The main conceit of deckbuilding roguelike DICEOMANCER is that you can replace any number with the result of a die roll. The gimmick contributes to the game’s general chaos, with its absurd story of fighting eldritch horrors and woodland creatures so you can go fishing, and its gorgeous eight frames-per-second hand-drawn animations of enemies and card effects.

And I do mean any number. There’s numbers that you’re more-or-less encouraged to change: enemy health, amount of energy, card effects, relic charges, money. But I’ve been delighted with how versatile the number-changing mechanic is. Some numbers are so deeply engrained into deckbuilding roguelike tropes that I’ve ceased to think of them as variable numbers. Choosing between three card rewards, drawing five cards per turn, cards exhausting after one play: in this sense, the game makes metatextual commentary on the genre. It’s probably best appreciated after you’ve played other such games.

I thought, at first, that this mechanic would make the game trivial, but there’s enough balances in place to limit its power. Requiring you to use a resource is one of them. Cards with changed numbers will advance the impending doom following you on the map. Enemies all have multiple health bars, so you can’t one-shot their health down to a small number. Multiple types of energy costs prevent you from playing all your cards every turn. And yet, every time I use the die, it still feels like I’m breaking the game with my cleverness, and fulfilling my fantasy of doing overpowered nonsense.

If you come into this game expecting the depth of something like Slay the Spire or Monster Train, you’ll be disappointed. There’s a good one-or-two dozen hours of gameplay before you get most of the meta-progression, and see most of what the game has to offer. The base game isn’t that difficult, and the ascension system doesn’t add much difficulty while looking quite grindy. DICEOMANCER isn’t a game that’s meant to be played for hundreds of hours, and it doesn’t have to be.

This game is really good, and really fun and I can't recommend it enough. It's got a cute art style and interesting story that unfolds over several runs, and numerous cards to make everything work. My only real complaint is that you cap your tree pretty quickly so there isn't much to climb for after a pretty short while. The animations to the music are all really good though. So if you like the rogue-lite deck building games this is an easy pickup.

Was bei dem Spiel komisch ist das ich auf einmal die Zahl der Gegner LP Leiste nicht mehr verkleinern konnte? Obwohl ich vorher eh schon "tricksen" mußte, und die Zahl von woanders nehmen mußte um sehr knapp dran zu kommen, war es mir und meiner Freundin nicht möglich drauf zu kommen, wie man die letzten paar Energie Reste auch noch wegnehmen kann!? Das war auch schon komisch das ich die niedrigste Zahl am Bildschirm suchen mußte, aber warum es mit den restlichen Lebenspunkten nicht funkt, keine Ahnung? Wer die Stelle kennt, weiß vermutlich von was ich "rede", alle anderen sollen gewarnt sein, das Spiel hat paar komische Lösungswege anscheinend!? Aber wenn man das nicht einrechnet, oder weiß wie es geht, hat vermutlich seinen Spaß damit, aber es ist mir zu blöd YouTube zu schauen müssen, vlt. komm ich ja nochmal drauf, wenn ich es überhaupt nochmal ernsthaft spielen sollte. Keine klare Kaufentscheidung, aber vlt. kapiere ich das Prinzip oder irgendwas wichtiges am Spielablauf nicht?

太可惜。
游戏性：35/40。作为卡牌肉鸽，该有的内容基本上都有，而因为“骰子”这一资源的存在，这游戏就变得十分有趣。你可以利用骰子对任数字进行更改，而是否升级骰子则取决于你用骰子做什么，这也是一个取舍的思考。但问题在于敌人的数量略少，游戏整体内容都不算大，玩一段时间可能就会疲劳了。此外它的费用机制稍微需要花点时间上手。
独创性：20/20。它是我这几年玩过的最具创新的游戏之一了，将骰子作为一种资源加以利用，只要你想到的它都能改，费用、金钱、商店物品价格、怪物血量、伤害等等。而且考虑到平衡性（其实也没那么考虑），作者将怪物血量设计为分段式，避免了玩家“拒绝交互，直接改血量”。作者的考虑真的算是周到的了。
声音：5/10。我其实感觉有点简单了，不管是配乐还是音效。
画面：10/10。手绘画风，这种低帧是真好看，很舒服。
情节塑造：7/15。没说法，完全就是为了这个创意而做出的游戏，剧情基本等于0。不过我倒是钓了好多鱼。
杂项：3/5。不更新。可以理解，这游戏应该本身就不是要做大游戏的，更多是为展现自己的创意。但也真的可惜。
总评：80。真的很好玩很有创意，也不难，喜欢卡牌游戏的玩家没理由不买。

the dice rolling is scripted so that the enemy always gets the better outcome and you always get the bad outcome. Proof: i played and then when i rolled the dice i got 2, 3, 7 in that order. Then I left the game mid battle and rejoined right when the battle started. When i rolled the dice i got a 2,3,7n in the same order.

Another great deckbuilding roguelite. Hand drawn art style that is cute and funny and very interesting mechanics. The main one being the One Die that you can roll to change ANY number on screen, including enemy health bars, your mana pool, your money, damage numbers on cards, and so on. There's like 6 different classes to play as and each have a unique mechanic/playstyle. It's silly, it's fun, and pulls of the unique mechanics really well.

This is better than Slay the Spire 1 OR 2, sorry! The core dynamic of rerolling any number is so excellent on its own that the game is super fun. But the different mixes of decks and dynamics on top of that pushes it over the edge. Then the art and music style are wonderful! I can't believe none of my nerd roguelike friends have herd of this, and am working hard every day to remedy that.

最近以来最好玩的类爬塔卡牌游戏！！（DBG）
极具创意，极具爽感，有无数种流派可以开发，一个无敌的卡组诞生往往就是“俺寻思好像这么做会很强”。如果说尖塔是精致微妙的数值平衡，这款骰子浪游者就是天马行空的机制狂欢！
另外这游戏有点知识锁的感觉，这也是为什么这么吸引我大加赞赏。

素质非常优秀，想法特别有意思，玩法多样，跟其他卡牌肉鸽有着鲜明区别的游戏。如果是这个类型的爱好者，非常推荐来玩。

但是，在他有如此多优秀素质的前提下玩家数量还是这么少，甚至在老菊带货之后依旧不温不火，其实也说明它存在比较大的问题。在我看来，这个游戏什么都好，就是不够爽，甚至不够“好玩”

这一切都起源于其独特的骰子设计，可以利用骰子改变画面中的任何数字，会在游戏开头让你瞬间眼前一亮，然后玩着就会发现骰子的一些很好用的用法：比如在领奖励的界面，修改宝物和牌的数量，本质是在刷新奖励，而且可以一次刷很多个出来；除了简单的修改敌人血量，buff数值，修改自己的血量狗命，玩负伤角色可以无限降低负伤等级究极狗命。。等等，然后你就会发现，其实”无比精妙“的骰子已经没有什么可用的了。以上我提到的用法，其实已经是使用的最优解了：因为游戏给骰子加上了使用的限制，那些看似最狠的，改变卡牌和数值，改变遗物的数值等等，都会导致目标的扭曲，使用时会出现负面效果。这当然是为了平衡，但事实上你完全可以攒一堆骰子然后把boss的几个血条全部改成个位数一刀砍死，这远比改变遗物或卡牌效果要暴力的多，但这个玩法完全没有被限制，而我也从来不会这么去玩，因为这样“很没意思”。骰子这个初看精妙无比的设计，一个怎么看都很“机制”的玩法，到头来变得只剩“数值”，当然，这种游戏最后肯定不管什么都是数值，但就这么把数值扔给玩家是很容易索然无味的。。

骰子设计上出现的鸡肋现象，可以说充斥着整个游戏。几个职业的特色非常鲜明，玩法都大不一样，不同颜色的能量组合直接有一些配合，但又不多，每个职业玩下来都很有设计，但也是一眼望到头。我写下这篇评测时，每个职业都通关了一次，可以说体验非常浅显，但我一边玩会一边觉得没有重复体验的必要。几乎每个角色的冒险途中，把刷新的卡看一遍，也就立马意识到这个流派“该”怎么玩了，没用的卡，不需要的卡，一眼就能看出来。通关后都处于一种“我似乎理解了这个角色的神奇设计”和“这个角色玩的不爽”的矛盾感。唯一我觉得爽的，可能就是红白职业莽夫，那个没脑子拳真的很乐，虽然其他职业有更猛的多段叠buff高伤手段（比如工匠的加特林，自带8次连击的究极变态牌），但没脑子拳这种需要自己猴戏半天，把红能量拉满然后风暴5-6次没脑子拳框框砸半天真的很有意思。红蓝职业两种能量左右互博也有点说法，可惜我玩了几次都是通关了但没发现什么有意思的东西。感觉整个游戏的“乐趣”就卡死在这里了。

最后说回游戏的基底，他的“随机性”。作为骰子深度参与的游戏，里面有大量随机数字的紫色能量的牌，而且不管什么流派紫能量都是必带的，也就是说你一定会有随机紫色牌的卡池。这个池子里全都是各种随机效果，奇怪触发的效果，各种不知道有没有用的东西，我通关了也不少次，看过大量的这种随机紫色牌，几乎没有选过，也没发现什么特别有用的，几乎就是纯污染其他颜色的卡池来的。一是因为这个游戏并没有纯靠紫色作为构筑的职业，不管什么职业其实都有自身颜色的更优路线选择，二是正如我所说的，紫色牌几乎都是在整活一样，真的没看出有什么用。我想起来我玩过月圆之夜的法师随机流派，可以无限循环全靠随机给的法术乱丢，打起来也是非常爽快，至少这个游戏我没感受到所谓随机性有什么用。是了，这个游戏最终带给我的感觉，就是他以随机性为基底，但是这个随机性真的没什么用，没什么强度，最终也没带来什么快乐，变成了纯粹的困惑。最典型的就是，路线中的问号事件，有太多的强制塞牌事件，塞的牌一多半都是没什么用的牌，还不得不浪费你宝贵的删牌机会。
随机性，这个游戏的核心，最终也变成了鸡肋

OK finito in meno di 20 ore.
Confesso che forse mi aspettavo qualcosa di più. E' comunque divertente, a tratti geniale, con un buon uso della logica e uno stile grafico carino.
Ma alcune combo, tipo Druido, sono praticamente invincibili e sbilanciate. I regni visitabili sono solo 3. Le varianti di Boss sono 6 ma ne troverete come solo 1 per ciascun regno.
In meno di 10 ore avrete già completato l'albero dei Talenti. Non c'è altro da fare se non sconfiggere i 3 Boss.
Una volta padroneggiate le carte diventa inutile giocarci e non c'è nessun incentivo a proseguire.

Loved this game!

The good: Very creative and entertaining premise. There's so much you can do with the dice! The classes are all quite different from each other, and I love the way you put together colors to make them.

The bad: It's too easy, and you need to grind your slay-the-spire-like ascensions with EVERY class one-by-one. So you spend way too much time playing the game on its easier levels. Even if you manage to force yourself onto a higher difficulty (by getting a d20 and rerolling the difficulty number until you get a high roll) you'll find that it's STILL too easy.

Neither here nor there: The game was not balanced around the dice at all. You can beat the game without EVER using your dice, and it's not even that hard. There's an achievement for it too. This just means that when you DO use the dice, you become OP way too fast.
Imagine a card like Riddle With Holes in Slay the Spire. 3 damage, 5 times. In Diceomancer, they have a similar card, Swarm: Deal 3 damage to a random enemy, repeat 3 times, Evolve 2. (evolve just increases the values on the card by its value every time it's played, so the second time you play it would deal 5 damage, 5 times.)
Now imagine using a d20 to alter that card. And stacking luck (basically just dnd advantage) to ensure a high roll. Which would you reroll? The damage? The number of hits? The evolve value? It doesn't actually matter, because all three of those options are strong enough to win the game on their own.

In a certain sense, this makes the game into a sandbox, where you get to take a normal, well-crafted deck builder, and break it apart by customizing the cards to your liking. It's fun to take a card and make it super OP. But eventually it stops being fun to keep doing that, just to win every run have have a miniscule step up in difficulty for the next run as that character.

在談論遊戲本體前，我想先說說一個我個人最喜歡的設計-通關後短暫釣魚，每一場下來其實也快1個半小時，這過程中不斷的承受數值計算與資源分配的壓力，終於通關後，伴著帶點童趣輕鬆的音樂，拿上釣竿走到河邊釣魚，享受冒險後的寧靜，為這段旅程畫下一個結局，我永遠記得第一次通關在河邊釣魚的那一刻，大腦的內啡太釋放，湧現出難以描述的滿足感。

說回遊戲正題，我最終還是決定用感性來寫這篇遊戲評論，遊戲真的不難，打第二次就通關了。(過不了的話在暴斃前及時退出就可以回到上一步，不論是事件還是關卡，作者如果看到這段，拜託不要修，這對於體驗後續各種玩法提供很大的幫助)
樂趣來源是構築各種流派、享受手繪感很強的動畫與插圖(噴火器貓真的好可愛)、骰子的花式用法(玩遊戲還有內建外掛真的很好笑)、還有最後的釣魚(這點我真的很喜歡)。
他的定位對我來說是那種忙裡偷閒來打個一兩關的小遊戲，而不是下班回家後特地去玩的遊戲。

By this game's very nature, it be about breaking the game. But the ways that you can break the game are varied and interesting. And even when broken, there's still the risk of throwing yourself headlong into defeat by a misplaced card/mechanic (or unwittingly blow up all enemies). After a certain point, there's so many bits and pieces at play you lose track of what the heck is going on and are just going along for the ride, awash the ensuing firestorm of damages and effects and...it be darn fun.

游戏算是个好游戏，但如果身边的朋友问我，我是绝对不会推荐购买的。
优点其他评测讲的差不多了，作为一篇差评，我讲讲缺点吧。
首先，有上手门槛，需要一定的游戏时长/触类旁通，才能畅玩本作，否则会在相当一段时间陷入迷茫期，会出现完全不知道用骰子改什么的抓瞎阶段。只有你对本作的卡牌、怪物见过面，有了熟练度，才能畅玩。
中期是最爽的，知晓了大致套路，又没有玩腻。
后期复玩率很低，卡牌之间的强度平衡做的很差，强的很强弱的很多，导致非常公式化套路化。

而且作为一个白金党，最让我不能接受的是，这游戏刷全成就的体验极烂，是我刷过所有白金里面最差那一档。最难的成就是全角色进阶20，一共六个角色，每打一把才能解锁下一层进阶，要强制你打120+把，这在低复玩性的情况下简直是一种折磨。这游戏还在大概25年下半年改了存档方式，所有存档云端保存，导致不能通过改本地文件调进阶难度，一把45分钟到一个小时，强制你坐100+h的牢，做成这样要不然是制作力太低设计的时候没过脑子，要不然就是在故意恶心人，反正我是被恶心到了。
这游戏的社区也很烂，太冷门了无人问津，反正关于成就的攻略我只找到b站鱼汤做过，他的游戏理解很高但视频的剪辑/运营很一般，视频常常是一个小时一刀不剪，看来看去没个重点。这只是游戏社区很差的一个缩影，作为一个冷门你能享受到所有的冷门弊端，这是我认真玩的第一个真正冷门游戏，不方便的程度超乎想象。

這應該先講，中文和英文討論區有提到開發商已放棄更新。社群和更新的最後時間是2024年底。也就是沒有未來路線圖和內容增修，維護模式表示下文提及的問題都不會有改變。

[*]獨特美術風格和創意機制
大白鵝可愛，松鼠帥。Empty Layer 1希望可以讓設計師朋友氣到腦中風。Meme見仁見智。

[*]無局外數值成長
擴充戰鬥外骰子功能（雖然直覺上，這應該天生可用，而且遊戲展示畫面就有此功能）；擴大獎勵池，有時反而是缺點。

[*]天賦樹雞肋
天賦樹並不能解決卡關和戰鬥作業感問題；升級點數一次給太多讓升級變得廉價且分支可以一次全開；我認為解鎖其他職業的時機偏晚，且終極天賦和卡牌遊戲無關實在太令人失望。

[*]字體偏小，機制和UI不清楚
骰子升級的小圖示升級表示D4、D10、D20等點數上限的「強度」，對於沒有接觸桌遊的玩家難以理解，只放圖也看不清楚到底是幾面骰；職業初始卡牌和寶物不會在百科中顯示。另外我希望現有卡組的清單按鈕可以更清楚或獨立出來（字面上的意思，放在顯目區域）。

[*]職業差距過大
工匠幾乎無卡手也能暴風出牌，多段連擊的落空懲罰低。大聰明要計算格擋和補彈藥，莽戰士和野蠻人要祈禱不要一回合抽到三張負傷牌也要處理負面狀態，能量不夠=手牌不夠，又有負傷牌卡手真的是白癡設計。工匠一開始就無雙前進，莽戰士和野蠻人還在傷害不夠回復力也不夠，到底這樣設計有什麼智略？自虐傾向玩家會喜歡吧。

一場戰鬥你可能會遇到一隻、三隻甚至五隻敵人，在初期是無損和大損血暴死的差異。第三關因為地圖可以一次跨很多格，又因為卡組強度高可以像坦克一樣輾過（字面上的意思）。反而是第一關群體怪和某些機制怪若無法第一時間解開，會導致毫無傷害或毫無防禦能力。讓這款遊戲同時「太簡單」和「太困難」。因為這不是真正的牌組構築爬塔遊戲，本質上更像是策略解謎遊戲。類似神O之塔的形狀盾等機制，變成閱讀技能說明和處理異常狀態對我來說不是加分項。

[*]初始寶物有條件
跟吝嗇的鯨魚一樣要求遇到第一關BOSS才給。鞭策玩家耐心對待每一輪，但數值設計並不精細，我並不想重複多次雷同戰鬥再重新一輪。

[*]敵人和事件稀少
我不想要再喝國王之腳的酒了。

[*]戰鬥獎勵被稀釋
為了避免牌組汙染，容易跳過卡牌獎勵。金幣可以用骰子作弊，導致戰鬥沒有好處反而容易翻車。

[*]骰子機制的誘導和解法侷限
鼓勵靠骰子削減大量HP，卻設計無效骰子的Empty Layer 1。玩家為了避免修改強卡的「扭曲」副作用，會傾向於削弱敵人血量和正面狀態，此時Empty Layer 1的機制成為群傷和破格卡牌的強度檢視器。

骰子無法無損取消，且要等待動畫。有骰子掉到骰盅外無限旋轉的問題。

直到遇到Empty Layer 1之前我玩得很開心，對我來說他就是大樹守衛。我喜歡傳統卡牌的策略規劃，不喜歡永動機流派、機制無限疊層和破格卡牌所以才會失敗吧。輪次時間偏短，打造牌組戰勝強敵的成就感也較少。敵人和事件重複後煩躁和作業感便會升高。整體來說重複遊玩有種無力感，尤其是點開最終的天賦之後。工匠通關後升級點數再也沒用，我累積釣魚、升級點數、進階挑戰要做什麼？遇到強敵也是骰子處理，要逼自己精進所謂的技術也太折磨人。

If you're a Slay the Spire fan, you'll know the board game turns down the numbers, rules, and interactions to be quickly calculable by a human mind. Diceomancer does the exact opposite, dialing everything to 100. You'll have no ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ clue what is happening half the time, and that's fun as hell.

I feel like this game deserves more popularity for how charming and fun it is. The premise is so unique and honestly presents an infinite amount of possibilities in how you want to tackle the situations infront of you.

It's got a lot going for it. Great artsyle, and the game mechanic of being able to alter any number displayed on screen makes your very first run feel very innovative.

But the roguelike nature is just lacking. Enemy variety is limited, and besides a small handful of bosses, completely irrelevant. You play out the combos you built into, and don't have to any regard beyond the bare minimum towards what the enemies intend to do.

It's also just very artificially padded. Locking items and powers behind progression doesn't feel great, but what's even more atrocious is the "ascension" system.

Imagine if instead of a "hard difficulty" you could only play on easy. and to get to hard, you have to play 19 separate runs that are all practically identical in difficulty.

Now imagine if you want to unlock hard difficulty for any of the other 5 characters, you have to do that all in full again.

The base game is comically easy. The cards are overtuned, and so "energy" generation and card draw is incredibly easy to achieve. Even worse, the core game mechanic, being able to alter any number on screen, lends the game to being even easier, especially considering it's easy to stockpile, there's no punishment for using it on any non-card numbers, and there's no limit to the number of times you can use it in a turn, if you stockpile it. Boss is hitting you for 50 damage? Nope, it's now 5. The boss has 500 health? Nope, now he has 50. Boss has a debilitating debuff that will trigger when you play ten cards? No worries, just reset the number every time it's about to hit zero. Out of cards or mana? Just shrink the number displaying your discarded cards, or the reroll the number for mana.

Every run feels very samey, and in the dozen or so runs I did, I never lost a single one. I understand that they don't want a game that feels like you only win if you're lucky, but currently, the game feels virtually impossible to lose.

玩法1
+ 围绕骰子的机制比较新颖，拓展了构筑的想象力
- 但是打牌的主体部分和骰子比较排斥，随机数值对于需要精算的肉鸽卡牌来说大部分时候不是正反馈。
- 而且骰子（随机性）相关的部分来说，改数字这个机制和紫色牌的改判/随机性机制其实比较独立或者说割裂（唯一交互是改判定阈值，但是亏）
+ 反而是颜色轮机制的存在感强，而且玩起来有意思。

审美
+ 风格一致性很好，美术和音乐都比较舒服
- 音乐一直是一个很悠哉的状态，稍微损害了代入感和挑战性的那种体验

玩法2
+ 可以看出作者非常努力的试图限制数值模型，也有不错的成效
+ 多段血条+击破奖励是个比较天才的设计，有反馈感，鼓励攻杀顺便限制骰子
- 实际上类似于20面骰子改费用槽这种手法还是过于强力了。导致整个build的强度曲线往往不是平缓的指数上升，而是在某个瞬间突然就起飞
- 初见信息密度非常高，不熟悉卡牌类的人会觉得有负担
- 包含一些初见杀的内容，例如改数字骰子对抽牌堆/弃牌堆用的效果

傲慢与偏见
- 个人不喜欢玩梗的内容放太多（我觉得影响审美整体性）
- 个人不喜欢充能主动遗物的设计（我理解是为了配合/扩充改数字的机制）
- 同样个人不喜欢消耗品牌（到下个篝火前剩余x次）的设计。
- 同同样个人不喜欢紫雾追赶的设计，特别是剩余步数的展示不直观，不清楚到底还能多走几步。
- 上面这三个都是因为我觉得跨小局规划内容对肉鸽游戏来说是一种额外的心智负担，在尖塔里只有深度玩家才会考虑的卡一下钢笔尖/墨水瓶这种操作，在这个游戏里是日常，我个人不喜欢。

但是总的来说是优秀的游戏，买不了吃亏买不了上当

刚出的时候就买了，当时打不过这几天重新玩了下，咋说呢，这款游戏有着独特的创新，特别的画风与表现形式，算一款很有创意的独立游戏，但就像我一开始说的，一开始还有点难的，那个傻鹅是真不是人啊，打的我恶心的一批，玩法还是太少，我现在就打到第三关最终boss，不知道有没有第四关，不得不说绿色召唤师流派是真无脑啊，这游戏肉鸽元素还算是挺浓的，假如喜欢肉鸽，喜欢卡牌，买他绝对不会后悔

Je n'ai pas joué à Slay the Spire et à ses dérivés. J'ai juste beaucoup aimé le concept de pouvoir reroll 100% des chiffres d'un jeu de stratégie. Et oui c'est un très bon jeu. ça manque peut être un poil de contenu "late" et de mise à jour, mais très bon jeu. ça vaut le coup de faire 3/4 runs avec chaque classe du jeu sans risquer de s'ennuyer

這陣子玩到最有意思的類Rouge、卡牌構築的遊戲之一
能用骰子改變一切數值(包含規則)這設計真的很有趣、很令人會心一笑
有時候想法改變一下，骰子用下去通關就變得容易了
升級陣痛期有點點長、開始挑戰進階也不容易
後期Build起來後爽度真的爆炸高
動畫很棒、關卡稍稍的短，整體非常棒，喜歡卡牌構築、喜歡丟骰子帶點運氣的推薦購入
