Has a wonderful PvE endgame which sadly few players ever get to experience they either quit before they realize or don't wish to engage with how to properly do combat. APM higher than other MMOs so button junkies get a lot out of it. Could use more trials content typically 1 per year at the moment. Very customizable with lots of gear options and subclassing some players prefer this others don't like it and wish for 1 META simplicity that's more familiar in other MMO's. It's not Skyrim don't expect it to be you get more out of ESO by being social with people but has Bethesda flavor. PvP is fun but could use more content like a whole new Cyrodiil style zone; I think the fundamentals are still good it just needs something fresh. Could use more incentives to get people to engage with PvP and PvE endgame - one time meh type rewards don't have enough draw for players. It does have a scoreboard though. Would like to see the Devs encourage some of the more e-sport aspects of both they have room for growth in those areas if managed correctly. Definitely a game for someone that wants to play a more pure healer than what's typical in an MMO. Theory crafters rarely cook up a proper META but you can make a lot of weird builds functional. Devs sometimes unfortunately make unpopular changes that lead to veterans leaving the game, I get the sense they sometimes listen to a lot of complaints from people that don't know what they're asking for and don't really understand what they want.
I don't recommend it for those who use Mac. The developers don't care about Mac OS, they don't need donations from Mac users, so let's move on.

Всеб було не так прикро, і можливо навіть непогано, якби не ситуація з кацапами.

i played this game alot alot a few years ago not bad and what i came back for actually was the voice chat.
I remeber people .. being able to hear the music they were playing or just shout out to other players close by like amazing.proximity chat was in this game .
so i came back 4 years later to what ?! no voice chat?! never has been?????!!!!! no no i remember talking with people on quests i remeber town having people ,talking , music playing ...what happened to my game!!!! dont tell me it was only xbox and ps ..i only pc game .... this is garbage and im not playing again ..wasted time in a mmo that you cant talk with the other mmo players nah the whole point to these games was to enjoy the exprince with other players and now thats gone

ESO ist ein MMO, dass man alleine spielen kann, wenn es einem um Story, Welt erkunden und Housing geht. Über Verliese und Prüfungen gibt es Gruppencontent, der mir zumindest wirklich Spaß macht. PvP ist nicht meines - aber das ist zum Glück in extra Gebieten.
Was noch? Achja, ich liebe das Kartenspiel. Ich habe viel zu viele Stunden allein damit verbracht.
Im Basisspiel sind seit 2026 einige der älteren DLCs enthalten. Also wenn man es einfach mal ausprobieren will, ist das perfekt.

Depois de mais de 100 horas jogando, eu finalmente entendi o que é o ESO e principalmente o que ele não é.
O jogo tem um mundo incrível, uma lore muito bem construída e quests que parecem até RPG singleplayer. Nesse aspecto, ele realmente se destaca. Mas pra mim, isso não sustenta o jogo.
O maior problema é a falta total de desafio no gameplay base. O jogo não te testa, não te pune e não exige que você jogue bem. Você pode simplesmente apertar qualquer coisa e vencer. Isso cria uma desconexão absurda entre a história e o gameplay. Os personagens são apresentados como ameaças enormes, mas na prática são derrotados sem esforço nenhum.
a progressão parece vazia. Não existe aquela sensação de ficar mais forte e dominar o mundo, porque tudo escala com você. Não existe risco real. Não existe peso nas decisões de build durante o leveling. Tudo é seguro demais.
E quando finalmente existe algum desafio de verdade, ele está preso em poucas atividades específicas, como dungeons, trials e algumas arenas. Ou seja, você passa a maior parte do tempo em um mundo fácil, e só em conteúdos isolados consegue realmente testar sua build ou sua habilidade.
No fim, a sensação que fica é que o jogo é mais sobre assistir uma história do que jogar de fato. Pra quem busca imersão narrativa e um jogo cozy sem desafios, pode ser ótimo. Mas pra quem valoriza gameplay, desafio e progressão com significado… deixa muito a desejar.
Não é um jogo ruim. Mas claramente não é um jogo feito pra quem quer ser testado e sentir aquela emocao de ter ficado mais forte.
Vou marcar como recomendado pois nao e de todo ruim, apenas nao se encaixa bem para jogadores que querem gameplay desafiadora des do inicio,

After a week of playing the game i stopped playing for maybe a month- I went and hopped back onto the game with a new hope to drip out my armor and the second i open the game... it says... "You have been perma banned if you need more info go to our website" so i go to the website to findout the reason of my ban. The website askes me to login before i can see why i was banned and guess what... I CANT LOG IN CUZ IM BANNED Also... if i wanna appeal the ban... I NEED TO LOG IN TO THEIR WEBSITE- I'm guessing you already know what the problem is... I cant log in... F the a.i. modderation

I guess that after 2796 hrs ingame I would have to say, yes, I recommend this game. Highly. Never ending lots to do. Good graphics. Interesting storylines. So many character customizing options, looks, armors, etc. A must play for Skyrim player types.

I used to have a group of friends back in the day. We played ESO together. We'd quest and roleplay and mess around. One of the most memorable moments of my life. Particularly when it comes to gaming. I will be playing ESO again after many years. I am happy to return. My advice? Play with friends. ESO is always better with a party.

Не представляю, как в такую тягомотину можно наиграть хотя бы 20 часов. Боевка отвратительная, миллион говнолута под ногами валяется, с первых же уровней у тебя 20к хп, мобчики ничего не могут тебе противопоставить, интерфейс убогий (да-да, можно его настроить при помощи модов)

mais bon apparemment, ils vont modifier le système économique, donc si vous n'êtes pas fâché avec des battle pass encore une fois (maintenant ça devient la norme askip) a priori, tout le contenus qui vont ajouter sera inclus dans le jeu de base également, ce qui veut que vous n'aurez plus de demander a vos potes de dépenser plus de thunes qui n'en faut
Mais sinon le jeu est bien, on peut voler les pnjs (et même les assassiner)

Pour un jeu MMORPG qui date de 2014 et il n'a pas trop vieilli quand on a toute l'intégralité des années qui ont suivi le jeu de base. L'histoire principale et celles annexes sont intéressantes. Le monde est très peuplé. Je joue essentiellement seul ou en coop PvE pour monter mon personnage. On peut s'arrêter quand on veut et reprendre de là où on s'est arrêté. Les bonus sont comptés sur le temps de jeu, on ne perd rien à faire une pause.

TES Online takes the expansive lore of the Elder Scrolls series and throws it into a massive multiplayer sandbox. You can roam Tamriel, complete quests, join factions, craft gear, and fight dragons… all while other players do the same chaotic thing nearby.
Funny realities of playing:
You try to stealth past a bandit camp… and somehow a random player runs in, alerts everyone, and your “quiet” mission is now a full-blown massacre
Mounts and combat can bug out spectacularly, leaving you sliding across the ground like a failed ice skater
You pick up a “simple fetch quest” and suddenly you’re three zones away, fighting a dragon, wondering how you got here
PvP in Cyrodiil? A mix of “epic battles” and “I swear I just got hit by someone 50 meters away for no reason.” It’s chaotic, hilarious, and somehow deeply satisfying when you finally take that keep.
And yes, crafting and housing are addictive. You start with a tiny plot, and soon your digital home looks like a Tamriel-sized IKEA showpiece. You tell yourself it’s just decorating… but secretly it’s a full-time obsession.
Final verdict:
A massive, deep, and occasionally chaotic MMORPG that will eat your time, test your patience, and make you laugh at the unpredictable antics of both NPCs and other players. Perfect for lore lovers and chaos enthusiasts alike. 8.5/10 🐉🏰

I tried this game years ago, and it didn't catch me. This time I tried it while looking for another game to play alongside GW2. All I can say is wow..this game is GREAT. So far in the last week I've put about 90 hours in lol.
The combat system isn't perfect but there are so many skills to chose from and ways to play I think it would take a long time to get bored. All the maps are beautifully made and so far I'm really enjoying the exploration. I also found some nice chatty guilds which is always a great way to feel connected to others while you play in the open world. If you're thinking about it, give it a shot. While the store is expensive, you can get ESO plus and play most of the content and overall it's a great experience. Looking forward to playing this game for years :)

do not buy this game its garbage the game logs you in then crashes then says the game files have corrupted and please repair your installation over and over and over and over again this is complete trash they need to fix there game and there launcher and if they refuse then they should be removed off of the steam store this sucks i played for 3 hours and now i cant even launch or connect to the game or worse the game logs in for 3 minutes then crashes same error game files are bad verify files with steam and with the ESO launcher same error over and over again

The price, although resetting the functions through the functions menu would be 5k and free at the shrine, because that would be the right thing to do, and the shrines would partially return to their current state, and the function reset scrolls would also no longer be completely useless!

If you're a fan of TES it's a nobrainer. Overall pretty solid game with some really hot garbage MTX prices and how they operate on new DLC coming out. The combat is kinda unique and you either like or don't like it, it just it what it is. In terms of PVE you have some easier and some quite hard challenges which is pretty cool and in terms of PVP you have big scale and smaller scale options even though off hours might be slightly more dead than you'd hope, but still quite okay. All quests are voice acted which is really cool and there's quite some of them and if you're into lore you're definitely interested in that! Base game is also quite often on sale so if you're thinking of getting it just try it out see how it plays, otherwise would for sure recommend it!

I keep coming back to this game. I played the beta, took a break for a while, played almost daily for years, then took a break to focus on grad school and life. Am now back. This is a fun game to keep coming back to. It's a nice break from life and being able to play with friends was one thing I always wished I could do in Skyrim.
