Fun fast stealth action!
El juego es bueno en historia y gameplay, pero Ubisoft lo abandonó. El modo online ya no funciona y en Windows 11 el juego ni siquiera abría.
Para poder jugar tuve que ir a la carpeta:
Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell Conviction\src\SYSTEM
y borrar el archivo systemdetection.dll. Después de eso el juego inició, y para empeorar la situacion el rendimiento es inestable, con una media de 20 a 50 FPS.
Es decepcionante que un buen juego tenga tantos problemas hoy en día solo por falta de soporte.
Buen juego, pésimo mantenimiento.

Ich erinnere mich noch, als vor rund 20 Jahren meine PS2 kaputt ging hatte Ich nur so einen alten PC und Ich hab auf dem eigentlich nur so Computer Bild Spiele Gold Edition Spiele gespielt, in einem solchen Magazin war Splinter Cell auf der Heft DVD drauf und Ich hab danach jedes Spiel der Reihe bis Double Agent gespielt. Ich hab später auch Blacklist gespielt aber nie Conviction.
Jetzt im Sale dachte Ich mir Ich hol mir mal Blacklist einfach nur um die Steam Achievements dafür freizuschalten und dann dachte Ich mir Ich hol mir auch gleich Conviction einfach nur weil Ich es noch nie gespielt habe.
Man merkt dem Spiel natürlich sein Alter an gleich beim Boot bekomme Ich die Meldung, dass mein OS und meine GPU nicht unterstützt werden aber man kann das ignorieren und dann läuft es echt gut, einziges Manko bisher ist keine Ultrawide Unterstützung also schwarze Balken an den Seiten.
Das Spielgefühl ist auch ein bisschen steif verglichen zu neuen third Person Shootern aber Ich hab jetzt erst gut eineinhalb Stunden gespielt also vielleicht gewöhne Ich mich noch daran.
Was Ich mir in der kurzen Spielzeit allerdings schon mehrmals gedacht habe ist, warum gibt es keine neuen Splinter Cell Titel nach Blacklist bzw enfach nur ein Remake der bisherigen Spiele wäre schon echt genial!

Absolutely love this game. One of my favorites growing up. I always personally loved the Splinter Cell series of spy games more than metal gear solid or hitman. Just my personal opinion.

Nostalgia convinced me this was a different, but good Splinter Cell game i should revisit.

I've played all Splinter Cell games religiously as a kid and lately i've been replaying all of them.
While most games certainly aged poorly in SOME regards, they are all still really unique and good even by today's standards.
Conviction is an exception to that statement, it is the birthplace of the standard shallow and generic cover based stealth mechanics you'll recognise in every modern Ubisoft title.
The only good things are the story, co-op mode and the stylish visuals.
Either way i'd suggest any nostalgic gamers to leave their positive memory of this game intact and keep it as a memory.
Newcomers have no reason to play this either unless you want to fully follow the story of the series.

This game is another proof that Ubisoft was AAA and it is very unfortunate current Ubisoft lost its way and no more splinter cell after Blacklist.

Daha önce splinter cell ile ilgili bir deneyimim olmamıştı. Seri hakkında bildiğim en önemli şey aşırı gerçekçi ajan mekanikleri içerdiğiydi. Oyunlarda gerçekçiliğe çok takan biri değilim aslında ama bu kadar hızlı oyunların dünyasında biraz soluklanıp dinlenmek iyi hissettirir belki diyerek oturdum başına ve soluksuz bitirdim desem yeridir.
Senaryo bakımından aşırı predictible bir iş conviction ve zaten bu da onu basit ama etkili yapan şey. Bu konuda çok fazla bir şey demeye gerek duymuyorum çünkü oyun zaten kısa bir sürede bitiyor ve bunu sizin deneyimlemeniz en azından bu senaryodan sonunu 10. dakikasından bilseniz de keyif almanızı sağlar.
Oyun buram buram PS3 oyunu olduğunu belli ediyor. Kontroller tamamen kontrolcüler baz alınarak tasarlanmış. Siperler sadece bir tuşa basıp arkasına geçtiğiniz koruma alanlarından ziyade bu oyunda size taktiklerinizi arttıracak bir unsur olarak sunulmuş. Çok fazla korunaklı değiller. Gerçekçilikten de mütevellit aynı yerde 5 saniye hareketsiz kalmanız ölüm ile sonuçlanıyor ancak bu da sizi hızlı ve taktiksel oynamaya itiyor ki ben bayıldım. Klasik splinter cell oyunlarındaki bir yerlerden asılı kalarak aşağı düşüp düşmanları indirmek veya onları aşağılara çekmek de oldukça eğlenceli. En son bu oyunda yaşadığım hisleri 007 Blood Stone oynarken hissetmiştim. O oyun da gerek kontrolleri gerek düşman yapay zekası ile gerçekçiliğe daha çok önem veren bir oyundu ancak conviction daha gerçekçi bir ajan oyunu. Oyunda bu konuda en çok eksik bulduğum yer silahların çeşitlilği ve modlanabilirliği. Silah sayısı çok az olmasa da her silah için sadece 3 upgrade seçeneği var ve o 3 upgrade içinde de seviyeler yok. Sadece 3 tane alınca silahı fullemiş oluyorsunuz. Bu gerçekçi denebilir evet ama olasılıkları düşününce benim için eksi tarafta kalıyor. Ve bu aynı zamanda late game'de topladığınız tüm puanların çöpe gitmesi demek.
Conviction serideki en farklı düzayna sahip oyun diyebiliriz. Bundan sonra eski oyunlara kesinlikle bir göz atmak isterim. Fiyat da indirimlerde oldukça tatmin edici seviyelere geliyor. Biraz eski tarz bir şeyler arıyorsanız bakmamak için bir sebep yok.[/b]

Я не был фанатом серии игр, но эту мне продал шикарный трейлер под отличный трек Джони Кэша "God's Gonna Cut You Down".
Игра ОЧЕНЬ сильно отличается от всей серии тем, что это не стелс, и тут есть только менее заметные брутальные и жесткие устранения противников.
Сэм в данной игре чтобы найти убийц своей дочери прёт напролом пробивая стены кулаками или головами своих врагов, в данной игре появились жесткие допросы "языков" с использованием предметов окружения, но к сожалению их мало. Так же был прикольный кооп со своей историей про двух оперативников Арчера и Ворона, но Юбоклаки отключили сетевые возможности и теперь нет возможности получить некоторые виды оружия для основной компании.

Sam fisher meets john wick, good for what it is
Absolutely baffling that this isn't more widely despised. As a Splinter Cell game it's terrible, has no integrity whatsoever and completely regressed the franchise. As an action game, it's still terrible. Odd controls, boring and restrictive gameplay, nothing of substance to be found at all. Some of the most uninspired and by the numbers level design I've seen, and coming after Chaos Theory is even worse. That game has such incredibly well thought out missions, every second of this just makes me wish I was playing that, or literally anything else. I almost didn't finish it, just embarrassing.
As a long time splinter cell fan, this game plays better as a *somewhat jank* John Wick simulator rather than a pure stealth game like the originals. The thrill of sneaking and stealthing an entire mission with calculated, slow and deliberate stealth is completely gone, in its stead, you get something closer a john wick action shooter with stealth elements. You can pull off some pretty flashy stuff to an extent but it all feels a little jank. Sam fisher is lacking most of his signature charm from the originals, instead now, with a more direct (Main character action guy) attitude. Overall, this game did completely change everything about the games. The tone, the characters, the gamplay... Its all different (and in my opinion worse). However, its still a fun game if you just want a john wick stealth shooter hybrid thing... It also has co-op, which is quite frankly very fun (but then again, just about any co-op game can be made fun by nature of it being co-op). Story is kinda so so, and quite short
To summarize
This game is a kinda generic john wick-ish shooter with stealth mechanics. A far cry from the slow and methodical pacing of the older games.
Fun for what it is, especially if you like cool john wick style takedowns, with a semi stealth focus.

This SC is even worse than Double Agent, the stealth mechanics are EVEN WORSE than in DA. There's no decent action mechanics either. The plot is ridiculous, a continuation of the previous stupid part.
The control is inconvenient. Mine were actually broken, the Start button was responsible for firing 🤦🏼♂️

游戏本身8.5/10，战术谍报游戏的佳作，很不错的游戏。
然而这是老育碧做的游戏，现在的育碧对老游戏的态度可谓是极其恶劣。
上架了就不管，毛病再多也不管，成就没有，报错不管，掉帧频繁，优化差。
扣分项全在这游戏弱智的启动方式和各种游戏外的槽点。
先说启动，在win10下，我每次启动先是跳出弹窗告诉我系统不支持，点yes就开始启动你妈逼的育碧商城，每一次启动游戏都要因为加载他那个加载速度跟屎一样的慢上半分钟，然后再给我跳一个和前面一模一样的弹窗，也是系统不支持，然而如果我不选yes就当做是我取消启动，但这个报错根本没有什么用，点yes就能继续。
进了游戏最大锁120帧，老游戏分辨率调好了切屏还是黑，我还要把显示器刷新率切低点。
然后又是你育碧经典报错闪退。
我玩过的育碧老游戏基本每一部都要闪退个几次
后面一部细胞分裂6结局卡屏无法继续，连续玩10小时极大概率闪退
最后就是那脚做的优化了，为什么每次开镜都要掉帧？为什么？？
为什么每玩个几分钟就要卡一下，为什么
你们测试的时候不觉得难受吗，为什么不觉得玩家不难受
每次启动都要在我桌面生成一个快捷方式，点了又打不开，每次重启电脑开游戏就要给我育碧商城重置语言

The last good Splinter Cell game (and where the series should've ended, Blacklist was a money grab IMO). Conviction features the OG Sam Fisher voiced by the one and only Michael Ironside, which encompassed the true calm, collected -- but sometimes silly, Fisher, now with a more personal touch. Feel the passion in every one of his words through a remarkably artistically designed game which still required a genuine level of stealth to be able to complete the game on hard difficulty.
Despite being the most controversial and disliked game in the Splinter Cell series I still think that Conviction is a very good 5-6 hour romp, this is around the 4th time I have beaten this game with the other 3 times being on console over the years.
PC port is a bit of a mess to get working as it doesn't play nice with modern CPUs. Thankfully there is a fix for nearly every technical issue this game has called Fusion Fix Pack that I heavily recommend installing beforehand. Even with this I did have some minor stuttering when autosaves and checkpoints happened but it was fine. Ubisoft Connect is also mandatory despite the fact the game literally has no online services anymore but whatever.
Despite how much Conviction focuses on it's story, it's not very good and comes off as insanely predictable and bland mainly carried by the voice performances of everyone involved. Michael Ironside in particular absolutely kills it as the more aggressive version of Sam he plays here (something that he should have done in Double Agent but that game is a story for another day). Gameplay wise Conviction is much much faster then it's predeccesors and simpler but my god does it feel good. There is no other feeling like taking a human shield and marking 4 enemies before snapping the human shield's neck. I think this game is worth it now for the £8.99 it's listed for but there's not really any replayability outside of Deniable Ops (which is a pretty good mode, and a good way to squeeze some extra hours out of Conviction) and the now non-functional co-op campaign, compared to prior titles which offered alternate routes and reasons to constantly replay them this is a bit of a letdown.
I'll definitely come back to play the DLC Deniable Ops maps that I missed originally on the console version of this game.
TL;DR Solid game, I feel like more people would enjoy this now then back in 2010.

Awesome entry into the franchise. Not quite as tech/stealth as the prior games... theres only sonar vision and guns are also pretty limited but its still very fun. Its too the point don't drag on and the story is interesting. Holds up well too I finished it in 2026. Definitely worth playing if you like stealth action games and/or splinter cell series! PS. SC 3000 with silencer is OP and satisfying. Shotgun is also solid. If they had more choices with weapons and introduced them earlier it would have been nice but I think they want to push more to stealth / pistol gameplay so I get it. I was not a fan of the black and white = in the shadows system... I think a light indicator is good enough.
Horrible gameplay, it is not a stealth game, this is not Splinter Cell, it's a very bad third person shooter.
Enemies have a poor AI, plot is pointless, most of the tools you are given which would be usual Splinter Cell gear are basically useless because this is a war game not stealth, there is no lockpicking nor hacking interrogations are just about a bully trashing guys who keep insulting you for the whole game.
This game is vulgar and very low IQ with ridiculous patriotic values, you just have to kill the first guy melee, throw a grenade and clean the rest with execution mode.
It's a game for special children probably those who complained previous games were too hard because they just ran around shooting and stabbing everything.
Finished in about 6 hours and never coming back

Not the worst thing I've ever played nor the best, a straight down the middle mediocre game. Sam Fisher in this game resembles Jack Bauer more than he does Solid Snake. As a result what you have here is a by the numbers "stop the terrorists" style plot so cliche that it copies the "twist" from 24 season 5. It isn't as important to this story, but I did think it was funny. I do wish the game had committed harder in either the action or the stealth direction as the game stands now it is easy to play the game never fully experiencing either perspective. Early game stealth feels more open ended, while towards the end of the game there are many more instances where the game forces you into combat. The combat itself was never fun or interesting, you are incredibly fragile even on normal difficulty and enemies will charge you with no sense of self preservation. Overall a 5/10, was it fun? Sometimes. Will I ever play it again? Certainly not.
Excellent follow up to the events in Double Agent. the Sam's Rage part is insane.

I’m not really a huge fan of the Splinter Cell series, but I played this one as a kid and I loved it. As I understand it, it’s kind of the black sheep of the franchise because of how much it differs from the other games. I wouldn’t know I haven’t played them but I played this one, and I love it.
So why is this a negative review?
The game doesn’t work.
You will have to jump through so many hoops after buying this game just to get it running. I couldn’t, in good conscience, possibly recommend that you buy it in its current state. Given its age, it’s unlikely it will ever get the love and repairs it deserves.
Community patches do exist, but if you expect to download this game and *just play it* it’s not happening. Don’t bother.

Отличная игра, ничего и не скажешь. Успешный виток развития серии. Это было ей необходимо еще до неудачного двойного агента, откровенно говоря. Игра хороша как и сама по себе, так и в качестве прелюдий для еще более удачной black list. Единственный вопрос, который она после себя оставляет, так это "как эта серия могла загнуться и что на самом деле то пошло не так?". Настоятельно рекомендую. От звания "демо-версии блеклиста" вышеупомянутого, игру отделяют атмосфера, интонация и саундтрек.

I have tried numerous fixes to make this game run. So far, no luck. I've deleted the files that should be deleted, I've changed the operating system, etc. Nothing works. I'm not going to ask for a refund since I got it on sale and maybe one day I'll get it to work, but this is a major disappointment.
Along with blacklist, this is one of the only entries in the series that still feels good to play today. The biggest letdowns are it's short campaign and the multiplayer, which might as well not exist anymore. Unlike blacklist, there’s no real workaround or community fix to keep it alive.
Kestrel & Archer the best split screen DLC. Great SP game too (Sam fisher) my Top #1 game that Ubisoft made...Wish Ubisoft make another one DLC game but not a DLC (Full AAA game).

После не плохой но отвратительно сделанной Double Agent, в эту играть вообще больно... Почему?
А потому что в Двойном Агенте ты управляешь пусть и в возрасте но ЧЕЛОВЕКОМ а не престарелой балериной! Почему Сэм внезапно бегает, прыгает, ползает как кузнечик? Куда делась тяжесть персонажа?
Ну да ладно с физикой, тут нет даже той кривой но веселой озвучки от Руссобит-М! Видите ли они решили что она тут не нужна -_- Спасибо 7Wolf и за то что есть, кривое, унылое но хоть какое то... (Хотя голос Фишера вполне ништяк)
Игра проходится очень быстро, никаких интересных штук в закутках уровней почти не найти, после прохождения ощущение будто ты не прошел игру а просто пробежал и забыл, слишком быстрая динамика в плане того что нет разделения на миссии, просто всё одной линией.
Графика и сюжетные повороты стали интереснее, новые гаджеты которых слишком много и они лишние как по мне.
Новые очки "ПНВ" интересная задумка но нужны они от силы.... да вообще не нужны по факту если бы не лазеры и турели.
Про управление мне уже даже БОЛЬНО писать... я не представляю какая паскуда это всё придумала, эти страдания для игрока =(

If u want to play a game with bad game mechanic and controls this is the game for u. Would be a bit easy if u could play on controller at least
splinter cell conviction, é um bom jogo mas não deveria ter o nome de splinter cell, ele é um jogo com uma gameplay boa e divetida que é mais focada em ação coisa que a franquia não é, o stealth é algo secundario e a historia não é la dos melhores mas é um jogo divertido em questão de ser um esplinter cell 5,5/10 em jogo solo com personagens diferentes em um universo proprio 6,9/10

Es un excelente juego de espías, el hecho de que tengas que ingeniartelas para lograr el máximo silencio posible es lo mejor, muy inmersivo, pero a mi parecer es una pena que no dure mucho la campaña y el modo multijugador este actualmente imposibilitado.
Pépite. Un des jeux qui me rappelle le plus de souvenir ! Oui ça a vieilli
