Right from the start, the game impresses with its variety of categories and vehicles. From classic cars to modern WRC machines, there is evident care in representing different eras of rallying. Each car has its own behavior, requiring constant adaptation; it's not just about accelerating, it's about understanding the terrain and respecting the car's limits.

The gameplay attempts to balance simulation and accessibility. At times, it succeeds, especially when you feel the car alive on the more technical tracks. However, there are also inconsistencies; the physics can seem unstable, especially on more extreme terrain, which can frustrate those seeking a more refined simulation. Several times I got stuck without an option to reset the car, which was quite frustrating.

Visually, the game fulfills its role, but it doesn't stand out like Dirt 2 and Dirt 3 and the other sagas. The scenarios are varied and help with immersion, but they lack detail and polish compared to other titles in the genre. Still, the atmosphere manages to convey the solitude and intensity of rally racing well; you're against time and the road. There's a track where I don't remember the sound completely disappears, leaving only the engine sound.

The career mode is one of the interesting points, following Loeb's trajectory and allowing the player to evolve within the sport. It's a good idea, but it could be deeper and more engaging. It lacks that narrative factor that really makes you feel part of an epic journey.

In terms of sound, the game delivers a good job; the engines are convincing and contribute to immersion, especially when you rely on the audio to understand the car's behavior. However, I really liked how the co-driver announces each stage of the track and the voice actor they used in the game.

Overall, Sebastien Loeb Rally Evo is a game with good intentions and genuinely fun moments, especially for rally fans. However, it ends up falling short, not reaching the level of excellence of other more polished simulators, but it still offers a worthwhile experience for those who want to explore the world of rally. Ainda assim, a ambientação consegue transmitir bem a solidão e a intensidade do rally , vc contra o tempo e a estrada, tem uma pista o qual eu não lembro o som some completamente e fica só o som do motor.

O modo carreira é um dos pontos interessantes, acompanhando a trajetória de Loeb e permitindo ao jogador evoluir dentro do esporte. É uma boa ideia, mas poderia ser mais profunda e envolvente. Falta aquele fator narrativo que realmente te faça sentir parte de uma jornada épica.

No som, o jogo entrega um bom trabalho, os motores são convincentes e ajudam na imersão, principalmente quando vc depende do áudio para entender o comportamento do carro. No entanto, e gostei bastante de como o copiloto informa cada etapa da pista e o dublador q usaram no game.

No geral, Sebastien Loeb Rally Evo é um jogo com boas intenções e momentos genuinamente divertidos, especialmente para fãs de rally. Porém, ele acaba ficando no meio do caminho , não alcança o nível de excelência de outros simuladores mais polidos, mas ainda assim oferece uma experiência válida para quem quer explorar o mundo do rally, Eu particulamente me diverti muito com o jogo, e de minha parte vale o game.

I'm a sucker for a rally game, and this one has aged like a fine wine. It's still immensely playable and often on sale at ridiculous prices. It has a meaty career too. Definitely still worth playing, and the rallying presents a constant challenge.

has very good car feeling, however the menus are the worst thing I have ever seen, you need to put effort into making such a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ menu.
also there are quite a few great tracks and cars, and all the stuff they put in this game makes it quite a fun game. however all of the secondary features in the game make the game so painful to play.
also after nearly completing the game my save corrupted making me have to start from scratch which was a terrible sight. and the replay system was THE WORST and I mean WORST time reversing program

TLDR: good fun as long as you ignore anything to do with menus.

開始30分は操作方法で絶対ごたつくと思う。また他のレビューを見てわかる通り、操作方法以外にもデータセーブの方法も厄介。キーマウもパッドも反応しなかった時は驚いた。(現在はDualShock4でプレイ可の状態に)

上記の問題はまぁまぁ面倒くさいけど乗り越えたら普通に楽しい。最近の同系列ゲーム、例えばDirtRallyやらは無駄に重いうえ、サイズもでかい。でもこのゲームは多少古いってことを除けば、手軽に高品質なプレイができるから結構お勧め。
ていうかセール時は300円切るから、あんま文句言えないよねｗ

PS.オフラインプレイでも画面がカクつくのは何でなんやろ、FPS60でマシンスペックも余裕なのに(´;ω;｀)

Не туда не сюда. Не рекомендую. Sébastien Loeb Rally EVO местами приятно «медитативно» кататься: красивые пейзажи, машин хватает, и история Sébastien Loeb сама по себе интересная. Но чтобы закрывать активности, игра требует ехать максимально быстро — почти «как сорви-голова», и вот тут всё разваливается: управление на высокой скорости ощущается странно и плохо читается, отрабатывать ошибки непонятно как. Ручник — отдельное приключение: дёрнул не так — получай разворот. Возможно, с полным сетапом (руль/коробка/ручник) будет лучше, новичкам здесь делать нечего — игра в целом ощущается неочевидной и кривоватой.

Leider konnte ich meine Fanatec Wheelbase nicht konfigurieren?! Kein Mauspfeil zu sehen in der UI? Strange. Bei anderen Spielen kann man schon mit einem Basicsetup mit dem Wheel loslegen. Und wenn mal ein Button anders belegt ist gewöhnt man sich schnell dran oder man kann die Buttons einfach schnell mappen. Aber bei SLRally Evo war das unmöglich, schade!

I decided to pick the game up on sale, and I'm happy I did.
It seems the older complaints in regard to poor pc performance, etc, have been resolved. I'm playing at ultrawide 3440x1440, at 240hz without vsync (gsync monitor), and it is running very well.
The game controls quite nicely on an xbox controller, with full menu navigation support.
There's a large selection of cars and events from which to choose, including rallycross.
Definitely worth a try, as it is often available with all the dlc for $3

Jogo de Rally um tanto antigo, porém muito divertido de se jogar contendo vários modos de jogo e etapas variadas, aliás no quesito jogabiilidade, desempenho e diversão em jogo ele dá um banho em muitos concorrentes mais atuais do genero, hoje está disponivel com preço bastante assecivel que considero valer muito a pena para quem curte este tipo de jogo.

This is a brilliant arcade style rally game. The handling is quite forgiving compared to more recent rally games such as Dirt 2.0, WRC Generations or Assetto Corsa Rally. I played this when it first came out back in 2016 but wasn't keen, but in the decade since then my tastes have 'matured' so I appreciate the more 'arcadey' handling; and to be honest it's quite refreshing to play a more 'pick up and play' rally game that is reminiscent of the console rally games of the late 90s and early 2000s. There are plenty of real vehicles, loads of events in the career mode, and the Sebastian Loeb mode where you re-enact periods from his career are a nice addition. On a modern PC it runs very nicely too, and installing ReShade allows for some attractive additional visual options, such as bump mapping and bloom effects. A worthy and very playable rally game that doesn't get the recognition it deserves.

Dont get me wrong, its really a great game, the handling of the cars is heavy and they feel very nice to drive, theres a lot of variety of cars, however, theres a lot of annoying parts of the game that just makes me not wanna play it. First of all, the ''Confirm'' button when on freeroam is D and you cannot rebind it, so you have to play with arrow keys all the time, which i dont like. Just like every game on steam, its a living hell to even TRY to play the game with a PS4 controller, you cant change the binds of the controller to anything, because its broken or something. I tried connecting a Logitech G29, which the game didnt recognize for some reason, it seems like a lot of people are having the same issue too. The promise of this game is very nice and it has a lot of content to support it, but the game overall is just broken. Milestone, fix your game.

The game has a lot of technical issues. For me the arrow up does not work in menus and the cursor does not cycle. For some reason the wheel configuration is part of the game files. To get my Fanatec CSL DD enabled I had to mod the game data even though the compatibilty mode device is on the supported list. That also means that you tampered your game with and can't upload racing times. The force feedback is not too bad but basic in a sense that I don't feel that I can do proper weight transfers with it. When I set the refresh rate to something different to my monitor I get noticeable screen tearing. This seems like a poor console port.

Sébastien Loeb Rally EVO llega con ambición: un simulador/rally que busca capturar la esencia real del rally — etapas duras, cambios de terreno, muchos coches, historia de carreras — y en parte lo consigue. Pero lo hace con altibajos importantes, así que no es un juego para todos.

✅ Lo que me gustó / Sus puntos fuertes

Variedad brutal de coches y etapas: Tiene decenas de autos, desde históricos hasta modernos, y muchas etapas (asfalto, tierra, nieve, barro). Eso te da horas de juego, y si te gusta cambiar de coche o de terreno sin aburrirte, se agradece.

Diseño de etapas realista y exigente: Las rutas no son fácil paseo; muchas veces son angostas, con curvas traicioneras y cambios de superficie — eso lo acerca al rally real, donde un error te saca de la pista.

Sensación de conducción bastante “de rally” cuando le agarras el truco: Si te esfuerzas, puedes hacer derrapes, controlar bien el coche sobre tierra o asfalto, sentir las diferencias entre 2WD, 4WD, etc. Para quien busca un rally técnico más que arcade, tiene su mérito.

Opciones de ayudas y accesibilidad variable: Si recién entras en el mundillo, puedes activar ayudas (frenos, estabilidad, cambio automático) y suavizar la curva de aprendizaje; si quieres sim-rally serio, puedes quitarlas.

❌ Lo que no me convence / Sus puntos débiles

Física y manejo irregulares: A veces los coches se comportan raramente. En tierra pueden derrapar “demasiado”, en asfalto subvirar o sentirse pesados; hay saltos extraños tras choques o imperfecciones, lo que rompe bastante la inmersión.

Apartado técnico y gráfico desactualizado: Los escenarios muchas veces lucen vacíos, con texturas flojas, popping, poca “vida”. No destaca visualmente hoy día, y eso le pasa factura ante juegos más modernos.

Sonido y ambiente lejos de lo ideal: Motores, ambiente, efectos… fallan en inmersión. El sonido no transmite bien la potencia ni el agarre, y eso afecta la experiencia como simulador.

Dificultad elevada al principio, poca recompensa inmediata: Al arrancar puede frustrar: una curva mal tomada y estás fuera, un pequeño error y el coche vuela; no es un juego “fácil de disfrutar a la ligera”.

Modo online y comunidad débiles: Si esperas competición online activa, es probable que te lleves una decepción — no hay muchos jugadores, y las fallas técnicas son frecuentes.

🎯 Mi veredicto personal

Sébastien Loeb Rally EVO no es un título perfecto — de hecho, falla bastante en reproducir una experiencia “realista completa” — pero tiene momentos buenos: su colección de coches, variedad de tramos y la sensación de rally son atractivos, sobre todo si eres fan del género. Para alguien con paciencia, gusto por lo técnico y ganas de disfrutar algo crudo, puede dar muy buenos ratos. Si buscas gráficos de última generación o algo “fácil y casual”, mejor buscar otra cosa.

最近のラリーゲームには無いリワインドが使えるので、気楽に走れて楽しいです。
気負わずアクセル下手踏みで飛ばせるし、崖から滑り落ちても無かったことにできます。

初期状態だと画面描画とパフォーマンスに問題がありましたが、海外の人のコメントを参考に以下の設定をしたら改善されました。

ゲーム起動時のランチャーにある動画設定の項目で、解像度をモニターと同じにする。VSvncをフルレート。

NVIDIAコントロールパネルでこのゲームを指定して、

スレッドした最適化　オフ
ネガティブ LOD バイアス　クランプ
異方性サンプル最適化　オフ
トリプル　バッファリング　オン
最大フレームレート　60FPS
異方性フィルタリング　16x

に変更して適応。

他のレビューにあるオートセーブが機能しない問題は遭遇しませんでした。

I gave this one a shot after seeing a few reviews hailing it as an underrated challenger for DR1 and RBR. It's a very mixed bag. Sure, GPS stages and the cars on offer are very nice, and the career mode with all the info and Seb's involvement is awesome, but everything else falls short.

Cars look good but some proportions seem off. It's almost like the wheels are a bit too large and suspension too tall. It also doesn't help that in replays cars sometimes seem to float over ground.

Physics are way off. Feels like a slightly better Dirt game. NOT Dirt Rally game. Those are in a different league. Grip is all over the place on all surfaces in this one. So is damage. I barrel-rolled at 150km/h with the only side effect beyond the visuals being the car pulling slightly right. Finished the race only to see my front-right tyre was missing. So no noticeable impact of the misisng tyre despite being a FWD car.

The stages look...fine. but the road surface is so bland, with no variety. Can't hold a candle to DR1 or even the OG RBR. At least it has better location variety than both of those but that doesn't count for much if the quality is not there.

And the sound...omg how bad it can be on some cars. I always complained the Fabia sounded horrible in WRC Generations but this game takes the cake for terrible sound design. And it's not just engines. There's a severe lack of any other sounds. No wind noise, no gravel sound hitting the underside, just the odd suspension bonk. Some cars do sound good, but they're few and far between.

And yet I do recommend the game. As long as you approach it with the right expectations (not a sim, has some issues) this game can be a blast. There are so many different cars, some you can't find in any other rally game. There's also a lot of stages and events to participate in, and they're all interesting. And to top it off it runs perfectly on the steam deck, barely using any battery so you can rally for many hours.

After seeing that there are so many people that dislike this game, I have to leave a review right here.

First of all, you really have to keep in mind that this game is almost a decade old.
Since then, it seems like there have been some changes in the background, but nothing has really happened.

Physics-wise, this game is awesome! There are different road surfaces, you can drift all around the track or have almost no oversteer at all and it has a (for it's age) somewhat advanced damage model that will keep tearing apart your car if you hit it at the right spots. This is also taken into account when driving.

The graphics are 'okay' in the sens that it won't bother you, especially while driving. There are shaders, (post-)fx and anti-aliasing, but the graphics are pretty basic for today's standarts.
I, personally, think it looks fantastic and good enought for a "driving-focused", not so arcady, game.

Performance-wise, if your pc is somewhat newer, you might expect this to run fluently. But often times it doesn't. That's because this game has been optimised for cpus and gpus that are a decade old. This makes this game be pretty demanding on today's hardware, so you need at least a middle-class gpu from the current or last generation.

Overall, this game is still fun if you like rally-racing - just take into account that this game is almost a decade old and you should not expect the modern "quality", or, in other words, different game style from today.

Let us start first, and call what it is and what it isnt.
This isnt any kind of competitor to Dirt Rally.
This is a mid 2000s inspired Rally game by its Design and Physics.
with 2010s Graphics on top of it. it doesnt shine in any direction BUT
its not a bad game. its like lets say colin mc rally 2.0 from 2000 mixed with
the events of drive club. you never have the feel of beeing a rally driver
cause the event system BUT you still get deep enough into it to feel like

its on an ARCADE--|-------SIMULATION scale somewhere here from my point
of view.

In generall a nice funny game, which you can grab on sale if you dont expect new modern age games
and are okay with a mid 2000s style game..call it retro racer and give it a go.

another cheap found & the windshield & camera mod found in the web is working nicely; starting with peugeot 106 it is playable with xbox 360 controller but e.g. wrc 10 is at start playable with a xbox series x controller too but the stronger the cars the more a wheel is helpful & needed; it seems i'm interested into rallye-games since i watched eurosport rallye sport tv in the 90's often and played RALLY hours of hours as a youth

This game was much praised for the card handling engine and I had to try it. Imagine my disappointment when it did not even recognize my wheel (Simagic Alpha). So if you are planning to play it with a wheel, stay away.

Edit: Thanks to modding community I was able to get over my two biggest frustrations with this game. You can find them by searching “SLRE DASHBOARD+WINDSHIELD MOD by ATOMIC“ and “Come Over Gaming – RFPE (V0.2) Mod“. This helped me connect my wheel to the game and enjoy force feedback. Surely this prevents you from playing online since the game files are tampered with, but online is long gone anyways.

My god, this game is terrible. I got it for like 3 bucks with all DLCs, only bought it because it has Pikes Peaks, and I'm STILL disapointed.

First off, the interface. I've seen people saying it's bad, I thought it couldn't be THAT bad. It's just an inerface, right ? Boy was I wrong. Took me like 10 minutes to figure how to launch a race. Absolutely everything is hidden in sub menus. Once you make sense of it, it's better, but it's probably been designed by someone who had never used a computer before. Under the guidance of a blind man.

Then, the cars. Their behaviour is erratic and unpredictable. Not in itself, mind you, the same settings will produce the same effects. It's just that for every single race, the game will pre-set them for what it feels best (spoiler : often it is not), and then you can of course modify it. [b]Without the ability to test before starting the race[/b]. So you change ♥♥♥♥, and hope for the best. If it doesn't work, sure, restart the race...

But I don't mean "restart", as in the menu, no. I mean exit, then go through loading screen again, then modify your settings from the then-again defaut settings, and try again. Maybe this time it works as you want. Else, rince and repeat. You read that right, you CANNOT try settings before starting the race and you CANNOT return to change them without entirely resetting the whole thing.

Also, you're better off disabling every single driving assist. They legit make your life harder.

Oh, and while the car's physics is okay-ish at best but at least consistent, the environment is entirely made of bricks. Brick walls behave as brick walls. Tires stacks behave as brick walls. Freakin' [i]bushes[/i] behave as brick walls, FFS.

On races where you have AI cars, they all drive like they're alone on the track, will happily lock each others dead in the middle of the track and lock you with them, or just do barrel rolls for no apparent reason besides Artificial Idiocy.

10 years ago this game was probably meh already. Being endorsed by a legendary champion and having a sweet list of legendary cars doesn't make up for a mediocre game. But 10 years later... Well, not everything ages like fine wine.

There is some fun to be had, if you can deal with a ♥♥♥♥♥♥ UI and match your expectations according to a sub-par game with terrible user experience. I'm gonna do all Pikes Peak races for sure, but I doubt I'll touch anything else. I have migraines easily enough as is, I don't need anything to induce them.

Seriously, I have never played such an immersive game as this. Flown under the radar for years, and cursing I had not known about this title for such a long time. Started rallying as of 2005 with Colin McCrae and have tried many rally games that never hit the mark since. So glad I came across this by accident, and can not put it down. A true gem that no enthusiast should not have in there collection. And the price is so cheap it's a no brainer. Seriously, if you don't have this, you are missing out big time. Don't leave home without tit...Highly recommended.

SLRE has surprising very good physics, a great amount of rally cars that you wont find on other games and some well design stages. The gamemodes are consist of Rally, Rallycross and Pikes Peak Hillclimb like its competitor DiRT Rally. There is also some other gamemodes but they suck to play and they don't grand much of Reputation or Credits to advance in the Carrer. Unfortunately the game is pretty unpolished. The settings are severely lacking in options, the are a lot of graphics glitches, the collision physics are pretty bad and make gamemodes that you share the track with the AI very annoying to playing.

For how cheap you can get the Special Edition on sale I would say its worth playing if you are looking for Simcade Rally game.

Olha, pra ser bem sincero, o Sébastien Loeb Rally EVO é um jogo que, apesar de ter uns tropeços aqui e ali, entrega uma experiência de rally bem sólida e com bastante coisa pra fazer. A Milestone, que desenvolveu o jogo, aproveitou bem a parceria com o próprio Sébastien Loeb pra criar um modo carreira super legal e uma variedade enorme de carros e pistas.
Então, se você tá procurando um simulador de rally que não seja tão hardcore a ponto de te dar dor de cabeça, tipo o Richard Burns Rally ou o DiRT Rally 2.0, mas que ainda assim te desafie de verdade e te dê muito conteúdo – especialmente se você curte a história de uma lenda do esporte –, o Sébastien Loeb Rally EVO pode ser uma ótima pedida. Ainda mais se você conseguir pegar ele numa promoção, aí vale super a pena! Só fica ligado que os gráficos e o áudio talvez não sejam os mais modernos, e a otimização pode variar um pouco dependendo de onde você for jogar.

Dont let this game foul you, this is a proper piece of kit.

Maybe the graphics arent top notch, but the physics in this, even in a controler, felt better than some sims, and this is somewhat a sim-cade.

Good veriaty of cars and tracks with some unicorns and its one of the best plug and play rally games out there, but theres also the learning curve to extract the best out of the car.

とにかく操作感が悪い。
高速になるほどハンドルの切れが敏感になりすぎ、車はあさっての方向へ飛んでいく。
一度コントロールを失った車はクラッシュするまで止まらない。
切れがいいというレベルではなく、調整でなんとかなるものでもない。
他のどのレースゲームをやってもこんな操作感のものはない。

Even having bought on sale I'm debating refunding this game. I know I don't have much time played but this is my experience so far, there are weird handling physics where the front of the car swings side to side and kinda floats along the road, making it impossible to drive in a straight line, there are no options in game to change graphics settings (you would have to restart the game and a window pops up before the game launches to change these settings). Also you cant change keybinds or controls in game as there are just no options to do so. Wheel support for this game is awful also. The game is poorly optimised, even with mediocre graphics this game is still laggy and is artefacting in my case. The game overall feels janky and unpolished. I think with some getting used to how the cars handle this game might be fun but there are so many other games that provide a way better experience that i just don't see how owning this game is justifiable.

Estou gostando do jogo. Interface e dublagem em português. Achei a modelagem e texturas da vegetação muito boas. O terreno deveria ter mais polígonos mas as texturas são boas. Uso um controle compatível com xbox 360 e achei a dirigibilidade muito boa. No momento que escrevo esta análise ele está em promoção (R$ 9,95 o jogo base, R$ 14,95 a Special Edition). Neste preço, com certeza imperdível.

Basicamente não é pra mim.

- O feeling de direção dos carros é ruim. Mesmo em linha reta, eu sinto que o carro vai se desviar devido aos constantes balanços do carro;

- A linha do traçado e imprecisa. Mesmo quando você está perto da linha de chegada, o jogo continua mostrando traçados adiante, como se ainda tivesse mais pista para andar. Além disso, o traçado muitas vezes indica momentos de frear (vermelho) quando você facilmente pode manter uma velocidade razoável (amarelo) ou até mesmo a velocidade máxima (verde). Nem preciso dizer que pra quem busca fazer o melhor tempo, você perde uns bons resultados com essa imprecisão.

- A falta de freios ABS nas configurações tornam as jogatinas até desafiadoras com curvas mais pensadas, mas quando você domina isso, jogando no médio fica muito fácil de ganhar as partidas;

- A dificuldade é muito simplória e meio inútil: você só pode escolher entre o fácil, médio e difícil. O que limita os ajustes de dificuldade caso você queira ir escalando aos poucos

Além disso, você não é recompensado por desligar assistências, jogar limpo ou na maior dificuldade. Então pode jogar despretensiosamente que você tá safe;

- O progresso é completamente solto. Você pode entrar em qualquer evento de qualquer categoria com muita facilidade, o que perde a falta de progresso gradual. Basta você ter grana suficiente para comprar um carro da categoria que você quer jogar ou ter pago a versão mais completa do jogo para pegar categorias adicionais que vieram nas DLCs;

- O jogo bizarramente ainda tem bugs gráficos ridículos (joguei na melhor qualidade possível): arvores ou outras coisas gráficas aparecerem por 1 frame a frente da tela ou no céu (felizmente é só algo visual, mas ainda assim incomoda) e leves mas constantes stutters no modo de Rallycross. Justamente duas coisas que atrapalham a performance geral de um jogo desse estilo.

É um jogo que dá pra se divertir por um tempo com os modos e a boa quantidade de carros e pistas, mas não acho que é o melhor do gênero rali. Ainda recomendo os Dirts 1 ao 3, caso você busque um estilo mais arcade que simulação. Mas como eles já foram tirados da Steam, o que restou foi esse de forma legal.

The AI is bad and the career mode is boring, the graphics and sounds are from the early 2000s. The good stuff are the car list and content is plenty, and you get a Loeb interview with the game. Jóia Escondida nos jogos de rally. Ótimo em conteúdo, tanto de carros e pistas.
Gosto de jogar no controle e com a câmera em terceira pessoa, levando isso em consideração considero a jogabilidade boa, não tão realista quanto em jogos como Dirt Rally, mas por isso também menos frustrante.
Gráficos bons, lista de carros excelente, contando com muitos carros modernos e muitos clássicos, todos licenciados e muito bem feitos.

Preço base é um pouco alto mas entra frequentemente em boas promoções, recomendo nessas oportunidades

i honestly cant recommend this game as much as i enjoyed some of it, it not only has a lot o QoL problems and bugs that get annoying over time, but at moments it feels like the game doesnt know what it wants to be.

to begin with u need to get some mods to even play with interior cam because the camera is not centered and the windshield breaks from thin air. the handling is good but inconsistent, some cars handle heavy on tarmac but then on gravel they have enormous levels of grip and others behave light but then its impossible to go straight in gravel for some reason, and many other cars like that. then the "campaign" is just complete missions to get money to buy cars, at least u get to try most cars but it gets boring quick and the last part is that the loeb section doesnt let u setup cars, something extremely important given that if u dont tune them most cars are straight up undriveable.

if u want to try it after what ive said, get it in discount when its $2usd and do the loeb events. if after that u are ok with how the game works and want to test other cars go ahead, otherwise refund.

Sébastien Loeb Rally EVO es otro de los tantos juegos tapados que ha lanzado Milestone, pero a diferencia por ejemplo de lo que fue Gravel, un juego que tiraba más por lo arcade, aquí siento que falla en lo principal que es brindar una buena experiencia de rally. Claramente una una propuesta bastante irregular en lo jugable, con una conducción y unas físicas que no me terminaron de gustar y también algunos fallos técnicos a lo largo de todo el juego que no hacen más que empeorar la experiencia.

Todo en su gameplay me llego a parecer frustrante empezando por su conducción, que no llegue a entender si quisieron hacer un simulador o algo más tirando arcade o que esta en un punto medio sin pulir. No seré un experto en juegos de simulación pero es que aquí cada unos de los vehículos no me terminaron de convencer, y peor aún casi todos se la pasan patinando sin sentido en cada una de las rutas y en las curvas es aún peor, derrapan al más mínimo descuido y en muchas ocasiones es bastante molesto el controlarlos, lo cual poco a poco se va volviendo muy frustrante en las horas de duración. También sumarle las horribles físicas que tienen cada uno de ellos, que por cualquier error, la mayoría se terminan por volcar muy fácilmente por pasar por una superficie elevada, o todavía peor, el salir volando exageradamente por salirse un poco de la ruta y terminar por romper todo el vehículo.

Además de la pésima jugabilidad también sumarle el horrible diseño de cada una de las pistas, que la mayoría se resume en simplemente una carretera muy estrecha y que abusa muchísimo de este tipo de pista, y muy pocas con rutas más abiertas, o con algunos detalles extras en algunas. Aquí no hay una ruta muy elaborada con partes bien diseñadas, todo se resume a una simple ruta repetitivamente aburrida en todo momento, y que además son bastante pocas, por lo que a lo largo de la campaña tocara pasar por las mismas una y otra vez.
Tampoco quiero olvidarme de varios problemas técnicos que todavía se encuentran presentes en el juego, como ser los horribles efectos de sonidos que tienen los vehículos, siendo de una horrible calidad y que afecta a la mayoría de autos del juego. También sumar que hay veces que increíblemente se le ocurre presentar problemas de rendimiento, ya que da algunos tirones y bajando los fps, hasta incluso cargar muy tarde algunos objetos en pantalla y que se nota que sus desarrolladores ni se molestaron en arreglar.

[*]La conducción de los vehículos me pareció muy mala, donde se cada uno se la pasa patinando en todo momento sobre las rutas, además de las horribles físicas de los mismos, que al más mínimo desequilibrio en las rutas, estos salen volando o volcando tontamente.

No esperaba mucho de este juego de rally, pero tan poco esperaba que fuera tan mediocre y que pocas veces en la campaña llegue a disfrutar, sintiéndose muy anticuado, incluso ya para el año en que salio originalmente. Es un titulo que la verdad para nada recomiendo por su bajo nivel de calidad, que si aunque por lo menos tuviera un gameplay decente podría perdonar el resto de apartados.

実は結構リアル寄り、ACRallyをマイルドにしたような感じ
古いだけありビジュアルもサウンドもかなり地味、一部は酷いもんではありますが、安いし軽いし、この手のゲームにはかなり珍しい車輛も多く
ゲームモードもよくできていて結構遊べます。この手のゲーム好きならかなりおすすめ。

Bought it for 1.99€. Nice graphics and nice atmosphere. Many tracks and cars. Unfortunately there are no setting options for hand control and the lousy basic setting with way too big deadzones makes the game nearly unplayable.

I tried it in with my Thrustmaster T500 RS when it was new for PS4 in 2016 and remember there was many problems both whith steering and button mapping. I have read that more modern equipment is not supported at all, so I cannot recommend this to anyone in 2025.

I bought the special edition for $2.99, its routine sale price. Having now played the entire game, I'd say it's worth that price and not much more. At full price, it shouldn't be considered.

The game has a lot going for it. The physics are unremarkable for a 2016 game, but overall decent. (If you've played a Milestone game before, you know what to expect). It has a solid selection of cars from every era of rallying, a good track selection with well-designed stages, and a bunch of different event types. Its two campaigns serve as passable time-wasters even though I would've preferred a hierarchical career to the "choose from a bunch of random events" style. The damage system is also okay for what it is (no softbody deformation).

The downsides won't surprise anyone who's seen what schedule and budget constraints do to video games. Basically, it feels unpolished. Engine sounds, AI times, opponent behavior, the camera, collisions, drifts, drift scoring (in the drift events), jumps, track surfaces, prop hitboxes, and probably a slew of other things I'm not remembering right now—they all possess the common trait of having undesirable quirks, quality issues, or both. Some of these could be considered bugs, but not all. The AI, for example, is just bad. It's also rather curious that there are no rallycross cars for the rallycross events. And lastly, the game doesn't feel like it can handle its fastest vehicles.

There are some noteworthy bugs. Namely, it can hang at 100% when loading a stage and has to be quit via Task Manager. It also decided to start a new game at launch one time and almost certainly would've overwritten my progress with a new savegame if I hadn't done ALT+F4 before it had the chance. I noticed incorrect occlusion culling on some tracks, and the motion blur option can cause visual artifacts. At least there are no performance issues to speak of, but a vsync option has to be chosen in fullscreen or it'll lock to 60 FPS.

All in all, it's an alright game. Not bad, not good, just very middling. Then again, that describes most Milestone games. It really tries and doesn't quite get to where it needs to be, but when the price is this low it's hard not to put out at least a soft recommendation for it. If this is the sort of game you enjoy, it can be a bit of fun.

Sébastien Loeb Rally EVO parece um jogo que faltou um pouco mais de tempo para ele ser desenvolvido sendo que você enxerga claramente que é um jogo com um ótimo potencial que foi jogado de lado pela produtora, o campeonato dele é excelente dividido em eventos com etapas mistas além das corridas tradicionais de Rally você conta com pistas de competição, traçado perfeito, nocaute entre outros, inclusive a deliciosa subida de Pikes Peak no estado do Colorado-USA, muito gostoso de fazer ela com seu Peugeot 106, demorei 12 minutos para chegar ao topo com aquela lata velha.

Você tem inclusive etapas especiais que o próprio Sébastien conversa contigo trazendo uma imersão boa para tentar superar os desafios que o piloto profissional te propõe.

A imagem dos carros é bem detalhada e muito bem reproduzida principalmente se você levar em conta que é um jogo lançado em 2016, pistas foram bem criadas e o traçado é convidativo para você tentar vencer. Embora seja leve me pareceu que estava rodando meio engasgado mesmo estando no máximo dos frames por minuto.

Compre se estiver barato e divirta-se, mais voltado para quem gosta de um misto de simulação com arcade exagerado.

Pontos positivos:
Dublagem excepcional é muito emocionante contornar as curvas e pular as lombadas com a narração do copiloto no seu idioma materno, e o mais interessante é que ele é completo cantando inclusive a velocidade máxima para aquele trecho.

Pistas são um desafio e tanto maioria delas não permite um grão de areia de erro, bem apertadas e traiçoeiras com um belo visual.

Conteúdo enorme de descrição dos carros e sua importância nas corridas, coisa rara de se ver em jogos. Abundante oferta de carros nas mais variadas categorias, senti apenas a falta do clássico Vauxhall Astra.

Boa customização das cores dos veículos e criação do seu time, aplicando-se fácil a cor de fábrica ou a do seu time sem precisar ter que fazer carro por carro.

Pontos negativos:
Áudio é horrível faltou muitas horas de dedicação aqui, o que é um contraste absurdo com a dublagem excelente.

Não tem como escolher qual tipo de pneu para o terreno, até no MS-DOS jogos de Rally tinham esse recurso. O que é curioso pois você pode mexer em vários aspectos da suspensão que afetam diretamente o comportamento do pneu.

É muito difícil sem ajuda na frenagem, caso você não ative as assistências mesmo colocando o tempo dos adversários no fácil não tem como vencer, todavia, quando se ativa os recursos o jogo se torna completamente arcade e artificial.

Capotagem é esquisita e não se gastou muito tempo com esse mecanismo essencial da corrida, os danos tanto visuais quanto físicos são bem patéticos. Além disso não mostra a destruição durante o percurso, você não sabe o que está quebrando para tentar preservar o carro.

Não funciona mais o multiplayer e os recursos extras online.

Polecam gre , fajny klimacik , ciężkie wyzwanie . Polecam zagrać na kierze co daje dodatkowe wyzwanie , ja osobiście wyłączyłem wszystkie sponagacze itd. I czuje się prawie jak w symulatorze na miarą dirt rally 2.0 . Oczywiście gra ma minusy takie jak grafika i mało rajdów które ja już znam prawie na pamięć ale nie zniechęcą mnie to po odcinki są bardzo dobre i mam chęć przejechania go już setny raz nowym autem lub moim ulubionym . Wracajac jeszcze do fizyki według mnie jest ona prawie symulatorem i w niektórych sytuacjach np na mokrym lub zamarzniętym częściowo asfalcie jest wręcz jak w realnym życiu , niestety na minus jest zbyt wielka lekkość aut gdzie czasami głupia dziura lub wziniesienie może się wybić w powietrze lub sprawić że przez kolejne 10 s bedziesz dachował . Podsumowując jeżeli grałeś w wrc np na kierze i chcesz zobaczyć sobie przed zakupem dirta jak mniej więcej wyglada symulacja to ta gra właśnie to ci umożliwią. Polecam ja kupić na promocji w wersji z dod bo to koszt 20 zł a da ci dużo frajdy ( oczywiście odradzam kupna tej gry za pełna cenę )

落下防止等にカーブ外側に張られる安全の為のテープというか紐というか、ラリーではよく見かけると思います
その黄色のテープがチラチラ点滅して表示されるのですが、1か所だけでなく結構な範囲でその現象が起こり、更にコースが変わっても一部同じ現象を確認しました
2025年時点のレビューになりますが、なんで修正しないのか…
グラフィックはスクショを見ると中々良さそうに思うかも知れませんが、実際にプレイしてみると現時点の評価では及第点にも満たないんじゃないかと思います
発売時点での精一杯の愛情を込めて作られたグラフィックは、時間が経ってもプレイヤーに愛され続けるものですが、このゲームの場合前述のテープの点滅すら修正する気がないようで悲しさを覚えます
またゲーム内容は[u]ただただ極めて普通[/u]
楽しむ力があればまぁまぁ楽しいし、批判的だとその思いを払拭する事ができない、そんな程度のものかと…
ゲームは相性なのでこのゲームを思いっきり気に入る人も居るとは思いますが、恐らくですが多くのレースゲームファンに響く作品とは僕は思えないです
