On an ordinary day, hard hat tester; Ray has a bizarre accident and wakes up with a giant pink spaghetti arm sticking out of his brain, giving him extraordinary mind-reading powers. What can I say about this game is just amazing! Hard to find a game like this these days.
Everything is beautiful made out of paper and stickers and the scenario is brilliant!
Adventure combined with Comedy - Fun Indie 2D with creative puzzles and respectable action.
Its style feels fully developed with the lovable voices and soundtrack!

Scribblenauts meets psychonauts is what I'd describe this. It's a 2,5D puzzle platformer where you grab ideas from characters' heads and move them around the level to find a place for them. It's pretty simplistic and sometimes trial and error but at the end rather enjoyable mostly thanks to the glorious writing, voice acting and art style this game has. The game definitely still holds up despite being from 2013.

This is my 3rd time playing this game, and I still love it to this day! I'm in love with how wacky the art style, characters, and story is altogether, as it creates a hilarious atmosphere to a deeper meaning of what truly is going on within Ray's story. I cannot suggest this game enough if you're into 2D-Platformer games that has so much creativity and fun puzzle gameplay!

Magnífico juego que mezcla mecánicas de aventura gráfica con plataformas y puzles, muy del estilo del mítico The Cave, que curiosamente se publico unos meses antes, con el que también comparte grandes dosis de humor. Intenté jugar este juego hace unos 5 años, pero fui incapaz de jugarlo usando el teclado, pero con mando, la experiencia cambió radicalmente, lo que me permitió disfrutar de esta joyita.
La estética es francamente curiosa, ya que no sólo tiene unos gráficos caricaturescos, sino que los personajes son planos, como si fuesen un papel (incluso una máquina nos reimprime después de cada muerte). Igualmente los escenarios se representan con trozos de cartón y papel, pintados a mano y los objetos que podemos utilizar son pegatinas que podemos despegar del escenario.
La historia es sencilla, pero divertida. Nuestro protagonista, volviendo a casa del trabajo sufre un accidente, cayéndole una cápsula en la cabeza, que contiene un alien que termina introduciéndose en su cerebro, apareciendo una mano rosa que sale de su cabeza y nadie más ve. Este discreto apéndice le da una serie de habilidades, como alcanzar zonas inaccesibles, revolver las mentes del resto de personajes y hacerse con diferentes objetos e incluso ideas que obtengamos de las mentes ajenas.
El juego es extremadamente divertido, ágil y bastante corto, por lo que nunca se hace pesado. Los puzles son bastante lógicos y cercanos, lo que evita que estemos paseando por los escenarios de forma frustrante.
Un gran acierto volver a este juego, porque ha sido todo un descubrimiento

Fun and charming puzzle platformer with unique artstyle.
Took me only 4 hours to 100 % complete the game but I would not want the game to be longer. It is also one of the few games where going for all the achievements is fun and can be achieved in a single playthrough by just playing the game while being attentive to details.

You can also replay individual levels in case you missed something. Sadly the game commits the cardinal sin of having unskippable cutscenes which makes replaying a level a bit annoying.

For a game that sells itself as a comedy, its sense of humor isn't very good. With lines like: "I can't wait to post about this about on facebook" or the Bubsy-eqsue "I will move in a predictable circular pattern". Or lines that feel like they come from a bad newgrounds video like "Incidents are my least-favourite thing right now."

Simultaneously very of its time, and kinda bottom of the barrel for that time. I remember I got this game because it was compared to psychonauts. The thing is, that psychonauts sense of humor isn't nearly as trend-chasing.

The gameplay is also basically just a simplified point and click, with barebones platforming. I can't say there's any moment during the game where I laughed or even had that much of a smile.

Still, if you can get it for cheap, it has its charming moments and a great artstyle.

Чет меня потянуло на ностальгию, так что это тоже "игра моего детства". Всем советую к прохождению, спасибо, что ценник позволяет. Игра вызывает достаточно приятные ощущения, также как и тогда. Головоломочки тут не сложные, по описанию наклеек от Рэя сразу же можно понять что, куда и как клеить. Русского языка вообще нет, но есть фанатский перевод субтитров(я его не пробовал, но наверное хороший). Юмор тут конечно не на высоте, есть просто неудачные шутки, есть шутки, которые не сильно рассмешили, потому что там приколы английскоязычных приколов, но есть такие шутки, от которых разрывает надолго, вот как раз ради них и можно поиграть в игру. Забыл сказать - я игру на 100% прошел за 3,5 часа, и что самое интересное - в конце титров показывали головы каждого персонажа, который хоть как-то мелькал в игре, и я афигел от их количества, ведь буквально за 3,5 часа я повидался с таким количеством шедеврально озвученных персонажей, каждый из которых нёс в себе так называемый анекдот:P
P.S. забыл написать о паркуре - он тут легчайший, чисто для галочки, но механика с рукой не только в паркуре, а во всех аспектах игры придумана ну очень классно, нигде подобной "руки" не видел.
P.P.S. рукой буквально отрывать и отклеивать всякие наклейки и части зданий на геймпаде очень приятно, надеюсь на чем проходить игру намёк понят?)
P.P.P.S. совсем забыл написать хоть что-то о саундтреке, во-первых где его купить?!? Во-вторых он тут отличнейший, этот джаз просто имба!

Super fun, a little short, but probably appropriate for what I paid for it, also makes it easier to go back and trophy hunt and you will want to go back. I love the art style, love the game play, only thing I wish was there was more stuff you could just do to screw with the background characters, like I really wanted more of balloon lady's existential crisis. I bought this after getting flipping death on the playstation and just falling in love with the humor and just over all feel of their style, would totally recommend that one as well, hope there will be more soon.

Is there anything to dislike about this game? No, I would say probably not. Criminally underrated. Unique and creative, hilarious, fun, engaging... I'm pretty sure this game is perfect. I love the cardboard art and the bizarre character design, the gameplay is consistently at just the right level of difficulty to be engaging, and whoever wrote the dialogues is a creative genius. I love this game.

Stick It to the Man! est une expérience qui m'a fait me demander si je jouais à un jeu ou si j’étais coincée dans un rêve fiévreux après une overdose de dessins animés des années 90. Pour beaucoup, c’est un plongeon nostalgique dans leur enfance. Pour moi, c’est un plongeon dans YouTube, parce que, spoiler : je suis née après cette époque. Alors oui, je n’ai pas eu la chance de regarder tout ça sur une télé cathodique pendant que mes parents étaient convaincus que "les dessins animés, c’est pour les enfants.", mais ça ne m’empêche pas de ressentir un brin de nostalgie artificielle face au style visuel génial de ce jeu. Quoi qu’il en soit, ce style cartoon-trash avec des persos disproportionnés et des couleurs saturées fonctionne à merveille ici.. C’est coloré, c’est chaotique, et surtout, c’est hilarant.

C’est du collage déjanté avec des textures en papier, et ça correspond parfaitement à l’esprit du jeu. Tout semble fabriqué à la main, mais avec une précision qui donne du charme au bazar ambiant. La musique jazzy, quant à elle, est comme un petit martini qui accompagne tes aventures absurdes – rafraîchissant et légèrement décalé.

En plus de son style visuel et narratif délirant, Stick It to the Man! se distingue aussi par ses voice actors exceptionnels. Chaque personnage bénéficie d’un doublage qui donne vie à ses traits excentriques et absurdes. Les voix sont non seulement parfaitement adaptées au ton caricatural du jeu, mais elles ajoutent une vraie profondeur comique et émotionnelle.
Le plus drôle, c’est de plonger dans la tête des personnages. Sérieusement, qui a écrit ces dialogues ? On dirait un brainstorm' géant de blagues absurdes, où chaque idée, aussi bizarre soit-elle, a été retenue.
Et toi, pendant tout ça, tu te dis : "mais pourquoi ça marche aussi bien ?"

Le personnage principal, Ray, mène une vie ordinaire de cascadeur pour tutos de sécurité… jusqu’à ce qu’une MAIN PSYCHIQUE EN SPAGHETTI pousse de son crâne à cause d’un "léger accident". Alors là, tout bascule. Entre lire les pensées tordues des passants, résoudre des énigmes débiles (et débilement géniales), et fuir des agents secrets qui ont clairement sauté la formation d’espionnage, on est servi.

Les énigmes ne sont pas particulièrement complexes, mais elles n’ont pas besoin de l’être. L’intérêt est ailleurs : c’est le pur plaisir de connecter des idées complètement dingues et de voir le chaos s’ensuivre. À un moment, je me suis retrouvée à de gonfler à l'hélium à un daron asthmatique parce qu'il voulait buter son fils... C’est à ça que sert la télépathie, non ?

En résumé, Stick It to the Man! est un petit bijou qui t’embarque pour quelques heures de pur fun. Oui, il est court (j’ai bouclé le tout en 2-3 sessions courtes), mais comme un bon film d’animation, il te laisse avec un sourire béat et des répliques à ressortir dans les moments gênants. (;

The game is fun, nothing great but fun.
Music, voice overs and sound effects are great, story is unique, characters are sometimes annoying, but overall decent. It has some repetitive (annoying) platform chase sections, but other than that it is a fun game. There is a nod to Double Fine in the window of the Taxidermist lady which I thought was cool. Yes Psychonauts is way better, but give a try if you like that game.

Had this for years on my PlayStation, but heard it looks way better on pc so I just had to grab it and see and it’s true! It does look much better and I can appreciate the style better.
Humorous and a wild wide from start to end. The stickers are an awesome mechanic in a world made out of paper and cardboard.
It’ll always be a favourite of mine.

Cuando salió Originalmente para Wii U, recuerdo haberlo visto en una Revista de Club Nintendo, me llamo bastante la atención, no lo pude jugar en la Wii U, pero descubrí que estaba en Steam y me llevé una grata sorpresa, buena jugabilidad, buena historia, muy entretenido 10/10 solo si pierde las mecánicas del Gamepad.

Played this back on the PS4, game is still really good and fun.

Only problems is that the screen with flick off and on when loading a new chapter, otherwise it still has a funny/good story and fun gameplay.

I hope they make another one like this one.

They say the skys the limit but when it comes to the mind the sky has about the same stopping power as a pigeon feather in a hail of incendiary minigun fire!
They didnt say the one who orchestrates the conspiracy of disinfo cracking your clarity, has a featureless silhouette that is somehow present in all lighting! but i read their mind anyway!

Few games can blend inventive haphazard askew with grounded logics and still kind of make more sense than the reality it was made in!

It takes what is essentially an adventure story switching point and click for a very unique exchange of thoughts, telepathically listen to inner arch, conceptualise as visual representation (sticker) then yoink and into the .. I wanna say head-ventory?? or? rewired recces in the jarred warpedness of the brain of a non specific meta-agenda wanderer, bouncing the possibilities of interaction as if hed spent all his spare time jumping around and swinging off preternatural safety pins with A weirdly stretchy mind plasma appendage!
...uh, iam gonna go with head-ventory!!

This brings me to its mixing with an old school platform puzzle, at this point it may seem like all this combined might be unwieldy, well this game has a big ass hand growing out of its head ..Its got this!!!
The platforming is fun, the sticker based thought provocation is very dam good to listen to and seamless to use!
The music is both diverse & funny
The voice over work is some of the best ive heard in ages, somewhere billy west just turned his attention toward a giant pink brain hand & he dont know why?!

I'm surprised this game was not at least a little bit more popular then it ended up being but I think it really shows the dev teams artistic chops when this was their first game.

Its not perfect but its novel enough and it looks great, the comedy is super hit or miss and only really got a few laughs. played it on the steam deck with no issues, but really if you like this games art style and want something more substantial you should check out lost in random as its just as cheap as this on sale and is just as bonkers and ridiculous as this with something more of a real challenge and game play loop that isnt a basic point and click.

worth a quick playthrough for sure if not for the art and setting alone

A pretty casual mashup of 2d platforming with simple point & click adventure style puzzles. The story is a fever dream of a brain damaged hard hat tester that gets hit in the head one time too many and finds himself with strange powers.

Art style is a flat world of paper cutouts and cartoon colors. It doesn't do much heavy lifting, it's not very deep or difficult and just a few hours of silly fun later you'll have read the minds of numerous colorful characters and stuck your third hand in places it had no right to be.

I could criticize it for being short, the replay value is minimal aside from going back for any achievements you may have missed and the puzzles aren't super challenging. But it's cheap and can serve as a simple enough night of entertainment.

The game is tagged as [b]Adventure[/b], [b]Platformer[/b] and [b]Action[/b], although you could also call it a [b]Puzzle[/b], [b]Walking Simulator[/b] or [b]Point and Click[/b].

However, for me it's first and foremost a [b]Comedy[/b]. The mixture of genres doesn't work well gameplay-wise, but the game is very funny throughout!

Esta bien si te gustan los juegos de plataformas y resolver puzzles.

Lo que me desagrada del juego y está haciendo que se me haga bola es no poder pasar las conversaciones y tener que comérmelas todas. Por favor, una opción de pasar a la siguiente linea de dialogo o saltar la conversación, que a veces hablan tan lento como un niño de 4-5 años intentando leer. Al final 2/3 partes del juego es escuchar diálogos.

Прошёл [b]Stick it to The Man![/b], и она на удивление весёлая и развлекательная. Адвенчура (или как говорили в 90-е: “Квест”) не слишком современная, но и далеко не архаичная. Не лишившаяся фундаментальных проблем классики жанра, зато понимающая и работающая с ними. Да, тебе всё ещё в половине случаев не очевидно решение и приходится “использовать всё что есть на всех кто присутствует”, но игра использует это как повод для умышленно идиотских шуточек и абсурдного юморка. Геймплейные вставки не связанные с загадками (платформер и коррида с пытающимися схватить тебя мобами) в целом бестолковые, но короткие, как и вся игра. Раздражение пробегается быстро и снова начинается вертеп несуразного остроумия. Всё остальное время - это интерактивное представление в духе [b]Double Fine[/b] и стиле позднего Тима Шефера: паясничание на условно взрослые темы без какого либо смущения по поводу кринжа или глупости.

The Man here is just a crime boss, so no "power to the people" themes here. The humour is not very British, the art style is grotesque and quirky, the story, although less interesting, reminded me a bit of Terry Gilliam's movie Brazil. I wanted to like this game, but the gameplay offers nothing original (it's basically a jump&run, nowadays called "platformers") and the art style and the story don't make it entertaining enough for me.

Maybe you'll like it though.

Un juego 2.5D muy divertido del que "DoubleFine Productions" estaría muy orgulloso. Personajes y situaciones extrañas, un misterioso alien, el poder de leer las mentes y el gobierno pisándonos los talones. Muy recomendable para echarte unas risas y descubrir una historia muy loca.

I didn't know what to expect going into this game, and I am so glad I did. Ridiculous humor, simple but rewarding platforming/puzzles, and an absurd cast of characters lead to a great afternoon of pleasure for me. It only took a few short hours to complete with all achievements.

I highly recommend this title to anyone who enjoys goofy/ridiculous comedy and disturbingly beautiful art styles.

Once in a few years I come back to the game and it still doesn't lose its charm for me. The visual style, the atmosphere, the characters, the dialogues (ok, sometimes tacky, but not cringe), the music. It has a whimsy feel to it, but it's deeper than it looks. I might be biased as I don't account all the flaws of the game, but it didn't became a comfort game for me with no reason.

Stick it to The Man es un platafomas 2D mezclado con puzzles/point&click, pero que no destaca en ninguno de esos dos géneros.
Las partes de plataformeo son excesivamente sencillas, y no suponen ningun tipo de reto. Y las partes de puzzle (las que no resultan tremendamente obvias) se pueden resolver a base de probar todo con todo, por lo que pierden todo interés.
A nivel de mecánicas no es un juego que resulte divertido ni suponga ningún reto.
Mas allá de lo jugable, el aspecto artístico es sensacional, con una ambientación estilo recortes de papel. Con un diseño de personajes y escenarios muy caracteristico y original. El juego da la impresión de estar inspirado en Psyhonauts, con personajes y situaciones muy bizarras.
La música y el voice acting es otro de sus puntos fuertes, aunque a veces la velocidad de los "diálogos" se hace demasiado lenta, y dando la opción de pasar a velocidad x2, acabas ecuchando todos los personajes con voz de pitufo.
En general, es un juego con una magnífica ambientación, pero que su gameplay hace que acabe resultando aburrido.

Интересный сюжет, арты, голоса.
Жаль что в стим нет руссификатора, помню как играла в эту игру на русском и уже не много деталей помню из русского перевода, но я все равно рада что смогла заново поиграть в нее.
Игра греет мне душу воспоминаниями о ее прохождении.
Жалко что фандом не популярен и найти арт, фф или что либо еще невозможно.
Игру недооценивают, но это именно то чего не хватает нашему веку и 2023 году.
Был намек на продолжение но к сожалению, видимо, придется додумывать их приключение самому.
Игра зачет, советую от души.

I’ve played this game on steam and ps4, on my first playthrough I 100% the game on ps4. I love the art style, the gameplay, the puzzles, the soundtrack, and the story. Definitely an underrated game and I recommend playing it. If playing it on steam I’d recommend connecting an Xbox or PS4 controller but that’s up to personal preference.

Nice adventure game, you can read minds and have telekinesis. Art, voice acting and soundtrack are good, and the story is decent, just not that memorable. Puzzles aren't that hard and the game is about 5 hours long.

It was a delghtful experience, the dialgues were funny, the puzzles were good (some were a bit tricky, but it's pretty doable even for casual players), the music was really catchy. I really liked most of the characters and the art direction the developers went with. The only negative thing I can think of is that it was over too soon, I really wish we would have a few extra levels with these crazy characters.
