Cool game, but for 100% its really repetitive
A true sequel to "Job Simulator" in that is does more while keeping the humor and general vibe I liked already.
While "Job Simulator" had static levels, here we do actually go to different stations. It's simple teleporting and works well. You can keep items in your hand, but you also get a backpack to move 8 items at once.
The core charm of the game are the many possible interactions, mini-challenges and of course the commentary of the bots. Cooking is once again very fun! Pantries that change and refill with a simple slider, cooking smores on a camping fire, lots of sauces you can put on nearly everything. The other big element is the camera - three brothers want you to take pictures and give you little hints on what you should find.
There are also a few arcade like sections to beat highscores and a few joystick video games as well - they work better than you would expect!
In order to unlock more of the game, you have to beat challenges and get "memories" - basically point thresholds. They aren't hard to get, and you can unlock the credits with less than 50% - doing everything requires combining items from multiple places.
If you want smart and fun interactions in VR, this game got you covered.

Now, this game is much more developed than Job Sim. I would personally remove the avatar thing and just be a customizable headset or smth. Job sim was a wonder and I hope this is better. I haven't played much but it has really good mechanics such as waving to get a Bot's attention. For now, I do prefer Job Sim for the time being until I progress more in this game.

Vacation Simulator is a fantastic evolution of its predecessor, Job Simulator, offering an impressive variety of activities that provide hours of entertainment. I had the pleasure of playing it on my original PSVR, and it brought a lot of nostalgic joy back from when my sister and I took turns playing the game. The Forest area, in particular, stands out as my favorite, with its serene environment and engaging memories. However, there are a couple of aspects of the game that I found less enjoyable. Specifically, the sandcastle building and ice sculpting memories felt tedious not just in execution, but due to the frequent repetition required to complete them. Despite these minor frustrations, the overall experience is overwhelmingly positive. In conclusion, Vacation Simulator is an outstanding game that offers much more than its predecessor. It’s truly deserving of a 15/10 rating.
No where near as easy to pick up and play like job simulator was. This game tends to hide a lot of the objects and objectives as if trying to waste your time so you cannot get a refund before you realize how nerve wracking this game is. Especially the ice sculpturing minigame ESPECIALLY THAT! Do not buy unless you actually like a little more complicated games and are much smarter than me.

Was für ein super Game. Dieses Spiel hat mich motiviert mir eine VR Brille zu kaufen. Es ist perfekt und spannend und unterhaltsam. 20 Stunden Spielzeit und davon manche im "Back to Job- Gigler". Die letzten Achievments werde ich auch noch bekommen. Vacation Simulator ist alt, wirkt aber nicht alt, auch nicht die Grafiken. Einfach empfehlenswert für jeden Gamer

世界のあちこちに「アレ持って来て」「あの写真撮って」みたいなクエストが散らばっています。
クエストは一見シンプルでありながら、レベルが上がってくるとなかなか頭をひねらないといけないものもちらほら。徐々にあちこちの箱庭を行き来してこなしていくクエストも出てきます。
いわゆるおつかいゲーではありますが、そのためのアクションが楽しいタイプのインタラクティブな作品です。
また、本作は30秒程度で終わるミニゲームがそこらじゅうに散らばっています。
例えばビーチボールやラフティング、立体ピクロスみたいなパズルゲームまで。
単純だし徐々に面倒になってくるかな…と思いきや、小粒なボリュームとしっかりした手応えが魅力的で、思った以上にダレずに遊べます。

A good 5 hours of family friendly fun. Super polished, pretty funny, looks nice, gameplay is enjoyable, and uhh yeah thats about it. I would compare it to Mario Galaxy but for VR. It's just a fun family friendly adventure that is hard to hate.

A fun and silly VR game, its a perfect sequel to Job Simulator. It contains a lot more content than the first game. It has the same silly and fun humor and lets you do all kind of things.

Ребята, это просто восхитительно. Тут столько контента, относительно простого но контента реально много. Симулятор отпуска просто по всем фронтам переплюнул симулятор работы.
Первое впечатление было что я типа это уже видел, но в другой обстановке. Но тут видно что разработчики постарались и улучшили игру. Теперь мы не стоим на одном единственном месте, мы можем перемещаться (в заранее выставленные точки через телепорт), и это блин классно. Можно настроить персонажа как вам захочется, да ещё и пять файлов с сохранениями есть.
А ну ещё такая мелочь, что боты теперь подвижны во время диалога, а не тупо встали на одном месте и чё-то болтают.
Тут просто куча, куча и маленькая тележка разных занятий на любой вкус. И это я прошёл только основную игру, а ведь есть ещё и режим где мы возвращаемся на работу. Я прям не знаю что тут ещё можно описать, там просто куча всего. То что могу сказать точно, так это то, что игра теперь полностью оправдывает свою цену, причём подходит для всей семьи, для ребёнка, родителей, ну не собаке конечно но это очень приятное время препровождения.
Хотя игра всё же стала сложнее, как в плане управления, так и в плане заданий и ребёнку может быть тяжело, так что имейте ввиду.
Минусы в принципе те же что и у симулятора работы. Хотелось бы иметь возможность повернуться на стик или режим сидя, но всё же игра довольно старая, так что ей простительно. Рекомендую проходить с перерывами, а то игра вас задушит.

игра ОЧЕЕЕЕЕЕЕЕЕЕЕЕЕНЬ крутая (и добавлю от себя) добавьте пожалуйста побольше заданий для вечеринки (потому что я игру прошел за 120 минут) ну и сделайте побольше место под водой когда ты собираешь 5 очков в пляже потому что там как то не интересно прям прям извините если переводчик перевел не правильно The game is VERY cool (and I'll add on my own) please add more tasks for the party (because I completed the game in 120 minutes) Well, make a bigger place underwater when you collect 5 points in the beach because it's somehow not interesting there.

This was a real step-up to the original Job Simulator. The game gives you more activities to do, more bots to interact with, and more environments to explore. The next time the world hits another pandemic, I know just what to do for the vacation: play this non-stop.
