Dotemu e beat 'em up é a combinação mais certeira para o sucesso. Absolum é um exemplo de como ainda dá pra inovar em gêneros que talvez pareçam impossíveis de mudar a fórmula. Ainda que muito gente possa desgostar do fator roguelite que o jogo tem, é até compreensível usar esse fator num beat 'em up. Muita gente fica entediada após uma partida desse gênero, então por que não adicionar algo que faça você querer jogar várias vezes? Inserir aspectos de roguelite adicionam uma camada a mais de desafio, fazendo o jogador não achar chato repetir um processo várias e várias vezes. E para isso, a progressão de dificuldade quando se avança no jogo cresce de forma que crie desafios para o jogador e, ainda que ele falhe, vai ter mais recursos quando voltar ali novamente, já que é possível melhorar seus atributos ao voltar para sua base inicial, gastando pontos que vão auxiliar em sua jornada. Além disso, é possível adquirir novas habilidades para seus personagens, fazendo com que um mesmo personagem não seja sempre jogado da mesma forma.

Sobre os personagens jogáveis, cada um tem um estilo definido e feito pra você se afeiçoar mais pela jogabilidade que mais se encaixar no seu estilo, porém, todos são bem legais de controlar, além de terem muita personalidade. A arte de Absolum é magnífica, te teletransportando pra um mundo medieval mágico onde a magia se destaca por suas cores vibrantes, o que visualmente também ajuda o jogador a se situar naquela bagunça gostosa que é um beat 'em up. A história do jogo é simples e objetiva, com diversos fragmentos e conversas ao longo do jogo que enriquecem ainda mais a história daquele mundo. O jogo está em Português-Brasil, o que é ótimo para acompanhar a história e entender melhor sobre os atributos, habilidades e itens.

Sempre que você começar uma nova partida, vai ter que escolher por onde pretende avançar, já que diferentes caminhos te levam a diferentes rotas para chegar ao seu objetivo final. Eles não estão ali à toa: além de diferentes paisagens e inimigos, existem eventos diferentes em cada um deles, que podem liberar caminhos mais curtos para próximas jornadas. Eventualmente, você vai querer visitar todos esses lugares, o que é perfeitamente possível, já que o ciclo do jogo é basicamente avançar até onde sua habilidade permitir, ser derrotado e voltar ao começo. Assim, o jogo também não se torna repetitivo no sentido de que sempre é possível mudar de caminho numa próxima vez. Durante sua jornada, ao completar uma tela daquele cenário, você recebe recompensas, sendo eles fragmentos que são usados para aumentar atributos, dinheiro, equipamentos ou habilidades passivas. No caso do dinheiro, você pode usar ele para comprar equipamentos, para avançar em eventos ou para contratar NPCs que lutam ao seu lado, uma mecânica bem interessante, inclusive. Equipamentos serão itens que melhoram seus atributos mas que, ao ser derrotado, você perde todos eles. Porém, caso você queira começar com algum deles numa próxima vez, você pode comprá-los na sua base gastando fragmentos. As habilidades passivas melhoram ataques, esquivas e habilidades especiais, geralmente adicionando dano elemental a eles. Novamente, caso você seja derrotado, você perde todos eles. Além disso tudo, ao derrotar chefes, você pode adquirir novas habilidades básicas, como mais ataques num combo ou diferentes interações entre os ataques. Todas essas mecânicas somadas tem a clara intenção de tornar o que poderia ser repetitivo e maçante em algo divertido e satisfatório. Além disso, masterizar seu jogo com cada personagem e criar combos com o que você vai conseguindo através da sua jornada é extremamente empolgante, sempre descobrindo coisas novas para cada um deles.

Absolum é uma experiência completamente satisfatória num gênero que se dava por satisfeito em fazer o básico que, ainda que muito divertido, te dava umas três horas de diversão e você nunca mais tocava naquele beat 'em up. Se você gosta do gênero e sentia que ele não poderia ser mais do que era, Absolum deu um passo a frente e trouxe um ar revigorante ao beat 'em up.

[b][u]CONQUISTAS[/u][/b]

Como se trata de um roguelite com quatro personagens, é de se esperar que teríamos conquistas específicas para cada um deles. O mais legal é que elas são relacionadas com o estilo de jogo de cada um deles, o que deixa essas conquistas com muita personalidade. Obviamente, também temos conquistas de derrotar Azra com cada um dos personagens, então você eventualmente vai jogar com todos eles. Derrotar cada chefe também está na lista de conquista, mas essas você vai conseguir eventualmente quando estiver fazendo os mais diversos caminhos pelo jogo. O que pode ser mais desafiador são as conquistas em que você precisa fazer algo específico, que são muitas, mas nada que você não possa tentar em uma de suas várias tentativas de vencer Azra. Assim como o jogo em si, fazer 100% das conquistas vai ser um belo desafio e mais um motivo para jogar e rejogar Absolum.

やられて拠点に戻って強化して、またやられて強化して…を繰り返す系のベルトスクロール型のローグライトです。
自分は似たようなゲーム様式のHadesやDead Cellsをプレイ済みなので「またこれ系か」とちょっとうんざりしてしまいました。

アクションは苦手では無いですが初回は2回目のボス辺りでやられるような難易度になっておりもうちょっとサクサクと進ませてくれよ、と思いました。
選択の自由があるように見えますが制作側の意図通りに進んでる感を強く感じるので嫌な人は嫌だと思います。
あと爽快、気持ちいいと言われているアクション部分もピンと来ずポリコレ気味のキャラクターにも魅力を感じませんでした（主人公っぽい立ち位置にいるキャラは女性です）

The combination of beat em up, rogue-like, fantasy, hand drawn graphics and a interesting story makes this game a really interesting combination of multiple great things in a single package. Add the local co-op and a variation that I really haven´t seen in a similar game before makes this recepie a great taste. You die in a run and thinks after that "ok, I take the same route as before, cuz I know this route now" and you will be suprised of how living this game is. New things happen, new routes open and new characters drive the story and the game progress forward in a really interesting way. Also I would say that the difficulty is exactly perfect. We came to the same boss (the under king) like 8 times and where like "this boss is way to hard", then you learn and make small progress each run which makes the next runt feel like you are a litle bit more powerful than the last run.

I have only played this gem in co-op mode which I think is the best way to enjoy it. Skills and alternative ways to play this game opens up after a certain progress. Don´t judge it after just 1 run. It will be a lot more variation than you first think.
Hard to think of any improvement points so far. Maybe that I would like to have more of Absolum (even though I have played 40 hours and completed about 90 percent of the game)

Having played the predecessor, "Streets of Rage 4," I can say that this game is a big downgrade, unfortunately.
However, it is not a bad game either...

This game, being primarily a beat 'em up, suffers a lot with the randomizer factor that the rogue-lite element adds to it. In my opinion, those types of games are way better with a better element of repetition since it forces you to master your character well and makes you feel very good and skillful at the end of your journey. But this game adding the random effect and bonuses to your attacks (and believe me, it changes everything) kills that effect.

The sound design is excellent, and some of the songs are pretty memorable. The visual design is very good, adding a sense of a "painting"-like feeling to the game that is most welcome.

The characters, at least for me, are pretty unmemorable and feel pretty stupid at times. Only Cider was, for me, a decent playstyle, the other being very "meh" and only resting on their "ritual" (random magical effect causing mayhem throughout your game).

Overall, this is a pretty nice game, especially if you play with a buddy. But very far from the quality that we got from SOR4.

First time regretting buying a game on steam.
Let's start with the positives. The game is gorgeous, the music is amazing and what would you like to have, for you to enjoy this game? The GAMEPLAY of course. It IS exciting for the first few hours but the tedium creeps in when you have to go through the same thing with boring powerups and weird game design choices. Sure, there are some variations here and there to each and every run but it's either this annoying encounter or the other. (Git gud perhaps?)
I wanted this game to be better because I see the passion poured on to this but sorry, no.
Maybe beat 'em up is not my cup of tea after all. But I am a sucker for roguelites because of Hades (I know smh) but this was quite infuriating to play. I might change my opinion when I return to this game, who knows?

this game gave the realization roguelite is not a genre for me. being nerf every start has become tedious and number of enemy spawn just keeps increasing with some having armor. getting those passive skills/upgrades didn't feel that things are progressing characters-wise. I feel there's a imbalance between your progressive against the number of enemies.

if roguelite is your cup of tea, then is might be good game for you. just not for me.

Déjà une superbe direction artistique (DA , musique), un système de jeu très simple et pourtant assez profond, et evidemment -à l'instar de Hades- rendre le die and retry diegetique, avec des mécaniques rogue-lite.
J'aurais jamais cru passer 30 heures sur un jeu de ce genre, mais j'ai envie de débloquer tout ce que je peux!
Dur d''être déçu par un jeu de ce calibre, j'attends juste plus de merch et des DLC's!

Probé la demo con poquísimas espectativas porque no me van los beat em up (no juego a uno desde el streets of rage en el 90 y tantos con 7 u 8 años) y ni fu ni fa... no me anime a comprarlo. Tiempo después, aprovechado una oferta y dejándome llevar por el FOMO lo compré y le di una oportunidad... BENDITO FOMO! No exageraban los que decían que era un juegazo y que había que jugarlo si o si. De los juegos mas divertidos que recuerdo. Totalmente adictivo. IMPRESCINDIBLE. No seas como yo y dale una oportunidad aunque no te vaya para nada el genero.

Every time I hear this narrator speak (check it out and you will know what I mean) I feel like I want to puke.
Why cant she speak like a normal person and instead she CHOOSES to speak like this ghetto trash? You cant be articulate or speak NORMAL english without sounding like your IQ is below 80?
The game itself is very good, especially in coop, but you will feel unimaginable cringe if you are at least a slightly based person.

I've played almost 20 hours into Absolum and it's definitely in my top 3 best beat 'em ups of the last fifteen years, alongside Streets of Rage 4. The four playable characters are incredibly fun and distinct. The graphics and art design are excellent, and the music is a great complement with three or four tracks standing out above the rest. There are tons of different enemies, from the regulars to the bosses and the final bosses. One of the things I've enjoyed most is the "nexus", where you start your adventure and how it evolves as you unlock things and achieve objectives. The level and stage design is also excellent, with some areas offering different routes and tons of secrets to discover.

This game is pure bliss for those of us who have always loved beat 'em ups. It's not perfect, but it's a 9 out of 10.

I had no idea how good beat 'em up games would feel with roguelike progression, Really enjoyed this so far, the mechanics are really solid the attacks are really clear and having basically 4 different ways to deal with attacks (Jump, Dodge, Parry and Clashing your heavy attack into a enemy attack which feels a bit like a perfect parry)

It also has some of the most blasting music I've ever seen in games, like they are going hard on this on a normal stage while I'm not even fighting anything, the boss music is incredible (The Underworld King Theme is going on my playlist 100%) and in general the story and characters click incredibly well for me.

I see the game has a lot of reviews and It prolly sold well for a studio of this size, but this game deserves so, so much more.

Adding rogue-like elements to a beat-em-up is a stroke of genius, and succeeds in pushing that genre into the next tier (though Streets of Rage 4 and Shredder's Revenge did a good job getting us here). The art is beautiful, the characters expressive, and at 4 hours in, I'm still seeing new segments in the initial stage. Good stuff - definitely recommend if you're a beat-em-up fan.

I love the first half of the game but I can't in good faith recommend it because the end game is tripe. Other games, like Hades, allow you to mix and match the challenge to your liking. Absolum doesn't, it jus throws the whole book of enemies, plus elite and powered versions at you, and calls it endgame challenge. It becomes tedious, and after a perfectly balanced campaign of beat em up action, too, which is very, very frustrating. The fact that you NEED to take a life out of my run when facing the last last boss SPEAKS VOLUMES about the INCOMPETENCE to balance endgame challenge.

(Ignore my playtime, I have about 30+ hrs at time of review because I played the game offline) I really want to recommend this game, but can't. It's an amazing sidescrolling beat-em up, but a pretty bad roguelike. The combat is fun, the art and music are amazing and the story is intriguing. But every element that makes the game a roguelike, although at the start seems to work, falls short. If you just plan on beating this game once, which takes about 20 hours, you will genuinely have a good time and I wholeheartedly recommend it. Below is a list of complaints I noticed as I kept playing past the credits (spoiler warning).

The quests. They seem very fun and immersive at first, but there are multiple quests that upon completion make the game harder with 0 reward for the player. Like escorting a goblin through the mist area now introduces a very annoying to deal with enemy to the early game spawn pool, and the reward for that to the player is unlocking the mist area's secret - which is just a Ritual selection shop which offers the same amount of rituals as other paths, except without the option to reroll them...
Or the Slave Queens quest, which has you fight both of them at the same time forever after completing it. In exchange, the game pretends that this will make them help out during a much harder boss, except it turns out one of them betrays you and just turns that hard boss into a 2v2, making it 3x harder due to visual clutter.

Some parts of the character's movesets are locked behind getting random boss-drop items as you play, which just feels really bad. I played through the whole game as Cyder, and some of her skills like walljump and the 2 grab variations just felt like things that were not in the slightest worth getting compared to the infinite+air dash/dash through enemy upgrades and should've been part of the base kit.

The items in general are pretty bad. Most of them are simple stat upgrades with nothing special except for maybe 4 or 5 rare ones. The rituals are what really makes builds, but those have the issue of letting the player dirty the loot pool by unlocking bad ones, like the whole cursed ritual set which mostly provides sidegrades over upgrades (fe crits doing between 150 and 250 damage instead of consistent 200, literally does nothing in the long run. Or stuff like the time rituals which freeze the enemy for 0.2 seconds on clash, which is worthless since clashes usually lead to stuns anyway).

Also completing the game once actively makes it worse, as the game now forces you to fight an extra mandatory final boss which is not only a worse fight than the normal final boss, but also requires having a revive to fight him (and no, it's not like the heart from slay the spire where dying to it still counts as beating the run).
In addition to this, the game puts random places (time rifts) on the map (thankfully they are marked) where the game will spawn more enemies and enemies from all areas of the game. There is no extra reward for beating those areas, of course, a common issue in this game. If you are unlucky, sometimes the game also puts them in such a way where you absolutely have to go through those areas, and at early game that can be an easy run ender. No, you can't turn them off either.

The post-game challenges, called ordeals, have so far just been miserable. For example, the legion ordeal makes the game spawn 3x more enemies (although it feels like it's actually much more than that) but in exchange reducing their health. Playing through it really makes you see flaws with the games combat system when put against so many foes, as it shows how flawed the defensive options are due to animation lock, the fact enemies can utilize the y axis much more generously than the player, enemies attacking from off-screen the instant they spawn, multiple elites or enemies with block spawning from 2 different sides making it impossible to not take damage, projectiles hitting you during hitstun taking 50% of your hp etc. Also the legion ordeal stacks with the time rifts so if you get forced into one, it's just over.

Anyway the reason I even bothered writing out all this stuff is because at the end of the day, I really think this game could be amazing. It has all the meat and bones for being a top-tier rougelike that I could replay for a hundred hours, but in its current state it just left a sour taste. If the devs keep updating the game to deal with complaints like these, I will happily change the review.

Okay, this game is without exaggeration one of the very best roguelikes out there and perhaps even the best side scrolling Beat-em-up, i've ever played. (played a great amount btw.)

Also the art + character designe is just gorgeous and has its own distinguishable lovely charm.

The story is surprisingly deep for a game of this kinda genre and especially the characters individual personalities i find very immersive.

Technically the game is absolute top notch, with very nice thought out possibilities to upgrade your champion through out the run, some granting you whole new regular- & special moves + the maps are very well made, with alot of different paths to take and even the paths you already took in previous runs surprise you with something new, when you encounter them again, which makes every new run exiting.

Oh.. and did i mention the game has multiplayer AND crossplay ?!?! :D

I really could write a whole lot more and go even more in depth in regards of what makes this pearl so great, but i can only encourage anyone who even just slightly likes these kind of games to NOT miss this absolute masterpiece.

This is one of the most fun I've had playing in co-op. If you're looking for a fun beat 'em up reminiscent of old school Golden Axe with modern roguelite sprinkled in, then buy this game. We got a solid 20+ hours of co-op fun out of this game, beat the ending on normal and then new game+ for the true ending.

Once you learn what buffs combo well with each other and with a little lucky RNG rolls, you will be able to clear screen fulls of enemies. There is some skill involved in dodging and parrying, but I managed to get a really good build that let me face roll to victory. Expect to not win for several attempts. You will accumulate more skills and passives to help your next runs, so don't be discouraged if you don't get to the end.

Much respect to the devs for making a great game, and their artists, too. Love the art direction. My only suggestion is, if we both own the game on co-op, we should both be unlocking achievements on our own account. Only my friend who was hosting our game was getting achievements, even though I also bought the game.

La industria del gaming se ha empeñado en que tenga que tragarme mis palabras y admitir algo que no esperaba admitir: Me gustan los roguelike. Durante años repudié este género porque lo sentía extremadamente repetitivo y sin una sensación de progreso real. Sin embargo, tras haber disfrutado una serie de juegos de este género (como Dead Cells, Hades 1 y 2, Star Renegades, Inscryption, etc) me he dado cuenta de que lo que lo que no me gusta es la mediocridad. En otro tipo de videojuegos que son de mi agrado sí que puedo tolerar más errores y perdonar la mediocridad siempre y cuando a nivel narrativo sea adecuado, pero aquí sólo soy capaz de disfrutar lo que están ejecutados excelentemente, y Absolum no es una excepción.

Creo que ya se ha cubierto el cupo de mezcla de géneros con un roguelike, se han hecho RPGs, juegos de cartas, metroidvania, acción isométrica, acción y aventura, y ahora beat em up. Lo cual me parece una idea cojonuda, puesto que es un tipo de juego con el que funciona a las mil maravillas. Además, aunque es roguelike, tiene un enfoque mucho más directo y lineal que otros, puesto que una vez ya exploradas todas las rutas, sabes exactamente qué te va a salir en cada una de las ubicaciones que, además, tienes en el mapa. En otros juegos como Hades sabes cuales van a ser las zonas pero no las ubicaciones individuales dado que la habitación la eliges con respecto a la recompensa que quieres, aquí, por el contrario, vas avanzando por las zonas y al final consigues las respectivas recompensas de una manera completamente aleatoria. Sólo tienes la confirmación del tipo de habilidades cuando luchas contra un jefe o la "bendición" inicial nada más salir en la run.

Todos los poderes que consigues se sienten útiles, han conseguido aplicar a la perfección las diferentes variantes que puedes conseguir y posteriormente potenciar en el loby inicial. Sí que es cierto que dependiendo del personaje convienen más unas u otras, pero gracias a ello genera una mayor curiosidad y ganas de rejugar según qué personaje manejes. Cada uno de los 4 personajes disponibles son extremadamente divertidos y viables, en otros juegos suelo tener un preferido y los otros sólo los uso para conseguir eventos exclusivos o misiones puntuales, pero aquí me he gozado todos y los siento buenos por igual. Galandra es la más equilibrada entre golpes cuerpo a cuerpo básicos y más rango con los golpes fuertes usando su espada, combinando sus ataques para enganchar a varios grupos de enemigos. Karl por el contrario centra todos sus ataques en cuerpo a cuerpo pero tiene una mayor power armor y un especial que ataca a distancia, es muchísimo más rápido golpeando que Galandra y aguanta bastante más daño. Avanzando en la historia, al llegar a ciertos puntos del mapa, nos acabamos encontrando con Cider, quien finalmente decide unirse a nuestra cruzada y nos deleita con una cantidad de combos aéreos y proyectiles dignos del mejor ninja. Al principio se me fue la olla con este personaje porque he llegado a hacer zonas enteras sin dejar que los enemigos toquen el suelo, pensaba que era el mejor personaje, hasta que llegas a otras zonas y dices: Uy, aquí me hacen counter. Por último, llegando a la segunda zona, nos encontramos con un viejo conocido llamado Brome, un mago que levita y ataca a distancia lanzando hechizos, para todos aquellos que prefieren un estilo de juego defensivo es una bendición.

El estilo artístico es una absoluta barbaridad, manteniendo esa esencia comiquera en el trazo del dibujo y animándolo con una fluidez maravillosa. Todos y cada uno de los personajes son carismáticos e incluso los diferentes enemigos que van apareciendo tienen diseños curradísimos. Dentro de los enemigos estándar saben hacernos distinguir visualmente quienes son más poderosos para que llevemos más cuidado o seamos más ofensivos. Los ataques cuando obtenemos las "bendiciones" son una fantasía, mover la espada de Galandra con llamas por alrededor o realizar un combo de puñetazos eléctricos con Karl te hacen sentir un verdadero festival de destrucción visual.

Cuando empecé a jugar el juego, no tenía tanta información sobre él, pero empecé a escuchar la música y dije: Wow, esto es jodidamente bueno. Y cómo no va a ser buena la banda sonora si los compositores son ni más ni menos que, me pongo en pie, la putísima Yuka Kitamura, compositora líder de Fromsoftware durante años con juegos como Dark Souls 2, Dark Souls 3, Bloodborne en conjunto con otros, Sekiro y Elden Ring. Es una absoluta maestra de la épica medieval oscura y ha compuesto muchas de las piezas más relevantes en la actualidad tanto a nivel de memes virales como del memorial colectivo de la cultura pop; Gareth Coker, compositor de la duología de Ori entre otros muchos trabajos, habiendo hecho incluso cine y televisión; y Motoi Sakuraba, otra leyenda de la composición musical de videjuegos en sagas como Golden Sun, Tales of, Star Ocean y, junto a Yuka, la saga Dark Souls. Él fue el compositor principal en el primero, pero a partir del segundo Yuka fue quien llevó la voz cantante. Una absoluta barbaridad el trabajo que hay tras la banda sonora de Absolum, no tiene ningún sentido.

El sistema de combate, como bien he comentado antes, se hace extremadamente dinámico porque todos los personajes son viables y tienen sus respectivos estilos de juego. Hay zonas que son más viables con uno, mientras que en otras será más recomendable llevar otro, por lo que jugar en cooperativo se hace mucho más divertido y ameno sabiendo que cada jugador tendrá su momento de brillar en cada run. Los jefes son exigentes y requieren bastante atención del jugador tanto para medir bien los tiempos al esquivar o hacer parry, porque sí, aquí también hay parry, y siento que tienen la vida justa para no parecerme excasa o una esponja de daño. Por lo general tienen dos fases y algunos incluso más, cambiando movesets o directamente planteando un combate distinto que rompe el esquema mental que ya empezaba a formarse en la mente del jugador.

Un gran tapado de este año la verdad, no tiene nada que envidiarle al resto de nominados a mejor indie del año, por suerte ha sido nominado a una categoría, aunque yo le habría nominado tanto a mejor diseño de arte y mejor banda sonora también. Dadle un tiento y si lo podéis jugar con amigos incluso mejor, porque os lo gozaréis mucho y os echaréis unas risas.

不是差评只是单纯的不推荐，游戏的手感到美术都很顶级，鼓励弹反也是很有意思的玩法，但是整个游戏无论是局内成长还是局外养成都很匮乏，本身内容就不够丰富的情况下,还将本属于角色最基本的派生攻击强行剥夺，拆散，再当作奖励在中途发给玩家，并且刻意削弱基础数值做成局外成长，让玩家强行多周目游玩，为了Rouge而Rouge。喜欢画风的话可以看看制作组会不会添加更多新的内容再考虑入手比较好

Мы с вумен потратили в игре 15 часов с гигаудовольствием и прошли первую половину игры. Дальше геймдизайн меняется не то чтобы радикально, но меняется, поэтому требуется сделать перерыв. Вернемся - допройдем однозначно. Очень медитативный геймплей, выбивать комбо приносит ментальный оргазм, рокаликовая прогрессия развивается не слишком быстро, не слишком медленно) Рааазвивается, в общем, и не делает вас имбовыми ебателями. Это такой себе кооперативный Хадес, если позволите.

I think this game is trash. There are too many frustrating moments such as hiding explosives where you can't even see them, EVERYWHERE. The combat is lackluster and stiff, it's not smooth enough at all, and I can't believe that you can't upgrade your R2/RT skills, what an incredible missed opportunity.

Holding X when wanting to fast-forward through dialogue is not possible. The game forgets that you're holding X to fast-forward, which is such a complete shaite design I have no words, how did this get through QA? Low-effort slop game. The story is also incredibly bland and generic. The voice acting is decent enough. The game also does a piss poor job of explaining the systems. The first time you die, the game doesn't even bother explaining to you what the levels you get are even used for. And on top of that, the third currency you get isn't unlocked until 3-4 hours into the game, which made me feel like I was missing something or doing something wrong.

The balance on the enemy mobs are also insanely trash. I will never buy a game from this company again unless they fix every single problem I've listed here (and then some). The parry is also TRASH, after parrying you won't even recover so that you can parry again, so if there is more than one enemy around, well, f*** me I guess. Incompetent devs. How about you fix your game first before focusing on all this other nonsense? Incredibly bland combat where you just spam one button for the most part and you can't even link fast attacks and heavy attacks in more ways than one basically.

The character designs are also super woke slop, not one masculine looking character. The only character I wanted to play in this turd of a game was the last boss, but that's not going to happen, is it?

Поиграв в демо сложилось мнение что это классная игра, которая порождает много ситуаций из ряда "уберите эпилептиков от экрана", а мобы могут улетать на пару секунд в стратосферу. Игра хорошо идёт с кооперативом.
Но немного кривой баланс, рандом и немного кривое 2.5д вымораживают. Банального примагничивания к мобам не хватает, когда врагов много иногда теряешь персонажа на экране и просто бьёш воздух, особенно в кооперативе.
Так-то к приобретению рекомендуется. Кооператив для меня главный плюс, потому что это хороший способ потратить пару-тройку вечеров и поугарать с корешем с разных комбо типа "Цепная молния порождает торнадо, который даёт огненное кольцо, которое даёт цепную молнию при исчезновении".
