Turbo Golf Racing is a fast, arcade-style game that blends Rocket League with mini golf, where you drive a turbo-powered car to smash a giant ball into the goal, making it perfect for quick, fun sessions. Klasse Spiel, finde ich viel besser wie z.B. RL was ebenfalls Hard to Master ist, aber dennoch nicht so krass. Durch den Einsatz der aktiven und passiven Cores ist es Abwechslungsreich und man kann versuchen die besten Cores für sich heraus zu finden. Auch der Einsatz von Power Ups bringt ebenfalls Laune wenn man z.B. den Gegner kurz vor knapp zerlegt und mit einer hundertsten Sekunde Vorsprung gewinnt, einfach Hammer ;-)

Really enjoy the game but has some issues. Inconsistent ball striking. Balls get stuck on inclines, when they should continue rolling. Game lines you up with the ball facing out of bounds instead of towards hole. Poor match making, can spend 5 - 10 minutes searching for a game.

Game looks good visually and first impressions make the gameplay look fun, might be fun in multiplayer...

Issue is that this game is almost exclusively multiplayer, and it's dead (9 players online as I'm writing this, lmao).
From SteamDB charts it looks like the game never really was "alive", since peak was 546 players right after EA release.
The game [b]does[/b] have bots, but doesn't let you use them (you need 2 players to start a private match), other than that the only part of the game fully singleplayer are the time trials.

So, does the game have potential? Absolutely.
Is the game fun? Possibly.
Is the game [b]playable in it's current state[/b]? Only if you have a group of friends to play with. If you're expecting matchmaking don't buy this, as there are no players to play against.

It is because of the lack of players and lack of singleplayer content and bot support that I have to give a 👎

It's mostly an online multiplayer game. There's a time trial mode that can be played solo, but the racing, ranked, and golfing modes can only be played online -- bummer. There's a small number of players that still play, but good luck catching any randoms during odd hours and even lesser chances to get matched for golfing mode in an acceptable amount of time. It has custom online matches and those require a minimum of two participants. There is active seasonal content (winter 2025) but I have no idea if this is new or re-used content because I'm a new player.

I recommend this game only if you have friends that also have it -- or if you already have a key.

Liebes Entwicklerteam,

erst einmal ein großes Lob: Turbo Golf Racing ist ein wirklich tolles Spiel! Es ist schnell zu verstehen, macht sofort Spaß und ist sowohl für Kinder als auch Erwachsene bestens geeignet. Die Steuerung mit dem Controller funktioniert hervorragend, die Grafik ist schlicht, aber stimmig und angenehm, und das Spielgefühl insgesamt einfach rund. Ich habe mittlerweile über 50 Stunden gespielt – das sagt wohl alles 🙂

Ein paar Punkte möchte ich euch aber mitgeben, die meiner Meinung nach das Spielerlebnis noch verbessern könnten:

Zeitstrafe bei Spielabbruch: Wenn man zwei Matches abbricht, bekommt man direkt eine Zeitstrafe – das fühlt sich etwas unfair an. Ich fahre ja schließlich für mich selbst und nicht im Team. Ein Beispiel: In einem 1v1 (es waren nur ich und ein Gegner auf der Strecke) hatte mein Gegner schon zwei Runden gewonnen – wozu also noch eine dritte fahren? In einem anderen Match war ich komplett allein (auch keine Bots) auf der Strecke und bin daher rausgegangen – und wurde trotzdem bestraft.

Bots & Matchmaking: Mal sind Bots dabei, mal nicht – das wirkt inkonsistent. Wäre schön, wenn das zuverlässiger funktionieren würde. Zwar fahre ich natürlich lieer gegen menschliche Spieler, aber die Bots beleben die Strecke.

Fehlende Replay-Funktion: Eine Möglichkeit, Replays anzuschauen und anderen Fahrern zuzusehen, wäre super. Gerade bei Zeitrennen ist es frustrierend, wenn andere weniger als die Hälfte der eigenen Zeit schaffen, man aber nicht weiß, wie. Manche Bestzeiten scheinen außerdem auf alten Shortcuts zu beruhen, die inzwischen gepatcht wurden – solche Zeiten sollten vielleicht aus den Bestenlisten entfernt werden.

Kein Ghost-Modus: Gegen den eigenen Ghost zu fahren wäre ein echter Mehrwert, um sich selbst zu verbessern.

Lange Wartezeiten: Teilweise sitzt man minutenlang im Warteraum, ohne etwas tun zu können. Vielleicht könnte man in der Zwischenzeit auf Trainingsstrecken üben oder einen kleinen Übungsmodus starten? Teilweise habe ich gut 8 Minuten gewartet, bis ich dann abgebrochen habe. Das nimmt einem die Lust. Könnte ich mich in der eit warm fahren würde sich die Wartezeit nicht so lange anfühlen.

Keine Chatfunktion: Ich verstehe den Wunsch nach einem positiven Umfeld – aber mit einem Schimpfwortfilter ließe sich doch gut ein sicherer Chat integrieren. Ein bisschen Kommunikation würde das Spiel deutlich lebendiger machen.

Trotz dieser Punkte: Ich mag euer Spiel wirklich sehr! Es hat ein tolles Konzept, macht Spaß und hat viel Potenzial. Mit ein paar gezielten Verbesserungen könnte Turbo Golf Racing noch besser werden – und ich bin gespannt, wohin die Reise geht.

An offline patch with bots would much benefit this game and allow anyone to be able to play this game. 游戏的玩法非常的简单，输赢是按高尔夫的机制，就是谁先把球用飞车推到球洞里就会有积分。不过看似简单的玩法，却因为高尔夫球杆改成了飞车有一定的难度。首先就是飞车的操控问题，飞车使用遥感进行控制方向，RT是油门，LT是倒车。还有一个要考虑的要素就是游戏中的各种物理特效了，在飞车撞到高尔夫球后，高尔夫球就会随着飞车的动力转化为动力滚出一段距离，飞车和高尔夫球的碰触的位置，也会让高尔夫球产生不一样的位移，类似打台球，点位的不同，高尔夫球的运动轨迹什么的都会发生变化。可以说想要操控飞车把而高尔夫球打进去，还是要一定的技术的。

本作的玩法特色肯定就是两种好不相干的运动结合在一起，而且本作是网游，使用steam的服务器进行联机，如果不能联机要检查一下自己的网络。玩法上基本没有脱离上面的描述，只是人多开高尔夫球的情况会变得更加混乱和欢乐。是的，这款游戏有个好友一起玩体验会变的好不少，如果是孤狼那就会很痛苦，因为开高尔夫球的过程不光要防着对手还要放着自己的队友，每走一步都如履薄冰。

总的来说，《飞车派对：乱斗高尔夫》是一款非常欢乐非常有意思的派对向游戏，不过如果没有朋友一起陪着玩，会觉得非常的坐牢，主要就是因为这个派对游戏的节奏非常的快，孤狼的话要完成很多的工作，所以会觉得非常的累。哪怕多一个朋友配合起来体验也会好上不好，2个人配合起来闪转腾挪起来还有一定的回旋余地。还有个问题就是这款游戏没有自己的服务器，是使用steam的公共服务器，这对国区非常的不友好，因为是公共服务器，连接和延迟都非常的高，要么是死活连不上，各种报错，要么就是裸连连上延迟非常的高，也是没办法玩。如果喜欢这种特色派对游戏的玩家，请一定自备个加速器和朋友在一起入坑。

I bought this to play offline against bots but just found out you cant do that, custom game needs 2 players to start and you can only play time trial.

In similar vibes to Rocket League - racing game with a twist - play golf and go for the birdie! Pick car from 3 available then put the ball where it belongs, that is inside the hole. Controls are decent, jump and dash or boost. Controls feel very grippy and overall good, so hitting ball in the right direction is not a problem. Grab power ups like sticky surface to glue it to the car. Other power ups like shockwave, rockets and shield are also available. Do flips to charge your boost. 2 types of power ups: active and passive can be used. Don't forget to fly around in the meantime. When playing with the others everyone have its own ball so gameplay gets quite challenging. Plenty of people online so you don't have to wait for connection. Music is decent. Gameplay is engaging. Grab it before it flies away!

As a Rocket League player this seemed interesting, but I can't recommend this.
Movement options seem limited - the camera is focused on the ball so if you whiff the ball you have to awkwardly drive around and try to reorient yourself.
Most achievements are locked behind online games, but there's always 0 people in the playlist, so you're out of luck.
There's an option to create a private game with bots, but they don't even allow you to create a lobby unless you have a party of two, so there really isn't much you can do single player.

If you like Rocket League, you should like this. It is basically Rocket League part 1.5. Everything looks and feels almost exactly like RL, but with some new and interesting mechanics. I like it!

操作がロケットリーグで個人的には面白かった。
玉を操ることが難しく、微調節しなければならない場面ではもどかしさを感じる。しかし、遠くに蹴り上げる場面は非常に爽快。コツはボールを蹴る直前にスペースを押してジャンプすることだ。さらに、ボールの端を蹴ることで回転をかけ、軌道を曲げる事ができる。上手く蹴って進めるとすごく楽しい。

ゲームモードは「レース」、「８人ゴルフ」、「１対１ゴルフ」の３つ。（タイムアタックという１人用のモードもある。）
レースは誰が１番早くボールをカップインできるかを競うモード。ゴルフはできるだけ少ない打数でカップインを目指すモードだ。

問題はオンラインマッチの待ち時間だが、最初は体感５分ぐらい待たされる。連続でやると、２分くらいですぐマッチされる。２１時以降でしかプレイしてないので昼間はどうかわからないが、あまり待たされる印象はない。（2025/06/20）
と思ったが、ゴルフ１v１だけ１０分経ってもマッチしない。このモードだけあまり人気がないのかも。

セールで300円で購入し、満足できる内容だった。
オンライン対戦が主で、必ずプレイヤーとマッチしないとゲームが始まらない。気軽にできるようなCPU戦が無いのがもったいない気がした。

The game has "golf" in the title, but you can't play golf single-player. You can race singleplayer but not golf. You can't even golf in a private lobby with bots unless you have at least one other human. And nobody else plays the golf mode. What the ♥♥♥♥?

I bought the game to play golf. And the time trial mode is fun and all but I also want the golf mode. It would be zero work to allow playing golf with bots when you can already do that and there's just an arbitrary restriction that you need two human players. The game seems like it'd be very fun if I could actually play it!

Though I love the concept, and the game it self is fun... It just doesn't have enough Singleplayer support for me.

Extremely entertaining game.
I wish there were more than 3 rounds in race mode, or options.
Golf mode is where it's at. Great chill game with friends.
Not a large player base so most lobbies get back-filled with bots but the rounds end after all human players finish the hole so it keeps things pretty paced.
Occasionally run into some glitches where it will spawn you off the map (you can get creative and fly back up sometimes).
It's a lot of fun, isn't perfect but It's still one of my favorite games.

虽然游戏被低估了，但能凉的这么快更多是游戏自身的问题。
很明显的火箭联盟既视感，但爽感上要大打折扣，把击球题材限定在高尔夫就注定了这是个精准大于撞击的游戏，结果呢？高尔夫模式因为节奏过慢没人玩，竞速模式又要跑的快又要打得准，技能众多但要满足这两点基本就被固化了，配合游戏蹩脚的操作精度，键盘是绝对不可能打的准的，驾驶过程中点按一下方向键，球的轨迹就能来个90°大漂移，手柄也好不到哪去，本应大大强化正反馈的加速圈做的又高又小还几乎没多少联动，去冒险击环还不如老实走地，能给自己玩红温。
多人模式玩家之间的交互也很少，不能像火箭联盟那样全场围着一个球转热闹。
自定义车辆外观和球的皮肤设计都很帅很有创意，好评。
其实游戏的真实线上人数要比steam显示的要多，有很多其他平台的玩家活跃，挂上加速器后基本上每次都能匹配到两三个人一起玩，大多在欧洲和美洲区。

TGR is another multiplayer focused arcade racing game where the goal is to get your ball in the hole sooner than the rest. While the essence is simple, everything wrapped around this idea makes the game such a joy to play. There are tons of maps with their own gimmicks, plenty of skills to equip, tons of visual customisation options, a lot of in-game activities to focus on for individual progress, different game modes and most of the achievements encourage participation instead of beating others all the time. There is also a decent single player mode where all the maps can be attempted in time trial, including getting up to 3 stars. All of this content is delivered with beautiful graphics and smooth controls. I especially love being able to fly with a car whenever I want and it just feels great. In terms of finding matches, I got 9 out of 10 without caring about being online at busy times, with the European time zone at least. Even though steamdb often shows low activity, the game is carried by game pass users and the rest of the slots are filled by bots. There were a few rare moments where I encountered 4-6 out of 8 slots being real players. Most of the players were of casual-average skill level. You don’t get the sense that the community is too competitive or the sweaty type and it honestly feels great to just enjoy a multiplayer online game on your own terms.

It’s remarkable how polished and bug free the game feels even though you can tell that support was pulled sooner than expected. The golf game modes are the most recent additions and they don’t have any achievements, same can be applied to the last maps released for time trials compared to other maps. This can be seen as a good thing since you’re not forced to spend more time on the game if you don’t want to as a completionist. I’m a bit less forgiving on the game’s balance and 3 specific achievements. The game has a couple of item pickups including two types of rockets, but rockets don’t feel needed as most of the players are focused on getting their balls to the goal. It would have been easy to ignore them if there wasn’t an achievement to shield yourself from 50 rocket attacks. It might not sound like much but I only got 11 naturally in 20 hours because most don’t use it. It isn’t helped that temporary shield is a bit finicky sometimes, a proper shield is dropped randomly and there aren’t enough pickups for bigger maps. The 2 other achievements require you to be in a party lobby with 2-4 players total and start a race. I got extremely lucky to have found a public party lobby with 3 other players. It’s a shame to have those 2 achievements when the rest of the achievements could easily be gotten by joining the default race mode and focus on individual goals such as getting your ball through boost rings x amount of times etc.

You can tell the game was made with care. It’s in a good state despite it not receiving anymore updates. It might not have a long life as an online focused game but it’s a lot of fun and it feels relatively easier to find matches in this game compared to other online games with a small community I have experienced. I got the game through Humble Choice and I was fearing that most of the achievements would be annoying. It wasn’t like that for the most part luckily. The normal price is less than €10 and it’s worth it if you’re willing to enjoy it while it lasts or you weren’t planning on sticking around for long to begin with.

Finally tried this game out over the weekend with some friends after picking it up months ago.

Do you like Rocket League, but does it feel a little stale after a couple/few hundred or thousand hours? TGR has your back with familiar gameplay in an all-new setting. It's like...a linear Rocket League with Mario Kart-inspired visuals and weapons, plus flight mode without having to perfect your jet boost technique. Or play golf mode and trade off shots in the gameplay variant that is also fun but nobody seems to be playing online (probably because it's much less exciting than "race" mode).

Bottom line: I played for about a half hour and then recommended it to everyone I know who enjoyed/enjoys Rocket League. Played with a group of friends for a few hours and everyone had a blast. Will definitely be playing more, and I hope that more people do. This game deserves some love because we all want more of what we enjoy. Right? Right?

This game is an absolute blast! The cars driving even better than they do in Rocket League, and the golf courses are really well designed. The only downside is that I wish there were more options for playing with friends and tweaking custom game modes to make matches last longer, like 10 holes or even more :)

The game play is fun but nothing else really is. Multiplayer is basically running time trials at the same time as another person with a group of filler bots that don't do much. The interaction between players in multiplayer is really limited, there are like 3 power ups that actually affect other players. You can't bump other player cars or balls. The rewards you unlock feel bad, they don't have much character but that might just be my preference.

This is an incredibly fun game. The thrill of zooming across the map and slamming into your ball and gliding through boosts is just *chefs kiss*.
It's such a great shame then that the only two server options are west europe or central us. I am in Australasia. I get bad connection issues on every game that I enter. It blinks me around the map, in front of my ball, behind my ball. It doesn't register me hitting the ball so the ball blinks behind me. Or mid reset of the car behind the ball and it blinks so I'm somewhere else entirely. I'm going to not recommend this game until they can bring a server closer to my region so I can have at least ONE smooth game. Incredibly frustrating.

Game is fun. Think my main complaint is in the golf mode, after each shot, it does not line you up with the ball the way you'd think it should. Sometimes it does, sometimes it doesn't. If it was consistently placing the car in the correct direction each time, that'd make this a great game
