait crocheter une porte, mais toujours avec des cubes, celui-ci est bien plaisant et tout aussi original.
Kensho est un petit coup de coeur bien plus raffiné et intéressant qu'un vulgaire match 3, je le recommande à tous.
Par contre j'émets une grosse critique et un gros coup de gueule quand à cette publicité (même si peut être peu invasive elle y est quand même) nous proposant des produits dérivés du jeu ! Nous sommes assez conditionnés et harcelés par ces pubs qui envahissent partout notre quotidien, sans avoir à en retrouver en plus dans nos jeux !

Relaxing
Neat puzzle game with really nice visuals. Not much else to saym I'm not a big puzzle person.
This is an ultra simple, minimalist match-3 tile sliding game where you slide tiles around in different directions (the allowed direction can change after each slide).
It looks and feels like a tablet port, the game has fixed resolution and no graphics options to change. It's the kind of thing you play on mobile for free, so I can't recommend anyone pays $6 to play this on PC.

Приятно не только играть, но и следить за творчеством этого трио в их telegram-канале. Как минимум вдохновляет тот факт, что всего 3 человека творят такую красоту своими руками.
Понятное дело, что Steam-версия сделана исключительно для увеличения обхвата аудитории - но даже вместо родного сенсора 52-е отлично реализовали как клавиатуру, так и [i]геймпад[/i].
Есть только 2 пункта, на которые хочется обратить особое внимание, но это чисто вкусовщина, как я сам себе это объясняю:
1) Ошибка игрока низкая - меня в этой игре это полностью устроило. Любители ЧеЛлЕнДжЕй уровня азиатов, возможно, не оценят.
Это не значит, что игра совсем не наказывает за ошибки - просто она это делает максимально лёгонько, абсолютно не отбрасывая тебя назад по общему прогрессу.
2) Музыка замечательная, это факт. Oscar Rydelius, он же Ratvader, предоставил авторам наигоднейший материал.
Но вот ИМХО уж больно она яркая, сочная: некоторые треки почему-то, хоть и несильно, но всё-таки мешали сосредоточиться на уровне. Очень бы хотелось, чтобы пару инструментов там сделали "нежнее", что ли. Не в том смысле, что просто музыку потише сделать - а саму звуковую композицию чуть-чуть поднаправить в эмбиенсное русло.
Два часа удовольствия получил. На смартфоне уж допроходить не буду, хех)

Line up 3 or more tiles of same type to obtain keys required to move on to the next level by displacing all grid tiles simultaneously in one of four directions. Special tiles with varied behaviors are added to the mix along the way to spice up the gameplay.
With two types of puzzles, only one demands real strategic thinking while the other can often be achieved almost by luck or accident. In fact many times it is easier to obtain subsequent keys simply by filling the grid randomly and restarting the level with a fresh grid, as each key obtained remains.
This no death penalty is both a bonus and a malus. It makes the game overall much easier and relaxing but it unfortunately also has the side effect of making it a little boring. It is as if the development team could not figure out a proper way to fine-tune their game mechanics precisely and resorted to a compromise.
Secondary door puzzles seen in between each world are actually more satisfying to complete than the main game mode. While door puzzles don't vary much in style, each new world introduces one new mechanic that combines with previous ones, usually with increased difficulty.

Despite the fact that I constantly felt an itch to play something else every 2 levels or so, I did enjoy the game's peaceful vibes and original ideas. I hope that developer 52's next game offers tighter and more fine-tuned gameplay mechanics in the same style.

顶配版过关式2048玩法，消除指定砖块获得钥匙碎片，加入了诸如传送，随机，固定边消除的限制元素，音乐尚可，画面美轮美奂，整体玩起来感觉算作精致。
难度有，但容错率很高，失败重新从当前进度继续开始，技术太差也能用人品刷过，消除非指定砖块意义不明，没有奖励机制，一头雾水。

Avant de passer à la revue détaillée des avantages et inconvénients de Kenshō, il convient de vous en exposer le gameplay, qui s'avère simple, mais pas simpliste pour autant.
Au premier abord, le principe peut sembler déjà vu et revu, mais il comporte des subtilités bienvenues; à chaque niveau, vous découvrez une grille (5x5) partiellement remplie de dalles colorées. Vous devez accoler 3 dalles identiques (ou plus) en ligne ou en colonne pour les faire disparaître. La grande différence avec les autres titres du genre, c'est que dans Kenshō, vous ne pouvez pas faire bouger les dalles indépendamment les unes des autres, ni même par paires; grâce à un clic maintenu vers une direction, vous allez devoir bouger la totalité des dalles vers la direction de votre choix, toujours dans l'optique de les éliminer par groupes de 3 ou plus.
Chaque déplacement de votre part fait apparaître une dalle dans la zone que vous venez de libérer. Prenons un exemple : en faisant glisser les dalles vers la gauche, vous avez libéré la colonne la plus à droite de la grille. Dans cette colonne, l'une des cases va être immédiatement occupée par une nouvelle dalle. À vous de gérer au mieux vos déplacements sans vous laisser déborder par le nombre croissant de dalles sur la grille. Pour vous aider, un indicateur visuel sur la gauche de l'écran vous permet d'anticiper la couleur de la prochaine dalle à apparaître.
Chaque niveau est constitué de plusieurs manches (5 en moyenne); au cours de chacune d'entre elles, vous devez récupérer les 5 fragments d'une clé nécessaire pour accéder au niveau suivant. Ces fragments prennent la forme de dalles colorées ornées d'un arc de cercle doré; il faut donc les faire disparaître en priorité afin de pouvoir progresser.
À chaque début de niveau, un nouveau type de dalle spéciale est introduit; celle-ci vient interagir avec les dalles classiques. Ainsi, les dalles spéciales peuvent par exemple bloquer le déplacement des dalles classiques, se déplacer aléatoirement sur la grille en fonction de vos mouvements, ne bouger que sur un seul axe (vertical ou horizontal), vous permettre de téléporter des dalles à d'autres endroits de la grille, etc. Pour votre plus grand plaisir, différentes dalles spéciales peuvent même apparaître ensemble au fil du jeu! Cette innovation permet de redynamiser votre approche de la grille et vous oblige régulièrement à changer de stratégie suite à un énième revirement de situation.
À la fin de chaque niveau vous attend un casse-tête dans lequel il s'agit d'ouvrir la porte du niveau suivant à l'aide des clés collectées précédemment. La résolution de cette épreuve donne droit à une petite [i]cutscene[/i] venant développer l'intrigue servant de lien entre les niveaux. Il y est question des tribulations d'un petit robot, dont le réel intérêt n'est autre que de donner un contexte à votre progression.
Côté durée de vie, il faut bien compter 3h pour venir à bout des 10 niveaux, ce qui est décent pour un jeu vendu 3.29€. La difficulté se veut progressive et plutôt bien dosée. Jamais frustrant, le jeu peut tout de même vous poser quelques soucis, surtout lorsque certaines combinaisons de dalles spéciales décident de se montrer retorses. La RNG* peut aussi vous jouer quelques coups bas, à l'occasion. Toutefois, l'échec n'étant jamais sanctionné, il suffit de recommencer prudemment le niveau en prenant son temps pour ne pas reproduire les mêmes erreurs. Petit regret au passage, il est dommage de ne pas permettre de recommencer le niveau par une simple pression sur la touche R; au lieu de cela, il faut passer par le menu Echap ou se laisser perdre. Dommage.
*[b]RNG[/b]: Random Number Generator. Ici, il s'agit de la fonction aléatoire du jeu, qui gère l'apparition de nouvelles dalles dans le niveau.
Niveau direction artistique, le jeu se démarque par ses graphismes très colorés et lumineux; les [i]cutscenes[/i] et les introductions de niveaux font leur petit effet et s'en sortent bien pour un jeu de cet acabit. L'atmosphère visuelle est épaulée par une bande-son calme et agréable, propice à la concentration comme à la détente. Un bon point supplémentaire.
Toutefois, malgré ses qualités évidentes, Kenshō n'est pas exempt de reproches.
En premier lieu, à la durée de vie relativement faible s'ajoute l'impossibilité de rejouer indépendamment les niveaux déjà parcourus en cours de jeu. Heureusement, cette possibilité vous est offerte après avoir terminé les 10 niveaux. Plus gênant, vous pourrez remarquer une publicité discrète présente directement dans le hub principal du jeu; celle-ci propose de faire l'acquisition de produits dérivés fabriqués par le studio. Objectivement, cette autopromotion n'est absolument pas envahissante; subjectivement, c'est toujours rageant de trouver de la publicité dans un logiciel déjà payé, aussi discrète soit-elle, et ce quelque soit le jeu ou logiciel.
Ensuite, il faut bien reconnaître que le jeu n'hésite pas à vous flatter un peu trop facilement à chaque combo réussi (soit 4 dalles alignées ou plus). Au final, si c'est la charte graphique de Kenshō qui vous attire et donne envie de vous y plonger, n'hésitez pas. Vous y trouverez un jeu de réflexion sympathique, tout à fait honnête pour son prix, et qui peut s'adresser autant aux novices qu'aux habitué(e)s du genre.
Si Kenshō vous attire pour son gameplay, il serait dommage de passer à côté d'une variation atypique et intéressante du système de match-3 classique. En définitive, seule sa mécanique de "cliquer-glisser" trahit sa réelle parenté avec le jeu mobile (ah, et la publicité incluse, aussi... 🙄).
Pour le même prix, il existe bien d'autres jeux qui délivrent le service minimum, là où FIFTYTWO s'est employé à concevoir un titre novateur et un portage PC propre. Bien joué.

The visuals are great, the soundtrack is... kinda generic for me. nothing that touched me.
The gameplay is terrible. It's just awful the way they did this, just 5x5 grids of random chance of doing it. I just randomly spam buttons until I get the piece after piece UGH SO BORING.
It's TERRIBLE.
The game is polished though.
Overall, the game had potential but if I'm going to watch some beautiful visual animation with nice music, I can go to youtube. Because the game itself is TERRIBLE.

Although I think this game is overall good, I can't quiet recommend this game.
This game is visual and sound focused, tile moving puzzle. 3 same color tiles have to align horizontal or vertical. Rest part is like 1024.
Visuals, graphics, sounds, and other things are EXCELLENT, but gameplay design itself is opposite.
- Difficulty rises too quickly. Every level, you will be introduced with new mechanic of the puzzle. This game should have many 'sub levels'(like 1-1, 1-2, ...), to players get familiar with them and enjoy more of level.
- Gameplay depends on luck too much as game progresses. In later levels, I found myself suicide every time after I collect a single key piece. I think this problem comes from too small board size; Many mechanics are not suitable with 5x5. [spoiler] How can I move tiles strategically where over 1/4 of board is blocked by non-moving stones? [/spoiler]
- Overall playtime is short, in perspective of 'length' of the game.
- Replay value is low. [spoiler] Also after you beat the game, you can play all previous levels, However, even if you select level 1, EVERY previous levels will randomly pop up. It's like just selecting background and music, not 'level'. Separate 'Random' option is needed. [/spoiler]
Every other things are OK. So, this game will be perfect when those problems are solved.

А расскажу я вам лучше о своих личных впечатлениях об этом проекте. Kenshō несомненно интереснейшее творение от инди-разработчиков. Первое на что я обращаю внимание - великолепнейший дизайн и графика, ну и качество звучания всего происходящего. Аплодирую! Это превосходно!
Меня даже посещала мысль "Для игры подобного, с вашего позволения скажу, простого жанра, приложили столько усилий? Вы серьезно? Зачем?"...
Сам геймплей достаточно примитивный, хоть и увлекательный. Игра способна завлечь игрока на 2-3 часа, заставить его пройти все уровни и получить все ачивки... ну и посмотреть некоторые красивейшие кат.сцены, дополненные каким-никаким сюжетом о чём-то глубоком.
Эта игра не пустой звук! С играми, наподобие Kenshō, я верю, что есть разработчики, которые вкладывают в свои детища частичку своей души!

В общем смешанные чувства у меня к игре.
С одной стороны она запредельно красива, наполненая какой-то своей персональной философией, с потрясающей звуковизуализацией.
А с другой стороны - это элементарная головоломка, достаточно простая и по идее расслабляющая, но вот эта вся красивость начинает надоедать. Хочется без всяких эфектов (окей с достаточным минимумом) просто решать головоломку, без отвлечения на картинку в целом. Она (картинка) слишком насыщенна и утомляет и абсолютно не соответствует игре.
Не буду оценивать. Пробуйте - возможно понравится))) Я скорее всего доигрывать не буду.
It's a good game. When I finally understood everything about this game, it became immensely more satisfying to solve. It doesn't overstay its welcome, and is incredibly well-priced. Personally, though, I think it would be best played on mobile devices, especially considering the lack of uncapped FPS and edge-aliasing. All in all, though, this is a little gem that needs more attention.

Kenshō is a sliding match-3 puzzler that features relaxing music and some excellent visuals.
The basic game is trying to match three or more tiles in a small grid that progressively fills in. As you move in any of the four directions, all of the tiles on the screen that can move will do so. If they cannot move. Each level has key pieces that appear one at a time. You need to match that block in order to unlock the key piece. Every five key pieces is a new key. Initial levels require fewer keys to complete, later levels will require 5 keys. After you complete all of the pieces, you have then another small puzzle to "restore the balance of nature."
Each level introduces a new concept, blocks that sit still and don't move, blocks that move only in one direction, borders on your key piece that allows it to only form three-in-a-row in certain directions, locks that keep a piece in place until it's matched, portals that transport your piece from one place to another on the grid, etc. So there is a significant challenge increase once you get to the later levels.
This is a casual puzzler in that there are really no fail states and no time limits. As your grid fills up one by one and eventually you run out of space and no further moves are available, the grid just falls apart and you get a fresh grid to continue. You do not lose any progress, whatever key pieces you have unlocked will remain. No time limit means you can sit back, relax, and enjoy the music. Play it here and there while doing something else. Yes, this is a bit mentally taxing, because of all of the elements introduced that accumulate into the later levels. But there is no stress involved in playing this game at all.
For someone who is really good at puzzles, this game might take you less time, for the average player playing all the way through, I estimate about 2 hours of game time. Part of that time will be used to gaze at the wonderful colors flying through the screen in between levels, as well as to marvel with a sense of discovery. The story is minimal and learned through small themes of each level, and is not an integral part of the game.
I like the entirety of this game put together as a whole package. Sure, if you feel the need to get a certain number of hours out of a game for your money, you may wish to wait for a sale, but this puzzle game definitely stands out with the above-mentioned points. I did run into a small bug where after I obtained a key, the grid did not repopulate with tiles, but I just clicked on the refresh button and a new grid showed up, and I continued without a hitch.
The music is very nice and accompanies the visuals very well. Together they beget a relaxed setting to enjoy this game. Please see the following video for a bit of gameplay from the beginning, looking at the short tutorial and then the first few levels.

very nice game, work with graphic and music on a nice lvl, especially moments when music and visual effects work toghether while everything changing, puzzles lvl about middle, little story - pretty nice, not boring, not exited, but a pretty nice detail

레벨마다 3 ~ 5 개의 열쇠를 만들어 통과하면 되는 방식으로 진행되는 게임이다. 열쇠는 5개의 조각으로 이루어져 있으며, 이 열쇠 조각은 타일에 하나씩 박혀 있기 때문에 이들을 얻기 위해서는 같은 색의 타일을 3개 모아서 해방시키면 된다. 이런 류의 게임이 항상 그렇듯이, 처음에는 애니팡 하는 것마냥 쉽지만 후반부에는 다양한 장애물들로 머리를 굴리게 하는 게 특징이다.
사실 게임의 스토리는 뭔 소리인지 제대로 모르겠지만, 그래도 게임 자체의 분위기나 플레이 방식은 마음에 들어서 추천한다.
a tile matching game with the usual assortment of different block types, some move, some don't, some are helpful, some are just in the way, and your goal is to collect key fragments on every stage and unlock the door to the next level. there are 10 of them with up to 5 stages in each, which doesn't sound much and it isn't, the game can be completed in about 2 hours, but I found it really enjoyable and very relaxing. in this respect it reminded me of the excellent [b]glass masquerade[/b]. not much of a challenge but looks beautiful and the music is fantastic.
there's no move or time limit, when you tilt the board, tiles move if they can and a new one appears, you can see on the left what color, so can plan ahead a bit. what makes it even less challenging and more relaxing (which might be a plus for some and a negative for others) is that every stage is random and while you 'faii' when the screen fills up and there are no more moves, you'll get a new setup immediately and can continue without losing any progress, so it's just a matter of time until you succeed.
points are awarded for matches, bonus points for matching more than 3 of a kind, but just like on [i]whose line is it anyway?[/i], points don't matter and there's no way of knowing how many you got in total, seems a bit pointless to have them in the game in the first place. there's some narrative in the level selection/hub area but I wouldn't call it a story, just some motivational sentences here and there, doesn't add much but I didn't mind it either.
the door puzzles between levels are fixed and involve placing the keys where they belong by moving all of them at the same time. these aren't difficult at all either, might take a few tries but it's more about mixing things up than putting an obstacle in your way, and after completing all 10 levels, an 11th door opens up, which seems like an endless mode of sorts, but after level 10 is done, you can replay the original levels as well.
it is clearly a mobile game but plays fine on pc, I had no problems with the controls or anything, but as usual, volume sliders are not included. that said, if you're not looking for a challenge but want something nice to fiddle with and listen to, pick it up, though you might want to wait for a sale depending on how much you're willing to pay.

Kenshō is not for the light-of-heart when it comes to puzzle fans. If you want more bite (and a whole lot of visual polish) out of your mind-benders, it's hard to go wrong with Kenshō. The game is gorgeous and runs beautifully on my iffy laptop. The controls are simple and make sense. I haven't beat it, but I do plan on dropping in from time to time to keep at it. :)

Впервые познакомился с игрой несколько месяцев назад — когда состоялся релиз в App Store.
Для меня Kensho является очень красивой инди–игрой в смешанном жанре "2048", "Три в ряд" и приключением. Это не просто игра с голой механикой и присыпкой, а полноценный инди–проект, где ты знакомишься с местным миром и персонажами, заглядывая за тайные двери. Очень необычно и очень красиво.
Отдельно скажу про музыку — она великолепна.
Несмотря на то, что фактически игра является адаптацией мобильного проекта для компьютеров, мне сложно сказать, что это "Мобильная игра" в привычном понимании. Думаю, что Kensho будет замечательно смотреться в том числе и консолях. Она вполне взрослая и самостоятельная.
С радостью вновь пополнил свою коллекцию этой игрой.

Классная игра, со своей атмосферой! Потрясающе-расслабляющая музыка, очень приятный визуальный стиль - головоломки интересные, смесь пятнашек и три в ряд, пока прошел не далеко, но первые уровни все проходятся очень легко и без напряга. Надо собрать 5-ть кусочков ключа, чтобы пройти уровень и если вы собрали 1 кусочек, а потом уровень зафейлили, то прогресс сохраняется и после перезапуска надо будет собрать оставшиеся четыре - это удобно, изи мод. В каждой локации добавляется какая то новая фишка, поэтому всегда интересно что же там дальше. И мини визуальная история после прохождения двери смотрится забавно. Своих денег игра стоит, мозг вам не сломает, а удовольствие принесет.

Amazing visual and sound experience AND THAT is only the menu! Very good puzzle game combined with extraordinary experience, long ago Bejeweled 3 was giving that feel. This game has no weak points.
Ken means "seeing," sho means "nature, essence" , some connection with the Buddhism, I won't get deep into that, but I can see from where creators got inspiration to made this piece of art.
I can say that I 110 % recomment this title.
