В этой игре мне не нравится только одно: она слишком длинная. Две или даже три главы можно было бы смело вырезать, и это сделало бы прохождение более динамичным и увлекательным. Специфика юмора и персонажей такова, что с ними легко переборщить, поэтому меньше всегда лучше, чем больше.
Здорово, что есть отдельная опция для настройки уровня сортирного юмора. Я как высокодуховный интеллектуальный человек солидного возраста естественно выкрутила её на максимум и получила максимум эстетического удовольствия в полицейском участке, но к концу игры оно знатно приелось. Как и безграничное слабоумие протагониста. А ещё мне не понравились персонаж Каролины и её мамки, первая до бесячего раздражающая, вторая раздражающе скучная.
Но это несущественные мелочи, общее впечатление об игре самое замечательное. Загадки отличные, веселые, диалоги и персонажи забавные, сюжет есть, офигенные мини-игры, местами гораздо веселее самого сюжета, кстати. Круто, что неписи запоминают твои предыдущие решения и обладают зачатками здравого смысла, что на моей памяти я встречаю в играх такого жанра впервые. Оставляет свежие впечатления.

Данная игра вызывает у меня смешанные чувства. Я обожаю собирать смешные смерти, ачивки и т. д., а учитывая то, что игра предлагает чёрный юмор, так это вообще должно быть сказочно!

Многие загадки интересно проходить, так как додуматься до решения сложно. Повороты сюжета также бывают интересные. Заметила, что многие нахваливали картинку. Для 2016 года она, правда, неплоха, но испытание временем не пережила. И в принципе, это можно сказать про многое в этой игре.

Мне сложно представить, кому я могла бы посоветовать данную игру, так как юмор на уровне "наступил в какашку" (хыхыхы).

Demetrios — это классический point-and-click квест старой школы, щедро приправленный циничным юмором, самоиронией и намеренной неловкостью.

Сюжет рассказывает о парижском торговце антиквариатом, который после ограбления оказывается втянут в цепочку странных и не всегда логичных событий. История подаётся легко, часто ломает четвёртую стену и регулярно шутит над самим жанром, игроком и происходящим на экране. Серьёзно воспринимать происходящее игра не предлагает — и в этом её главный посыл.

Геймплей привычный для point-and-click: исследование локаций, диалоги, сбор предметов и решение загадок. Большая часть пазлов решается логично и без особых проблем, но иногда встречаются моменты, где правильное решение угадывается скорее перебором, чем дедукцией. Это не ломает игру, но временами слегка замедляет темп.

Персонажи намеренно карикатурные. Главный герой — далеко не самый приятный человек, и игра этого даже не пытается скрывать. Побочные персонажи тоже скорее для шуток и ситуаций, чем полноценные образы. Тем не менее, диалоги написаны живо и местами действительно заставляют улыбнуться.

Юмор — основа проекта и одновременно его главное испытание. Он грубый, прямолинейный, местами абсурдный и часто строится на повторениях. Если вам такой стиль заходит — играть будет интересно до самого финала. Если нет — лучше пропустите этот проект стороной.

Визуально игрушка выглядит просто: статичные фоны, минимальная анимация и довольно своеобразный стиль. Супер картинки ждать не стоит, но при этом все работает стабильно. Интерфейс понятный и не мешает процессу.

Упоминания заслуживают достижения. Их много, и часть из них требует внимательного исследования локаций и выполнения необязательных действий. Любителям закрывать игры на 100% будет чем заняться. При этом все достижения можно получить за одно прохождение, что важно.

В итоге Demetrios — нишевый квест, рассчитанный на любителей жанра и специфического юмора. Это игра не для всех, если вам нравятся классические point-and-click квесты и вы спокойно относитесь к цинизму и абсурду — можно попробовать.

I got this game cheap in a sale, deciding to give it a try. And was surprised by how much I had a really good time! I got really into finding the cookies and exploring every scene. I thought the lack of voice acting would bother me, but it didn't. I had fun with the mini games. And I found the story weird but fun. (I set toilet humour to mid at the start of the game and that level seemed absolutely fine to me.) The game hint system is really good, so there's no getting stuck. And I died tons of times, and loved reading the different things on my coffin. I recommend this game. It's fun :)

Квест в духе Розовой Пантеры, но с кучей свисто-пердящего юмора, криков, жопок, блевотины, слюней и чернухи.
Последнего для меня оказалось в излишестве, что мне не очень понравилось, но терпимо.
Сначала подумалось мне, что это обычная скучная история, но тут получился «Укол зонтиком», который, кстати, тоже из Франции, только в совершенно другой упаковке.
Бьёрн – тупо я, только в игре и я моюсь чаще.
В остальном просто два брата-близнеца!
Я бы даже сказал бы, что мы двое из ларца!
История от и до захватывающая, но примерно на середине сюжета мне уже пришло в голову, кто вообще виновник всей ситуации и я оказался прав!
Но в финале от этого мне стало ещё и немного грустно и обидно.
Никогда не доверяйте людям, если вы их знаете непродолжительное время!
Да и если продолжительное время знаете, то тоже относитесь с осторожностью.
Неизвестно, что любимый вами человек прячет за спиной: коробку конфет, цветы, пиво с воблой или нож.

Между прочим, такие игры интересны ещё и тем, что тебе интересно узнать кто совершает преступления, зачем, почему, верны ли твои догадки…
Что-то вроде той же мною любимой Нэнси Дрю, но не серьёзное, но и не Донцова, потому что у неё нет пошлятины в книгах, что, на мой взгляд, серьёзное упущение!

Загадки, шутки, мини-игры, смерти, поиск печенюшек – мне всё понравилось!
Не понимаю, почему некоторые обзорщики закинули в минусы игры нахождение на локации множества интерактивных объектов или же коротких реплик.
От этого игра становится интереснее и загадки, кстати, логикой не обременены.
Вот поиск печенья чуточку временами подбешивал, когда я не мог их быстро найти, да и в итоге не нашёл всего одну(!), а так всё очень даже ничего.

Demetrios is clearly the work of a solo indie, and it shows – but in a good way. The graphics are amateurish but in the noble sense of the word: not polished like a pro studio, but full of passion. The humor is very French, silly and sometimes crude, with a lot of toilet jokes. It’s not hilarious but it’s lighthearted and goofy enough to work most of the time. There’s even an option to tone down the gross-out jokes, which some people will appreciate. Personally I was fine with it, even if the frequency sometimes felt a bit too high.

The story is simple but coherent: an everyday situation that turns into a quirky adventure. It isn’t gripping, but it flows well enough and holds together as a whole, except for a rushed last quarter and a clumsy detour in [spoiler]Germany[/spoiler]. The game is easy to get into, puzzles are accessible and not frustrating, and the overall rhythm is good. It’s more about relaxing and smiling than really challenging your brain.

The cookie system is a great idea: searching for them feels like a hidden object mini-game, and they work perfectly as hints. When I got stuck on a couple of ocassions, they nudged me in the right direction without spoiling anything. The only real issue is the last part of the game, which feels rushed, with puzzles that are confusing, out of place, and sometimes overly difficult compared to the rest. Luckily, the ending is fine and avoids ending the game on a bad note.

The jokes are rarely brilliant, sometimes even borderline sexist or racist, more crass than witty. Still, the absurd and cynical tone fits the game and reminded me of Monkey Island or Leisure Suit Larry, but dirtier. And contrary to what many reviews say, the protagonist isn’t just a complete idiot: he’s mainly doing absurd or disgusting things (like eating cookies found in vomit). Most of the plans you execute in the game come from him, and while they’re ludicrous, they’re consistent with the game’s world rather than signs of sheer stupidity.

Overall, I got what I wanted: dumb French humor, a light adventure, and a coherent package. It’s not a masterpiece, but in a genre that’s almost dead today, it’s refreshing. If you’re curious and can live with rough edges, give it a try.

It took me a bit less 10 hours, without rushing to beat the game.

Une très bonne découverte! Le style graphique peut potentiellement rebuter mais l'histoire est tellement excellente dans l'absurde que l'on a envie de continuer. Le système des cookies est bien pensé, permettant d'éviter d'être coincé trop longtemps. On finit par s'attacher à Bjorn, aussi bête puisse-t-il être et le nombre de succès et de choses à regarder donnent envie de rejouer.

J'en suis à ma seconde partie et je ne remarque que là certains détails qui auraient pu me mettre la puce à l'oreille concernant certains plot twists du jeu.

J'ai eu le jeu en soldes mais en vérité, vu sa longueur, si vous prenez votre temps et vu la rejouabilité derrière, 10 euros hors bundle n'est pas cher payé.

Cela faisait longtemps que je n’avais pas autant ri sur un jeu vidéo. Alors oui, c’est un humour très “pipi-caca”, mais honnêtement, qu’est ce que ça fait du bien !

Si au contraire, vous n’aimez pas l’humour pipi-caca”, sachez qu’il est tout à fait possible de diminuer celui-ci dans les paramètres.

On retient également la très bonne durée de vie, pas moins de 8 h au minimum ! Comptez plus si vous souhaitez débloquer toutes les morts du jeu.

Pour conclure, Demetrios – The BIG cynical adventure est le jeu à avoir en cas de blues, mais pas seulement. L’occasion également de soutenir un petit développeur qui le mérite amplement !

Semplicemente terribile.
L'unica cosa che si salva è l'umorismo politicamente scorretto di alcune battute del protagonista, soprattutto sulle donne, sui bambini e sul sesso... ma sono pochissime, il resto è tutto incentrato su un umorismo scatologico di livello prima media, forse anche meno... e che farebbe comunque ridere solo dei bambini ritardati.
Ogni altro aspetto del gioco è scadente a dir poco: dalla storia ridicolmente assurda alle musiche sterili e fastidiose fino ai disegni, che sembrano stati concepiti dagli stessi bambini che potrebbero ridere del suddetto umorismo.
Per farvi capire il livello... i cinepanettoni facevano ridere di più, l'umorismo di Demetrios è ancor più di bassa lega.
Il che spiega le tante recensioni positive in italiano... è risaputo che siamo un popolo di provincialotti non molto intelligenti, ma qui si esagera.

Lasciate perdere.

Este juego es una aventura point and click, tiene muy lindos graficos, suena musica y ambientacion, sonidos, controles, chistes, Gags, dialogos safables, pero la trama es bastante pobre, yo no pude terminar el juego porque realmente lo senti muy tedioso y forzado, me costo mantener el foco en la idea del porque somos el protagonista y que estamos haciendo, algo que en juegos de otro genero no es un problema ya que en un Doom o un Dota o un Army men, la historia pasa a un segundo, tercer o cuarto plano. Pero aca en lineas generales, es casi lo mas importante y es el punto mas flojo por lejos del titulo.
Tiene logros y cromos, lo que ayudan a mejorar el valor del titulo, aunque se venden por separado la musica y el libro de artes, lo cual es algo un poco nefasto

5.5/10 - Si sos fan del genero compralo, pero preparate para algo un poco forzado, sobre todo algunas galletas que te va a costar mucho encontrarlas.

ну засуньте всё это в 1 окно диалога, зачем это разбивать на 5 окон, у каждого из которых анимация.

Каждый диалог, ни одного исключения нет - написан "с юморком".
Юмор смешной только когда он умеренный.
Если ты посмотришь КВН или СТЕНДАП - аудитория смеётся первые 10 минут.
На 20-й минуте уже всем тошно.

Здесь же шутки все сводятся к "Сортирному юмору" и любимый приём это добавлять г*вно в названия.
"Я пойду поиграю в МайнДерьмафт"
"Хочу закинуть денег в Кэнди Срака Краш"
Кого такие шутки развеселят?
Да даже школьников не развеселит это.

In general, this is more of yes than no, but it's relatively bland game.
Puzzle don't require much thought, you won't be stuck anywhere. There is a few laughs, but toilet humor gets old quick. There's no voice acting and some of the achievements, if you care about those, are a chore.

Wow what can I say this was an absolute AMAZING game!! It was a totally classic P&C adventure in every way possible. Lots of locations and characters, a few puzzles and TONS & TONS of hot-spots, all with tongue n cheek commentary, plus there's definitely a story here. I could name drop.. For example Monkey island including some of the puzzles being a mix of clever and at times frustrating. There extra hidden objects in each location without hot-spots which are cookies which grant you hints. There are THOUSANDS of lines of dialog, but it's never too much. The level of humor including off color, toilet and juvinile humor is off the charts. It's never cheesy, ALWAYS HILARIOUS!!! I found myself literally laughing out loud at much of the hysterical dialog!!! If I had to complain, it would be that some of the puzzles involving the use of an object or combining objects were slightly ridiculous and were a bit of a stretch, but that's in the minority. Overall I really enjoyed this game very much and I truly hope for a sequel or maybe something in the same universe or at least more games from this creative, gifted and very funny developer.

Игра отличная. Возможно потому что вышла в 2016, а сейчас на дворе 2024, но это прям глоток свежего воздуха и хоть и сортирного, но нормального человеческого юмора, не оскверненного поганой современной толерастией. Современные игры все пропитаны и протравлены толерастической мерзостью, куда более отвратительной, чем сортирные шутки. А здесь адекватный геймплей, адекватные по стилю игры шутки. Вспоминается старый добрый "Ларри" и "Гоблины". Рекомендую.

A mediocre point and click game filled with toilet humor. You play as 20 something antique shop owner who hasn't matured past first grade who gets involved with murderous plunderers who try to raid a Middle Eastern secret to find unbelievable treasure who has a crush on his next door bimbo neighbor who's still better because she's kind and her "special" child bordering on autism (who's mostly insufferable because the main characters are idiots).

The big issue with the game is that there's nothing to keep the player invested in the game. The plot has dozens of holes, and nothing really engages me in the treasure murder mystery plot. The art is indifferent. The 48 game unique game over endings aren't fun to find and is annoying to try to get (thank god cowcat's other game Brok the investigator doesn't have this). Playing as a ignorant buffoon who refuses to read can be fun to watch but is hardly engaging as the main playable character.

This game also actually has so much toilet humor if you want 100% completion you have to endure all of it.

Oh and the title? Barely relates to game outside an in game reference. Nothing related to Demetrius, Latinzaed form of the devotees of the Greek Goddess Demeter. Nothing Cynical. Certainly big if you also want to spend 8 hours like me completionist because you strive for it too.

If you're like me, you bought this because you loved Brok the Investigator. And if you did, this is Cowcat Game's much earlier much worse first work. You can see a lot of the game engine and narrative input from Brok here, and that's the only reason you might play it. You can also see the many improvements Brok made to this, from having achievements easier to accomplish, hiring outside to design characters while the in-house staff continues those pleasant backgrounds, etc.

The only reason I grinded 8 hours through this is because I have a habit of trying to completionist all my games and was such a fan of Cowcat's other game Brok the Investigator and got this bundled together. I suppose a good thing is that nothing in the game was so bad it repulsed me away. Besides a few toilet humor scenes, there was nothing awful.

If you still want to try to this game, take my advice, begin with all the toilet humor and try to grind through the game in no more than 2. It's still a decent point and click and The game has been streamed in under two hours. Otherwise prepare to grind around 8 hours playing throug the game 2.5 times like me for achievements. In all, the big bad thing is it's not good but not bad either.

Ein wirklich witziges, und spannendes Abenteuer-Spiel. Zu beginn kann sogar die Humor Stufe ausgewählt werden, da es doch in manchen Dingen fäkalisch zu geht. Die Story wird in vielen Kapiteln mit diversen Mini-Spielen aufgewertet, die in keinster Weise langweilig sind. Die Aufgaben im Spiel sind locker zu schaffen, es gibt in jeder Szene 3 Kekse zu finden, jeder Keks gibt dir beim naschen, einen wichtigen Hinweis, wie man weiter kommt.

Kleiner Hinweis, nach dem Abspann der Credits geht das Spiel noch etwas weiter^^ Ebenfalls kann man jedes einzelne Kapitel nochmal auswählen, um noch fehlende Achivments einzusammeln, oder den ein oder anderen Tod zu erleiden^^

Das Spiel ist im Sale für 0,89 Euro zu haben, aber auch hier würde ich die vollen 9,99 Euro bezahlen. Du wirst bei einmaligem durchspielen gute 8 - 10 Stunden unterhalten, das ist das Geld auf alle Fälle wert.

Бьёрн Тонен, владелец антикварного магазина, коллекционер шоколадного печенья и просто критический идиoт. К несчастью для этого прекрасного, но очень невезучего человека, у него есть древняя статуя большой птицы, статуя необычная и история её происхождения покрыта завесой тайны, но в одну злосчастную ночь у Бьёрна крадут скрижаль находящуюся на этой самой статуе.
С этой проблемой нашему главному герою и придётся разбираться, встречая на своём пути множество интересных личностей, которые обманут его, оскорбят, посадят за решётку или попросту убьют, хотя с последним мистер Тонен справиться и один.

От себя же скажу, что провёл в игре 10 увлекательных часов. И да, сортирный юмор это класс! В игре кстати есть функция, где можно уменьшить его количество или вовсе выключить, но тогда спрашивается зачем вообще играть в неё. Помимо сортирного юмора, есть ещё несколько панчлайнов про гомосексуалистов, женщин и коренных народов, ну и ещё море стереотипного юмора. Всё это создаёт потрясающий аромат и невероятное послевкусие французского помёта.
Когда шутки заканчиваются, приходит время детектива и с этим всё на самом деле хорошо, вышеперечисленный аромат вкупе с расследованием разбойного ограбления увлекает и хочется продолжать эту историю, хоть и финальный твист угадывается буквально на первых двух часах игры, а вторая половина провисает.

В конце хотелось бы сообщить вам, что может эта история и была циничной, но Бьёрн Тонен таким не является, он всего лишь хотел простого-человеческого счастья.

J'adore les point&click, et j'adore Brok the InvestiGator, mais ce jeu... Eurk.

Le jeu en lui même est ok, mais ce scénar, et cet humour scato-mysogyno-colonialo-pueril, c'est juste infâme quoi...
Probablement une erreur de jeunesse. Car l'écriture de Brok est bien meilleure.
Car malgré le titre disant "BIG cynical adventure", le cynisme ne ressort tout simplement pas: on finit juste avec un perso idiot et insupportable, qui ne justifie ces propos que parce qu'il est idiot et insupportable.
Loin de moi l'idée de faire le woke, mais si on veut faire dans l'humour gras et débile, y'a une façon de faire, et là, bah c'est raté.
Quelque soit l'intention, l'exécution est pauvre, du coup ça fait effet 1er degré, et avec ce genre d'humour, soit disant cynique, le coche est loupé.

Bref, à faire passer Rufus pour un génie, et Leisure Suit Larry pour un gentleman. 4/10.

Gra zaskoczyła mnie bardzo pozytywnie. Humor w grze jest jaki jest, ale ja dość często dobrze się uśmiałam, tylko czasami balansuje na granicy dobrego smaku ale i tak jest śmiesznie. nigdy się tu nie nudziłam. System podpowiedzi jest bardzo prosty i dostępny - wystarczy zjeść cisteczko, które znajdujemy po drodze w każdej scenie. Muzyczka w tle bardzo przyjemna, odpowiednia do każsej sceny, nie absorbuje a stanowi dopełnienie. Gra jest bardzo na PLUS i jeśli ktoś chce trochę się pośmiać i odstresować to bardzo POLECAM, można powiedzieć, że działa terapeutycznie rozsupłowując nasz zestresowany umysł :)

This resulted in breaking my fifth metacarpal in my right hand—the hand I worked with, played games with, and used to carry my children to bed—the hand I desperately needed to ensure I could continue providing.

Upon learning the severity of the self-inflicted damage, I became almost suicidal. Keep in mind that just a few months before this, I was the happiest man, with no history of depression or anxiety. I had never experienced anger outbursts, nor was I the type to break down and cry, but I was in a tough situation that truly prevented me from seeing the light on the other side.

With nothing better to do, I looked for a game I could play WITH ONE HAND while recovering. Somehow, I stumbled upon this game and read some of the comments. I decided it was worth a try... I must admit I didn't beat the game, nor did I play as much as some of you. In fact, I may have played this game for only a day or two. That being said, after doing so, I had a new joy and hope for life. I managed to leave behind the pain and suffering that had been thrust upon me. I could experience the joy and happiness of other people. I relaxed for 5 ♥♥♥♥ minutes listening to this music, long enough to realize that I would be okay.

After realizing this, I turned off the game and went back to work. My hand hurt a lot, but I was motivated. I stopped feeling so sorry for myself and became the father I needed to be at that moment, not the weak boy I was behaving like.

Today, I am close friends with the mother of my children. We don't fight, argue, or say hurtful things to each other. We are parents and friends.

Now I have 3 children. My third child is, wait, ALSO 4 YEARS OLD. The woman I am with was going through a very similar situation at the time of my separation, and we just unexpectedly stumbled into each other's lives. We have been dating for a year and are very happy together.

Moral of the story: you never know what life has in store for you, and if I had given up when all odds were against me, I wouldn't be where I am today. This silly little game helped me realize that.

Funny, daring game at times. But it is only worth it at a deep discount. The music gets boring quick and annoying, there are some great ideas, its hint system is creative.

The main problem is that once you get to the 2nd part of the game the jokes get old and the environment gets really stale.

Still a thumbs up for effort, but I wouldn't pay more than 2-3 euros for it, because it stop being fun around 3 hours into it. Luckily, I got it in a bundle.

Если описывать игру и сюжет в целом, то это как если бы скрестили комедию с Адамом Сендлером и классическое приключение Индианы Джонса.
В целом средняк. Функцию классических квестов оно выполняет, главный герой иногда забавно шутит, головоломки и применение вещей из инвентаря только так как придумал больной мозг автора. Классический квест.
Оценка 3+ или 4- если вы любитель туалетного юмора.

Not Monkey Island, but a fun game, nevertheless. Some may call the humor juvenile, but come on, when haven't we all thought some crude, selfish, egotistical things or practical jokes, lol. The main character is still a nice guy who will help out and complain about it. Anyway, I support the dev and bought the game on itch.io (gave me a key here, too) and gog. I need to check out his Brok game sometime.

I usually enjoy middling bundle fodder, and I try to give devs the benefit of the doubt with these games, but holy damn was this worse than I expected.

I'm just one hour in and I have issues.
The game feels like a childhood adventure game, only without the charm of something that was made with love. At first glance, I thought this might be a short nostalgic romp through a hand-drawn hidden object game. Seriously, the art looks like it's straight out of Newgrounds. The bar was pretty low for entertaining me, I was primed to take it in positively.

The characters are unlikeable, and the music is really grating. This feels like someone decided to make a full game out of the filler scenes of an h game with how awful the gameplay actually is. Hidden object games are kind of boring, the "trick" is that they make the environments interesting to look at.
These environments just suck. Let's not even get to the humor. Who is this game even for, man?

I don't want to be too harsh, I'm reading that the dev has better work that's out now, which is good. But I really didn't feel like this was a good use of my time. I don't mind the fraction of a dollar I spent on it, but I do mind that it wasted an opportunity. Maybe if the story was slightly more interesting, and if the music was slightly less annoying, and if we were given any chance to be even slightly more invested in the main character, it would have been much better.

I may or may not return to this, just to see what happens later in the game, but I'm certain it'll only be after I forget how much I didn't enjoy the game. Seriously, the most fun I've had so far is looking for the "cookies", tiny brown turds tucked around each scene.

Demetrios es un videojuego de aventura gráfica de lo más clasicote, muy bien trabajado y que tiene muy en cuenta al jugador. Empezaré hablando sobre la dificultad, y esto viene porque no tiene una gran dificultad en la resolución de puzles, siendo la mayoría bastante sensatos y cuya solución se puede alcanzar por pura deducción lógica y no por ir probando todas las soluciones, además que si eres observador, irás encontrando una serie de galletas que te pueden dar pistas si te atascas. Muy pocas veces las he necesitado a decir verdad, pero sorprende lo bien trabajado que está ese aspecto, ya que tiene muchas líneas de diálogo diferentes en función de en qué parte en concreto del juego necesitas ayuda.

Este es sin duda el apartado que más me ha gustado de todo el juego. La gran cantidad y variedad de líneas de diálogo que tiene, muchos objetos con los que puedes interactuar (la gran mayoría de hecho) ni siquiera son útiles, o dicho de otro modo, no tienen una función específica, parece que están puestos para dar más riqueza a los escenarios y ampliar el abanico de posibilidades a la hora de buscar una posible solución al puzle. Sin embargo, su guión de humor absurdo y escatológico tan particular que tiene, y su excelente traducción al español (a excepción de algunas líneas de código a medio traducir, o faltas de ortografía menores) han generado en mí ese deseo de buscar todas las opciones posibles, para que el juego me arroje cada vez más líneas de diálogo, mi objetivo se convirtió en tratar de leerlas todas. Me ha resultado tan pero tan graciosos los chistes y las situaciones en las que te ves envuelto que es lo que me incitaba a avanzar y siempre quería más (en este juego sí que me dieron ganas de usar todos los objetos con todo, no porque fuera buscando la solución como pasa en otros títulos, sino por esto mismo, por descubrir más diálogos), y eso que en un principio creía que el humor escatológico no iba a gustarme, de hecho al principio del juego te pregunta si quieres bajar el nivel y cantidad de los chistes de este tipo, pero entendí que la visión del autor es con los diálogos tal cuál y decidí dejarlo al máximo.

En cuanto a la historia, encarnamos a Bjorn, un habitante de París que trabaja en una tienda de antigüedades y que es un tanto descuidado en el orden y la higiene (no hay más que ver al principio del juego cómo tiene su piso), que va tras unas pistas sobre un robo que tuvo lugar en su casa, que está relacionado con un asesinato y la desaparición de unas tablillas. Todo esto le lleva a querer reunir el resto de tablillas para romper la maldición que recae sobre ellas por el rey Demetrios, y salvar el mundo a la vez que se hace con el tesoro de Demetrios.

La historia, si la analizas con perspectiva, no es que sea la gran cosa ni nada que no se haya visto antes, sin embargo lo que realmente tiene peso es lo bien construidos que están los personajes, todos tienen una personalidad muy marcada y muy bien llevaba. Me gustan particularmente los piques que tiene Bjorn, el protagonista, con la hija de la vecina, Caroline, la cuál es una niña demasiado espabilada para su edad.

Gráficamente es resultón, los fondos dibujados a mano y con una estética y coloreado muy suavizados me han gustado mucho, sin embargo el dibujo de los personajes se ve un poco raro... aunque esta estética le viene que ni pintada con el humor que trabaja, así que tampoco hay muchas pegas al respecto.

La música, si bien es algo sencilla, me ha encantado lo bien que encaja en las escenas, por poner un ejemplo la música alegre que suena cada vez que hablas con Sandra, la vecina, con la que cada vez se profundiza más en su relación, tiene a veces esos toques románticos que me dieron a entender en un principio que su relación iría a más, aunque al final por el tipo de guión enfocado al humor absurdo, no acaba llegando a nada, sin embargo al principio cuando aún piensas que sí que puede acabar pasando algo entre los dos, encaja muy muy bien en sus conversaciones.

Tras esto, y viendo que el estudio ha trabajado en otro proyecto llamado "BROK the InvestiGator" que por lo que parece es otra aventura gráfica, me da mucha confianza como desarrolladores y muchas ganas de probarlo, a la espera de hacerme con él para poder disfrutar de nuevo de una historia, construcción de mundo y personajes a la altura.

Сперва заинтриговала. Понравилось, что это некая повествовательная игра. Основная цель - это читать текст, проигрывать все возможные ситуации, угорать со смертей героя и с реакций других персонажей.
Несколько раз воспользовался печеньками, круто сделано - не надо лезть в прохождение чтобы пройти момент, где застрял. Вторая половина наскучила, ну это скорее моё личное впечатление - сама игра не меняется и не ухудшается во второй половине. В целом, спасибо авторам, получил удовольствие, с жанром ознакомился (как бы он и не назывался)

✅ humorous and cartoony story with some surprises about an antique dealer and shop owner getting involved with murderous treasure plunderers who try to find and raid a Middle Eastern temple that has a massive treasure and the ability to grant three wishes of adventurers who find and pass it's traps. In these adventures, his blonde love interest and her annoying child accompany and help him.
✅ there are some nice variety puzzles and mini games. there are also some inventory-based puzzles to solve, so you can also make multiple combinations in your inventory and create new items
✅ colorful, diverse, humorous, goofy and quirky main and side characters
✅ catchy soundtrack fits the game's humorous tone
✅ there are steam achievements and cards
✅ there are some funny dialogues between characters.
✅ there is a hint system that helps you when you are stuck
✅ when you press space, it shows all hotspots, so there are pixel hunting

✅ there is a quick travel map, which prevents backtracking and long walking
✅ there are plenty of different, good-looking, and colorful places

❌ mostly unnecessary, exhausting, and lengthy dialogues between characters
❌ considering all these unnecessary and lengthy dialogues, the lack of voiceovers makes the reading of all these dialogues unbearable and boring.
❌there are too many clickable red herring items to drag out the gameplay, and it's worse that when you click on them, characters make long comments about them.
❌ there are some nonsensical puzzle solutions.
❌ overall tone, dialogues and humor very juvenile, gross, and crude, so it may not appeal to everyone.
❌ little girl can be so bratty, sarcastic, and annoying. main character and his love interest are also totall imbeciles. I'm sure some people will find them annoying and unlikeable.

Overall this is decent and enjoyable point and click game with a funny story, good jokes, and goofy characters. if you seeking to a few hours light entertainment i can recommended to this game.
