After a dodgey start with horrendous lagging and weird lines across the screen (not a physical hardware problem), I managed to sort those out only to not be overly enthralled with the game. I really love the idea and was hoping for something dawn of man style, but the building system is sooooo fiddly and annoying.
You have to build every piece of every building from scratch and fit it together like a puzzle, so even for a basic hut it's 8 pieces which have to be placed and clipped into place. I wouldn't mind if once you build something you could save it as a blueprint. I looked for this option but couldn't see it.
Don't get me started on how long it took to fit the pieces together to make a storehouse and then it was ugly!
Some blue print saving system, or prebuilds for less creative and patient people like myself would be appreciated.
In its current form, it's not for me.

I hoped this game to be updated occasionally but it never happened. It is still in early access. Not much new features added since the release. So the game is still boring after 4 years. I made a wrong investment on this game by purchasing it and hoping it to be completed in a year or smth instead of buying many other similar colony sim games.

Cool game made by 1 guy, some of the most simultaneously indepth and simple mechanics I have ever seen in a colony sim updates can be slow but the game is always being worked on
