Классный слэшер от tinyBuild, за которым стоит один разработчик — и это чувствуется в душевности.
Что круто: мясная рубёха с двуручными мечами, магией и комбо. Враги разлетаются, кровь рекой, боссы страшные и тактические. Прокачка глубокая: куча оружия, навыков, способностей и даже лут со случайными аффиксами — можно собирать билды под себя.
Фишка: графика переключается между современной и пиксельной — хочешь как в 90-е, хочешь по-новому. Саундтрек драйвовый, под него рубиться кайф.
Из минусов: лор и сюжетные диалоги включаются только ближе к третьей локации. Поначалу просто мясо, потом резко появляются квесты и история. Но это даже интригует.
Главное: разраб не бросает игру, постоянно обновляет, добавляет контент, общается с народом — респект.
Итог: годный слэшер, который будет только лучше. Жду обновлений.

I was really unsure about getting VOIN, started to play it initially and was not overwhelmed back then.

Coming back to it, I can say: this is an absolute gem. You need to put an initial 2-3 hours into it, before it starts coming together. Past that point you slowly begin to ramp up your power and begin to be an absolute force. I love the level design, the monsters, the sound - it's just so mindblowing that one person alone is responsible for creating all of this.

Great game, just get it.

This game makes me feel nostalgic. I'm 38 and it feels like I'm fresh out playing a new kind of game like I was a kid. It's violent, dark and gritty like the first Diablo and Heretic.

It's simple enough to not make me feel overwhelmed with upgrades and features, but still big and complex enough to have lots of different builds.

There's a lot of walking, although somehow, it doesn't bother me. It does have some mechanics to make it faster.

This game is really fun!

Что с ходу бросается в глаза, это билдостроение. Тут это сделано интересным способом, который позволяет создавать поистине интересные вариации билда. Построение билда тут заключается в комбинировании разных способностей у оружия, предметов, а также выставлении нужных плодов на дереве талантов. Причём в любой момент это всё можно поменять, что поощряет экспериментирование с билдом.

Что же по битвам?
Тут они сделаны хорошо, и резать, кромсать, рубить мобов очень приятно, да и веселое это занятие. Помимо просто обычных и сильных ударов тут ещё есть скиллы от оружия, что приносит разнообразия в битву. Также парирование на удивление сделано легко, и есть достаточно большой тайминг, чтоб выполнять его. Бонусом к парированию это небольшое замедление времени и мини-стан врагов, который позволяет немного оценить обстановку. Уклонение в принципе как и везде, и тут мало о чём можно поговорить, а вот про возможность делать скачки без оружия стоит сказать пару слов. Помимо того, что это хороший способ передвижения, который даёт возможность залезть в любой уголок карты, ещё и небольшая помощь в бою для быстрого ухода от атак, хотя в принципе и на обычных уворотах и парированиях живётся хорошо. Ещё забавная штука, что игра хорошо раскрывается при выставлении сложности по количеству, а так же разнообразию мобов на самую сложную. Тем самым бои становятся ещё красочнее, эпичнее, и чисто ты превращаешься в ходячую мясорубку.

Что же по локациям?
А тут довольно спорный момент, если 2 первых локаций сделаны хорошо и приятно, то вот на третьей, а именно зимней локации, становиться не совсем приятно бегать. Причём первые 2 локации тебя поощряют исследовать и залазить в сомнительные места, которые, казалось бы, пустые, а ты бац и находишь там либо сундук, либо душеплод, а где-то и всё вместе, что положительно сказывается на исследование этих локаций. Зимняя же локация мало того, что большая, так ещё тут пропадает мотивация куда-то лазать, и она начинает душить тебя. Вот ты можешь просто залезть на высокую гору и ничего не найти и увидеть, что где-то в паре км от тебя есть, возможно, что-то интересное, но бежать туда не очень охота. Ещё квест, который заставляет тебя побегать чуть ли не по всей карте, ощущается как бремя и попытка затянуть игру. Зато вот босс сделан хорошо, и парировать его сущее удовольствие. Ну и так, не особо критичное, но всё же не приятная часть - это отсутствие предупреждения, что на этом контент закончился и ждите обновление, из-за чего могут возникнуть попытки попасть к боссу, которого ещё нет, но это так, для раннего доступа простительно.

Что же по графике?
Она тут специфически интересная, особенно если играть в ретро-стиле, но под атмосферу тёмного фэнтези хорошо прям подходит. Хотя кому-то в бою она будет мешать, особенно в моментах, где придётся биться с невидимками, но если уметь реагировать именно на движения и примерное понимание, где противник, то будет не так сильно мешать.

В итоге мы получаем нормальную игру с хорошим потенциалом на будущее. На данный момент это хорошая игра, чтоб расслабиться за рубкой мобов в фарш, а также для экспериментов с билдами. Ну и не стоит забывать про ранний доступ, и всё может поменяться как в лучшую сторону, так и в худшую.

this game is simply incredible, the combat is fun, the world is large and very fun to traverse and to add to all of that the game has very complete build crafting with many varied weapons that allow you to customize your playstyle to your liking.
it's a beautiful underrated gem, and it's well worth the price.

i do have to warn that during the first 10 or 20 minutes of play the game can be extremely unstable. the game completely froze for 5 minutes near the end of the tutorial when i first played it. i assume this has to do with shaders, but i'm unsure.
however the issues quickly went away and enduring a few crashes is well worth the experience this game brings.

as i saw this game in my recommended i knew this would be a good game. from the soundtrack, visuaks and overall concept of the game. i got hooked up on day one and couldnt stop playing since i bought it which was like two days ago. the maps are beautiful and a lot to explore. i would recommend this game to anyone who loves rouge likes and skyrim or to that type of style. only thing which makes me a bit upset is that its still in development. but it is a one developer game and i respect the creators dedication and love for this game

近几个月玩的最惊艳的游戏，对得起这个好评率。

第一眼，是像素，而且第一人称，砍杀类，可能下意识会联想到廉价的画面和内容，

但进了游戏，地图无比巨大，十小时第一张图还没通，美术，场景，虽然像素但呈现效果相当不错，吊打了同成本下的3D，反而那些游戏努力做出3D模型，又是粗糙，而且独立制作下3D优化也难以尽善尽美，
对比之下直接在第一人称使用像素，用在一个镜头运动快，需要优化的游戏上，可以说是非常聪明了。

成长体系，装备体系，也有相当多的独创元素，在这个几乎被挖掘完装备体系的年头着实可贵，

战斗，操作，体验等各方面的优化，丝毫不弱，
能让人无间断砍僵尸10个小时，最后还是因为个人听不惯低音炮，头疼了才关了游戏。

可能唯一美中不足是中期能刷的东西开始偏向枯燥，例如血点，10级之后物品的升级需要大量反复刷怪，

另外是装备的词条系统，似乎没有重置的功能？没法洗词条？（当然也可能是我还没有解锁）

Для первых часов игры могу сказать, что всё прекрасно: геймплей, арт, музыка, оптимизация,... ВСЁ и даже больше

Не знаю, как Никита смог сделать всё это в одиночку, но он сделал это просто на недосигаемом уровне для разработчика-одиночки - крайне воодушевляет

Жаль лишь, что игра получила очень слабую огласку для такого проекта, а заслуживает гораздо большую (похоже издатель где-то недоработал)

I love a game i can just throw on some DNB jungle or liquid DNB and go bananas on. This game lets you move so fast and clobber through enemies so fluently, its mesmerizing. The build diversity and ability to raise the difficulty by horde size or stronger enemies gives it some insane intensity that is just so damn entertaining and enjoyable while still retaining a good level of challenge. I really can't glaze this game enough, its incredible especially seeing as its a solo dev bringing heat like this to the kitchen. One of a kind.

This game has some of the most fun boss fights i've experienced in a while. The build potential is really fun. I think some of the item leveling/customization could be explained better. But the game is solid. The difficulty is highly adjustable and scalable too. It almost feels like DOOM/EldenRing/roguelike kinda. Super fun.

I bought this game. I played this game. I loved this game.

I have beaten all (i think) of the content currently available, and I'm still coming back to this game. the gameplay is satisfying, the weapon variety is abundant, and exploration is made super fun with the unarmed dash mechanic.

I am eagerly awaiting more content from this solo dev, and with the roadmap posted in game, it's nice to know that this game will continue to grow.

Brilliant Game 10/10 worth the, roughly, £12 I paid for it absolute artisan dev.

FYI this game has Xbox & PS controller support, I play on a PS5 controller and I use R2 for attack and L2 for block, L1 for dash and square for interact, works lovely.

Movement that feels very natural and unique, with weapons and abilities that change how you play completely. This game has everything you'd want in a hack n' slasher.

Unlike a lot of similar games you actually need to be smart about how and when you upgrade as well.

And for those up for more of a challenge, buff up the enemies to really put your builds to the test.

The game performs outstanding as well, and with options for a more vintage look and feel of the game, it's suitable for anyone who enjoys this genre of game.

While it took about two hours for this game to click for me, I have had a hard time putting it down since. There are some very minor issues, such as the incorrect controller button symbol being displayed in some of the upgrade menus (on-screen it says to hit square, but you need to hit X). But, honestly, other than that... this game is f***ing fantastic.

Combat is fluid, responsive, and FUN. Movement is amazing as well. There are difficulty sliders in the hub area so you can adjust how many monsters there are, how many elites, and how much health they all have. Putting each slider higher increases the quality of rewards and XP that you get. An awesome approach to difficulty fine-tuning that really works for me. I generally don't like tanky enemies, so I can just have a ton of enemies that I can kill in a few hits, with the elites taking a bit more damage obviously. It's awesome!

Performance and optimization is overall quite good too. I am playing on a Legion Go S, and it runs great.

Overall, I can't say enough good things. I paid $14 for this and it is easily worth every cent. Highly recommended!

This game is a lot of fun. Feels like playing Shadow Warrior 2 but without the guns. It also encourages build variety through combination of items.

The game gives you 100% flexibility on adjusting you difficulting with 3 sliders. Enemy health, Enemy density and Enemy varient frequency.
My recommendation is Max Density and Variance with normal toughness. It lets you really enjoy a tense battle without feeling like everything is a damage sponge.

cant get enough of this sht. this game is seriously addictive, consider yourself warned

melee combat is really good, every fight feels good, really good feedback and some great combos and special moves. really well animated too, its legit sick as fck. lots of different weapons for lots of different playstyles with plenty of upgrade paths to choose from. although more would be nice, its a bit easy to stick with an upgrade path rather than go out and experiment with others. be nice to be able to respec easily. levelling is both very, very slow and weirdly fast, weapons and gear level fast, character leveling feels ballachingly slow. levelling and upgrades could use some work, theyre interesting and i can see the vision, its just not quite there. cant quite put my finger on what isnt quite working yet but i feel it. part of it is the fcking UI but ill get to that

movement is genuinely S tier, feels like a real power fantasy getting around the map. the leap and the air dash feel amazing to use, going in and out of combat stance for fighting and then repositioning is a really great idea and the dev has nailed it. total power fantasy

the art style and level design is excellent and will suck you in the further you explore, ive already had some real "fck me" moments with the scenery and level design, it genuinely surprised me in how imaginative, well designed and ambitious it is. exploration can be absolutely incredible with the movement abilities, some super fun secrets to find in some weird places. tbh i want way more weird and impossible to reach secrets, i feel like its a bit of a missed opportunity, dev has put a few cool secrets in but i feel like most of them arent ambitious enough, or too many of them arent ambitious enough. i want to find treasure in the highest corner of the map in some weird a** spot, i need that dopamine hit and this game could do some really sick a** sht with secrets if the dev put just a bit more work into it and put a bit more faith in the playerbase

enemies are very well designed, choreograph attacks perfectly, a lot of fun to fight. could use a few more enemy variaties but its pretty good. i understand more are in the works. bosses ive fought have been really good but ive only fought a couple so cant really judge. combat in this game is really good

menus and UI is god awful, literally almost impossible to understand without a guide. nothing makes logical sense, nothing is where it should be, nothing is explained. UI needs an overhaul bcos it is dogsht. hub area could also use some work, i like the idea and the design of the hub but it takes a bit too long to get around and nothing is explained very well or makes logical sense, even within the game world. i get that we're supposed to be dropping into some strange, alien world where things work differently but you can do that and make your UI decent. new players will spend too long going "wtf is this sht?" and "how the fck does this work?" and "where the fck do i go?" and some of them will hard pass on what is a really good indy game. i still dont know how a bunch of sht works, i have no idea what some of the sht thats pops up on screen means, im sure im still doing some things wrong bcos nothing makes fcking sense. i get that its doing a kind of Fromsoft "ooo bet ya wonder wtf this sht is" thing, which is cool and i do actually like that about the game but it needs to be explained somewhere. i bet there are a bunch of ppl with like 10+ hours in the game who still havent upgraded anything bcos none of the menus make any fcking sense. upgrades NEED to be explained bcos it makes absolutely zero intuitive sense, like without a guide it would take someone randomly clicking around on multiple different screens for some of the menus to open, like i cant explain how autistically dogsht it feels to use. but i will take an excellent game with a UI that makes no sense to anyone except Rainman over a game that is a janky bug filled boring ball ache with the perfect means tested UI any day of the week

this game is sick as fck, you should buy it and play it

Edit: alright i may have slightly overdone the UI hate, once you get it figured out its actually ok, not good, definitely not intuitive but it works fine. honestly what would help, dev if you read this, is the first time someone uses the thing at base that allows you to level up give them a tutorial so that they know what are and arent buttons, bcos as is it makes no sense to your average IQ individual, like me. highlight the buttons, explain what they do and how it works and bobs your uncle

also after playing for another few hours i feel like the game definitely needs new enemies, ive been fighting the same zombie things for 15 hours and while they are fun to fight, it is getting tiresome. and the poison mfers that float and shoot sht are pretty annoying, they do make you think but they can be problematic for certain builds and playstyles ive noticed. skill issue, in other words

another thing is after the first world, esp the like huge, incredible underground part (no spoilers, you should see it for yourselves bcos its legit Fing awesome), the second world isnt hitting as hard. its a bit too big and a bit too barren and a bit to samey. without spoiling it for others i feel like it looks great, at first, and then feels empty and kind of boring once you get further into the map. it feels too dead, like theres no doors to enter, theres not the secrets i was hoping there'd be, im fighting the same 5-6 monsters, with variations, basically all the time. it needs some pizzaz, it needs some life or/and visual storytelling, or more mechanics to keep the player thinking and learning. the later part of the world, like the next area is pretty sweet though. still, that first world is gonna be tough to beat, its so freaking sweet. i think new enemies and some different mechanics to interact with, plus more and better secrets, would keep it interesting. let us loot goblins get goblin on that loot

even if i stop playing in the next few hours i still feel like i got my moneys worth and ill be back later for a later update to see whats up. this is a great game, it has some, how you say, "je ne sais quoi", a bit of the old magic, a bit of the bee's knee's. its pretty good, my guy. if this had a team (i have no idea what im talking about here just fyi) working on it then i think a bit more juice could be wrung outta whats here. you dont wanna dilute the vision, you dont wanna p*ss in the pasta, you just want some more hands on deck to realise the vision and to add a little sauce to it and get the whole thing moving along, let the dev keep cooking on the important sht and focus on what else the game needs. but i could be wrong, i have been known to be wrong and quite a stupid man in many respects

im going to play a bit more and then i think ill come back in an update or two and see whats up, if the dev can make this work then itll be an indy cult classic, for sure

also dev why dont you email iron pinapple and see if he'll do a video on it for his steam dumpster diving youtube series? if you havent already. just lie a bit and say its a "soulslike" (it does have a dash, there are swords, you can break barrels, no one knows what the fck is going on) and he'll cover it. i think he'll really like it and it'll be great advertising, at least 3 million eyes will see it (divided by 2) and id like to see his take on it and hear his 2 cents

You play as an edgy boy whose inner monologues in weapon descriptions makes him sound like the Antagonist from Hatred, has a mastery for every single type of weapon known to man, does not own a single chair in his own home, and sold his soul to the lightning gods or whatever to gain immunity to fall damage.

Seriously I am like 90% sure the opening cutscene to the game is him praying to gain the power to negate fall damage. Dude wanted it that bad and you know what? Good on him, that's a great mechanic to negate.

There are a TON of weapons in this game (swords, greatswords, knives, greathammers, dual weilding, ect) with specialized passives and effects, and the game very freely lets you fuse the effects of two different weapons together to make absolute technical monstrosities, and you can freely swap between 2 loadouts you've made in the middle of combat which lets you remain flexible and able to be a bit more specialized with your creations. Different weapon types also have their own active abilities, but these are pretty hard set in depending on the weapon (unless I'm missing a mechanic, I dunno).

Main complaint is most of the I feel like there could be more variety in trinkets you can equip. There's some good ones in the Ring and Heart category, but I usually just default to the same handful of stuff. I'd love some choices promoting a more "warrior"-esc approach, but with the sheer level of weapon customization I am mostly just nitpicking, but it's early access so I may as well get that out there.

I also feel like the "augmentation points" system is kinda arbitrary, I have well over 200 points and really nothing to spend it on, again, unless I'm missing something but I think it's just to unlock the weapon combining perks I mentioned before, and you really only need like... One per weapon unless you REALLY want an Ichor discount on upgrades, but at that point I'm not upgrading because I want the perks, I'm upgrading for a coupon for something else, and it's just busy work.

Last thing I wanna bring up as a positive is that the world is GORGEOUS with a ton of stuff to explore in each little zone you unlock. I keep finding myself falling off a cliff on accident trying to make a weird jump, getting mad I'm lost, and then accidentally stumbling into a cavern full of loot, like these worlds are FILLED with stuff like that, it's a treat every single time I run into something like that!

Overally yeah, really great boomer shooter/slasher! Having a lot of fun with it. My favorite weapon so far is the Bellringer because the bell goes bingbong and everyones heads explode, and I really like when 5 bells spawn next to each other and I ring them all in one swing and they go "BA-BA-BA-BA-BAOOOOOOONG!!!". It's awesome, I love it, I cherish it every time I splatter someone's brains in with the "Perfect Strike" passive I put on it.

This is one of my first game reviews I've ever done, and honestly this game is worthy of it. This game is so gosh darn fantastic. Combat is satisfying, brutal, and has its challenges. The visuals are surprisingly some of the most pretty visuals I've seen. This game gets a 10/10 from me!

因为是第一人称视角，再戴上耳机就很有沉浸感。经常被转角或者背身突然出现的怪吓一跳，哈哈

Great game, I can't wait to see where it goes. Yes it is early access and only has the 3 realms, but man they are fun. The combat is the standout feature in the game, very fast and responsive. The weapons are all unique and allow for multiple build ideas. I like that you can have multiple loadouts on one character. Wanna do a fire/ice build with big bonk weapons and then mid combat switch to a poison/lightning build with swords or daggers you can do that with just the push of a button. If you just wanna fly around the map exploring you can make a build for that as well. Amazing what one guy can give us versus what AAA studios fail to do.

Love this game! I cant stop playing it rn because of the many ways i can make a build and also i have to use the build to make it better is very satisfying loop. The combat, different weapons, graphic style, numerous enemy types, arena mode are just so good! That one dev deserves like an award for this!

说实话，这个游戏挺好玩的（复古第一人称法环暗黑风-搜打撤-肉鸽）但是，这个中文名真的土土的。
感觉很二，土不拉几，傻不愣登。雷霆孤影.......真的好土。

作者应该懂中文吧？感觉这是老外会很喜欢的名字，但在大多数中国人眼里应该都很土吧？？？
我想也许？？应该？？？是不是可以换个名字？？换个中文游戏名？？
要么就用英文原名？？？或者换个好听点的中文名？？
闪影？影闪？或者别的什么？？？

我点不推荐，只是希望作者看到。知道有这么一个诉求存在。至于改不改是作者本人的自由选择。
我只是单纯觉得这个中文名字配不上这个游戏，这个游戏应该有一个更好听的中文名字。

俗话说，人靠衣装马靠鞍，好马须得配好鞍。好游戏也应该配好名字。

无论作者最后决定改名与否，作者看到并回复以后，我都会改好评。

I don't typically review games but this one is deserving of a review. I first heard of it after hearing the kickass song by Jonathan Young (vengeance is my name) and promptly wishlisted it. after listening to the song several more times and watching the cinematics on the store page i bit the bullet and downloaded it. About 2.5 hours later, it is fast becoming one of my new favorites. Its like someone took the fast paced, action packed aspects of Doom games and genetically spliced it with the dark medieval fantasy of Dark Souls. This brilliant combo will undoubtedly suck hours of your life away as you perfect your play style, level up your items and weapons, and cleave through enemies like wet paper. Play it, and pray you can still reserve time to spend with your friends and family.

Если вам нравится мясная и сочная боевка, тонна разнообразного и интересного оружия, билдостроение и просто хорошие игры, берите не задумываясь, когда игра релизнется будете всем говорить что играли в эту легенду еще на релизе, разрабу отдельный респект, сделать в одиночку такую игру это надо быть реально VOINом!

Дофаминовая бомба, не иначе..
Комбинация Doom, Dark Souls, Elden Ring, WH40K Vermintide, приправленная Dark Fantasy атмосферой. Я так понял, что игра находится в активной разработке, проект развивается и дорабатывается, выпускаются регулярные обновления.
Эта игра стала для меня открытием, всем советую

Very fun and cool, badass game about hack-n-slashing monsters with different weaponry. The movement is fun and fluid, and the customization of your arsenal is quite vast.

However, as of me writing this, this is still very obviously an early access game (lack of enemy variety, levels, other systems besides weapon customization), and so it can feel incomplete at times, which is understandable.

Amazing game thus far, can't wait to see what else this solodev has in store :)

Gonna stop myself and save this game for full release. Lots to love so far and my interest is piqued. I hope the combat expands rather than just more roguelike-tier upgrades being slapped on a M1 simulator. Game is up my alley and I'm glad to support.

It's very promising. The gameplay is a blast, and might just be my favorite first person melee combat. This is especially impressive coming from a solo developer. I enjoy the freedom of movement and the approach to the combat and exploration. This is one I am excited to follow as it becomes more and more polished throughout its EA period.

傻逼游戏更新之后把我净化的几百个武器符文心脏都弄没了，全是之前专门刷到最高的，现在手里只有9w灵液，进了地图怪都没法打，估计只能开新档了
我操你妈，等我哪天有心情玩了再开个新档打，游戏确实还不错，就是真头一次见更新了直接废一整个档的，老子花钱来给你们当牛马测试员了是吧，动不动就你妈了个逼的大改结果他妈新增的内容没啥好玩的倒是把之前还不错的删了，甚至给武器装备都弄没，给玩家当傻逼整，真特么死全家的玩意操你血妈的，我直接用我饱足7的创世级别幽纱撕裂者，一个钢铁漩涡过去刀刀暴击把你们全家都撕个稀巴烂丢进竞技场喂厌种
