I really wish Steam had a neutral rating. The game itself isn't bad. Having to use different weapons to take out enemies is a cool idea. Having to use strategy and take out the heavy hitters first. That's fine until there are so many enemies on the screen you don't know what weapon to use first.

What really turned me off from this was the platforming....it felt like I had to jump at just the right spot to land. Then if you didn't land right, you don't have enough momentum to bounce forward. The boss fights were fun at least. A 6/10 game.

For 3/4 of it I was having loads of fun, and then I couldn't git gud enough to make the final couple of levels not a grind. Those last levels, and the very last boss fight (because you're relying on someone else for ammo and I couldn't tell if I needed to not be hiding to get her to drop it or it was just scripted and waiting was necessary) had me swearing a fair bit. The lengthy fights, sometimes many rounds of spawning or moving a fair way through a level, were the issue rather than the actual difficulty. I'm willing to admit it could just be my patience and skill level but that's how I felt about it.

我也是这个观点，其实游戏底子挺好的，移动手感和射击手感都不错
奈何敌人的特定武器击杀要求毁了整个游戏体验，尤其到了后期堆怪的时候真的能恶心死你。
如果这是你的第一个doomlike，那么恭喜你，你已经触底了，随便玩个别的doomlike你觉得好玩。
如果你已经玩过别的doomlike，那么真的不用看这个游戏了。

DOOM-inspired fps fashionista simulator.

I appreciate the sense of humor. Really nice pixel art.
Gameplay is fun but gets increasingly more janky and whip/water traversal mechanics aren't as polished as they should be.
Often there's too much stuff happening at once. The end of the [spoiler] ski resort [/spoiler] section just wasn't fun at all.
Overall it's an interesting take on the boomer shooter genere.

Short little boomer shooter about 2 police officers with fashion trying to solve a whole scheme with "unfashionable" criminals and a mysterious guy in a trench coat.
Difficulty is okay, gameplay is decent (Decent in the way 80% games of the same genre are : Annoying levels with zero variety), story is obviously to ignore since the game is pretty much a meme of itself and the boss fights are pretty much the strongest part. Also nothing to spoil, but the third one or so makes you do the PRESS F TO PAY RESPECTS.
Other than that this game is like a 7/10, even with flaws. Id buy it on sale tho, it took me 3 hours to do everything and theres only 13 missions.

The way it started I didn't think it was going to be as engaging as it turned out. The design choice of 'specific weapons for enemies' may irritate some people, but it creates hectic moments that made for fun and challenging gameplay for me. This isn't a vanilla boomer shooter experience, but at the same time there's plenty here for fans of the genre to grab onto while being given something a little different. I especially think the design of the enemies, including the bosses, deserves praise.

This is what you get if you made Doom Eternal on UZDoom, but way more linear. Lots of corridors leading to arenas instead of well designed mazes. This makes the art style feel a little misleading, but the charm and satire won me over in the end. If you liked the puzzle of switching to the right weapon in Doom Eternal, this is one of the few games that can scratch that itch!

Basically, this ia very well designed boomer shooter:

This is a pretty good and fun fps that never quite reach the great territory. The style, music and story are pretty fun. The gameplay is solid though gets kind of annoying with weapons only working for certain enemies and having lot of tight spaces for lot of the fights. Level are also pretty dull for the early part of the game and start to get more interesting towards the end. Game length is also pretty fitting for this ride. Doesn't overstay it's welcome. So yeah it's first giving a shot if you like fps games.

On paper, the game feels meticulously designed, the kind of project that proudly displays its concepts before it ever worries about how they play. Every aesthetic and mechanical choice signals intention. What’s missing is transformation: ideas rarely evolve into satisfying experiences, remaining trapped at the level of proposal.

Its central mechanic, the near-obligatory pairing of specific weapons with specific enemies — is a good example of design logic overruling playability. It reads as clever on paper, but in practice it reduces combat to a rigid sequence of correct answers. One enemy at a time, the system holds up; scaled into waves, it collapses under its own inflexibility. The player character, meanwhile, lacks the mobility required to offset these constraints: weapon switching is sluggish, movement is heavy, and the game consistently asks for a dynamism it refuses to grant.

Level design compounds the issue. Spaces are frequently too tight for the volume of enemies they contain, offering little room for positioning, escape, or tactical improvisation. Enemy waves often appear behind the player without visual signaling, creating difficulty not through design, but through surprise — a shortcut that mistakes irritation for challenge.

There is also a striking inconsistency in how the game deploys its own mechanics. Certain abilities and interactive elements are introduced with care, only to be almost entirely abandoned, while others are repeated to exhaustion. There’s no sense of modulation or rhythm, just extremes. Breakable crates and red hydrants illustrate this imbalance well: initially framed as meaningful tools within the game’s logic, they oscillate between irrelevance and overuse, never quite settling into the flow of play.

Aesthetically, the game is far more confident. Its theme, art direction, color palette, and environments are cohesive and expressive, suggesting a world with personality and intention. But aesthetic coherence can’t compensate for mechanical dissonance. The result is a game that looks finished long before it feels finished.

What lingers is a familiar frustration: a project rich in concept and poor in synthesis. The sensation that the game understands what it wants to be, it just never quite learns how to play itself.

And yes, on a more grounded note, the absence of playable female characters feels less like a deliberate choice and more like another missed opportunity.

Pierwszy boss ok drugi to już dziwadło.

Fashion Police Squad is not a bad game, it has charm and vision, but it has a lot of small things that drag the experience down, specially towards the middle-end of the game. Little issues like obnoxious enemies that get introduced toward the end and some baffling level design decisions.

The combat is not terrible but with how "every weapon only damages a certain type of enemy" design philosophy, it causes the combat sections to blend together and not be really memorable, since you tackle them the same way every time.

This is probably one of the most creative games I have ever played. The combat is really rewarding and challenging, the boss fights are extremely well designed and fun to play through, and the story is not only funny but well written and entertaining. I was able to beat the game after about a 10 hour run, but the gameplay is so fun, that I know this is game that I will come back to time and time again.

The fact this game was made by a small dev team is even more impressive. I first heard of this game a few years ago on Reddit when they were promoting it, and it was very much worth the wait. I cannot recommend this game enough, and I hope this is the first of many titles to come from Mopeful!

Definitely get it if you are a fan of shooters

Snappy fast pace that pairs well with variety of enemies.
Each type of bad guys needs their own approach, some overlap. But you will have to juggle your arsenal a lot, especially in later levels.
You aren't stuck with simple shooting all the time. Gameplay varies on almost every level and keeps things fresh.

And of course it all looks FABULOUS (and funny)!

The same enemy variety of enemies that all need to be shot ONLY by a specific weapon can be annoying when dealing with lots of them. But that's the challenge I suppose.

Worst part for me was near pixel perfect platforming!
Bossfights are hard and a little too drawn out.

I’ll admit, when I first discovered this game the concept seemed strange to me.

A retro style boomer shooter where you don’t kill bad guys but instead make them [i]fabulous[/i]?

Bizarre idea for a game but I saw all the positive reviews so I decided to give it a play and I’m glad I did because it’s an entertaining and clever game.

There are many spoofs of the shooter genre and you’ll notice dozens of references to popular games of the past.

The gameplay is solid as well, the main feature is you need to pick the correct fashion weapon to use on each enemy otherwise they won’t take damage.

It’s a more difficult game than it looks, even on Normal you’ll run into some serious difficulty spikes on the later levels and get “worn out” quickly if you’re not careful.

I enjoyed all the boss fights and the final boss fight was very well done, unique and memorable without feeling cheap or unfair.

The only drawback for me is I felt there were too many platforming sections and the ones that require you to use the soap gun to long jump were annoying when using a controller.

But if you’re a retro shooter fan you need to give this a play.

Its unlike any other “shooter” I have played before and I found myself laughing often at the hilarious and clever tongue-in-cheek set pieces that I found amusing.

Having to constantly swap between weapons really slows down the game, and becomes real frustrating in rooms with loads of enemies.

Edit: I want to expand on this. There are four different weapons in the game, five counting the melee, each with their own purpose. My biggest issue with this is that they are almost exclusively used on one or two enemy types in the game. There aren't any interesting applications for mismatched weapon types.

For example, there is a gun that fires sewing needles as its primary and bombs filled with fabric as its secondary. There is also an enemy that does damage (usually unavoidable from my experience, but I'm not very good at the game, as you can imagine) by taking a picture of you. A cool application of the weapon I mentioned could've been using the cloth bomb to cover the Tourist (enemy in question) and then switch to the required weapon. The only weapon with an application like this would be the Sock Gnomes, who stun mismatched enemies on hit. It's such a missed opportunity.

The game feels like it's slowed to a crawl because I constantly have to swap between weapons to deal with groups of enemies. I dreaded group encounters for the entire game because of this.

[strike]С одной стороны, посоветовать игру можно, но с оговоркой: это не типичный шутер, механика тут выполнена в виде "головоломки", от которой иногда начинает болеть голова.
Механика эта выполнена следующим образом:
- У вас есть несколько типов врагов
- К каждому типу врагов применяется определённый метод победы над ним
- На остальных врагов данное оружие может не действовать, или действует с оговорками

И в гуще битвы порой не успеваешь высматривать, кого какой атакой нужно побеждать, что превращается в месиво. Либо если враг находится слишком далеко (например, на возвышенности), что делает игру немного душноватой. Благо если долго бить противника не тем оружием, сверху будет показана подсказка с тем, на какое оружие лучше переключиться. Но приятнее было бы выполнить данную механику так, чтобы при атаке не тем оружием урон хоть как-то проходил, но не так активно. Но, к сожалению, выполнено это по итогу немного топорно.
Ещё и сами уровни со временем становятся довольно долгими: по 30-40 минут на один уровень с учётом поиска секреток против минут 15 за уровень в начале игры - просто начинаешь уставать от долгой беготни. Лучше бы количество уровней было больше, но проходились бы они минут за 20, чем то, как это сделано

В остальном это красивая, ☆*:｡стильная .｡:*☆, гламурная пострелушка с долей юмора - глазам одно наслаждение наблюдать красиво прорисованные пиксельные локации, но боёвка могла быть намного лучше для динамичности
Достойна внимания если минусы, указанные выше, не отпугивают игрока [/strike]

Upd,: нет, нет, ещё раз нет!
Первую половину игры вы будете наслаждаться, вторую половину - страдать. По 40 минут беготни между маленькими аренами, на которых вас отборно будут иметь в большом количестве разномастные враги. На ОЧЕНЬ маленьких аренах. А после в игру ещё и добавят врага, который бьёт везде, где бы ты не находился, по всей, ска, области карты! ПО ВСЕЙ! Куда бы ты не бежал, даже если ты будешь стоять на высоте, даже если подпрыгнешь - ему всё-равно! А в добавок он ещё баффает своих сюзников
Я не знают, какой долб.. хороших человек занимался геймдизайном, но в рот ему ноги, это худшее, что можно было придумать
Не смотря на разнообразие игры, на искреннее желание сделать оригинальный проект, разрабы где-то ушли не туда. И почему-то именно со второй половины игра начинает раскрываться (начиная со второго босса) предоставляя игроку новые возможности (погони, снайперские миссии, да того же оригинально босса с отсылками), но при этом сделать основную механику самым гребучим, самым ужасным игровым явлением только за счёт тупорылого дизайна и расстановки врагов - я не могу по итогу это посоветовать. Не знаю, что за мода началась и игроделов делать максимально криворукий геймплей, а у других этот криворукий геймплей восхвалять, потому что "ко всему можно привыкнуть, даже если тебе ананас суют в ж..", но тенденция очень плохая

There are not many games that know what they want to be and execute on that want with such full throated glee as Fashion Police Squad. Joy oozes from every detail of this game, corny, campy, occasionally dated meme-y joy. In a world of a thousand boomer shooters, the one with the pitch "all the enemies are unfashionable and all your weapons are dedicated to fixing fashion crimes" stands out. While i might have liked a little more in the way of maneuverability, and there was something odd about the jump button, my criticisms for this game are few in number, especially for one with such a small dev team that seems to have begun life as a university project. It was fun, funny and stocked with extra little "gimmick sections" that varied up gameplay without ever overstaying their welcome. I'm tempted to describe some of them here, but honestly, the joy of realizing what's about to happen in some of these moments is too good to spoil.

Never had a single boss fight completely ruin a game like this before, but the Hacker man boss is probably one of the worst videogame experiences I've ever had. From enjoying the momentum the game was building, getting good with the different weapons, to the entire thing coming to a screeching halt for a crappy boss fight that turns into some of the worst platforming I've ever experienced in a videogame. After several tries, my motivation to finish the game is completely dead, and I'll probably never end up finishing it now, which is a shame.

De longe, um dos FPS mais legais e divertidos que joguei nos últimos anos. Paguei quase nada e recebi uma bela quantidade de diversão e desafio me troca.
Nesse jogo acompanhamos o Sargento Des, buscando erradicar o mau gosto das ruas de Trendopolis usando armas peculiares, mas bastante eficazes, uma máquina de costura que atira agulhas e bombas, gnomos que comem meias, uma arma que atira água e um guarda-roupa transformado em uma arma super potente (sim, isso mesmo).
O jogo é dividido em 13 fases, sendo que as mesmas em certos momentos exigem agilidade, raciocínio, precisão e a combinação e uso das diversas armas no arsenal para que a justiça seja feita e a criminalidade seja combatida.
Uma ideia legal do jogo é que associar a metodologia não-violenta a um shooter, mas a ideia de que as pessoas podem ser salvas de suas escolhas ruins (no caso do jogo, também de sua manipulação, e também envolvendo o humor do jogo).
Outra coisa que me agrada é que o jogo faz um bom uso das mecânicas do gênero, é rápido em movimento, possui uma boa troca de armas e boa mira. Mas acaba derrapando no nível de dificuldade dos últimos níveis (e certas seções após a metade do jogo) e as partes de plataforma (que devido a movimentação, mais te atrapalham que ajuda)
Outra coisa legal são as referências, há referências sobre Doom, Duke Nukem, Tekken, Final Fantasy X, Metal Gear Solid (possuindo até mesmo uma mensagem de rádio inspirado no jogo), o que faz do mesmo mais interessante ainda! Além disso, quando terminamos uma fase vemos cenas engraçadas dos inimigos dançando e fazendo poses engraçadas num desfile de estatísticas da missão.
Não podendo esquecer, da fodissíma trilha sonora do jogo, que varia bem e te motiva ainda mais a continuar, menciono em específico uma sessão próxima ao fim quando toca uma música em estilo metal bem daora.

Recomendo bastante esse jogo, com poucas horas de jogo se pode terminar, mas é divertido e vale a pena o “tempo gasto”.

[b]Fashion Police Squad[/b] is a tactical "sew-em-up" where you play as an officer who has clearly reached his breaking point with people who think "socks with sandals" is a valid life choice. Most shooters have you managing ammo; this one has you managing your patience for terrible aesthetics.

The combat is basically a high-speed game of "Fix That Disaster." You can't just blast everyone with the same gun because different fashion crimes require different levels of intervention:

[*][b]The "Grey" Office Drones:[/b] They're so boring they’re literally draining the color from the world. Hit them with the Color Splash shotgun until they look like they’ve been tackled by a rainbow.

[*][b]The Saggy Pants Dudes:[/b] You use your sewing machine to give them an aggressive, mid-air tailoring session. It’s the only game where "assault" involves making someone’s trousers fit better.

[*][b]The Karens:[/b] They throw "Speak to the Manager" letters at you like shurikens. Your only defense is to give them a makeover so good it temporarily stuns their sense of entitlement.

The movement is surprisingly slick, too. You have a Belt of Justice that lets you swing around the city like a Spider-Man who actually cares about thread counts. And when things get really bad? You trigger your "Fab-o-Meter" and go into a state of pure, unadulterated fashion-frenzy.

If you want to feel the sheer power of legally being allowed to slap the beige out of someone, buy this. It’s short, it’s hilarious, and it’s the only game that treats a fanny pack like a weapon of mass destruction.

Gameplay is tailored (heh) after Doom, particularly Eternal, but not too close to call it a clone. It actually gets rather challenging towards the end without taking away from the enjoyment.
I'd be hard-pressed to name a game that made me laugh more than this one. It's not just the puns and sass, the corny plot, its over-the-top characters and sheer commitment to absurdity, it's also the references, sometimes even mechanical ones. Some of the game's main bosses have you cycle through a bunch of different simulations of other games this one takes inspiration from.
Overall, the game doesn't take long to beat, it took me 8 hours, and I'm rather slow. But it does not outstay its welcome and even introduces new enemy types in the very last level. They could have easily milked this for much longer, spread it all out, invested less time into keeping it fresh throughout, and it would still have been a great game. This density of content, though, for me, elevates this one above its boomer shooter peers.

What seals the deal is the absolutely fabulous soundtrack.

Fashion Police Station est un jeu fun, drôle et agréable où tu prends le rôle d'un agent de la police de la mode. Ta mission ? Juger les looks des gens et éviter les crimes fashion dans un monde totalement décalé. Les graphismes sont colorés et les personnages complètement absurdes, ce qui ajoute à l'humour du jeu. Of course, the first thing you will notice about this game is how colorful and tongue-in-cheek is: an absurd world where the biggest concern is about being dressed un-stilishly (to the point out of fashion, discarded clothes are so abundant they are used as combustible) and no one dies, weapons serve to remove unfashionable clothing and bring enemies back to style.
It's even somewhat wholesome to see them, often archetypes of simply unpleasant people, be happy and admit their mistakes. End of level summaries have them brought to a ball where they are celebrated for being brought into the fashionable fold.
This over the top approach is seen in details like absurd metro trains with changing rooms, and humongous cruise ships. Even air ducts are so fabulous, they are plated with gold. It elicits a chuckle at every turn, like when confronting the hacker boss who glitches out and temporarily becomes a real 3D model.

All of this may cause a relaxed approach at first, but be warned that after the beginnings, an easy game this is not. Aside from one you will get in the last stretch, all weapons have no issues with ammo, the challenge is in using them at the right time because only specific weapons, or even alternate fires, can damage specific enemies. Just for starters, the first two types of enemies encountered can be damaged only by the first weapon's main and alt fire respectively. Further weapons are whipped out the moment you meet the first enemies that require them, with one type even requiring to be hit with two of them to be brought down. It becomes a constant dance of weapon swapping as you have to decide which enemies to deal with first while you survive the onslaught. Most times I felt waves of enemies were designed so that the Fab Glove power-up, a glittery berserk mode that allows to one-shot strings of enemies by ♥♥♥♥♥-slapping, can be used at the right time against the largest mobs of them. There are only three bosses but all of them are multi-phase and will throw lots of curveballs at you.

Unfortunately the difficulty can get wholly unfair, as the game often forces you to confront enemies like the karens and the speedy guys that plant "bombs" in very small areas, while they are types of enemies better suited for combat in open spaces. Some enemies have got attacks so fast it's almost impossible to dodge them. The platforming is extremely iffy, especially when it forces to use series of poles or trampolines, as finer air control is absent. While it still has its great moments, like the hilarious sniping sections and the car chase, the game gets notably more frustrating than challenging in its last third.
Also of note is an enemy found only in the last few levels: a guy in a gimp suit. Honestly felt out of place in the overall atmosphere.

I wanted to love this game and instead I can "only" like it as, for getting unfortunately worse in its last part, it's got a lot of heart and is a breath of fresh hair in a genre that often prefers dark atmospheres and/or extreme violence and/or gross humour. Maniacs of FPS (only now I realize it's the game's initials too!) shouldn't turn this down because of its looks, as they will find a legit challenge here, even at low difficulty levels.

Also, like they were aware of how hard the last part of the game is, the developers made so that after completion, you can replay any level with a costume that not only gives the final weapon, the only one that works on any enemy, but also with unlimited ammo. A fabulous way of unwinding. How nice of them!

Nach dem Spiel hab ich echt Lust mir ein Kleid anzuziehen, mich zu Schminken und tolle SM Partys zu Veranstalten. Montag geht's dann noch ab zur Pediküre. Und wer kommt nächsten Freitag mit auf einer Hochzeitsfeier? :D

Spaß beiseite, ich möchte damit niemandem beleidigen, der solch ein Leben führt. Aber das Spiel ist nun mal etwas in diese Richtung. Im schönen alten Grafikstyle, was ältere Spieler so an Doom, Duke Nukem und Wolfenstein erinnert, schlendern wir in Ego Perspektive durch die doch recht kurzen Levels und sind bewaffnet mit Farbpistole, Schneidergewehr und Fashionbombe.

Unser Ziel ist es, den Gegner Ordentlich zu Kleiden... Farblos? Nicht mit uns! Nicht passende Schuhe zum Outfit? Weg damit! Zu große Sachen? Wird verkleinert! Ein Baggy-Typ mit heruntergelassenen Hosen? Kein Problem, wir haben immer ein Gürtel mit an Bord. Ein heißer Feuerwehrmann? Für Abkühlung ist gesorgt! Ein deutscher Tourist mit Socken und Sandalen? HALT STOP! Nein, einfach nein. Und wer nicht hören will, den verpassen wir in cooler Techno Mucke die ein oder andere Ohrfeige.

Es gibt 13 Levels, die schnell fertig gespielt sind, wenn man nicht die Errungenschaften holen will. Ich denke mal, ohne Secrets und Challenge so 2-3 Stunden oder sogar weniger. Im Spiel gibt es ein paar Hinweise zu anderen Spielen oder Memes... z.B. der Anruf, wie es bei Metall Gear Solid 1 war. Schwarzes Modell Poster im Tidus Kostüm (Final Fantasy 10). Am Sarg Respekt zeigen, ist glaube aus einem Call of Duty Spiel, keine Ahnung, aber ich kenne das irgendwo her? Oder das Sarg tragen und Tanzen Meme. Bestimmt gibt es hier noch viel mehr. Aber man kann nicht alles kennen. Ich habe das Spiel in knappe 8 Stunden beendet und alles geholt. Es gibt nur zwei große und zwei kleine Dinge, die mich gestört haben:

1. Die Boss Kämpfe mit ihren mehreren, einfach nur in die Länge gezogenen, Phasen... wobei der erste Boss nicht okay war. Aber schon beim zweiten hatte ich eigentlich nach 5 Minuten kein Bock mehr. Man muss die Bosse ja erstmal das "Schutzschild" mit der passenden Waffe runterballern... dann kann man den erst Schaden zu fügen. Aber nach 1/3 kommt ein Minispiel... und das gleiche bei 2/3 und kurz vorm Tod. Bei letzten Boss fährt man sogar zwischendurch Scooter und macht ein auf Tony Hawk

2. Die 3. Challenge war ein Höllentrip... Challenge 1 und 2 waren voll easy - First Try. Aber bei der dritten hätte ich 10 Besen fressen können. Das ist einfach nur ein scheiß Jump'n Run... man muss nahezu perfekt laufen und springen. Ich hab ungelogen fast ne Stunde daran gesessen und hab beinahe alle Haare verloren... also wer sich so ein Mist immer ausdenkt. Aber Hauptsache die Story kann man auf den leichtesten Schwierigkeitsgrad spielen

3. Man kann ja nicht jeden Gegner mit einer Waffe "umstylen" (Ausnahme der Fashionbombe aka. Raketenwerfer, der nur nach der Story unendlich Munition hat). Das heißt, man muss immer in Kämpfen so oft die Waffe wechseln und im Spiel finden Kämpfe oft in kleine Art Arenen statt. Eine falsche Waffe macht 0 Schaden. Gehört zum Spiel, ich weiß, aber man ist manchmal in großen Kämpfen schnell überfordert

4. Die mit dem Gürtel Hangel Abschnitte ala Tarzan durch den Jungle... nicht schwer, aber auch nicht präzise, so dass man oft ins Leere griff. Zwar sind die Checkpoints gut gesetzt, aber nervt trotzdem, wenn man wieder die blöde Mast Stange nicht erwischt hat. Ich will nicht wissen, wie das mit Controller ist, wenn man schon mit M+T solche Probleme hat

Fazit: Für paar Euro mal im Rabatt echt zu Empfehlen. Eigentlich wollt ich schon Negativ Bewerten, aber im Grunde ist das Spiel sehr gut gemacht. Und wer die 100% machen will - VIEL SPASS! :D

Сержант ДЭЗ, ответственно несёте свою работу в славном городе Трендополисе. Каждый день пресекаются правонарушения моды, но штрафы за них не выписываются. И вот в самом стильном месте на планете увеличивается количество преступлений, связанных с ношением одежды. Кто же этот хитрый злодей, что решил превратить любимый город в самое скучное и унылое место планеты?

Юмор на тему моды, стиля и вооружения для изменения обликов пестрит. Большое количество переименованных,но легко узнаваемых брендов и личностей. Вообще в некоторой степени даже следить за сюжетом приятно и вызывает улыбку.

[h2]ГРАФИКА/ МУЗЫКА[/h2]

Графически всё выглядит, как и должно быть для бумер-шутера старых лет с пиксель-артом. Модель главного героя и противников выполнены в 2Д-стилистике. Данный момент выглядит очень смешно в уровне с погоней на 3Д-автомобиле, где находится буквально картонка персонажа.

Отмечу, что при попытках пойти не туда игра может создавать визуальное отсутствие окружения, с чем я столкнулся пару раз при поисках секретов. Думаю, можно починить загрузкой контрольной точки.

Музыка в целом энергична, с забавными и яркими мотивами, что соответствует атмосфере игры, которая направлена на борьбу с отсутствием вкуса и создания стиля. В некоторых мелодиях казалось наличия стиля chip tune, но это не точно. Саундтрек очень идеально лёг на всё происходящее.

Всё, как в полюбившихся бумерам шутерах 90-х, но с юмором и без убийств.

Хоть под управлением игрока и находится полицейский, к счастью, задерживать и допрашивать никого не требуется. Мы здесь ради моды, и поэтому никому не удастся скрыться от модного арсенала.

Просто так врагов победить не получится, и против каждого нужно использовать определённое оружие. К некоторым позволительно даже несколько вариантов или нужно комбинировать. Если применяется неверное снаряжение, то игра подскажет это визуально. В крайнем случае что-то может подсказать напарница.

Сбор ключей никуда не делся. В игре их встречалось только 2 вида — красный и зелёные. К счастью, тут всё более хитро, ведь мы в мире моды. Красная лента преграждает путь, и как можно пройти через неё, не разрезав прекрасными красными ножницами, ах.

Будет прикольная миссия за снайпера на показе мод, где игроку нужно быстро принимать пришедших людей. Одиночный уровень с погоней на машине, где игрок осуществляет роль турели.

[b]Боссы[/b]
Тут разработчики оторвались во всей красе. Кучи отсылок, мемов и несколько фаз у каждого босса. Сражения напряжённые, адскими они будут при игре на последнем уровне сложности, поскольку такой противник превращается в губку для пуль. Вроде всего встретятся 3 полноценных босса.

[h2]ИТОГИ[/h2]

Брал на скидке в 64% за 284 р., при полной стоимости в 710 р. Прошёл игру за 5ч на высоком уровне сложности и 1,5 ч. на добивание платины. Последний уровень сложности не очень рекомендую, поскольку боссы больше похожи на пулевые губки и сражения будут жутко душными.

Как оказалось, спорно выглядящая игра с темнокожим главным героем-модником, что решает проблемы внешнего вида людей, очень крутая. Такая полиция некоторым и в реальности бы не повредила. Перевод на русский язык — выше всяких похвал, с нереальным юмором, хотя мемы и отсылки во многих местах — уже заслуга самих разработчиков.

Игра чётко выверена по продолжительности и заканчивается ровно в идеальный момент времени, до того, как игроку начинает всё наскучивать. Крайне рекомендую данный бумер-шутер всем к прохождению.

With boomer shooters being practically a dime a dozen these days, you have to do something pretty inventive to stand out. This game, fittingly enough, went all-in on having a unique style. FPS (har) lives and dies based on The Bit, and... well, it's a good bit. The game fully embraces its silly premise, presented with a total earnestness that remains funny and endearing from front to back without overstaying its welcome at all.
The mechanics are a rock-solid foundation; good weapons, varied enemies, well-structured levels, no noticeable complaints at all. I think my one beef with the game is that each enemy is not just vulnerable to one weapon type, but can *only* really be fought with one or two weapons. It makes sense with the game's style, but there were some moments where I was bummed that I couldn't use the (wonderful) shotgun against more enemies than the handful of guys wearing dull suits.
(Also, the soundtrack bumps.)
This is a very easy recommend to anyone who enjoys boomer shooters but wants something a bit more fresh.

L'ho giocato a difficoltà massima e non mi stava dando soddisfazione. Mi sono fermato alla quinta missione e non mi va di continuarlo.

Se dovessi indicare il motivo direi una combinazione di fattori. I nemici lenti da uccidere, il modo in cui i nemici sono disposti nei livelli, il modo in cui i proiettili nemici devono essere schivati. Nessuna di queste cose da sole rompe il gioco, ma insieme non si incastrano.

Jede „Waffe“ hat eine besondere Funktion, um den modischen Fauxpas der Gegner zu korrigieren. Das sorgt für abwechslungsreiche Kämpfe, die sich nie nach 08/15-Shooter anfühlen. Besonders cool finde ich, wie jeder Gegnertyp ein eigenes Problem darstellt, sei es ein zu grauer Businessman oder ein Typ mit Neon-Overkill und man die richtige „Mode-Waffe“ einsetzen muss.

Die Pixelgrafik erinnert stark an klassische Retro-Shooter, aber mit einem farbenfrohen Twist, der super zum Thema Mode passt. Alles wirkt bunt, lebendig und herrlich übertrieben. Dazu kommen die Dialoge, die voller Witze, Wortspiele und Charme sind. Ich habe oft laut gelacht, wenn wieder ein Gegner nach der „Behandlung“ plötzlich in einem schicken Outfit dastand.

Die Level sind kreativ gestaltet und passen perfekt zur absurden Story. Ob auf Laufstegen, in Bürogebäuden oder auf den Straßen der Stadt überall gibt es etwas zu entdecken. Besonders die Bosskämpfe sind ein Highlight: riesige Mode-Sünder, die man mit Stilgefühl und Humor bezwingen muss.

Wer Lust auf ein Spiel hat, das Humor und Action perfekt verbindet, sollte hier unbedingt zuschlagen. Mode-Verbrechen zu bekämpfen war noch nie so spaßig![/i]
