SoulCraft is a RPG action game where mankind is on the verge of destruction as you play as an Angel as you battle hoards of demons using a variety of weapons. After each level you collect souls and coins which you can use to upgrade your equipment to make you stronger and gain new godly abilities.

There are many things wrong with the game.
First and foremost the UI. It's very inconsistent. Sometimes the A button is proceed, sometimes is cancel, the Y button doesn't always appear unless you press some other button, etc. Very quirky and difficult to navigate.
Second, gold is necessary to progress, but you cannot earn it through the campaign, you must do daily quests outside of the main game.
Third, the damage you take from some attacks is insane and without warning, almost random so you die unexpectedly, without knowing the cause of your death in order to improve your game.
There are many other little things that spoil the experience, that could have been avoided if they had taken the time to optimize this mobile game for the PC.
It's often on sale, I got it for less than a dollar and I got 4 hours out of it before I called it quits, so it's not a terrible game, just a bit annoying and a missed opportunity.
Before I close a tip for my fellow gamers, that I realized after I had spent my precious gold on gear and stuff.
Sometimes you can buy stuff by spending either Gold, or Souls. ALWAYS spend souls if you have the option, because Gold is very hard to accumulate, on the other hand you get Souls just by playing the game. So, the real currency of the game which you can earn while playing is Souls, NOT Gold. Only spend Gold if it's absolutely necessary.
I might do another playthrough in the future, practicing this Souls-Instead-Of-Gold tactic for currency, and I might finish this game this time around.
Fun game, but very unstable.

It is a buggy and repetitive game that could really do with some higher quality textures and a bigger variety of enemies.
SoulCraft is a mobile app that's been dumped on Steam as if it was a real PC game (it's not)... it's a cash grab from greedy mobile devs. This is a nasty, MTX infested cash shop P2W mobile app. But they removed the MTX, without changing the game difficulty, rendering it unplayable (because without spending money to power up, the game is too difficult... mobile app devs are disgusting, and there's a special place in developer hell for them).
From a technical perspective, as a mobile app, this doesn't meet basic minimum requirements that most PC gamers expect as standard.
There's no option to change the resolution and no useful graphics tweaks. There's no way to ensure this is running at the native resolution of your display. There's no guarantee this game will look right on any PC as a result of this hamfisted design decision.
The mobile app assets are far from bleeding edge, with lowish polygon counts and somewhat low resolution textures, making this look like it's at least 10 years old. It's unclear why the developers weren't able to arrange high quality, high polygon count contemporary assets for the game, and also irrelevant... what matters is that this looks poor in comparison to more professionally produced games as a result of their decisions.
The controls can't be customised, which will be an annoyance for many, but it can also render the mobile app unplayable for differently-abled gamers, left handed gamers or gamers using AZERTY or other international keyboard layouts.
Because this is a mobile app, it carries a number of deliberate design deficiencies. Compromises were made to cater to the iPhones that the mobile app was designed for. These are unfortunate handicaps and limitations that PC gamers shouldn't be forced to accept, but it's evident that PC was an afterthought for the iPhone developers who are to blame for this. The mobile app is deficient as a result of these choices, and would have been so much better without the handicaps that designing games for mobile phones forces upon a game. Once more, mobile devs have made gaming worse for everyone. I didn't spend thousands on building a gaming rig just so I could pretend it's an iPhone.
These technical defects push this mobile app below acceptable standards for any modern PC game.
The poor quality of this mobile app is reflected by how many people spent time with it. At the time of this review, SteamDB shows the all-time peak player number was only 10 players. This is a remarkably low number, and now, the only player activity occurs once or twice a month, presumably someone loading it up to see what it is then quickly uninstalling it. Considering there's over 120 million gamers on Steam and well over 50,000 games for gamers to choose from, the overwhelming lack of interest in this low quality mobile app is to be expected.
Once more we see greedy mobile devs trying to scam PC gamers. On Steam, this is $5 USD, on app stores, it's free. Mobile devs must learn PC gamers are not here to be gouged, and can't be expected to pay a premium for a free mobile app just because it's been lazily dumped on Steam. This is unacceptable disrespect for PC gamers. Because this can be played free elsewhere, and because of the other defects, it's impossible to recommend. Who do they think we are? For comparison, the $5 asking price for this game could get you games like "Mass Effect", "Portal 2" or the Tomb Raider remake. Quality, professionally made games like those are frequently on sale cheaper than this. There's also thousands of free, superior quality games on Steam.
Le concept est sympa avec ses airs de jeux blizzard et hack n slash.
Mais voilà j'ai eu l'impression de jouer à un free to play avec des paywall toutes les 3 missions. sauf qu'il n y a pas d'achats in-app (heureusement) donc il va falloir farmer de longues heures pour upgrade son équipement à chaque pic de difficulté.

Bueno, este juego es un port muy básico de un juego móvil que de hecho jugué en su día cuando recién salio, no esperes mucho es de los primeros juegos de android que aprovecho el 3D y si buen tiene algunas mejoras en texturas y resolución no tiene nada nuevo.
Juego sencillo, repetitivo y que es para jugar 5 minutos lo compre por que estaba a un precio de chiste y a parte siento que es lo menos que puedo hacer para agradecerles a los que hicieron este juego que en su día me salvo del aburrimiento muchas veces, cuando estaba en la calle y o en el aeropuerto esperando en mi huawei ascend y200.
手游移植的游戏，可惜没有官方中文。第一次玩这个是在大学的时候，用安卓手机玩的破解版。当年的手机性能在现在看来就是垃圾，但是对这个游戏却有很好的兼容。第三人称俯视ARPG砍怪升级类火炬之光大菠萝的游戏。游戏模式跟当年手机版差不多，不过加入了对手柄和键盘的支持。每个关卡很简短，平均3分钟就可以通关完一局，很手机。steam deck完美支持。

Jogo portado do mobile bem divertido, lembra a franquia Darksiders, na promoção é bem baratinho, platina divertida, 100%.
I am not sure if this game is a port from a console or mobile device but it sure looks like it. Probably a mobile device since it has all sorts of resources, daily login and other such specific items of pay to win games. The graphics are nice but this is just about the only reason someone should consider playing it.
The gameplay is simplistic and the menus are not meant for PC users.
Too bad that the devs spent so much time on a dubious port when they should have refined it on the original platform.
For a game at 80% off with the cost ARS$ 13,59 i am recommended it. But at the same time I don't, playing in a ultra wide screen hurt the eyes so much, the wording/notification are so HUGE!!! that i blocked 1/3 of the screen!!!
I can't really see what am i hitting most of the time with the none stop pop up of notification!!! They should make it smaller or transparent!!!

This is mobile-platform microtransaction whalebait, trying to be something else. It's trying to blend the Warcraft aesthetic with a dumbed-down version of Diablo play. The real purpose of the game would have been to goad you into spending money on currency and resources... with the microtransactions taken away, the game now just gives you those in spades. As a result, the game never has to be challenging -- the response to any difficulty is to upgrade your character, rather than develop skill, and with the grind gone, upgrading is also easy, leaving you to effortlessly button-mash your way through, unless you deliberately leave your character underdeveloped to create some challenge.

This game looked like it might just scratch that particular part of my lizard brain, so despite the bad reviews I gave it a chance. Wish I hadn't. Little over an hour into it I hit that difficulty bump that others make mention of, and with the game really being kind of a vapid, low budget (even for a built for mobile title) piece of mostly ♥♥♥♥ I had little motivation to push through it. Aside from some charming vanilla WoW ripoff art direction SoulCraft offers nothing pleasing.
Had the devs re-balanced the game after the removal of the cash shop, this could have been a somewhat serviceable side game, a palate cleanser or just little time waster but as it stands it represents everything I hate about the F2P market.
Heck, they could have added in global and friend list leaderboards and challenges and they could have had something approaching decent on their hands but alas this game belongs firmly at the bottom of the barrel.
It's a mobile RPG ported to PC, is simple and quite fun, but do not expect a gem on this one

Fun, a little bit of a grind; difficult, but winnable.
tl;dr: Shoddy, low-effort port of a pay-to-win mobile game that still has its microtransaction-gated content [i]and[/i] balancing. Not that there are microtransactions in this version, but rather it is very clearly designed to liberate you of your wallet. High level "content" is gated behind high level gear, which is obtainable only by spending the one currency which is purposely designed to be hard to obtain -- unless you fork over your hard-earned savings.

On the very first mission, after defeating the first hellhound mob, my character got stuck in the terrain. He could only spin in circles; no buttons worked to break me free of it, so I had to surrender. Little did I know at the time, this summed up the game's quality. I should have quit then.
As with any mobile pay-to-win game, there are two currencies -- you earn the first currency, souls, basically for just existing in the game (killing enemies, etc). You end up with a surplus of souls very quickly because it only buys you low-stat, trashy equipment that becomes worthless faster than you can blink.
Gold is awarded in tiny amounts for completing daily quests, a few campaign missions, and liking the game's page on fb. Gold is also used, as one expects in any pay-to-win mobile cash cow, to progress your character in any and every meaningful way: getting the best gear, unlocking higher level skills and maps, mystery chest gambling, crafting, etc. Your methods of earning gold also become progressively harder, at a pace which your upgrades simply cannot match.
Just another mobile copy & paste job, with no post-microtransaction rebalancing, and no obvious signs of the developers actually caring about their product -- so potential customers shouldn't bother caring about this product, either.
If they had tried harder, the game would have looked like something. Full of bugs and quite unbalanced and some things don't work. At first it was interesting then it turned into farming.
If they hadn't made a guide on Steam, I would have lost a lot of hours in the game for just a few levels. And for the other achievements.

Juego tipico de smartphone. Ya te puedes imaginar su calidad... son todos iguales, un copia y pega en toda regla. En PC gracias a dios no te saca lo mas grande en la cartera pero aun asi es repetir mapas una y otra vez hasta el infinito.
Si alguna vez has jugado a un juego rpg de smartphone ya sabrás como va este.

- Siempre la misma historia, un par de oleadas y listo... misiones a veces no llegan al minuto
- Cero interes en explorar.
- Mapas repetidos hasta la saciedad
- Algunos enemigos se cuelan tres pueblos con el daño.
- La dificultad elevada para que en el movil gastes pasta pero en PC te dejes horas de farmeo y farmeo para un juego que NO te incita a seguir porque la recompensa es nula.
- Las moneditas de oro para conseguirlas son un caos.
Como siempre digo... los juegos de moviles son de ínfima calidad y todos un clon entre si. NO pierdas el tiempo. Dedícalo a otro.

I got it while it was on sell for 2.99. It was worth that and Is fun in short bursts. If you want a game that’s immersive or for longer gaming sessions then I’d pass.

If you like wasting money and support stupid people who do not care about what they cause in this life, just buy this game. It is cheap and looks innocent as hell, but I suppose you can spare your budget to save 2-3 kitty's life instead. Well. There are bugs in the game. Once you are stuck in the middle of the map for no reason, your all efforts is fukced up. So, do not play this game but spending money is all upto yours. This is my re-edited opinion after playing the game for more than 10 hrs in total.

Es un juego de celulares, android. Y tiene bastantes bugs, como ser que se queda trabado en partes cercanas a la pared y uno debe dejarse morir o salir del mapa. Y para avanzar luego de algunos lvls hay que grindear un montón. Se basa principalmente en las microtransacciones de típicos juegos de android o de facebook, incluso da opciones como dar like en facebook y votar opr el juego a cambio de oro. Bastante pobre como sistema, luego de haber pagado por el juego, y que en ningún lado dé a conocer ésto de anterioridad, la verdad es que no lo recomendaría.

Soulcraft sucks. I ended picking this up in a bundle and based on the screenshots I thought that it might be a fun, simple action RPG and although simple there is no fun to be had here. The game was made for mobile devices and really doesn't translate well to PCs. The biggest problem is the entire game appears to have been designed around grinding and using microtransactions to lessen the grueling grind. The problem here is that they took out the microtransactions and gave a lot of starting gold; but it still feels like a chore and it's difficult to regain gold. There are also daily login gold bonuses and supposedly daily quests; but they appear to be broken. I was able to get them the first day I played; but they no longer roll over to another day. The timer for when then next bonus forever sits at 00:00, mocking me that although I deserve daily gold there will be no gold to be had.
Some other gameplay aspects that don't translate well to PC include:
- It feels really zoomed in. You can't see much around you due to how large/zoomed in everything appears.
- Lacks any sort of PC settings. I actually forgot what some of the key bindings were for spells; but there is no way to see or rebind what they are.
- The menus are difficult to manage due to unclear hierarchy and again having everything be too large for a PC form factor.
- Each level only takes 1 to 2 minutes to play through, which is too bite size for a PC game. It completely makes sense for a mobile game; but if you're trying to really become engaged in a game this format doesn't work well.
Overall, I would recommend avoiding this game unless you want a casebook example of why directly porting a mobile game to PC isn't a good idea.

First of all I've played more than 0.3 hours. It's been 2-3 or 4. Doesn't matter.
All has been said I'd assume, so I'm going to try and summarize the game briefly.
It's like a 3-legged kitten dressed up as an octopus. All the extras are there, but they're pretty pointless.
Go do something else with your life, and if you don't have anything else to do, think of something. You'll prolly be sad if you figure out I was right.
+ Gamepad doesn't work even though it says it should...works with other games though.
Pay to Win ARG for mobile, without the p2w elements on the pc port.
The last 20 levels are pointless, the loot system sucks, there are bugs.

Esse jogo é muito bom na versão mobile.
Trata-se de um RPG genérico padrão Kritika, mas que agrada justamente por sua simplicidade e linearidade.
A única forma que encontrei para executar o jogo foi forçando o modo 640 x 480 (que deixa o jogo com um visual não muito agradável...)
Os problemas de compatibilidade do jogo são gritantes para um título lançado em 2015, difícil recomendar.
OBS.: Sim, o jogo parece um Darksiders Mobile rsrs
Graphiquement, ça pompe pas mal l'univers Blizzard (armes et armures de WoW ainsi que certains décors, skin des anges et démons de Diablo 3). Y'a un moment où le clin d'oeil laisse place au plagiat.
Le Gameplay est trop basique : le zoom constant sur le personnage empêche de voir où on se déplace, il y a des flêches pour nous montrer où aller et où sont les ennemis. Notre personnage fait pratiquement la moitié de l'écran. Visuellement cela devient très vite oppressant et on a l'impression d'aller trop lentement.
La monnaie des pièces d'or s'épuisent plus vite qu'on n'en gagne, ce qui freine très vite l'intérêt qu'on a à poursuivre le jeu.
Et ce malgré la musique sympa.
Le système de craft qui permet d'améliorer le stuff est bien pensé, mais ça ne suffit pas

On s'attend à ce que des anges et des démons coopèrent et affrontent les humains. Tout ce que j'ai vu, c'est qu'on contrôlait un ange et qu'on tapait des démons. Aucun humain.

Good game..has a nice amount of action. I nominated this game for "The Soul Of Vitruvius" award. I hope you had fun with this game as much as I have.
En 2017, ce jeu reste jouable et amusant. Bien que le fait qu'il soit en qwerty et me casse un peu les bonbons, on peut se déplacer avec le clic droit donc ça minimise l'inconfort. Le début de la partie est bien guidé (même si au départ, il suffit d'avancer et de latter des monstres).
Le jeu est joli même si les graphismes ont un peu vieilli. Je pense que ce jeu pourra m'offrir quelques heures de fun.
Et vu le prix payé... 0.49€... je ne regrette pas mon achat. Par contre, il est clair que je n'aurais pas déboursé plus d'1€ pour ce jeu!

tiene una buena historia si uno se detiene a leer los dialogos, pocos requisitos y si bien los niveles son un poco repetitivos, te mantiene pegado al juego con los monstruos nuevos que van apareciendo y los distintos tipos de retos diarios
和当初的手机版没有什么太大区别。对于PC没有进行太多优化，界面UI依旧是手机版的。整体没啥好说，反正也就这么便宜，貌似还是有些玩头的，可以玩玩。喜+1吧。
打了几个小时，大概说说。进入游戏后，送你1000金币，买几件紫装，一路按着鼠标左键割草过去就行了。

A decent port of an Android game. This game is great to kill time when you don't have much time alotted to play anything at all.. if that makes any sense. Somewhat recommended if on sale or free.

Typical mobile game. Although it was sold on PC, you have to pay to win the game as on cellphone. Daily reward is very small. A lot things need to be unlocked by using real money. CPU has strange noise when open this game. NOT recommend.
우리가 잘 아는 《디아블로3》와 같이 쿼터뷰 시점으로 이루어진 RPG 장르인 [b]《영혼의 기술》[/b]이다. 솔직히 말하면 이 게임은 뭔가 애매하다. 게임이 완성된 듯 완성되지 않은 느낌이랄까? 좋게 말하면 무난한 RPG요, 나쁘게 말하면 특징 없는 양산형 RPG 중 하나라고 할 수 있겠다.

The game has been abandoned by the dev. Though you can still play through the main campaign and some extras, there are a number of features that utilize daily counters. However with the game abandoned, these features never unlock on the next day - the counters remain infinite. And for those few who like to pay for in game currency to help get items faster, the ability to purchase said currency is no longer available. Not a negative for myself, but can be for others.
The gameplay itself is entertaining only within the first couple stages. After that its "clunkiness" begins to wear on you. Go play Diablo III instead.

Игра довольно-таки хорошая. В ней есть что такое, что отдаляет вас в далёкий 2000 год и я бы даже назвал это фишкой данной игры так, как такой настольгии я ещё ни где не чувствовал.
+ игры:
1. Игра динамична и красочна.
2. В игре присутствует некая система крафта, в которой, как в рулетке сидишь и ждёшь рандомного бафа зависящего от типа руны, которой улучшаешь предмет, но перед этим тебе придётся найти ей в сундуке или авбить с монстра.
3. Игра своими короткими миссиями способна затянуть вас на долгое время.

1. По не известной мне причине у меня снизу торчит рабочая панель и это немного раздражает.
2. Несколько вкладок просто отказываются работать пример: ежедневные бонусы, а именно правая вкладка это раздела.
3. Однообразность миссий и монстров.
В заключение скажу что игра стоит того чтобы попасть в вашу библиотеку, но только по скидке.

mediocre RPG game and terrible port from mobile!
SoulCraft ist ein Nettes RPG game, welches ich nicht bereue gekauft zu haben. Es ist zwar immernoch ein Handy Import, jedoch dafür funktioniert das Gameplay verdammt gut. Das Menü hätte man noch überarbeiten können und auch die Level sind etwas einseitig, jedoch verfügen die Charakter und auch die Gegner recht nice skills, welche auch echt gefährlich sein können. Es ist ein guter anfang und ich denke ein Multiplayer oder zumindest nen Coop für raids o.Ä könnt ich mir echt nice vorstellen, wenns noch klassen zum healen beispielsweise gibt. Aber nagut, es wird ja als Offline game geworben.
Zudem könnte das Sichtfeld etwas größer sein, da dass ganze echt fett Skaliert rüber kommt.
Für den Preis, kann mans deffinitiv gespielt haben! :)

RPG слешер перекочевавший в Steam с мобильных платформ и по сути являющийся клоном "Dungeon Hunter" выпущенных на тех-же мобильных платформах и являющихся в свое время топовыми проектами в телефоно-планшетном мире. Короткий вводный сюжет, ежедневные награды, регулярно обновляемый магазин, специальные монетки для покупок крутых вещей, улучшение предметов, выбор умений... Вобщем стандартный набор для подобных игр. Всего в игре четыре компании, разделенные на несколько очень маленьких арен, где мы бьем мобов выполняя какое-нибудь самое простое для ума задание (убей всех врагов, уничтожь два портала, продержись пару волн атак и тп).

¥ Сделав перенос с Free to play в обычную платную версию, разработчики как могли старались выпилить донат... Нам сразу дается тысяча монет, на которые можно что-то купить, но дальше их зарабатывать очень сложно, а новые герои, питомцы, хорошее оружие - только за золотые монеты.
¥ Собранные души (вторая игровая валюта) почти никуда не используются.
¥ После второй главы сила монстров возрастает в разы и нам нужно будет перепроходить старые карты чтобы подтянуть уровень под мобов. Чем дальше, тем чаще это нужно будет делать.
¥ Слабый сюжет.
¥ Никакущая музыка.
¥ Достижения... Тут два минуса. Первый это достижения аля собери 1000000 чего-то, убей 10000 того-то и прокачай уровень который качать неделю... Второй минус это то, что замечены нерабочие достижения, может лично у меня? На форуме жаловались на другие ачивки, которые у меня работали...
¥ Монстры почти не имеют никаких умений и просто бегут на нас толпой атакуя, боссы конечно что-то могут, но и они выполнены ужасно.

Неудачный порт... А всего то и нужно было - убрать золотые монеты и заменить их ценами на души, а также снизить силу монстров после второй главы... Да проходилось бы за пару часов, но было бы интересно... А сейчас - не рекомендую.

Jogo simples, fácil e leve. Ótimo para relaxar e passar o tempo.
I picked this up from a Humble Bundle so I wasn't expecting much.
Besides from being an obvious port from tablet/mobile the game is okay. Nothing special, it just lacks depth that you would expect from a PC game. I put around an hour into it which was enough for me.
It's a pretty standard hack and slash RPG. Each level I did was completed in less than 2 minutes and during that time I was just running around with right click and spamming left click to attack. You do have some abilities but other than the E skill the others aren't really that fun or in interesting to use.
It's okay for some mindless monster killing but the £4 can be put to better use.
This game is a port from android version. There is a bug with daily gold claim, also the model was pay-to-win. At android version you need to pay real money in option to advance more your character and to gain strongest weapons. In pc version you gain to slow gold. There is no opton for paying real money to purchace gold. The only option u have is to play the dayly quests and u gain every 5 quests about 50-60 gold. I do not recoment this game or any game for this reason. Pay-to-win model is not fun for gamers.
Soulcraft è un ARPG progettato per dispositivi mobili ed importato su PC.
Considerando il suo prezzo ragionevole, non si possono avere pretese riguardo la grafica, che non è nemmeno bruttissima in realtà come anche l'audio.
Il gioco ha le tipiche meccaniche da dispositivi mobili, con premi per il login, missioni extra, possibilità di acquistare crediti con denaro reale ecc... In realtà molte limitazioni vengono rimosse o levigate per gli utenti PC in modo da non avere grossi problemi nell'avanzamento. Il gameplay è sorprendentemente semplice e divertente: ci si muove, si attacca e si lancia giusto un paio di incantesimi in missioni della durata media di 5 minuti. L'azione è andrenalinica e divertente, la parte della gestione dell'equipaggiamento un po' meno dato che si aggiorna solo quando si finisce una missione ma comunque è presente una certa profondità di build. Ovviamente gli equipaggiamenti migliori si acquistano solo con i crediti a pagamento (che comunque si possono vincere in quantità discreta completando missioni) e ad un certo punto sarete costretti ad utilizzarli per poter avanzare.
Vi chiederete allora perchè ho dato una valutazione negativa... Il mio gioco ha un problema grande: non si sincronizza col tempo del computer, andando avanti solo se il gioco è aperto. Siccome molte missioni e item si aggiornano con l'avanzare del tempo, ciò mi impedisce di proseguire speditamente e mi costringe a una quantità di grinding delle missioni che non sono disposto a fare.
Un vero peccato perchè questo gioco è molto più divertente di Sacred 3 a mio avviso
