I’ve spent some time with this game and honestly, it surprised me in a way I didn’t fully expect. I don’t want to sound dramatic, but there’s something oddly satisfying about how everything fits together — not in some perfect, polished “advertisement” way, but more like a game that knows exactly what it wants to be and just… goes for it.
The first thing I noticed is the atmosphere. Every part of the game — the visuals, the sound, the pacing — kind of blends into this feeling that you’re actually inside its world, even if you’re just casually playing. I know that sounds a bit cliché, but it’s true. Sometimes it’s chaotic, sometimes slow, sometimes you’re just wandering around thinking “ok, what now?” but that’s honestly part of the charm. The game doesn’t try to rush you unless it actually needs to.
Gameplay-wise, it has this mix of familiar elements and small twists that keep things from feeling stale. Nothing groundbreaking, maybe, but it all works together in a way that feels natural. There were moments when I thought “yeah, I’ve seen this in other games,” but then the game throws in tiny details or unexpected interactions that make it stand out just enough. It’s the kind of thing you only notice after a few hours, when you start connecting the dots.
Performance has been mostly fine. A little rough spot here and there, but honestly, show me a game these days that doesn’t have something weird happening once in a while. Nothing game-breaking on my end, at least. You can clearly tell the developers put effort into this, even if a few edges are still a bit sharp. Again — part of the charm.
What I really appreciate is that the game gives you space to play the way you want. Some people will rush through every objective, others will take their time exploring or messing around, and both approaches actually feel valid. I like games that don’t punish you for not following some “correct” path.
Overall, I’d say this is one of those titles that grows on you the longer you play. It doesn’t try too hard to impress in the first five minutes — instead it slowly builds its identity, layer by layer, until you suddenly realize you’ve been playing way longer than you planned. If you’re looking for something that balances comfort with challenge, familiar mechanics with fresh touches, and a world that’s just fun to be in, then I genuinely think this one is worth giving a shot.

Yeah, I would — maybe not to everyone, because no game is for everyone, but definitely to anyone who likes getting lost in a game for a bit and discovering things at their own pace.
La idea sobre el papel (visual novel con segmentos jugables de sigilo) parecía interesante, pero... lo siento, la ejecución se queda MUY corta. Entre la calidad (bastante mejorable) del guión, la actuación de voz que huele a hecha con cuatro perras y sin entusiasmo, y que las partes de sigilo son la misma pantalla con mínimas variaciones, completar este título es más un suplicio que una experiencia.
Por lo menos, los siguientes proyectos del desarrollador parecen tener más fuste.
I love visual novels quite a bit. So when an visual novels come to Steam, I usually purchase them to support said games. It doesn't help that I this game was made by the same people who did "Unhack," a game which I adore immensely. However, the problem lies in multiple aspects, making it confused as to what the true culprit is which makes this game not pass.
Let's break down the elements on the game, starting with the music. This section will be short because, to be frank, the music is pretty forgettable. Normally, with another game, I wouldn't focus to heavily on this but, with a visual novel, there is a lot more riding on the music, It conveys what the game can't so the music needs to convey every emotion just as well as the character's dialogue and voice cast, if there is one. With "Bermuda," the music felt static. It never felt like it was anything special and, once the scene was over, the music vanished both from the game and my memory.
Next, let's look at the story. The story provided is rather silly in concept and is too rushed to be anything special. It also doesn't help that this seems to be a character driven story but fails in execution, which I will discuss later. The plot is sort of there because it needed to be, that's all.
Before moving onto the characters in question, let's address one of the major problems with the game: the gameplay. To be fair, not many visual novels have a gameplay aspect so, the fact that this one does makes it a tad more interesting for having one. With that said, the gameplay is boring. If it was difficult but well-made, I wouldn't be able to complain. If it was very easy but well-made, I'd complain on difficulty but that's it. However, "Bermuda"'s gameplay finds a way to be simple, boring, and pathetically easily. You move the main character, Edward, on the same map, accomplishing whatever goal is given to you. Whether that be going to the top floor, buying time for someone, or bringing guards to their untimely demise. The problem is that it's the same thing, not really changing at all. It's boring is the best way to put it.
The last point and the largest problem are the characters. There are only about five major characters, not discussing one for spoiler reasons. The first is Finyomu, the acting commander of the ship. She's only about seven years old but acts much older than that. She wishes to know more about the surface world, studying humans to learn more about them. Besides some things that come up later, that's pretty much it. She's a basic character, as if copy and pasted. The second-in-command, Mukan, has even less character. She's the atypical tomboy, liking girly things (poetry, romance novels, etc.) but having to be a hard ass on the ship. She's overly protective of Finyomu though she is her best friend. That's it. Then the human characters. First up is Paul. He's a tough guy who went to jail for protecting another character, Joanna, and is currently in a relationship with her. He's the guy who the reader might identify with in this situation. He happens to also be the most developed character in the story. The second human is Joanna. I hate this character. She's barely in the story but has such a pull on the Paul and Edward. She is clearly in love with Edward but is dating Paul because he asked. She is the only human teleported back to the surface before something goes wrong . That's all we know! Lastly, we have Edward/Eddie, the main character. He's bare bones, nothing special to him at all. Though he loves God...a lot. Exaggerating here but it's almost like every other sentence is about God. That bothered me immensely and made me start to hate him a bit. It's tiresome, hearing about God non-stop. That's all there is to it.
In case you couldn't tell, the main point in that massive section above was this. The story is too short for the characters to shine. No matter how bland a character might be, they can be exciting in some way throughout the story. Especially in a character driven story, the length can hinder the characters. Many stories, however, don't have this problem but I finished this game in just under two hours. That's too short. Visual novels like "Saya no Uta" or "Little Busters!" thrive on their characters. Though the latter is muchy longer, the former visual novel is fairly short, only about two to ten hours as listen on VNDB. However, unlike this game, "Saya no Uta" has characters which can shine, even if they aren't the best or most well-written. This game just didn't take the time so the characters fall flat, killing it along with it.
One last point before the wrap-up: the voice acting. Though these voice actors are amazing, having a deep love for Christina Vee and Kyle Herbert, the acting is fairly stiff. I don't know if it's because of the material given but there's something off with these performances. Well, except Christina Vee, who sounds very good and emotional. Everyone else is stiff.
"Bermuda" is a game which I wouldn't recommend. If you happen to have it through a friend or in a bundle you were gonna buy anyway, give it a run through. It most definitely isn't the worst thing out there. However, don't purchase it. Instead, buy "Unhack," which is by the same people and does everything this game should have done but better.

La música y las voces, bueno, digamos que es mejor jugarlo con tu playlist favorita de fondo, porque lo que ofrece Bermuda tiene tanto encanto como una conferencia sobre la humedad del cemento.

Bermuda podría ser tu juego de fin de semana si consigues un buen descuento. Es como esa película de terror en Netflix que no es buena pero te entretiene lo suficiente como para no cambiarla. Solo asegúrate de que el precio sea tan bajo como tus expectativas. Y ya sabes, si al final no te gusta... siempre puedes volver a las románticas arenas de un Bermuda más tropical y menos digital.
No tengo gran queja sobre este Bermuda, pero tampoco puedo aplaudirle nada. Mi sensación, a pesar de todo, es la de haber perdido el tiempo.
No se genera empatía, no se genera preocupación, y no se genera en ningún momento ningún sentimiento, ni para bien ni para mal, mientras ves que el juego pretende buscar una emotividad que nunca llega.

Oh boy, where do I start? I love visual novels but this isn't worth the 3 dollars, or the 1.1 hours I spent on it.
As a visual novel, I do want to give credit for the developer for hiring legendary voice actors. That was something I wasn't expecting. I would say that's the only plus side to this VN that I liked, because listening to Kyle Hebert was a surprise and they all read their lines well.
The major flaw would be with the story. It does not make a lick of sense and bored me dearly. By act 3 I had already wanted to stop, but I don't like leaving things unfinished if I could help it. Without spoiling, the story is of 3 humans getting abducted, technically 2 humans because you only see one for a split second. And 2 aliens as they call them which are a young child and her bestie who's probably a young teen/adult. I felt nothing for the characters, not even when moments were supposed to be sad or when the twist at the end was exposed. It made me feel like there was nothing to gain from reading/listening to this novel.
The other thing that It did not need was a clunky puzzle game of point and click, to try to prolong the game further in the middle of all chapters. Thankfully these dreadful parts are easy to skip but the real question is "But why was it necessary" quoting Professional McGonagall from HP.
The art style for some scenes are strong, but then you look at other scenes and it looks like there was a rush to finish polishing it. Again, I come for visual novel, not for puzzle. The time could have been better spent if they focused on what makes a visual novel a visual novel.
And lastly....something that only people who have read this novel understand. "God, God, God, God, God, God!" The script was bad. So many times I heard Gods name from the character Eddie and I wanted to punch a wall. (WARNING: Eddie is clearly religious, I didn't know what I signed myself up for but not this). It was novice writing. some parts were decent, I won't completely crap on this but some lines made no sense. How does an alien understand what "tea" is and how is it in one scene Eddie directs the alien girl around like it's his ship instead of hers? I do not understand what the developers were thinking. Having someone/multiple people read it first is what I assume happened right? Was feedback left? Or were these people just nod their heads, telling the writer that It was good? I think this criticism is needed because I wanted to enjoy this and I think the developers wanted me to. I only played a few other titles from InvertMouse but it's been so long and this was in my library, that I decided to check it out finally 9 years after it released. Better late than never for my review.
I only spent an hour on this game but if you want the steam card drops, you'll have to wait even longer. Avoid this if you can. I believe I bought this when it was on sale and even then, there are far better $3 games on steam that you could spend your money on.

2 Euros at max worth, its a 90minutes game, and not a good one
Bermuda is a hidden gem that I had the pleasure of finding long ago on Desura (platform no longer exists) and later aquired it on Steam as well.
The story of it is really interesting. In short a group of friends gets abducted by Aliens that live in the seas and the goal of the group is to escape their ship.
All of that followed by great music, well designed characters, additonally some stealth mini-games and voice acting.
The game might be short, but for the price it’s offered, it’s definitely worth giving it a chance.

Not typically into visual novels, although I found this to be a very nice experience. Has been sitting in my que for years and finally sat down on a whim and played it. Enjoyed the little puzzles and the whimsical story.
Highly enjoyable story with some nice twists and turns. Good voice acting and decent artwork.
Whilst I appreciate the dev's effort to put in some gameplay with the steal levels, I got completely stuck on the 3rd one and had to skip it after about 5 tries. I gave it another try with the 4th one but even though I didn't get caught, it dragged on and I got bored with the lack of progress. So I just ended up skipping the rest of them. I never really saw the point of pure visual novels that have no gameplay at all, but in the end this one was a pure visual novel for me really.
But overall very worthwhile.
An OK Visual Novel about an Aqua-Alien-Abduction of a group of three surface dwellers.
Will Eddie, the protagonist find his way back ashore?
If you don't expect too much (one man team, no triple a title) you might just like it.
Can expect about an hour worth of play, also after the linear story without decision making is trough,
there is no replayability for this title (but check out the other work of Invert Mouse Studio).

3.) Settings not saved between sessions,
4.) Music is pretty decent, but gets repetitive
5.) Stealth-Minigames mostly boring and too easy / short

Poor on almost every level. Badly written fan fiction tied to uninspiring anime art. The person states on their website that while studying to become a novelist for 15 years, the visual novel genre felt like the perfect fit. Well of course it's the perfect fit if you can't get a novel published. This game's script is so poor I anticipate they may need another fifteen years or more. Farm it for cards and then be done with it.

Bermuda does something that either enhances visual novels or dooms them: it offers some actual game play. Done right it can add to an already great game but done poorly and it can sink it. The game is broken up in that you get told the story through a kinetic novel format and after that the story has made it necessary for you to navigate the ship without getting caught. This part is a side scrolling stealth game akin to Gunpoint minus the ability to knock people out. You can turn off lights; sound alarms; disable shields; hide in the bathroom; etc. The idea is to try to herd the guards where you want them to get to where you need to go. To add variety some levels have a different goal such as turn off all the lights or lure all of the guards to the first floor. The mechanics are not bad. They can be annoying or frustrating at times but the game gives you all the tools you need it just requires more patience then I sometimes have. The guards on the other hand will never see you, even if you are right in front of them, unless you touch them. This feels like a cop out and unrealistic but given my already love/hate relationship with the game play maybe it saved me from liking the game less. On that note though guards also will walk right into a teleportation beam without asking any questions like “why is this beam here all of a sudden ?”. On the story side the novel format is kinetic as I said so there are no choices to be made and no way to impact the story. That being said the story is decent, especially near the end. There is full voice acting and it is also pretty good. The opening credits are another high point and I wish more visual novels had ones this good. The art isn’t the best I have seen, it lacks detail on characters but it is far from the worst I have seen.
I played Bermuda on Linux. It never crashed on me and I didn’t notice any spelling errors or glitches. The game has no graphics options at all. Alt-Tab didn’t work. There is no save system of any kind so each level must be played from start to finish. Strangely you can play any for the levels right from the start without having to beat them in order. So in theory if one only wanted the story you could read all the conversations and skip the game play. The game did have some noticeable lag at times that lasted for a few seconds but none of my FPS software worked which means I could never see what the frame rate was. You can’t adjust the controls at all although you use W; A; and D for everything so it’s not a big deal.

Overall the game play is good enough to serve it’s purpose. The art is good enough to not hate it. The voice acting is good enough to not turn it off. The story is good enough to keep playing. In no category does Bermuda blow me away but it is solid across the board and worth a play. I paid $3.39 CAD for it and feel that is worth the money. I finished the game in just about two hours.

Bermuda is a short and yet enjoyable story to read, written by Invert Mouse.
It mainly focuses on Edward & his friends who has been abducted into an unknown alien submarine.
The only way to survive is to uncover the truth about the hidden mystery behind it.
The game has voice actors who are "veterans" which can be toggled on or off by users descisions.
It offers a very simple stealth minigame focusing on fufilling tasks without being spotted by the guards.

Bermuda is basically Gunpoint if it was styled more like a visual novel, was only six missions / about 1 hour long, and much less good. It was never awful, and it has surprisingly good voice acting for an indie game, but I still wouldn't really recommend it when you could just play one of the really good heist games. The anime styling and storyline don't really manage to make up for the short length and mediocre sneaking missions.

Con altri e più ricchi strumenti messi a disposizione dall'universo produttivo videoludico, molto probabilmente non appannaggio del genere dei racconti visuali, questa sarebbe stata una superba opera narrativa, in virtù della notevole e commovente storia che narra. Le schermate con i personaggi sempre nelle stesse pose, la mancanza di scene di intermezzo, i personaggi appena abbozzati, una colonna sonora non all'altezza della delicatezza e della sentimentalità delle situazioni, una scenografia povera, sono tutti aspetti che ne tarpano le ali. E' un racconto visuale corta con qualche velleità di azione.
Dato il prezzo la si può consigliare se si vuole provare a vedere cosa sarebbe potuta essere in altri scenari di sviluppo.

A sub-1-hour kinetic novel with a stealth platformer minigame in between acts.
All the prattling on about God and Christ and prayer and faith was off-putting. Maybe Americans go for that sort of thing? I also find pseudoscience implications like Bermuda and Atlantis unenjoyable.
None of the characters were likeable or had their motivations explained enough to form a connection with the player, so the story events failed to evoke any emotion.
The minigame was irrelevant, unenjoyable, and unnecessary. It just broke the flow of the story. Thankfully the levels can just be skipped.
The Bonus Conversations between acts didn't add any understanding or flavour to the story. They mostly conflicted with the rest of the story. Like the Aliens' humor was ill-fitting to the rest of the story and their actions in it. The line about Joanna having "depression" was pointless, akin to The Room's "breast cancer" quote.
The text about Paul "being a man" and "looking out for his girl" was just cringey and unnecessary.
I didn't like the voice acting, it was too slow and make the story drag, I ended up turning it off as soon as Act 1 started.
The overall idea of the storyline was good, but the execution was very poor.
Not sure if this uses an engine or the author's own system, but the ability to get the game out of fullscreen mode would have been nice.

Bermuda is a middle of the road visual novel with a stealth/platformer mini-game thrown in.
Surprisingly some of the artwork is ok (and some of it not so great, but I've seen a lot worse). The minigame is a simple stealther that's surpassed by hundreds of other platformers on Steam (Stealth Bastard Deluxe comes to mind).
If you want to see japanese style artwork, read manga or watch anime, it's better. If you want a 2d stealth platformer, well, Steam has hundreds that are better. If you just want a decent story, your local library or the kindle bookstore has a far better selection. Trying to combine all three here just hasn't worked.
There are no choices so this is not a game but an audio book with extra pictures (ignoring the short minigame interludes here). It has nice music, simple characters, a simple, heart warming story. A story about hard decisions. I enjoyed it.

TLDR: Amateur all-around. Sidescroll tactical stealth object routing visual novel with immersion breaking alien sci fi plot.
Game is not fullscreening correctly, the voice acting seems homebrewed. The art has a deviantart quality to it. Still you can tell that this is a project that was not a botched job and someone actually tried their hand at doing something decent.
There is in fact an intro that is animated, an initial plot hook, some meandering dialogue and the repetitive stealth game is functional.
The setting is interesting in that you are plucked and dropped in a sci fi environment. The authors had some decent taste in what sci fi to feature, the color palette and tone is half decent, however the dialogue is not all that credible. The sound design is fairly good however as there is a lot of music assets that match the context.
The setting is almost something from Xcom, with some event happening, but the entities are just anime characters, that behave like they are plucked from an anime. Talking about being part timers, whining and generally seeming very personable and human, the way you would expect anime characters to be really.
As such, i feel like the author failed to make the setting and the format blend together. The game is fairly linear, you get to pick optional mini sequences between acts for extra exposition.
In the end it is difficult to commit to playing this. The minigames are a completely different, and quite frankly, unwelcome, type of gameplay. While the cutscene dialogue sections are not much of a reward or payoff. So unless you absolutely must play a game where there is an alien abduction involving alien anime children with blue hairs I would just move on.
Every chapter ends up playing out the same. The human prisoners mobilize, they have to sneak around, and do things, and then they start bantering with a blue alien kid about weird alien family politics drama, there is mention of cloning and whatnot. It is not super interesting. Then the chapter ends and it sorts of loops over and happens all over again.
I ended up abandonning play without being curious enough to see if there was a twist ending. That is pretty rare for me.

Vey short VN, hard to say if the full price is wiorth it or not, since I did not pay for my copy. $3 USD seems fair for what you get, but waiting for a sale is always a thing.
Fully voiced, and the VO's are well done, enunciated well, not major mis-matches between voice lines and text, appropriate levels of emotions in the voice overs (though some may find them too calm, not dramatic enough... "Westernized" here, not squeeky, screechy, like many Eastern VN's can be for 'Muricans.)
Mini games are easy, almost seemed like pointless padding, but, they did break up the TL;DR feeling that too much text can cause.
Art style is a nice anime style, again "Westernized".
Story is a bit predictable, a "Westernized" tale of alien abduction, the usual suffering of the abductees, the struggles of the aliens to survive, Atlantis and ancient civilization references (aliens or ancients?), a bit heavy on the Christian faith and "God" references, thiough the "aliens" have faith as well. I am not a Christian, but have strong faith in a different religious belief system, and I was not offended by it, at all. It fit the story, as it was written. Your Mileage May Vary. Widely. If you are a special snowflake who triggers easily at the sight of beliefs or opinions that are not exactly like yours... step away now. :)
It was an interesting experience for me. I am not a huge fan of VN's, but the more Western feeling of this one made it much more enjoyable for me, than many Eastern VN's ae. Maybe a good first VN if you are of a Western mind, and aren't sure. No hentai, no weebs, no neko's here. So... look elsewhere if you are looking for risque fap material. :)

This game is a short visual novel with a very basic mini-game thrown in to "spice things up".
- The story is uninteresting and so are the characters.
- The mini-game is too easy and not very fun.
(Also, you move around using A, D and W, but when I accidentally clicked my mouse I found out that you can teleport around the screen that way. Makes sense.)
- Less than an hour long (when skipping all the bonus scenes).
Not recommended (even at this price).

First off, I am giving this an up vote, despite the fact that if there was a neutral option, I'd be going there. Would I really recommend this game? No, but I enjoy VNs, and I've really enjoyed some of the makers other offerings. I consider this as much an investment in keeping the company making enjoyable VNs as anything. It would be great if Steam would implement a neutral option for people to review a game without negatively affecting a company. Anyway...
Really short (less than an hour), kinetic visual novel by the folks at Invert Mouse. There is also a mini-game that's sort of like a boring hide and seek, that is skippable (fortunately). The story itself is about the abduction of three people from the mainland by an "alien" spaceship/submarine, and the interations of two of those characters with the "aliens" after the device that is used to return them to land malfunctions. The story is, well... ok. It has some nice messages, but it's hard to get very attached to characters in one hour. A little preachy with as much mention of God/faith in so short a read. The music was... ok. The art was probably the VNs best asset, but wasn't anything to write home about. Voice acting was pretty bland for a couple characters, but was good for others. It was fully voice acted. Inexpensive, so even if you're disappointed, you aren't gut punched by the price.
So, in short. Buy it if you are a lover of VNs and have run out of other titles, or if you are just looking for a way to support the Mice. If you go in not expecting all that much, you might end up pleasantly suprised. Definately check out some of the other Mouse offerings if you are in search of good VNs, and haven't read them all already.

Juego muy simple y se hace pesada la historia, te da a muchos personajes para hablar al principio, una intro muy larga, y los niveles te acaban poniendo de los nervios.
El juego tiene un bug bastante grande, al estar en fullscreen la barra de tareas no se oculta, y eso molesta bastante, tampoco deja cambiar los gráficos, y está mal optimizado, va bastante lento, el GTA 5 va muchísimo más rápido, y este juego 2D con pocos requisitos tarda muchísimo en cargar (O bueno, seguramente las transaciones de escena a escena lo hayan hecho así aposta, que no me extrañaría).
Deberían de mejorar muchas cosas.

Nunca curti muito Visual Novels e não vai ser esse jogo que vai mudar minha opinião. Bermuda tenta uma estória diferente, mas acaba focando muito no desenvolvimento dos personagens, que infelizmente não são bem desenvolvidos logo de começo, basicamente todos arquétipos de anime, além do mais a estória é TOTALMENTE linear, não tem nenhuma opção de escolha, a não ser ter ou não diálogos extras entre os atos. O mini game de furtividade até que é legal, uma tentativa de fazer algo diferente, mas é muito simples e insignificante pra salvar o jogo. Uma experiência tediosa para quem já não gosta do gênero, se quiser uma opinião de um apreciador, procure outra analise.

I've never really enjoyed Visual Novels and it's not going to be that game that's going to change my mind. Bermuda tries a different story, but ends up focusing a lot on the development of the characters, which unfortunately are not well developed from the beginning, basically all archetypes of anime, in addition the story is FULLY linear, has no option of choice, except have or not extra dialogues between the acts. The mini game of stealth it's kinda cool, an attempt to do something different, but it's very simple and insignificant to save the game. A tedious experience for one that not like the genre, if you want an opinion of a connoisseur, look for another analysis.

Voi siete l'aspirante prete e dovrete cercare di scappare insieme al vostro amico galeotto e alla sua fidanzata emo, con l'avanzare della storia scoprirete i segreti della nave aliena e dipanerete una trama banalotta che terminerà in uno dei cosiddetti finali "per mancanza di protagonisti" (in pratica crepano tutti o quasi).
Una visual novel molto corta, per fortuna, che può anche essere appena piacevole a patto di staccare del tutto dal cervello qualsiasi forma di intelligenza critica voi abbiate, se ce l'avete...poiché la trama non è solo banalotta ma anche assurda: tipo come quando il vostro personaggio dispenserà paternali da cristiano praticante ad ogni alieno che incrocerà sulla nave; oppure quando il vostro amico galeotto creperà nel tentativo di scappare e voi, cattolici convinti fino a quel momento impegnati ad elogiare dio, non farete una piega; o ancora quando la ragazza emo del galeotto vi confesserà di amare in realtà voi e di sbattersene altamente delle sorti del fidanzato (insomma a 'sto povero galeotto nessuno ci pensava, e si che è l'unico in tutta la storia in grado di fare qualcosa).
In poche parole un'opera assurda e grottesca ma per fortuna corta e cmq curiosa che, se come me avete trovato in bundle o in coupon sconto (nemmeno ricordo) potreste anche fare la fatica di giocare...saranno un paio di ore di gameplay, al massimo 3, non di più. Che poi gameplay...non dovrete far altro che leggere ciò che vi viene raccontato e in 6 occasioni eseguire dei mini puzzle-game che, se siete normodotati, finirete in 2 minuti.
Cmq non si può consigliarlo di certo, a 3 euro men che meno. Vale 50 centesimi e sono magnanimo.
I haven't read a lot of visual novels, but each time I give one a chance, I am let down.
The voice acting in this is not convincing. It feels forced and out of place. The characters are boring. The story is odd and does not flow well. Fortunately, this one was not plagued with grammatical erros like some I have seen.
Also, how in the world can you make a story about underwater aliens and still throw in how awesome god is every minute or two? It isn't hard to mention that character is "god-fearing" or religious without cramming that down our throats.
id say for a 3$ game it was well worth the purchase - it was a good story - i hope to see a sequel

Not bad. Story is decent, some plot twists, and character portrayals are quite good. One of the plot elements wasn't fully resolved at the end, I don't know if that was an oversight? Although I can see how it would have been challenging to wrap it up in a closing dialogue.
I'm not a mini-game person, but this one wasn't bad - I expected repetition, but there's a new twist to the game in each act. The steam cards come too slowly, I had only gotten half of them before I was done the game.

isn't realy a game though
It took me about 2 hours to finish the game, including seeing all the bonus scenes. I enjoyed the art, music, voice acting and the simply told story. There's no choices to make in the dialogue scenes, you just follow the story, and then you play different varations of a stealth mini-game in each chapter.
I don't think it was a waste of time as I enjoy short and sweet indie games, but I'd only recommended it if it's on a sale.

途中、章の切り替わりのときにステルスパズルっぽいミニゲームをやらされますが、そんなに難しいものではなく、時間制限もないので詰まることはないと思います（>>印をクリックすれば飛ばせます）。
主人公たちがバミューダで謎の潜水艦に拉致される、という設定はどっかで聞いたことあるような無いような感じですけど、ストーリーは基本シリアスなもので、後半やや無理を感じる部分もあったものの個人的には楽しめました。
エイリアン（[spoiler]正体はアトランティスの末裔の海底人[/spoiler]）潜水艦のロリ艦長は主人公たちを丁重に扱い、なんとか無事に送り返そうとしますが、お互いの考え方の違いや誤解が積み重なり、さらに主人公サイドの微妙な三角関係やエイリアンサイドの隠された事情もからんで、事態は悲劇的な結末へ・・・という感じのお話です。
主人公が基本いい人なのは良いとして、ひとつ気になったのは、主人公の台詞に頻繁に「神様」が出てくることです。プリースト属性全開な感じでちょっと違和感が、というか神の思し召しで片付けずにもっと感情を語らせたほうがストーリーに説得力を与え、プレイヤーの印象に残るんじゃないでしょうか。難しいとは思いますけど。
キャラデザイン、背景グラフィック、音楽などについては、どうですかね・・・うーん、平均点レベルなのかなあ？
個人的にはわりと好きなタッチなんですが、手抜きが目立つと言われればそんな気もする。
ミニゲームは前述の通りおまけ程度の出来ですけど、本編とは別に、章ごとに各登場人物（＋エイリアン乗組員）とのちょっとしたボーナス会話シーンのようなものがあり、これがけっこう面白かったです。
お値段は安いけど、総合的に見ておすすめにするにはちょっと弱いかなという感じですが・・・
英語が苦手な私にとっては、文章が平易で、会話も自然な感じで実際に使えそうな表現が多く、さらに会話はもちろん地の文までフルボイスと、楽しみながらとっても勉強になったので＋１しておきました♪

The game clocks in about 2 hrs. It has some cons but a lot of pros. For example the music and art are amazing but the stori and the minigame are a bit bland. Nevertheless the game was fun.

Bermuda is a short, really short, VN with a little stealth minigame inside that tells the story of Edward and Paul as they've been abducted by what seems to be an alien submarine and their attempt to escape and go back to their lives, while in the meantime introducing us to the background story of the abductors, the so-called aliens.
While the story itself seems a bit interesting, and I say a bit because is kind of a cliché actually, the whole VN is not so much. I love Cursed Sight and Without Within and while playing this I expected it to be nearly as good as those two, but reality came hitting hard. Bermuda seems boring, predictable and somewhat stupid. The main character is, for my liking, too religious, at the point to mention god in almost every single sentence he says, I have nothing against religious people but to me is just too much.
Pros.
- Nice drawings
- Almost nice music
- Interesting stealth minigame
Cons.
- Short (1 - 2 hours playtime, depending on how fast you read)
- Predictable
I recommend this VN if you can get it in a sale or in a bundle.

A very short VN, but worth paying the full price in my honest opinion. I love InvertMouse games, and Bermuda is no exception. I found the story rather interesting, the art style is good (the only thing that bothered me was the lack of different facial expressions, but that’s a pet peeve of mine)… BGM was really good, it fits the story nicely. I also enjoyed the mini games.
But here’s the only flaw on this game: the VA. I’m sorry, but it was awful. Sounded like everyone was just reading the script and that’s it…
5/10. A good quick experience overall! I also think it would be awesome to have a DLC of the soundtrack. =)

Typowy japoński klikacz dialogowy, przeplatany siedmioma poziomami pseudo-zręcznościowo-logicznymi. Przez pierwsze 6 minut starałem się czytać historię zaserwowaną nam przez twórców. lecz nie dałem jednak rady z powodu nudy wylewającej się z ekranu. Grę ukończyłem w 20 minut przeklikując pozostałe dialogi oraz przechodząc wszystkie akty.
Mogę pochwalić jednak w miarę ładne obrazki którymi gra nas obdarza podczas dialogów.

Let's put it simple, I don't think it's worth getting this anywhere near full price.
It's anywhere from 15 minutes to 90 minutes long depending on how interested and willing to sit through the dialong one is. Everything can be skipped, all chapters are available from the start.
It's about on par with what you'd get with a 3.5/5 rated flash animation and about the 2/5 mark for the game part of it.
I got it from a bundle that had unhack, gonna give that a go someday.
I'm going to be biased: I like the work of InvertMouse. Most of what there is to see here is the story, and I recommend that anyone who intends to play Bermuda is willing to take it as a visual novel rather than a short stealth game, as other reviews suggest.
The content is good, but short. It is the next step in the author's career after Unhacked (1) and Without Within (1). It's a little slow paced, and even though my computer is just a notebook, it takes quite some time between each screen.
The character development and storytelling was good, but you may want to consider the fact that it wont be the longest read or story that you've ever encountered, and thus, character developtment and plot only go so far. It attempts to really cross the line after which you feel emphaty for story, but I fear that some may not feel that emotive.
I do recommend this game.
