I love how every time I load into the game (which was only once), I get to experience the roller coaster going into the apple once again. I love how you can have fun just building the roller coaster and connect to to no paths so then no one can ride them exept you. I also love the owl a lady was holding when walking on the footpath. It made me jelous and want an inflatable owl. I really loved the emojis every one had in my park. Made it feel more realistic. Thanks dev, good game.

Nothing close to the goog old Roller coaster tycoon. Game keeps on crashing, the building and customizations is terrible, the building of the paths also terrible. The only thing they got kind of ok is the building of the roller coaster tracks. Look up the story of the game and creator, and this buy feels like a regret. Would even consider the first versions better.

Laggy and generally bad. The tools are hard to use so it is difficult to make stuff look nice (not graphically speaking, just from placement and such things). In a building game that has got to be one of the main things to consider and having that in mind this is an absolutely-do-not-buy game.

-Supper Laggy makes it stressfull cause it can crash anytime
-Crashes a lot and can corrumpt the whole saving files so good bye to it (I cant play more than 3hours on the same files befor I have to delete it)

Schade - das Game sieht schön aus usw. aber leider fehlen Features aus dem Vorgänger RTC3 komplett wie zum beispiel das man kein Feuerwerk erstellen kann ist absolut schade QwQ - ich hatte mich schon drauf gefreut schönes Feuerwerk zu machen mit der neuen Grafik.

Zumal schaut euch mal die Vorschaubilder an - In einem Bild sieht man sogar Feuerwerk
Aber Ingame gibt es erstaunlich wenig Feuerwerk(Gar keins).

Dennoch empfehle ich das spiel für alle die RTC nicht nur wegen des Feuerwerks gespielt haben - ich jedoch gebe es zurück. tut mir leid.

Roller Coaster Tycoon World is buggy, clunky, and completely misses the charm of the classic games. The graphics feel outdated, the controls fight you, and the guests wander around like they’re lost. Even basic coaster building is a chore.

If you want the real theme-park tycoon experience, play literally any other entry in the series. Roller Coaster Tycoon World is the ride you skip so you can go get a pretzel instead.

This is truly the WORST game I've ever played. This game is so horribly optimized, it constantly freezes, and or crashes. I only bought it while it was on sale for $4 because I've heard the bad reviews. It's honestly tragic to see how far RollerCoaster Tycoon has fallen. Do yourself a favor and stay away form this game! Buy Planet Coaster, or any of the 1-3 installments of the original RollerCoaster Tycoon games.

Bom passatempo. Na verdade ele é bem divertido e atual. Lembra bastante o RCT3.
O gráfico do jogo é bom. Mas não sei se é impressão minha, mas percebi que ele exige bastante da placa da vídeo e processador.
Senti dificuldade para me acostumar aos novos comandos, mas nada que impediu a diversão no momento do jogo.
RollerCoaster Tycoon World é muito bom. Garanti na minha biblioteca porque sou fã da série desde a 1ª edição.
Se encontrar ele em promoção, aproveite. Desejo boa diversão e lazer.

Quite disappointing in that I was so jazzed to make theme parks all weekend just for the game to fail to launch after I finished the tutorial park. Did a bunch of research and sounds like everyone who has ever played this game is experiencing the same problem. So don't waste your time, it sounds like Planet Coaster might be the way to go.

If you've read review after review talking about how buggy and filled with crashes (and not the roller coaster kinds), let me reassure you that they are all legit and speak to the real heart of this game. It's a disaster. You can hardly even enjoy any part of the game because all it's going to do is crash out -- and sometimes refuse to load the saved game you meticulously built up per node of a challenge, meaning you will need to start the entire challenge over again with no part of your achievements saved.

The rest of the game might have been fun, with bonus Influencer challenges and glossier graphics. It's hard to say really because the flow of every challenge is riddled with the game cutting out and freezing. What has definitely not improved in any way is that the 'tutorial' of the game of forcing you to try the 'features' of the game lock you into making incredibly stupid choices, and it does nothing with helping you learning how to play the game concepts. Later, you have to make a very specific roller coaster in a very limited field of a park, and the game won't let you buy the ability to free-build it, only a single incredibly enormous premade (I had to delete my entire park to make it at the very end of the challenge node to move on). This wouldn't be so bad but for the completely linear game; you can't advance if you don't do that single node's challenges.

It hasn't innovated significantly from the previous games, but I will say that the peeps AIs are vastly altered for the better. No longer do you need to make sure that you put a trashcan every three feet because if a peep has to hold onto their trash longer than 17 seconds they will drop it. People aren't constantly vomiting on the roads. They follow the paths and go the the rides they want to ride. If you have an info booth at the start of the park, peeps pick up maps and use them through the whole park. Truly an amazing feat of AI engineering at last.

Also pleasant is that generally speaking your janitors and mechanics at least mostly know what they're doing and coordinating among themselves. Gone are the days of needing to meticulously give extremely specific patrol routes to ensure that your people actual did the work you hired them to do. Periodically it's clear that you will get better results if you do this, but so far I've never done any patrol routes and I've managed to get high 800s parks and keep them functional.

But the rest of the game can't get past the buggy crash outs. I've gotten stuck on a challenge node that won't let me reload my save game after pouring hours into the park, meaning that if I want to do it, I will likely have to start over. There are some challenges in particular that are agonizing to get through (placing over 2,900 generic decorations!) and a park you're not allowed to build roller coasters in, and god save you if you have a corrupted save file like I did when 90% done with the park. Doesn't matter that you were saving often. Once the file is bugged, you can do nothing but begin again. You will never get those hours of your life back.

And then there's small irritations like the lack of clarity in paths so you get weird broken ones or bizarre formations of the railings, and no mass select tool to move en masse. You can't easily see all the details when you make a coaster in the testing menu; you have to exit out of the build and examine it with the ride examine. There's a dozen of these little things, all of which I'd probably nitpick if this was a good game, but given that it's a disaster game, it's just tossing little sticks onto a forty acre fire.

If I hadn't bought this as part of the deluxe pack, I'd be so appalled that I'd be demanding my money back.

As it is, I know I want to beat it because I've beaten all the Tycoons in the past, but it won't be a labor of love. It'll be a labor of hate. Don't be me. Play something else. You won't regret skipping this one.

Today i casually remembered that i bought this game in the pre-launch and it was the worst ♥♥♥♥ ever. Full of bugs, features that didn't work properly, lack of atractions. The game held NOTHING good from it's predecessors and eventually it was forsaken by it's developers.

Do not buy this in any circumstances. Planet Coaster 1 & 2 and Planet Zoo are much, much better choices.

There's a big issue with going to the main menu and the loading screen being stuck at 0% for 5 forevers, or loading up your saves and it doing that or getting to 100% but staying stuck and not budging. The program just doesn't want to respond. And my specs are more than the requirement. Oh and the pathways are really janky. Terrible game.

This game is fun I cannot lie about that. However, in the 44 hrs that I have logged about half of that was trying to just reload because it keeps crashing. Place down a coaster, crash. Make a path, crash. Pick up a mechanic to repair a ride, crash. Again it can be fun but sweet lord if this wasn't a part of a roller coaster tycoon bundle I would have refunded it after the first crash.

so imagine you are putting many hours into you're tycoon,and then more guest come to you;re park like yay this is doing great then you hit 400 guest then you start noticing lag and the textures are starting to get a bit funky and then you think oh this is just normal technical issues so you continue playing thinking oh this will go away ! and then you hit 900 guest its getting a bit messy now pathways are starting to bug and you're mouse is no longer responding !and then 1..2...3.. the entire game crashes! and then you think this s no biggie then you reopen the game again it loads up perfectly no issues seen and then you click your're save and oh no! its not even letting you past the load screen anymore ! so you think ill start over again! and it load perfectly 1. you are a little annoyed now because you put hours into you're last build only having to start over again and then you repeat all said steps only for it to repeat the exact same thing once again!

you try every step to fix it only for it to repeat ! now you're done and uninstall the entire game!

and just so you know i'm computer is full up to date ! i think they need to fix that somehow or something then ill play it again but i don't know if that would be possible !

i reccomend this game but don't at the same time !

I have mix feelings on this game. I like it but it ticks me off way to often. I enjoy making the parks and the career mode after the first area... However, the game crashes way too often. I have even lost a park that I spent a couple hours on after a crash. Id probably save my money on it. There are other games out there that run and handle better then this one.

i get the idea, just modernizing rollercoaster tycoon. but its just poor execution. Theres a few spinoff RC tycoon titles ive played that were pretty bad and this just feels like a PC port of those games. Go spend your money on planet coaster or any of the older RC tycoon titles.

It's fine, but is it worth it, no. My game crashes almost every time it opens; I'm playing on a computer with one terabyte storage. The game is unpolished and rough. If you want a good tycoon, get planet coaster 2.
