Красивый и юмористический поинт&клик квест в сеттинге картин эпохи возрождения. Стилистика, выполненная в виде анимированных картин художников смотрится просто шикарно, разного рода классическая музыка также добавляет аудиальное наслаждение.
Ну а за всем этим постмодернистским чудом, в плане нарратива, скрывается простая история о грехах, времени и людских пороках. Юмор неплохой, но специфический, не скажу что сильно понравился, возможно мне он показался слишком современным для выбранной эпохи, читается глуповато, будто комментарии с имиджбордов или типа того.
Плюс, не смотря на простоту геймплея, была техническая проблема с разрешением - почему-то только в оконном режиме игра работала и изменить я это никак не смог, да и настроек нет. Почему так? Не знаю. Специально ли это? Тоже, но если да, что вряд ли, то странное решение.
В целом игра коротенькая, забавная, по скидке прекрасно зайдёт в коллекцию, ради разнообразия взять можно, как минимум из-за арт-дизайна стилизованных шедевров искусств.

The game has a great sense of humor and the way the painting are used /combined/woven in the story etc. is really good (together with the music). I particularly enjoyed that you are able to see the original paintings with their title and artist in the art gallery and that you can also find the name of all the music pieces by looking at the musicians. The puzzles themselves were also, while not that complicated, enjoyable <3 .

I do wish you could either pet or fed the dog who follow you, like why make him follow you when it wont let you interact with them. Like I can pet a child but cant pet the dog?
A short whimsical journey through classical art by way of Terry Gilliam's Monty Python puppetry.
The jokes thankfully don't drag out too long, and I only got stalled out on one puzzle. The game would have probably benefited from a small hint system, but an otherwise perfectly enjoyable experience at a reasonable price point.

Хороший гумор, який іноді заступає в чорну зону, проте відповідає атмосфері гри. Єдине що збиває настрій, гра під кінець втрачає темп через те, що рішення загадок просідають у логічності, а зайві предмети яким не знайти застосування затягують процес рішень. Але любителям квестів грати варто, гідний та досить оригінальний зрадник жанру.

I hate to say it but for the content, it's rather overpriced. However, the experience of interacting with living, breathing versions of (stitched together) famous artworks is genuinely a delight. The silly, slightly grotesque dialogue and other interactions also matches the vibe of the paintings.
Should you want more than a handful of living pictures and funny dialogue snippets, stay away, but I clicked through the credits screen feeling happy that this game exists.

Fun little game that is exactly what it says it is. I enjoyed the fun use of art here and it was indeed Python-esque. A few sins were pretty simple but some took a bit of thinking. Overall though it was a fun couple hours being a silly little guy. Can't wait to play the other games!

А вот что можно обсудить, так это игровое содержание, сюжетно игра повествует о путешественнике, что под впечатлением от сна, навеянного Библией, решил отмолить свои грехи, но местные священники говорят, что им позволено отмаливать лишь грехи, что совершены в рамках их прихода, делать нечего, идём грешить! Говоря о сюжете, затрону сразу и юмористическо сатирическую часть, которой наполнена игра, и она, на мой взгляд, устарела лет на 100 как минимум, отчего воспринимается в лучшем случае никак, в худшем — как подростковый бунд из [b]Life is Strange.[/b] Но у игры есть и преимущества, например, визуал, состоящий из картин эпохи Ренессанса, которые в разной степени удачно намиксовали между собой. (В местной галерее вы можете насладиться оригиналами картин.) Ну и местное звуковое сопровождение тоже неплохое, даже музыкантов, играющих музыку по игре, можно отыскать, что прикольно.

Good game, art is probably the highlight, and the puzzles are pretty good difficulty wise. Keep in mind the game is not all that long, but it is a tight package. Recommend.
I bought this game wishing to relive the feeling I had after completing Please, touch the artwork 2. It's as visually and musically astonishing as the mentioned game, however, it didn't feel like a point-and-click, it was rather quite an overwhelming RPG with loads of dialogue options. Why negative? Because it made me rush to finish the game and collect the achievements, and I couldn't refuse doing all of that once I started playing it with these intentions.
Fun little game with amazing art and lots of helpless giggling. Got it on the winter sale and enjoyed it :)

This game is brilliant!
The Python-esque animations were pulled off perfectly, the humor works great, and the creator's love for Renaissance art and music is obvious.
Schools should use this game to get students interested in Renaissance art! My wife and I looked at every single picture in the gallery (even though only few of them are relevant to the game itself), just to see what the protagonist had to say about them.
The game is relatively short, but if you have to make every buck count, just buy it on sale and it will definitely be worth the money!
If i could give this a middle thumb I would. I just wish there was more to see and do.
There's some things that don't really do much, a missed opportunity on those parts.

Ho scoperto [i]Four Last Things[/i] quasi per caso, attratto dalla copertina accattivante. Il gioco è un punta‑e‑clicca che prende quadri e personaggi rinascimentali e li ricolloca in scenari surreali, facendoli parlare e interagire in modi del tutto imprevisti.
La trama è volutamente assurda: per far sì che i sette peccati capitali, commessi da noi in passato, vengano riconosciuti e assolti, dobbiamo nuovamente commetterli. Non ha senso, ma va bene così.
Il gioco si diverte a prendere in giro se stesso e il genere del punta-e-clicca, con chiari riferimenti (anche scritti) a classici come [i]Monkey Island[/i]. Ogni interazione con l'ambiente o gli altri personaggi è piena di umorismo divertente, nonsense e assolutamente blasfemo. Paradossalmente, nell’avventura, ogni scelta “giusta” è in realtà quella sbagliata: solo sbagliando si va avanti, e questo ribalta le regole del genere con ironia.
Gli ambienti, costruiti a partire da quadri famosi, sono realizzati con grande cura. Anche la musica è un elemento distintivo: non è un semplice sottofondo, ma viene mostrata come parte integrante del mondo di gioco, con personaggi che suonano davvero in ogni area. È una trovata molto carina.

An incredibly short + sweet entry in the point-and-click genre. Hilarious and poignant. Strongly recommend if you enjoyed the Monkey Islands and have a spare hour.
Speedrun the seven deadly sins in a point and click with humor inspired by Monty Python, visuals from Heirnonymous Bosch (and others) and gameplay from monkey island. Picked it up on sale and enjoyed the experience.
I wonder what Bosch would say about this. Anyway, the spirit and crude humour of middle ages is very well-done. And the art gallery is great for actually learning the references and some of the names you might not know.

This game is super interesting, I first saw Markiplier do a let's play of it when it first came out but he never finished the series. I finally decided to buy it and play it and it was worth every penny! I think that the mash of medieval art styles fit into a little puzzle/exploration game is such a fun concept and exploring everything was very fun!

This is a great Monty Python like point and click adventure about committing the seven deadly sins. There's a lot of great humor all the way through. The town is very small and the game itself is short but you'll be laughing throughout all of it. You could absolutely finish this in one sitting and you'll likely have a blast throughout!

Breve avventura punta e clicca dal tono decisamente comico, figlio di Monkey Island (ovviamente citato). Artisticamente è molto bello che tutti i personaggi e i fondali siano fatti con parti di quadri rinascimentali, così come le musiche, diverse per ogni schermata.
L'unico difetto è la durata, solo un paio d'ore. Peccato perché intrattiene ed è una delizia per gli occhi.
Consigliato sicuramente, ma magari non a prezzo pieno.

Тогда было модно "бунтовать" против таких тем и быть передовым, а не удушающим кринжом. It's short but very enjoyable. The puzzles are workable if you pay attention to dialog options across the various screens and characters. I wonder now if I could get other endings based on my final choices and it would be easy now to go through the game again to check that out. Loved the animations using the classic figures and music!

Joe Richardson has quite a reputation with his games based on old paintings and funny sometimes puerile humor.
So many have recommended this so this one was my first foray into the particular series and i was not disappointed. Quite decent adventure game and good stuff to look into. I am not quite sure i care to pay too much about these but -65% sales price was just right for this level of fun.

Empfehlung mit Einschränkung.
Ein kurzes Spiel, dass in 1-2 Sitzungen in unter 3 Stunden gut durchgespielt werden kann - wenn man die richtigen Ideen hat. Diese sind teils nicht gerade naheliegend. Schon nach ca 1,5-2h kam ich nicht mehr weiter, trotz viel Ausprobierens und Hin- und Her Rennens. Ich gestehe, am Ende habe ich etwas genervt einen Walkthrough Guide genutzt, weil es frustriend wurde, die immer gleichen Orte wiederholt auf der Suche nach einer Lösung aufzusuchen und keine weiteren Hinweise zu finden. Da geben einige Point-and-Click-Adventures mehr Hinweise. Auch das richtige Timing spielt an 2 Stellen eine Rolle.
Loben kann man das Spiel für die ungewöhnliche Idee, alte Kunstwerke als Vorlage für das Spiel zu nutzen. Das gibt der Sache einen besonderen Charme, denn die verwendeten alten Werke von bekannten Malern zeigen allerlei Absurditäten. Durch die bewusst grob animierte Umsetzung erinnert das Spiel tatsächlich an Monthy Python Szenen. Die alten Musikstücke in jeder Szene sind gut gewählt. Ein schräger Humor unterliegt den Szenen, die alle irgendwie die Verrücktheiten des irdischen Lebens darstellen, passend zum wunderbar bekloppten Auftrag, der hier mal nicht gespoilert werden soll.
Die im Spiel verwendeten Bilder kann man in der Kunstausstellung im Spiel betrachten - ein schönes Detail, allerdings hätte ich mir hier noch eine Zoomfunktion gewünscht, um die Bilder noch besser zu betrachten, denn gerade die Details sind hier sehr interessant.
Ein bisschen nervig war, dass der Cursor in manchen Szenen (auch beim Bilderansehen) ausgeblendet wird und das Spiel Mausbewegungen am Fensterrand nicht "einfängt" - dadurch rutschte die Maus im ausgeblendeten Zustand mehrfach unbeabsichtigt aus dem Spielefenster heraus und ich landete auf der Oberfläche des Betriebsystems.
Unterm Strich kann ich das Spiel nur so halb empfehlen. Richtiger Spiel"spaß" wollte nicht aufkommen, dafür waren ein paar der Lösungswege zu schwierig zu finden und es blieb von den Interaktionen her alles etwas hölzern. Ich glaube, dies lag für mich unter anderem auch an der sehr reduzierten Soundkulisse, die nur die Musik, aber keine weiteren Geräusche umfasste. Allerdings ist das Spiel optisch sehenswert und ich mag die Idee und die augenzwinkernd-humoristische Umsetzung. Das Spielende hat mir auch ziemlich gut gefallen. Wenn ich eine Empfehlung zwischen Ja und Nein geben könnte, wäre es ein "Jain". Im Zweifel aber für den Angeklagten - also gerade noch ein Daumen hoch. Für kleines Geld ok.

The goal is to commit 7 sins in a small town.
Lust and Wrath were kinda tough to figure out, rest was simple but I had a good laugh and the Hieronymus Bosch paintings animated were cool to look at.

Sure, it's short (a couple of hours per play). Sure, it's not challenging. Sure, the text could scale better on the Steam Deck. Sure, it could've benefited from an additional editing pass, although this -- like the visuals -- is improved in Richardson's sophomore foray. None of these nitpicks soured my experience.
Now if you'll excuse me, I must proceed to Calvary...
After all the time spent searching for the answers, you learn at the end that the game was just a two-hour long puzzle to get to the creator's boring, edge-lord statement on religion and the afterlife. I think I wrote a more compelling argument against the church when I was 12 years old and still an atheist. If someone's interested in art and thinks this game would be fun to observe and learn about the paintings, I encourage them to visit online sources to enjoy the artworks instead. Also, you can't feed the sad dog. That is lazy! I only paid $2.49, but I would rather have flushed it down the toilet and saved my time than spent it on this game and wasted 2 hours of my life on God's green Earth.
This game’s Monty Python-meets-Renaissance vibe is unlike anything else. The art is gorgeous, puzzles are clever, and the humor had me laughing one moment and thinking the next.
As a dedicated despiser of adventure games, this is one of the least hateworthy I've encountered. Puzzles were, with one exception, pretty much straightforward and grounded entirely in world logic. At least one puzzle was solved by just straight up murder. The art style was nice. The writing was fun and the concept was funny and unique.
I'd say it reaches the halls of adventure games people should actually consider playing, like the old Lucasarts games and Rama.
Still a cursed genre, though.

Charming, fun game. Absolutely adore the artwork and soundtrack, and the combination of Pythonesque humor and Monkey Island references works so well for me. Made me laugh, made me relax. Really enjoyed just hanging out and appreciating the art as well. Definitely recommend this!
