This same game is on mobile and its basically the same game. They add items which you buy with real money which is ok i guess but then they completely nerf or change it that its literally useless. For example they will release a sniper wweapon which you can brawl with, its that overpowered. then once enough people buy it, its nerfed and next item is pushed. Do notice the shop, its hilarious. If i was rich i would have sued them for faslely advertising an item then changing it completely. its like buying a car and a month later said car is turned into a cycle.

I paid for War Robots: Frontiers before launch, and my experience since then has been extremely disappointing.

First, none of the grinding or progression from the pre-launch period transferred to the main release. That was frustrating, but I was willing to accept it and move on.

The bigger issue is what happens every time I log in. On launch, the game repeatedly shows multiple “Claim Rewards” screens—credits, premium time, and other rewards. However, after clicking through these screens and entering the game, none of the rewards are actually granted. This has happened to me every single time I log in and encounter a free reward or login bonus.

There is no warning, no confirmation, and no explanation. The game clearly presents rewards as claimable, but they simply never appear in my account. This creates the impression that rewards are being shown but not delivered, which feels misleading and extremely frustrating as a player.

This is especially disappointing because I am a long-time War Robots fan. I completed the original game on multiple accounts and spent far more money than I probably should have supporting it. I wanted to support this game the same way—but with issues like this, I can’t justify doing so.

The core idea of the game has potential, but the reward system and user experience are unreliable and poorly implemented. Until these issues are addressed, I won’t be supporting this title further. plus add bacck physical shilds from first one lol

Good game. A vast improvement over original war robots . I am really impressed how easy it is to get good gear without spending any money at all. If you play war robots at all then you will have no trouble playing Frontiers. The only down side is the wait is a little long (not more than a minute or so) between battles. But worth the wait since you are not playing AI like in original WR. I give this a yes.

El juego al principio te parece divertido, pero luego irás cambiando de parecer y lo explico.
Las primeras 30–40 h serán todo nuevo y accesible; con eso me refiero a que no tienes que pagar.
Sí, se pueden conseguir cosas o mejorar objetos sin pagar, pero llegará un momento en el que estarás ya en rangos altos, por decirlo de alguna manera, y notarás que los demás llevan ventaja sobre ti.
En resumen, el juego te “obliga”, de cierta manera, a pasar por caja.
Si decides probarlo, vete preparando la cartera.

Mira el juego lo juego desde el acceso anticipado y lo e allado increible las visuales mecanicas y armas todo muy lindo, pero cuando salio note que iba a ser pay to win y eso me jodio bastante sinseramente, porque no e salido de bronce y si intentas desbloquear el pase de manera gratuita es impocible porque como no puedes darle pelea a los weones que tiene su puta araña nivel chorrocientos con 6 armas que te borran de la fas de la tierra, no te motiva a jugar realmente prefiero que el juego valga dinero unas 10 lukas (dolare) a que tenga tantas micro transacciones para poder progresar y ademas pienso que el emparejamiento no tiene sentido soy bronce y me sale un ahilado con armas que hacen una cantidad injusta de daño y haci con equipós enteros que arrasan con mi equipo y yo quedo solo con otro miserable y viene como 7 puto robots a rematarnos no lo recomiendo no aun, nesecita mejorar auque es complicao porque lo volvi ajugar luego de dejarlo y me topo con cosaas aun peores como los colorcitos "camuflajes" ridiculos al estilo de call of duty y esto es mas personal pero pense que iban a meter un estilo mas realista a los robots pero siguen metiendo robots que parecen aliens.

So I was playing during the paid early access and enjoy a F2P game so let me break it down for you.

Where is this game good:
Movement and game play:
This is something they got right very early. Every robot gets a dash on shift and a jetpack jump that will be a determined by a few things but mostly based on the legs you are using. There are moments that can feel over the top in a way that's a little camp but in a good way.

The bad:
Time:
This F2P model wants you to put in 4-6 games everyday to get your tasks done. the weekly tasks are something along the lines of complete daily task X five times so get several games in 5 days a week. The currency's your given break down pretty poorly. You grind missions poorly for coins and you'll need several months of the grind to upgrade one robots parts.

Game modes:
If the daily tasks are something like capture a point but, there is no way to select a game mode that line up with your mission. In practice this leads to people just dropping games making a frustrating game you might need to play for progress. They have since added bots instead of punishing people for dropping games so it's not a guaranteed loss but bots are bad and band aid for a larger issue. Making you more Likely to have a bad game based on the f2p model.

Value to dollar:
I think this is pretty poor on one side picking up the "premium time" the difference is a little staggering somewhere in the 3.25 times faster progress on things like the parts you can make with a significant bump to the currency you earn by playing each game, xp leveling what parts you can build and doubling the number of daily challenges. One issue I have with it is the price to dollar for other stuff things such as robots and pilots are really missing the mark for me to be willing to put in money and I've spent on games like this.

Customization:
The menus feel poorly optimized Eg. not being able to tab through your parts you need to go back a menu and then click back into them to open another menu to open an upgrade menu that I hope they work on at some point. A few issues here.
#1 The robots you build don't feel unique or fun to work on. There is little wiggle room from what they intend you to build and it makes for a pretty crap meta esp when you factor in cost to get the new over tuned guns before they nerf them down to a reasonable level the idea is nothing crazy but to make one gun two to three times the damage anything else can do to push people to get them feels bad.
#2 All the mechs are on a similar frame Legs, torso, shoulder and guns with no spacers or parts to modify the silhouette which is weird because "War Robots" the phone game does this pretty well and can have a verity of things that are recognizable from a distance and adds a little something for you to be attached to weather its a look or specific game play thing they can do well.
#3 The issue with camouflage being monetized. It's one thing to give a special skin for doing well in a season but that's not what this is things like basic colors and how decal are pushed (and applied) all being pushed for fomo. looking at games like Forza letting people spend time designing and layering decals and colors to good menu music and distribute those designs is something that's been proven to be enjoyed as a reason to spend more time in the game.

Personal note:
The developers have been around for a while. They know exactly what they're doing however you want to interpret that. The menus at the port / hanger / garage feel a little too much like a "World of" game for me and this game is lacking a unique feel to set it apart as it's own thing. As an early access supporter I wanted the game to do well but I will not encourage the people I games with to play this either with or without me.

This game had great potential when it first released. The graphics are amazing, the maps are beautiful, sound is great, robot movement - it's all there. But every match is the same. The weapons are balanced extremely poor. Way too much power is given to camping, no skill, scaredy-cat hide behind a wall and lob rockets playstyles, that when people who know how to move and use tactics try to play there is not much you can do.

A game should always be balanced in such a way that if there is little risk, then you should get little reward. That doesn't happen in this game. Everyone uses the same weapons and torsos so that all they have to do is toss a rocket across the map revealing the location of the enemy team, and then cowardly and mindlessly lob rockets from behind a wall and do tons of damage. The game is balanced so poorly its beyond comprehension. And every match goes like this and it just gets old.

If you enjoy being a no-skilled panzie-ass camper and playing the most boring playstyle imaginable, then this game is for you. If you have skill though, and know how to move and use tactics and your environment to surprise attack and deal the most damage in the quickest way possible, you know, actually play like you have some skill - then run the other way and find a different game because this game ain't it.

说心里话做的挺好的，对比前作跨越很大，机体很有重量感，机械结构很细节；各个部位单独计算伤害比较新颖，让玩家需要考虑上下半段的朝向；
但是整体节奏太慢了，移动速度慢、CD冷却太长、燃气太少；第一台预设机竟然搞了个移动很慢的，喷气喷一下就没燃气了，第一印象十分不好。
这种风格的机设可能已经不符合当下玩家喜好了，对战玩法也相对传统，导致玩家人数比较少。

Игра х_уевая разрабы дцп они ведут себя как в crossout я играл в прошлую помойку около 4,4 года держал хату с поцыками, устал решил пойти сюда по факту присутствует не доработанная рейтинговая механика вы можете час сосать и пару перекаченных уебков_ вас спустят короче разрабы д.олбоебы_ начисление очков в очко стремное, просто проеб_ нервов надо приходить и без расслабона е_башить смысл играть в проекты если они ебут_ нервную систему не рекомендую пока игра не станет более сбалансированной, очень жадные на наклейки и прочую ху.ету_ которая возможна пойдет нахуй_ с проектом, я жалею что имею полное издание пережил пару вайпов, писал в поддержку, на форуме но дауны походу считают проект соревновательным типо cs наверно мировые матчи планируют проводить, надо сделать награды доступны всем кто играет смысл адаптироваться временным циклом, к примеру у них сезон длится дохуя_ но если ты не качаешься не получаешь ваще норм тему, и если качаешься тебя спускают, конченая д.рочильня_, разрабы наверно создавали игру для домашних тел которые вообще подключены к компьютеру если вам п.ох.уй_ так чисто пострелять и пойти ♥♥♥♥♥ игра вам подойдет если вы хотите копить награды вы о.хуеете_ хорошо что она не вышла в рашке народ сразу понял что залупа_

Requires me to use a paid currency to purchase bulk items in the game shop. That used to be a gold purchase. In a effort to make people spends more time grinding, and less time fighting. Gun play is fun and mech movement is tight, but ultimatly ill be stuck in the same mechs forever with less variety, because they are greedy.

С этой игрой я вроде как с 2023 года. Вот и релиз который принес не самые лучшие впечатления.
ПЛЮСЫ:
Оптимизация (то что было раньше еле шло на 3070)
Графика вполне-вполне
Анимации выше всяких похвал
на этом походу все
МИНУСЫ:
Просто убогий интерфейс и обучение, то что было на тесте и то было более интуитивно понятно. Просто не понятно что мне дает БП, что дает прокачка аккаунта. За то впихнуть везде магазины и цены с покупкам оных удосужились.
Покупка нужных частей и оружий. Тот кто придумал что я должен выкупать магазин, знай, где-то твоя матушка крутится на чем то.
Цены так вообще ужас, 20 баксов за не самого хорошего меха это тоже не есть хорошо.
Я с давнего теста, начали за здравие, закончили за упокой, без рекламы этой игре не выжить.

The Game is well made, Still needs Improvement but for right now it's fine
The Graphics are visually stunning, The Map is beautiful and the Mechs
Matchmaking needs improvement, You could start of as a new player and get demolished by upper leagues and most of the time, Teammates are dumbasses
The Pay2Win issue isn't much of a problem unlike the original game, you can realistically grab everything else (On store) in a couple of days, The Starter-Pack or DLC are just to boost you up, Only issue is the Battlepass which would need to be paid to unlock everything else.
Economy on the game needs to be better, It takes abit of time to get items.

Ich finde das Spiel sehr gut, was mir besonders gefällt ist das man seine eigenen Roboter bauen kann. Allerdings gibt es ein paar Sachen die das Spiel noch interessanter machen würden wie das man z.B seinen eigenen Titan zusammen bauen kann, das man Clans erstellen kann und das man gegeneinander kämpfen kann. Was aber jetzt schon sehr gut ist, ist die Grafik vom Spiel und das man sehr viel zerstören kann. Allerdings wurde ich obwohl ich (genau) 1000 Ligapunkte hatte nach der Season auf 600 punkte zurückgestuft.

Estéticamente está genial, jugabilidad decente. Avance, horrible y tedioso.
Se está convirtiendo en básicamente Pay to win como su predecesor de War Robots. Desde que se lanzó a todas las plataformas, prácticamente no se puede jugar partidas justas. Muchos ya tienen equipo demasiado avanzado que te elimina de un solo disparo, e incluso las partidas no duran demasiado porque un equipo te barre rápido los robots.

La economía es una porquería y no sirve, aunque ganes partidas o pierdas, no consigues ni lo suficiente para hacer algo o comprar, nada de lo que compras sirve o es útil solo lo puedes reciclar. Gasté todo el bono por la beta de prueba luego de comprar el juego en steam, ahora que hubo reset ni siquiera puedo tener un arma decente porque no los puedo conseguir.
El avance lo siento extremadamente lento para aquellos que no le meten dinero. O sea Free to play no se puede jugar, te llevaría meses en conseguir algo de calidad mínima que no te sirve ni para competir. Llevo semanas intentando conseguir algo bueno y hasta el momento no he logrado nada, siempre lo mismo. Juegas, te oneshotean, pierdes, recoges lo mínimo, partida nueva. Lo mismo. Pierdes y sigues... Pum partida justa. Ganas, luego pierdes y así

Acabo de jugar 6 partidas más. 5 se perdieron por superioridad enemiga por equipo que yo diría al máximo. Equipo enemigo premium de paga que te elimina sin tiempo a cubrirte o reaccionar. Y volvemos a lo mismo. No ganas casi nada de recursos, se siente demasiado lento y tedioso. Recompensas también, son tan malas que dan ganas de dejar de jugar. Vale en una actualización lo subieron un 50%... ¡Pero no se siente!

El emparejamiento es otra cosa horrible, equipos enemigos des-balanceados con armas legendarias, al punto en que no se les puedes hacer daño. Solo puedes abandonar la partida esperando conseguir una partida más justa o equilibrada. Pero da lo mismo si ganas o pierdes, no te dan casi nada

Requieres de mucho tiempo para ganar recursos para gastarlo en equipo que no sirve o reciclarlo, para poder comprar algo decente que tampoco te servirá. Hay armas completamente rotas que ni siquiera se pueden evadir, te matan apenas te tocan. Pero volvemos a lo mismo. El juego ahora se siente muy Pay to win por la cantidad de ofertas que te meten al principio... Pura publicidad, parece más una tienda de publicidad y ofertas

En conclusión. Si tienes demasiado tiempo y no te frustra el avance casi nulo, podes jugar. Si tienes dinero de sobra y querer brincarte la "experiencia" igual, podes comprar equipo legendario y matas a todos para burlarte.
Simple:

Economía: Rota, progreso lento que te dan ganas de dejar de jugar. Tardas demasiado en conseguir algo que no sirve contra el meta
Equipamiento: Unos extremadamente rotos, imposible de enfrentar, al igual que robots a ciertos nivel.
Emparejamiento: Una porquería, lo mismo de siempre, te ponen mucho contra los que pagan y tienen todo mejorado. Me quitan las ganas de jugar que prefiero abandonar la partida, no podes hacer nada, te matarán de un disparo. Partidas injustas
Aspecto: Muy bonito y bien logrado. Los audios han mejorado muy bien. El agua debería hacerla más dinámica, parece un holograma.
Partidas: La mayoría son injustas, pierdes más de lo que puedes ganar, pero una que otra te tocará con gente con tu mismo nivel de equipo, eso las hace divertidas e complejas. Luego te ponen una que no puedes ni aparecer... Lo mismo. Tedioso, no avanzas.

Ok-what the ♥♥♥♥??!!! I paid 10$ (if I remember correctly) shortly after it came out, it incinerated my computer (which runs any other game completely fine) every time I played it, had a maximum framerate of 30 FPS, only for me to find out that every single one of my allies and enemies was an AI. I had played it too much already so I couldn’t refund it and had to just remove from account. Today, months later, I saw it again on the store page, FREE. This game is a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ scam and judging by the free price tag, it probably is pay2win, just like its predecessor.

At the moment I can't recommend it... 1. even though they claim it won't end like War Robots, there's still a fear of future p2w... 2. Titans... I wonder why. It seems like a game disruption to me. You're supposed to play against Titan strategically, but if you're unlucky and 2 robots and one Titan are going against you, you're just dead. Just 6v6, 5 robots each, and that's it. The only melee dmg is of course Titan... 3. of course they put artillery into the game... both at long and medium distances. OP. Instead of enjoying action-packed gunfights, either you're "lucky" and your team pushes the enemy to the edge of the map, or it's the other way around. Take 2 players with artillery and 1 with a ranged weapon (like a sniper) and the remaining 3 players to defend them and the random team doesn't stand a chance... 4. Sometimes terrible matchmaking. If there aren't 12 players, you get bots to complete the team, but without any balancing. One team always has more players and you have to play, for example, 2 people + 4 bots against 3-4 people + 2 bots. This is what currently bothers me and spoils the impression of playing. There would definitely be more.

Pra quem mora na America Latina e está pensando em jogar, sinto muito, mas só vai passar raiva.
O ping faz com que a maioria dos seus disparos não seja contabilizado, e isso é estressante demais porque a maioria dos seus oponentes vão ter ping de 40/60 enquanto você está com 140/160 e isso faz toda diferença.

It's NOT pay2win, it's typical wargaming game with pay2notgrind. Same as WoT or WoWs you have an option to buy premium which increases exp and credits gain as well as the Battle Pass. There is nothing in the game that you can buy with real money that you can't get just by playing. The game give strong "Crossout" vibe with the playstyle and ability to build your own mechs. Well this is my opinion and I'm having a blast. And yes, I bought premium for a month, and if you cant afford 12 Euros for premium, then dont buy it, it will only change the speed of your leveling. Or go play chess.

大量的BUG，失败的平衡，有许多内测就该解决的问题毛子是一点没改，公测后对武器机甲直接大刀阔斧的修改完全不在意已经投入资源养成的玩家，明明内测时还知道要单独开设一个测试服务器供玩家进行未来修改内容的测试，完全想不通他们到底在干嘛。有时候但凡看一眼就能发现的问题也没有及时的去调整就更新部署到正式版本，就好像毛子不在乎游戏的死活一样，只能说未来可期

Honestly amazing. Great work devs, beautiful graphics, super fun and just really addictive. This game has some real potential. Only thing to note about is I think that the mechs should be dropped in by like a mother ship or something. Anyways, great game. Keep up the good work :) No offence or anything but I doubted you because War Robots was pay2win but this game is unreal - especially the game play. Just a couple things to add/improve: a better progression system; sell gear for salvage; ranked system with custom battle cards and I feel like the veterans should get some exclusive items to show our loyalty since I have played the first update. Anyways, keep up the great work. :)

不得不说的是的确存在一些问题，比如登录，现在依旧会卡在输入密码界面，需要玩家跑到官网主页再登陆，游戏内的跳转链接是登不了的；机武平衡还是有点歪，但不至于pay to win，总体而言是这几年不错的机甲游戏了，不管是打击感还是机甲行走的厚重感以及画面的表现力，就我个人而言是非常满意的。现在能看到的所有机甲武器基本都能靠肝获得，后面等级够了能自己做，商店也有轮换，想加快进度就小氪，只要不变成WWR那样一代版霸一代削，不氪不能玩的情况应该能活得很好

游戏品质是很好的，画面、声音、UI和玩法，都能看出很扎实。关于本作的p2w情况，我简单给在观望的玩家介绍一下，一台机体分为腿、驱赶、双臂、武器、技能、机师共6个部分，除了机师，其它部分都可以通过一下3种途径获得：1、升级账号等级解锁蓝图后制造（可肝）2、随机商店购买（使用的货币可肝）3、商店购买捆绑包（氪金）。普通机师可肝，但英雄机师我目前看到只能氪金买。所以p2w的点就是英雄机师的一点差距，实际体验没什么太大差别。还是挺推荐试试的。

逆天的匹配机制，我就这么说吧，我今天晚上打了三把，只有一把是正常对局，双方实力均衡，30/29极限险胜。其他两把，全是被压着打，打个死亡竞赛，我方死完了，对面有一把还能剩16个机甲，另一把对面还能剩26个机甲。你告诉我这不是pay to win，那你告诉我这该怎么打？对面人均超人，全程压着打，根本出不了家门。我还是最垃圾的青铜，都成这鬼样子。能玩下去也是神人了。34.8元的DLC也没必要买，这代机枪非常垃圾，根本很难打到人，子弹飞行速度太慢了，跟一代没法比，一点压制力没有。毫无意思，再也无法重返war robots 的巅峰时代，这个游戏系列就这样了，谁爱玩玩去吧，给war robots氪的两千快请假就当打水漂了。

Je suis un fan de jeu de Mecha depuis un certain temps. Mechwarrior 3 1999, et cela ne nous rajeunit pas. Depuis l'excellent HAWKEN, qui a souffert d'un manque de moyen financier pour assurer sa survie, WAR ROBOTS FRONTIERS est la très bonne surprise. J'aime l'esthétique du jeu, la faille équilibrée des cartes, la variété des armes, les animations de mech, la prise en main rapide, la variété et la personnalisation des mechas, la grande liberté jeu dans le jeu et de stratégie, l'imersion.
