🚀 La tercera entrega de AR-K culmina la saga con una dosis extra de emoción, revelaciones y evolución narrativa. Alicia, personaje que me encanta, se enfrenta a sus desafíos más complejos, y el juego logra equilibrar el humor ácido con momentos de tensión bien construidos. La ambientación sigue siendo envolvente, y el estilo visual mantiene su encanto. Es una conclusión satisfactoria que recompensa a quienes han seguido la historia desde el principio.
Tiene algún error pero la trama el doblaje y el juego en general te mantienen entretenido, es una verdadera lástima que no sacaran continuación para finalizar la saga. Disfrute de estos juegos.

After playing AR-K 1 and 2 back to back I found the change in art style for this game hard to adjust to and the overall story wasn't engaging enough.

Much tighter than episode 1 and 2 in terms of intuitiveness and functionality! The story is great too, and all the characters are likeable. This was a great point and click adventure, exactly what I wanted.
I'm shocked this has good reviews. I haven't played 1 or 2; maybe if you have, you'll enjoy this one - but if you haven't, I cannot recommend it. It feels thrown together - you can't actually see what you're clicking on, the dialogue is flat and full of typos, the puzzles are either non-existent (given away by the characters) or ludicrous, and the storyline is one-note. I kept waiting for it to start - then it ended.

Après à priori un Kickstarter, les 2 premiers épisodes (assez courts) étaient sorti en 2014 sous le nom AR-K pour un point n' click assez traditionnel, un peu ennuyeux & fade au début malgré des touches d'humours dans un univers futuriste très épuré.
Avec un meilleur 2ème épisode, il nous laissait sur un cliffhanger qui devait se poursuivre par 2 autres épisodes (dont l'épisode 4 qui était censé sortir depuis l'été 2018 avec un remastered des 2 premiers...bref 2023 on attend toujours...)
Entre temps le studio a quand même sorti fin 2016 un petit spin-off en version run & gun suivi d'un RPG tout autre début 2022 qui au vu des critiques est sorti pas fini du tout...
Étant la suite directe, un récapitulatif des 2 premiers épisodes est présent mais est tellement mal foutu que même en ayant déjà fait les 2 premiers, il ne m'a pas aidé à me remettre dans l'histoire...
Cependant ce 3ème épisode en gardant le même design mais plus peaufiné, débarquait nettement plus travaillé & réussi rien qu'au niveau des graphismes beaucoup plus percutants, mature & fouillés.
Une histoire & des dialogues mieux écrits, plus inspirés, de même que ses énigmes.
Malgré plusieurs lignes audios (anglais) mal placées dans le jeu qui ne correspondent pas aux sous-titres qui eux sont justes (anglais aussi, pas de français disponible), ça reste très plaisant a parcourir.
Le gameplay reste toujours traditionnel mais avec pas mal de cinématiques ce coup-ci.
Une excellente petite suite avec de l'humour & pas mal de références mais dont l'histoire reste à ce jour incomplète... peut-être qu'on sera aussi fou qu'un des perso lorsqu'il nous a dit littéralement d'attendre le chapitre 4...
It was OK, overall I enjoyed it, its still a bit clunky but certainty a lot better than the previous two episodes.
Pros
- the voice acting is great
- Fast travel works really well, very quick, no loading
- Graphics were pleasant enough.
- Story is quite interesting even though its a bit silly. [spoiler] They can build a gigantic space station but can't manage some basic automation. What about just putting the controls for the power plant on the surface and manage it remotely. If there is maintenance work required then how about robots or even guys with hazmat suits. Why not vents any fumes into space so the power plant area could be non toxic in the first place. There was absolutely no need for a huge population to be trapped below the ship and being exposed to toxic gases. [/spoiler]
- Saving/loading works really well, nice and quick and there are multiple slots.

Cons
- Although the fast travel is really good there is no run or teleport so it can take some time to walk across the scene.
- There is no show all hot-spots tool as far as I know.
- Some of the puzzle design is kind of odd and I did have to resort to try everything with everything on a number of occasions. [spoiler] There is a part where you need to open a safe and the guidance for the combination is too vague in my opinion i.e. there could be many different possible answers so you have to try several different combinations and hope that you land on the right combo. After several failures I thought I must be missing something and lost several hours. Another part that I got stuck on was getting past the block to the canal. There really was no clue that using the remote would lift that block i.e. there was no signs of anything mechanical or electrical in relation to the block itself. Now maybe if it had let you interact with the forklift instead that would have been different but the hot-spot was on the block itself. There is a puzzle involving a murder mystery and again the information is too vague and ambiguous. Luckily its extremely easy to brute force this one. Finally the item that finally allowed to me to get into the watchtower seemed to just spontaneously appear in my inventory. So maybe this is puzzle is kind of a timed thing, that the game doesn't let you complete until a certain part of the game.[/spoiler]
- Some voice over and subtitles seemed to be mismatched.
- Subtitles can't be disabled.
- The conversation system fades out topics that have been used but the effect is too subtle i.e. its very hard to distinguish between active and exhausted lines of questioning. Also sometimes the topics become active again but there is no new information.

Alicia Van Volish è uno dei personaggi più notevoli e interessanti del mondo delle avventure e forse dei videogiochi, anche se protagonista di qualcuno non proprio in auge e famoso. Libera, disinvolta, senza nessun remora a perseguire il suo modo di vivere e aliena dal dover recitare il ruolo della subalterna a qualsiasi uomo: non so se così la avevano immaginata i suoi autori o se invece sia stato un loro parto involontario, ma questa è la donna che abbiamo ammirato nei primi due episodi. E che in questo terzo episodio vediamo invece involuta. Ma andiamo per gradi.
Questo terzo episodio dà prosieguo alle peripezie della suddetta Alicia, che vive in una immensa astronave che sta portando in salvo parte dell'umanità condannata alla estinzione sulla Terra per via di eventi naturali. E bisogna dire che questo episodio è come qualità bel al di sopra dei precedenti due che avevano molto annaspato per via di qualche limite qualitativo di troppo. Adesso c'è una maggior pulizia nella gestione dell'inventario e nelle interazioni con gli oggetti del fondale; maggiori indizi sulle azioni da intraprendere; gli enigmi sono ben predisposti. La grafica è pulita e gradevole, la colonna sonora accettabile e le voci deliziose. Veniamo adesso invece ai nei dell'avventura. Innanzitutto questa deve essere inquadrata nell'ottica di appartenenza ad una serie, per cui è obbligatorio che si siano giocati i due episodi precedenti, per la storia ma soprattutto per conoscere meglio la nostra Alicia; e poi bisogna accettare il fatto che l'avventura non ha l'estensione di una opera compiuta, ma ha la brevità tipica dell'episodio, e per di più presuppone il quarto episodio, [i]AR-K:END GAME[/i], programmato già per il fu 2019, ma per adesso inesistente. La scenografia è un po' monotona, dato che l'avventura si svolge praticamente in uno scenario unico diviso in varie, poche locazioni. C'è qualche enigma che ha bisogno di tutte e due le mani oltre che di occhi ben aperti da parte della Dea Bendata: a tal riguardo avverto chi ha poca dimestichezza con la lingua inglese che i sottotitoli, in inglese, non sono bloccabili, per cui possono sfuggire i riferimenti agli indizi per la risoluzione degli enigmi. La non perfetta sintonia con il linguaggio inglese, poi, può alla lunga non far apprezzare lo scambio di battute ed in definitiva non farci familiarizzare con i personaggi e goderceli appieno. Per quanto mi riguarda, poi, mi ha deluso il personaggio di Alicia, che appare depotenziato tenendo conto delle sue qualità caratteriali uniche che tanto avevamo amato nei precedenti episodi: ripeto che questa valutazione è personale, non fa riferimento a tacchi e minigonne, ed i recensori che prediligono modelli femminili più 'maschilisticamente' adattati potrebbero dissentire. Oppure alla fine è solo una questione di gusti. Inoltre anche se la pubblicità del gioco fa riferimento a personaggi carismatici, fatico a riscontrare questo aspetto, imbattendomi nel gioco anche in qualche stereotipo, come lo scienziato pazzo, per di più tratteggiati, questi personaggi, a larghe pennellate ed un po' alla buona. Anzi forse nei primi due episodi i personaggi erano addirittura più ficcanti: oltre ad Alicia, penso all'infido professore o alla perfida quanto seducente Silvya.
In definitiva una opera da gustare perché comunque raggiunge un livello generale di merito.
Is The Great Escape better than the chapters preceding it? Yes. Unlike the garbled mess that was the first two chapters, it has much better direction, a good throughline in its plot, and puzzles create a cohesive whole. It even has a detective puzzle that I genuinely enjoyed. It is passable, as P&C adventure games go.
Thing is, that doesn't necessarily mean that it's worth playing. There are many adventure games out there that are genuinely good, making The Great Escape pale in comparison, and while there is a recap of previous chapters in The Great Escape, it is woefully inadequate. Meaning that to understand what is happening in this chapter, you have to play the previous two, and they're some of the worst gaming I've ever suffered through. There is nothing in this third chapter that makes the journey there worth it.
Not to mention that the game isn't finished. The fourth chapter is several years late at the point of writing, perhaps never coming out. With no conclusion in sight, there is even less of a reason to play this game.
AR-K isn't worth your time. Skip it.

Update: Since there won't be any sequel as the Devs abandoned this game, this leaves an ungly open ending. Hence I cannot give a recommendation.
I LOVED this game. You can speed up chat if you've already discussed something, too. I do wish we could walk quicker sometimes. You can also skip the video aspect if you've already been through that. I love everything about it for the most part but there is one thing that really, really gets under my skin and it's just one achievement. I had hoped I'd be able to get them all but that one is REAL hours.. 8 real hours of pretty much leaving your pc on bc you can't leave the screen or minimize (though I read Linux may have some luck with it) This is overuse of my laptop for no reason and no guarantee it won't drop to desktop or mess up. I'm not into unnecessary wear and tear so I won't be getting this one.
Everything else is fantastic in my opinion. I Loved playing this game and am wanting more.
NOTE: This game can be ported over to an iOS device :) Just as long as Steam is running on your pc and you have wifi connection. Sometimes I port it over so I can lay in a more comfortable position. I still use my mouse so I can mouse over objects but you can play without one with the right settings in your Steam Link app.
This game still is fond in my memories of playing it and I'm hoping to play it again. Just for fun.. No achievement goals. I, myself, LOVE these types of games!!

It and its previous games were fun. When is the final chapter coming out?
Hadn't played the previous two parts. That must be why I wasn't fully feeling the story and its characters. However, as a point & click adventure it's... well, a point & click adventure. So, yeah.

The first two were mildly entertaining but they were worth it to get to AR-K: The Great Escape!
I recommend playing all 3 in order, they start off a lot more budget-quality in production but the third one made them definitely worth it to me, (and from starting the first one a few years back they seem to have smoothed out the older ones out lot since then!)
The UX, graphics, puzzle flow and storytelling quality definitely improve over the 3 games but particularly the third which is leagues better!
The price of the third one is very reasonable for what I got so it's worth it to play the other two first and I really hope the fourth one comes out soon!
Even if it doesn't, still worth playing them to get to the third one, the quality gets way better, clearly the studio and their budget evolved by this point!

The game as really improved with each chapter, and this one had more thinking and less random clicking. Mostly I had a goal to follow and only occationally there where unclear parts. I found specially one puzzle out of the ordinary. A bonus is multiple references to other games and movies.
I find the story in the ARK games fun to follow and unpredictable. If you hestitate, I suggest to wait till the end is done and check it's reviews.
Que gratificante es apoyar a un estudio pequeño durante su trayectoria y notar la evolución que tiene, este juego mejoró mucho la historia, los gráficos y la jugabilidad en comparación de su predecesor; me gustó bastante el equilibrio que hubo entre el humor y la forma en como se narra la historia, haciendo que sea más interactiva y amena; sobretodo en esos momentos que rompen la cuarta pared y te hacen sentir parte de la misma.
Este es un juego de aventura point & click que continúa con las desventuras de la protagonista de este juego, Alicia Van Volish, donde al fin logramos descubrir parte de los oscuros secretos del universo de AR-K, y la verdad sobre la misteriosa esfera amarilla, que por cierto tiene mucho parecido al fruto del Edén de Assassins Creed, todo a través de la resolución de puzzles; algunos fáciles y otros un poco descabellados.
Tal vez de las únicas cosas que no me gradó fue el hecho de que para obtener un logro "Worker" debes dejar tu PC encendida por un lapso de 8 horas mientras tienes abierto el juego en una parte específica de la historia, me parece un intento muy absurdo para tratar de alargar el tiempo de juego; pero eso no quita el hecho de que aunque tuvo un final un poco predecible estuvo lleno de suspenso. Ahora solo queda esperar la salida del último capítulo; nada más espero que cumpla con todas las expectativas y supere en calidad a este.
Love the game. The sassyness of the characters is awesome. I have clocked this game about 3 times and i continue to go back and play it again. Great graphics and story line and characters. Highly recommend this game for anyone that loves click and collect games with a twist.

AR-K herrje! Was für eine Qualitätssteigerung!
Wow, nach der Scheiße die Gato Salvaje mit den ersten beiden Episoden von AR-K abgeliefert hatten, hätte ich eine derartige Qualitätssteigerung nie erwartet. Oh sicher, ich hatte schon daran geglaubt, dass AR-K: The Great Escape besser sein würde als sein mieser Vorgänger, aber das tatsächlich ein gutes Spiel dabei herauskommt, daran wollte ich nicht glauben. Aber ist schon erstaunlich wie viel man erreichen kann, wenn man die Inventarführung repariert und den Trial & Error-Käse aus dem Fenster wirft. Positiv ist weiterhin, dass hier auch die Handlung in die Gänge kommt. Trotz dessen besteht immer noch viel Spielraum für Verbesserungen. Die Grafik ist nach wie vor veraltet und die Abstinenz einer Hotspotanzeige schlicht und einfach nicht mehr zeitgemäß. Auch die Tatsache, dass es die spanischen Entwickler immer noch nicht hinbekommen haben die letzte Episode zu veröffentlichen, ist verdammt peinlich. Und vor allem nach der guten dritten Episode, würde ich die Letzte schon gerne spielen. Und diese Aussage kann gerne als Kompliment gewertet werden!

- die Handlung kommt endlich in die Gänge und man erfährt endlich mehr Hintergrundwissen zur Raumstation und zur Goldenen Sphäre
- die Charaktere lassen endlich Sympathie aufkeimen
- die Gossensprache der letzten Episode wurde wieder gestrichen
- die Qualität der Rätsel hat sich drastisch verbessert
- gute englische Sprachausgabe
Neutral:
- die Spieldauer hat sich im Vergleich zu den vorherigen Episoden verdoppelt, trotzdem wirkt der Preis von 7,99 € für 5 Stunden Spielzeit etwas hoch
Kontra:
- theoretisch muss man sich durch die ersten beiden Episoden quälen, bevor man bei der guten Dritten ankommt
- die Anspielungen, welche die vierte Wand durchbrechen sind sehr störend
- es gibt keine Hotspotanzeige
- Grafik wirkt leider immer noch stark veraltet (selbst für Indie-Adventure-Verhältnisse)
- Episode 4 und eine deutsche Übersetzung lassen immer noch auf sich warten
Il gioco poteva essere ben fatto se non fosse per un glitch che se vi va male sarete costretti a caricare un salvataggio precedente o a rifare dall'inizio l'intero gioco. Perchè certamente c'e un bel passo avanti rispetto i primi due capitoli, ma questo "problemino" non permette di terminare il gioco. Per questo do voto negativo e se lo volete comprare perchè volete vedere come continua la storia, prendetelo scontato almeno del 90%. ma sappiate che non essendoci patch vi potrà capitare benissimo questo glitch. ^^; Per il resto, il capitolo si svolge interamente nel distretto 8, capitolo abbastanza corto che lo si può finire in un paio di ore e anche meno sapendo cosa fare. Cosa che mi è capitata perchè stavo uscendo matto nel tentare di andare avanti, finchè non ho scoperto che mi ero imbattuto nel glitch.
P.s: Ora mi ritrovo costretto a iniziare una seconda volta il gioco sperando di non avere problemi. Per questo non riuscivo ad andare avanti. ^^;
P.s 2: Per evitare il glitch, non bisogna interagire con la cassaforte "tramite dialogo" finchè non risolvete l'omicidio che ve ne parla l'ubriaco sul divano li accanto. Se invece usate la cassaforte prima di parlare all'ubriaco sul divano, non si sbloccherà il dialogo riguardo il vecchio omicidio e ciò vi terrà irrimediabilmente incollati nel limbo dei giochi non terminati a meno di caricare un salvataggio precedente o rigiocarlo dall'inizio.
Эта часть очень отличается от первых двух: в ней гораздо лучшая графика, множество новых интересных локаций, добавилась подробная карта для быстрых перемещений по этим самым локациям. В этой части раскрываются характеры многих персонажей, и вообще сюжет становится более глубоким. Перед нами больше не вульгарная Alicia, а серьёзная девушка, пытающаяся помочь людям. Если в первые две части я играла по немного времени раз в несколько дней (иногда даже недель), потому что я не особо люблю Sci-Fi тематику, да и графику тех частей хорошей не назовёшь, то эту часть я прошла за один вечер. Всё очень понравилось, сюжет и задачки становятся всё интересней. Очень жду четвёртую часть! Советую всем любителям поинт-энд-клик адвенчур.

Die ersten Minuten muss man im Dunkeln rumstochern. Wie ich das hasse. Diese Kreativlosigkeit erinnert mich an 90er-Jahre-Games. Dann reagiert die Steuerung träge. Nachdem ich mehrmals dass selbe angeklickt habe, funktionierte es dann plötzlich doch! Wenn bei solchen Games die Programmierung schlecht ist, hat man verloren. Habs deinstalliert.
The Great Escape is a huge step forward for the AR-K series and improves the game in all aspects : graphics (you can see that from the screenshots and trailer), story-telling (the story shapes up nicely and I can't wait to see what happens in the final episode), puzzles (much more logical and fun), gameplay (the user interface is a lot more intuitive).
Just bad. Plain and simple. Don't waste your time and money.
AR-K: The Great Escape is a point and click adventure the third one in the AR-K series. Once again you play as Alicia Van Volish where the second episode left us, falling to our doom. We end up in a trash compactor, and one puzzle later, we end up in an infirmary 3 days later with the sphere gone.....again. Now we must navigate this mystious 8th District, to find the sphere and maybe it's origins. This is a pretty good story so far, it answers most questions from the prevous episodes, and overall an upgrade in story telling than the past episodes. The graphics and voice acting is better, as well. The puzzles are just a bit more difficult, but still solveable. And I give this a 7/10.
I love this game series cannot wait for the next part.

A fantastic follow up to the first two chapters, The Great Escape places our heroine deep within the bowels of the AR-K. After awakening in a strange medical facility, she is forced into labor. You must help her and her friends reach the upper districts. I really enjoyed the UI change. The addition of the PDA feature and a more streamlined pouch system really sped up my runthrough. I really enjoyed the writing and there's plenty of extra diologue for character development. While I enjoyed the new conversation UI, I missed being able to read over what my diologue choices were. All in all, a great game. I hope chapter 4 is till in the works!
I have played and enjoyed all of the AR-K games, both on Tablet and PC. I was eager to complete the game to see how the series was going to end, only to be left with a cliffhanger! Now I am waiting for chapter 4.

Cons:
- Bug (I encountered this bug pretty often. After talking to a character in the game and then leaving the conversation, there was a chance that the mouse cursor would not detect anything when you hover over stuff (Not even the menu button). The only way to fix this was to force close the game and reload from an earlier save. Save often.
- Confusing puzzles - Some of the puzzles can be confusing, and it would have been nice if the game hinted at what to do just a tiny bit.

La cosa ha mejorado considerablemente, las animaciones y el doblaje son mejores. La historia engancha mas, puzzles mas interesantes y logicos como el del asesinato y han añadido nuevas mecanicas y un sistema de inventario mucho mejor que el de los anteriores (Que no me gustaba nada) y es algo mas largo que los anteriores.
La pena es que el final se queda abierto para el capitulo 4 de la saga, pero ya han pasado 2 años y parece que no saldrá. Pero no está mal para pasar el rato por un bajo precio.

Great Escape is a poster child of being “good enough”. It sacrificed most of its spunkiness to bring us more conventional point ‘n’ click gameplay and a better graphical style, but it also relies too much on the previous episodes to consider this a standalone game.

AR-K: Great Escape is actually the third segment of what originally was supposed to be a four-chapter adventure game, now released as an individual product. Therefore, it is almost completely unsuited for new players—there is a recap video at the start, but the editing is too terrible to provide any information.
Beyond the improved graphical style, the most obvious change in Great Escape is how less bold it is. For example, our protagonist, Alicia—who finally got more reasonable body proportions—lost so much of her sass that she feels more like a generic late 90s adventure game heroine instead. Still, she is the only real character, because each member of the otherwise decent-sized supporting cast has too small roles and screen presence to make any impact.
Not just Alicia feels like part of a traditional point ‘n’ click but the rest of the game as well. We spend most of the playtime chasing typical adventure game puzzles throughout a new area, the AR-K space station’s sub-basement, where the shantytowns and gigantic industrial complexes serve as an intentional stark contrast to the last two episode’s posh futuristic city-state. The plot itself tells Alicia’s attempt to escape this place, and while it is incredibly predictable down to the last story twist, it is a cute and harmless enough tale to pass the time with, and hope that we can eventually see the conclusion of this saga.
ESPECTACULAR
No wonder this game is so cheap, it's a broken mess, it has dozens of gamebreaking bugs and glitches. Clearly the devs released this in an unfinished state, and it stopped being supported after barely half a year. Not recommendable. The first AR-K was quite enjoyable, I don't get how they could screw up this one.
So I was gifted this game by one of the developers, and honestly didn't know that there were episodes before this one so I was a tiny bit confused.. I did enjoy the game though.. The puzzles are interesting, and NOT easy... I feel as though the characters were really well played.. I just felt like it went on for a long time - NOT a bad thing.. But I now understand why I was confused XD
This is quite the gem for those who are into indie point & click adventures. Having played the first 2 episodes prior, it pretty obvious that this series is not made by a huge studio but honestly I like that raw indie feel. Relatively to the previous episodes, The Great Escape is much more polished and the puzzles are a lot less frustrating.
That being said, it's hard for me to not compare this game to the previous episodes and hold it to that standard that it set initially. I only played the first two epsiodes because a friend gifted it to me, but it was enough for me to be invested in the story to get the third one on my own despite the first 2 not being totally exciting at times. I do recommend getting through the first two episodes just so that you know what's going on. Now I just keep checking back every now and then to see if the developers made episode 4 because I'm so eager to see the conclusion. It would also be nice to see the game developers grow and make new games anyway. There's a lot of potential in them and I would really like to see games this style from them, keeping up with the improvements!
Not quite as magical as the first two parts, but it's still a well-crafted and funny adventure game that's well worth the price.
They say this is the the best episode out of all 3, and I didn't even bother playing 1 & 2.
Boy am I glad I saved my money, if this is the best I wonder how boring episode 1 & 2 must have been.
Look... its decent at best, but if you're not interested in playing episode 1 & 2, I suggest you just skipped this one.

Big improvement over the last game in this series, I thoroughly enjoyed this game... except for 1 thing. the worker acheivement... WTF is that?!?!? Here leave this game on for 8 hours straight while standing at your machine NOT DOING ANYTHING! It can't even be minimized or it doesn't count. Like I said though thaat was the only downside of the game to me, can't wait for the next game!
Une interface et un Gameplay plus ergonomique. Une héroïne aux mensurations plus réalistes mais toujours délicieusement grossière. Des Puzzles plus cohérents qui cette fois-ci, s'intègrent bien dans l'histoire. Bref, un épisode mieux réalisé que les deux opus précédents. On espère maintenant que le dernier chapitre de l'AR-K sera une totale réussite.

After playing the first 2 episodes I can safely say that this is the best episode so far!!! The developers certainly improved the game quality in both ways: technically and direction-wise. The following points sums up the following:

I got this game in sale too along with first game so but still I'm glad that I purchased this game. To sum up if you like point & click genre and somehow played the first 2 episodes but got confused whether to continue with the series or not then I would like to tell you that this episode really makes up for the previous mediocre epsiodes. Do play this episode!!!
P.S. I got so much time logged in this game due to some crazy achievement which required me to spend some 8 realtime hours in one particular area.

Eleinte szokatlan volt az előző két részben megszeretett 2D-s világ után ez a 3D-s, ráadásul úgy, hogy a legelső jelenetben esetlen a mozgása a főszereplőnek, utána már nem volt ilyen gond és jobban néz ki az előző részekhez képest a környezet.
Ez a rész sem hibátlan, néha hiányzott a hang, néha nem passzolt a kiírt szöveghez, de ritkán fordult ilyen elő. Ebben is megmaradt a kalandjátékokat kifigurázó poén, hogy bármi bármekkora tárgyat zsebre tudnak tenni, illetve Alicia nem zsebre, hanem van egy mindent elnyelő táskája, amibe változatos dolgokat pakol.
A játék vége talán egy picit kuszának tűnik, de előtte élvezetes fejtörőkkel tarkított kalandban lehet részünk. A szereplők hangjai jól el lettek találva a karakterekhez. Poénok hasonló mennyiségben vannak, mint az előző részben, talán kicsit visszafogottabban.

After the disappointment that the previous games where, this one really saves the day!!!
It seems that the engine had a big update, the inventory is much better, the dialogs actually lead you to the right answers to the puzzles and the scope of the scenery is much bigger! Definitely worth it!
Buy the previous ones, play with a walkthrough by your side then play this!
The only technical issue I ran into was that some audios are incorrect, but this is minor, really.

Los primeros ar-k no estan mal en argumento pero los puzzles son aveces tediosos e ilogicos.
En este tiene el perfecto equilibro y logica,nos desvela muchas incognitas de la trama (tiene mucho mas que un aprobado apurado de los 2 primeros capitulos).Como juego independiente no lo veo malo y ha sido grata la sorpresa que esta hecho en españa (no es una trama a lo almodovar y ni cosas raras),la protagonista es una chica de clase media-alta mas que acomoda y al principio cuesta adaptarse alguno de sus aspectos personales(aunque luego madura un poco) pero dejando de lado que aveces se pasa de borde y listilla,tiene un buen sentido del humor y me gusta su manera de pensar las cosas (esteticamente es guapa sin deformidades en los senos,aunque los graficos no es algo que destaque en este juego).
En general este capitulo me deja buen sabor de boca y dan ganas de probar el acto 4,pero tengo mis reticencias,tiene que ser muy buen juego el acto 4 o toda la saca del "ARKa" se ira directo a la basura.

Vengo siguiendo la saga desde hace tiempo y la verdad es que este es uno de los mejores episodios. Mejoraron muchísimo la trama, los puzzles y la interacción entre los personajes. El diseño en sí está genial también. Ya lo he jugado dos veces y quizás me lo pase una tercera para conseguir todos los logros. :)
I loved the Great Escape. The murder mystery puzzle was tricky, but for the most part I was able to figure things out pretty well. I liked all of the episodes, but I really appreciated that Alicia, the main character, didn't really swear in this one. She was still sassy and spunky though, which is the part of her personality that I like.
This was a fun and funny puzzle solving adventure game that I really enjoyed, along the same lines as Monkey Island and in the tradition of King's Quest (with fewer puns and dying).
Loved the game! can't wait for the sequel!
Although this should be a child's game, it might not be because of some cursing language. This game isn't fit for adults and neither for kids. The storyline and characters are very shallow and silly, but it is still worth the while, specially considering it's an indie. All and all, you might spend 4 hours on it.

Much better than the previous installments, it's interesting to see how a developer grows. The plot thickens the characters become less cheesy and it seems like the story, graphics, and point-and-click-eyness has been refined. At first I was dissing the first episode, then I started liking the story in the second and now I can't wait to finish this series I'm digging the story. If you are a fan of the genre you'll definitely find a few things to enjoy.
Get it on sale maybe though as there are a few bugs and inconsitencies in dialogue and world-building.

Ya hay una forma de viajar (más rápida) mejor que la del segundo capítulo.
Lo único que no me ha convencido del todo, y esto es totalmente subjetivo, es que a la hora de elegir las respuestas, no estén las frases. Me gusta leer palabra por palabra lo que voy a elegir que diga Alicia, esto de los iconos no me ha gustado mucho...

Buen juego, esperando el capitulo 4
Muy buen juego, no suelo jugar videojuegos del estilo de AR-K, pero me ha enganchado desde el principio y no he dejado de jugarlo hasta pasarmelo.
Tanto los personajes como la musica dentro del juego han sido fantasticos, los puzzles tenian su dificultad aunque nunca se pasaban y no te quitan las ganas de seguir jugando.
Desde mi punto de vista recomiendo el juego.
The first part of this adventure needs some love because it has some minor flaws but nothing to serious. The good part is, it only gets better and better! I had a lot of fun playing this game and I am surely looking out for the fourth part.
I can recommend this game to everyone who loves adventures, especially the 3rd part as about as good as an adventure can get :)

- Score: 80/100
- Great Story, loved the setting and the characters.
- Centered around investigations and murder mysteries (instead of purely puzzles)
- Duration: about 3-4 hours for the first two chapters (using walkthrough) and 4 hours for the third chapter.
- I highly recommend playing chapter 1 and 2 using a walkthrough. Item combinations are sometimes hard to guess.
- Important Tip for Chapter 1 and 2: to use stuff from the inventory on the scene, you have to drag it to the lower left corner in order to get back to the screen (the inventory will close itself). At that point, the item can be dropped on the scene target to complete the action. This wasn't obvious to me and got stuck. I learned it thanks to a walkthrough.
- Chapter 3 is the best and most mature part of the game. Has the best game design and mechanics. Can be played without a walkthrough. Very enjoyable.
- I still recommend playing first two chapters first! However, it is possible to skip those and watch a story summary provided in the Chapter 3 game menu.
LONG REVIEW:
The Great Escape is the third chapter in this story. At the time of this writing, chapter 4 has not yet been released, but seems to be in the works as there is a reference to a fourth chapter in the story itself.
I've played the first three chapters consecutively so I'm going to review them all in one shot to give a better idea of the whole. Note: Chapter 1 and 2 are sold in a single package called "AR-K".
Summary:
The story is set in the AR-K, a giant autonomous space station on which a utopic society lives.
In Chapter 1, we meet journalism student Alicia and her dog Ambar and follow her in an investigation surrounding odd deliveries around the university campus. We learn that she originally intended to become a cop like her father, but had to resign due to unfair charges regarding a mysterious ball. It is during this investigation that she will cross path again with people that have a serious interest in possessing that ball. The chapter ends when the investigation article is submitted to the teacher.
In Chapter 2, we learn that the teacher has published the article under his own name. Although this is clearly unethical from the teacher's part, this comes as an advantage since he becomes the victim of uncomfortable attention from those seeking the ball. Alicia will use this opportunity to continue her investigation and track down who's behind this. During this investigation, she will uncover the existence of a society unknown to her called District 8 and she will eventually fall prey to a trap.
In Chapter 3, "the great escape", we uncover the harsh reality of District 8: it is a hidden part of the station where people live essentially as slaves so that the rest of the AR-K can live in utopia. As Alicia is forced into labor herself, she meets people that have been trapped there for a very long time. She will help them in order to gain their trust and will eventually escape District 8 with the intention of revealing its existence to the public living on the rest of the AR-K.
Chapter 4 has yet to be published, but I would expect a climax ending where Alicia finally reveals the truth to the world despite mass media manipulation by key members of the ruling class.
Game review
The story itself is great! I think the summary I wrote above pretty much shows how it is neatly broken down and is building up some momentum. This is, for me, the most important part of a game.
I think what I liked the most about the game storytelling mechanics was the cutscenes. The game stands apart from many point-and-click titles that i've played by using cutscenes whenever something important happens rather than relying solely on textual dialogue. We get a much better feeling of our characters that way.
Across the chapters, I also found that the game has evolved in terms of user friendliness. For example, in Chapter 2, a fast travel terminal system was added as well as a narrator designed to help the player by providing some clues. In Chapter 3, the inventory system has been reworked, dialogues can be skipped, a fast-travel map system has been added and the narrator has been replaced with a PDA. I think those were great improvements that were much needed. Chapter 3 has the best game design in my opinion.
Also in terms of design, I don't think I could have done Chapter 1 & 2 without using a walkthrough. I highly recommend playing those with a walkthrough. Chapter 3 was a lot easier to follow in my opinion. I still used a walkthrough but I didn't read it as much. I had fun walking on my own and trying the puzzles without peeking at the solution. My favourite part was the murder mystery we need to solve in order to get the trust of a District 8 policeman.
All in all, I think this was a great game and recommend it to everyone :)
The Great Escape überrascht im Vergleich zu Episode 1 und 2 mit Full HD Grafik und minimalistischer Antwort Auswahl, anstatt ewiglange Antworttexte (die bei Übersetzungen gerne mal zu Problemen führen können) hat sich Gato Salvaje dazu entschieden die Antwortmöglichkeiten durch Bilder zu übersetzen. Am besten Finde ich die Antwortmöglichkeit "Das Eis brechen" denn je nach dem wie oft man mit einer Person "warm werden kann" wird der Eisblock immer kleiner. Die Rätsel sind sehr viel komplexer und durchdachter als in Episode 1 und 2. Freue mich schon auf Episode 4 und die Generalüberhölung der ersten und zweiten Episode.

В этой части встретил некоторых знакомых персонажей с прошлых частей и много новых.

This is one of my favorite games of all time. I just love the characters and their humor. The music is beautiful, I think i've spent more than two hours at Grigor's house just listening to the music. I got to say that I'm really in to the story and I love every aspect of it. I just can't wait for episode 4.
Después de haber jugado las 5,5 h es un estupendo juego que recomiendo para aquella gente que le gusta los juegos point & click de toda la vida y encima es un juego MADE IN SPAIN ¿qué más se puede pedir? Además tiene unos diálogos que te partes de risa con escucharles... si tienes 7,99 € en tu cartera de steam o en paypal es una compra obligada :D
"AR-K" это серия одиночных приключенческих квестов и как и для всех игр подобного жанра здесь основополагающим является сюжет. Игра продолжает события второй части и начинается с того, что главная героиня, Алисия, просыпается в каком-то тёмном-тёмном подвале со сломанной-сломанной ногой. Эта миссия является обучающей, тут нам дают пощупать управление. В двух словах о дальнейшей игре - нам предстоит выяснить, что же стало с нашей золотой сферой, которую мы потеряли после выхода из тёмного заточения.
На протяжении всей игры нам предстоит смотреть игровые видеоролики, развивающие сюжет, общаться с прохожими, слушать их шутки и разнообразные отсылки, решать различные головоломки, дабы наконец-то изменить нашу жизнь.
+ безусловно сюжет, завершающий серию
+ приятная мультяшная графика
+ большое количество нпц, с которыми можно и нужно поговорить
- присутствие только английского и испанского языка (в силу жанра слушать и читать нам придётся много и без знания одного из этих 2 языков нам придётся туго)
- возможен рассинхрон субтитров и звуковой дорожки в некоторых местах, что ведёт за собой определенные неудобства
- присутствие порой нелогичных шагов при решении головоломок, что может здорово сбить с пути

Достойная адвенчура. Она, конечно, не шедевр уровня The Longest Journey, но её можно смело брать и проходить.

En esta entrega podemos darnos cuenta a primera vista como los gráficos y los dialogos han sido bastante mejorados.
Solo con ver el trailer el juego promete bastante.

The creators of AR-K series, Gato Salvaje Studio, seem to improve with every coming chapter, and I dare to say that The Great Escape is so far the best of the three.
If you played the previous two chapters (and, if you didn't, there is not sense to start with the third one), you will meet some already familiar characters as well as many new (and interesting!) ones, discover more truth about the AR-K and the way it functions, as well as learn a secret of one of the important characters you already know. And you will even be able to solve the (cold) murder case.
As it's a continuation, you will likely enjoy this chapter a lot, if you liked its predecessors. If not, you should better look elsewhere, because, although the developers changed the interface a bit (definitely for the better!), the gaming process is the same. Just more and... better.
