While I don't own many of the other packs, I think this is definitely one of the best packs available.

Fibbage 4 is back and better than ever. While the fan submissions can be hit or miss, this game is still great with it's standard game formula. It also spices things up with things like old movie scenes, full game length running jokes by the game host, and a great final fibbage concept of writing an answer for two different questions. Fibbage 4 is easily one of the best games of this pack and of the entire Jackbox franchise.

Junktopia is an entertaining game of trying to come up with funny stories on random knick-knacks. Since this game is very open-ended, stories can range wildly. This game is great when playing with people who know each other's sense of humor well. The game does throw a sort of curve-ball by having you try to make a name that describes a collection of the items you chose, which can be difficult due to the random nature of the items.

Nonsensory is a game where you try to get the other players to think similarly to you. You write or draw something that falls somewhere on a scale and the other players try to guess where your work falls on that scale. It is a test of your writing and art skills and is fun to play.

My friend group have not really played the other game modes much so I don't have much of an opinion of them. Quixort is a decent trivia sorting game where you try to work as a team to sort objects. It is pretty fun, but I think Fibbage is easily a better game in the trivia department.

I tried to understand Roomerang, but it does not really play out very well for my group.

I will review each game then say what I think about the game as a whole.

Fibbage 4: you are simply taking a fact with a missing word and adding a lie to it. Even though these prompts can be very specific; a players choices of a lie could be quite deceiving to another player. This game also comes with a game-mode called “Enough about you”. The difference is that all of the answer's are created by you after answering a prompt to help form a question that only you would know.

Quixort: it’s trivia but with two teams and plays like Tetris. You have to place down your blocks on a timeline of sorts and hope your putting it on the most accurate spot.

Junktopia: you buy junk and try to make people think it has a good use for it. The other big factor is whoever gets the most money at the end from seeking their products wins the game.

Nonsensory: this game has you write and draw stuff to where you have to guess like on a scale from 1 to 10 of where the response or drawing stands on

Roomerang: everyone will roleplay into a character and try to respond to prompts in character, or however they want. Eventually the player that gets the least eliminations from other players bias thoughts wins

I enjoyed all of these games. They have made me laugh and are very fun to play. I recommend it at full price but if most of these games are not interesting to you then get it at a discount

God I love these games/packs. This pack, unfortunately, makes for a bit of a letdown.

Fibbage 4 - So popular, it got a fourth installment. Can't say I'm surprised. In my honest opinion, this might be the best installment alongside Fibbage 2, which is now officially my two favourites. If anything, this might be the game to carry this pack to a purchase, which is felt by at least two of the other games.

Quixort - This is a minigame in which you sort answers in the correct order before they hit the floor. If it sounds like Tetris to you, it's because it is, in a way. It can be played in singleplayer as well as in multiplayer, and honestly, this is a lazy game to throw into something like a Jackbox pack. It feels boring, because it's too easy, and it feels like this doesn't belong. I guess the idea is workable, but... No.

Junktopia - A wizard turned you into a frog, and you need to come up with weird and funny stories about weird artifacts to get them rated highly enough - over your opponents - to win, and to be turned back into a human again. Fun game, decent enough. I've had a bit of fun with this, but can't say it's too good or bad in any way. It's down the middle. Decent minigame. Yep.

Nonsensory - A drawing, writing and guessing game, all-in-one. Rate other players' questions on the most ridiculous of scales. It feels like we've been here before, and it does remind you of games you'd rather want to play in other packs, making this very much obsolete in the bunch. It's not that it's bad, it's decent enough, it's just not doing enough to make itself any proper reputation at all. Guess that is what it is.

Roomerang - Fun game, in which you answer questions (shocker), play and fight in a roleplaying environment to attempt not being voted out - this basically works like a reality TV-show. Great fun, and the only other game aside from Fibbage to bring the Jackbox spirit into the mix, with excellence. If you like drama, then this is certainly for you. No questions asked.

I'd say recommended, but only just. If Roomerang hadn't been there as a second great installment to Fibbage, this would have been tough to recommend on the back of only one good minigame. Buy this perhaps on discount. Full price, do think twice before going for it.

The Jackbox Party Pack 9 è l’ennesima conferma della formula vincente di Jackbox Games: cinque minigiochi diversi, accessibili a tutti, perfetti per serate tra amici sia in locale che online grazie al semplice sistema di partecipazione via browser.

Il titolo brilla soprattutto con Fibbage 4, che arricchisce il classico trivia di bluff con nuove modalità e video-domande. Anche gli altri giochi portano varietà: Quixort ti sfida a ordinare risposte al volo, Junktopia punta sulla creatività, Roomerang introduce meccaniche da reality show, e Nonsensory mischia scrittura e disegno.

Dal lato tecnico, su Steam gira fluido, senza problemi di performance, e con opzioni utili come il filtro contenuti o la possibilità di eliminare domande troppo “US-centriche”. Inoltre, la patch di localizzazione ha finalmente introdotto l’italiano, rendendolo più inclusivo.

Non è privo di difetti: alcuni giochi risultano meno ispirati o un po’ lenti nei tempi morti, e l’esperienza dipende molto dall’energia e dall’affiatamento del gruppo. Inoltre manca un vero grande titolo di disegno come nei Party Pack passati.

In definitiva, se ami i giochi da festa e vuoi un titolo flessibile, immediato e capace di coinvolgere anche amici a distanza, The Jackbox Party Pack 9 è un acquisto consigliato su Steam. Non perfetto, ma assolutamente divertente con le persone giuste.

while some of the games here fall a bit flat (don't really like junktopia, never even played nonsensory since it never intrigued any of my groups, and quixort has a tendency to give one team a trivial prompt that seals their victory), the last 2 truly save it.

the return of fibbage with new prompts and formats and a revamped enough about you (i depised the absolutely promptless one truth/one lie of 3's F:EAY) is an absolute joy to see, and is currently uncontested for most euphoric prompt in a jackbox game for me (i'd like to see another game give me 16,000 points from a single final round)

roomerang is quite good at making people come up with a bit on the spot or spotlight an existing one with the whole "roles" gimmick. the flow of the game is also quite nice, even if i do end up always losing with 0 points from my group ganging up on me

This party pack has grown on me alot. So here is an indepth review of each game.
Fibbage 4: Love fibbage from previous titles, made even better in 9. Final fibbage on top
F4:EAY : One of our new favs to play, love the twist on fibbage
Junktopia: A wierd title that has grown on me over time, similar to talking points. Depends on objects given based on funniness though
Roomerang: I don't know how to feel about roomerang. It's quite long, and confusing to an extent
Nonsensory: I like the writing parts of this game, not so much drawing, but I love the idea of the game
Quixort: Has to be one of my jackbox favs, it's simple yet intresting and engaging
Quixort Forever: Probably my fav in the pack, love trying to beat our high score (which we can't)

this company is terrible. One of their games, "murder party 2", is included in 2 packs they sell: in a party bundle and in the starter pack. There is a translation for my language BUT ONLY in the starter pack, and not in the PARTY pack.
They INTENTIONALLY want you to buy another bundle, the starter pack, of which I own ALL games already from buying all their stupid party packs, but JUST FOR THE TRANSLATION they want me to pay their stupidly high prices for their browser games with extra steps.

The best games in this party pack are Roomerang and Fibbage 4. Fibbage 4 is better than all its predecessors (though Fibbage 3 by far has the best art). Roomerang is an extremely fun popularity contest. Quixort is fun, but mediocre as a party game. Junktopia is fun. Nonsensory depends on the group not being funny, but it's fine.

Лучшая игра пака. Что-то вроде смехлыста, по крайней мере все его с ним сравнивают. Игра на шутки в сеттинге телешоу. Вам дается вопрос, например "один из участников сказал что вы дурак, как вы отреагируете" и вы должны ответить придерживаясь своего образа, который вы выбрали в начале игры.

Несуразум
Не плохая игра на рисование с элементами писанины. Давно не играл, поэтому вставлю вставку из вики "это написание или рисование подсказок и оценка этих подсказок на основе заданного вопроса по шкале от 1 до 10". В целом не плохая игра, но явно не золото

Хламотопия
Довольно хорошая игра. Мы должны купить какое-то старье на рынке и придумать название и историю этому предмету, а потом продать это своим друзьям. Довольно весело, особенно если попадаются угарные предметы.

Бредовуха 4
Бредовуха как всегда. Для тех кто не знает геймплей, то нам дают какой-то факт, но в нем есть пропуск, например "В 1987 американский журналист Скибиди Амонгасер хотел украсть мороженое в костюме ___ для своей газеты" и все должны написать в пропуск, то слово, которое как вы считаете заставит поверить всех игроков что именно ваш ответ правда. Позже когда все отправят свою ложь, то нужно найти ИСТИННЫЙ правильный ответ не попавшись на ложь остальных. Бредовуха как всегда хороша, хоть и опять сменила стиль

Скоросорт
Я считаю что это худшая игра в паке. Геймплей почти как в тетрисе. Нам дают тематику, например "Хитовые песни по годам" и у нас будет поле где левый край это 2000, а правый это 2025 и нам постепенно выдаются песни и мы должны распределить их так чтобы они стояли в правильном порядке. Объясняю почему она худшая по моему мнению. Если играть в соло или в небольшой компании до 4 человек, то всё отлично, но чем больше игроков тем больше тебе приходится ждать своей очереди для игры, а между кусками геймплея нам предлагают потыкать в простенький кликер на сайте... Я уверен что кто-то меня засрёт за мое мнение, но если вам все-таки нравится, то оки, не смею вас осуждать.

По итогу могу поставить игре оценку 7/10, среднячковый пак который спасает только очередная бредовуха и квартиранг. В целом не плохой пак, но явно не стоит покупать его первым, лучше присмотритесь в сторону паков с 3 по 6, ну или возьмите стартер.

I love the Jackbox games. They're a perfect party activity! Hanging out with friends, whip out your laptop, pop 'em on the TV, and have a great night! Especially given the relatively short time for each game, it's great for come-and-go situations or those who want to duck out of the action or wait to join for a while. I think the games in this pack are fine, but there are markedly better ones. None of these are oft-chosen among any group I've been, but when we do play them, they're good! I'd just pick most packs before this one.

пак все слабее, чем 3 6 или даже 7, но все еще может удивить

бредовуха 4 - не понимаю смысл доить бредовуху. особенно если её ухудшают. enough about you захерили и убрали финальный раунд, который и в третей части был плохим, но хотя бы играбельным, в отличии от его полного избавления. новые доп раунды какие-то парашные. единственный смысл в неё играть - финал, когда даются 2 варианта ответа, это кайф. если рассматривать как отдельную игру, то прикольна, если как конвеер бредовухи, то ужас ♥♥♥♥♥♥.

квартиранг - я часто слышал как эту игру хвалят, но так и не понял её прикола. зачастую побеждает челик, который меньше всех заезжал на кого и тупо слушается мнения толпы. может быть это мы компания делбичей, которые не выкупили весь основной рофель, но все таки. основной фан будет, если не соблюдать основную концепцию(отыгрывать свою роль), а воспринимать тупо как смехлыст, что как по мне немного теряет шарм игры.

хламотопия - s тир игра. с 7 пака разрабы поняли, что людям нравится презентовать какую-то ♥♥♥♥♥, а потом с этого угарать. как по мне это лучшая игра на теме презентаций, ибо ко всем предметам можно придумать шутку, причем шутку которая зайдет всем. при этом брать пак чисто ради хламотопии(как будто бы ко мне кто-то прислушается) я бы не стал.

несуразум - игру можно описать одним словом - нипанятна. нипанятна почему её прозвали золотом пака(как по мне такого звания достойна хламотопия или как минимум квартиранг). нипанятна как играть в 3 раунде, ведь зачастую просто нипанятна как рисовать игру на барабанах и прием пищи на 7/10 в пользу пищи. нипанятна почему у игры так много любителей, для меня это тупо проходняк

скоросорт - в этих дронов убийц я больше всего наигрался, в основном из-за того, что она долгая и интересная. жекбоксы любят брать тем, что ты не знаешь ответы на вопросы, но когда они у тебя появляется, то и интерес к них ответам тоже. а еще она может создать фановые ситуации, когда игроки сами того не замечая могут построить две башни или мост, а также когда игрок может заблокировать утиль(гандон). я не назвал эту игру моей любимой, но сочетание командной игры и викторины тут заебенное.

стоит ли пак своих денег? наверна. какой бы хуевой тут не была бредовуха, это один из тот режимов в который можно играть вечно, точно также как и хламотопия. остальные игры это приятное дополнение.

Tolles Partyspiel! Sehr gutes Quizspiel. Ein Muss für alle, die mit mehreren Leuten einen tollen Spieleabend verbringen wollen. Habe auch nur gutes Feedback von meinen Discord-Freunden bekommen. Ein großer Vorteil ist, dass nur einer das Spiel kaufen muss und viele Leute mitspielen können, ohne etwas herunterladen oder kaufen zu müssen.

A good pack, but not as great as the rest.

Out of all the games in the entire history of Jackbox, Fibbage was not the game that needed another installment. That being said, Fibbage is still fun. This one just has updated prompts (2019 to 2022) and a new special round where you watch old movies and then lie about them. The Enough About You mode also returns, but without the second round. Totally fine addition, but a bit confusing.

Roomerang is the classic "write funny stuff into prompts" with the twist of added roleplaying. Main issues here only pop up depending on the type of players you are playing with. People who just dont wanna roleplay will just answer the prompts normally, and the game cant punish that. It is pretty good if you find some willing people to play.

Junktopia is sorta like 5's Patently Stupid, but instead of drawing your things to sell to other players, you buy them from a store. If you liked Patently, you will most likely enjoy this.

Nonsensory is a "drawing" title for the pack, but also the other writing game. You need to write/draw something on a scale of 1 to 10, but you are given a number to aim. Other players then guess what your number was. This is great, however due to the black background and green drawing lines in the actual game versus the white background with black drawing on your phone, your drawings can get mangled after submission. Be careful.

Quixort is a trivia game where you sort falling blocks. This is done in teams. The particular problem here is that a single round is quite long, since one team has to sort, then the other team sorts, meanwhile the team who sorted first has literally nothing to do for up to 20 minutes. This is also amplified in the final round, where you have to sort the same thing TWICE. However, if you have something to do for the dormant players, this issue completely disappears.

To sum up, Party Pack 9 is a good pack, even great at times, but suffers from the somewhat unavoidable "how do i make this unique" problem, which you get after 9 parts of anything, really.

It's worth picking up, but if you are looking for a Party Pack to start with, buy 7, 5 or 8 instead.
