I had completely forgotten that I backed this game on Kickstarter, I think.
The game turned out really well—I had a lot of fun with it. It’s a great colony builder/logistics game.
The only issue I ran into was some kind of pathfinding bug in Mission 8, but I still managed to finish it.
Man flieht mit seinen Leuten von einer Insel, auf de alle Ressourcen abgebaut wurden bis nichts mehr da war. Auf der Suche nach einem Paradies, segelt man nun von Insel zu Insel, um dort alle Ressourcen abzubauen. Leider kann ich meine gespeicherten Spiele nicht mehr laden. Daher macht es im Moment absolut keinen Spaß immer wieder und wieder von vorne anzufangen. So wie es aussieht bin ich nicht der einzige mit diesem Problem, es scheint schon sehr lange bekannt zu sein und wurde noch immer nicht behoben

I have no other way to describe Kubifaktorium than to say it scratches an itch that many other games in the genre fail to. First, the campaign is thorough, builds on itself, and is enjoyable. Don't freak out on the first map when you realize on map two, you are starting over. You really aren't, as you can bank overflow items from the first game (tip: when you conquer an island, don't leave until you have increased inventory on critical parts, as it makes the next island much easier). The game's graphics are simple yet detailed, and, like Rimworld, they give you instant access to information just by glancing at them. While the game does not appear to still be in development, it is complete, and I encountered no bugs while playing the campaign all the way through. I do hope they offer a version two down the road (or expanded feature sets), as the game is solid, yet there are so many ways it could be enhanced. Another example of a thoroughly enjoyable game developed by an Indie studio with tight focus and high replayability, something the A dev studios currently seem to have trouble producing.

[b]Kubifaktorium[/b] is one of those frustratingly “okay” games. You had fun but wish there was more to it. The formula is great - a colony sim with resource management and automation as the key points, but the execution is a bit lackluster. The biggest drawback is actually the colonists themselves, which you are supposed to, I imagine, care about. But you just don’t. Their bar to be sustainably happy just becomes absurd very quick. And it gets worse with every level so you just give up on that front entirely. There’s no point because there is no real penalty or benefit that would make it worthwhile (-30%/+30% movement speed). Just build some rock pathways and they’ll be speeding at 60km/h on them anyway.
The automation is also a bit basic. It’s just a means to an end. There’s no verticality or complexity when designing builds, and I skipped on trains entirely because, again, the people are just so damn fast! And it’s not like the game is encouraging you to build elaborate factories where most of the production is automated either. No. Because the main campaign levels are separated by water on different islands, meaning you will have to rebuild most of your buildings again and again every time you progress to a new level. It’s tedious.
The story is.. it’s written for children. Not necessarily a bad thing but there was certainly nothing to keep you invested or care about anything or anyone. SPOILER ALERT!: [spoiler]friendship was the true treasure all along.[/spoiler]
So why do I recommend this game despite everything I addressed? I’m an automation game crackhead. What do you want? Get away from me!

J'ai pu me semble t'il a faire le premier. Mais pour le deuxième je me retrouve avec des flèches dans tous les sens pas possible de les enlever !!!!!!
Bref rien de bien facile, interface non intuitive !!! Ne pas jouer a ce jeu en l'état actuel.

It's Temu Factorio. It's fine, but as shallow as a puddle. I got it on sale and ended up at $0.50/hr which means it isn't a thumbs down, but don't expect to dump 100 hours into this. It does make me want to go back and revisit Factorio... again.
Great game, simple to understand and really nice story and flow to the game, played for 20 hrs and completed the game, well worth the £7 i paid. Nice chilled game to play on a Sunday afternoon.

i have a hard time reviewing this game. this is another example where a "mid" rating would be best.
i got the game after playing the demo, expecting the full game to be a more polished, full version of the demo. but it was disappointing. there is a lot to like in this game but it simply feels unfinished. it lacks several QoL features that would make this a good automation/management game. i played for 5 hours and dont feel like continuing anymore, its just tedious. i regret buying it. it; looked more fun then it actually is.
for this reason, i can't recommend it. i'm sorry.
A "qualified" recommendation. I was tempted too many times to just write a down review, uninstall and forget it.
The game is abandoned by devs (they call it "finished") while there are some serious hurting issues. Some just trivial user mistakes thet could be handled by a QoL improvement adding an extra warning -- but some need a nontrivial workaround. Most important one for me is automated store output not obeying the setup and get stuck so you need to destroy and rebuild the output, possibly even add other tricks -- that one should just work. And changing the produced item in the related factory overrides the filters that will trigger this bug :(. In effect this means you need to use separate stores for the inputs rather than one 3x3 that would do the job and either way likely to babysit the production.
Most of the challenge comes from using the land space. For this reason it is more evident what trivialia the game missies like you can rotate a factory but can't mirror it. The inserters are limited to 1-1 and 2-1 but there's not even a 1-2, let alone rotating inserters.
With all the frustrating problems I still kept playing on and learned how to cope. And in the campaign the game has good progression: if you play well, then the "start over" is not a big deal as you will build new things mostly and you carry over the materials from previous place. And you have the option to import basic stuff rather than fiddle with it, paying with the high level produce.
It's not a survival game, your folks will not die of hunger the penalty is just unhappiness and the result of it is slowing down.
You probably need to set your own challenge to keep the happiness up or to finish in lower number of days, the game does not force it on you, in the campaigh at least. (I didn't yet play solo maps, maybe it's different there).
Oh yeah, the price and deals are not great compared to some serious competition, especially more recent and actively developed games, but the ~10 bucks I paid alredy provided 42h play, most of it enjoyable, I consider it a great delivery and it will get more play down the road.
i hate any game with a "wipe" system but this one is different its like deconstruct everything to the "basic" resources and bring them with you on the next island (its done automatically when you leave an island).
you have to restart the factory every time you move to another island but you will need to delete everything to make a new factory completely automated anyway.
In general a very good game, but unfortunatly the earth temple of my last campaign map spawned in a way where i can't charge it with earth extract so I am not able to finish the game and also is a very frustrating when you allready spend 1-2 hours on the map

Why can't I produce weapons?
An sich ein nettes Spiel mit guten Funktionen.
Allerdings ist der Automatisierungsteil des Spiels absolut dämlich gemacht. Keine Fabrik zeigt vor dem Bau an, welche Güter sie benötigen, was dazu führt, dass man ständig am auf und wieder Abbauen von Depots und Fließbändern ist, da irgendwo doch wieder ein zusätzliches Produkt zugeführt werden muss.
Einfach extrem nervig. Daher in diesem Zustand im fortgeschrittenen Spiel nicht zu empfehlen
I really have to say that the game looks fantastic, and the mechanics are great and fun to play with. However, the worst aspect of the game is the tutorial. In the beginning, you are told what to do, but not how to do it, which is, in my opinion (or maybe I'm just too stupid to play a pixel game), really annoying. You have to search for the correct buttons instead of, for example, having a blinking button to better explain the UI. Also, when the language is set to German, some of the texts overlap, which makes it harder to read.
Overall, it's a really nice game and worth the money—especially if it's on sale.

Actually one of the better logistics and economy RTS games I've played. Needs some more ux refinement but plays very well, it's fun and engaging. Villager AI is well above average. No notable game play annoyances for me, just some ux friction. Also, have your autoclicker ready to skip dialog.

I've really enjoyed my few hours in this game. It works great and I'm there's a whole load of complexity which I haven't gotten to in the campaign yet. I understand that there may not be updates for this game any more but it's definitely a finished product as far as I can see.
Good game, i really enjoyed it. From the moment i started playing it i didn't stop until i got it done 100%. Its about 20-30h of gameplay and its pretty good for the price.

Es ist wunderbar entspannen und komplexer als es auf den ersten Blick wirkt. Ideal, wenn man ohne Stress, doch mit einer gewissen Herausforderung spielen will. Und man kann es immer wieder spielen, selbst die Kampagne, ohne das es langweilig wird.
Me sorprende la complejidad de este juego, podría competir con Rimworld tranquilamente. Esperaba una experiencia mas sencilla, pero la verdad que tiene de todo, automatizacion inclusive.
Irgendwie bin ich von dem Spiel begeistert aber es gibt für meine Spielweise zahlreiche Probleme, die mir den Spaß verderben.
Ich zähle mal ein paar Beispiele auf wo ich meine Probleme mit habe:
- Straßen und Fließbandkreuzungen sind scheinbar nicht vorgesehen. Man muss Wege mit Greifarmen überbrücken, so habe ich es zumindest gelöst.
- Es gibt ein Überlauf für die Depots. Überlauf heißt für mich, es wird ein Feld im Depot frei gemacht (sind dann immer 4 Items). Hier werden aber mehrere Felder leer geräumt, was ich nicht möchte, bei der Nahrung beispielsweise.
- Man kann die Pferdebahnhöfe mit den Zeppelinen verbinden, was für sich gesehen Quatsch ist. Denn Pferde können nur zu den Pferdebahnhöfen und sind nicht in der Lage die geladene Ware, woanders abzugeben. Wenn man ein größeres Netzwerk baut, dann passiert es trotzdem schnell mal, dass man den falschen Bahnhof gewählt hat und wundert sich, warum nix läuft. Für mich unverständlich warum das überhaupt möglich ist.
- Wenn man das offene Spiel auf der großen Karte spielt, gibt es Limitierungen bei den Perden und Zeppelinen. Ist mir unverständlich, warum das so ist.
- Ich habe mit dem Logistik Netzwerk mein Problem. Waren sind vorhanden, werden aber nicht transportiert und man kann irgendwie nicht erkennen warum das so ist. Save ich, starte neu läuft es plötzlich.
Depots mit den Greifern sind toll. Dumm nur wenn der Greifer was hält, was gerade nicht gebraucht wird. Wenn z. B. 2 Erzsorten und Ton im Lager sind und der Pferdebahnhof angeschlossen ist, dann ist es mir schon oft passiert, dass der Arm den Ton hält und nichts mehr macht, ich aber dringend das Erz brauche.
- Export von Gütern über den Hafen klappt ganz gut, was ich aber bis zum Ende nicht verstanden habe ist der Import. Warum kann man nirgends eingeben, dass man z. B. einfach nur 50 Fließbänder kaufen will. Stattdessen kommt immer der volle Kahn, will abladen und blockiert den Hafen. Total Nervig!
- Klickt man versehentlich auf ein Depot das falsche Item an, wird alles gnadenlos ausgelagert und in der Umgebung verteilt, selbst wenn man das gleiche Item im Depot wieder anklickt, es wird erst wieder leer gemacht. Meistens ist es dann so, dass von woanders Items angeliefert werden, statt die Dullis die Items aus der Umgebung wieder ins Depot packen.
- Wenn man dann endlich soweit ist, dass man diverse Produkte automatisieren kann, dann braucht man viel Platz. Dumm nur, dass überall Oasen oder Flächen sind, die man zum Anbau benötigt. Bedeutet dann wieder umständliche Kreuzungen oder sonstige Zauberstücke. Warum kann man Wasser nicht füllen?
Spiele wie Factorio, Satisfactory oder selbst Foundry zeigen doch gut auf, wie einfach ein Logistik Netzwerk sein kann. Ich verstehe nicht warum es hier so schwer gemacht wird. Simples Beispiel ist der lange Greifarm. Warum kann man den nicht invertieren? Man muss da umständlich bauen, weil das Ding nur in eine Richtung funktioniert.
Und trotz all dieser Mängel übt das Spiel einen gewissen Reiz auf mich aus. Ich kann nur hoffen, dass die Entwickler mehr Zeit und Liebe in das Spiel stecken und die Kanten ausbügeln. Im Moment macht es einen unfertigen Eindruck auf mich.
Daher kann ich keine Kaufempfehlung geben, es soll sich jeder vorher ein Bild machen oder warten bis mal wieder im Sale ist, damit der Schmerz bei einem Fehlkauf nicht zu groß ist.

Kubifaktorium is often called "abandoned", but I don't believe this is accurate. It seems to be a complete game. The sound design is simple and relaxing, and the graphics are voxel (little squares), which creates a cute aesthetic. The gameplay is based around a relatively simple logistics system that serves as the backbone for the entire game; everything you do will use the logistics system somehow. It is not perfect but does do pretty well; on larger maps, it will bug out if you have too many non-specific storage areas, reloading the save can also become necessary if you notice your system randomly stop with no errors. Other than the mentioned issues, the logistics system is *good enough* to enjoy the game. Importantly, it should be noted this game is not about pressure, and your colonists cannot die from lack of food or water, they simply slow down when unhappy.
To the dev's credit, they did add various tutorials, which will help a great deal; there are even some extras should you enable "expert mode" in the settings. When you first start the game, expert mode will be disabled and "assist mode" will be enabled. Assist mode makes some of the busy work automatic, and I personally recommend it, especially starting out. Expert mode, on the other hand, allows very useful features such as 4x time skip (normally you only have 2x), which, in my opinion, should be automatically enabled. Other useful settings include the ability to apply universal production limits for finer control over resource consumption, which I recommend once you get the hang of the game.
There is a story mode, which is handy for people like myself who cannot easily set goals. At 30 hours, I am almost through the second last mission. The story also acts as a slow introduction to all the different tech levels, providing a supportive but steady understanding of the mechanics.
I recommend the game if it is on sale for AUD 25 or less (normally, it is AUD 28.95). It is an enjoyable colony manager that becomes an automation game.

- Logistics requires specific setups to function correctly, generally speaking a single large depot will bug out.
- You may need to occasionally re-load the level to fix logistics
General Tips
- In settings, you can enable production limits which allows finer control on the amount of each product a building can produce. This is useful for ensuring you always have x amount of product while stopping a workshop from consuming all your wood or similar.
This game is for ppl who likes to relax a bit but still want the choice to do some more brain heavy activities, like trying to make it as automated and effective as you can. There isn't really any challenges in this game so you have to create your own challenges (excluding the simple task the game gives you). One thing that stood out to me is how easy it is to add your own creation or modifying stuff that is in the game, I was surprised i didn't find that much online to download tho.
TLDR; Chill and fun for the none hardcore base builders
Verstehe die positiven Bewertungen nicht.. Ich suche seit 30 Minuten nach abgebautem Ton, um im Spiel voranzukommen. Es gibt aber keine Möglichkeit es zu finden, da es scheinbar nicht spawnt, ich habe bereits die halbe Map abgesucht.. Macht so leider keinen Spaß. Schade eigentlich, hatte vom Spiel echt mehr erwartet..
Je suis très habitué aux jeux de gestion de chaîne de production mais alors la j'ai rien compris, tout est bugué ou pas clair et même lorsqu'on fait comme dans les tutos ça marche pas.

Ich habe zehn Lagerplätze gebaut (wolle Stein Holz) so unterschiedlich . alle werden fehlerhaft angezeigt entweder sind die leer oder komplett voll was nicht rein sollte.
egal ob ich alles reinlagern tue oder nur gefilterte Gegenstände es ist fehlerhaft.
dadurch arbeiten die Arbeit noch nicht und die Gegenstände bleiben manchmal überall im Spiel rumliegen wow.
eine Frage habt ihr programmiert das Spiel mal selber gespielt , nein

Import und Export, Export zu Pferde oder Export zum Lager Import zum Lager oder zu Pferde sowas von durcheinander Wahnsinn.
leider funktioniert der Pferde Bahnhof nicht weil ich nicht weiß müssen da Bahngleisen, müssen da Wege ran, musste ein Lager ran wie funktioniert Import und Export also keine Unterstützung im Spiel grässlich.
auch wenn du die waren eingeben tust ist komisch wo die her oder hingehen sollen man ist völlig im Stich gelassen.

wenn du zu viel Teile von ein Gegenstand baust sind die Steine weg und du kannst nicht mehr weiterbauen. die Quest bleibt stehen da die Steine nicht nachwachsen und das Eisen nicht nachwachsen tut und der lehm auch nicht nachwachsen tut.die Programmierer haben nicht Siedler oder Ahnung gespielt gibt es denn keine Mine.

das nächste Problem linke und rechte Maustaste manchmal weiß man nicht baut man jetzt oder reißt man was ab programmiert man die Lagerplatz um oder drückt man jetzt den Bauarbeiter an es ist richtig verwirrend und durcheinander nicht gut gelöst.
am besten hört auf irgendwelche Schrott DLCs reinzuhauen oder Schmuckgegenstände oder neue Häuser statt erstmal das Problem zu patchen.

I honestly love this game. Even though the game hasn't been updated in a while I don't really feel the need for it, It's a fun little management game that's easy to understand and the concepts are pretty clear.
I would say it lacks in certain places (like mixing manual/automatic tasks) but it doesn't make the game less fun.

Kubifactorium is a colony builder more than it is an automation game - it doesn't even introduce automation elements until a few missions in. It's very chill and low-complexity and is a game you can take at your own pace, making as much or as little spaghetti as you want.
The setup is a series of missions on different islands, with the meta-progression element that when you finish an island, every building on it gets automatically deconstructed and you get to bring all of the resources you collected with you (up to a certain amount per resource). This gives you a head-start on the next island as you can rebuild your higher tier houses or fancier machines and workshops immediately without having to crawl back up the entire tech tree again. So, even though you start over on each island with no buildings at all, you can skip chunks of the progression to get back to where you were before faster, and build/organize your structures better than last time.
Definitely a fun little game even if there's not much replay value, and a nice take on the genre and formula with its own ideas thrown in. Plus the gradual transition from manual to automated tasks helps really *feel* like proper progression as the more things you automate, the more colonists you have available to do other stuff instead.

Ive been enjoying this one. Some people are calling this game abandoned when it's actually just complete. Not sure why everyone expects patches until the end of time for a game. Also you do not start over for each island in the campaign. You have a boat that gets loaded up with most of your important stuff that was acquired during the last mission. You also get optional islands that allow you to gear up and leave any time you want (I always treated my colony to a nice vacation during those. lol). Anyways, I have encountered zero bugs and for the cheap price I paid for this, even if I only finish the campaign, this will have been worth it.

love the game , been replaying it a few times. so heres the issues for the devs to fix.
1) occasionally the inserters just stop working. i had a stock pile for wood attached a blimp transport collecting from the wood thingys. the belt was full but he inserter just didnt put the wood into the stock pile causing the whole system to fail cause that wood was turning into coal to feed power.
2) auto-stock piles . i had two automated stock piles for coal one was buffer for power and the other was crafting. the middle buffer spazed out taking a single coal back and forth between two outputs preventing more coal from entering. i remedied the situation by removing the buffer and bridging it with inserters that occasionally just stopped grabbing the coal.
3) garbage everywhere. when upgrading i have to destroy and move stuff that contents of previous just sit there taking up space and wasted resources. i had meteric ♥♥♥♥ tons of rock everywhere waiting for the empty rock stock pile to make stone things .
4) there are 3x input items but no 3x reaching so items that take 3 different components takes alot of space.
5) elevated belts, extremely unreliable . i figure an incline and decline taking about 1 space. but assigning the space is more hit and miss. making the issue of number 4# far more difficult.
example: lets say i have space of 3x3 , i want an elevation at the number 6 tile of the 9 tiles so i can feed belts under it through the 4, 5 tiles. thats not going to happen.
A very cute and relaxing factory automation game in the market!. 8/10 ⭐️
It's really fun and challenging to design your own production chain to be more efficient, compact, and tidier each playthrough and before you know it, it's already 200 hours passed lol. For my personal opinion this game has lot of potential for improvement. The map is somewhat limited and it would be great if the devs could make it "infinite" by adding procedural map generation. And if possible perhaps new resource types, products and recipes would be great.
There are also some minor problems encountered during gameplay. The bigger your system grows or perhaps using too much fast-forward function sometimes breaks the game, for example conveyor belts randomly stops midway or slightly at the end of the belt that prevents the inserter from taking it, though it can be temporarily fixed by resetting the said belt section by deleting it or switching on/off distributor function, but it would be great if it's fixed for good. Also sometimes building progress randomly come to a halt as the game fail to assign a worker to build stuff and it stuck on "wait until colonist are available" status unless you reload save. At first I thought it was due to a foreign object present in the building zone that prevents the building progress until it clears but recently I am sure it's a bug because the zone is now clear and still on "wait" even though there are 60+ idle colonists available.

また、それとは別だけど保存エリアよりインサーターを後に設置しないと接続がおかしくなるので注意
総評
MAPが狭いのはしかたないんだけど、無限に広がるMAPを自由に開発していきたい身としてはイマイチかな
マイクラみたいなやり込み要素はないので、MAPクリアまで数日遊んでリセットという遊び方になると思う

殖民大亨是像素風格的工廠物流管理類型遊戲，在島嶼有限的土地限制下完成物流系統的建設遊戲，遊戲的重點在於整個物流體系的規劃。
[h1]====簡易的攻略====[/h1]
遊戲開始前先進入設定把專家模式打開，這點很重要，可以讓遊戲加速四倍速，另外機器人成就也需要這個設定。
戰役模式總共有12個島嶼，要進入下一個島嶼前先把物資農到上限，一開始的船只有各物資100容量，二級船隻是各物資200，可以在下一個島嶼初始發展速度加快很多，很重要尤其是最後一個島嶼，雖然只是要少少的幾樣物資（三種各12個），但沒有在前一個島嶼準備的話，會在最終島嶼消耗太多的時間，尤其島嶼上沒有礦區。
初始的發展先把全地圖土地占領後再來規劃，因為人民還有動物不會有餓死的情形，所以直接開挖佔領整個島嶼吧。
人民的心情值只是人物行動的速度加減值，所以在四倍速下無所謂，直接無視就可以。
物流規劃好後再來針對人民的需求來建設，裝飾類的只要有一項就可以，其餘直接用最大影響範圍還有最容易取得的建築來覆蓋整個島嶼，食物還有飲水也是類似，在一格儲存區有該項食物後設定禁止使用，然後大量生產簡單的食物，減少物流的消耗。
有自動化的建築出來後，大部分的基礎物資都靠港口貿易來處理，出口靠銅線圈和機械零件來賣，但後面有一個島嶼無法貿易要注意習慣。（如果是小型發展玩家請直接無視）
後期發電不要只靠石油，因為發電量只有150主要是生產量不足整個島嶼的需求電量，直接買木炭供應整個發電體系比較快，但要注意整體的貿易體系。（如果是小型發展玩家請直接無視）
要建設前習慣把物資都先搬到附近再規劃比較好，因為建設時只有一個工人會慢慢的去搬很浪費時間。
建設的附近區域如果地上都被物資塞滿的話，會無法建設，請先用儲存區來集中起來清理出空間來放置建設物資。
在碎石機出現前的島嶼，岩石是很佔空間的物資，直接拿來大量的鋪路減少人員的移動時間。
收買敵方營地需要在儲存區放置該類物品數量就可以收買了，在這邊我卡了很久。
[h1]====遊戲的問題====[/h1]
遊戲有太多太多的問題存在，也有一些是遊戲機制的問題。
不在儲存區的資源不會自動堆疊，造成大量的資源在地上佔空間。
無法將資源運回船上存放，要算好空間放置大量的資源。
工具類的物品和一些特殊物品無法堆疊，超佔空間的。
輸送帶的轉向還有多方向設定超爛的，比如斜坡無法設定要在哪格直接擺放，也無法轉向，多方向輸送無法指定要哪兩個方向，而且輸送帶上的東西無法人工取下。
運輸類建築（馬車、空挺）有上限，火車類建築由於地圖太小是最沒有用的。（如果是小型發展玩家請直接無視）
建築時如果需要多資源只有一個人員在慢慢地運輸，而且運輸路線有很大的問題，明明資源就在旁邊，卻會從遠方拿取。
自動倉庫的物品移動速度很慢，如果有兩樣輸出的話，會時常卡在其中一邊，如果有兩個輸入格，也時常看到有一邊擺放時間過久。
無法設定購買的資源數量，必須在輸出方的另一邊放置小倉庫來限制，但多樣化購買時時常會被某一樣物品給塞爆，最好的解決方式是1對1設定。
發電廠不是全部會夾取資源，只有少數幾個運作中會消耗。
沒有電源顯示消耗情形還有發電圖表等。
有些物品資源的使用太過於單一，比如石油還可以提煉做燃燒用的來加成。
空艇倉庫之間無法人工搬運。
倉庫各類建築無法轉換，只能拆掉重建。
無法複製建築需求，比如生產那些資源那些資源從哪輸入或者輸出。
輸送帶速度太慢沒有進階的輸送帶來加快運輸。
如果先放置好夾子再放倉庫，不會自動生成出入口。
高輸送帶下面無法設置道路，或者輸送帶無法通過道路。

遊戲的總體表現在於物流體系的規劃，但其他的運輸體系看起來就是一個笑話，馬車和空艇（升級後）一次只能搬運一個資源，為何不是一組資源呢.....因為有上限存在，到最後直接靠輸送帶來運輸資源還比較快。
玩到後面會有某些資源的溢出，然後卡死整個產線，這時候就要靠貿易來處理溢出的資源，回收場只有在無法貿易的島嶼有用處而已。
如果要玩自動化輸送帶類型的遊戲，此遊戲完全不建議推薦遊玩，問題方面講了一大堆了，有些是玩自動化方面的死穴，而且物品種類過少，可進階利用項目太少，和其他自動化類型的遊戲比較起來舒爽度會落差很大。

after almost 200 hrs in the game i feel the game is unfinished. 1 speed conveyors and inserters, horse carts are limited use, baloons are limited use, and trains are buggy af if you have more then one track running along side each other or even take advantage of the two lvl verticality they have if you use the signals, if you dont use the signals you get a pretty narly train overlapping visual bug.
still lots of fun tho if you take into consideration the limited use things and slow speed of conveyors you can get some decent automation set up.

These things exist to basically move resources and you'll find it a pain to make them work.
Want to move an item from a conveyor belt to an automated kiln? Well, it won't do it. What's wrong? Why isn't the item being moved? No clue, just ♥♥♥♥ around till you still can't figure it out.
Want horses and Zeppelin's to transport ♥♥♥♥? Why not make it pointlessly complicated by making you delete stockpiles, create new stockpiles connected to horses and only then horses will transport items. Now right click things to create hard to trace arrows all over the place to move items back and forth. The UI is so bad for those arrows that most of the time I have to sit there and right click things to see where they are coming and going from.
Stockpiles have warnings associated with "being too large".. like why? Is it going to negatively affect the game? We don't know, the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ game doesn't tell you why there's a warning for that. But it seems the game wants you to make 4x4 or 5x5 stockpiles max while you connect things. But again, why? Creating large stockpiles to get your people to transport ♥♥♥♥ seems to work just fine.
Yeah, about that. Your people can't die. So you don't need to automate ♥♥♥♥, there's no reason to. You can create non-automated stuff and they work just fine. There's no sense of urgency, no challenge (other than dealing with asinine mechanics). You will breeze through the game without automation, and automation is just pointless complication made complicated because the developer was clueless how to keep things simple.

They are "average". Visuals are typical indie low-poly brain-farts that require no talent or attempt at detail. Same goes for sound/music (same one loop before I muted it). UI/UX for transporting and managing things is just annoyingly complicated.
Keep in mind, this isn't a hard game. It just feels like a game that the developer was trying to copy and paste features from some superior automation game, before he got bored and moved along. There are bugs where workers stop working, things are not explained well or just not implemented well, and the developer stopped updating this a long time ago and never bothered improving anything.
So yeah, go buy a better automation game that actually has some effort put into it.

I just can't play this game. I found myself struggling to do the same thing I've done previously, over and over again. Nothing changes, no new events, no challenges, your people can't die so the fact that developer was proud of adding "YOUR PEOPLE DON'T DIE SO DON'T WORRY" element in the game is a colossal failure in game design as well. All you do after first hour, is the same thing you did in first hour, on a loop.
This is just an average game that needs a lot of improvement. But it's also a dead game, abandoned by the developer. Don't waste your money, even on discount.

The game fails to provide any challenge.
Instead of gradual development and improvement of the chains, for each new resource or game mechanic, the game simply forces you to start the same boring process from scratch over and over again.
Was really excited to play this game, but very early on I encountered an issue with getting my workers to actually work in the workshop. Looking this up I see this has been an issue players have had since 2020. I tried everything to get the issue to resolve itself, but it wouldn't. I ended up being unable to progress in any way, and I am returning this game and will not be buying it again. Disappointing, because it seemed like it would have been really fun.
Amazingly well built game! It has a bit of everything and I love it!

Looks more fun than it actually is imo, the "automation mechanics" are pretty boring and dont really have any depth, but it is not broken or anything like that
It was fun. I would say it's worth it on sale. In terms of replayability though, after getting all the achievements playing at a leisurely pace, I've got my enjoyment out of it and am finished. :)
Would love to see more active workshop community!
A lot of figuring out mechanics yourself, I didn't use trains until the final chapter.

The game hasn't had an update in some time, so it's clear it's done development, which means my issues will probably never be addressed. I keep losing interest due to two primary issues.
1. After it became apparent I needed to group my people into task categories to control wasted movement across the entire map, I noticed a sluggishness to their manual labor actions in regards to carrying things from one location to another. It seems that having someone in multiple zones is creating a task assignment problem. If I put someone in one single zone, give them housing, food, and water inside of that zone, then it seems they won't stand around doing nothing so much. And I know when I was using Red as the "general needs zone" and Yellow as the "animal zone," if I wanted Yellow zone items carried to a Yellow zone horse depot, then the Yellow zone people would just stand around not carrying anything for a bit, like it had to process that everyone else in Red zone couldn't do the task before coming back around to a Yellow zone worker to assign. And again, the Yellow zone person was just standing there the entire time. Assigning to one zone seemed to fix the delay issue, but it brings up the fact I can't have everyone on the island mass clear out a mineable piece of land or chop trees at a moment's notice. And the game can't seem to auto assign correctly at all, generally putting everyone in Red zone, 3 dudes in all zones, and ignoring things like + on a task assignment as an indicator of what zone color to give. Each story map also makes you reassign zones every time, which becomes a growing manual process every time. And it's only carrying existing items inside a stockpile of some kind that causes this problem. When I had everyone in Red for general tasks and stuff, and one other zone, such as Yellow for animal handling, they would harvest the instant something was ready, they would chop/mine the instant and continuously something was designated to harvest, and they would gather items from stockpiles to craft and actually craft non-stop, so it doesn't seem like the problem I was experiencing should be happening.
2. You can't seem to mix automation and manual labor. For example, if I want to auto unload a shipyard into a horse depot, then have the horse depot carry to another horse depot, then have the destination horse depot auto unload, it doesn't seem to work. It seems the horse depot will only transport goods if the destination depot has a manual stock pile target that isn't full. And if you have a manual stock pile target, then automation won't unload it. This then forces you to go full manual (and that introduces problem #1) or go full auto, which requires stuff like conveyor belts or every depot to be adjacent with loader arms between then. And conveyor belts only have two height levels. Add in the constraint of the island based levels, and you can get very cramped very fast. Another constraint in the story mode is you can only take 100, and later 200 items of each type between islands. This is a major constraint for automation, as 200 belts really isn't all that much if you fully automate everything, and any additional belts you build each island will get left behind.
Now to be fair where truth is concerned, almost every review I looked over that claimed "you have to redo everything every island" and the "no you don't" replies, in truth it's mixed. To expand what I've said so far in point #2, every island collects up to 100 of every item, later 200, and at least after a certain update if not since ever, it even deconstructs your buildings back into their parts to take with you. If you take advantage of this every island, you can craft up a lot of items to constantly take with you. While you must build things again each island, you DO NOT need to remake all the parts unless you need MORE parts. And full automation parts are the only thing that might slow you down and be wasteful each island, especially and absolutely conveyor belts at 100 cap per island hop.
But that's where another frustration builds up, I feel compelled to tear down everything on every island first to get it out of the way and be free to build where I want as I need, and later and later, this results in a TON of rock, iron, copper, etc. lying around, that either needs to go into a storage area, get processed into something with a 2 or 3 input to 1 output ratio, or can sit there in your way and barricade building being completed until the items are moved somewhere else.
I'm also not fond of how the happiness system works for worker speed, and how some islands prevent you from reaching max happiness by just never giving you the necessary items. To reach neutral, you need ANY 1 drink, ANY housing, and ANY 1 food. Advances needs must be met IN FULL per worker to reach happy and work extra fast for that worker. On the island you get the tier 2 house available, your workers will begin needing the tier 2 house before you can provide it, and I think you only get enough to make like 1 copy of the house near the end of the time there. This makes any attempt to sate advanced needs pointless until you can sate all of them, especially for consumable foods.
So I can't really recommend the game, unless you read all of this, and maybe some other reviews about problems that will never be fixed, and go in prepared with the knowledge to deal with them. At that point, I could recommend it, but if I give it a thumbs up in general, then these complaints are likely to get less attention. And if you don't read these kinds of reviews, then you could get frustrated like me until you give up for finally solve the issue. Which really makes this a catch 22 review of I can't recommend it unless you read this, but if you do, I kinda can, except you're less likely to read it if I give it a thumbs up and know there are problems that keep me from recommending it.

Pleasant and lightweigth so far. Colorful, non-survival factory game.
I like this game. mechanics quirky but have a satisfying use when you play it enough. story kinda woke but fun enough to finish. and its relaxing that like factory town its not about dying from starvation but rather progressing faster with new automation. i think its worth a play if you like games like these and maybe mods or additions to senarios can flesh this out for some people that need more meaning than townies working slowly cause they didnt get their favorite food or their house has too many room mates.
It's a good game! A great first game to the automation genre, also suitable for kids. It's easy to learn and making the automation chains is satisfying. There's plenty of content to keep you interested for a few dozen hours. I probably will return to this to try the huge maps or test some features that I didn't use during the campaign run, like train networks.
A few words of criticism: It's a bit easy, buildings require hardly any materials to build and it's not very realistic. By farming the materials early in the campaign you can pass most of the tasks of the remaining islands with your stockpiles that you already have. Then there are some things that you just don't need, like regular depots. (I only used zeppelin depots, did the job fine). Horse or train is not needed if you use zeppelins. I also found that it's pointless to limit the workers into areas.
A good playthrough of the campaign. The complicated supply chains get messy and it's funny trying to figure out to get goods from A to B (hint don't use horses for wheat as they will eat it!).

I want to break this review into two parts.
The first part is a positive vibe and gameplay style that Kubifaktorium puts forth. The game is not as exacting as Factory Town but is a solid title as it is. Kubifaktorium does a good job with getting products from A to B to C and has a different take on automation than other titles. For that, I would recommend this game.
The second part is an observation that the game gets really wonky as your base gets larger. Random items start to become 'reserved' and this causes complications with trains, inserters, belts and other logistical pieces. There is no permanent fix but to temporarily keep things going a player can click the item and 'unreserve' the item and then close and reload the game. This gets frustrating as the game doesn't play well in a high scaled environment.
An example of this is where the game allows for 10 Horse Stations, but I've only had the horses actually working when I've had 3 or less stations. More than 3 stations has the horses moving but not loading/unloading anything.
I want to recommend this game, but with an exception of 'keep your base really simple'. Honestly, I'd be happy to kick in 5$ for a DLC to ask the dev to correct some of the issues that I've mentioned and have submitted bug requests for. At this time, my recommendation is that you pick this one up whenever it might be on sale. 20$ is a little steep for it not working in the late game.
Great fun game
Simple and relaxing colony building game, you have a lot of time to think what to do as noone starve or dies and no enemies will attack you. Planning where and how to mass produce coal is probably the most important aspect of the game. Managed to get all achievements in 44h. Note that mining the big ore blocks takes a lot of time.
Kubifaktorium is fun enough when it works but it has a couple showstopping bugs that appear to be a couple years old at least, based on the Steam discussion board for this game.
In one game some of my construction orders went ignored for over 20 game days despite having certain colonists assigned to do nothing but construct. After just sitting back and letting it run on its own for an hour and construction orders still ignored I closed the game and loaded the autosave, and colonists immediately started executing the previously ordered construction.
In another game my zeppelins/drones mysteriously vanished after hours of working properly, following the construction and assignment of another zeppelin depot, and based on Discussions I decided to check the very corner of the map and lo there they were, doing nothing. Reloading the save did not fix the issue. I deleted and rebuilt zeppelin depots one at a time until I guess I happened to delete the one that the broke the drones and they finally started moving again. This was troublesome work and there was no way to avoid deleting depots because even if I wanted to transport things via colonist hauling I couldn't, because they can't interact with zeppelin depots (fine, they're zeppelin depots) but trying to transfer items out of the zeppelin depots with exit hoppers and inserters wouldn't work because the items in the zeppelin depot were already "in transit to zeppelin depot 14" and therefore reserved against interaction by anything other than the assigned drone. Further, while these status messages mention depots by number, there doesn't seem to be any human readable location for this information, so I had no way to see which depot was #14 so I could try deleting it.
The zeppelin bug is mentioned a few times on the discussion board, the oldest occurrence of which is at least two years old, so encountering such a game breaking bug at this point is inexcusable.
Despite how much I enjoyed the game when not dealing with these bugs, I cannot recommend it.

- Having alot of fun, especially when you gather your material to make automatons, really having fun.
- Having a warm ambiance that make you feel comfortable.
- Low graphic and low consuming, great for someone who's having a 'Low Spec PC/Laptop'.

The repetitiveness of the campaign does wear a little thin by the final island and while you *can* carry resources from one island to the next, you can't go back. This means you can somewhat almost soft-lock yourself out of certain resources which seems to be a bit of a flaw in attempt at having an epic final level which in reality was just rather tedious.
The mechanics are fun enough, although I completely disregarded most of the 'logistics' in favour of stone roads because they just seemed like too much hassle for their worth. As a colony builder is entertaining enough, and it plays similar to games like Factory Town, however with less direction. Having run through the campaigns 8 maps, it servers its purpose and the breadth of resources to build up through is quite impressive, however don't expect much depth and be ready for the game to reset your settlement each island (You can keep a max of 200 of each resource between islands though). The story writing is unfortunately incredibly poor and the 'message' of the game is trite and overdone.
Overall it started to slightly overstay its welcome, but it's good enough to be worth picking up to play through it once, especially if you catch it in a sale.

Sehr ruhiges Aufbauspiel für Strategen die ohne Zeitlimit an etwas arbeiten wollen.
Ab und an muss man sich aber auch einiges zusammen reimen, um so neue Gebiete zu betreten.
Alles in allem aber eine 8/10 da hier immer wieder Neuerungen hinzukommen und es nicht langweilig wird. Auch durch die Mod Unterstützungen.
Phenomenal little game with Factorium feeling, but more human. So fun making the little towns works with all of the resources flowing in in full automation!

Factory Town と結構近い感じ。
最初の方はやって欲しい仕事を出しておいたら手が空いた人からやってくれる感じだけど、
自動化アイテムであるインサータも途中のステージからは使えるようになる。
島によっては産出出来ないものもあるが、船の輸出入で、ないものを補う形で生産したりする。
惜しむらくは船の輸出入が便利すぎて、その島にあるものも輸入してしまった方が早いことだろうか。
ただ、このゲームの最大の特徴は、おそらく、(プレイヤーが見るUIアイコンを除いて)
全てをボクセルで表現しているところだろう。
ボクセルアートが好きならボクセルで作られた自分の生産ラインを
ゆっくり眺められるこのゲームは楽しいだろう。

Kubifaktorium is a game with many good ideas, and it kept me interested until I completed the campaign. It is good for the money but does not have the essential tools and mechanics to scale up and out like Factorio. However, the game is designed so you don't need to make a perfect production line to complete the game.
The story is simple, taking you through some stages of complexity. It also nods to a moral tale of greed and consumption.
Overall, I would recommend this to anyone who would like a factory sim which has a campaign and is winnable.
The game is good, not many bugs and not too much content so it's unlikely to feel overwhelmed.
The graphical aspect is really pretty and coherent, probably the nicest of all the industrial genra.
Early game may be confusing especially about how the game deals with input/output. But eventually I figured it out.
Quickly most of the game challenge will quickly to find a way to avoid clogging. Stockpiles full or space congestion. If you try to convey more than one type of input at a time you are for a world of pain and if you do separate lines then you might miss spaces with the limited control of flux you have.
But i managed to finish the tutorial and it's a fun challenge all the way. On a side note I never managed to make upper conveyors to work maybe it's that?
Maybe it was explained in the text boxes but I can't get myself to read it as it really gets weird. The lore of the game is really awkward to get into. The base of the gameplay is to eradicate all forestry or any kind of wild life so you can to setup your ore crushers and automatic smelters but the text feeds eco-friendly talking points.
Charcoal is probably the most important resource of the game, everything needs to burn coal, but i suppose that's German ecology for you. Peak of irony, importing wood overseas to burn it and sell back product with added value is extremely profitable for a limited space, i wonder how much deforestation I caused.
But it's satisfying once you managed to make things working.
Маленькая и дешёвенькая, но приятная игра. Как будто сильно бюджетным Settlers на каком-то уровне поселения открыли электричество, конвейеры и робо-руки. Конечно, далеко не Factorio и даже не Factory town, но играть приятно.
Имеется простенькая кампания на 6-7 островах, где каждый раз надо строиться заново. Конвейеры открывают далеко не сразу - первые несколько островов вы будете играть в Settlers - ваши юниты будут скапывать ресурсы, таскать их на склады и делать сами себе всякие материалы.
