I will say, the pacing in this game isn't great. I played it after The New Order and it's great, but doesn't get really good until closer to the end. Those nightmare levels are a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ SLOG though they had me so annoyed primarily because you move so incredibly slow.

good game if you're playing through the series though! Fergus at the end made it all worth it. And once it starts getting into the supernatural stuff it's great, some parts had me really tense.

Take it or leave it... It's fun but the acting was eerie. Like a sitcom with all the laughing track muted. We literally ran into Zombies and Mythical Creatures and our protagonist doesn't even say a thing. It just rips the immersion out for me... Like yeah the setting is great, the gameplay is too and even the characters but its really hit and miss with the acting and I just don't like that when its crucial.

イベントドリブン型のシングルFPSとしてよくできていると思います。
今回は複数の潜入ルートがあるわけではないし、戦闘イベントのポイントがしっかり用意されているので完全な隠密進行というのは難しくなっています。敵の配置も明らかにスニークプレイを許してくれるところとほとんど無理な場所の両極端に寄っています。前回にも増して開発者の掌の上で転がされているようなゲームでした。ただ、転がされている面は否定できませんがストーリーや演出に不満はなく、しっかり面白く作ってくれているのであまり不快な感じはしません。

ゲームそれ自体も割とあっさり目で6時間程度でエンディングを迎えます。
ちょうど映画2本分程度、テレビドラマでは6話くらいと考えるとボリューム感はちょうどいいなと感じました。

それにしてもブラスコビッチは膝を刺されたり電気椅子で電流を流されたりして、踏んだり蹴ったりの目に遭っている割りに元気そうに飛んだり跳ねたりアサルトライフル二丁持ちしたりで超人っぷりが相変わらずやばいですね。同じ人類とは思えません。

使用可能な武器やアクションはほぼ前作と同じなので、もしTNOと連続して遊ぶと結構ダレただろうなと思いました。独立したゲームというよりTNOのDLCと位置付けた方がいいポジションのゲームです。ストーリーの流れとしては前作の前日譚ですが、そういうプレイ感のゲームなので遊ぶ順序としてはTNOを先に遊んだほうがいいと思います。

Em Wolfenstein: The Old Blood, o soldado B.J. Blaskovich vai em busca da localização do Laboratório de Deathshead. No início de Wolfenstein: The New Order vemos que eles estão indo para lá.
Este prequel funciona muito bem, inclusive como história apesar de no fim do jogo já sabermos o que aconteceu e o clima de esperança que deveria surgir, não vem para o jogador... apesar de tudo.
Um jogo que pareceu ser uma DLC do The New Order, mas que valeu muito a pena ser em separado.
Estou terminando os desafios para completar as conquistas e chegar nos 100%.

El juego no está mal pero es demasiado genérico y corto.
De la mitad para adelante se pone mejor cuando empiezan a aparecer los zombies y los escenarios se ponen interesantes, como la casa en llamas o el cementerio. El movimiento se siente muy responsivo. Pero mi problema principal es el poco impacto y sonido que tienen las armas (especialmente la escopeta recortada) sumado a que la mayoría de las veces los enemigos no se ven porque el juego es muy oscuro y no hay contraste con los enemigos, y no tenés linterna, lo cual hizo el juego bastante incómodo en general.
Solamente hay 3 tipos de enemigos: soldados, zombies y máquinas. El juego comienza con una sección scripteada de sigilo contra las máquinas que es muy aburrida

Steam envanterimde yıllardır durup küflenmeye başlayan bir oyunu daha bitirebilmenin mutluluğunu yaşıyorum. The Old Blood da onlardan biriydi ve sonunda oturup 5 saatte bitirdim.

Görseller bugün bile gayet iyi duruyor. Ortam tasarımları ve mekan detayları hala etkileyici. Özellikle bazı bölümlerde Return to Castle Wolfenstein havası almak beni ayrı memnun etti. Evet oyunun bir kısmında Wolfenstein kalesine gidiyoruz ama RTCW’deki kaleyle doğrudan bir bağlantısı yok, oldukça farklı ve daha büyük görünüyor. Yine de yeraltı mezarlıkları ve zombilerin olduğu kısımlar eski oyunun atmosferini hatırlattı.

Hikaye tarafında klasik Wolfenstein çizgisinde ilerliyoruz. B.J. Blazkowicz olarak Nazilerin yeni planlarını durdurmaya çalışıyor ve onların elindeki önemli bilgileri ele geçirmek için Wolfenstein Kalesi’ne sızıyoruz. Daha sonra yolumuz küçük bir kasabaya düşüyor ve burada bazı Nazilerin ortaya çıkarmaya çalıştığı gizemli, çok eski ve doğaüstü bir gücün izini sürüyoruz. Hikaye çok derin değil ama oyunu ileriye taşıyacak kadar merak uyandırıyor.

Olumsuz taraflara gelirsek; açıkçası Youngblood’dan sonra oynadığım en zayıf Wolfenstein oyunu olduğunu söyleyebilirim. Aksiyon genel olarak diğer oyunlara göre biraz daha sönük kalmış. Bir de oyunda ciddi bir müzik eksikliği hissettim. Çoğu çatışma sırasında herhangi bir müzik çalmıyor ve bu da aksiyonun verdiği heyecanı biraz düşürüyor.

Bir bölümde mech benzeri bir şey kullanıyoruz ama üstümüze tırmanıp vuran zombilere karşı tamamen savunmasız kalıyoruz. Onları öldürmek için mechadan inmek zorunda kalmak oldukça saçma geldi.

Teknik tarafta da birkaç sıkıntı yaşadım. Ara sıra crash aldım. Özellikle Chapter 7’de yarım bırakıp çıktıktan sonra oyuna tekrar girdiğimde her “continue” dediğimde crash oluyordu ve ne yaptıysam çözemedim. Sonunda bölümü baştan başlatmak zorunda kaldım. Ayrıca geçilemeyen intro videolar, gereksiz uzun yükleme süreleri ve bazı ara sahnelerde ses gelip ekranın tamamen yeşil görünmesi gibi sorunlarla da karşılaştım.

Bir de küçük ama sinir bozucu bir sorun vardı: bulduğumuz bazı yataklarda uyuyarak klasik Wolfenstein oyununu oynayabildiğimiz bir easter egg var ama o mini oyundan çıkış koymamışlar. Çıkmak için ölmeniz gerekiyor. Bunun dışında 60 FPS limiti de can sıkıcıydı ama id5 tweaker ile çözülebiliyor.

Tüm bu olumsuzluklara rağmen oyun kısa ve akıcı. Yaklaşık 5 saat süren çizgisel bir deneyim sunuyor ve bitirene kadar sıkmadı. Eksikleri olsa da yine de oynarken keyif aldım. Wolfenstein seviyorsanız bir şans verilebilir.

A short-lived action FPS shooter set in an alt-history timeline where killing Nazis is made more satisfying than ever before. Wolfenstein: The Old Blood is a thrilling prequel shooter (and also a DLC) to the New Order but with hints of the paranormal and medieval themes. Expect a 10-15 hour campaign where you can go absolute guns-blazing in infiltrating Castle Wolfenstein (although stealth is an option too) with fantastic combat and a simple selection of weapons. I also appreciate the love for Wolfenstein 3D and also the challenge maps that add replay value to the game.

If you enjoy the Wolfenstein series, The Old Blood despite its length can still be a great entry as this game is a clear nod to the 2001 classic: Return to Castle Wolfenstein. You can score this game at cheap for its base price and obviously a better deal when its on sale.

When I tried to boot it up after leaving it to rot in my library and for some reason the screen was zoomed all the way in the top left making it unplayable and I couldn't find anyone who had the same problem to fix it. I tried verify the integrity of the file and I tried to go in blind to see if it was a resolution problem, but I couldn't do anything to fix it and it's permanently stuck at that damn top left corner zoomed in to never see the options to fix whatever bs it is. I wanted to play it but the bugs said no and flipped the bird at me. I knew I should've just left this to rot and not waste my time.

Разрабов рокотан долбил за такую отпимизацию, игра каждые 5 секунд стабильно дропает фпс до 7. Сто тысяч гайдов как исправить, у одних достаточно харкнуть в моник и вот 4к 100фпс другим Бурдж халиф построить спермой деда используя только паспортом и мб игра запустится. Но самое веселое ни один из методов тебе не поможет. Итог такой, вася без ведюхе на пентиуме будет играть а ты нищюган сиди и дальше мечтай.

Wolfenstein: The Old Blood was my first introduction to the reboot quadrilogy and despite being over a decade old, it honestly holds up stunningly well. You will even have many people recount that this was their favourite entry in the series. Interesting, given that this was originally a prequel DLC for New Order, before it got a standalone release instead. Honestly, for the price, it is more than worth it if not even just for a single playthrough. It is certainly a bit rough in some areas, but this was a very polished and top tier game for its time, which means it still is sturdy today.

That being said, its shortcomings are merely aspects of its genre at the time and its strengths are profoundly more impactful than any issues. Oddly enough, the first part of the game, the one actually in Castle Wolfenstein, is poorly optimized and generally, the first half of the game is somewhat of a slog through near-obligatory stealth sections. Near the end, this is rectified and when this game lets you just enact ultra violence upon your enemies, it becomes genuinely hypnotic.

During the last third of the first part, I turned my brain off and was just fully engulfed in the mechanics, for at this point, Blazko was finally able to hold his own and had an arsenal to do so. With gunplay this perfected and with the perfect amount of weighty momentum and fluid movement like the new Doom games, all with the character and articulation of the modern Medal of Honors, of course with some mandatory Call of Duty-esque corridor nonsense, it truly is a sin against game design to make the player do stealth instead.

The stealth in the game at first is a tad unforgiving, but worse of all, it is just unapologetically a forced mechanic to artificially lengthen a fairly quick, single-sitting experience. This makes sense, considering the original development cycle was for a DLC pack initially, as mentioned before. I sincerely suggest toughing out the first two thirds, about the first two hours, of the game, because the final four hours are far better in every conceivable way. I usually play FPS games a bit slower and more methodically than most, enjoying every inch of the environment.

While the environmental design is quite strong, even in the bleak and dreary Wolfenstein castle, i did that a bit less in favour of being entirely engulfed in the stellar gunplay. It is so nice to have a game that really lets you gib your opponents. Bloody bits and blood splatter stays near permanently and quickly, rooms become utterly full of dismantled enemy armour pieces, dismembered limbs, vectors of arterial spray and bullet holes, as well as dozens upon dozens of spent casings or shells.

Wolfenstein Old Blood feels like all the best parts about about the shooting in the Metro games, but with far more mobility. While on lower difficulties, you probably could just march down a hallway and just barely squeeze through a close quarters, yet somehow multi-directional, asymmetrical firefight, but most of the time, you get absolutely lasered by the Nazi supersoldiers and their pseudo-miniguns for not fighting smarter. Blazko is at his best when he is overpowering a room with strategic fire superiority or maneuvering quickly in and out of vantage places, interchangingly rushing enemies while firing from the hip and in other moments, pulling back and using iron sights to systematically dismantle a few SS soldaten.

In a lot of shooters, the fighting ends far too quickly, but Old Blood has about near perfect combat pacing and knows when to have a cinematic moment to give you breathing room. A short game with a fast, but intelligent pace, making it the perfect single-sitter experience. It manages to pack a few surprises narratively too, although, fans of Return to Castle Wolfenstein won't be too surprised. This game is virtually a soft remake of it to fit the reboot timeline and it works extremely well.

Once again, the worst part is ironically, Castle Wolfenstein itself. While many will enjoy this return to its roots, the neighboring Alpine German town and later, King Otto's occultic cryptoriums, are far more interesting and engaging in everyway.

The story itself is... actually pretty good. It isn't great or high brow, but it is written in a very spectacular way. Every bit of dialogue has a lot of character to it, the ambient German banter between patrolling Nazis is surprisingly humanizing at times without ever justifying or normalizing the Nazi enemy whatsoever. If anything, the game makes them briefly charming but sickeningly antagonistic when appropriate. In other words, it knows when to play into tropes and when to just make a character more than just the overrated uniform they wear.

The game really doesn't try to say anything overtly political nor is it involved entirely in the politics of the Nazis very much. It is not really an ideological romp where you are being told about how bad the Germans are. The game merely focuses more on the alternative history aspects and occultic themes, as well as the Kraut-Space-Magik core aesthetics, than try and spoon feed you things you already know. And still, the game must be applauded for being a game with its themes and setting, that actually alludes to the big H event. It is ironic that for a war and history that is so tangibly associated with the Holocaust, most media revolving around it, remarkably is either entirely about the Holocaust to an almost exploitational, Oscar-bait degree, or doesn't address it in the slightest.

The game does a well enough job by simply relying on everyone's gradeschool, base knowledge education and by showing some of the personal stakes of the German operations via a personal character story for a NPC. The end result is surprisingly tasteful and is more tell, imply and shows little. All in all, good job?

Not everyone is going to like the sudden and strange twist into the paranormal near the end, but the game does a bang up job of doing it and keeping it effective. Characters simply accept the horrors and move forward with their own agendas. This may be unrealistic, sure, but the last thing we need is some exposition, 'what is going on' nonsense NPC babble that would occur in almost any other game.

Overall, very tight gunplay, an enjoyable plot, fun characters and a peak aesthetic design, wrapped together with a masterful, fitting soundtrack that has no right being so good, punctuated further by some stellar dialogue and character driven interactions that advance the plot in a way that does not linger or act too quickly, despite the pace and length of the game. The only literal downside is the meh-tier stealth in early sections. And the fact that Wolfenstein castle feels a bit dull compared to the rest of the game.

Alas, those two sins are easily forgiven, for when the game lets you shoot, it lets you go all the way in the best way.

Honestly, not the easiest introduction to this series as it definitely was designed with the idea the player had completed New Order first in mind, but if you want to start the series in chronological plot order, this is a damn good start. Literally.

Foi o primeiro wolfenstein que eu joguei e achei ótimo. O jogo se passa em 1946 e controlamos William Blazkowicz, no começo estamos sendo enviados em uma missão pra se infiltrar em um forte nazista para tentar achar paradeiros de um General nazista apelidado de Deathshead, ao longo disso somos pegos e mandado para uma cadeia pelo Jäger (um dos vilões do jogo, ele possui um cachorro nenhum pouco amigável chamado Greta), depois desse evento, temos que escapar da cadeia e ajudar nosso amigo que também foi enviado junto com o Blazkowicz. conseguimos escapar da prisão e matamos a Greta, depois disso o jogo te joga na cidade de Wulfburg uma vila destruída pelos nazi, Encontramos dois civis na qual nos ajudam a se infiltrar de garçom em uma taverna que tinha a oficial Helga (a outra vila do jogo), O objetivo era bem simples: se infiltrar na taverna e pegar uma pasta que estava a localização do Deathshead. E etc...
vou parar de falar mais a fundo da lore, pois já falei bastante.

O que me chamou a atenção foi que o jogo explora bem o lado esotérico da Alemanha nesse período, a Helga é literalmente uma representação do Heinrich Himmiler, a obsessão dela pelo O DESCONHECIDO lembra muito o Himmler. Uma coisa que também me chamou atenção foram várias cartas do jogo que falam sobre arqueólogos buscando artefatos mágicos e respostas sobre civilizações antigas perdidas. E isso realmente aconteceu na época, basta pesquisar sobre a Sociedade Thule, Ahnenerb, Vril.

Os minigames do jogo eu achei muito massa, mas vale falar que não sei se é algo exclusivo desse wolfenstein.

Very technically, Wolfenstein: The Old Blood can be called a remake of Return to Castle Wolfenstein with the storyline changed to match with The New Order. The same castle, same characters, even occult stuff. However, there's a chance you won't like this game, because it might be a bit boring. Overall, if you want to understand the lore and you loved TNO, you should enjoy TOB too.

Me gustó bastante. Lo jugué unas 12 horas y saqué todos los logros, así que sí le metí buen tiempo.

Es un shooter directo y entretenido. No es muy largo ni pretende reinventar nada, pero cumple muy bien. La acción es intensa, las armas se sienten potentes y el ritmo es bueno. Hay partes de sigilo, pero cuando todo se descontrola es cuando más se disfruta.

Y siendo honestos, si te gusta la sangre y reventar nazis dentro del juego, lo vas a pasar muy bien. Es de esos juegos que sirven para desestresarse después de un día pesado: entras, disparas, avanzas y listo.

Si te gustan los FPS clásicos con buena ambientación y acción constante, recomendado.

По стечению обстоятельст я играл шиворот на выворот в серию игр wolfenstein,ибо сначало прошёл TNO2, после второй части прошёл перву и на последок старую кровь,было безумно весело во всех частях делать фарш из болванчиков,но не одна из частей не тронула меня "грустью",на смерть всех персонажей включая врагов боссов я реагировал холодно,это касается всей серии wolfenstein,максимум переживал за Макса в TNO1-2, и здесь вроде как волновался малость за того бухаря с цветком в волосах,и уж думал что буду испытывать только наслаждение и удовлетворение от происходящего мяся на экране,но Руди Егер..,бессомненно он мудак как и его собака что ела заключённых,бессомненно по его вине умер наш приятель,но во время бост файта когда он говорил о своей собаке будучи в броне-костюме,цитирую (она была такой хорошей! такой доброй!,в ней не было ни капли зла!),♥♥♥♥ меня это тронуло,возможно потому что у меня самого есть собака,позже когда мы побеждаем Руди,перед смертью он произносит (скоро встретимся Гретта)поникшим голосом,у меня дрогнула рука,эта фраза была почти до слёз,мне было достаточно поставить себя на его место,что бы всё прочувствовать,я просто не ожидал от этой игры что в очередной раз расстреливая нпс я что то почувствую кроме жестокости расстреливая очередного,которому разрабы игроку навязали ненависть и чувство мести,Руди мне казался более "живым персонажем" нежели вообще все те что я видел,вот чего так не хватало,слова раскаяния или сожаления о чём то из уст врагов что выбиваются среди стандартных выкриков на немецком,я знаю лишь одно,я запомню Руди Егера как самого запоминающегося для меня персонажа из серии игр wolfenstein,эту часть я переиграю ещё не раз из-за тематики с зомбачками,и насчёт них,я прочувствовал мощнейший удар в голову настольгией когда застал момент как Б.Джей отрезает с двухстволки стволы чтоб вышел обрез,я вспомнил как смотрел этот момент на ютубчике будучи школяром,и разумеется из моего рта вылетело "так вот оно откуда",ибо воспоминания исказились и думал что это наверное из Doom Eternal так как это в его духе.
В заключении,эта игра вторая по списку любимых серий игр против фашистов,после CoD-WaW и Black ops1.

스토리는 살짝 산으로 가는 느낌이나

과거 리턴 투 캐슬 울펜슈타인의 향기가 느껴져서 좋았고

진짜 옛날 id에서 만든 고전 게임도 즐길 수 있음

여전히 나찌의 기술력은 엄청나다는 걸 느끼고 갈림길과 수집품 등 파고들 요소들이 많은 편임

그래도 요즘 fps와는 다르게 탄이니 갑바를 직접 줍는키를 써야 한다는 점

60프레임 고정이라는 점 등은 불편하나

지금해도 충분히 재미있는 게임입니다.

스탠드얼론인 만큼 플레이 타임이 길지 않으니 세일 할 때 구매 하시는거 추천!!

Si vous aimez le genre et voulez y passer du temps, ce jeu le complémente bien ; ç'aurait même dû être simplement un DLC.

Мы возвращаемся в легендарный замок Вольфенштейн, где буквально всё пропитано готикой и нацистской мистикой. Игра грамотно разделена надвое: сначала это нервный стелс в мрачных казематах, который затем срывается в безумный зомби-хоррор на улицах пылающего города. Смена декораций и темпа происходит ровно в тот момент, когда начинаешь привыкать к стандартным перестрелкам.

Стрельба здесь — просто образцовая. Оружие отлично чувствуется, звучит сочно, а реакция противников на урон приносит искреннее удовольствие. Но главный хит арсенала — это обычная металлическая труба. Она работает и как альпинистский инвентарь, и как инструмент для тихого устранения, и как самый жестокий аргумент в ближнем бою.

Хоть это и предыстория, сюжет вовсе не ощущается вторичным. Это рассказ о долге, безысходности и цене победы. Бласковиц здесь максимально суров, но его внутренние размышления делают историю глубже банального шутера. Антагонисты ровно такие, какими должны быть: в меру карикатурные, но вызывающие жгучее желание поскорее с ними расправиться.

Визуально проект выглядит здорово: мрачные подземелья с красивой игрой света отлично контрастируют с шикарными горными пейзажами. Архитектура уровней дает свободу выбора — можно с криком переть напролом или тихо красться по вентиляционным шахтам.

The Old Blood — это настоящий подарок для фанатов олдскула. Никакой воды: только вы, ваша верная труба и толпы врагов на пути к цели. Идеальный образец того, как нужно делать самостоятельные дополнения.

СРАЗУ ПИШУ - ЭТО ПЕРВАЯ ИГРА СЕРИИ КОТОРУЮ Я ПРОШЕЛ.

Прошел всю игру на UBER. Что могу сказать? Игра ощутимо устарела графикой (для 2026), но знаете, когда игра имеет хорошую прописаную историю, персонажей которых нельзя назвать пустышками и ОЧЕНЬ хороший левел дизайн - графика дело второстепенное.
Геймплей даже на UBER меня порадовал, есть и экшн и стелс, и поиск коллекционных предметов. Особенно меня порадовали боты, они умеют зажимать, выкуривать гг гранатами, даже делют префаеры, перекаты, ходят группой и СПОЙЛЕРЫ на уровнях с зомби адекватно выбирают цели (когда зомби бегут на них, они в первую очередь стреяют по ним а не по Бласковицу). К слову о коллекционках, сбор золота, писем, концпт артов и карточки персонажей как по мне отлично дополняют сюжет самой игры, читать письма и отчеты интересно и паруу раз, я так понял, во время катсцен в субтитрах тебе сразу пишет имена персонажей, если ты о них прочитал в записках или послушал разговоры солдат. Разговоры солдат тоже отдельная вещь, забавно стоять прямо у них за спинами и слушать как они болтают, потом правда приходилось их устранять.... ну да ладно.

СПОЙЛЕРЫ Единственное что мне не понравилось в геймплее это концовка, комната где мы защищаемся от постоянно наступающей орды пока откроется дверь? Нуууууууу такоееее. И Боссфайт с монстром? Я лично не почувствовал жирной точки (да я понимаю что это предистория но все же есть чувство незаконченности сюжета с замком?)

А так, я рад покупке и игре, играть в The new order думаю будет интересно

i love the story and i love the gameplay of this game, this game caps at 60fps which i am totally fine with but i very often get very low frame drops (fps drops down to 8-11 frames) and im stuck with low frames for a good 5 minutes, its like this game suddenly just decides to unload all game textures and tries to load them back in again. this got so bad that i was stuck on 6-8 fps for well of 20 minutes. you cant even change the settings either because the moment you do the game resets every setting back to default. i tried lowering the settings but that didnt make any difference and it was a waste of time since the game just reset everything back to default. this is a great game which sadly suffers from a terrible engine. the constant unplayable frame drops totally ruined my immersion and killed the game for me.

A mix of Wolfenstein and COD WaW.

I liked the way the game was split and didn't feel like it didn't drag on too much that it became boring and the more crazy stuff within the series was more interesting that made this (for me) the best entry of the series, especially considering how it the tone changes after this in the release order.

The characters were forgettable which isn't suprising when considering it took me only 5 hours to play but it was always made as a DLC and not as something that was to be its own game.

♥♥♥ вот это тот самый вульфенштейн каким я запомнил его много лет назад. по сравнению с нью ордером игра ощущается намного более динамичной, разнообразной, ну оно и понятно, все-таки вышла позже)

в целом из минусов хотя даже нет скорее просто рекомендация к тому к это может быть прочтет и решит пройти – не играть во всю серию подряд. вообще ни в коем случае)

по сути они все очень однотипные в плане геймплея и чтобы не словить скуку я рекомендую делать перерывы между частями и начинать именно со старой крови

8/10, все-таки есть к чему придраться, но я ♥♥♥ забью, оно того не стоит

システムやグラフィックエンジンは前作を踏襲しつつ、本作独自の要素として「分割可能な鉄パイプ」による近接攻撃や壁登りアクションが追加されている。前半はウルフェンシュタイン城からの脱出、後半は発掘現場でのオカルト的な脅威との戦いという二部構成になっている。

[b]「あの声」が聞ける幸せ。しかし、両手撃ちの快感は『お預け』の時間が長すぎる。[/b]

まず、前作でプレイヤーを歓喜させた中田譲治氏の激渋ボイスは、本作でも健在だ。
絶望的な状況下でもブレない男の独白や、ナチス兵をパイプで殴り倒す際の息遣いは、相変わらず鼓膜に極上のハードボイルドを流し込んでくれる。この声を聞くためだけにプレイしてもお釣りが来るレベルだ。

しかし、ゲーム全体の評価となると、どうしても「前作の二番煎じ」という感は否めない。
コアなプレイヤーからも不満として多く挙げられているのが、[b]「ステルス要素の強要」によるシューターとしてのゲーム性の減衰[/b]だ。

前作のステルスは「見つかるまでは静かにやり、バレたら両手持ちの重火器でヒャッハーする」という緩急のスパイスとして機能していた。
だが本作の前半は、強力なスーパーソルジャーが徘徊する中、電源を落としてコソコソとケーブルを伝ったり、見つかれば即死に近い状況でパイプ一本での暗殺を強いられたりと、窮屈なステルス（お使い）の時間が長すぎる。
ブラスコヴィッチに求めているのは「血湧き肉躍るラン＆ガン」であり、息を潜めるかくれんぼではないのだ。

さらに、後半に登場するオカルト要素（ゾンビ）に対する批判も少なくない。
硬いだけのゾンビが大量に押し寄せてくる展開は、B級映画的なお祭り感はあるものの、ナチスの兵器と知恵比べをするような前作のタクティカルな戦闘の魅力を削いでしまっている。

DLC的な位置づけとはいえ、レベルデザインの単調さと「やらされている感」が目立つ、少し惜しい作品である。

・鉄パイプを使ったテイクダウン（暗殺）アクションのゴア表現が残酷でスタイリッシュ。

【BAD】
・[b]シューター体験の阻害。[/b] 前半の強制的なステルスパートや、電源を探してウロウロするギミックがテンポを悪くしている。
・世界観のブレ。後半のゾンビ展開が唐突であり、単に硬い的を撃ち続けるだけの単調な戦闘（バレットスポンジ）になりがち。
・前作『The New Order』のアセットを流用した部分が多く、目新しい武器やシステムに乏しいため、新鮮味に欠ける。

I will first state this is worth the play if on sale and you are a Wolfenstein fan. It is fun enough and basically the same thing as New Order.

However...

I find the shootouts annoying in this one, creeping is less of a thing to be able to do in many cases resulting in the first alarm, then the second straight after constantly so you end up just tucked in a corner mowing down soldiers IF they even get around some corners.

Often I would find the AI just gets stuck in a spot and they all pile up in the same spot where a single grenade just blows them up or you just mow them down.

The levels feel like segmented boxes full of just enemnies and alarm colonels more than the other releases, you enter a section, there are enemies, you WILL fail to take them out without tripping an alarm so you just have to mow them down, silence alarm, find the door to the next box (which is almost always a "mechanic" door using your new "pipe", run/slide mechanic or the wall climb mechanic... Just everything feels "designed" rather than an actual level.

I found it rather tedious to do and although it is similar in Wolf and New Order, there is that storyline that helps to carry it through. That is lacking somewhat so it just feels more like an after the fact expansion level really. I personally feel "Return to Castle Wolfenstein" is more fun even with its dated graphics and gameplay. Far more of a challenge.

I would not spend top $$$ on this but for $8 it is worth the few hours it takes to complete. Replayability is somewhat low tho.

Я прошел эту игру третьей, хотя по хронологии она идет первой. Но, пожалуй, вам тоже стоит пройти ее после The New Order и The New Colossus. Почему? Даже не знаю. Ощущения совершенно другие, и по сюжету вы ничего не потеряете.

Сюжет Wolfenstein The Old Blood рассказывает о прошлых миссиях Би Джея Бласковица, который отправляется в Баварию, чтобы выкрасть секретную информацию из замка Вольфенштайн. Миссия быстро выходит из под контроля, и он вместе со своим напарником Ричардом Уэсли оказывается в тюрьме, где проводятся жестокие эксперименты.

Всю игру меня не покидала мысль, что замок напоминает мне замок Салазара из Resident Evil 4. В определенный момент мои догадки подтвердились еще одним сходством, которое вам предстоит открыть самим)

На самом деле здесь игра немного меняет вектор сюжета. Если раньше, кроме уничтожения нацистов, я ничем не занимался, то тут добавляется мистика. Это было интересно и непривычно, но я рад, что этим ограничились только в этой части.

Уничтожать нацистов по прежнему весело, хотя эта часть больше нацелена на стелс, особенно на высокой сложности. Из оружия вы не увидите ничего особенного, кроме трубы, которая проходит с нами большой путь. Она позволяет лазить по стенам. Не скажу, что мне это понравилось, потому что надоедает постоянно перебирать кнопки мыши, чтобы карабкаться. Но сама идея прикольная.

Подводя итог, могу сказать, что игра классная и стоит своего времени. Но проходить ее лучше после первой и второй части. Так вы сильнее прочувствуете атмосферу и уже будете привязаны к Бласковицу. The Old Blood ощущается как приятное дополнение к уже знакомой истории, как отдельная мрачная байка.

A good game, but like all the other wolfensteins, the difficulty is EXTREME. I am playing on the easiest settings, and am dying a LOT. A story mode would be nice for those of us who no longer have super lightning fast reflexes.

If you enjoyed The New Order then this is basically more of the same... HOWEVER, the story in The Old Blood is a lot less compelling; you don't have any interesting characters like Fergus or Anya to ground the whole thing. While TNO went for sci-fi techno hell, TOB decides to chuck occult zombies at you. It's decent enough, but I would only purchase if you're desperate for more of what the base game had to offer.

Its a good stand alone prequel, good story from start to finish. its worth adding to wolfenstein collection. good villains with motives and get satisfying kills against them nazis. also that metal pipe served its purpose in the story for climbing or kill bad guys. I did notice a weird bug achievement after i beat final boss, it didnt pop on screen but i did find them to appear on the achievement section when you off the game so it did scare me for a minute when beating uber difficulty and didnt see it pop at first. im sure some gamers experienced this too. 4/5 rating at best will be playing its sequel next.

玩着还行，不过太容易死了，。我玩的难度还不高，而且咋说呢第二关监狱真的很折磨人，，后面有几关的路也不好找，建议多开地图看。而且真是短的离谱了，我才打了4小时，这中间还死了好多次重试的多，这么大空间这么点时长太离谱了。。。不过总的来说可以了

Que juegaso amigo, da un giro muy inesperado en el capitulo 6, y en el capitulo 8 se pudre todo xd. La verdad que la historia destacó muchísimo. 10/10
