Normally these "erm, what the scallop" 4th wall breaking games get under my skin, but heres the exception. really funny, cute and small game! I'd talk more, but honestly I'd reccommend going completely blind for it. just be completely open and curious for whatever the game throws at you. trust me. you'll have a smile on your face as you play.

Great for a free game but way too short, I understand hiding the full game behind a pay wall but why are you hiding 99.99999% of content behind a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ paywall of what you call "the full game" but I just call the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ game.

The game is short and fun to play through, but there are some parts that really confused me for a while. It is fun to mess with the narrator as I love narrated games! However, the narrator speaks in a really weird way that ended up making me feel a little bit less engaged. The badges don't take long to get, and really only require two playthroughs to get, and if you didn't look them up, they are like funny little surprises. Still, If you have few spare minutes, its worth giving it a playthrough!
Chaotic nonsense that somehow works. Starts confusing, then quickly turns into a clever and funny experience. Short, super random and over before you get bored. Go in blind!
Damn, for a game that tells you not to install it, I'm glad I did x) ! This was actually a great idea and the execution was perfectly done. I loved There Is No Game: Wrong Dimension and didn't know that it initially came from a game jam, all the more reasons to be impressed. This is a really good base for what would become There Is No Game and it's nice to still be able to play this version. Thumbs up for this really good game !

Love that the Game Jam version of this now exists as a demon for the game it would go on to become.

I didn't play a game. If there was a game it would have been really fun. It would have been a short puzzle game with good humor. And it would only be a small blueprint for a full version that came out later. And it would have been free.
But like I said before; I didn't play a game. So there is no review....
it is still good for there not being a game, it is free so you should get the non-game
Short and simple, but great fun and good puzzles, entertaining voice acting. Would recommend.

Unfortunately, you can't play it, what with there being no game and all.
Okay, jokes aside, as much as I liked this game, I wouldn't really recommend it unless you have notsalgia for the original version. I don't think this is a good representation of what the remake has to offer, so, unless you have that nostalgia, I'd recommend just playing the remake.

Pasa de largo jugador, aquí no hay juego.
Mentira, sí que hay un juego, aunque uno mucho más corto que su versión definitiva. No obstante, es igual: por el módico precio de 0 euros tienes unos cuantos minutos de entretenimiento, nada mal. Solo cabe preguntarse: ¿para qué puñetas necesitas una cabra?

I learned two things from this ̶g̶̶a̶̶m̶̶e̶.
1. There is no ̶g̶̶a̶̶m̶̶e̶
2. Goats are not a valid way to prevent bugs from appearing in your video game. Nor is it a viable way to remove them when they appear.
Regarding gameplay to the flash original, it follows the same plotline and general gameplay.
Technically it adds a little bit of dialogue [spoiler]when the key drops from the Squirrel,[/spoiler] but it's fundamentally the same.
Graphically, it has received a decent upgrade, more vibrant colors, and the sounds generally play out better in the new release.
Not a huge fan of the CRT Effect, but you can thankfully turn it off in the settings shortly after booting up.
What else am I supposed to write about? There is no game after all.

There is No Game is an adorable treat of a non-game that is as entertaining as it is short! With simplistic puzzles and achievements practically free, there's little to no reason not to give this not game a playthrough!

A short but fun experience. You can finish it in under 20 minutes, and getting 100% achievements takes around half an hour. It’s very easy to complete, but still enjoyable and worth playing.

played this game with my cousin in july back in 2025 he literally found a steam guide to getting one of the ending but it was pretty fun
Really short and nice game with good puzzles to recommend to anyone. The game is also really fun to speedrun 100% in.
I can't believe i had never heard about this before until just this second while looking at games, definitely gives a Stanley parable vibe, silly and fun, its worth the play if you have a spare half hour, the narrator is good too and likeable.

Although it's a short game, it's actually pretty good. I'll get the sequel or whatever it is when I remember to get more steam money... Also, playing for all of the achievements was a fun challenge and got some more playtime out of me...
