This comes after Friendsim!
If you've made it this far into the wacky Hussieverse, you'll get what you're looking for. This feels like the culmination of a decade's worth of silly, earnest, and very fun collaborative stories. Although from my perspective it's only been six months! I always loved how these characters were written so it was a blast seeing them in an even more personal light, including our old MSPA Reader. These stories will always stick with me.
Some complaints.
* In the History menu, all the dialog is black and the usernames are white against a light background.
* Feferi's endings unlock the opposite icons of each other in the Chumroll.
* There are some tiny inconsistencies between the text's descriptions and the artwork, like Jade's volume saying Bec has a green tongue, or Nepeta's volume saying that I'm wearing Kanaya's dress when the ending artwork shows me with the sweater.
* Just like Friendsim, clicking start and then going back to the main menu won't bring back the music.

id say that this novel is not THAT bad if you ignore the old humour but theres a few things to list. ive only enjoyed daves story so far and didnt bother to go further because i am not the type of person who likes those Y/N self inserts. it feels very off-canon and might just blind you with nostalgia. if you just want a game because its homestuck, go ahead! but its nooooooot great to start with. art good tho

I didn't read homestruck and I now have no desire to. I'm not a fan of visual novels, and honestly I'd rather read one from chat GPT than this. $12 is an insane amount for what you get. The most mind blowing thing to me was how the dev trolls his/her fans at the start of this visual novel. Maybe if I read homestruck I'd get the joke but for someone who just jumped in it was jarring and immersion breaking making me want to quit out asap.
I haven't 100% the game as of beating it because i played it out of order like a bufoon, but the endings pretty much gave me the same feeling as the end of homestuck but on a smaller scale and i was more sad. Apart from that, 'interacting' with the characters from homestuck is cool and there's pretty much the perfect amout of what id consider fan service. 10/10 pretty much.

A What-If style of visual novel that was thoroughly beguiling all throughout. You have to launch, close, and then re-launch the game to track playtime, at least in my case (for some odd reason). Besides that, not too many issues with the game itself. possibly the best game ivve evver played in my wwhole life wwith it i wwas finally able to realize a life long dream of mine of befriending eridan ampora took me about an hour to finish volume ten route one but it wwas 60 minutes of pure glory being able to look at such beautiful fishyness eridan has such a wway wwith wwords that i cant describe evven if alot of them are racial i still belivve eridan can do wway better than that and become able to groww into a beautiful fish full of empathy 12/12 i lovved evvery single minute spent and smiled to my hearts content i reccomend it to evveryone just for the eridan route alone although the other routes are nice aswwell
Not only enjoyable, but gave me a new appreciation of several characters. I still dislike Gamzee and Eridan, but the additional narrative given to them through Pesterquest helped me not only understand, but enjoy them. I found myself laughing out loud fairly often at the jokes, and i had a genuine desire to go back and see all the routes, though that may just be from how i enjoy narrative games. the meta aspects were classic homestuck and, ironically, narratively fulfilling. i think i would have enjoyed this even more had i played Hiveswap beforehand, due to a large portion of the protaganist's story revolving around those characters. overall, good for homestuck fans, but i wouldn't pay full price. wait for a sale.

大概是之前限免的时候领的游戏，没太搞懂想让玩家干嘛，一进去先让玩家选头像，好像每个头像对应不同的故事。随机选的那个故事一看是个无厘头弱智小登的故事，无语到退出。
扫了眼英文中文差评，大概猜测本游戏是人气角色大于故事性的那类粉丝向作品，还存在大量非英文native无法get的梗，从游戏本身到受众群体都给我一种浓厚的《极恶老大》社群（低情商：欧美小学生群体）既视感，不建议浪费时间玩这个。

бесспорно, неплохо раскрывает персонажей, на которых экранного времени не было уделено в каноне: Таврос, Непета, Эквиус, Фефери.
Но на протяжении всего пестера бесило то, как бросаются ошибки в спрайтах: там не окрашенно, там лайн лезет на другой, а особенно то как у Канайи на одном спрайте какого-то ♥♥♥ рога стали желтыми. В каких-то местах фон Альтернии сделан так, словно на коленке в ибисе пальчиком поводили, ♥♥♥♥♥♥, ну игру за 400 берете, может и сделаете так, чтобы она стоила каждого своего рубля
Я ставлю положительный обзор только по той причине, что раскрыли взаимоотношения некоторых персонажей, чего не хватало в оригинальном ХС. Маловато, да, возможно даже не канон, но я рад той же арке с Тавросом или Соллуксом.

This game was really fun to play! :) You do need to know the basic gists about Homestuck to fully understand it, but other than that it's fun to see the humans and trolls interact with each other.

This is a great continuation of Hiveswap: Friendsim, but the involvement of [spoiler] Doc Scratch and all of the meta stuff that falling into the green sun [/spoiler] feels kind of weird. But aside from that, it's pretty cool.
Humor slaps, music slaps. It's obvious that it's for fans of Homestuck, but let's be real. If you're here, that's almost certainly the opposite of a problem.
I love all the different endings and options, it's really nice to see all the characters in a different but similar light :3
