For such a small game there sure are a lot of loading screens, its worse than starfield.
Fun game - gets boring and easy having to unlock all the time frames. Would make way more sense to just let you keep on playing instead of the game over and restarting. I am 5 hours in only just completed the 90 day session now back to the start for the 180 day session, next 360 days then open play. Doubt ill be bothered making it to the open play version.
This is a revamp of an old game that I never believed I would play again...until one day perusing Steam. Thanks developers for feeding my nostalgia.

a fun game to play and retro drug wars vibe. but it soon gets a bit boring with the same old stops and shops. there are also allot of bugs i hope get cleared up like one that said i had 22 units in my backpack but i did not so i kinda lost 22 unit space. the game also have a tendency to freeze but lucly it autosaves in eatch place you go. so i hope to see more cool things being added and bug fixed. althoug its cheep to buy i expect it to work good. but yea if you want a retro good old drugwars game and dont mind a few bugs here and there this is the game for youj.

It's also one of those games where the art style perfectly matches the music and draws you in with the simple but elegant game play that will suck hours away if you aren't careful. the speculation and strategy involved sharpens your wit the more you play the game, making each additional time-based challenge appealing to achieve where other games sit unfinished in my library. this will be one of the first games I install on my steam deck. did you buy it yet?

the dope game è , concedetemi il termine, un "gestionale arcade".
Lo definisco cosi perche nonostante appunto sia un gestionale, le meccaniche sono assolutamente fluide e dinamiche, godibili anche per chi, come me, non è proprio un estimatore del genere.
Il gioco, come facilmente intuibile, consiste nel farsi strada "nella strada". Partirete, grazie ad un piccolo prestito da parte di uno strozzino, nella vostra carriera di spacciatore, incontrando tutte le difficolta ed imprevisti del caso.
Le modalita sono due. In quella "storia" si possono man mano sbloccare i tempo di durata sempre piu lunghi, poi c'è la classica sopravvivenza.
Non c'è la traduzione in Italiano, ma si puo scegliere tra la realistica ed una divertente (?) SFW, nella quale il fumo diventerà liquirizia, l ecstasy caramelle e via dicendo...
Non ha, a mio parere, una grande longevita, il gioco è piuttosto ripetitivo, ma se "l argomento" vi solletica, sapra tenervi impegnati per un bel po di ore.
Per il prezzo che ha, straconsigliato!

new UI is pretty bad, icons are so small and way too close to the top left icons to close and minimise the game, have miss clicked many times. maybe its a troll from the dev team?
Simplistic 'drug trading' game like the old Dopewars DOS games. There isn't much complexity to the game itself - buy low sell high, yet I still suck at it lol.
It's also incredibly cheap so if you liked those kinds of games from back then, it's worth a pickup.

An excellent game for playing when intoxicated, ill, tired or otherwise not really capable of playing anything that requires much coordination or mental acuity. The artwork and dialogue is endearing and authentic, the music is decent background noise (if a bit repetitive), and the gameplay is simple, enjoyable and strangely addictive. Which is good, because the game depends heavily on replay value as it is quite short. The only real goal of the game is to not die or get arrested during a selected time period, aside from that, make as much money dealing drugs as possible.
The major problem with this game is it is quite limited and desperately needs more content - more locations, more dialogue, more characters, more chance encounters. As it is though, it is still well worth the very reasonable price and an excellent way to pass time or keep yourself occupied while under the influence.
Simple game that has many different outcomes on how it ends or is played.
I enjoyed trying to end it diff ways or max out my profit and see how much i could push it.
Just a all in all good simple game and hey it's about selling drugs!!!! Bonus

"The Great American Double-Up"
Pure Classic... Takes me back to the 90's

I bought this game for the trading cards, and it was on sale for .99. It reminded me of a game I used to love, and this apparnelty tries to emulate that game...Dope Wars...but imo this game falls far short. It's just not what I expected for a game on PC, it's a bit lacking on imagination. I guess I was just expecting a bit more. I only recommend this cause its cheap and it has trading cards... the emoticons are cooler than the game imo.
[b]I absolutely loved the old [i]Drug Wars[/i] games, and always felt that someone should do a modern remake.[/b] I've even toyed with making one myself. So naturally, I was psyched to hear about [i]The Dope Game[/i]. While this title is a competent remake/modern version of the old game, it just could be better in so many ways. I mean, the buy-low-sell-high premise is painfully simple to recreate (you don't even need artwork), but the envelope needs to be pushed further to add in QoL bells-and-whistles.
I've tried to get into this title several several times over the course of years, and everytime I play it only takes about 10 minutes and my mind starts drifting and I lose interest. If pressed, I could come up with a full list of issues I have, or ways to just simply make the game better, but I'm not going to do that here. I'll just note that the most important screen in the game is the buy and sell menu. I find it awkward to use. Here are notes:

[*]Why not have a second column showing how many (if any) drugs I own? This would make it super easy to do the transaction. As-is, I have to either look in the backpack or click on each drug. Maybe this is a feature you buy later on (I don't know), but it just seems like something so fundamental.
[*]Make things functional. Color the name of each drugs text for an additional layer of connecting my mind more quickly to what is being offered. Like, oh I don't know, make cocaine always in bright red text.
[*]The slider-looking buttons are awkward. Honestly it'd just be easier to redesign the whole menu to make it more functional. Why can't I make multiple transactions all at once?

I started off with a couple of grand from the local loan shark. After some careful investments, I had enough money to pay him back, but I also had enough money to buy a gun and hire someone to watch my back, so I just killed him instead. Eventually, I was kitted up like a soldier and dealing more product than a Colombian drug cartel, with no one able to stop me.
Then I went home and started playing The Dope Game. It was good.
This game is a lot of fun. There's a surprising amount of charm in The Dope Game, from the funky soundtrack to the MS Paint art style. Especially recommended if you played the original Drug Wars on a TI graphing calculator in high school.
The game looked pretty exciting on the store page and they really did a good job both with the trailer and with the game info, however the gameplay is pretty underwhelming considering the presentation it offers.
One would think that this is a game about dealing drugs, you take drugs from a person, and you sell them to another, you stack some drugs in your house, maybe you produce some of your drugs, maybe you get high on your drugs, maybe you even get in some fights because of your drugs, that's what you would expect from a 'drug dealing simulator'.
What the game actually is, is just a stock trading simulator in which you buy the so-called 'drugs' online through an app which is supposedly provided by CIA (makes ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ sense), and you sometimes get into RPG type battles with random people, or the unrealistically perceptive cops in the game, because cops always know what a drug dealer looks like and whether or not he has drugs on him. I use the term 'so-called' because you could really replace the drugs in this game with anything and it wouldn't make a single difference in the gameplay.
The main character doesn't even have a house/apartment, he just goes around the town 24/7 with his tablet and backpack supposedly selling and buying drugs, I don't even know how he gets the drugs, the game never shows him receiving them, it just shows him purchasing them online, I suppose they drop from the sky or some ♥♥♥♥, maybe the CIA use their top notch technology to synthesize the drugs directly into his backpack. The cops in this game don't make any sense, they will attack you on sight if you have drugs on you or even legally owned weapons, and they will frisk you if you don't (which is clearly a violation of your rights in almost any state and country), and if you're at the start of the game good luck dealing with them, cause you won't be able to fight them, and you'll almost never get away. It would have really been a great thing adding character stats in the game like speed (so you can get away from the cops without tripping 7 times in a row when you try to escape) or strength (so you could actually handle the cops in fights without having to purchase the ridiculously overpriced weapons). Also, why does this game take the weapon system to the extreme? I'm pretty sure no low-profile drug dealer would ever carry a rocket launcher or a flame thrower in his backpack. (I don't even know how you could fit those into a backpack)
Also, the pricing of the drugs in this game is complete garbage. I mean, I'm not a drug-obssesed junkie, who just wants to snort coke everyday, but I know that a gram of cocaine doesn't cost $20,000. It doesn't matter when or where you buy it, you could get it in North Korea for cheaper than that. Hell, you could probably even get it into space for cheaper than that. I understand that it wasn't an easy game to make, (especially since you guys spent so much time filling all that background story that nobody cares about) but if you are to make a game on drugs, could you at least do some research on the average prices for street drugs?
And yes, they use the famous 'unit' as quantity measurement, just so they can discount pieces of criticism like this, but for real, that unit could be a gram, an 8 ball, an ounce or even a pound of cocaine and the pricing still wouldn't make sense. And even if we are to talk about the kilos, it still wouldn't make sense either, as the other drugs would be way too cheap. Needles to say, if you were to carry pounds or kilos of drugs in your backpack and walk through the entire town for days on end, you would probably break both your back and shoulders at some point.
I personally can't recommend this game because it's poorly made and not what I expected, I don't really know what I expected from a 2€ game, but I guess I expected something a bit more than a stock trading simulator.

За, примерно, 10 сыгранных игр, две из них закончились зависанием - тупо ни на что нельзя нажать, лечилось только принудительным завершением процесса. Естественно, ни какого сохранения прогресса не оставалось, так как сохранение осуществляется только во время выхода из игры.
Да, я понимаю, что игра продаётся по бросовой цене и цена эта полностью соответствует содержанию, но какого хрена? Откуда в ней могут взяться баги?
I never played mafia wars or these other games mentioned so no clue on comparing. This game reminded me of something you would find on newgrounds back in the day. That early flash animation game with some low fi midi beats! The title says it all your slanging dope down the subway line everyday your husslin. Travel time is a day don't forget to stock up on help or weapons if you dont pay back your loan. Fun game,maybe even addictive or a gateway game into the past. Best $1.60 on game on steam!! Thanks to game sale. Best part it runs great on my 7yr old ♥♥♥♥♥♥ gaming laptop!!

If you are looking for action, adventure or lots of movement, don't stop here. Very simple straight forward game that is basicly a throw back to some of the 90's grind games. If you are a 90's gamer kid you will enjoy the nostalgia of this game. I beat everything within about 6 hours on all modes. Im trying for all the achievments but some of them are not possible without halloween or christmas seasons in the game.
The nastalga is over the top with this one so simple but so great, The memories , 90s flashbacks . if you played dope wars or mafia wars this will bring back great flashbacks . Cocaine is a hell of a drug

Fun game, try to get it at the discounted price while it's still available. The dev is quick, and I mean really quick, to respond if you have an issue. If you enjoyed Dope Wars in the 90's you will get a kick out of this. True to the original in my opinion while also adding a bunch of new twists, the music and dialogue throughout the game are solid, sometimes even disturbing (old lady, looking at you). Great little game for the price if you played Dope Wars back in the day.
Extremely basic merchandise sales game where you attempt to buy low and sell for a profit. Unlike better (and better quality) games, The Dope Game is simplistic to the extreme. Ride the bus, listen to the repetitive lady to find clues about drug costs, sell or buy at a location, then start over. Maybe you want to buy a gun. Or go to the bar. Blah. I could care less. The first game was over in 15 minutes and I won without even trying. Maybe there is more depth here but I'm not interested in wasting time finding out. Not when there are much better games that have similar mechanics plus a lot more.
For the price it's a pretty dope game. Except... when dudes come at you with baseball bats, and you have a shotgun, I think you shoot them with the shotgun. Instead the game says I ran away and oops dropped something. The shotgun. Grand. Still recommend for two bucks.
Alright, time for another Review. I`ll start of with some "good to know`s" before heading to the positive and negative aspects of the game. So first of all, you can`t actively move around the world , you move trough the world by clicking trough an map with different locations, in almost every location is a person you can interact with, and always another Dealer you can buy or sell your suff at. Many things are randomized, like the Prices of the Drugs, or some Events during the Game. I think, the setting of the Game is very interesting and different than the settings of the most game. But let`s move on to the positive and negative things about this game.
Positive: - Very Interesting Setting
- Things like (buying Guns, recruiting Crew members and more) cost a lot of Money and keep
you motivated as you always want to get more Money with your Business and try out things you haven`t tried
out before during an Game......like killing an Nursefor example, or everyone in the whole Game...
- A lot of randomized events keep every new Game unique,you can find money or drugs randomley from other
players for example, but you can also lose stuff and many other events...
- Many different Endings, to achieve some aren`t that easy and keep you interested as well.
- Endless and Hardcore Mode, if you want the game to be a bit more challenging, than thats what youre looking
for.
- Many different Dialogues, which I personally find very well writen, what I mean by that is that some options
in the game are quite funny and made me slightly grin....and a few things the old lady has to say....and things
she tells you and...does tu you during your bus drives
- Very cheap price for an fun game, and you can see that the developer of the game really put a lot of effort into
making the Game.
Negative:
- As soon as you know how, it isnt a big challenge anymore to raise a lot of money and the Gameplay gets very
repetitive.
- There are no Quests, it`s always the same, paying the loan shark back (or not) and then doing your dealing
business, while trying to avoid the Police. (Well, maybe you don`t try to avoid the police. ;))
But all in all you get for this price an funny and interesting Game, which definitely is unique in its own way. It can get an bit repetitive , but all the randomized events and different varieties of modes keep you entertained for an while.
I rate this game an 8/10....it`s not a game to play 24/7 but its definitely a game for in-between. And it`s being constantly updated.

The Dope Game is an interesting take on the old Ti-83 games some of us remember playing during middleschool or highschool. It is a mix of a Visual Novel/point & click adventure/economic simulator where you have to Buy/Sell enough drugs to make a profit. You also have to decide where to sell & keep track of the authorities simultaneously.
I found the game to be very easy (don't ask me why, But i know what to do!) & maybe too easy if you understand basic economic or financial budgeting. I liked the artwork alot, & found it to be very grimey & fitting for the atmosphere of the game. The Visual scenes are repetitive though, & you'll find yourself seeing the same chacracters over & over again through the quick playthroughs...& i barely felt the heat from the police, which did not bother me until I purposely tried to get arrested.
To clarify about my game time (20 min logged on steam) I've purchased this game from another indieGaming site & spent almost 2.5 hours playing it, so for me, it is def a cool take on this genre but It did not capture my desire to revisit it more than twice. The price is super low, so you won't lose much, but only buy it if you want to try something silly & different!

A very addictive game that is well worth the price . Its a simple bare bones ,casual game made and intended for Adults only. The graphics are of a hand drawn somewhat cartoonish style that actualy work well for this choose your own adventure game . Its dialoge is all in the written form so reading comprehension is a must . Sell drugs, make money,dont get busted,and dont get killed by rivals is the main goal you have . Theres a lot of dark humor and the crack head lady on the bus is the primary culprit of that humor. Theres all sorts of weaponry and the black market ones make purchasing the DLC worth the $ .99.....my favorite is the sh!t stick. check it out and enjoy this pleasant suprise of a game.

This game is based on DrugWars, that line alone got me excited and was the main reason I bought this thing in the first place.
Unfortunately it turns out that it's more or less DrugWar's very distant retarded cousin that share the family name because their grand grand parents once had a short, drunk and passionate adventure.
This game is just not worth even this price tag, the RNG is completely awful.

Straight up, no warning, nothing, just a cop in my face forcibly searching me for drugs

So what could I do? I try to run away and trip over my feet, again and again and again this happened 5 ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ times and then it was another game over screen. Seriously? Suddenly you're too retarded to walk? How the hell do you trip over your own feet 5 times?
OK maybe I just had bad luck, so I decided to start the game again ,survived my first trip earned some cash, bought some stuff, earned some more, and soon I was sitting on a glorious sum of $8500
Time to pay back that thug so I don't get my face blown off, go back to the starting zone, see some guys with baseball bats, run away and drop like 90% of my cash.
And at this point I decided to uninstall and request a refund, this game has nothing to do with any sort of stratgy it's simply seeing how long you can dodge the RNG bullet.
This Game is TOTALLY how it works in the real world. The Dope Game definitely got me my street credit. 11/10
This game is great!
Cool graphics, accurate personalities and diaolgue, and great pacing! Exciting getting chased by the dealers and the police at the same time, and super cool getting 5 hired brothers in arms, a mini gun and rampaging through the city's police force!
This game is reliable, challenges you on each new location to make money. I would totally recommend this game.

From police to robbers to loan sharks and clones! Truly, this game knows what it's doing.

Gameplay-wise, this game is solid; for a game that is worth a dollar it's really fun, it's not the Grand Theft Auto type crime game, but it's like a CYOA (Choose your own adventure); you start with some money from a loan shark and from there you choose where you want to go and what you want to do with that money. This game is can really force you to manage a lot; you have to choose from different places to buy and sell drugs, each drug you buy has a different price for each area, you must choose a good area to buy the supply cheap and then find another area to sell it at the highest price as possible. Raising enough money can help you buy much more expensive drugs (that you can later sell at a higher price), more space for storing drugs, buying guns, bodyguards, using a store service to hide drugs, and some more. You must be careful though, random events do occur in this game and could really hurt you (or help)!

I've played multiple versions of the classic 1984 game, and this is the best one - albeit not free. I'm genuinely surprised by the updates and level of commitment from the dev team. It's entirely governed by RNG, which will turn off some, and I'd recommend checking out a browser version of Drugwars before buying. The price is very fair and honestly could be higher
There is certainly fun to be had. With strategy and luck you can make a lot of money and arm yourself to the teeth. The look on my face when showing it to a friend and finding 81 units of heroin on the street...

Not my kind of game at all. No real tutorial whatsoever which makes it confusing before you even start. The music is repetitive and awful, and the game itself is just so slow and boring. The only good thing I can say about this game is that I got it mega cheap and the artwork in the game is good. If I'd have paid more than a couple of pounds for this game, I'd have been very disappointed.

Fun little game about buying and selling drugs, I like it but its not for everyone, all I can say is that I learned a whoooollleeeeeee lot about drugs from playing this game and researching, I recommend it.
Its like that 1984 game 'DrugWars'. Very addictive. You'll be dealing drugs and making $$$. Graphics are.. well what can you expect from a 2€ game, and you are able to find other players drugs, pretty cool.

The price isn't that bad, especially considering the current prices of the trading cards. The game itself however is pretty lackluster coupled with a mandatory install for another (free) game in order to unlock all the locations/perks in this game.
The "secret lab" isn't implemented yet, and the "fun park" is pretty dull as well.
The horrible horrible soundtrack.
The music, and sounds, isn't bad for the first couple of playthroughs. But once you get the basics down, and start spending -10 seconds on each screen it gets pretty frustrating.
From booting up the game, and clicking play there's a change in music. When you enter the game there's new music. When you switch screens/locations there's a change in music. Whenever you enter a shop there's a new music.
There is NO consistensy other than the bad and horrible sound quality on each and every track.
If the quality was better, and the continuity problems with it got fixed, it might help.
The game itself is pretty straight forward, but lacks replayability.
The only reason for my high play time is due to idling while playing and a mandatory playthrough-all-the-levels-and-modes crap.
The achievements are utterly uninspiring, especially for a company that tries to sell itself as a "developer under the influence". There's no 420 achievement, not even for hauling weed/hash - However they had no problem making a "haul 1million drugs" achievement that only serves the purpose of being "hard to achieve".
As mentioned earlier, when you get used to the game you spend less than 10 seconds on each screen - You're even going to skip the dialogs that also are pretty unimportant. Once you hit a certain amount of money you simply don't care about other drugs other than the high value ones.
Once you got a cash flow going that's when you start depositing money. You should be able to end each 360 day game with +500mil from the bank and LIGHT selling.
In order to unlock the 1mil drugs hauled achievement all you need to do is stand in town and buy/sell the same drugs over and over again; If you're going to do it this way, please have +700 storage units and some hand-support. The amount of clicks needed isn't fun at all.
Which brings me to the game menu/buttons. You WILL have to click Buy, max, transact, sell, max, transact every ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ time you want to sell/buy anything. There are no shortcut keys, there's no pressing M for max, S for sell or anything remotely simply like that.
I wouldn't recommend buying the game, unless for nostalgic reasons (which this game doesn't really live up to - The older versions are far superior), or for selling trading cards. The booster pack is pretty cheap (857 gems).

E2) Endless mode makes some of the achievements easier to attain, but ultimately it's still a suckie game.
Also I won't edit out, needing another title to unlock bonus modes; it was required when written, and the update still adds no replayability.
And it still sucks that we had to boost the Developers amount of users having downloaded that title, just to unlock something thats ultimately still not a fun park.

E3) The place to store your drugs is a joke. There is NO POINT in gambling with it. It adds NOTHING to the game in terms of substantial gameplay. It's just another stupid RNG element which is there to simply ♥♥♥♥ you over.

If you want to unlock the stupid achievements, just stand in the same town and sell the same drugs over and over again.
Now that they added endless mode, you just need to deposit money in the bank and travel = done.
Point of drug storage = To steal away <any> amount of drugs you bought, and to FORCE an install on you (which they then disabled - God knows why.. ;)

this game is kinda fun but what is more entertaining is the amount of drug transactions that are in the trailer videos. No hands were harmed in the making of these videos.
For a simple game, this is quite addictive... the feeling is somewhat similar to real life; with the exception of cop killing every 2 seconds!
Paranoia, frustration, and hunger for more is surely what keeps this game alive.

You get to hoard cocaine and sell it for millions after slaughtering countless cops and watching your hired thugs bleed out in front of you. All before subsequently hiring more meat to feed to the pigs as payment for your terrible life choices.
Shank your loanshark. Rob a bank and fill the teller full of bullets. Run from the cops. Buy low, sell high. Recieve a grenade to the chest for critcal damage. Watch as you cough up blood all over your ill-earned shoes and fall back into a sweet peaceful slumber.

Great take on a flash game from long ago..worth the couple bucks or whatever.. does get sort of old quick, but takes me back to the days of ebaumsworld in the computer lab in highschool. ahh, memeroies..
Sometime playing this game make you feel hell may be better than Starkham. Think about it: you negotiate your life along with drugs and try your best to get the sense of life, helped by a strange addicted woman teaching you some lessons on the bus.

For those that played the old Drug Wars game, this is a nice update on the concept. That said there is PLENTY of room for improvement.
1. The gang of guys with baseball bats should be combatable, if I have 5 goons and a chain gun you cant tell me I would run and lose things while I did it. I don't care if the odds are 10 to 1. I have a chain gun...nuff said. Dropping things every time a gang of ultra deadly baseball bats shows up is dumb as ♥♥♥♥.
2. The market system is not even as good as DW's was. A lot of times a product you pick up you might have to hop 4-5 sections of town to find it even on market again and normally thats not for a profit when you do finally get it again.
3. Dialog is used up entirely in your first 30 day run normally, some variation would be rather nice.
All in all not a bad game for the price, you get a good deal of entertainment for $2 but it could definately be improved to keep people a bit more interested.
If anybody knows of a drug dealer that loses product and money as often as you do in this game I would like to know that person. Because they would be a good friend to have and what not ;D
for under $2 I can relive my days of playing text based drug selling games, now with pretty pictures and chill music. for $200 i can increase my stash by 20! hells yes. for about 50k I can hire a crew that uses a bag o sheet as a weapon. highly recommend.

This game kicks ass! It reminds me of an old BBS text game I played 25 years ago. You know, before the internet was a thing! That one was set in south america and had the same kind of "keep track of the price" thing, with random events and such. This one updates that idea with a kind of, I don't know, GTA style or something. It is the first little crappy (non 50 million budget AAA game that is) game I have played in years and I love it. Kudos to the dev team and respect for this fun little take on a classic concept. Get out there and get slinging!!! That money ain't gonna make itself!!!!!

For a couple bucks, it is alright. I would like to be able to see how much I paid for certain things though so it's easier to compare prices, and it'd be good to have bonuses like instead of running into the cops instead be rival dealers who you can jack if you win. Also, in one of my games I found 300,000 in the alley and while that's great and all, the game ended a few moves later because I won it. Technically I just found a bunch of money and it'd have been nice to continue on. Mind you I haven't played past 30 days so maybe some of these are included down the road, but I think it's a great idea that could really be fleshed out. Good job guys! The soundtrack is also pretty stellar will you release it as a standalone? Thanks

this game was inspired by the old Dope wars game. you play a man whom just wants to ecscape the city he lives in and he will take any means possible. it took me 20 min to finish my first game. this is a great timewaster and the randomness of each game makes it highly replayable as you can probably tell by my hours logged. I need to also mention that the game is still being developed and the developer is active in the steam forums. its a fun game and it is cheap. glad to have it in my collection.
Simple mechanics, yet somehow addictive. I played the original version countless hours. This is one of those games you can easily use to fend off that ever-lurking horror of boredom
it does what it intends to do. if you ever played drugwars you know what to expect. if not, it's a fairly simplistic concept. You buy low and sell high. the biggest challenge is getting to know the price range of drugs in order to turn the most profit. there are small events and RNG based outcomes but the meat of the game is the repetitive cycle of buying and selling. I recommend it because of it's low price, but don't expect anything major.
Good fun and highly nostalgic if you're a fan of the original DopeWars.
Not exactly a revolution in gameplay, perhaps try the demo first.

Ich mag die Leute von CoaguCo und war gespannt was sie nach ihrem Debut Spiel das eigentlich nur für Errungenschaftssammler interessant war rausbringen.
Und das Spiel hat mich überrascht! Es ist quasi eine Simulation als Drogenverkäufer, der Artstyle ist witzig.
Die Konversationen sind teilweise ziemlich lustig und die Spielidee funktioniert. Man kann während dem Spiel dinge von anderen Spielern bei Zufallsereignisen aufsammeln wie Geld, Waffen oder Drogen. Aber genauso kann man auch selber die jeweiligen Items verlieren. Dafür gibts aber auch ne Bank. Es hat verschiedene Waffen, Drogen, Schauplätze und insgesamt Spielt es sich ziemlich flüssig einem ist beim Spielen nie langweilig. Teilweise ist es natürlich auch unfair wenn alles auf Zufall aus ist, aber das kann für einen genauso Rentabel sein. Den Soundtrack des Spieles finde ich nebenbei gesagt auch ziemlich gut.
Fazit:
Insgesamt kann ich das Spiel für die 2Euro auf jedenfall empfehlen, man kann damit einige Stunden spass haben!
I'm hooked! It's a pretty solid trading game for under $2. Don't really know what the haters thought they were entitled to at that price point, but I certainly feel like I got plenty of entertainment value for my money.
The only problem is going to be dealing with the withdrawls while I'm at work...
UPDATE: After putting in a few more hours, I do want to say to the devs that the longest game (I think it's 320 days) needs some serious balancing of the "events" that trigger when you travel between cities late in the game. The last 100 turns or so you have a cop jumping on you 95% of the time which makes it impossible to actually trade any dope. Since trading is the whole point of the game, this takes a lot of the fun out of it and makes the late game much more of a grind. PLEASE DO SOME BALANCING OF LATE GAME EVENTS!!! Overall, I still recommend the game.

As much as I want to enjoy this game, there is one thing that I find exteremely annoying. You have to calculate the number of drugs to buy based on cash on hand. There should really be a "buy max" button and increment buttons.
On the plus side the art is kind of cool and it looks like the devs are applying patches rather quickly when issues come up.
So I have got to say that this game isnt bad. It has a good concept and a good price. But as you play, the game appears to be very easy. I mean the first time I played I traveled somewhere and immediatly got arrested even though I wasnt hold durgs but whatever. But after that I won 4 times in a row in less that an hour. I mean I guess it got a little challenging but it was too easy for me. I could literally just go from one place to another, buy the cheapest drug in abundance, sell it in an expensive area, put all money in the bank, and wait it out. And BOOM you win. But one thing that really bothers me is that it seems more like a flashgame. It doesn't seem to be a game that would cost money. Also once you get the hang of playing this game, it gets repetitive. Going back and forth and getting a bunch of drugs and selling them and win. This game seems more like a slightly strategic time waster. But the characters kind of make up for this game. I recommend this game to the people who just want to spend their money on a flashgame or just want a time waster.

This is a terrific public transporation simulator!
Inbetween bus trips, you can buy and sell various drugs and 'fight' anyone you run into. It should be noted that everyone, including yourself and the police, seems to have had the same blind gun trainer. Thankfully if you run into any serious trouble, you can trip 5 times before finally running away from the confrontation. And don't worry if you run out of bag space because there will absolutely be a backpack peddler smugly waiting for you at every location.
Overall, it's an okay game. It's basically a revamped version of Kongregate's Dopewars. If you enjoyed that, you'll enjoy this. Now make your mother proud, buy 4 weed and chat with my spirit animal the bus lady. "I heard Sailor Moonshine's debut album is coming out this week on vinyl".

In all seriousness though, the game is solid and fun. Kinda wish the game had mini FMV cutscenes for the interactions or maybe voice dialog to variate from the text reading. But im looking forward to what they do with this game in future.
For the game just coming out today (and price) I enjoyed the game so far. BUT there needs to be more features, and be more user friendly. Maybe even add voices in instead of reading :)
