I view Sairento as a futuristic cyberpunk Japan with the ability to accelerate through time (aka bullet time). With an impressive amount of weapons, and the ability to upgrade your weapons and armor with varying traits, there are tons of ways to fight your opponents. There are also multiple skill trees to enhance your agent.

The campaign/story is very light. Stop the bad guy and his henchmen from taking over the city. That doesn't take long, so the real gameplay here is different missions you can undertake in the city, such as Assassinate a crime boss or Eliminate a gang from a city block. You'll play a lot of missions, but they're quick. Usually less than 5 minutes each.

The game itself it definitely a blast. My only complaint is, once you get good (around level 100), you will be able to destroy anything the game throws at you. Although that is always satisfying, the challenge part of the game disappears. I played levels 100-1000 at the highest difficulty (one hit kills you) and rarely died, while clearing out a room of 40+ guys in less than a minute. It's crazy fun, but eventually I moved on.

I do not know who gave very positive reviews... My control settings don't really work... I kind of set it up at the very beginning. But 180 degrees when pressing back? Click on the left stick? I went into the settings again and the game completely broke down... With the initial settings, the character is barely walking, is this how it should be? Something was said about the slide when you sit down. I still haven't found it... Other languages? Well, only on the menu and only 50 percent... THIS IS UNBEARABLE!

The difficulty curve for this game needs some serious tweaking. It is way too difficult for the first few hours and while i imagine this will be alleviated with more skill unlocks and better equipment, and because you get more practice at the game....thats not a solution. I could only just barely beat some missions on the difficulty above normal, where as some others were almost impossible, and i cant see how the max difficulty is supposed to be possible even WITH skill unlocks.

Could i have tried to drop the difficulty down to normal, or even easy? Sure. I could have, and some of my problems may have gone away but im of the opinion that the three "base" difficulties of ANY game, easy, normal, and hard, should not in any require anything other than skill to complete and anything above that is for stuff that needs extra gear or abilities etc.

The "Slow mo" called "Acceleration" in this game, is honestly pretty terrible. The gameplay videos on the store page show one clip where the player is in slow mo for a good 10-15 seconds but in game, right now, at least with no skills, slow mo starts and ends within a second. Whos idea was this?
I did look it up online and apparently one developer comment, in response to a similar concern, said "We will add it as a relic" (equipable item). No. That's stupid.
Plus, it was honestly hard to tell if i was even in slow mo at times. I struggled to even complete the shooting tutorial because the slow mo is just that terrible, barely lasting long enough for you to fire a single shot. Meanwhile, you can use slowmo for as long as you want while you have the jump arc visible, so long as you have the resources to maintain it. Why cant the same be true for the actual slow mo button? Why do i need to be pre-jump or backflipping just to keep slowmo going for an amount of time that i can actually even see its happening, let alone use it?

There is no sprint button, and instead you're expected to make generous use of jumping, and dashing (which is basically just a jump, annoyingly). At least make the move speed faster! Because the move speed normally is just walking speed. Doesnt jive well with how the game works if im being honest. As a result you end up jumping and dashing 90% of the time and so you cant ever do anything SKILLFUL (alongside the slow mo issues i mentioned before) because you can just dash in to people with swords out and kill them that way.
Jumping and dashing, also, can sometimes cause you to become stuck on terrain and require you to dash/jump out again. Sometimes movement is disabled at random until you do so, as well. And dont tell me there is no buttons to allow for a sprint button - On meta quest 3, i had 4 different buttons that let me bring up the jump arc, two on each controller. Technically, i actually had 5!

Furthermore i was only able to beat some missions through generous use of backflipping which even as someone who no longer experiences motion sickness from VR, made me quite nauseous.

Exploration isnt really rewarded, though i wont mark the game down for that as its not its focus. Still, its quite disheartening to see. Outside of enemies, you cant really interact with your environment which is for me at least, at least half the fun of VR. Let me pick things up or throw an obstacle in my enemies path! Anything!

Finally, the checkpoints in the story missions were honestly pretty terrible. Usually, they were before dialogue so every time you died you had to go back and listen to unskippable dialogue once again and what makes it worse is that usually, this dialogue is going on while enemies are still roaming around nearby and so you cant even just jump around or explore while you're listening, or risk alerting the enemies before you're ready. Mission 2(?) of the story is especially guilty of this, the one where you need to protect a server.

I got this on sale for the (current) recorded low price of £7.81 in the 2025 winter sale. If it were £4 or even (maybe) £5, i would have probably kept it, perhaps some of my issues with the game would have been alleviated after getting more skill points, better equipment, and with more practice. But as it stands, its a bit too much to ask for something i get a poor first impression of due to difficulty with a "MAYBE" solution in the future, well past the refund window. I didn't pay that just to be perpetually frustrated.

I will say however that i waited until basically the full 2 hour mark before i made my mind up on if i was going to get a refund for the game because i WAS having fun with the game, when i wasnt dying all the time, but i ultimately was not convinced that, compounded by my other concerns, that i would enjoy it for much longer.
If the game goes on sale again, for a marginally lower price, i'll probably pick it up again but as of right now, it was a bit too much money for something i had such a troubled experience with.

currently trying to 100% and i cannot recommend it enough, though its asking price may be a bit much considering multiplayer is abandoned, getting it on sale is probably the best decision. it runs below 60 fps during some parts of the game but im too busy backflipping and shooting to care. im a huge fan of cyberpunk and mirrors edge and it feels like this game would be the child.

The description of this game is absolutely correct—Sairento is a perfect example of what VR gaming is all about. Sairento is what you get when you take the most stylish movement shooters, blend them together, and transform it into virtual reality. Being able to do triple jumps, wall slides, and slow-motion backflips is exhilarating even in flatscreen titles, but is an entirely unique and thrilling feeling in VR. While the gameplay is all fairly similar, the different modes of play between Campaign, Challenges, and 5 different types of Missions help create variety, especially with the fairly large number of maps in the game. The difficulty scaling is great, making it easy to pick up but difficult to master, and there’s a lot of class customization leading to different styles of play. The atmosphere created by the visuals and sound also fit perfectly within the game’s cyber-ninja aesthetic. But by far, the gameplay is the best part of Sairento—there’s genuinely nothing out there that feels this good to play. Sairento VR is a must-play for anyone who has a VR headset (once you’re used to moving a lot in VR—otherwise it will definitely make you motion sick!!)

This, ladies and gentlemen, is the MOST cyberpunky VR game out there.
Laser swords, neons, Tokyo, cybernetically augmented enemies in samurai armor, bullet time, ability to jump around the walls.

The arsenal impresses from the first sight, you got everything from shurikens to ATGMS, from a relic sword to a plasma blade.

All blades feel powerful, all guns feel impactful and punchy.

Oh, and it also offers a lot of weapon customization options, like adding trinkets which improve some stats of a weapon.

N.B! There is a caveat, there is a lot of jumping and backflipping, so be careful. Although, this game is by far the VR title which conveys absolute freedom of motion the best. AAAnd there is a hell lot of verticality to put your movement abilities to the test.

Overall, great game for a fair price. Can recommend it to all VR enthusiasts out there.

Super fun, with many playstyles available. I think the devs' new game Hellsweeper is better, but Sairento is also great and simpler than Hellsweeper. I prefer playing with the bow and katana in backhand grip. To take full advantage of the game, you'll need strong VR legs.

He estado experimentando con la VR y los shooters, y tengo que decir que este título me ha sorprendido para bien. No es mi rollo el tema futurista, pero al final te acostumbras, te inmersionas y lo disfrutas. Es lo que prometen: Kill Bill y Matrix. Armas variadas entre varias pistolas, automáticas, espadas, escopetas y rifles. Además, puedes ponerles mejoras. Peleas cuerpo a cuerpo y a distancia. Eso sí... al rato marea un poco (Al menos a mi). Ten en cuenta que vas saltando de pared en pared, y cayendo a altas distancias... y da un poco de vértigo. En resumen... recomendado. Algún día probaré el multijugador.

I don't usually write steam reviews, but this game prompted me to.

This game looks enticing, but in practice is very clunky, [b]has no tutorial[/b] and overall feels half put together, like most older titles "made for enthusiasts", where the main selling point was only that it was in VR.

So, how do you do stuff? Heck if the game explains, even in the first startup. It prompted me to "press the grab button"(which is kinda obvious, but there were no visual cues or explanation of what that was).

I bought it on a sale and did not spent much on it, but it was not worth it.

I highly recommend this title with some major caveats.

First off, 30 bucks is quite a steep price. Wait for a sale. Second, the learning curve and the amount of options and weapon load outs you can have is crazy. This can be a good or bad thing depending on you. I personally liked testing out all the different options and preferences you can tweak to make the game feel perfect for me. Some folks may find it a bit overwhelming. I will admit by default the game is a little janky. I probably spent a good hour+ just messing with settings and testing out different play styles and loud outs.

After I found a play style/settings/weapon load outs that I really enjoyed, killing enemies, flipping in bullet-time slow-mo and wall running is so friken fun.

There's a story here but...not really lol. You're basically a sci-fi futuristic ninja/samurai assassin that can double/triple jump, wall run, ground slide, back flip and activate bullet-time all while slicing with swords, unloading clips, throwing ninja-style weapons, blasting faces with shotguns etc...

The game is far from perfect. I wish there was another game that had this kind of game play that was more updated, polished and kept up-to-date.

Sairento VR ist ein ganz schön **m0d3RnE5** Spiel. Beutetruhen, Daily Quests und haufenweise Loot in verschiedenen Seltenheitsstufen. Dazu Skilltrees, vier verschiedene Ingame-Währungen, Gameplay-Modifikatoren für auf Wunsch anspruchsvollere Missionen, ... - kurzum eine Menge Holz, das den Wiederspielwert steigern soll.

Doch so ganz zündet dieser Wust an Systemen nicht. Es ist schon ein gutes Gefühl, eine Waffe mit einer Verbesserung aufzumotzen, die neun Prozent mehr Schaden verspricht. Aber ich müsste lügen, um zu behaupten, dass mir irgendeine Verbesserung im Eifer des Gefechts wirklich aufgefallen ist.
Alles in allem wirkt das ganze Drumherum ein bisschen aufgesetzt. Dazu ist das Menü so verschachtelt, dass man von manchen Features vielleicht nie etwas erfährt.

Doch hier kommt der springende Punkt: Diese Schwächen waren mir eigentlich komplett egal! Sairento VR ist auf all das gar nicht angewiesen, weil das Kerngameplay so viel Spaß macht. Vielleicht nicht für endlos viele Stunden, aber muss ja auch nicht immer.

Als hochgradig mobiler Ninja schnetzeln wir uns durch ein futuristisches Tokio, wie es nur in der virtuellen Realität möglich ist. Wir gehen in die Hocke, um auf dem Boden zu sliden und rudern mit unserem Katana, um währendessen die Gegner vor uns umzumähen. Dank Dreifachsprüngen und Wallruns ist unsere Bewegungsfreiheit nur durch die Levelbegrenzungen limitiert.

Auf Wunsch können wir bei genug Chakra-Energie jederzeit in den Zeitlupenmodus wechseln, was sich genau nach dem richtigen Grad an Kontrolle im Chaos anfühlt. Es ist ein fantastisches Gefühl, in Slow Motion im Sprung den Bogen auszupacken und eine ganze Batterie an Pfeilen auf unsere Feinde loszulassen.

Doch der Move, der für mich den Vogel abgeschossen hat, ist der Salto. Für den heben wir einfach im Sprung die Hände und drehen uns dann einmal in dynamischer Zeitlupe um die eigene Achse. Wenn wir dabei dann im Akimbo-Style Blei auf die Gegner herabregnen lassen oder mit dem Katana gerade so den Kopf eines Feindes erwischen - perfetto! Das gehört ernsthaft zu den coolsten Moves, die ich in der VR bisher erlebt habe.

[b]Tödliche Ninja-Gadgets[/b]
Das Katana und den Bogen hab ich schon erwähnt. Das durchaus üppige Waffenarsenal bietet aber auch reichlich klassische Schießeisen, einen Raketenwerfer und Wurfwaffen wie die traditionellen Shuriken. Alle sind von Beginn an freigeschaltet - eine gute Entscheidung, weil wir so nach Lust und Laune mit dem Loadout experimentieren können.

Das Handling und Nachladen ist simpel gestaltet, was mir bei dem hohen Pacing auch als passend erscheint. Mit den Wurfsachen hab ich kaum etwas getroffen und dafür machten sie zu wenig Schaden.
Die anderen Waffen haben sich alle gut angefühlt - auch wenn ich zwei, drei Exemplare ausgemacht hab, die ich deutlich stärker als der Rest fand.
Das Katana war für mich am spaßigsten, weil es hervorragend mit dem Movement harmoniert und man (passiv) sogar Kugeln damit ablenken kann.

Und wer jetzt denkt, huiuiuiuiuiuiuiuiuiuiuiuiui, verträgt mein Magen das Ganze überhaupt? Weiß ich nicht, aber zumindest bietet Sairento VR Anpassungsoptionen in Hülle und Fülle. Übrigens, schaut mal, vielleicht müsst ihr den hypercoolen Salto dort sogar erst aktivieren, damit der Move funktioniert.

[b]Die Kampagne und das Leveldesign[/b]
Neben zufälligen, ständig wechselnden Missionen (die sich trotzdem schnell wiederholen), gibt es in Sairento VR auch eine Kampagne. Die erzählt uns etwas über einen Hack auf neuraler Ebene, der die Machtverhältnisse in ganz Japan erschüttern könnte. Als Agentin kommunizieren wir regelmäßig mit unserem Operator - die Geschichte wird also hauptsächlich über Funkdialoge vorangetrieben.

Und ja, doch: Ich bin vielleicht der erste Mensch, der überhaupt etwas über diese Kampagne schreibt, doch mir mir haben die Storyansätze und Entwicklungen tatsächlich ganz gut gefallen. Es ist leicht, sie einfach zu überhören, aber trotz der unspektakulären Präsentation merkt man, dass hier jemand mehr Gedanken investiert hat, als ich erwartet hätte. Das Finale fällt dann aber der Open End-Struktur des Spiels zu Opfer, die einem wirklichen Abschluss der Geschichte im Weg steht.

Das Leveldesign der Kampagnenmissionen ist oft eher uninspiriert, in einem Fall sogar haarsträubend schlecht umgesetzt. Mit all der Movementfreiheit hätte man sicher noch deutlich mehr machen können. Auch die Gegnertypen des Spiels hat man nach drei Missionen alle gesehen.

Die optische Qualität variiert stark. Die Außenareale sind oft detailliert gestaltet und haben einen gewissen Retro-Mid2000er-Shooter-Flair. Die Innenareale weisen meist kaum Details auf, außerdem fällt hier die extrem simple Lichtsetzung besonders stark auf.

Buyer beware: most reviews were written in a time where VR was still relatively novel, and so any game that did more than "teleport movement and look around at environments" became notable.

Sairento VR is one of those. It's a painfully early-VR title in it's jank (The way player scaling and arms work, the clunky menus, the finnicky reloading and weapon two-handing), its incredibly simplistic gameplay (You can shoot and jump around. Shooting doesn't feel particularly good. Jumping feels okay but if you want to get precise with it, it's a bit annoying.), and its god awful visuals. Seriously, this game looks bad, the store promotional media feels like a lie. At max settings expect to see maps without lighting and assets created in an hour. On top of that the game has a weird shoe-horned in stat system, meaning enemies get noticeably spongey and you need to do all this stat upgrading stuff to keep up. You have to loot enemies manually which is annoying in whats such an arcadey game. There's daily log-in rewards, as if this were a mobile game? (It sure LOOKS like a mobile game.), And finally -- what made me drop this game -- you're forced to do filler missions to continue the campaign. The story might as well not exist for how boring it is. It's insane to me how this thing is still sold for 30 USD. I still would not buy this if it were 12 USD. Thankfully, I purchased this via an external retailer and only paid 3 USD. Only buy this game if it's under 10, maybe 5 dollars, there's a lot better games to buy at its regular price.

The single best VR game I've ever seen for people who don't get motion sickness. All those comfort options? Teleport, screen fade, vignette, snap turn? You can turn them ALL off. You can have full locomotion and smooth turning. You can slide, and jump. You can do triple slowmo spinning tumble flips while shooting dual pistols at everything you see.

If there's anything that remotely touches the movement possibilities of this game, I've never found it.

Amazing game. This game makes me more sick than any other that I've tried. I love it. The way the bows feel is phenomenal. Most games want you to aim with both hands, which makes for some really wonky aiming since detection is just not there yet. But this one does one and even lets you choose which hand. The jumping and the midair aiming and the flipping, it's all ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ incredibly fun. I love reflecting/deflecting bullets with my blades. The way the pistols shoot is great. I'd bet the other guns are good too, but I've pretty much been using nothing but bows, swords, and revolvers since I started and haven't been tempted to deviate. I get the feeling that you can really just play however you want to. No wrong answers except for standing still.

this is... well, its a game. and its vr. its not a good game, not worth the 12 dollars i spent on sale, and certainly not the 30 base price. let me summarize a bit of game-play. you are shooting up a bunch of robo samurai in city with zero inhabitants and about a million inaccessible "XXX Sex Shop" with "Private Shows" advertised on the windows and a bunch of sex vending machines. naturally you cannot enter the shops or use the vending machines. and the one "Strip Club" you go into to clear of enemies has zero strippers, zero audience, zero employees, and zero enemies. its just an open room with 2 empty bars serving "cocktails and last words" you casually walk to the next "room" and its a bit more city-like and there is one female robo samurai dancer lady that you let kill you slowly with throwing fans so you can get back to the main menu since you cant exit the game without dying or possibly completing the level, idk about the latter due to just wanting to leave and get my refund. oh and the rocket launcher is a nightmare to try and aim. you basically have to put your hand at hip level to hold it in front of you like a pistol since shoulder firing it is worse. and you have to point your hand at the floor to make it shoot straight-ish in front of you.

aside from the fact that this game has somewhat better graphics, and multiple rooms. everything this game does, Nightclub Simulator VR does better for less than 5 bucks. mind you, neither have strippers (Nc Sim does have exotic dancers, but not strippers unless that changed recently), and Nc Sim doesn't have samurai that I know of. why does this game even have so many xxx stores? like, really, why? what was the idea behind that? i get that cyber punk style settings love their sexy ♥♥♥♥, but why are there at LEAST 2 in every "room" going through the streets? maybe im digging to deep into this, maybe im missing something. but it just doesn't feel like what i was expecting. to restate what i said first, it is a game, and it is vr. if that is all your after you might like it, but dont buy it at full price, i'm requesting a refund at less than half price. im just glad i didn't buy the weapons pack.

why is this even a vr game to begin with? the movement feels wierd, running feels like you're just being slid all over the place, wallrunning feels like you're floating in midair, it overall just feels like a flatscreen game with vr shoehorned into it.

Определенно стоит того, что бы потратить время и деньги. Игра делится на 2 секции: когда вы находитесь в додзе, подготавливаете набор оружия, производите разного рода покупки и улучшения, выбираете миссию, и уже полноценное рубилово в самой миссии. В первом моменте все сделано довольно слабо и займет вас лишь на первые минут 40 игры, когда вы определитесь с оружием и поставите всевозможные улучшения, потом же ничего интересно в самом додзе для вас не будет. Самое интересное начинается, когда вы заходите в бой. Вопервых изначально вам доступен довольно большой арсенал оружия. Тут вам и мечи(Пожалуй кроме внешнего вида они друг от друга не отличаются), пистолеты, автоматы, ПП, метательные кинжалы и сюрикены. Хоть разнообразие и большое, но чего то действительно стоющего мало. С собой вы можете так же брать несколько видов оружие, более того игра вынуждает использовать оружие разного вида в зависимости от ситуации, так как враги здесь тоже довольно разнообразны. К примеру противники с мечами могут отбивать в вас пули и против них удобно использовать мечи, а против мобов с инвизом удобнее воевать с чем то скорострельным и так далее. Графика неплохая, локации разнообразны, а противником можно разрубить на 2 части мечом. Что же из себя представляет боевка? Вы можете свободно перемещаться по локации и ваша задача так или иначе рубить все, что хочет вам навредить. А помогут вам в этом помимо оружия ваши особые навыки. Во первых вы можете высоко и плавно прыгать дважды, отталкиваясь от стен счетчик прыжков обновляется и вы можете прыгнуть в воздухе снова, бегать по стенам и замедлять время. Управление сделано удобно, а к прыжкам и пробежкам по стенам вы со временем привыкаете. Задачи же ваши не особо разнообразны, убей всех на локации, продержись определенное время, убей босса, в любом случае вам придется делать одно и то же. Стоит отметить, что в игре вроде даже пытаются делать подобие стелса, где врагов можно перерубить не поднимая тревогу, но так как локации маленькие а враги спавнятся постепенно в разных местах, то это не сильно доставляет и рано или поздно вас обнаружат и начнется заварушка. Напоследок имейте ввиду, что русский язык тут частичный и большая часть игры не переведена, но учитывая, что тот момент, где вам нужно подбирать улучшения не сильно влияет на игру, а сюжет(Где нужно будет делать все то же самое, что и в обычных миссиях, только с диалогами) вы врятли захотите проходить, то это не сильно доставит вам дискомфорт, хотя полный перевод все равно хотелось бы. Что по итогу? Как по мне это одна из лучших виар игр с пострелушками и боевкой, по крайней мере точно из тех, в которые играл я.

This game has problems, specifically in performance/visual fidelity/feedback to player interaction (specifically Melee hits feel a bit janky, I have been spoiled by more modern VR titles), but it was from the earlier generation of VR games. When it works, it is super fun and a unique experience yet unreplicated in VR.
specifically because unlike most VR shooters, it lets you fully disable comfort options to do crazy stuff like backflips off walls, which is the coolest thing ever for someone like me who does not experience motion sickness at all.

Unfortunately, the netcode is kind of broken so even if you have a ping of 30 to each other, it looks and feels super janky, so do not get the game for it's multiplayer component.

I really really hope this game gets a sequel, but after 6 years I am not expecting it.
If you wanna feel like scifi max payne (but with less story focus), the game is still worth it, ESPECIALLY on a sale.

Sairento feels like something out of an alternate timeline where devs weren't too scared of making their players vomit and VR games were made with PC in mind. Triple jumps, near-instant dashes, wallrunning, and backflips all in first person are still exhilarating in 2024; Even several years after getting my "VR legs", my brain still tries to escape my skull while doing slow-mo backflips and I love it every time. This is the only game I've played that appropriately utilizes teleport movement: depending on your physical stance IRL and how you aim the movement arc, you will either dash, dash slide, jump, jump and slide, etc., with either an arrow or circle at the end to predict your end position. Traditional locomotion is also available and works fine early on, but late game focuses on abusing time dilation and redirecting jumps mid-air to dodge projectiles. This also makes melee difficult to focus on late game since you spend so much time trying to be mobile and you're generally not on the ground. That's not a huge issue though because there's a good sized arsenal here and you can have two pistols/throwing weapons on your hips, two weapons on your back, and one weapon on your lower back that are all very easy and intuitive to grab, swap, or swap hands.

I highly recommend this as long as you're okay with the grind being the gameplay. There's only 10 story missions and even then there's some padding with them but they provide a decent backdrop for the rest of the game. After that you have access to plenty of grinding for prestiges, new weapon and armor relics (mods), cranking up the difficulty scaling, and adding modifiers to levels. The only issue with the grind is that even though there are loadouts, the relics equipped are per weapon, per loadout, and it can be difficult to just swap them between weapons with how bloated your inventory gets (and with how poor the inventory UI is). Overall though the weapons feel fantastic to use, there's a good variety of melee, guns, and throwing weapons, and legendary relics can provide really game-changing unique buffs (like exploding kunai, homing throwing stars, or bouncing rifle rounds). Regardless of your weapon preferences, it rides like a bike with excellent controls and tons of options for controls, accessibility, movement preferences, and integrations.

This game sits right at the mid price point that makes up the meat of any healthy game platform's library. I love Sairento because it just focuses on good gameplay; this isn't a $10, 20 minute "VR experience" or a full price desktop game ported to VR that has you clicking on 2D menus (you know what you did, Todd), but it's not flawless either. This is one of the few games that I felt didn't have a VR Tax on it, but your mileage may vary if you don't like the grind. As long as you can accept some jank and early VR awkwardness, this is a really unique experience that stands above the horde of bland wave shooters that crowded out the market of early VR games.

Прикольный шутер, что бы поиграть вечерок другой, простая, но приятная графика, которую потянет почти любой калькулятор. Различные уровни сложности, от самого простого на котором практически не возможно погибнуть, до супер хардкорного, где любое неосторожное движение сулит смерть. Вся суть игры это проходить арены, в которых нужно либо выжить в течение некоторого времени, либо убить определённое количество врагов, либо победить босса уровня. Уровни повторяются, а всего их около 10 разновидностей. Так же есть сюжетная компания, которая здесь присутствует скорее для галочки, ибо проходится за 1-2 часа. Можно, а самое главное нужно прокачивать своё оружие, для того что бы побеждать на более высоких уровнях сложности, и тем самым зарабатывая больше опыта для повышения уровня. Из оружия доступны 2 катаны, 2 пистолета либо их комбинация в зависимости от того чем вам проще сражаться, а так же вспомогательное оружие пистолет пулемёт Узи, Лично мне нравится сражаться непосредственно мечами, использую местность и замедление времени, что бы красиво убивать противников, например прыгая на них со стен. Так же присутствует мультиплеер. Короче, рекомендую ознакомиться с игрой, фанатам ниндзя и киберпанка.

It's okay.
The fighting is cool and flashy with some depth to it, but the controls are clunky as hell on valve index. Think suddenly 180 degrees while trying to do a slow-mo shot in mid air.
I tried the campaign but I called it quits after I was 5 minutes in with no gameplay, only talking and 3 loading screens.
Overall I'd give the game like a 6/10.

Before getting into my review, my hardware is a Nvidia RTX 4080 paired with a AMD 5900x with 32gb of ram.

Very poorly optimized. Had really bad stutter/ frame rate issues and a "laggy" feeling when moving. Standing still is fine, but move and the game snail paces. I use OVR toolkit and my GPU was at 30-40% while my CPU was under 25%.

Completely unplayable.

This is the only VR game a remember having a mega blast playing. It really made me feel like a badass ninja! If you know about Gun-kata, you know what I mean. A lot of things are editable in settings to make it as you want. But the running, the floor sliding when landning from a jump, the slo-mo, the uppgradable gear to improve your arsenal, the movement... it just made me soooo impressed! First time I did a bakflip from a wall in slowmotion and shot enemies upsidedown during my jump... epic! Can't praise this game enough. And the devs really have improved the game leaps and bounds! Hope to see it in Quest 2 or 3 one day.

切瓜砍菜或biubiubiu个爽，看着是个站桩游戏，玩起来还怪热的，没一会就浑身是汗。地图不大，跳几下就到边界；同一个地图里，每刷完一波就会进入升级选择（增加健康或增加伤害等）然后进入下一波刷怪，没什么太大变化，显得内容比较空洞，可以当成热身游戏。

Хороший экшн для вр, сначала не сильно зашел, но после сбора самого удобного мне билда играть стало приятно. Можно взять ради кампании с +- интересным сюжетным твистом из-за которого игру все же рекомендую

A fast-paced action VR game with parkour sounded really cool, and was what I expected, but the game didn't meet my expectations. Game felt super slow, mostly cause I was struggling to adjust to the controls, which were kinda wonky at times. I just wanna run fast and slash stuff with a sword, not look at a stats screen to decide which upgrade will get me like .2% more DPS!

This is a 'maybe' recommendation.

The core of a good game is there – you can jump around, wallrun, slice enemies and even do fun manoeuvres like sliding as you land by crouching. It feels cools for a short while as you play the opening sections of the game, and I won't pretend that I don't have a blast playing it.

But the enemies themselves feel half-baked. You have basic grunts that shoot bullets, basic grunts that do ranged sword attacks, magician enemies that do ranged attacks, stronger grunts that do more powerful ranged sword attacks, and a big guy that kind of rushes you despite the fact that you can jump into the air at any time. The biggest element of differentiation is that some can be killed in one hit, and others you have to kind of flail your sword at. The latter doesn't feel good, it doesn't feel like you're really a ninja.

Which leads me to my biggest complaint: the swords are way worse than the guns. The moment I swapped my swords out for shotguns, the game became trivial. But you want to play this game with swords, because you want to be a cool ninja! You want to strike little poses with your swords and use postures which are not necessarily advantageous, but which look cool as hell.

Also, while this isn't a serious complaint, it's funny that this game is full of Japanese language words and names, but the voice actors don't really know how to read them... hearing yorokobi read as "your oh koubi" is funny, but sort of charming in that B-movie kind of way.

I expected a lot more out this game when being described as a "mission-driven, VR action role-playing game". The game is just enter room then kill everything then repeat which gets dull fast.

For some reason the character you play as is child sized with no way to scale it up so I can't play with the character model on but still I have to see hands half the size of my own holding the weapons which also looks awful.

Edit for Dev: Yes you can edit scale but it is linked to character model posture. If I scale the character to be my size the character is bending their knees way too much. It needs a separate scaling that is not linked to your height as it is way off. Even with the model sized to max the arms are still too short 5-10cm, so I need to enable long arm mode which again disables the character model, some simple fixes like adding adjustable arm length could also help fix this.

You have real good vr legs, nothing upsets your balance or stomach in vr? You wanna know how it feels to be a sword and guns blazing ninja? Try this.

The gameplay is pretty fast, the enemies are deadly, but so are you. A first person hack and shoot fest. Jump and leap, bounce off walls, do some wall running, slice and dice enemies or pop a bullet in their head in slow motion. Like I said : you best have some good vr legs, but man, this can be a blast to play if you are into these things. Unlock different swords, guns and ninja your way though the maps. The game can be disorientating sometimes, but pretty decent in all the possibilities given.

Although not a game I have hundreds of hours of playtime with, I enjoyed it. Nothing really like it came out since.

There is a good amount of different enemies, each with their own attacks and weakness, although you will see a lot of them since there are so many.

The comfort settings are there, although you have the biggest freedom when you let go of the comfort IF you can stand it.

I would say, give it a try. Or check YouTube if you want a better picture on what to expect before purchase.

I have never felt more badass, like an unstopppable force of nature that bathes in the blood of its enemys and moves like lightning than on last weeks LSD-Trip.

Niestety, toporność i typ sterowania w tej grze nie daje szansy na tak żywiołową rozgrywkę jak na trailerach. Poza klimatem cyber Tokyo to straszna i irytująca słabizna. Już lepiej było dać tu liniowość railshootera niż tak toporne sterowanie. Zdecydowanie polecić nie mogę.
