Jeu que j'avais joué et plutôt aimé il y a quelques années de cela. Je connais pas assez la licence mais mon expérience a été positive.

Vous contrôlez un soldat bionique (merci Sherlock) et devez arrêter une menace terroriste à Ascencion City après qu'ils aient déclenché un tremblement de Terre massif suite à une explosion expérimentale commanditée.

Concrètement, c'est le gameplay qui m'a le plus happé, pas facile à appréhender mais qu'est ce que c'est jouissif une fois la prise en main faite. Je veux pas me faire taper dessus, mais y'a ce petit coté Spiderman à se balader de plateforme en plateforme en vous balançant avec votre bras bionique. Je m'en rappelle un peu de la fin du jeu, c'était plutôt "spectaculaire".

L'ambiance de la ville détruite est plutôt réussie aussi je trouve, on ressent cette fin du monde urbaine.

Bref, à essayer si vous avez l'occasion, mais surtout si vous ne connaissez pas la licence car j'ai l'impression que les fans sont plutôt dégoutés de la proposition.

Honestly embarrassing that real people made this game and this is what they ♥♥♥♥ out.

The story is so ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ bad. Plot holes, meaningless characters, and just boring ideas. The plot itself is uninteresting and the supporting cast if full of nothing burger characters which don’t even matter to anything (AKA dumbass runner girl and irrelevant brooding sniper guy who does nothing). The main bad guys are a complete snooze and nothing about the bionics in the world is fleshed out whatsoever so you’re left with an extremely linear game with zero worldbuilding, interesting plot/characters, and some of the worst gameplay I’ve ever witnessed which I will now discuss.

This game feels like absolute ♥♥♥♥ to play. First of all, you have to limit the game to 60 fps or else you will be getting stuck constantly on the environment and be unable to progress. The shooting feels awful and despite a couple of small upgrades from challenges, continues to feel terrible throughout the game. The human enemies are fine enough but some of the robot enemies have to be shot with explosives or janky zip-kicks to their back and when there are multiple of them it becomes extremely annoying. The human snipers are also so poorly tuned. They relentlessly shoot you from across the map and you rarely have a sniper of your own to deal with them or if you do, you are giving up a better gun for it. This mean awkward traversal across the map to climb up and shoot them. A couple of the bosses are so tedious to fight because you have to keep waiting for the stupid drop pods so you can get more ammo for the required weapon and others are just simple lazy repeat action 5 times to beat. Lastly, the traversal. ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ does the traversal in this game suck. Some how this incompetent dev managed to make a juiced up bionic soldier feel so unfun to play. Your grappling hook feels so limited and unresponsive for the handful of actions you can do with it. Climbing feels stiff, throwing feels stiff, and swinging feels jank. So somehow the combat is extremely simplistic and yet very frustrating at times, the traversal feels bad and there is a lot of it, and to top it off, the environments are so ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ bland and uninteresting to look at much less explore.

Visually the game is extremely generic, empty, and also low res looking even for a 2009 game. I’m looking around for cool skyboxes, interesting hidden areas, artistic vistas and there is just … nothing. It is just as cookie cutter as the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ main story.

Like, making a bionic soldier game should, at the very least, have been a simple fun shooter but they managed to make it a complete bore that is also not fun to play. The writing is shockingly bad with certain characters included for no reason and best of all the ending is a nonsensical cliffhanger. I think I paid 3 dollars for this and it feels like I got scammed. Do not waste your time.

Лет пятнадцать назад, глядя на выходящие проекты, мы могли кривить рожу при упоминании некст-гена и жаловаться на отсутствие фантазии у разработчиков. Сейчас, впрочем, многие занимаются тем же самым, но игры тех времен уже не кажутся такими уж плохими. Они не жрали за обе щеки ваши время и деньги, не пытались вас удержать, и, что смешно, все-таки [i]пытались[/i] изобрести заново велосипед игрового дизайна.

BC был сиквелом игры из конца восьмидесятых и продолжал историю с тем же персонажем по имени Натан Спенсер. Но, по моде нулевых, карикатурная история обросла неким минимумом лора про расцвет бионики, а также Чистку - специальное мероприятие, нацеленное на лишение аугментированных солдат (а это была именно военная технология) их приращений. И вот, протагониста вытаскивает из тюряги старый знакомый Супер-Джо (тот самый, которого игроки спасали в оригинале), дает задание, а взамен обещает приоткрыть тайну над пропажей жены героя.

Через полчаса вполне базового шутерного геймплея Натан возвращает свой протез и превращается в ту еще жопу с ручкой. Буквально. Бионическая лапа позволяет лихо рассекать по локации аки один небезызвестный герой Марвела, хватать издалека врагов и так далее. Постепенно герой обрастает новыми приемами, а по мере выполнения заданий на убийство врагов изподвыподверта получает мелкие бонусы вроде апгрейдов на оружие, здоровье и т.п. При этом у нас изредка меняются локации, постепенно создающие препятствия нашему движению - радиационный туман в городе, стены в пещерах, вода возле нефтяной вышки.

Почему, несмотря на довольно однообразный геймплей, на игру стоит обратить внимание?

Ну, во-первых, это очень крутой перенос механик оригинальной 2D-игры в трехмерное пространство. С сохранением старых фишек и добавлением новых. И перемещение здесь очень крутое. Если выпущенный примерно в те же года Prototype показывал образец того, как перемещение можно сделать приятным и отзывчивым, но при этом требовал от игрока одну клетку мозга для игры, а о физике хорошего ничего нельзя было сказать, тот тут ситуация как раз обратная - управление простое, чувствительное, но требовательное к пониманию физики игры. Рассчитать инерцию от раскачки на тросе, найти оптимальный угол для прыжка, поймать правильное ускорение, чтобы залезть в место, кажущееся недоступным - Bionic Commando именно про это. Причем особо морочиться, на самом деле, почти нигде не нужно; фигуры высшего однорукого аугментированного пилотажа придется освоить только если придет в голову собрать все коллектиблы в игре.

Во-вторых, несмотря на довольно простую по сути боевую систему, нельзя не отметить то, что использование руки жестко интегрировано и в нее. Врагов можно цапнуть издалека, швырнуть друг в друга, использовать некоторые элементы окружения и т.д. Даже без патронов Натан Спенсер - опасный оппонент, хоть и быстро откисает.

В-третьих, дизайн уровней хоть и кажется скучноватым, но странно игнорировать тот факт, что он вообще-то сделан по уму в плане заточки под главную игровую фишку - использование чудо-руки.

По итогу, кажется, что это типичный боевик на вечер, вроде без каких-то откровений, но то, как использование главной продающей фишки игры вплетено буквально везде - это пример довольно толковой, обдуманной и намеренной работы. Ну и лобовых аналогов, по сути, у этой игры нет.

А еще игра все еще симпатично выглядит, как по мне, и радует довольно приятной музыкой на фоне, да.

The game is incredibly fun. Naturally I got introduced to spencer from marvel vs capcom 3 and at the time this game received much less than favorable reviews so I never picked it up back then. Fast forward to so many years later and I see the game on sale on steam. And having played so much marvel 3 and he's in infinite as well, I wanted to see how his reboot debut game was. Its pretty much exactly what you imagine it to be. Third person shooter mechanics with the whole twist being the bionic arm. When youre in range of targetable object or land with your bionic arm, you can shoot to hook it and if in the air spencer will begin to swing with momentum like a pendulum. Chaining multiple swings together is very satisfying. You can also press a button to bring yourself straight to the object/land and another press will have spencer jump atop the latched on target which is great to scale things vertically quickly. You can also use the arm in combat, hoisting enemies up in the air and slamming them down into more enemies which is satisfying. Or latching on to a target and jumping up and reeling yourself towards the target feet first for a high impact foot dive. There is very basic melee combat basically press button to make spencer flail his arms, but its useful up close. As you play you unlock and refine your combat skills and unlock different gun weapons and it just feels like you've got plenty of options to engage in combat and ofc swing through the levels. Highly recommended, it reminds me of the 360 era of capcom where they were putting out really fun third person action games like re5 and dr2. This game gets a steep sale so I'd recommend waiting on that but otherwise I'd say its a good purchase

Recomendo este jogo com algumas ressalvas. Utilizar o braço bionico do protagonista é um pouco complicado visto que o jogo parece utilizar tecnologia de física para dar maior realismo a obra. Demorei de 20 à 25 minutos para completar o tutorial que não foi fácil pois as instruções não ficavam expostas na tela. Aparecia uma legenda mostrando o que você deveria fazer e você tinha que ler rápido para poder entende-lo. Isso é muito ruim, visto que você está no tutorial do Game e ele deveria se comprometer em lhe explicar bem os procedimentos. Achei bastante complicado usar o braço biônico para lançar uma corda e se pendurar em plataformas e parapeitos como o Homem-Aranha(nos jogos desse personagem, lançar teia e se pendurar é mais fácil). Acredito até mesmo que os desenvolvedores de Bionic Commando deveriam produzir um Jogo Digital do Amigão da Vizinhança, pois Bionic Commando é uma mistura Dark Sector e Spider-Man ou Just Cause. Antes de jogá-lo instale uma tradução do Game que está presente no site Tribo Gamer ou Game Vício ou Central de Traduções, senão você não vai entender muita coisa neste jogo! Apesar de tudo, recomendo! Mas este Game não tem o mesmo brilho de Prototype 1 ou Prototype 2 ou mesmo um Dark Sector ou Spider-Man 3 ou Just Cause 2 ou Just Cause 3 pois é um jogo estranho de se jogar. A mecânica e o modo de se jogar achei um tanto bizarra. Talvez faltasse mais polidez. Não sei ao certo. Mas jogue por sua conta e risco!

You spent 160 dollars on groceries last week-let yourself have Bionic Commando (2009). Don't begrudge yourself of 5-6 hours of moderate enjoyment. It has multiplayer too. That's a deal.

I would recommend it however, it has allot of flaws.
The flaws to me are the following.
1. weak gun play- I feel like I am running around with a pea shooter.
2. Very disappointing storyline- I am not going to mention any spoilers, but the story......... ugh.
Despite these I really enjoyed this game. The controls take a little getting used to, but it is fun to swing around. It is a good game considering when it came out. I remember this coming out for the PS3. It is a good buy for $10 or less. Last time I saw it was on sale for about $3.

Coming from Marvel Vs Capcom 3 I was always told that Spencer, the protagonist of this game, was from a bad game called Bionic Commando, and this winter I decided to find out if that was true or not. For $3 on a winter sale I had a blast of a weekend with this game. It's a lot better than I thought it was with a fun story with some nice twists. The gameplay is pretty good too. Grappling around feels pretty good and it flows in combat nicely. The game has also graphically aged pretty well too, though, I'm not picky about how a game looks. Overall for $3 it's a nice small experience that'll run you around 7 hours to beat if you're only looking to do the story.

I have no idea where all this negative opinions come from. This game is a blast. Gameplay mechanics needs learning and that may be a problem for some folks. Прикольная игрулька, с небольшими элементами QTE, что приятно сбалансировано.
Ну что же, история про Спенсора довольно такая себе. 5 лет просидел как задрот в тюряге и..., а вот спойлирить не буду :)

Из плюсов:
+ работает вообще супер, было разве что перезапуск миссий само по себе и приходилось начинать с начало ( два раза )
+ Запускается и играется без лагов и фризов, что прям не плохо для старой игры.
+ Графика на твёрдый средняк
+ Техлогия Physx, не плохо показывает себя в целом, хорошо и приятно раскрывает во время миссии в библиотеке
+ Относительно отзывчивое управление
+ Приятный сауд, просто не плохо
+ История в целом, сюжет тоже не плох
+ Тонкая настройка чувствительности управления
+ Мапдизайн тоже на уровне, разрушения, и прочее тоже на уровне нормально
+ ИИ роботов именно не плох, достаточно проворные и подлавливают, а вот солдаты ну нормально :) Заскучать вам точно не дадут
+ Прошла роверку времени в целом игра и это точно, до сих пор играбельно

Ну и из минусов:
- Всё же не мало старых игр затачивались под консоли, в целом не в этом беда, это можно найстроить и уже привыкнуть, в этой же концовке вам без геймпада вообще её не пройти, если не прибегать к чему то, через клавиатуру просто работать даже не будет вовсе. У меня было так не знаю как будет у вас.
- Все подсказки и действия показывают исключительно действия через геймпад.
- Крюк достаточно не слабо, она же рука, потрепало мне нервов, не всегда цепляет и я много раз падал в бездну, к противникам не всегда цепляет, больших роботов было особенно проблемно уничтожать, раз 30 пере-проходил, если было более двух роботов, а они ну очень уворотливые.
- Концовка на любителя, не очень зашло, будто проект именно под конец захотели уже быстро закончить, получилось что получилось, тут всё же спорно.
- Если хотите получить удовольствие, советую проходить на лёгком уровне сложности, на других будете терпеть сильно.

В целом игрулька твёрдый среднячок. Рекомендую её прям. По времени потратите куда меньше чем я, если поиграйте на лёгком уровне сложности. Стоит отдать должное, впервые вижу, чтобы в одной игре, была реклама другой своей игры Dark Void, который увы убрали со Steam, обзор на него я тоже сделал.

First, I watched the entire video walkthrough. I didn't feel like playing the game, but I decided to play a little bit anyway so that I could leave a review and check my impressions from watching the video walkthrough.

LINUX
The game runs well on Linux, although it may say it can't run when you first launch it. That's exactly what happened to me.

PLOT
A game from a cursed era: an era when almost every game ended with a cliffhanger and there was no sequel.

The plot begins with the fact that bionics used to be heroes, but now they are not. Why? We won't tell you, wait for the sequel. Oops! That is, don't expect a plot like in Deus Ex MD, where augs were treated badly because of one jerk who spread a virus that drove the augs crazy.

The plot begins with our protagonist being pulled out of prison, where he was sentenced to death, by his former boss, who was the reason we ended up in prison in the first place, but they don't explain anything to us properly. The former boss, who, oh my god, turns out to be a total jerk, offers a deal: we get the MacGuffin, and he gives us information about our wife, who disappeared years ago. Spoiler alert: she became the basis for our bionic arm, but they don't explain anything to us properly either.

Also, during the story, a sniper will appear from time to time, about whom we won't be told anything either, but I think it's the main character of the original game, or a character we saved in the original game.

BIONIC ARM
Swinging on a hook, I mean on a bionic arm, is unpleasant. It's kind of jerky and too lively. You don't get the feeling that you're swinging through space like Tarzan on vines or Spider-Man on a web, going: Shuuuuu-Shuuuuu.

Can you use a bionic arm to pull enemy NPCs toward you, like Kyle Katarn, and throw them into the abyss? No.

Can you use a bionic arm to pull yourself toward enemy NPCs, like a slingshot, to send them flying? Yes and no. Enemies fly when they run out of lives, but before that, they will fall to their fifth point at most.

Is it possible, like Dante, to do a combo when you pull yourself towards one enemy, then, while still in the air, pull yourself towards the second, third, etc.? Yes, you can, but time doesn't slow down during these moments, so it all depends on your reaction and skill. Plus, you stick to the ground too quickly, so it's unlikely that you'll be able to do anything cool.

Can you use your bionic arm to grab objects and then throw them at enemy NPCs? Yes.

HANDS-ON COMBAT
Is there any? No, you can throw an object up in the air and then throw it at an enemy NPC, or hit them with your hand, but that's more of an afterthought.

SHOOTING
Pew-pew, instead of PTUSH-PTUSH!, BANG!, BAM!, etc.

PARCOUR

Me ha gustado bastante. Un buen juego de acción, con una mecánica, la del brazo, que me recuerda mucho a las telarañas de Spiderman.
Muy buena acción, mucho movimiento, y escenarios grandes, aunque algo limitados.
El juego tiene bugs, sobre todo con el brazo. No son comunes, pero te quedas pegado a una pared, y no puedes salir. Creo que no es del juego en sí, sino que es muy antiguo, y ya no funciona del todo bien en equipos modernos.

This game is actually awesome, the hate it got when it released is absolutely not justified.

People often complain about the gritty atmosphere, bad story and lackluster gameplay, but many of these flaws are greatly exagerated. If you play this game in 2025 like I did, the tone, colour scheme, graphics and game design will make you feel like you're sitting on before your xbox 360 yet again, an absolute time capsule of the game. If you're looking for a break from all those layers of irony in today's media and want that gritty 2000 action movie feel, Bionic Commando is the game for you.

Story wise, it's alright. It's simple, easy to follow and works well with the gameplay. It's not your next revolutionary game that Geoff Keighley will shill at the game awards as a beautifuly written masterpiece. It's there, and it's alright, but trust me, the ending is not bad like people like to say, it's good.

Now the gameplay, the reason you play this game. Flying around in this game with your grappling hook is a blast and it's something I personally really enjoyed which is only done well thanks to the enviroment you're in. The is pretty standard and enjoyable, nothing to add here really. However the main flaw I think this game has is how in combat, shooting, melee and the grapling hook don't work in tandem. Most of the time you'll only be focusing on one of these things which is just shooting. Some enemies were also a pain in the ass when it came to dealing with them, and the kite mechanic was janky... really janky. But a thing worth mentioning is how many times during the game I was genuinely suprised with things that happened. Things that weren't part of the gameplay loop, which I can't tell you without spoiling it. It's probably because game still haven't become streamlined then, and the developers went "this is cool, let's do this" instead of filling out checklist copies like your next Ubisoft game.

To summarize, Bionic Commando 2009 is a game with flaws, but just like in a true lover, you love even those. It's gritty, it's action packed, it was made in 2009 and you can tell that with a glance.

As an old school gamer, i really loved Bionic commando and still have my old ps3 game disk. Just purchased Bionic commando and finally finished it. But the ending, for f-sake, great way to completly destroy the entire game!!! Leaving us on that f-ing cliffhanger of an ending and the last message make no sens at all.

Sadly, they only released reArmed 1 on steam and never ported rearmed 2. Still, pretty awsome game and the only replay value of the game, would be to collect every collectible you can fin din the game.

really wish they would have ended the game in another way or made a true ending if you managed to finish the game on the hardest difficulty.

QUE P#RRA DE JOGO É ESSE CAPCOM KKKKKKKKKKKKKK

Comprei essa bomba em uma das promoções da Capcom por um valor muito baixo, e agora entendo o motivo de estar tão barato. Vi esse personagem no Marvel vs. Capcom 3 e achei interessante o design dele, com um braço mecânico gigante. Fiquei curioso para saber como era seu jogo — e, depois de jogar, posso dizer que era melhor ter ficado só na curiosidade mesmo.

O jogo tem a mesma vibe de Dark Void e Lost Planet: uma mecânica que até chama atenção, mas que é mal e porcamente aplicada em um jogo feio e sem graça. A história, até onde joguei, parecia ter algum potencial, mas não fui muito longe para saber no que dá.

O braço biônico funciona parcialmente. Na hora de se balançar, ele até vai bem, mas trava quando precisa escalar quinas e chega a bugar ao atacar certos inimigos. A gunplay é uma das coisas mais medonhas que já vi num jogo. Mas, sinceramente, o pior é que ele simplesmente não empolga.

Ganhou uma estrela pela trilha sonora e pelas animações do menu.

A surprisingly fun 5-6 hour experience. The screen tearing is most noticeable during cut scenes and hardly during gameplay. Playing above 60fps causes some collision issues with Spencer's model but outside that the Diesel engine held up incredibly well. Depth of Field is really well implemented here too. Overall a nice little goodbye for the character.

1.游戏画面

本作在当年的画面中也算佼佼者，城市被核攻击之后的破败状态描写十分到位，到处可以看到被毁的建筑，损坏的汽车。断裂的电车轨道。出现裂纹凹陷的路面。

场景制作十分完美，不仅完美再现被毁城市，还有森林、地底、峡谷以及海上等众多场景！游戏场景制作上可见厂商制作上相当厚道！

游戏中能看到N多广告牌……尤其是N的显卡和百事可乐的广告（赞助了？）

游戏场景都非常之大。场面和同屏敌人数量也不少。

2.游戏操作

游戏分为3个难度，最简单的是普通难度。有玩家说这游戏简单难度都非常难，其实是选择了COMMANDD难度（最难的一个）。

游戏的生命值显示，画面泛红便是主角生命值临界了。此时需要躲避一会回自动复生命值。

游戏人物特点就是主人公的生化左手。这只手不尽可以伸长抓住物品，使主人公可以像蜘蛛侠一样在空中回荡。还可以抓住敌人之后抛出砸向其它敌人，也能抓住敌人之后利用收缩绳子攻击对方。在空中回荡或者,敌人之后，主角还会发出“愉快的叫声”（邪恶）在场景中还有很多可以破坏，或者拉下来的物品。利用这些可以迅速的砸死下面的敌人。

在游戏中除了使用生化手攻击敌人，还有众多的武器可以选择。随身只能携带3种武器，手枪和手榴弹是必带武器，还有丰富的“第三种武器”如自动锁定的3连发火箭炮、机枪、榴弹发射器、狙击枪、散弹枪等众多第三种武器。这些虽然威力大，但是只能携带一种。游戏中射击准心非常之大

射击苦手的玩家也能迅速瞄准。由于不是纯射击游戏，弹药需要和《生化危机5》一样小心的使用。弹药可以通过固定的弹药筒补充，在自己弹药稀缺时候，击毙敌人也能获得弹药。,的弹药筒补充手枪子弹，蓝色的补充手雷，红色的补充第三种武器。

游戏中利用生化手回荡需要非常注意物理技巧，掌握抛出角度。初期训练关卡一定要多多练习。一般是45度角度抛出，到合适角度抛出的时候，画面中央也会有提示。抛出角度决定了主角是向上抛出还是向前。众多的收集要素（150个）也有很大一部分需要依赖此技能。

游戏存档采用checkpoint的方式即时存档，存档个人感觉偏少。且死亡后没有保存的所有收集要素需要重新收集。往往是只差最后一个要素，摔死了再从头开始。

众多的收集要素也是本作的特点，本以为《金刚狼》95个狗牌已经相当之多了。然而在本作中，收集要素多达令人发指的150！不过，本作很“贴心”的会在收集到要素之后告诉你这个场景收集了多少个，总共多少个……很多收集要素出现在空中，可破坏物品内部，草丛，石头后面等位置。

游戏采用小黄点引导玩家，要通关并不难。不会因为找不到出路而卡关。

3.游戏音乐&音效

游戏BGM制作也非常花功力。各个场景的BGM相当到位，特制的战斗BGM非常激情火爆另boss战在很大程度上爽快了很多。

4.敌人与战斗

对敌人的战斗非常爽快，敌人的技能和AI处理的也不错。你如果用手伸出抓住敌人，敌人还会用电棍电你的手。用你手的绳子导电来电到玩家。近身后敌人也会切换近身武器和你搏斗。

游戏中出现的敌人种类也非常多，普通杂兵，手雷杂兵，重装甲兵，狙击兵，盾牌机械兵，加农炮机械兵，还有很雷的会发龟派气功的机械兵，还有飞机和骑摩托的杂兵…加上boss。本作出场的兵种相当之多。

5.缺点

游戏在loading上面花费时间较长，而且主人公死亡之后必须从上次的check点loading之后重新开始。Load时间在硬盘加载游戏后还是没有明显的改善。

游戏的可抓位置非常多，也很容易抓错。

游戏部分过程过分依赖于手的回荡跳跃。还不能沾地。

4.总结

由于本作偏向于动作类。剧情显得比较单薄。信任被判和寻找自己的XX。动作和射击手感都十分之好，后期上手之后能熟练的运用相当多的技能来,敌人。是爽快度和画面并存的好游戏。

Někdy se na to, že je něco „jiné“, dívá s despektem. Bývá to často chápáno jako odchylka od normy, kterou má většina ráda. A v případě Bionic Commanda z roku 2009 je to přesně tento pocit, který ve mně stále doznívá. V dobách, kdy se po nás chtělo, abychom si zvykli na bezmyšlenkovité střílečky ze třetí osoby s krycím systémem, udělali seveřané z Grinu něco naprosto neobvyklého: vytvořili titul, který je spíše než střílečkou hádankou s houpacím lanem.

Zlatá ruka, zrzavá hlava

Bionic Commando z roku 2009 je po desetiletém spánku pokračováním klasického 2D titulu, a pokud si myslíte, že je toto pokračování jen dalším dílem v řadě, mýlíte se. Z Bionic Commanda se stala hra plná výzev a rychlého rozhodování. Akce, která vás nenechá chvíli v klidu a nutí vás přemýšlet.

Hra následuje Nathana "Rad" Spencera, agenta s bionickou rukou, který se po falešném obvinění ocitne v cele smrti. Snímek se však záhy změní. Po teroristickém útoku, který způsobí zemětřesení, se vláda rozhodne, že je nutné Spencera omilostnit a využít jeho dovedností k vyřešení situace. Je nutné porazit teroristy a pomoci občanům.

Houpačky, gravitace a létání

Během celé hry máte k dispozici biomechanickou ruku, se kterou můžete hrát na hřišti plném výškových budov a visutých mostů. S touto rukou se budete houpat, přitahovat a lézt po zdech, až vám z toho půjde hlava kolem. Hra se vám neustále snaží do cesty házet překážky. Ať už je to stěna, která se rozpadá pod vašima rukama, anebo most, který hrozí, že se každou chvíli sesype do řeky. Je to přesně tato plynulost, kterou si zamilujete.

Bohužel hra trpí na pár menších problémů. Většinou se jedná o zbytečné a neustálé vyskakování obrazovek, které vám chtějí ukázat něco, co už znáte. A i když je systém střelby poměrně slušně zpracován, je to až ta houpačka, se kterou se Bionic Commando stává hrou, kterou si zapamatujete.

Verdikt

Bionic Commando z roku 2009 je jedním z nejoriginálnějších titulů, které se v tomto roce objevily. Je to hra, která se nebojí experimentovat a jít proti proudu. Pokud chcete vyzkoušet něco nového, něco, co vás donutí přemýšlet a rozhodovat se, je Bionic Commando to pravé pro vás. A i když občas hra zadrhne, jedná se o velmi uspokojivý zážitek. A za zkoušku, i po těch letech, stojí.

Esse é mais um dos jogos que vou zerar assistindo a gameplay. O jogo em si não é ruim, mas a jogabilidade é terrível. Não pense que vc vai se balançar igual o homem-aranha. Na maioria das vezes, vc precisa se balançar do jeito certo ou vai morrer. Água te mata se vc cair nela. Radiação te mata se chegar perto. Vc não pode salvar a hora que quiser. O jogo exige que vc chegue até certo ponto pra salvar. Errou? Volte pro começo da fase. Enfim, uma experiencia frustante!

Bionic Commando eski ama efsane bir oyun. Arayüzü sağlam, sinematikleri çok iyi. Mekanikleri başta zor gelse de bionic kolunuzu öğrendikten sonra oyundan büyük keyif alıyorsunuz. The mechanics may feel difficult at first, but once you master the bionic arm, the gameplay becomes very enjoyable. Its mechanics are not standard, which makes it unique and satisfying once learned. For its time it was impressive, and even today it still holds up. This is definitely a game that should be in your library — it even deserves a movie adaptation.

The arm loves to latch onto things and stick you to them - annoying when it's a wall, obnoxious when you're glitching out against a Biomech's back, and infuriating when it's *anything* that renders you helpless while you eat bullets or drown, sending you back to the (woefully infrequent, given the issues) last checkpoint or, more likely, the start of the level. And you better turn off the targeting computer and use the force, Luke, because the "Release" indicator will lie to you - "Great swings" love to send you careening down into the radiation - back to the start with you!

Also some real weird design decisions - the game apparently has an option to replay levels, but you can't get collectibles or challenges in them, so what's the point? Not that there's much reason to get the collectibles anyway, since the low-effort port didn't even bother to bring over the achievement support.

But at least they're sprites from the old NES game, which is kind of cool. And I like Steve Blum.

I loved this game as a young lad but coming back to it, I don't know why. Its clunky, unfair, very bland and is left on a cliffhanger. Its unfortunate that it didn't get a sequel and they couldn't addressed and improved on all the great ideas. The game had a ton of potential.

If you like to be very angry and frustrated by a 16 yo game, This is your chance. It can be very punishing. The narrative is as thin as tissue paper. Plus some of the mechanics are clunky af. Bionic Souls.

Grafikler güzel, fakat oynanış kısmı insanı birazcık yoruyor. Capcom, burada farklı bir şey denemiş ama çok fazla başarılı olamamışa benziyor. Spiderman e benzer özellikler taşıyor. Kancamızı istediğimiz yere atıyoruz ve daldan dala atlayabiliyoruz. Aslında oyun tam olarak bu yönde. Silah sıkma mekaniği, ve düşmanlar olsun çok bir şey söylenemez. PS2 ve PS3 dönemlerinde 1 tane güzel mekanik bulup bunun üstüne oyun yapma olayları çok oluyordu bu da onlardan biri.Oyunda kanca mekaniği dışında pek bir olay yok vasat bir gun fight ve hikaye var.Ama garip bir şekilde oynaması zevkli.Eski oyunlarla aranız yoksa hiç bulaşmayın gerek yok.

Eh işte, nostaljik amaçlarla oynanır ancak öyle ahım şahım değil. Şahsen çok iyi bir deneyim de vaat etmedi bana, onlarca bug ile karşılaştım ve klavye-mouse ile bazı alanlarda kontroller iyice sapıtıyor. Özellikle son bölümlerde bir kısımda QTE giriyor ve klavye-mouse ile resmen yapılmıyor o sekans. Mecbur dandik, bozulmaya yüz tutan oyun kolumu bağlayıp geçtim o kısmı. Öte yandan genel olarak oynanış eğlenceli, oradan oraya maymun gibi sallanıyorsunuz ve bir şeyleri tekmeliyorsunuz. Silah var ancak vuruş hissi falan hak getire. Bu kadar şey söyledim ama yanlış anlaşılmasını istemem, kötü bir oyun asla değil, hatta keyifliydi de, ancak bir o kadar da buglu, yavan ve kısa bir yapım. Yine de uygun bir fiyata bulduğunuz taktirde tavsiye ederim, geçmişte oynadığım bir yapım olmamasına rağmen 2005-2010 dönemini iliklerime kadar hissettirdi ve nostalji yaşattı bana.

Bionic Commando ist aufgrund des Greifhacken Movements
welches auch in Kämpfe integriert ist eines meiner lieblings linearen Actionspiele
(Man Kann Gegner mit dem Greifhaken Marioartig bespringen oder auch als Wurfobjekt auf Andere schleudern.
Es gibt sogar eine Passage im Spiel wo man Flugzeuge damit steuern kann).
Der heroische Soundtrack mit der wiederholt eingearbeiteten Theme lässt filmisches Feeling aufkommen.
Die Grafik ist vielleicht für heutige Verhältnisse nicht mehr realistisch
aber immer noch schön anzusehen mit den Global Illumination Effekten bei den Collectables und Taschenlampen der Gegner.

Negative Punkte:
Das Leveldesign ist extrem Linear, weicht man zuweit vom Schlauchpfad ab wird man gekillt.
Der Multiplayer ist heute zwar noch über Radmin VPN spielbar und es existiert sogar eine Discordgruppe dafür,
ich kann es jedoch keinem empfehlen da er ein einziges Ruckelfest ist dank dem meist sehr hohen Ping anderer Mitspieler.
Surroundsound wird in der PC Fassung nicht unterstützt
(Ironischerweise aber laut aussagen eines Forum Mitglieds in der Xbox 360 Version).
Ein Grafikoptionsmenü sucht man vergebens.

The game is set in a dystopian future where cybernetic enhancements (bionics) are used to create super-soldiers. You play as Nathan "Rad" Spencer, a former war hero and elite soldier equipped with a powerful bionic arm that gives him enhanced strength, mobility, and combat abilities.

[h2]Gameplay[/h2]
Bionic Commando is a third-person action-adventure game. The gameplay combines shooting with unique traversal mechanics centered around the protagonist's bionic arm. With this arm you can swing between buildings, ledges, and over gaps. This creates a fast-paced, momentum-based movement system. The arm is also a weapon, used to grab enemies, zip-kick, throw objects (even cars), punch with massive force, perform finishers, pull down debris, or use the arm to manipulate parts of the environment.

You also have more conventional weapons like automatic weapons, pistols, sniper rifles, and grenades. As you progress, you unlock new abilities for your arm and weapons. Some upgrades are tied to completing in-game challenges like number of kills, swing distance, etc.

[h2]Enemies & Bosses[/h2]
The game features a variety of enemies, ranging from different kinds of BioReign Soldiers, Biomechs and Polycrafts. Most enemies can’t be handled with just gunfire. You’ll often need to swing to dodge or flank, use the arm to grab or stun, throw explosive barrels or vehicles, and combine melee and ranged attacks for efficient takedowns. The game features 4 bosses.

[h2]Environment[/h2]
The game takes place in a post-apocalyptic, dystopian cityscape called Ascension City. Levels are semi-linear with multiple paths and verticality. Radiation zones and environmental hazards act as boundaries. The city features tall skyscrapers and multi-level structures, emphasizing vertical movement and the use of the bionic arm for swinging and climbing.

The environment is also dynamic and interactive. Many objects like cars, barrels, and debris can be grabbed, thrown, or used strategically in combat.

[h2]Visual Design & Sound Design[/h2]
Environments blend futuristic machinery and architecture with ruined, war-torn cityscapes, emphasizing the clash between advanced technology and devastation.

The UI is minimalistic, basically only showing your radar and ammo.

The mechanical sounds of the arm extending, retracting, and swinging are distinctive and satisfying, reinforcing its role as both a tool and a weapon. The other weapon sounds are okay and nothing special. The voice acting is not that great.

[h2]Constructive Criticism[/h2]
The story is predictable and boring.

Environments felt repetitive and uninspired, lacking memorable landmarks or variety.

The combat becomes very repetitive after a while, especially with similar enemy types and limited weapon variety, relying heavily on bionic arm gimmicks.

The game is immensely buggy. I got stuck, like literally stuck, very often when using the bionic arm, on walls, enemies (especially Biomechs), under bridges etc. You then need to die or reload the checkpoint.

The enemies are poorly designed. Biomechs, and mostly Air Force Biomechs are highly annoying. You have to attack them from behind, throw objects, or shoot off parts. Either ammo runs out or you get stuck on them when trying to zip-kick them, and some areas don’t have throwable objects, so that is not an option either. Even if there were things to throw, throwing things in this game is awfully buggy and hard to control. Sometimes they lose parts when you shoot at them, and sometimes they do not. I don’t know if it’s because of hitbox issues or something else.

The bosses are extremely annoying and tedious, especially Groeder. He just walks around and talks, and you have to wait for him to do an attack so his back is exposed, and then it is your turn to attack. BUT, it’s only sometimes and completely random if his back opens up or not after his attack. He also has a charge attack that is impossible to dodge. He then spawns a bunch of flying drones that shoot at you while he is doing his undodgeable attacks. I didn't even have any ammo left to shoot the drones and was just jumping around like crazy. One of the worst boss designs I’ve ever had to endure.

[h2]The Verdict[/h2]
I played this game for the first time in 2009 on Xbox 360 and did all the achievements and completed the game on the hardest difficulty. I liked it back then. 3 years ago I replayed this game for nostalgia. I played on the easiest difficulty, and god I struggled. Now I hate it and will never play it again. What a buggy mess. I'm glad it was short. I wouldn’t recommend it, even on sale, due to the flaws I mentioned. AVOID!
