Giga Wrecker is a creative 2D action game with a standout physics-based destruction system. Smashing the environment and rebuilding debris into weapons or tools feels fresh and satisfying. The metroidvania-lite progression keeps exploration focused, and the art style is charming.

Качественная игра, в которой упор сделан не на боссов, а на сам непосредственно геймплей.
Данная игра является платформер-головоломкой, в которой экшен есть только в босс файтах.

В игре просто много комнат с головоломками, где мы либо продвигаемся по сюжету, либо получаем скины на наши "киборнетические приколы". Сами головоломки разнообразны и варьируются по сложности, тем самым не надоедая и не становясь хардокрными.
Босс файты легко и быстро заучиваются, отчего победа даётся от силы за пол часа. Причём, всем боссам даже на Босс Раше нужно нанести не больше 8 ударов, отчего чётко вымеренная тактика делает боссов скорее очередной головоломкой, чем реальным препятствием.

Так же в игре много диалогов. Не могу оценить их навязчивость и водянистость, потому что читать лично мне их понравилось.

Игра подойдёт тем, кто любит делать перерывы на пару-тройку дней, потому что все необходимые способности для прохождения мы получаем достаточно быстро и комнаты можно пройти "индивидуальными путям" ;)

マップをちゃんと見れば、ここでこのアクションをすれば効率よくクリアできる地形のヒントが組まれているので、物理演算次第というわけでも無いのだが、自キャラも漏れなく物理オブジェ扱いで、慣性のあるふわっとした操作感、滑りやすさと他の物理オブジェからの干渉で扱いづらいどころじゃない。

ダメージを受けたときのノックバック距離が長い。カメラの追跡速度が遅すぎる。キャラを落下させたら画面内からキャラが消えるレベルの遅さなので、画面外で針の山に着地即死、落下死してましたが多発。
瓦礫などはまだ分かりますが、敵の残骸が邪魔すぎる。単純にパズルの邪魔だったり残骸に乗り上げてバランスを失う事や、ジャンプのタイミングが合わず落下も。ボスとの戦闘でパズルやり直しのボタンを間違って押してしまう事があるので、ボタン以外にバインドした方が良いかも。

一応最後までクリアしましたが、やはりキャラの挙動が不安定な為、ストレスを感じる事の方が多かった

pero igual QUE BUEN JUEGO, es divertido, cada que tenia tiempo de sobra, ponía música y me dedicaba a avanzar con la historia, que pues tiene viajes en el tiempo y eso trae todos los problemas que los viajes en el tiempo tienen :v pero pese a todo uno termina teniendo cariño por los personajes, muy bueno juego la verdad, se que es pecar de iluso, pero me gustara ver una secuela

全実績解除するまで熱中できたので「セール時はオススメ」ぐらいかと。
ゲームフリーク開発なので期待して購入したが、パズルが要らなかったと感じた。
パズルの解き方がわからない場合、瓦礫の上に乗り光線を微調整して無理やりクリアできるっていいんかと。
キャラクターデザインは良い感じなので物理演算＋アクションで敵をなぎ倒し出口に到着したらステージクリアで良かったと思う。

说是GAME FREAK做的，但这特有的宅味让我怀疑是INTI CREATES夺舍。不合格的探索与成长让半开放式流程显得毫无意义，做成线性关卡可能体验还能好点；但即便如此，围绕[场景破坏-吸收碎片]的系统也只是噱头。能够破坏的结构每个“房间”都是固定的，且因为关卡重心在于解谜，乱砸一通的后果是只能看着大门干瞪眼。不论是“比大小”的战斗还是各种谜题都不算有趣，加上物理效果不确定性因素很大，许多谜题能否完成还带有运气要素。

This is a very bad puzzle-platform combo game where your goal is collecting and using scrap to solve puzzles and take out bosses. Sadly it combines the worst of both sides. I do like how the story works itself with the time travel and implications of how it plays out but everything else about it is ok to just very bad. I feel that if they spent more time making the physics a lot more predictable and the platforming a lot nicer, this would be a great experience. However, as it, I feel it is a waste of time. I would not recommend this unless you really want to play a Game Freak esque game since this feels like their first game made. Serviceable but better wait for a v2.

Full details:

Good:
* Good plot and good concept/combat idea.
* Great final boss combining themes from other bosses.

Bad:
* This is a floaty platformer.
* The hit boxes for your sword is not necessarily what you think it is making you sometimes miss cutting cables or can't cut two at once.
* Due to above, you might not break enough blocks or too many for a puzzle using your basic attack.
* Sometimes you do the right things and it fails because the physics doesn't work right and you have to retry again.
* It is easy to visualize what you may need to do. It is very hard to execute due to the engine.
* Most of the upgrades are cool but don't do much to impact the game due to the mostly puzzle nature with some combat.
* Retry resets the puzzle but not the HP you wasted.
* Some puzzles can be cheesed using a cube as a "gear".
* If something falls on you, you can clip through blocks and die.
* The game only saves when you leave a room. Major progress like activating a pillar is saved. My best advice is teleport out if you think you may die.
*Controls are bad as they don't use all the buttons on the xbox controller but instead map things like spear/drill into one button but not use shoulder buttons. Also the default button you'd hit to attack in a platformer is puzzle reset but you don't unlock it until later....
* No borderless fullscreen and it can crash if you switch out and back. Had 4 crashes in 12 hours.
* Unstable frames. When it zooms out, frames can drop below 60 on a 3080ti...
* You may have to spam blocks to climb up platforms that are literally +1-2 block higher than you. If jump was a bit higher, the game would be a lot nicer.
* You get achievements a bit after you finish the thing, not immediately after.

I really wanted to like this game, but sadly it just becomes really frustrating. Is a platformer puzzle game, but the puzzles are mostly based on physics, and the physics are super jank. So you'll end up trapped in a puzzle trying to make things bounce or fall how you need them to for a unnecessary long time. the game itself is not terrible, just not fun to play when you have to do the same thing 20 times due to janky physics

An interesting concept with good music, story, and artstyle. But that's where it ends. But Giga Wrecker feels like an unfinished game or a very long flash game. This is NOT a metroidvania. The powerups are linear and doesn't feel like a powerup at all. They're just new gimmicks and to add more difficulty to the puzzles and keep it slightly interesting. The skill tree is boring and serve nearly no purpose beside more HP and extra javelins. The blueprint are just cosmetics with no gameplay changes. The Achievement is very buggy. The whole game is just a physic puzzle platformer. Even the enemies are a puzzle piece. The only other game I can compare it to is the Trine series. But unlike Trine, this is way harder and frustrating. The movement feels floaty and slippery, mainly when standing on blocks/debris. The physic feels buggy and doesn't work a lot of times. You'll die/reset a lot because of bad physic and/or because of instant death by spikes/pits. Near the end of the game with all those frustration combined, it feels like torture than a puzzle. You can 100% the map collectibles within 20 hours. It takes longer due to having to retry many singular endgame puzzles for 30+ minutes. The bosses are gimmicky and reactive based. The bosses got to be the best part about the game, design and fight. But the first boss however gives no hint or clue on how to beat them until multiple deaths.

Over all, 6.5/10. It was fun and interesting from beginning to middle, but near the end it becomes annoyingly frustrating. I don't recommend this at all. But I'm only recommending because I want to support Game Freak to make great games like they used to that isn't just Pokemon and being Nintendo slave.

This is a puzzle platformer based on certain physical model. But the main problem is - physics is really bad here. And you will feel really annoyed and frustrated by many results of objects manipulation. This is a game where I would put neutral review. It's like 3+++/5.

[*] [b]QoL upgrades[/b] are in the skill tree. You want to place box? No - it will fly away anywhere, but the place you want. But later we will gave you the upgrade. But you still can't place it infront of you.
[*] [b]UI.[/b] What can be wrong? You go to skill tree and the last skill says: "You need to unlock new Arche ability to use this skill". It turns out that you need to learn this exact "skill" to unlock skill tree further. I played 3/4 of the game without Arche or HP upgrades because of this misleading message.
[*] [b]Sequences in puzzles.[/b] They are no-brainy. It looks like you have 2 ways of solving the puzzle. But in most cases they give you just 1 variant. And if you misstep - start from the very beginning. And solving them isn't satisfying.

The game feels really cheap on the whole. Like it was made by really small indi company that didn't have previouse experience with the games. But it was developed by GAME FREAK inc.... It makes it clear why Pokemon franchise is in such bad state.

This game is ancient but nobody ever recommended it to me in the 10 years it's been out, I feel betrayed. I love it so far, although I haven't finished it. The design and graphical themes are really fun, the puzzles are great, the nonlinear exploration is great. It's basically a puzzle game with metroidvania-platformer elements, which I'm a fan of, puzzles have always been my jam. I like that the game doesn't waste your time to the point of frustration by making you redo puzzles when you revisit rooms.

I like these Game Freak first party titles because the development team is full of long tenured industry giants and they're basically just having fun and making something they want to make instead of Pokemon that they've been doing for 25+ years

It's good! Not mind blowing but I had fun all the way through. Liked the puzzles, liked the bosses, liked the aesthetics, liked the Shinji Hosoe music, and liked a good chunk of the story. That's probably the weakest aspect because it starts pretty strong but at the second half it just sorta rushes to a conclusion, I'd prefered they fleshed it out a little more. But yea, I liked it a whole lot.

Got this game because i was curious what a non Pokemon Game Freak game would be like, it's basically one big Puzzle game with Platforming and Metroidvania style levels, essentially every level is a puzzle you have to solve, even the combat is just another form of Puzzle, so it's not your Standard Hack n' Slash type of Metroidvania game if that's what your hoping for.

So if you like Puzzles then you will like this game, if you don't like Puzzles you won't like this game, that's basically all there is to it really, though i would recommend getting it on sale if you do want to get it as i don't think it's worth 20 bucks unless your really into Puzzles lol.

Multiple issues. There is a disgusting blurry screen filter that can't be disabled. 60 FPS lock (game gets faster if you turn on V-sync and have more than 60 FPS). DLC content that exists in the game can't be accessed because the developer/publisher didn't unlock it (and you have to edit the save file yourself with Notepad++, and even then, it's not a real solution).

Apart from those, it actually looks like a neat physics-based platformer with some metroidvania elements, but I didn't get that far after figuring out I just don't want to bother with it even though I paid almost nothing for the game. The art is nice even though it feels too "busy", and the animations feel like they're lacking around half of their frames.

Requested a refund after 25 minutes.

개인적으론 재밌게하긴했지만 단점 두개만 뽑자면 물리엔진을 쓰는지라 예를 들어 적의 파편을 밟으며 걸었을뿐인데 공중판정이 되버려서 점프가 씹힌다던가하는식으로 이상한곳에서 빡치게되는 경우가 은근 나옴, 그리고 번역이 정말 엉망입니다

콘솔이식판은 번역이 멀쩡해지고 아주 약간 추가요소도 있으니 콘솔있으신 분은 그쪽으로 사시는것도 괜찮을거같습니다

I was pleasantly surprised by this one. I got it for super cheap in a Fanatical bundle not thinking much of it, but it ended up being a really cool and unique Metroidvania. In fact, it was more of a puzzlevania than a traditional one; the map was laid out by one, but the focus isn't on combat, but solving puzzles. The wreckage gimmick was really interesting! Though, incredibly difficult when the physics doesn't want to act consistently. Still, I had a fun time! The art style was really cool too. Weird as hell to see a game like this come from Game Freak, but hey, I'm not complaining!

A bit of a warning, though. If you want to play with a controller on PC, you'll have to map everything out yourself, as I couldn't really use one otherwise.

Traté mucho que me gustara este juego, al punto de que exploré todo el mapa en un intento de sacarlo todo, pero este juego simplemente me superó.
Me alegra ver que el estudio conocido por sacar juegos mediocres de Pokemon se arriesgue a sacar cosas nuevas, y estoy seguro que este proyecto sería mejor con un poco más de pulido.
Este juego cuenta con hartos puzzles con base a físicas, lo que implica que hay ciertas partes que se pueden resolver de varias maneras. Sin embargo, son estas mismas fisicas que pueden funcionar de formas cuestionables y que pueden arruinarte lo que intentas hacer por sus buenos minutos.
Ni hablar de 2 habitaciones en concreto que me dejaron frustrado al punto de que casi abandono el juego. Bueno, espero que aprendan de sus errores y sigan adelante.

谜题难度都不高除了后期个别因为物理特性不太稳定反复重开次数多点
boss战也基本全是机制操作要求不太高而且还有神技下蹲回血再菜也能给boss磨死

不要买pc版，内容相比其它平台有缺失，pc版一直没更新却还在售卖，其它平台发售的叫GIGA WRECKER ALT.，晚两年推出，在原版pc内容上增加了内容，并授予美名完全版，实则把pc版垫在下面才能得到这个“完全”。
猜测性算一下，pc版发售一年内还在更新，然后又隔一年停更，然后直接推出新版本，后面这一年意味着还在开发，可能是为了加dlc，也可能是免费更新，但现在营销策略变了：“只好牺牲这些pc玩家的利益了，把后续更新的内容不放到pc上了，拿来做个新版本再卖一遍吧。”，完全是为了GIGA WRECKER ALT.的初发售和维持前期价格，加上pc版可能销量不行(猜测)，现在pc版早已停更，没有后续更新，没有追加内容，相当于版本低了很多，甚至以付费dlc的形式推出也没有，等于放弃了

Un metroidvania con puzzles. Algo que nadie esperaba de Gamefreak. El juego esta entretenido, es bastante creativo en lo que podes encontrar y tiene editor de niveles si te quedas con ganas de mas.
Ahora la visual a lo mejor es llamativa pero eso mismo genera que a veces entras en ciertos lugares donde te muestran un escenario gigantesco y es muy facil perderse. Mas o menos el 10-30% de las ocasiones cuando entraba en una habitacion o se movia la pantalla mi primer pensamiento era "Donde carajo esta mi personaje"
Ciertos movimientos y acercamientos/alejamientos de camara son tambien medio contraproducentes generando desorientacion y el comerte algunos enemigos que estan justo delante tuyo. Debieron pulir esa parte.
Los bloques que usas y destruis pueden ser bastante molestos pero no hay tal cosa como un softblock. ¿No podes avanzar por que una piedra te estorba? Es una plataforma de la que podes bajar con el clasico abajo+salto.
La traduccion al español tiene mas problemas de redaccion que el traductor de Google en 2010... aunque se hace entender, mientras lees la historia te sangran los ojos por la forma de expresarse.
Pero a fin de cuentas es buen juego... sobre todo con ese sabroso descuento del 94% que suele aparecer.

何の劣化かは知らないが。

ジャンプアクションかなと思ったらパズル、パズルかと思うと半端にアクションと、これは駄目だわ。
どっちも片足突っ込んでおいてどっちにもなれていない、どっちでもイライラが勝つ、典型的な器用貧乏。
アクション劣化パズル劣化か。
話も舌足らずで最初他国のゲームかと思ったらこの日本語が日本製かあ。
いやほんとに日本人が書いたかは知らんけど。
まあ今どきのゲーム作ってる奴の日本語力なんてこんなものだけど。
短くまとめるならセンスを、長く語る場合もセンスが必要なんだけどそれを磨く場がどこにもないではしょうがないか。
いや本気で呆れてるけどね。
いやそれ失敗してやり直す度に一々行動停止してまた読まされるのが腹立たしいのよ。
スキップはあるけどそもそもリトライでしつこく表示させるなよという話。
セーブポイントが少ないし死んだり落ちたらえらい戻されるのもイライラの原因。
今どきどこでもセーブくらいできる程度の容量いくらでもあるし、このゲームで決まり切った無駄な作業を繰り返させる必要がどこにあるのよ。
面クリパズルにするなら巻き戻しは最小限、画面ごとに自動セーブくらいしなさい。

なにしろ半端なアクション性がパズルの解法安定を邪魔するのがうざったい。
気持ちよくアクションするにはパズルが邪魔。
結果どっちも駄目。
せめて頭使えばかちっとパズルで複雑操作もなく楽々突破可能、パズルの解法がわからないなら強引にアクションでも突破できるくらいの自由度があればよかったんだが、そんなものはどこにもない。

自由に移動できるように見えて結局は一本道だし、後で戻って来るんだろうなという感じで解決しない事案があり随所にファーストトラベルがあったりはするが、そんなミエミエの「後で」を置かれても楽しくないんだよ。昭和じゃないんだから。
全てにおいて悪い形のゲーム界の定番に汚染されすぎ。
ツリーもほぼ意味のない駄目仕様のツリーなので育成する楽しみなどは皆無。
これじゃただの義務だ。
この辺もメトヴァニにすらなれていない劣化だな。

ひたすらパズルの解法を安定させるしかない。けどアクション性が邪魔を……永久ループ。

This game needs a reset button in the menu with how prone to softlocks it is. Impossible to progress my file because I pushed an enemy slightly to the right and now he's blocking the reset thing, he can't move and I can't hurt him or damage boost through him. It's like the tenth room in the game. Actually unplayable. The whole game is resetting and resetting, hoping the physics works properly and doesn't softlock you. Waste of a perfectly good dollar.

GIGA WRECKER, by the Pokemon Developer Gamefreak, is sadly not all that fun. The artstyle is interesting, but it falls a bit flat after only a short time, no pun intended. The physics-based debris gameplay could be cool, but the puzzles rely on those physics way too much, and while you can reset them easily, it isn't fun to do the same thing for twenty minutes until the physics agree with what you are trying to do. Most of the game consists of these puzzles, with slight metroidvania aspects, and so it gets frustrating very quickly.

The combat is boring; you can gather debris up and use it as a weapon or cube to climb structures, but you can only kill enemies if your debris ball is bigger than their red spot - which is fine, but the clunky controls don't really help that much and the game feels floaty as a result. It gets boring very quickly and the physics-based gameplay isn't executed very well, leading to many retries of rooms. The translation is also a bit strange and unrefined, the story is meh and there are several bugs, such as getting stuck in walls and graphics glitching out (though that may be Steam Deck related). Overall, I would say to skip GIGA WRECKER.

物理エンジンがもう少し素直ならパズルアクションとして評価されたと思うが、再現性が低いゆえに解法がわかっていてクリアできないパズルは解けたとしても達成感よりストレスが勝る。
アクションとしてみるなら敵の攻撃を利用したり地形を利用したり抑えるべきところは抑えてあるので良作。
結論パズルとしてはお勧めできないがアクションとしてはお勧めできる賛否両論作品。キャラのかわいさでお勧め寄り。

メトロイドヴァニアのタグに惹かれてホイホイ。
蓋を空けてみると、道中はパズル＋メトロイドヴァニア、ボス戦は暗記アクション。

他の方のレビューには「物理演算が～」と「慣性で～」とか散見されるが、それも含めてのゲームじゃないですか。
インンクレディブルマシーンみたいで私は楽しめました。

ボスラッシュも５～６回練習したらクリアできたので、アクション苦手な人でも暗記と練習すればクリアできます。

実績関連で、「８体同時に倒す」とかは、本編では１か所しかできるところがないので、エディターで自分でステージ作成して達成したほうが捗りますｗｗｗ

解谜为主体，boss战点缀，解谜部分创意不错，结合了大鱼吃小鱼以及各种地形的运用，但是实际体验过程其实有点一言难尽，很多时候你已经发现了谜题的关键，但是操作起来属实僵硬，需要尝试很多次才能达到想要的效果，物理引擎有点难绷

Not as in-depth as other puzzling metroid-vanias but I thought but its story and 2D physics puzzles were enough to keep me entertained.

Its not the greatest game ever made and i noticed some issues playing on steam deck where the game would lag for a split second, sometimes dropping an input or braking some of my character's physics interaction. I had some issues with the puzzles too as sometimes the physics objects didn't land the way they meant to or I had to nudge some objects using the abilities where i probably wasn't intended to just to ensure the next thing i did worked as intended and i didn't have to reset. on the other hand, there were a few puzzles i managed to break and get around in other ways that definitely not intended.

However, this didn't really hinder my enjoyment of the game. When you pick up a puzzle game you have to get past the annoying puzzles and focus feel greatful for the rewards and the rewards were pretty good.

Note, however, there is another version of this game, GIGA WRECKER alt., which is also available now that extends the content that you might want to check out before purchasing this one.

Увы я не смог постичь сюжет и головоломки данной игры из-за ну очень корявого управления. Тот кто его делал либо имеет развитие как у Ивана Золо , либо окончил 8 классов как папич(Arthas). Также отсувствует поддежка экрана более 1920:1080, да и впринципе в игре очень скудные настройки. Может когда-нибудь я пройду сией "шедевр", но это вряд-ли.

This game is absolute trash. The art looks like the designers did not care about polishing the esthetics, the gameplay is repetitive. The hit box is of enemies and the environment uou have to interact with is so random. I think I wasted the dollar and a half that I spent on this game. Please, avoid at all cost, don't waste your money and time. Just because it was made by the same people who did pokemon, doesn't mean it is a good game.

Cool ideas, but clunky execution. Forget the poor translation and jumbled environments. It commits a cardinal sin for puzzles. You can have the right solution, but the game can fail to execute it in a way that makes you question yourself due to the physics. And when you encounter one of the puzzles that does that, it becomes very easy to drop the game with nothing else to hook you.

很硬核的物理系解谜平台跳跃游戏感觉跟恶魔城没啥关系虽然我也是被恶魔城骗进来的
完全完全依赖于物理引擎的解密游戏超级跳折射抛物线重力杠杆高中物理大全

加分点：
-美术我超级喜欢看到的第一眼直接下单不管他是什么游戏
-BGM很有特色就是有点太吵了在卡关时候容易让人烦躁
-剧情美少女过家家有点反转但不多看起来像是没写完的剧情但是不可能有后续了
-绝大部分解谜设置的都非常精妙再加上本作是个偏重物理系解法的游戏所以50%以上的关卡都可以偷鸡即使通过了之后再看b站的攻略也会感觉“我草这个还能这么解”
-各种技能的组合也非常好玩开发能力很高

负分项：
-按键灵敏度太高了我第一次见到有人在上下左右里做互动键的在解密过程中按到上清空进度家常便饭让人红温
-地图做的不是很好不太让人能一眼找到位置
-流程太短了我是分着好几年时不时偶尔玩的一点也才20多小时通关基本都收集完了图鉴可能差三四个吧整体解谜难度都不太高地图也小也没有AB面只有前期无法到达的地图后期再来总共就5片地区反而boss战设计的很长因为本作的特殊攻击机制 boss基本上都是在玩回合制的没有变招几个技能循环到死打多了有点无聊
-物理平台跳跃+恶魔城的代价就是主角机动性上天稍微被怪碰一下能飞出去十里地而且在空中没法转向横轴移动速度特别快又很难抓准落地点非常容易摔死跳跃时在地形边缘速度慢就直接坠机速度快就弹射起步根本控制不好方向很多时候需要纯靠跳跃的解密要大量重试尝试起跳点很消磨耐心
-地图背景非常花哨晃眼偶尔会影响解密的集中度

No es lo que esperaba, se podría decir, que en vez de acción y plataformeo es puzzles y plataformeo con un toque de acción, la historia no es que sea lo mejor y la traducción al español es bastante malilla, pero no está mal del todo, un poco entretenido, es un juego que si está en rebajas recomiendo comprarlo, pero si no por su precio, sinceramente no vale la pena, aun así me lo completaré o intentaré completarlo al 100%

Большинство игр, которые мне попадают в руки посредственные и плохие. Обычно мне хватает терпения их пройти. Но тут меня хватило всего час.

Игра вывалила на меня тонну водянистых диалогов, которые сразу же захотелось просто проматывать. И это всего за один час. Справедливости ради стоит сказать, что большинство из них было обучением, но всё же.

От визуального стиля у меня начало рябить в глазах. Поверх картинки стоит какой-то текстурный фильтр. И камера постоянно скачет, то в упор, то на максимальное отдаление.

У меня нет топографического кретинизма и проблем с поиском пути, но в какой-то момент у меня начала закрадываться мысль, что я не понимаю куда иду. Может быть это побочный эффект визуального стиля, а может тут в правду, что-то не так. Из-за малого количества времени, проведенного в игре, вопрос о лаконичности структуры карты, я оставлю открытым.

И самое главное, чего я не смог вынести — платформинг. Не считая общего дизайна, который невозможно оценить из-за прыгающей камеры. Камнем преткновения выступает механика «построй себе путь» напоминающая игры со строительством мостов. Нам необходимо ломать разрушаемые секции под тем или иным углом, чтобы прокладывать себе путь через ловушки и пропасти. Спустя несколько десятков попыток в одной из комнат мои нервы просто сдали.

[h1]★ゲーム内容[/h1]
ポケモンなどでお馴染みのゲームフリーク開発の物理演算を使った2Dメトロイドヴァニア（探索型アクション）。
とは言っても探索要素やアクションは、かなり控えめでパズル要素が非常に強いゲームとなっている。
特徴的なのが物理演算で、ゲーム内のオブジェクトが現実の物理法則にしたがった挙動をするとの事。

あらすじは、突如現れた謎のロボット軍団アジートに人類は支配されてしまった世界で、
改造人間となったレイカがアジートを壊滅させるため戦うというお話。

アクションゲームだが、会話テキストやイベントCGが多く、世界観の説明やキャラの掘り下げが丁寧なので、
ストーリーが分かりやすく、キャラに感情移入が出来て良かった！
だが、残念なのがボイスは掛け声のみ。フルボイスにしてくれれば完璧だったのに･･･。
またスキルツリーで様々なスキルを自由に習得出来る。
時間経過でライフ回復、しゃがみ状態で超回復などの回復系スキルを覚えればボス戦では、まず死ななくなる。
平均クリア時間は10時間程度らしいが、パズルに詰まることなくスイスイ解けないと無理だと思う。
俺は14時間でクリア、実績コンプに15時間かかった。

道中の9割くらいがパズルフロアで、次のフロアに行くたびにパズルをやらされて非常にテンポが悪く疲れるよ。
パズルが大好きで得意な人は良いのかもしれないが･･･。
個人的にパズルの難易度は高く感じた。
パズルの解法が合ってるのに解けない事が結構あって、
オブジェクトを壊すタイミングや位置合わせが微妙にズレただけでも解けないシビアさ。
前半は純粋なパズルだが、後半は結構シビアなアクション+パズルで難しくなる。

敵は一部、狂ったように銃を乱射してくる奴や突進してくる好戦的なのもいるが、
殆どは、ただ配置されてるだけの大人しい敵ばかりで戦ってる感がない（近寄ったら思い出したかのように攻撃してくる）
逆にボス戦は完全なアクションになる。
ただし普通に攻撃してもダメージは与えられないので、倒し方が分からないと絶対に勝てない。
ボスの特定の攻撃（剣や弾など）を弾いて、それらをガレキにして集めてぶつける必要がある。

とにかく気になるのは操作性の悪さ ※ボタンを押した時のレスポンスが悪い
ジャンプボタンを押したのに出なかったり（特に落下中の足場から次の足場に渡る時）、
何もない場所なのに妙に滑ったりする事がある。
壁をいくつも壊して積み上げた足場で穴が開いてないのに
何故か貫通して落下死する事が何度もあってかなりイラつかされた。
恐らく上記の問題は、物理演算エンジンの影響かもしれない。

・世界観、ストーリー、キャラが良かった！
・会話テキストやイベントCGが多め
・パズルが解けた時の達成感と爽快感
・ステージエディタで自分だけのオリジナルステージが作れる
・主人公のレイカがカッコカワイイ！

・操作性が悪い！
・フルボイスにしてほしい
・イラストに癖があるので好みが分かれる（最初は気になったが途中から慣れた）
・道中の9割がパズルで足止めされてテンポが悪く疲れる
・パズルの解法は合ってるのに判定がシビアすぎて解けない事がある
・物理演算の影響なのか自機やオブジェクトがたまに妙な挙動をする
・スキルの種類が少ない
・ギャラリーモードがない
・[spoiler]エンディングが非常にあっさりで達成感がない（ラスボスはどうなったんだ?）[/spoiler]

[h1]★総評[/h1]
一応ジャンル的にはメトロイドヴァニアになるが、パズルが9割くらいとかなり偏っている。
アクションや探索要素を楽しみたい人やパズルが苦手な人には合わないと思う。
パズルが三度の飯より好きな人には激しくおススメ出来るが･･･。
あと操作性の悪さや自機やオブジェクトの妙な挙動にイライラさせられた。
厳しく書いたが、キャラや世界観は良く、パズルも解けた時の爽快感や達成感はあったし何だかんだで楽しめた。

I played through the first boss and into the second stage. Here's what I got.
Good:

[*]Artwork is pretty; characters generally look good
[*]Varying puzzles, most of which are pretty fun to approach
[*]Physics are really fun to play with, albeit hard to get right
[*]While it's hard to perfect, it's not always necessary. You can finagle it if you try enough.
[*]Teleporting option makes backtracking much less painful
[*]Enemies don't respawn unless you reset
[*]Solid soundtrack
[*]Boss fights are enjoyable
[*]Fairly challenging, considering it's Gamefreak

Not So Good:

[*]Translation is pretty bad. You get the gist of it, but it could use a proofread/revision.
[*]Sprite work is lazy, some in-game visuals don't look the best
[*]Characters don't shine as well because of an awkward translation

[*]Hitting a moving target or a target from a particular angle can be difficult to manage while solving puzzles or avoiding obstacles

I don't know if it gets better or worse with time, but I'm enjoying it so far. I'm also surprised by the more mature subject matter, considering, again, this is Gamefreak. It's nice to see them do something different. The game's alright. Drill Dozer is a more solid all-around, but this is still cool. You could easily do worse. It is a damn shame that the updated content won't be included in this version, though. I don't think I'm likely to repurchase this on the Switch.
