I've completed this piece of ♥♥♥♥ game under 10 hours. I think the first 4 world is just got old and outdated. I just rushed over them. The castle and hell worlds are just pure unfair RNG torture. The spike falling, the lava pits, the aimlock guns... I feel like the devs did not care about the game, I BET they didn't even beat their own game.
The hitbox of that little f@ckface fox is just all over the place, the big and small jumps are buggy and not registering the way it needs to, and the hidden smiley blocks... I've never ever wanted to grate my manhood that much in my entire f#cking life.
Altough for some reason I was just frustrated, but not mad at all. It's just so unfair that you need hours to LUCKILY complete a level in the end, plus it doesn't matter how good you are, the game will butf#ck you however it wants.
But after all, u can beat it, and if you for example broke your arm, it's the perfect game to get some hours / days pass by.
10/10 for suicidal players.

It's a good game, as long as you know what you're getting yourself into. I hated it at first, but then it grew on me.
Goes from "platformer" to waiting 10 years for cycles that constantly desync, making levels impossible.
Bloody Trapland starts off very passive, being mostly platforming, tight jumps, introducing gameplay mechanics, to a LIVING hell. Not far into this game they introduce moving objects, but unfortunately almost ALL of the cycles in this game aren't on the same intervals which makes you bash your head until it works, as dying does not reset them. Fireball heights and timings are just flat out RNG. Just restart the level! Unfortunately, this game has no restart button.. the only way to "reset" is to restart the whole session, genius game design. Not only that but a lot of the in-game secret levels require you to have multiplayer in order to access, there's no alternate routes or different level layouts for solo.
Navigating the menus feels exceptionally clunky.
You can't even go directional keys to select the right level without cycling through them all, or even mouse to levels. Countless softlocking on menus forcing you to alt f4, lobbies giving hamachi vibes with how cancerous setup is with ports, almost no UI for online, need to make a new lobby every time you want to do something different.
Multiplayer is actually peak awful! What quickly becomes fun, turns into a waiting game.
It starts off easy, with friends killing each other for fun by stomping on heads, to sabotaging traps to ruin each other's run. As difficulty spikes though, it becomes cluttered and cramped. Friends accidentally killing each other over and over just trying to play the same time as you or activating traps too early. You basically have to take turns, otherwise you grief each other making the traps constantly be offset. With all of the downtime in attempting stuff it becomes quickly boring, and your efforts are better off spent in solo. All they had to do was make traps client sided..
The host can accidentally go back to previous levels and reset progress, since this game lacks a proper level selection button, increasing the everlasting nightmare of having to sit through this ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥. And not only that but a lot of the achievements don't get awarded properly so have fun redoing levels.
Race mode is essentially just "how can we make the game as awful as possible" introducing speedruns on levels filled to the brim with traps, trolls, and moving objects (levels a lot more difficult than anything in the base game). There are set dev times which you have to beat on each level which reward stars, but unfortunately if you don't one shot upon entering, it becomes a waiting game for the stars to align. Can't see your time until you reach the end, and the times tend to round up or down rather than display what it actually said when you win.
Even just winning the level once is harder than setting any time at all. Garbage gamemode with garbage achievements.
The brawl styled mode isn't worth your time either, as the only gameplay mechanic to kill each other is by accidentally dying to traps, or stomping on each other's heads. It's no kidding this game goes on sale for pennies.
It's successor, "Bloody Trapland 2" is far more worth your money and time, this game is nothing but misery.

I hate the devs, curse their mothers and all their forebearers. Bloody Trapland is cruel, unfair, and obsessed with killing you for things you couldn’t possibly predict. The traps are cheap and co-op mostly means accidentally ruining each other’s runs. I was angry the entire time. I kept playing anyway. I don’t know why. I regret nothing and everything.

Bloody Trapland is a simple precision platformer that has a good amount of levels and alright level design, but it definitely still has its flaws.
Going into the game, I hadn't seen an awful lot of content on it, so I didn't know what to expect length wise. Although, the game features six decently long worlds that amp up in difficulty as you keep playing. After beating the main game, your reaction might be the same as mine "Alright, I'm done with the majority of the game now, just small stuff left to do!" But you’d be wrong! The Race Mode features a whole 60 more short levels, which surprised me because I thought I was mostly finished. Race Mode, in my opinion, is a definite step up in difficulty from the main game. I enjoyed this, since I bought the game expecting a tough platforming experience.
While my expectations were exceeded in some areas, I still found some aspects and bugs annoying.
Firstly, some main levels NEED you to have a second player to access secret levels. This isn't the best game design, if you ask me, but the problem is negated by the fact that you can use Steam's shareplay system to play with a friend who doesn't own the game, so it wasn't my biggest issue.
Secondly, from a gameplay perspective, I didn't enjoy the fireball obstacles at all. I'm sure they aren't bugged, but I didn't like how random they seemed. You would load up a level, have the fireballs shoot up in somewhat of a cycle, but every time you restarted, it felt like they followed a completely different pattern. This was mainly an issue in levels that spammed fireball spawns and in certain Race levels that required extremely precise movement. "Random" fireballs aren't exactly what you want in those situations.
Lastly, the sawblade obstacles very slowly desync with each other (or other obstacles) the longer you spend on a level. This means the longer you play a single stage, the higher the chance you'll have to change your strategy to account for the timing shift. This issue can be fixed by closing the level and going back in, but it's an annoying thing to deal with if you happen to be stuck for a while. I mostly noticed this in the Race levels, where there always seemed to be two or three levels that were significantly harder than the rest of the world (but maybe that was just a me thing!).
I DON'T DISLIKE THE GAME! For such a cheap price, the experience definitely outweighs the bad parts of the game for me, so if you are interested in a simple precision platformer that you can get for like 1.30€, definitely would recommend it!!!

If you like torturing yourself you can buy and play this! its for sure alot of fun in coop
but besides that, the visuals are okay the gore is funny. but as its way to hardcore i cant recommend it.
Hard game
This was very fun for the first few hours. However, it gets more than just challengingly difficult, and the bugs and certain game design decisions killed my motivation to try and beat it. Since it is so cheap, it is worth a play.
Game design decisions I disliked: walking into a doorway will sometimes bring you back to the previous level. But, the doorway is often right next to the spawn point. So if your friend makes it to a button that they have to stand on for you to make it through another part of the level - if you respawn and you were holding left as you died, it will make you go back through the door and reset all of you to the beginning of the level again.
And the hidden fists were funny at first, but once the game got to a certain level difficulty, it was not funny dying right at the very end to a hidden fist.
And finally, the mechanics involving the wind propellers was not consistent.

Inicialmente, esse jogo se propõe como aqueles joguinhos pra se jogar com um amigo e ficar zoando.. E ele é isso, basicamente. Mas, nos mundos finais, esse jogo fica absurdamente difícil, e vc e seu amigo tem que ficar planejando a melhor rota pra fase e fazer rezas brabas juntos. Pode ter certeza que se pretende zerar esse jogo vc vai dar incontáveis rages. Só tome cuidado pra não quebrar nada, pq acredite, vc vai ter vontade.

You get what you see, so if brutally precise jumps in an otherwise simple platforming engine sounds fun you'll like it, otherwise you won't. Either that or you want to have a laugh trolling your friends for an hour or two, but either way the low pricetag is fair given the length of the game.

I really liked bloody trapland. When i had a broken medial phalange in my left middle finger it started out just getting my circulation around. now i finished adventure mode so i can release my keyboard input quicker.

Иногда я чувствую себя как герой в фильме ужасов, только вместо финальной девочки я — это я, и моя задача — не попасться в очередную ловушку, которая выглядит так, будто её придумали после трёх дней бессонницы и пары бутылок энергетика. А ещё тут есть друзья, которые тоже пытаются не умереть, и мы вместе кричим, ругаемся и смеёмся, потому что, честно говоря, это единственный способ пережить этот ад.
В общем, Bloody Trapland — это как катание на американских горках, только вместо веселья ты получаешь порцию боли, а вместо безопасных сидений — острые шипы и взрывающиеся бочки. Но я люблю это безумие, потому что в конце концов, кто ещё сможет так круто падать и смеяться одновременно?

Kaizo Mario disfarçado de urso fofos sanguinolentos, gameplay irritantemente precisa, tem partes que a pressão de apertar o botão influencia no pulo e isso te lasca quando seu usa controle com click de mouse, que é os tudo ou nada, mas muito divertido porém manifesta o pior de cada player, no meu caso fiquei mais arrogante, quando carregava a galera jogava na cara de todo mundo mas ai de mim se alguém passe de fase, a call virava uma humilhação em praça publica hahaha, muta zuiera, risadas e um desafio realmente desafiador, dependendo do dia diria que é injusto mas quando eu passo só viro e falo que eu sou a maquina de gameplays e quem ninguém veria o final do game se não fosse graças a mim hahahahaha. o que posso apontar como problema que além de comprar tu tem que colocar um codigo em game pra validar a autenticidade da compra, acho bem paia sendo que ja co,prei e tenho que fazer em todos os aparelhos que utilizo o game. Minha nota final é 6/10 que é igual a minha nota de fofura e Beleza.
im a fan of "masocore" platformers, so i played through it, with friends and alone, and ive got to say the only redeeming factor of this game is its multiplayer. its fun to find skips for the levels and try to avoid to play the game, because in its self the game is very low quality, the level design is often awkward and not clever, the creative direction, i mean the music, the art, the overall style, is very bland. its seems to me that this tries to be a couch gaming i wanna be the guy, but it lacks everything that made games like that interesting, so i cannot recommend it. if youre curious to get into hardcore platformers, there are a million better games than this.

I hope you're trolling. If you're not, you seriously baffle me, sir. In what platformer do you NOT return to the start of the level when dying (excluding checkpoints)? Honestly, what is the world coming to? What would the point of a platformer be if you got a checkpoint with every step you took? For being a "rage platformer" this game is pretty tame. Imagine this guy trying to play jump king.
