Miejcie na względzie że każdemu może iść inaczej w takich grach logicznych to że ja nie miałem problemu nie jest jedno znaczne z tym że u was będzie tak samo, choć szczerze myślałem że będzie trudniej.

[b][h1]Rubek[/h1][/b]Rubek reminds me a lot of the old flash game Bloxorz, except way less fun, there's only so much trial and error I could take before getting bored and resorting to a guide.

[b][h2]Gameplay[/h2][/b]In Rubek you roll a cube around and colour it's sides in order to pass over different coloured tiles, this leads to 2 possible outcomes: You either trial and error and fail various ways and run into the same incorrect routes or you try to picture how your cube is going to be oriented at certain points, this becomes increasingly frustrating as more colours are required and different features are introduced.

The game does have a few different features like raised blocks that flip your cube differently, teleporters and buttons that open up new paths, but this only serves to make my previously mentioned gripes even worse, as not knowing how a button will change the map makes it impossible to plan ahead, and you can only undo a few moves.

2025年7月25日，成就通关了《Rubek》，大约8小时。

这是一款极简解谜游戏，一共80个关卡。本游戏完全不需要任何文字内容，而是纯粹靠着图像和数字提示进行。玩家操纵一个正方体在迷宫中滚动，需要按照合适的顺序和步骤，把立方体的若干个面，沾染上红色、蓝色或者绿色的印泥，然后经过需要特定颜色的方格，到达终点。

整体上有一定难度，前期还好。后期有些关卡需要100甚至120步才能够通关，对计算力有一定的考验。

操作非常不灵敏，如果使用键盘，倾斜45度的地图需要同时按下两个键。如果使用鼠标，并不能简单地点击要去的方格，而是需要进行拖动。在2025年，这种设计属于毫无必要的繁冗。

成就上很容易，全关卡通关即可达成大部分成就。而收集星星的成就不需要全关卡三星通关。在80个关卡240颗星星中，只要保证通关的时候收集到至少200颗即可。即便是三星的条件也不需要最少步数，有一定的容错率。

It's an alright game. Kinda repetitive at times, as it doesn't introduce many new mechanics throughout.
That said, there's no reason not to recommend it: what you see on the Steam page is exactly what you get, so it's easy to tell if it's your kind of game. It's actually quite challenging too.

I'm not going to lie - I used a guide to finish this game. This type of puzzle game working with the different sides of a cube just doesn't work well with my brain, so take this review with a grain of salt. The game itself plays and looks fine, it's just not the kind of thing I can wrap my brain around. I absolutely disliked the last ten or so levels because they required so many moves to complete. I wanted to give up on this game so many times. However, don't get me wrong, if you're up for this kind of puzzle game and working with the different sides of a cube, this could be the game for you.

I am 32 years old.

My ex-wife and I have a daughter together, and we adopted our son together. Both are now 4 years old.

When we were going through our separation, I felt lost and unhappy. I was self-destructive. One day, I was so angry with everything spiraling out of control that I punched a concrete wall in a moment of overwhelming emotion. This resulted in breaking my fifth metacarpal in my right hand—the hand I worked with, played games with, and used to carry my children to bed—the hand I desperately needed to ensure I could continue providing.

Upon learning the severity of the self-inflicted damage, I became almost suicidal. Keep in mind that just a few months before this, I was the happiest man, with no history of depression or anxiety. I had never experienced anger outbursts, nor was I the type to break down and cry, but I was in a tough situation that truly prevented me from seeing the light on the other side.

With nothing better to do, I looked for a game I could play WITH ONE HAND while recovering. Somehow, I stumbled upon this game and read some of the comments. I decided it was worth a try... I must admit I didn't beat the game, nor did I play as much as some of you. In fact, I may have played this game for only a day or two. That being said, after doing so, I had a new joy and hope for life. I managed to leave behind the pain and suffering that had been thrust upon me. I could experience the joy and happiness of other people. I relaxed for 5 ♥♥♥♥ minutes listening to this music, long enough to realize that I would be okay.

After realizing this, I turned off the game and went back to work. My hand hurt a lot, but I was motivated. I stopped feeling so sorry for myself and became the father I needed to be at that moment, not the weak boy I was behaving like.

Today, I am close friends with the mother of my children. We don't fight, argue, or say hurtful things to each other. We are parents and friends.

Now I have 3 children. My third child is, wait, ALSO 4 YEARS OLD. The woman I am with was going through a very similar situation at the time of my separation, and we just unexpectedly stumbled into each other's lives. We have been dating for a year and are very happy together.

Moral of the story: you never know what life has in store for you, and if I had given up when all odds were against me, I wouldn't be where I am today. This silly little game helped me realize that.

Rubek is yet another of several hundred minimalist pathing puzzle games that's somehow here on Steam instead of locked into the app store containment prisons where this kind of shallow game belongs. You're presented with a low poly isometric grid level and you must "roll" a cube around until you reach the end. The gimmick here is that you can't cross coloured squares if the face of your cube doesn't match the colour. There's other "+" squares that will colour the face of your cube. You can see where this is going. You have to roll in just the right way to collect the right colours on each cube face so that you can then roll over the coloured ground squares to pass them all and reach the exit. Well, it takes longer to explain that than it does to get bored of this crappy mobile app that's sitting on the wrong gaming platform.

From a technical perspective, the game doesn't meet basic minimum requirements that most PC gamers expect as standard.

The game features lazy minimalist/untextured low-polygon "retro" assets and visuals, making this look like a barely functional 3D game from the early 1990s. The lack of textures is a method that lazy devs often use to disguise their lack of talent/interest in doing the graphics properly and trying to disguise it under the name of "art", or "We made it look bad on purpose", which really isn't something gamers should have to put up with. It's unclear why the developers weren't willing to arrange high quality, high polygon count contemporary assets and high resolution textures for the game. It looks bad as a result of their decisions, and that's just another reason to avoid it.

The developers didn't design the game for gaming PCs, as such the best display resolution is set at or below 720p, a very low resolution that was introduced in 1998 and became obsolete when 1080p HD entered the mainstream in 2006. The game simply won't look right on modern gaming displays due to this failure on the part of the developers.

The controls can't be customised because the game has such a dumbed down, simplified interface that it's just iPhone screen tapping stuff. The fact that the interface is this dumbed down might be seen as a problem in itself, however... this is a fairly shallow experience if you're the kind of gamer that likes to play games with deep, rich control schemes and interaction. You'll get none of that here.

This looks and feels like a mobile app, but it doesn't seem to have made it to the app stores. It's unclear why this was put on Steam instead of the app stores it seems to have been designed for. Maybe it was removed, maybe it was rejected by Apple and Google (they do have more rigorous quality standards than Valve does for Steam, after all).

Regardless, for all intents and purposes Rubek might as well be a mobile app, it has the same limitations and dumbed down qualities. It's impossible to recommend such a game to PC gamers. We don't spend all this money building gaming rigs so we can pretend they're iPhones and play games that might as well be mobile apps.

These technical defects push this game below acceptable standards for any modern PC game.

Rubek didn't appeal much to the people who own a copy of the game, either. It has achievements, and they show us a very clear picture that the game didn't really capture any interest from gamers. The most commonly and easily attained achievement is for finishing the first tutorial chapter 1, trivial to get, but less than 17 percent of players bothered to get that far before uninstalling the game. Hardly a success story, gamers just weren't all that interested in the game.

Reviewing SteamDB to check how popular this game was with players reveals a surprise... there's a very healthy spike in player counts for the game. But this isn't consistent with the achievement stats, that show less than 17 percent of players bothered playing the game for any reasonable amount of time. How is it possible for this game to have so many concurrent players who weren't even playing the game? Trading cards. Players will use card idling software to collect the cards and sell them, but this won't trigger any achievements in-game. That tells us people only really bought this game for trading cards, and that's a damning indictment of the woeful quality. A closer look at the numbers shows the game just has a couple of players every week running up the game and idling it for cards, then deleting it. We must ask how it benefits gamers for there to be so many games like this, with no merit as a serious game, that only generate sales from people idling and selling the trading cards.

Rubek is relatively cheap at $3 USD, but it's not worth it. Given the defects and quality issues with the game, coupled with the unrealistic price, this is impossible to recommend.

There is probably a good game in here, but as it is there are way too many problems:
First off, all games should have basic options. There is no volume control, no separate controls for effects and music, its very irritating and should have been trivial to fix. (Particularly odd because it does have really good colourblindness controls.)

There isnt a polite way to say it: The actual game controls are garbage, it uses different direction keys to every other isometric game Ive played, which is perhaps why it suggests using the mouse instead, a method that is incredibly clunky regularly overshooting things by accident.

Ahh, but it has an undo button so thats not so bad, right? except the undo is broken, or at least I cant fathom why its implemented in the way that it is. Instead of keeping the full history of your movements itll forget them wherever you retry from. So if you want to try two or three routes from point A, then the terrible mouse controls make you over shoot at point B, you undo that mistake and find the complete path isnt what you need, when you undo itll stop at point B. You cant get back to point A without restarting. Its genuinely confusing, like its creating a new list each time you are done with undo instead of pushing and popping moves from a single simple stack.
Whats more, sometimes the undo will break the mechanics of the game: Colour a side, click undo and sometimes the side remains coloured, teleport to a new block click undo and sometimes youll return to the original teleport pad but not have teleported. (Usually this breaks things and you have to undo even further or even restart, but once or twice it got me to the goal in turn amounts that should have been impossible.)

Okay, but once you are past the controls there are a lot of puzzles to complete, but that isnt necessarily a good thing. I had far more fun with shorter games because there just arnt the interesting mechanics here to stop it becoming really quite tedious. Some of those mechanics, like the fact it has a third dimension, the game seems to just forget about so almost no levels actually use it. The whole things starts to feel like you are doing the same level over and over.

All of these problems are then compounded by the game having an unnecessary rating system that can add up even more replays so you get your moves low enough to get three stars. (Personally I consider turn limits to be up there with timers as one of the laziest and most irritating ways to make a puzzle game harder.) With the exception of just a couple of the levels almost every time I failed to get three stars was because of the broken undo and terrible controls rather than missing some ingenious solution.

These stars also betray some of the poorer level designs; I cant imagine how hard it is to make decent and bullet proof levels without a lot of time consuming and potentially expensive testing so I get it, but boy do the turn limits highlight this issue. Youll find some levels will require quite precise patterns to get a few moves under the three star limit. The very next level youll use only a fraction of the turn limit and not require whole chunks of the level map you were presumably supposed to use if the design wasnt shot.

As I said, there is probably a good game in here. Fix the direction controls (Or make an option for them.), have a full undo history, cut maybe three of the chapters saving the best ideas and polishing up what remains, actually use your mechanics or implement some more, consider removing the star system entirely (Maybe make a few achievements for levels that can have a low turn count when using a particularly clever solution.) Then you might be on to something.

Otherwise, you could just buy something like Theorem. Similar core game-play, much shorter, but far smarter, with way more mechanics, and less than half this price.

If you like puzzle games and you need something to scratch that Bloxorz itch, then this is probably the game for you.

The levels start off easy, and get more challenging as you go forward. The levels challenge you enough to make you think but are not that hard that they make you frustrated and/or throw your controller across the room.

The keyboard controls could do with some work, as they appear to be fixed, rather than relative. This has resulted in me rewinding so I don't waste moves i didn't intend to make at the time. The game also (soft) froze once while poking around in the menu, but a quick restart fixed that and since then no more bugs have occurred.

It runs as expected when ran via Proton-Experimental (Fedora 35)

The puzzles themselves are fine, and even clever. The problem with the game is the controls. Mouse controls are total garbage. Arrow keys work, but the undo button randomly fails, which is a big problem with a game that scores move efficiency. As far as I can tell the undo stack CAN go back arbitrarily far, but it'll just randomly decapitate itself and fail to go back all the way. Worse, it will sometimes fail to undo certain field mechanics like side-painting and buttons, which leads to unsolvable states that force a full level restart -- which is of course a needlessly long animation for something that should be a very simple level state.

[b]Cube qui roule amasse des pouces (bleus).[/b]

Dans la série des puzzles minimalistes, voici [i]Rubek[/i], un jeu créé par deux développeurs, dans lequel il faut faire rouler un cube (comprendre le déplacer en le faisant basculer sur une autre face) à travers un niveau composé de cases pour en atteindre la sortie.
On peut colorer une face en se rendant sur une case spécifique, puis utiliser cette face sur une case de la même couleur pour débloquer le passage ou actionner un bouton faisant pivoter une portion du niveau.

Le principe est clair, la solution forcément logique mais le défi n'est pas si simple.
Il faudra vraiment faire preuve de réflexion et surtout de persévérance pour venir à bout des 8x10 niveaux.

Heureusement, on peut tâtonner dans la recherche de la solution en déplaçant librement le cube, voire en annulant les dernières actions pour revenir un peu en arrière.
Il faut quand-même dire que passé le premier quart du contenu, la difficulté devient sensiblement plus ardue.

A signaler aussi qu'il faut obligatoirement réussir un niveau pour pouvoir débloquer le suivant, ce qui fait qu'on peut rester totalement bloqué dans notre progression si on ne parvient pas à terminer l'un d'eux.
Reste alors la possibilité d'améliorer son score pour obtenir 3 étoiles dans tous les niveaux précédents si ce n'est pas déjà fait. Un décompte indique clairement le nombre de déplacements auxquels on a droit pour obtenir notre récompense. Le principe offre un bon potentiel de rejouabilité et/ou une bonne durée de vie si on utilise la touche [i]Annuler[/i] jusqu'à trouver la meilleure solution.

Les graphismes épurés sont sans chichis mais ils permettent de mettre en évidence l'essentiel : le cube, les cases et les couleurs (il existe même une fonctionnalité pour les déficients visuels). Tout comme la musique zen et les bruitages basiques, ils sont des éléments attendus de ce genre de jeu.

On peut déplacer le cube avec la souris mais j'ai finalement trouvé bien plus pratique d'utiliser le clavier.

[i]Rubek[/i] est un bon jeu de casse-tête mais il est probablement plus adapté pour de courtes sessions durant lesquelles on peut rester concentré que pour se distraire ou se relaxer avec une occupation facile.
Je ne l'ai ainsi pas encore entièrement terminé car je ne fais généralement plus qu'un ou deux niveaux par jour.

Interesting game to say the least. This is something I haven't seen before in puzzle games. The game play is smooth and minimal yet very unique in its mechanics. Fun to slowly chip away at the levels and get the satisfaction of moving up to new ones. It doesn't cost much so if you like puzzle games get it and give it a go.

Rubek é um jogo de quebra-cabeças simples em gráficos e controles aonde basicamente você tem que levar o cubo até o quadrado branco, no entanto no caminho tem alguns quadrados coloridos que você precisa pintar um dos lados dos cubos para poder passar por ele. O jogo é divertido e não é difícil, porém fica repetitivo depois de algum tempo, são 80 fases, mas depois de 35 já estava entediado. Vale a pena comprar pelo preço que é, tem conquistas e cartas e dá pra se divertir.

Очень сложная, но в то же время интересная головоломка, в которой нужно добраться до выхода белому кубику.
Но белый он лишь изначально, путь на следующий уровень усложнён наличием на клетках разных цветов. Нам в любом случае придётся экспериментировать, обмакивая грани кубика в разные цвета и лишь потом пробиваться к выходу.
Уровней много, больше 50-ти и чем дальше - тем веселее. Появятся телепорты, некоторые участки поля будут менять положение... Без основ геометрии советую даже не браться.
А вот остальным, кто хочет проверить себя, милости прошу. Музыка подобрана нормально для игр подобного жанра, поля и объекты каждого уровня отчётливо видны для продумывания ходов, нет никаких бесячих таймеров - думайте над загадкой сколько влезет. Звёзды и некоторые достижения как челлендж, для совсем уж идеалистов или тех, кому игра зайдёт, так что и на это можно замахнуться, почему бы нет? В общем, берите, хотя бы со скидкой.

The design is simple and elegant, but the game controls are horrible. The mouse control is just off and a lot of times the cube rolls farther than you want it or rolls with a huge delay or just won't roll. The cursor acts a bit weird... the feel just isn't right, which is why I can't enjoy the game since there's so many wrong movement happening and I have to reset the level. It's unplayable and was a pain to even play it the full 5 minutes needed to publish this review. I think it would be a nice game if they just fixed the controls.

Para quem gosta de puzzles e procura desafios, Rubek tem e de sobra. Com uma mecânica simples: mover um cubo para frente e para trás, o jogo explora muitas maneiras diferentes de resolver os desafios. Um ponto muito positivo do jogo é que não há repetição nos "jeitos" de resolver cada mapa. Você tem seções que vão agregando novos movimentos e interações para o cubo e, passado aquele [i] bloco [/i] uma nova mecânica é apresentada.

O desafio final é difícil, não desista!

Rubek is rather a good puzzle game, but surely not the best out of its kind. It has its good sides and flaws:

クリア（全実績解除）したので感想をば。

ゲーム性（パズル）については他の方が書かれている通り、
非常にシンプルで、"＋”のところにキューブを動かすと
その面が”＋”と同じ色に染まり、通路上にある
同じ色の床の部分が通過できる仕組み。
ゴールまでキューブを動かした数に応じて☆（1～3個）
を獲得していきます。

前半は非常に簡単ですが、後半はただひたすらキューブを動かして
正解ルートを見つけていく感じになってきます。

ただ幸いなことに全ステージで☆を3つ取得しなくても
実績の200スターは貯まるため（全80ステージ×3＝240個のため）
実績狙いの人は、何度やり直してでも前半部分は
なるべく☆3つ取ったほうが後々楽になります。

操作性に関してはマウス推奨（笑
一応キーボードの矢印キーにも対応してるっぽいのですが
上下左右の感覚が、え？そっちが上なの？？って感じで戸惑うかも。

あと戻るボタンがあるのですが、”＋”の上までキューブを戻すと
キューブは”＋”の上なのに色が変わってない状態に戻されるため、
戻すなら”＋”に乗る前まで戻したほうが無難です。

一応、パズル好きな人にお勧めします。セールが狙い目！

Also this game lags really bad on NVIDIA 8600 GT, which is fully compatible with DX 9.0c and can hadle with graphically complex games like Tropico 4 with good FPS, but NOT with this simple game, where FPS drops down to 3-5.

This is a great little puzzle game. The mechanics are simple, there is no time limit, and there are many levels. The goal is to solve the puzzles using the least moves possible. 这个害我笑了好久的东西，加上官方描述，只能说中国市场真大大，中国玩家真棒棒，都是逼出来的。毕竟是益智游戏，翻过了。

80关卡完美结束，耗时5.5h，平均下来每关大概>4min，可以体会一下。个人体验大概就是之前所讲的，“妈妈，这个游戏怎么把答案写边上了”。

从我学到的知识来说，每多一个维度，其中的复杂度是以指数倍数增长的。二维的谜题换到了三维上，各种计算方式也会相应的变的复杂。然而对这个Rubek，只能说虽然它披着三维谜题的皮，却因为设计者自己hold不住，只能用简单的闭环套闭环的方式进行设计。这还不打紧，它本身解谜需要的机关放的实在是显眼，你能很明显的看到，“快过来，快过来，出口在这里”。

然而游戏本身还是包了一点吸引我的东西，不然也不会浪费五个多小时的时间打掉全部的关卡。

一个是它至少还是放了点迷惑性的东西在里面，至少某一两关我就是被这种，“快过来，快过来，出口在这里”的亮的瞎眼的提示多走了冤枉路。

另一个，也是我已经无力吐槽，不知道是制作者故意还是无心撞有心了。每关的星级评价是根据你动的步数来算的，还很贴心的在右下角给了你个回退的按钮。要我说，经过我多次的试验，这个回退队列绝对是有问题的，主要问题在当回退的同时如果会触发某些机关的情况。然而？？然而？？就是这个有问题的回退按钮，竟然是加速你通关的按钮，甚至我依稀记得我某一关我靠这个有问题的回退按钮在三星的最后一步下走到出口？？当然，我也没空去细扣它到底是故意的还是无意的了，但这东西无疑是这游戏带给我最大的震惊。

游戏本身不难，很多关在三星步数下还能剩余十几二十步，XX游戏。让我想起了至今还差一点没打完的Warlock's Tower，两者在抽象出来的解题模型上是有交集的，然而，后者这个二维的解谜游戏显然更难点，当然，也是因为参有其他因素（比如动态的障碍，不全的地图显示）在的缘故。
