Very fun game where you have to control an ecosystem to get certain animals and plants to spawn. It's a bit difficult at first but you get used to it after a while. I prefer to play in its free play mode for a calming expericence since there is less I have to worry about.

The game has two primary issues, reliability and the controls. It tends to freeze if your lucky and crash if you are not occasionally, and the controls are something you have to get used to at best. If that doesnt scare you away, you will have a good time messing around in your cube.

The concept for this game is pretty cool, but the execution is trash. I mean, not poor, actual trash. There isnt even a way to exit the game once started. You have to alt-f4 to force stop the game. Really. Thats the only way to exist. ctl alt delete or alt f4. It takes forever to get to actual play because the devs are just so proud of their silly little demo. And you cant just free play a new map once you have saved slots full, but there doesnt appear to be a way to delete saved slots. Truly trash execution. I do not recommend this game, but I hope someone else makes the same concept with better execution.

Ну что ж. Пожалуй пришло и моё время писать обзоры "возможно". Дело в том, что я не любитель этого дела и это мой первый раз, так что ребятки я прямо сейчас на ваших глазах теряю девственность)
Написать сие творение решил по нескольким причинам, но основная это большинство других обзоров об игре. Ребят вы вообще серьёзно? Столько негативных обзоров только из-за того, что ВЫ не знаете языка, а игра на минуточку вообще японская. Тот факт, что её перевели на английский и причём так хорошо уже чудо. Русскоговорящие вообще так любят, почему-то считают, что им все должны, даже в рамках языка, хотя такие сложности ЛИЧНАЯ проблема каждого человека, который не знает языков окромя своего родного. Вы просто неуч и не нужно сгонять злость на игру. К слову даже не обладая познаниями в английском мой близкий друг свободно в ней ориентировался и понимал что-куда. Так что просто подумав разочек другой можно было бы во всём разобраться)

Теперь касаемо игры. Она просто прекрасна, удивительно проработанный симулятор создания жизни с очень гибким и необычным способом управления климатическими условиями и в целом условиями среды обитания живых организмов. Количество видов и подвидов в игре поражает. Каждый мир может сочетать в себе разные их комбинации или же вы можете вызывать вымирания и возрождения видов или их смену. Это просто находка для всех любителей жанра, которая затянет вас ни на одну сотню часов увлекательного геймплея. К слову если знать английский на свободном уровне B2 обучение проходится чуть-ли не за 20 минут, давно это было уже не помню, но прошёл быстро, так что уникумов в комментариях не слушайте)

컨셉은 재미있는데 pc조작성으로 다 말아먹은 케이스.
사실 게임 켜서 하는 일이라고는 땅 오르락 내리락 하면서 온도 맞추고 히히 생물 생기나? 하고 지켜보는것 뿐이다. 특정 생물이 탄생하고 멸종하고 개체수가 늘어가는 그런걸 지켜보는 재미로 하는 게임이지만 옛날 게임이라 수치상으로만 이루어 지는 생태계를 지켜보는 게임이라는 점 때문에 조금 하다보면 질리기 십상인 게임. 딱 스토리 라인 다따라가면 컨텐츠 다한 느낌이 들어서 더이상 건들지 않은 게임.
년차가 꽤 된 게임이니 많은걸 바라면 안되지만 기본적인 조작법은 좀 어떻게 해줬으면 좋겠다. 키보드 유저를 위한 배려가 전혀 없는 게임

Even with how much I personally enjoyed this game, due to some good memories associated with it, I find it really hard to recommend this to anyone else. For reference, I beat the main story and completed the encyclopedia (all species) on free mode after, which is actually treated as post-game and associated with the story, even though the ending of that is so underwhelming, it says two lines of text and kicks you to the main menu.

For why I found this a rough experience, it's because it was clearly a game made for consoles, with a PC version as an afterthought only. From ridiculous mouse and keyboard controls that made it pratically impossible to play without a controller, always starting in window mode no matter what you set it to, to ALWAYS starting with a lower resolution than the one you set it to (btw I'm pretty sure the game only goes up to 1080p). I also got to a point in my world when there were so many animals that the game was really struggling, even with a PC more than capable enough to run it. It got better each time I restarted the game and got worse as I played, so definitely not an hardware issue.

Still, there are some things to like here. The presentation is colorful and pleasant even if a bit too cartoonish, and the gameplay loop of constantly birthing new species by modifying the terrain and temperature can be addicting and entertaing.

I still can't recommend this unfortunately, at least not on PC.

Note: This game crashes quite a lot for me, so I'd recommend saving your file often.
Very fun game, took me a while to find out that the temperature is defined by the amount of landmass you have, not much so your altitudes, though. Some of the mechanics are pretty confusing, same as the controls - but, either way, I enjoy this game for it's simple style and sandbox-feel.
I've also played this game on a PS4, and it's a much better experience on it. The controls were faster to get a grasp on, since they were well-integrated for the controller, not to mention the performance, which was consistently excellent, haven't crashed a single time playing it on PS4. Overall, playing this game on a console was a much better experience than on PC, still fun either way, though.

If you've played some older online God Games and are intrigued by the evolution of the natural world, you might like this game! I like that there's a difficulty to the game that's based on your own knowledge, much like older god games I've played. It explains little and you have to figure out for yourself how to get the results you want. When i play this game, I think back on how difficult these older god games used to be and how fun they were, but it's not for everyone and in today's gaming market, it might be out of place.

That being said, I do think I might have accidentally contributed to the anomalocaris getting more well-known. Well, on Tumblr, at least. It was thanks to this game. I was playing the game in 2021 for the first time, and suddenly I got this huge creature in my waters. It looked awesome! so I looked up images of what it actually was and what the cambrian looked like, and like before I knew it I was utterly obsessed with the thing. I shared a screenshot of it, made a dancing gif of the creature in spore, made art, and slowly but surely I started to notice more anomalocaris content show up on the site. When I started posting about the thing, it was just the same 10 or so memes I could find, or just people sharing gorgeous paleoart, not really focussed on the creature itself. But now it was like, all over the place. People sharing their love for this ancient beast and also making art. Apparently it became a meme at some point too.

I'm by no means saying I'm the Very First to have loved the anomalocaris or started the hype. I found an anomalocaris tribute page that dated back to 2001, ha! but I do believe I ended up being one of the many stones that brought the anomalocaris more to the surface of online conversation. And I'm glad it's come this far. I love it! I love being able to google something now about this creature and see so many people passionate about it. I wouldn't have found out about it though if it weren't for this game. So thank you for broadening my horizons and indirectly giving me more things to love in life

І зараз купити її на свої гроші ще з гіганською знижкою це буквально подарунок, що повертає мене в 2017-2018 рік (я не пам’ятаю коли я скачав піратку💀). І тепер зі знанням англійської я все розумію що мені треба робити а не прохати батьків перекласти текст чи тикати пальцем в небо. Це така ностальгія що словами не передати (хочя я вже передав😬). Сподіваюсь що гра вам сподобається хочя подивіться пару відео з грою бо вона сподобається не всім. Бажаю вдачі спробувати та познати цю гру.

Обычного обывателя данная игра вряд-ли зацепит. Но для любителей жанра, симулятора Бога и эволюции это настоящая жемчужина. Огромным плюсом является то, что вы, скорее всего, будет неоднократно проходить это творение, так как способов и вариантов развития вашего "маленького" мира огромное количество. Устроить ледниковый период, а потом поднять температуру воздуха до 50 градусов и наблюдать за теми, кто выжил - отдельное удовольствие.
Однако минусы у этой игры тоже есть, и их приличное количество. Во первых — отсутствие русского языка является проблемой для многих. И если с этой проблемой вы можете справиться с помощью переводчика, то с другой — вам придется попотеть. Управление в этой игре просто ужасно запутанное и через чур усложненное. Прежде, чем вы сможете начать комфортно управлять персонажем, вам будет нужно поизучать раздел с управлением минут так 30-40, и не факт, что вы сможете настроить его под себя.
Однако, наслаждаться игрой вам это вряд-ли сможет помешать. В конечном счёте, вы можете просто уйти в макромир и наблюдать за вашей природой издалека часами. Рекомендую.

This game is really fun and perfect for the younger audience but still enjoyable for an older audience. However, if like me, you are quick at solving puzzles, you'll quickly understand what changes the worlds temperature and force fast evolution and finish the game very fast and may even find it a little boring.

But until the point where I "figured it out", I was having heaps of fun experimenting and exploring different combinations.

優：生物模型很可愛、對生物演化史算是還原得不錯
缺：大量物種錯名、玩法比較硬核難上手、操作單調、引導不清晰、部分成就要求掛很久機、對鍵鼠玩家很不友善建議插手柄玩

講難聽點個人覺得這遊戲除了模型可愛之外一無是處......

最初只是看畫風和模型可愛才買的這部，結果上手發現玩法意外地硬核（合符科學），但問題是雖然難上手但是遊戲本身也沒好玩到哪裡去，你操控一隻小精靈上下調地型，但初期的等級限制HP和調地型的選擇範圍會導致你在不斷切換兩種模式的初期就覺得操作繁瑣單調。

只是追求過關主線的話難度不高，但是本遊的引導不算友善。 [spoiler] 我巨齒鼬演化不出來最後是用常識試出來原來是缺開花植物或者授粉昆蟲做食物......啊那這些條件你倒是寫出來啊？[/spoiler] 有成就是要掛機10億和30億年的cube總時間的設計簡直理解不能，不過個人是不打算在這些上面浪費時間了...

Joguei esse jogo pela primeira vez quando era criança, foi um dos primeiros jogos que eu comprei na Steam, mas nunca tinha chegado a terminar. Recentemente decidi fazer oque nunca havia feito e zerei o jogo, percebi que o jogo é muito melhor do que eu me lembrava. É um ótimo jogo sandbox, bem divertido e bonitinho, e relaxante até, principalmente quando você entende como funciona!

I tried to give it a shot but it's a pretty mediocre "god game." Not really my favorite genre to begin with but there are much better options with better PC ports. Controls are also annoying and I hated the long and drawn out tutorial. Art style is nice though.

I'm going to be honest, it's a good sandbox god game. It's just hard to progress far if you don't know what you're doing and it's really east to lose your whole world. I lost my farthest world because I accidentally used an item and my last backup save was a too far away. I never had motivation or ability to get back to that point. It is a really good game I just have problems with it.

Хороший симулятор Бога, интересная механика эволюции, мутаций, влияния ландшафта на климат. Была бы русская локализация (хотя в целом ты все поймешь если учил английский до 5 класса) и нормальная оптимизация, ее с теплотой вспоминали побольше людей
