連最簡單的模式都是折磨，活像是Roguelite遊戲，死了地圖重置回到開頭，
地圖不大，每章就幾個島還都小不拉基，島嶼刷的位置都差不多一樣，
動物重生最快，其他資源重生時間遠超兩倍幾乎可以當成不再生，且大多數東西都有耐久，耐久還低，
幾乎是默劇，引導稀缺，每章都是找出三個安全鎖解除開啟通道，然後給一個壁畫一句話的故事，之後渡過通道到達下一章，反覆5次後通關，
戰鬥手感極差，不戰鬥能跑不能閃，戰鬥能閃不能跑，遠程攻擊續力的情況不算戰鬥，要拿遠程風箏打怪很煎熬，站在怪摸不到的地方太久怪還會逃跑，
東西總量不多，但是基礎材料一堆還有堆疊上限，背包又小+之前說的資源再生問題，前期還勉強能玩，第四章開始就噁心起來，某些地形跟怪只要被摸到就會汙染血液，抑制最大血量上限，喝要能解但製藥又麻煩，
最後給要玩的一個建議，隨時存檔! 掛了的時候馬上esc離開遊戲，不然死透了系統會自動幫你存檔，存檔只有一個

its feels like a beta of an game that released in 2016. I was reading the reviews about his game thinking "bro they are juust saying controls are bad and combat is trash how trash combat can be" about the controls part they are straight up lying or new to games but about combat.. it is straight up bad like unrefined and unfinished bad. And sometimes i get fps drops when fighting monsters/animals.

it is an unfinished game, I bought it from sales for 1.50 dolars it felt like it was this game's full price. Atleast stroy is finished tho

Windbound is a survival and exploration game with a Hawaiian-inspired theme, where the protagonist Kara becomes separated from her tribe after a shipwreck. I got this game on 90% discount so it wasn't a failure for me personally but I would have refunded even for 50% off.
The design is nice enough but the controls are somewhat janky and you need to get used to (mouse and kb). Also the combat is terrible. You can either lock on to targets and then you can dodge but not run. Or you try to fight "unlocked" where you can run (to hunt prey) but it's even jankier then. And what annoys me are overly complicated recipes for the simplest of tools. I have played over 6 hours in this game and was not able to craft an axe. Why? Because it requires some part of an animal that I yet have to encounter. But I was able to craft a digging tool (not really a shovel more like a pick). That only required 20 minutes running around, collecting stones, crafting multiple sling shots and kiting and shooting at a large animal while doing minor damage to wear it down because you need the horn for said digging tool. Storage is also an issue. You get one position for a storage on your first boat but that's full quick, same with a bag you can craft.

Wanted to review this the moment steam let me and before I forgot. I played through the whole thing (pre-free dlc) on the switch a long while back, and had a lot of fun with it. It's a bit like Raft but with a less bulky vessel and better combat. I like the kind of speed you get up to with the later vessels, going from a canoe up to a trimaran by the time you're hitting the endgame, if I'm remembering right. what I remember most strongly was how much I liked the sailing as someone who grew up with LoZ: The Wind Waker. I will say the game is divided into "chapters" where you go around a few different islands in an open zone each chapter before moving on to a new map, so it's not like you're sailing an open globe or something, but the zones are very big and offer plenty to see and do before you move on to the next one. It's you, your boat, and the sea, and that's all you need sometimes. I recommend this game at full price tbh but it's on sale for like $2 right now so you should *really* get it. I'll amend this review if playing it again changes my opinion, but if I haven't, you can assume everything here is still how I feel about it after playing it.

I was hesitant to pick up Windbound because the reviews were pretty mixed, but after snagging it on sale for just €2 I’m glad I gave it a try.

What I Loved

--> Stunning visuals – every island looks gorgeous, and the ever‑changing scenery keeps things fresh.
--> Procedurally generated chapters – each playthrough creates new islands, giving the game virtually endless replayability.
--> Creative ship building from scratch – you start with no boat at all. On your very first island you harvest basic materials and cobble together a flimsy canoe. As you gather more resources and explore further, you can upgrade to larger, sturdier vessels—eventually building a full‑blown catamaran if you wish. The ship evolves with you, letting you tailor the experience to your preferred playstyle.

Looks like a fun game, and I like the fact that it appears to have realistic sailing physics. But the keyboard controls are non-rebindable which is an absolute deal-killer for me. I'm left handed and I use my right hand and the arrow keys for movement. No arrow keys, I don't play the game.

I dig the art style a lot. But this is a true survival game where you need to eat to stay alive. Sure, you have a lot of time to find food and eventually you may reach a point where you can carry enough food, but I have not made it that far. My expectation for this game was something like Mini Ninjas or Immortals Fenyx Rising, both being a combat focused adventures, but this is not that, it's a difficult survival and crafting game.

very very very very grindy. beautiful concept, ocean map is too open and empty there is no purpose, islands are not unique, enemies are pretty much all the same - and advancing to story 4 on the concept of impede vision makes more fun challenge does not land, gear durability, ship durability hunger, stamina, sail always blocks your visons it feels like the game is against you and hates you the entire time you play. i tried i gave it almost 8hrs and cannot play anymore.

For me, the best thing about this game is that you can actually control the sail of your boat accordingly to the direction the wind blows so you can sail faster. Its controls and dynamics are quite simple to master.

I'd prefer if the background was more like a survival game, based in real places/animals, than the fantasy world it uses, but still fun to play.

Ich finde das Kampfsystem furchtbar gewöhnungsbedürftig. Manchmal bei einem Angriff verdreht sich meine Kamera, dann liege ich auf dem Boden bis der Feind noch mal über mich drüber trampelt. Alles ausser das Kampfsystem finde ich super. Da das Kämpfen aber essentiell ist wird es für mich eine negative Bewertung

its cool and beautiful but because of wrong difficult thing you have to play in easy mode because if you play normal or hard when you die you restart the progres from the start of the chapter like you die in chapter 3 then you restart with nothing from chapter 1 again and if u play as easy mode you restart from chapther 3 but your boat and ur item that u place in chest still there

Гениальный разработчик: давайте сделаем картонный бой, а первым же мобам поставим миллион хп! Да, и пускай игрок их закидывает камнями! А ещё минимум еды! Убить кабана и получить с него мяско?? Пф, нет, только кожа! Пускай игрок ягоды с кустов жрёт, которые восполняют 1% от всей полоски хп! ГЕНИАЛЬНО!! А ещё, а ещё, а ещё!!! Кривые сохранения!! Напишем, что они работают, но по факту игрока всё равно будет отбрасывать на самое начало!! ГЕНИАЛЬНО!!!

Would be a fun "Tough as nails" roguelite if it didn't have horribly bad movement and survival systems. Was honestly worth it for the two dollars I spent on this game (I'm not even joking, it was on sale for $1.99) But honestly I got through the game by just running away from everything and avoiding getting hit at all costs. The sailing is realistic, but REALLY annoying. I absolutely hate having one spot left to go to before I can finish the world, but the only way to get there is to slowly crawl sideways because the wind is pointing in the opposite direction and wont change direction for a WHILE. For 20 dollars not worth it in the slightest. For 2 dollars its worth it, but still not a very entertaining game.

J’avais joué un peu à sa sortie et j’avais trouvé le jeu plutôt sympathique. Je n’avais pas continué à l’époque parce que j’avais d’autres jeux en cours, en me disant que j’y reviendrais plus tard. Et puis… j’ai complètement zappé.

Cinq ans plus tard, je retombe dessus, je l’installe, je lance une partie… et là, au secours. Quelle galère pour avancer, quelle galère dans les combats contre les animaux, quelle galère pour crafter. Je ne me souvenais pas que c’était aussi pénible. Mais en fait, je m’aperçois que j’avais joué sans les mises à jour actuelles.

Là, en l’état, c’est juste pas possible. Le ciblage des ennemis est horriblement lourd, on se fait défoncer immédiatement sans pouvoir esquiver, le personnage part en diagonale quand on cible… Mais qu’est-ce qu’ils ont fait à leur jeu, sérieux ?

J’ai fini par arrêter là. Hors de question de continuer. En 2020, j’avais réussi à débloquer le bateau ; cette fois, je ne suis même pas sorti de la première île tellement c’est laborieux. Et pourtant j’ai pris le mode Aventure et non Survie, justement pour éviter de mourir et revenir au chapitre 1…

Bref, je le déconseille, même à un prix dérisoire. Dans cet état, le jeu est injouable.
Il existe d’autres jeux du même style qui en valent vraiment la peine — mais pas celui-ci.

me gusta dar oportunidades a juegos indie como este y otros, pero no colaboran, siempre he sido de triple AAA y demás pero este juego es increíble, no por ser bueno, más bien por ser confuso, al inicio no hay nada simplemente una historia rara, no puedo avanzar porque estoy en una isla más miserable que una bolsa de cemento flotando en el mar, no hay nada más que piedras y pasto seco que puedo recoger y evidentemente no se puede fabricar nada con eso, no puedo salir de la isla porque me ahogo y no hay un barco como tal, al menos un remo pero ni que fuera bruja para irme volando, simplemente no puedo avanzar, para nada recomendado, al menos está bien optimizado, aunque los graficos no sean los mejores, supongo.

I really like this game and style but i honestly find it SO hard to play which is so disappointing, as i played the earlier versions and it looked like it was going to get a bit more polished. the sailing is incredibly difficult and i find the combat almost impossible, the only way i beat enemies is to stand on a rock and use the magic staff.

Very angry at this game. It was fun to play, but suddenly my boat got destroyed and I can't do anything. I have to erase everything and start all over again from chapter one! This is the only solution. Maybe it was fun but also very repetitive. Plus, it's not a bug, it's an invisible enemy that destroys your boat for no reason, and you cannot do anything to escape. The game was so fun and beautiful, but I can't make progress without randomly having to lose everything. You can save but its useless, the game continues and if you die it takes back to the same place, so if you have nothing to build a boat its over. That's completely stupid. Game so frustrating, do not purchase !!

The game is like [url=https://store.steampowered.com/app/648800]Raft[/url], but much worse in absolutely every aspect. Boat building is very limited. Islands are not interesting. There is a lot of sailing to get anywhere. All of it makes the game simply boring.

Combat is extremely difficult and unrewarding; and it's impossible to make progress without killing those creatures. They take like 50 hits to kill, they can perma-rag-doll you. Locking onto them switches to melee weapon, but it's impossible to get close to them to hit them, because when locked the character moves very slowly. And without locking dodging is impossible.

The inventory is extremely small. You can place only one container on your boat. It's not possible to split a stack of items.

Cooking food or drying skin takes a few minutes per item - I am playing another game in the meantime...

With the price tag of £17.79, this game looks like a joke.

Pros:
Beautiful game with amazing art style and with incredibly captivating music. Sometimes it's calm and peaceful, and sometimes it creates drama. I recommend playing the game with a controller - the combat system will be more enjoyable in this case. The sailing mechanics are very close to real life.

Cons:
There was a bug - a sandworm appears from underground and jumps into the rock textures, from where it can no longer get out. After several restarts of the game, the worm finally started jumping in the right direction.
The game seems abandoned by the developers. I wish the gameplay was a little longer.

Verdict:
I would say it's a hidden gem in the indi games industry. 100% recommendation from me.

Just finished playing this on Youtube (link at end of review for anyone who wants to see a gameplay sample before buying) and enjoyed it overall.

Windbound's gameplay isn't anything special, and I'll admit there is a bit of subjectivity here given that I really enjoy games with nautical elements to them. On one level, Windbound is your typical survival game - you have to explore the in-game world, gathering resources such as food and crafting materials whilst managing your limited inventory. Though whereas a lot of other survival games eventually reach a point where you can settle on one part of the map, reach resource abundance or even go down the route of base-building, Windbound is a little different.

For starters, the map is an archipelago - a series of small islands that you have to sail between. What this means is that you cannot just settle on one island and hope that the resources there alone will be enough to sustain you. Instead, you have to keep moving - sail to each island, gather whatever key resources you can carry, then move on to the next island and so on. Throughout this process you'll unlock crafting recipes, build and upgrade your boat, and unravel bits of the story as you progress through each of the game's 5 chapters.

Furthermore, there's no real base-building here - your boat is the closest thing you'll get to a base, and even then the options for upgrading it are pretty simple and straightforward. The game instead wants you to go sailing and exploring every little island and outcrop you can find in each chapter. As a result, there can be a bit of a steep learning curve at first if you're going into this expecting it to be the sort of survival game where you can eventually just establish a static camp/base. Combat can also be challenging at first, often pitching you against fairly sturdy beasts and enemies where you have to lock on, dodge attacks and seize quick openings to attack. This can be particularly challenging if you're playing on the Survivalist difficulty, which causes you to lose most of your inventory and resets you to chapter 1 if you die. For those wanting a less intense difficulty, I recommend the Adventurer difficulty level, which is more forgiving as it doesn't reset you to chapter 1 if you die, plus it lets you keep your boat and inventory.

But once you figure out the gameplay, Windbound becomes a sedate (albeit a little repetitive) ride. The visuals are gorgeous and colourful, and the story was decent enough to keep my interest. The sailing mechanics vaguely remind many players of sailing in Wind Waker, having to take the wind direction into account. Overall, if you like more sedate survival games with pretty visuals, then Windbound is well worth a try.

Saw Mixed Reviews and was reluctant to buy at first but a friend recommended it so I bought it regardless.
Now, I wish there was a sequel, a DLC, or at least a similar game out there, but regrettably, this game has something unique to it that I can't find elsewhere... Something that you won't be able to see from the screenshots or videos, and something that I can't describe in words.
Yeah, the bad stuff you read from other reviews is there (probably not as bad as they make it out to be, at least that was my experience), but don't let that detract you from what only Windbound can offer.

Just look at my playtime.

And if you think it's because I'm new to gaming, have no clue what's good, or am just weird... My library and playtime speak for themselves. I'm playing everything from indie to AAA in all genres (except sports and racing) and despite all that I found something valuable in this game that no other game was able to offer.
Comparing it to other games would be meaningless, and as for talking about the details, there are plenty of reviews out there for that. I wanted to explicitly touch on the subject of the "feeling" the game invokes.

Be open-minded and give it a go.

This is a strange one for me. It's probably the lowest rated game on Steam that I've sat and played through and really enjoyed. It hooked me quickly and I easily sunk 16-19 hours into my play through. But, right now as I write this, the game has only a 60% positive rating here on the Steam store which is rough.

And I can certainly, certainly, see why this game is not everyone's cup of tea and is so polarizing. It's a slow-paced game with cheerful graphics, peaceful music and vibes that is simultaneously brutal and very difficult. That alone is likely to turn some people away who are looking for a truly peaceful experience or who are looking for a faster-paced hardcore experience. In a sense this game is both/and which I think only a small niche of gamers might like.

The graphics also might lure some gamers in who are looking for more of a Zelda Windwaker/Breath of the Wild experience and I think if that's what someone wants, they will be disappointed by this. This is a much smaller, indie survival style game. I think a better game to compare this to would be something like Raft. It's a smaller scale, 3d Roguelike survival game. Except that this is an even more compact offering with less boat crafting content--you're likely to see most of this game in one 15-20 hour play through.

That's still plenty of game time for a title that often goes on sale for $2 and is relatively polished, has beautiful graphics and music. Also despite the unsupported rating, this game runs flawlessly on Steam Deck with no adjustments made and it's respectful of your hard drive space at only 1.5gb in size. So the graphics and gameplay to hard disk space ratio is excellent for this one, IMHO.

What I like about this game:
* To me it is relaxing to play but also gives plenty of challenge (I'm a sucker for hard games)
* The procedurally generated maps offer just enough variety to keep things interesting and survival challenging
* Inventory management is part of the survival challenge -- you can't carry all ingredients so you are forced to make hard decisions about what to keep.
-- This is one of the factors I see frequently mentioned by others as a critique and that's fair. If this is the kind of thing you will find tedious and frustrating, you need to factor that in to your decision. That said, if you know what you are doing, I will say you can craft a better bag and add storage to your boat early on and this mitigates that issue significantly.
* Combat is challenging, maybe slightly clunky, but it's definitely masterable. Even so, facing off against multiple Forsaken enemies at once will still give a skilled player a challenge. I really enjoy that.
* Having to choose which perks you go into a level with is another tight game element that squeezes you. You want to bring everything but can only choose a few.
* I adore the music and the colorful polynesian theme.
* Sailing is a lot of fun. Sailing while cooking items over a flame on your boat and defending your boat against attacking sea life is, navigating between treacherous rocks, etc is quite fun.

This is never going to be a highly rated game or the right cup of tea for the majority of gamers. But, I think for a niche group of players of which I fall under, this game is a blast with the right amount of challenge and relaxation and with a campaign that's separated out into smaller bite-sized open world environments where you can pick up for an hour and then pause easily.

I enjoyed this one enough that I might even come back and replay it at some point.

Here's what I recommend to new players looking to get the best experience:

* This game is brutally hard. Whatever you do, pick Adventurer mode for at least your first play through. I promise even in that mode, this game is going to kick your butt.
* Look to craft the larger storage as soon as possible

I give this one a recommend because I really really enjoyed this game a lot, even though I think the population of people who I'd recommend this game to is small.

This game was amazing during early access. Something broke with the DLC and the devs disapearring. Just buggy. Also, the combat system was always just okay, with it being hard to work the target system.

It is no longer just a survival game, but a roguelite. I don't know if I would buy this game again if I had the chance. The concept was amazing and it came out of development well, but something broke since then. Some people might come to adore it, since there are a lot of cool concepts, but it is abandonware and needs more development.

Edit bug log: spawned from save with boat ontop of sea rock mountain, roll attacked towards fish and became perma stuck underwater till death, character wouldn't stop falling down and got mauled by animal multiple times, sails sometimes become temporarily stuck, scroll wheel for container inventory does not work right,

Jank log: anchor doesn't work well and keep damaging boat on shore rocks, can camp on a rock to beat lion boss and anything else, sailing feels less consistent than EA with sudden speed ups/slow downs, trying to switch targets fast enough with Gloom lizard teleport

Jogo excelente! Ele é muito lindo visualmente e tem uma trilha sonora relaxante e gostosa de escutar.
Em resumo, você explora ilhas, pega recursos e vai melhorando sua jangada enquanto passa por 5 capítulos e cada um adiciona coisas novas e criaturas diferentes.

O combate é bem simples, mas nada ruim. Acho que fazer algo mais leve foi a escolha ideal para esse jogo. A sobrevivência é até fácil; basta se preparar um pouco com comida que você já não morre de fome.

É aquele tipo de jogo em que você só senta no sofá, coloca um fone e aproveita tudo o que ele tem pra oferecer: arte, música e momentos bem tranquilos.

This is a for-sure purchase for me. If you love sailing and a good story and combat experience, this game is for you. I did purchase this game on sale, but I would absolutely pay full price for this game. I do not understand the negative reviews, but this game is wonderful. 10/10 would recommend. (P.S. Vsync is a must for this game, at least for my specs, as the screen tearing gets bad)

Pretty good game. I never got around to beating it, but the vibes are immaculate. Your ship *will* break, so don't be too sad. This game doesn't do anything groundbreaking, but it's quite enjoyable. Pick it up on a sale, and good luck.

Writing my review after having completed the main story. First let's address the most common and glaring issue: Buggy and frustrating combat that rewards and in some cases requires cheesing. Enemies are either mindnumbingly easy or frustrating beyond all belief. Luckily cheesing combat isn't tough. Most enemies will abandon the fight the moment you hop on to a boulder which there are plenty of. Aside from this, sailing can also be a pain with speeds not being consistent, when relying on the wind it feels like your boat is being tugged on every few seconds, jerking you forward. "Smooth sailing" is not a phrase I would use to describe boat mechanics.

Now having said all that, I will still be giving this game a positive review. When the game does work it works beautifully. I went into my gaming experience after having read other reviews so I had the tempered expectations for much of the content in the game. Overall, I would say I had a mostly pleasant experience. Nothing frustrated me so much that I quit and sailing was actually quite enjoyable once I worked out the physics and made a boat that was both stable and quick *hint: long pontoons and more than one sail*. The customization of the ship is not much to write home about but achieves its goals and looks great to boot. I wasn't a huge fan of the lack of storage and work station space (One placement per part? Seriously?) but by the end of the game I had enough ship parts that I was able to fit all the storage and work stations I needed. Crafting is a huge part of the game and while most resources don't respawn (aside from resources you get from enemies) you still get as much as you need to beat the game if you don't skip any islands.

I cannot recommend this game if you don't like janky messes but if you can manage to look past all the glaring issues with combat and physics you will find a rare gem of a sailing game with great art design and beautiful oceanic landscapes.

very fun and in depth game. it feels like it has some kind of underlying story, which i personally really like, but what truly makes this game shine is the progression and journey which makes this game very fun and engaging to play. some of the controls and mechanics were a little hard to get around at first, but through some practice it became very enjoyable.

i see people complain about inventory management, but honestly, to me it feels more realistic, and it compels you to keep track of whats important to keep, and what you dont need, and it also gives you a bigger reason as to actually use the materials you gather.

fighting was very enjoyable, and it was fun learning all the different blessings.

Windbound is a very fun and engaging game, but for some it might take a little effort to get properly into.
I absolutely recommend this game, as i have played through it numerous times (through Epic Games), and i consider it one of my favorite games that ive ever played, due to the enjoyment i received from playing it.

my review of the game: i bought it in sale for 2 bucks and looked at the reviews in my expierience most of these bad reviews have been fixed

the combat system is a little wonky but works perfectly fine.
the inventory system mixed with the scarsity of recources can be a letdown

when talking about the inventory in short term theres just not much that you can hold so you are dependant on chests and bags to get you throuh the game,

the recourse scarsity is totally dependent on the recource the most beginner recourse can still be found quite easily so repairing your boat isnt a task that takes half an hour

overall the game is great and i love everything about it and i hope to explore many more things in this game

I had to give up on this. It's well made, I like the aesthetic and the core idea of navigating to different islands, collecting resources and upgrading your boat and equipment. A game about sailing.

Windbound was not a perfect game by my expectations. However, was is still a very much enjoyable experience.
I could not shake the feeling of a missed potential in some parts though. Like there could be more
of the underwater world to explore. Then, it didn't feel like a much-needed content because
the game worked without such innovations.

I deem Windbound a well-designed but imperfectly produced game.

It taught me patience.

First, I played the Survivalist difficulty level. I'm no hardcore gaming enthusiast but I believe the Storyteller
difficulty wouldn't keep me as engaged in the narrative. Just like in Dark Souls there is a feeling of catharsis
after losing progress, same feeling applies here. Coming back all the way to chapter 1 while retaining
the knowledge of the previous iteration didn't spoil the experience. The maps of each chapter were procedurally
generated. An example of that just mentioned were the so called "bonus shrines" which you could interact with
and they granted bonuses. It was always a game of chance whether this time you would get extra health or stamina.
However, the problem of losing most of the progress (except for the "held" inventory items) slowed the pace
of the game significantly.

Immersive adaptive music.

Second, whether it be a change of weather from clear to stormy during sailing or an enemy attack
the sudden changes of ambience played a crucial role in immersion. The sound design was well
done where audio helped identify comfort from danger. Most prominently, each creature encountered
had its own specific track attached to it. It played whenever the creature was idly wandering around.
Namely, there were boars appearing from chapter 1 whose specific track was a nylon guitar.
It added to the feeling you could have a hunter's intuition as if being able to track and observe
patterns that led you to your prey.

The great physics bug.

On the other note, the game appeared to be rough around the edges because of the minor bugs
I experienced on my way through the story. Sometimes I would get stuck in the environment
during a fight and had to roll off away, then I would get struck with a debuff only to restart
the game and cleanse the effect. There were problems in the game that affected the way
I played, something like I had to accommodate, adapt my playstyle using some bugs to counter
other bugs. I also found one particular I'd call a major one that shouldn't be there.
It was when one of the creatures of the islands landed a hit on me and I was sent flying
like a superman. I landed in water outside the island and almost had the character lose
consciousness from swimming back.

To conclude, despite the ups and the downs I recommend playing the game. It was an interesting
blend of sailing mechanics, action-survival gameplay and an interesting story in itself.
The main metaphor I could make out of the story was that no problem can be solved if there
is no established dialog between people.
One more thing to note is that Windbound can also be interpreted as an essay on loneliness.
Everyone sails their own boat. We just do happen to sometimes reach the same island (a concept
of belonging). We also just so happen to part out ways later. Singleplayer experience is purposeful
here in reaching this feeling of solitude on everyone's personal journey. As if encircled by
a storm in a closed space with just your own thoughts...

The game has a lot of potential, however it is very strange that it has such a limited inventory management system. For a survival game, crafting a lot of things are essential, that means various type of materials need to be collected but in this game this is not possible cause of the very limited storage which becomes very frustrating.

Why the devs decided that this limitation is the way to go is beyond me, this game could have been very enjoyable had it not have the super limited inventory.

The sailing mechanic is very nice, the combat needs some work but the real deal breaker is the inventory space.

Unfortunately I cannot recommend this game at this stage.

Camera control is awful. Even with sensitivity cranked up to 100%, it requires a lot of movement just to look around.
Makes combat too difficult even with a lock on.
Sadly unplayable this way.

This is harder than Dark Souls. Not because of the difficulty itself but rather because the game mechanics are clunky, combat is a mess, there's 0 telegraphing when an enemy strikes and the first big enemy you encounter is a progress lock.

First ability you get is counter, so far I could not figure out how to use it. If the enemy does not face you and the attack animation plays he teleports 180 degrees and instantly hits you.

No compré este juego desde hace mucho por la reseñas que tenía, ahora lo e comprado en rebajas y la verdad no entiendo porque tanta mala reseña. Lo estoy disfrutando bastante, un juego muy entretenido.

Supongo que el DLC ese gratis que le metieron lo a mejorado mucho.

É um ótimo jogo, bom, barato e bastante divertido. O mapa é lindo e te da cada vez mais vontade de conhecer mais. Se for jogar, tenha um controle, pois facilita demais, os comandos pelo mouse e teclado são meio ruins.

i like this game kind of reminds me of raft but better combat, lets see the main bugs i saw.

sometimes reloading the save will make the ship jump or be thrown, to fix that you'll need to fullly quit the game.

only had one crash and that was me mostly trying to see what will fix the reloading save bug.

no lag easy to run, i love that you can make big ships if you pick to i also like the islands have small bits of things you need, and only somethings like ai for one and grass and food can come back.

over all i found this game fairly easy, still if you like this there is an endless mode too

hmm things i dislike you can't upgrade your boat you must dismatel it just you put new parts on..

i'd give this game a 7 out of 10 mostly do to some ai hit box's. they can be a real mess with missing when you shouldn't
