Storyline

억까니 뭐니 하는건 거르시면 됩니다
다만 플레이를 좀 오래 박아야함 노가다 요소가 꽤 있음

궤도에 오르면 걍 너무 쉬워서 꼬긁하면서 석탄 원기옥 한다음에
하루 종일 내려가기도 쌉가능

풀업적작 할까하다가 한 스무시간은 더박아야할거같아서 걍 후퇴함

Good game. The core loop is split between mining and preparing during the day to survive the night with a tower defense style system. Great range of turrets to choose from and use. the meta progression grind is LONG and encourages staying longer in the current mission after completing the primary objective

Honestly, wasnt expecting to like this game as much as i did. Figured itd be good for a playthrough or two instead its been addicting. At the time of writing this they are working on a major patch and a DLC so im excited to see what comes.

There are 3 different "races". you start off with one(Humans) and the other 2(Dwarves, and Swarmnids) are unlocked as you level.

The humans are actually decent for being a starting race and to be totally honest i prefer them to the dwarves. They are pretty straightforward to play as. I do think they need something unique to them.

The Dwarves..i dont know, aside from being able to do an AOE explosion on their miners, they dont feel good to use, i think they need to have a further fleshed out level up tree, and, their "Night Shift" Building needs to be able to be upgraded as they level up.

Swarmnids: Honestly my favorite, didnt expect this. But i love the mechanics of how they make their rig crew. Like the Dwarves though, i think the Swarmnid turret needs to be able to be upgraded as they level up.

Now, currently theres three planet types, and it would be neat to be encouraged to use a different race on each type, either because that race is naturally resistant to the hazards there or for some other reason, im not sure, just ways to make them more feel unique, as is though, they are pretty good.

Leveling: Theres actually 3 different leveling systems. Rig, Department and personal, and they all level via finishing missions at different rates, of them though, id love to see the personal level bonuses get expanded, as is you get left with a massive amount of levels to progress that dont really feel rewarding, and a ton of currency to spend on nothing.

Onto the Drill Cores, Theres 5 of them..but, i feel like 3 of them stop being useful beyond difficulty 4.

The Standard Core: Starter core. Pretty decent to be honest, increases worker speed when its below 20% health each morning. A really good bonus.

Plasma Core: Has half the durability of the standard core, shoots stunning bolts occasionally, and when it hits 10% health you get 5 of each currency used to make buildings. Problem is, the durability lost makes it die so fast you cant really use that 5 of each in higher difficulties. Bosses wreck this core and thats the only time ive had that trigger, and by then its to late to make corrections. As you need to find this core, itd be nice if was treated as a Standard Core+. 3600 Durability, and like..one of the following increase the range, firing rate and give the bolts an arc effect so they can stun more than one enemy, and remove the 5 of each bonus for the 20% worker buff.

Ion Core: has even less durability than the Plasma Core, but is shielded..kind of. It has 12 shields, which again isnt enough to make a difference on higher difficulties. Needs its durability increased to 1800 and the amount of shields doubled to make it useable. Tripled and a regen if no durability increase is given.

Phoenix Core: same durability as the Ion Core, but when it gets destroyed the first time on a contract it restores 50% of its durability and damages all enemies on screen. Honestly just make it 100% and make its HP 1800.

Titan Core: The only other core worth using at higher difficulty due to it being so obnoxiously good. has more HP than any other core, and when its HP falls below 20% it increases turret shooting speed by 20%, and, when it falls below 10% it becomes invulnerable. If a core like this can exist, the other cores should be buffed to be better.

This game is a lot of fun to play! It starts you out on the easiest difficulty while you learn but every time you finish a contract at a certain difficulty you unlock the next difficulty tier - there are a lot of tiers ranging from fairly easy to absolutely brutal. There is a lot of meta progression but you can still get far and have a full experience even on your first run.

The day/night cycle is engaging and a lot of fun. By day it is like a colony management game where you manage your workers and buildings and gather resources / fight occasional enemies. By night it is a tower defense with active abilities. Truly a lot of fun and very easy to sink hours into!

一个很设计无聊的游戏，我以为这游戏是白天猛采矿，用矿石达成防御构筑，夜间怪物来袭，来检测自己的构筑的。结果是白天矿洞疯狂刷怪，随便刷一个虫子出来给我造成的损失，需要我采好几个白天的矿才能弥补。结果就导致了白天矿洞虫子给我放血，疯狂消耗我的资源，夜间虫巢来袭根本挡不住。更绝的肉鸽属性，刷到脸上的建筑全是没用的，就导致玩家采矿越多越弱，虫子越打越强。你不但要防守夜晚虫潮，还要防守白天的虫子，只能说，这是属于虫子的游戏。

Highly recommended game! especially the game design. like the strategy we have to keep both drilling during the day. and fighting the monsters at night which also should be strategized.

At times feels a bit difficult to manage both and most of the time I couldn't manage to finish the contract. But exactly motivates me for the next run.

Overall I love the game, art style and I'm wondering the programming for this game how difficult it would have been.

Drill Core ist eines der besten Tower-Defence-Style-Spiele, die ich kenne.
Die Kombinationen, die Gegner, das Abbausystem für Rohstoffe und die vielen Aufgaben, die man erfüllen muss, sorgen für ordentlich Spieltiefe.
Es kostet Zeit, Nerven und bringt genau deshalb auch richtig viel Spaß – Frust gehört dazu, aber auf die gute Art.
Perfekt für längere Sessions, bei denen man nebenbei gemütlich Kaffee trinken kann ☕😄

Я очень люблю шахты. DRG, обе части Wall World и тд не дадут соврать.
Так же я очень люблю управление. Буквально больше половины моей библиотеки.

А ещё у меня синдром клептомана, навязанный мне игровой индустрией, по этому я стараюсь каждый слой вычищать, будто собака ищущая наркотики.

Уставший ли я после 100 минут за одно погружение и десятков смертей моих работяг? Да.
Довольный ли я как слон этой игрой и уже готовлюсь к следующему спуску? Тоже да)))

бесконечная нудятина из за того,что каждые волны мобы усиливаются примерно на 20% . тоесть они Вас додавят если делать 1 эконом ходку. теряете около 10-16% хп. вторую надо строить обязательно урон турели. или снесут уже 40% . и так пока не выполните задание. потом резкий прирост по лвл на 30% который чтобы пройти надо фармить-фармить -фармить проигрывая раунды. в общем фарм фарм фарм фарм без шансов и потом вкачиваю есть шанс победить . ну и духота ввиде 100500 спавнов жуков в шахте по кд..

I hate to say it because I really want to like this game but it's not doing for me.

Also, i got 17 hours out of it so far so I guess it's not all bad. anyways -

It's very similar in structure to "the king is watching" by the same publisher (but different developer). You build defenses that automatically defend your base, you can pepper in some point and click abilities to supplement the defense and you play a minigame to collect resources. I could tell that going into it and I didn't mind because it's a fun structure.

The biggest difference is that drill core's roguelike elements feel completely stale and inconsequential. outside of each game you can upgrade your base, mining, defense etc... but none of them really effect how you play the game - they just effect how good you are at the game. So like, all buildings are just cheaper or you can get one extra miner etc... I hate to keep talking about it but what saved "the king is watching" was the advisor system that made it feel like you were customizing your play style. There were significant perks you could change out from level to level to confront new challenges. Also, the roguelike upgrade system in drill core is very linear - there's no separate paths to upgrade into - it's pretty much just one path that everyone has to play.

Or maybe rather it is the roguelike upgrade economy that is screwy - the amount of resources I get make it so I have no incentive to be choosey about my upgrade path.

Finally, I think they missed a big opportunity to make the resource mining more compelling. There are TONS of mining games out there to pull inspiration from. The mining in this game seems to revolve around "kill the monster spawners first" and "kill the hazards second". There are hard medium and soft blocks. That's everything. The resources are all kind of ubiquitously mixed in the mining area so there's no reason to focus on one area versus another - it's just mine all the special blocks as fast as you can and there's only two building materials - which now that I mention it is a total bummer. Again, I don't need to focus on doing any specific mining to create a special building or something - it's just need to mine as fast as I can.

The monsters/ hazards could drop a specific resource to build special/powerful buildings; that sorta thing ya know?
