Charming and Sam and Max are so Fun to to watch banter. some of the puzzles were fun and others were a bit overly made but was interesting to solve them. Some gags got old by day 4 but some how made me laugh still like Bosco.

This is probably the best point & click adventure game I've played (I haven't yet tried the other three Sam & Max games!)

It's got that perfect level of intuitivity where it doesn't baby you all the way through but it's also not so hard you need to constantly be looking up guides to figure out where to go next.

The humour is really well written and the plots are engaging and interesting. The characters are awesome and get you really invested.

I've been playing one 'episode' a day (the game is split into 'episodes' or essentially levels which have a certain narrative link but are ultimately different stories) and each episode takes me about 2 hours to complete, give or take. I'd say I've gotten very good value for money and it has had a noticeable positive impact on my mental health which hasn't been too great in recent days.

An extremely cute & fun game. Really great. I never got to play any Telltale games when they still existed, & it's really nice to get into that & Sam & Max. Very good humor, very strange story.

I played the original 1993 of the franchise back in the day and have nothing but fond memories, even when replayed over the past few years. Now the later sequel were released, and I can only find them boring and monotonous. Use Cheese on Box. now forgettable character #212 gets shocked, and I need to do it 2 times? for what reason? there is no prompting on a larger story. no comedy factor. no intrest. just boring. its an insult to my backside that I had to sit for 44 mins and see my one of my beloved childhood franchises turn into a forgettable click about, with more intrest alt+tabing and browsing the news, rather than play the game. Why must everything modern be 3D?. I regret paying money for this.

Game Play
This is a great point and click game mixed with puzzles. Yes the puzzles can be hard to figure out at times but the more you do the better you get a them.

Characters\Personalities
Lets start with the main characters, Sam and Max. The dialouge between them sounds like the really have been friends since their youth. The side characters are also great! Boscos dialouge really makes him feel like a guy who really wants to do buisness and protect his store. Sybils pourpse is really rare to see in some games, or at least for me. She is a psychologist and therapist and i dont really see that often in games i play and her dialouge just makes her seem like a professional. The Soda Poppes are kinda just there as a way to progress.

Over all rating
This game is easliy a 9\10. Its really good and i recomend it to you if you like puzzel or point and click games or if this is a new playstyle for you and you wanna try it.

Had a surface-level interest in S&M for a while now, and with the Poker Night remake coming out soon I figured I should familiarize myself with another cast member besides the Heavy. I bought Sam & Max Save the World individually and an hour into my playtime I regretted that decision immensely as I SHOULD have bought the trilogy bundle. Very charming visuals, fun gameplay, as it makes you use your noggin a little for the puzzles. Very funny (if dated in some areas but that's the appeal of a game like this) dialogue. Worth the money, and an easy game to perfect if you're the sort who cares about that.

[b]Sam & Max[/b] was my very first graphic adventure. My first contact was through a demo of the fourth episode, found on a disc full of content bundled with a game I can't even remember the name of. I fell in love with the genre right then and there. Luckily, shortly after, I found the full game at a newsstand with the magazine [i]The Games Machine[/i], which even included solutions for the early puzzles. 🕵️‍♂️🐰

This Remastered definitely does justice to the original game. Beyond the improved lighting and the passing of time effects, it adds clever nods to the following seasons. A huge quality-of-life improvement is the [b]ability to run[/b], a feature sadly missing in the original 2006 release.
[b]CONS[/b]

[] [b]Bosco’s Recasting:[/b] The new voice by Ogie Banks, replacing the legendary Joey Camen, feels unfortunately flat. That specific "paranoid madness" that made him so hilarious is gone.
[] [b]Senseless Censorship:[/b] Removing references to "militant college students" or turning the "Skinbodies" into Sphynx cats dulls the irreverent, politically incorrect edge that was always the Sam & Max trademark.

Absolute Comedic G E M
and i am mad i am finding out about this franchise just now (mostly found out about sam and max due to poker night btw thanks TF2 for that :p) but anyways great Voice Acting, Actually logical puzzles that make sense and make you go "Ohh!!" after solving them
AND am a sucker for the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ Absurd Insane storytelling like one episode youre on the LITERAL MOON and the next episode your sidekick becomes the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ president of the USA (oh wait oops spoilers)
anyways GREAT game (i havent played beyond time and space or the devils playhouse yet but am planning to play them in the future)
