Absolutely love this game! The art style is so pleasing to look at, especially if you have an OLED monitor. It starts out nice and easy going, but overtime, you learn new mechanics that can increase your score, but also amp the difficulty by trying to combine those skills and the layout of the different maps. It's a good challenge of trying to be as perfect as possible, without feeling grueling and hopeless. Every miss that you make, you know why you messed up and skate accordingly.

On PC it runs like a dream (of course), but even on my Steam Deck, this runs at a locked 60 FPS and basically sips battery life, where I can get about 4 hours of playtime on 80% charge. Truly love this game and highly recommend anyone play this. Even if you have no interest in skating, this is a treat to play and easy to crank out levels in quick 5-10 mins bursts.

Fácil de aprender, extremamente difícil de dominar. Deve ser um prato cheio pra quem curte aperfeiçoar suas habilidades até conquistar todos os desafios, mas eu ainda curti bastante jogando casualmente até o final.

TL;DR at the end if you want to skip the ranting

I'll first start off by saying what I like about this game and then get into what ultimately made me give up on it. First and foremost the cartoon graphics are so aesthetically pleasing. I grew up watching and falling in love with cartoons from tom and jerry all the way up to adventure time. The music wasn't my cup of tea but I have to say it fit the game nicely. I enjoyed meeting the characters and I like how they all had their own personalities. The dialog was kind of goofy but not in an annoying way. The levels at first were enjoyable and I was able to get the high score in each one and do some of Mike's Challenges, some were too hard for me. The game slowly increased in difficulty per world but not too quickly. Some levels were harder then others. That bear racing one was brutal. But I was still able to get the high score in each level which was always good enough for me. That is until I got to Sketchside.

This world is hell. The difficulty went through the roof. The game previously was ramping up in difficulty at a steady pace throughout the game until I arrived at this world. Sketchside is frustratingly difficult. The challenges became impossible for me and the high scores to beat were in the hundreds of thousands and even went over 1 million! I'm an aging gamer and can't play games like I used to but I still like a bit of challenge. This game simply put, is just too damn hard for me at this point in the game and now that I cannot even beat high scores I'm getting too frustrated to continue. I stopped doing challenges and I stopped beating high scores because I literally am not good enough. Yes I can ignore them all and just finish the game but the fun is being sucked out of it because of the sudden difficulty increase. I had to stop and realize I'm forcing my self to play just to finish this game. It's sad to me because the games graphics and chill characters and music made it seem like a nice little fun skateboarding game. I didn't expect it to get so frustrating and boring towards the end. I'm learning to quit games that get too frustrating to me but I'm hard headed and throw my self against the wall until I finally realize that this isn't working. I only paid 5 bucks for this so it's not a big deal in the end. But it still sucks that this game went from such a fun chill experience to a frustrating difficulty curve that required me to retry levels over and over and over again for sometimes up to an hour or more.

I would rate this game a 6/10

TL;DR

The graphics are wonderful, the music is decent, the characters have personality and the dialog is goofy in a good way. It starts off strong and chill and ends in too much frustration and a ridiculous spike in difficulty. This game is great for people who love a hard challenge. But not for me.

Bought this on Steam after getting the platinum on PS5 because the gameplay is just that good.

It's the ultimate challenge chasing game, with a great level of entry for starting players and a high mastery to complete all the challenges. The aesthetics and world are charming and fun. It's maybe a bit too talky at times, but they never force it. Skip the dialogs if you just wanna skate!

Highly highly recommend.

Also, this dev (Roll7) deserved better than to be shuttered by 2K. After putting out this and Rollerdrome IN THE SAME YEAR. Really sad these folks aren't making games anymore.

I've never ragequit on this game, only taken a break so I can try again once my hands recover. I think that's a testament to its design--difficult, but not unjustifiably cruel. I beat it on console a couple years ago and just bought it again so I can play on my Steam Deck. Gnar soundtrack. Do yourself a favour and pick up this sickeningly enjoyable thumb wrecker.

I really love this game. The vibes, the gameplay, the soundtrack. Everything is incredible. My one complaint is what other have already voiced which is that about 3/4 of the way through the difficulty spikes HARD. I'm pretty resilant but I went from completing all challenges etc to just getting through the levels at that point which is a bummer. Overall though, a fantastic experience that I'd highly recommend.

I love the art direction, the surprisingly deep character customization, and just how much soul and quirk put into the game's design, but the gameplay is just too shallow to keep me engaged. This is a runner game, where instead of jumping over pits, you trick over them. less tony hawk and more subway surfers.

In Conclusion,

OlliOlli World vastly exceeded my expectations. As a non-skater it immersed me in its skating vibe. Real skaters may feel differently. Whether it truly reflects skating (and it includes fantastical, otherworldly elements), it combines superb mechanical components. The levels start simple but increase in complexity. The game offers the player to play at whatever difficulty they desire. The gradual introduction of techniques are perfect in their spacing and integration into Mike’s Challenges. The colorful world, the colorful characters, and the colorful backgrounds complement the skating mechanics. It’s a must play for anyone looking for a wicked ride.

Super crispy feeling to this fast-paced game that hits in all the right ways. Мир Олли Олли цветной и добрый, катаешься на скейте под приятную внутри игровую музыку, просто кайф. Много разнообразных мест для катания, все возможные и не возможные трюки. Эта игра не такая суровая как предыдущие части Олли Олли, но чтобы в неё поиграть необходим геймпад, без него поиграть не как не выйдет, а в предыдущие части можно было играть и на клавиатуре. После прохождения сюжетной лини остались очень положительные впечатления от игры, советую всем в нею сыграть. Ставлю игре 10/10

看了一圈没有攻略，我大概写下

首先说一下分数计算
招式难度分叠加后乘以连击数（即分数=A×B）
所以招式难度并不是主要的，重点在于如何保持连击数不断，以此达成更高分数。

讲一讲增加分数的小技巧:
1、左右转体按键（ZL、ZR），全程保持按键不松手，可增加连击数。
2、连击数不断意味着招式之间不能存在间隔，要一个衔接一个。如此，落地需要使用前后轮滑保持招式持续，来衔接下一个招式，以此达成连击数不断。
3、前后轮滑只能使用3次，第3次会提示失衡，第4次使用无效，连击会中断（上墙和呲桥可以重置落地前后轮滑计数次数）。
4、转体与抓板同时使用可增加很多连击，但抓板时长不够不会增加连击，使用时注意滞空时间是否足够，以免落地失误。
5、每关的挑战要求，可以单独拆开，分别来完成，如果中途完成，就可以重读存档点或重玩解决其他挑战，游戏没有大家想的那么难。

关卡丰富，服装时尚，音乐也流行好听。重复的招式也会记录分数与连击数，简单的招式同样玩得快乐。

Elinize, kolunuza ve monitörünüze güveniyorsanız, müzikleri ve atmosferi ile çok keyifli bir kaykay platform yapımı, müzikler hele apayarı şahane.

Şimdiden uyarayım oyunu oynamak zor ancak sonlara doğru bu zorluk biraz suni ve ezbere dayalı hale geliyor, bana son kısımlardaki bölüm tasarımları önceki bölümlere nazaran daha özensiz ve acele ile yapılmış gibi geldi, ondan sonlarında biraz baygınlık geçirmeye başlamadım değil.

Que jogo, meus amigos! Gameplay extremamente polida e viciante, com desafios que agradam dos jogadores mais casuais aos mais competitivos. A customização do seu personagem é um ponto alto nesse jogo também. Muitas opções de acessórios, roupas, cabelos, shapes, etc. (inclusive boa parte delas precisam ser desbloqueadas cumprindo desafios no jogo).

Pra quem curte um desafio extra, vai ter muito trabalho pela frente principalmente com os desafios de pontos dos Ídolos Locais que são bem desafiantes, mas não chegam aos o pés das [b] Radysus Challenges [/b] que são desbloqueadas após zerar o jogo. Essas sim são extremamente difícies e requerem muita precisão e paciência.

OlliOlli World é um belo de um presente pra quem curte jogos de skate e plataforma. Dito isso, também preciso enfatizar que ele é muito mais um jogo de [b] plataforma [/b] do que de skate. Além da precisão mencionada anteriormente, o jogo quase sempre te faz acumular e manter altas velocidades (quase que um jogo do ouriço azul). Os desafios mais difíceis não são sobre fazer muitos pontos ou manobras específicas, mas sim sobre conseguir realizar pulos difíceis.

Tenho que elogiar também a trilha sonora. Ela é toda composta por músicas pré-existentes, e traz uma pegada diferente do que a gente está acostumado nos jogos de skate (rockzão dos anos 2000). Assim que você abre o jogo, já recebe uma pedrada chamada "Velours" do músico Anomalie. Esse artista é um dos meus favoritos. Ele mistura Jazz, com elementos eletrônicos e até um pouco da música erudita. Toda a trilha segue um pouco essa vibe, puxando um pouco mais para o Lofi Hip-Hop.

Pra finalizar a Review, tem duas DLCs que trazem um pouco mais de conteúdo pro game. "Finding The Flowzone" introduz a mecânica de correntes de vento que te dão um boost e a "V.O.I.D. Riders" traz os discos voadores que te abduzem. Possuem desafios legais, mas são bem mais fáceis que o jogo vanilla. Se você ainda quiser mais conteúdo do que isso, ainda tem o sistema de ligas online e um outro modo de fases extras (não me aprofundei muito nos dois então nem sei como funcionam direito).

I played the first olli olli on the Wii U and 3DS back in 2014. I was a huge fan the game play. It's like EA's skate but on a side scroller.

With this new game it's like the original but with better controls. Landing is a lot easier. But what's REALLY cool is the games aesthetic. The visuals are similar to the Adventure Time art style but it's at 100%. The soundtrack is great. The characters are really cool. If your a fan of high score based game play and skateboarding this will be fun for you.

If your a nerd who likes fantasy ♥♥♥♥, realistic graphics, cares a lot about frame rate, and v sync (whatever that ♥♥♥♥ is), and doesn't go outside much. This game isn't for you.

But if your into lofi hip hop, sunsets, Adventure Time, skater lingo, skateboarding video games, and fun game play in general. THIS is worth it whether the servers are up or not. This game should've gotten more love at launch. I have the switch version. But I bought the PC version to replay again.

Edit: I just learned about the Take two/2k take over. I guess just play the game on anything but PC -\0c0/-

Olli Olli World definitely fits into the "just one more time" category. Nothing but pure challenging fun!

There is a bit of story and dialogue from the ingame characters, but that doesn't add much. The cartoony visuals hold plenty of charm. And the music really sets the mood. But it's all about is the game play, which really is easy to pick up, hard to master. At first I found the first couple of worlds a breeze. But when you get to the back end of this game, you really got to think about what you were doing. I found myself replaying the same levels over and over just to get that top score. And after failing again and again, it became addictive as the flood of satisfaction was worth it after finally pulling off a massive level breaking combo.

If you want a simplified 2D version of Tony Hawk Pro Skater that's easily digestible, don't look any further. Just pure fun and worth the price!
