Meet another 'genius' who knows absolutely nothing about horror games. Feels like all this awkwardness was intentional, just to make the player dig through textures for over two hours and never manage to get a refund. The story? Zero: some random guy signs up as a security guard in an empty Italian apartment with ridiculously wide corridors. And if anyone was hoping for gameplay like Five Nights at Freddy's, forget it — there are no mechanics, no fun.
A Unity game from ten years ago shocks with how slow it is. The main character moves like weights are tied to their feet, and there's literally no run button in the interface. Everything is drawn out and boring: go fix the fuses, trudge back to the office at a snail's pace, get hit with a cheap jump scare — repeat. No suspense, no real effort to scare you, just endless tedium. Between jump scares, nothing at all happens: you don't need to track a ghost through cameras or defend yourself. You just sit there waiting for the next loud noise while the dev decides to throw a pathetic model of a woman in a hospital gown on screen, clearly ripped from free assets.
The whole game has just one single puzzle, and even that one is a total mess. You need to open a safe, whose numbers are scattered around the house in the dumbest way possible. One number you have to hunt behind the dresser textures, another in the bathroom, and the last one you have to guess based on how many legs a spider has (and you might "accidentally" get stuck in the safe texture). After that, there’s another crawl to the basement at a snail’s pace and a final jump scare—at least it’s kind of new. That’s it—the game started with nothing and ended with nothing.
Terrible sound, sound overload, and total lack of logic make Strange Night a textbook piece of trash. The worst part is that this disaster has a sequel, so the cringe isn’t even over yet.

O jogo é bem meia boca. História mais que simples (e sem sentido). Sustos fracos (que só assustam com o barulho). E que é basicamente uma copia do P.T, além do modelo stock da mulher que te assusta. E gastar 17 reais com isso? Pelo amor. E além do mais, como o scroll do meu mouse tá quebrado, eu nem consegui jogar quando eu comprei! Demorei meses até jogar por causa dessa porra. Que jogo usa o scroll do mouse pra interagir? Os controles e a gameplay do jogo são uma porra, nem dá pra ajustar a sensibilidade!!!
Esse jogo podia ser bem melhor (até mesmo na cena indie), ter uma história melhor, e ter melhores sustos. No geral, 5/10. Não vale o preço de 17 reais nem a pau. (Comprei por 1 pila).

The game is very slow, starting with the character movement. You play as a guard checking the cameras Five Nights at Freddy's style, but instead of the fast tense moments, it's the complete opposite. You just wait and turn off alarms.

Знакомство с игрой оставило двойственное впечатление. С одной стороны, первые минуты создают напряженную атмосферу, а неожиданные аномалии по-настоящему пугают. С другой — многочисленные технические и геймплейные недоработки мешают погружению. Большую часть игры приходится монотонно сидеть за камерами или медленно бродить по дому, не понимая, что делать дальше. Сюжет не даёт ответов, а скримеры, повторившись пару раз, теряют всю эффективность. Знаковым примером всех проблем игры стала для меня история с открытием дверей. Я долго не могла начать играть, видя сообщение о временном ограничении (доступ с 22:00 до 07:00, хотя все равно оказывается можно было играть, просто рекомендация) и не понимая, что дверь открывается нестандартно — нажатием колеса мыши, без каких-либо подсказок. Создаётся стойкое ощущение, что ты не играешь, а просто наблюдаешь за заранее написанным сценарием, в котором наша роль — терпеливо ждать, когда же всё это закончится

Very scary. I didn't realise indie horror games are this scary if you haven't watched any videos, I randomly stumbled across the game and released there were two games, so I bought them both since they were both discounted and they were really cheap, unless you have any prior knowledge on indie horror games, this really gave me a heart attack, also it was really well put together.

Não consegui jogar porque o scroll do meu mouse está quebrado (ele roda, porém não clica), e esse botão é fundamental na gameplay. Uma opção de poder trocar os botões nas configurações seria interessante. Também seria legal poder configurar a sensibilidade do mouse.

Плюсы:
Жутковатая атмосфера и ретро-графика.
Необычное ограничение по времени (игра доступна только с 22:00 до 07:00).
Минусы:
Очень короткая (прохождение за час).
Механики простые, а пазлы (например, код сейфа) могут застопорить.
Из-за багов и кривого управления иногда бесит.
Итог:
Идеально, если хотите быстро пощекотать нервы за копейки на распродаже. Ждать шедевра не стоит — это скромный, но атмосферный эксперимент.

여타 게임이라면 게임이 진행되면서 특수한 경우나, 아니면 뭔가 스토리가 진행됨에 따라 나오는데
이 게임은 다른 게임보다 한발짝 앞서 있음. 점프스케어가 한발짝 앞서서 튀어나와서 언제 나올지 전혀 예상이 안됨.
마치 2000년대 초반 공포게임을 보는 느낌.
아직도 금고 어떻게 풀었는지 모르겠음. 한참 해매다가 알아서 열렸는데, 비밀번호 그딴거 ㅈ도없고 스토리 진행되서 열린거면

좁은 맵 하루종일 쳐 돌아다니면서 금고 비밀번호 열었는데 금고는 비밀번호 칠때 상호작용이 되는 이펙트가 없어서 내가 지금 비밀번호를 치고있는건지 애무를 하는건지 모르곘음.

Strange Night is a FNAF-esque game where you play as a security guard with five cameras to monitor. There is no more narrative to it than that. The place you're watching over and walk around is a series of long, overly dark hallways with white walls and generic assets. There are three small rooms you can enter.
I played for about 45 excruciating minutes before the boredom overcame me. Nothing happens for long periods of time and the events that do occur are not interesting or scary. For example: the phone ringing, alarms going off, a spinning chair on a camera, cameras glitching, a cheap laughing sound, etc. There is only one cheesy jumpscare that was reused several times.
On the last night you'll finally get a flashlight. This is where I stopped - I walked around for maybe 15 minutes with absolutely nothing happening. There is an eye symbol you can click on on the wall and that's it. Looking at gameplay videos, that was supposed to be the end of the game and it just didn't trigger.
Please avoid this game.

I purchased this game for $0.49 on sale at 90% off. This game is a very boring walk back and forth and then sit and wait simulator. Repetitive use of assets and there is very little story to tune in to. There are no notes to read, no items to collect, nothing to really do but press alarm buttons and wait. There are stupid jumpscares. While playing I kept saying to myself, "Please, let this be the end of the game." IT went on for nearly 2 hours. The game wants the user to play during specific night hours however you can choose to play the game anyways during non-night hours.
There was also a strange language issue I noticed. There was Hebrew, Latin, English and French used in various places in the game? But the English translation would only appear if u zoom in by holding right mouse button over the text.

Если учитывать что игра по скидке стоит буквально 20 рублей и тут есть карточки то она даже терпима в своем жанре. Конечно тут ужасная около мобильная графика и геймплей уровня Fnaf. Поиграть несколько часов можно, пофармить карточки, больше к сожалению ничем игра не запоминается. Скримеры очевидные и не сказал бы что очень пугают. На грани думаю смогу порекомендовать в наборе или по скидке.

While it has a surface similarity to Five Nights at Freddy's it is simply a walking simulator. The pacing is terribly slow and very little of what the player does has an impact on what happens, resulting in most of the game being simply waiting for something to happen. This does not pay off as no attempt was made to rationalise the horror theming present.
Basically you sit around until the scary lady puts you to sleep.

Прикольна гра, є певний сюжет і логічна послідовність подій. Пройти її не зміг, так як не зміг правильно ввести код у сейф, хоч ніби знайшов усі 4 цифри (може, їх більше?). А ще, мені здається, сейф не має живлення, тому й не зміг ввести код. У будь-якому разі, класно провів час!

В первую очередь, хотелось бы отметить интересную фишку, благодаря которой игра не будет иметь желания запускать вас в игру, кроме отрезка времени c [b][u]22:00-7:00[/u][/b]. Если зайти не в обозначенное время, а в любое другое, то вас встретит сообщение, в котором вам дадут понять, что ваша "смена" еще не началась и не стоит раньше времени ее начинать. Тем не менее, у вас будет возможность проигнорировать это сообщение и начать игру. Но, лично я считаю, что лучше бы такой возможности не было, поскольку это могло бы быть интересным взаимодействием с [b][u]4-й[/u][/b] стеной и настоятельной просьбой для пробы "истинной" атмосферы.
[h3]Если говорить о сюжете[/h3]
Его здесь как такового нет, да и весь текст или монологи вы будете употреблять в "симбиозе" [b]Английского[/b] и [b]Португальского[/b], тем не менее, начинка для повествования здесь присутствует.
Мы играем за человека, который устроился на работу охранником и вы будете с ним проживать его первый рабочий день.
Охранять нам придется жилое помещение, в котором имеются всем нам привычные комнаты: [u]гостиная, ванная, кладовая, спальня[/u] и прочие. Собственно и вся игра будет проходить в этих самых помещениях, но, поскольку мы охранник, то для нас любезно выделили собственное пространство, в котором будет находиться компьютер и камеры для дистанционного контроля ситуации. Но, к сожалению, что это за дом, кто его хозяева, что здесь нужно охранять и кем мы являемся, игра любезно от нас утаила.
Единственная связь с внешним миром, это первый и "последний" звонок, в котором нам на непонятном нам языке, расскажут о том, что нам нужно провести смену до [u][b]7[/b][/u] утра, вскоре после этого придет уборщица и мы будем свободны.
Но, конечно же все оказывается не так просто и в доме начинают происходить странные вещи...
Первым "звонком" окажется сработавшая ни с того ни с сего сигнализация, а нам придется покинуть наше уютное кресло и выйти на разведку...
[h3]Геймплей и механики[/h3]
Основа игры состоит в том, что вам всего-навсего придется бродить из комнаты в комнату, но периодически в них что-то будет изменяться и далеко не в лучшую сторону.
Поначалу, игра может вам показаться похожей на [b]"FNAF"[/b], поскольку с первых же минут игры, мы сидим в помещении, нам набирают и проговаривают о том, что нам нужно провести n-ое количество времени до [u]7[/u] утра и завершить свою работу. Конечно же, вас и не оставили без камер слежения, которые вам придется переключать и всё вроде как вырисовывается в похожую картину, но не тут-то было, поскольку вскоре, игра заставит вас покинуть "кабинет" и начать изучать локации на "своих двух".
Иногда придется использовать клавишу действия и решить пару головоломок, а в середине игры вам даже дадут возможность использовать фонарик!
В остальном, игра остается аттракционом, в котором вам предстоит находиться в ужасающей атмосфере и ожидать, когда вас в очередной раз попытаются напугать и всяческими способами довести до истерики.
Для прохождения всего этого сумасшествия, вам потребуется не более чем [u][b]1.5 часа[/b][/u].
[h3]Картинка, атмосфера и звуковое сопровождение[/h3]
Игра не обладает изысканными деталями и завораживающей глаза графикой, но, для своей даты выпуска и цены проекта, здесь все выглядит очень даже опрятно и не заставляет "обливаться кровью" ваши глаза.
На моё удивление, игра и вправду сможет заставить вас чувствовать себя в напряжении, а также иметь чувство опасности и страха при очередном выходе из вашей "безопасной" коморки.
Грамотная игра со светом, звуком и ситуациями, которые вам придется проживать, оставляет за собой положительный вердикт, поскольку мы здесь собрались, чтобы пощекотать нервы и игра эту функцию выполняет.
Длинные [u]темные коридоры[/u], полное [u]одиночество[/u] и только лишь [u]звук[/u] скрипа полов от каждого вашего шага.
Неожиданно расставленные [u]скримеры[/u], "моргающий" свет и прочие звуки "нечисти" будут преследовать вас на протяжении всей игры.
После первой такой "бабайки", вообще страшно делать лишний шаг и продвигаться по игре.
Хоть здесь и стоит акцент на этих самых скримерах, но проект определенно может похвастаться не только ими.

Короткий, но опрятный и пугающий проект, с которым вы сможете провести одну "ужасную" в хорошем смысле ночь, так еще и по доступной цене (со скидкой в 90% за 21рубль).

When we were going through our separation, I felt lost and unhappy. I was self-destructive. One day, I was so angry with everything spiraling out of control that I punched a concrete wall in a moment of overwhelming emotion. This resulted in breaking my fifth metacarpal in my right hand—the hand I worked with, played games with, and used to carry my children to bed—the hand I desperately needed to ensure I could continue providing.
Upon learning the severity of the self-inflicted damage, I became almost suicidal. Keep in mind that just a few months before this, I was the happiest man, with no history of depression or anxiety. I had never experienced anger outbursts, nor was I the type to break down and cry, but I was in a tough situation that truly prevented me from seeing the light on the other side.
With nothing better to do, I looked for a game I could play WITH ONE HAND while recovering. Somehow, I stumbled upon this game and read some of the comments. I decided it was worth a try... I must admit I didn't beat the game, nor did I play as much as some of you. In fact, I may have played this game for only a day or two. That being said, after doing so, I had a new joy and hope for life. I managed to leave behind the pain and suffering that had been thrust upon me. I could experience the joy and happiness of other people. I relaxed for 5 ♥♥♥♥ minutes listening to this music, long enough to realize that I would be okay.
After realizing this, I turned off the game and went back to work. My hand hurt a lot, but I was motivated. I stopped feeling so sorry for myself and became the father I needed to be at that moment, not the weak boy I was behaving like.
Today, I am close friends with the mother of my children. We don't fight, argue, or say hurtful things to each other. We are parents and friends.
Now I have 3 children. My third child is, wait, ALSO 4 YEARS OLD. The woman I am with was going through a very similar situation at the time of my separation, and we just unexpectedly stumbled into each other's lives. We have been dating for a year and are very happy together.
Moral of the story: you never know what life has in store for you, and if I had given up when all odds were against me, I wouldn't be where I am today. This silly little game helped me realize that.

Un mélange de P.T. (mais sans Hideo Kojima et Guillermo del Toro, et avec le budget du prix d'un kebab) et Five Nights at Freddy's mais sans la subtilité de son gameplay. Si vous aimez les gros screamers (d'ailleurs, le seul screamer disponible dans le jeu ne fait pas peur, ils ont simplement sursaturé son cri pour le rendre un peu effrayant) sans aucune créativité et qui surgissent de nulle part, une histoire qui n'a aucun sens, des modèles 3D très laids, des hommes-troncs qui aiment beaucoup trop les murs, et surtout un gameplay qui se limite à regarder un écran et à marcher dans les couloirs de la maison pour déclencher les scripts, alors ce jeu est peut-être pour vous.
P.S : Je n'ai pas joué 10 heures au jeu, je me suis simplement endormi devant mon PC.
