This game is genuinely not fun to play near the end. There are two concepts you will become painfully aware of while playing: Bucket Balloons and Regenerating Balloons.
Bucket Balloons take up three vertical spaces and can only be popped when Pep hits the topmost space. Hit too low? Pep rebounds off of the spot and often comes crashing down. When it's popped, it comes crashing down, hitting Putt-Putt if he's below. The intention is that you get painted the color of the paint, but it also stuns, and you're likely going to just not catch Pep in that circumstance.
Regenerating balloons, though...
Regenerating balloons have a timer attached to the space they'll occupy, as well as a queue they'll follow if multiple balloons will take up the same spot. When the space is empty, the first timer will start, as long as Pep is up in the air. When time's up, a new balloon will take up that spot. Oftentimes it's just to fill in some part of whatever design the devs came up with. Other times, and the part that pisses me off, is that you will see a bucket balloon.
And then sixteen balloons will appear as a shield for the top of the bucket balloon.
And then more will shield those balloons.
And then more.
And if you pop any of those? The timer for the next balloons starts.
One level starts out with a few balloons on the top layer, before filling the level spot by spot with balloons every second. You are not popping them all until they've all appeared.
These two items used so flagrantly in tandem makes me believe the devs made this game out of a higher-up's request and not out of any actual interest.

Я 30 уровней погонял и слишком простенько и одинаково... Фон меняется только каждые 20 уровней, бонусные уровни медленные, нет никаких усложнителей как в других играх серии. Просто проходишь 20 почти одинаковых уровней и делаешь тоже самое на другом фоне. Чисто поностальгировать ну или вашему ребенку зайдет... Оценивать не буду, но палец вниз воткну.

I have loved this game since I was a child. The arcade style of play makes this game super engaging, and the gameplay becomes increasingly difficult as you progress. Since this is a game for children, the challenge is limited, but I'd be lying if I said it doesn't challenge people of every age. It's a simple concept, where the designers found creative ways to repurpose familiar game elements in new ways. I have loved Putt-Putt games since I was five years old, and even though this isn't the same style of point and click adventure, it presents a different kind of game with the same two lovable characters from the main series. While the "create your own levels" feature is limited, there's still quite a few ways to create unique challenges. I love all the different musical pieces and background sets. Gorgeous, old school aesthetics and timeless gameplay!

[b]‘A Boy and His Dog.’[/b]
[i]Putt-Putt and Pep’s Balloon-o-Rama[/i] is a [i]Putt-Putt[/i] spin-off about cleansing the universe of balloons. The plot is that the automobile’s canine companion has lost a bunch of balloons (far more balloons than the introduction showed us), so they decided to get them by… popping them. Why? Who knows. This is not exactly the craftiest or most coherent excuse for arcade gameplay, but oh well.
The gameplay is heavily based on [i]Breakout[/i] or [i]Arkanoid[/i]: Putt-Putt acts as a paddle, Pep acts as the ball, and you have to burst every balloon in the area without letting Pep hit the ground repeatedly. You can also give Pep gentle taps by holding the left-mouse button.
Bursting certain balloons also reveals power-ups, but these power-ups are less plentiful and less diverse than I was expecting: occasionally you can obtain a power-up that lengthens Putt-Putt, makes Pep bounce seamlessly, makes Pep bounce in low gravity, or makes him attach to Putt-Putt. All of these power-ups are temporary no matter how long you survive, and if Pep hits the ground, they vanish immediately. I feel like putting a timer on all of the power-ups only makes them less exciting than they could have been, and it does not help any that the campaign gives them to you so sparingly.
After clearing an area of balloons, you go to another area where the balloons are available in different positions, different quantities, different varieties, or what have you. Some balloon varieties reveal treats, which you want to catch for bonus points, and others drop rubbish, which you want to avoid, lest to suffer a penalty to your score. Some areas have obstacles that inhibit Pep or inhibit Putt-Putt. After ten areas, you move to a new setting, and the process begins anew. If Pep hits the ground too many times, you lose your score, but you can continue whence you left off. This spin-off has over 120 levels, and it takes nearly four hours to finish the campaign.
The sound is mostly fine. As to be expected, there are plenty of cartoony sound effects, but I did not find any of them irritating (though I can see others becoming annoyed after hearing the falling sound effect hundreds of times). Jason Ellefson is the spin-off’s sole actor his performance ranges from average to almost risibly flat. Child actors rarely supply great performances, so I can’t judge him harshly for this. The music is a mixed bag: the moon levels have a pretty groovy tune, whereas the carnival one is almost grating, but most of the tracks are average.
The graphics are fine. I have to say that giving the ‘paddle’ and the ‘ball’ asymmetrical appearances was a heretical decision for a [i]Breakout[/i] clone, but being cartoons they look okay for what they are. The animation is average. The backgrounds are more detailed and more interesting, and thankfully they do not inhibit the gameplay as you would expect from certain other Junior Arcade spin-offs.
In conclusion, [i]Balloon-o-Rama[/i] is a mildly entertaining spin-off, but it is nothing mindblowing. As far as [i]Breakout[/i] clones goes, there is nothing special about this one unless you love the [i]Putt-Putt[/i] series. That being said, this is an okay purchase when on sale, but you would be much better off buying it as part of the Putt-Putt Complete Pack instead when that goes on sale. If you simply want to get your hands on a great [i]Breakout[/i] clone, give [i]Adventure Ball[/i] a look, but I am sure that there are even better ones out there on the market. While [i]Balloon-o-Rama[/i] is certainly serviceable, it is very much one of those ‘take it or leave it’ kinds of games.
I remember playing this for HOURS as a kid, its not a great version of Breakout but if I'm REALLY bored and need a time killer, I'll open this up and play a few levels.
This is probably the first bad Putt Putt game in my opinion.
Gameplay is just boring for first half of the game, first 1-50? levels are pretty easy and don't introduce many mechanics, or gameplay elements. And the later half has a different issue of becoming tedious or even hard, the turning point is in level 69, where the balloons are made in heart shape, and if you don't pop them fast enough, they REGENERATE!
Regenerating enemies/boss hp are already frustrating enough in more adult games, but putting it in a kids game is just mean xD. But if you do reach 70, I guess if you're a huge breakout genre fan, maybe you'll like the rest of it, but it just takes too long to reach it in my opinion, but maybe breakout genre isn't for me. Lastly the final level feels like it was designed by Devs who knew 99% of people won't see the end, because lemme tell you, idk how you can finish LvL 20 first try unless you have tons of extra lives.
Also, The problem is that the gameplay just isn't interesting, or rich in mechanics to warrant a separate game, this should've been one of the mini games in existing Putt Putt games! Sure it's not an expensive game, but still it shouldn't be a standalone game. If the developers ever remaster/remake Putt Putt games, I hope they put all of these spinoffs and mini games from non spinoff games into one big catalogue game.
So yeah, don't buy it and don't play it, a waste of time unfortunately.

I don't really think Putt-Putt is a responsible pet owner...
Putt-Putt® and Pep's Balloon-o-Rama is one of the worst games I have ever played. This is one of the first and only games I think I have played where I genuinely was falling asleep while playing it, just because of how boring it is.
So basically it's like Arkanoid or Breakout. You shoot a ball and hit blocks, or balloons in this case, and break them. Break all of em and you win the stage. The catch is, once you fire the ball you have to keep bouncing it by moving your 'paddle' beneath the cursor under the ball to keep bouncing the ball bouncing around. If it touches the ground, game over. That's it. You get 3 lives to start, and an extra life at 1000, 2500, and 5000 points. That's it. If you lose all your lives, you have to restart the level, so it's not a great penalty but it resets your score.
There's a few powerups, but I think most of them actually are more harmful than good. Let me go through all of them here.
There's one which makes Putt-Putt, your paddle, a little longer. This means you theoretically have more paddle to hit the ball with. However, this game has stage hazards. Later on there's many many many stage hazards. Sometimes it's just things that lower your score, which is still annoying since you need score to get extra lives, sometimes it's a bucket or a bowling ball that disables you for a second or two, which is usually long enough to stall you so you drop the ball and lose a life. Long Putt-Putt just makes you weaker.
Then there's the hover boots for Pep, Putt-Putt's dog, aka the ball you're hitting here. The hover boots make it so every time Pep comes into contact with Putt-Putt he just hovers above you can you get the chance to fire him off again up into the air. This might sound useful, however there are many balloons in every stage that you can't get to by just your initial shot. So this powerup basically just wastes your time, and I never found a single instance where it felt useful.
There's the space helmet, which gives Pep low gravity when he's bouncing around the stage. This is somewhat useful, because it slows down your gameplay, and it does seem to allow Pep to bounce higher. You'd think this would basically be really useful for grabbing items and stuff when they fall - in actuality it really just changes the timing of grabbing stuff, it doesn't necessarily make it easier.
Then there's the cape. The cape is arguably the only unambiguously good powerup, because it lets Pep ghost through everything in the stage. This effectively turns him into a chainsaw where, once you have a good rally going you can just annihilate everything on the stage in a few arcing tosses while racking up huge points. So not only is it great, it's fun to use. Too bad like every other power up it's on a VERY short timer.
The thing about that is, powerups don't last until your next death or anything like that. Powerups only last a set amount of time. Interestingly, this can actually go between stages, so if you pick up a powerup in one stage, and move onto the next one quickly enough, you can have it in the next stage too. For a while.
This is one of the biggest things though that kills the game dead, and it's that every powerup is INCREDIBLY scarce. I think over 120 levels, all of which I played, I pretty much only had powerups for maybe 12-15 of those. It genuinely felt like I never ever saw them. But no.
So let's get into why this game is so bad.
First, the physics are just not very good. They're not fun to play with and it all feels weighted against the player, in terms of the fact that the ball rarely gets very long in the air.
It does not help that the stages aren't constructed for fun. There's no stage in this game, which you would expect, where you get to actually bounce the ball up to the top of the stage and watch as it bounces around on the top row of balloons. You'd THINK that'd be a stage in this game, right? Everyone knows that in Arkanoid, one of the most satisfying things you can do is to get the ball trapped at the top so it keeps bouncing around on the blocks and against the wall of the stage. This game, doesn't seem to understand that at all.
So the powerups suck and the stages aren't fun, what's worse than that? Why of course, incredibly annoying and tedious to deal with stage objects such as bumpers, that bump the ball back in the direction it came. There's also what I can only describe as spinning fans, if the ball touches them the balls gets sent in a random direction at a random velocity. This is about as much fun as it sounds.
And on top of that, there's also balloons carrying buckets. Buckets are COMPLETELY indestructible, you have to pop a balloon somewhere above the bucket, which means you have to approach that balloon from an angle. This is one of the most frustrating parts of maybe the last 20-30 levels of the game, but especially the last 10 or so, they start to REALLY overuse the buckets, to the point where there are several stages that are just wall-to-wall buckets with 1 or 2 very narrow gaps, and it's very nearly pixel-perfect to get the ball in there top pop the balloons carrying the buckets and begin to make any progress on the stage.
And all this in a game... for kids.
Somewhat like Pajama Sam Sock Works, this game pretty much completely gives up the pretense it was designed with kids in mind after a certain point, because it gets REALLY hard. I think they must have known that too, because, there's a cheats menu called 'junior helper' if you just hover the mouse at the bottom of the screen in the level select. 'Junior helper' seems very telling to me, because it probably means they realized late in production they made this game WAY too hard.
You'd think with a game like this, it'd probably be pretty easy, pretty fun, it'd have powerups every single level and every single one would just shower you in points. But no. For some reason, this game has the structure of an old arcade game, where you only get up to 3 extra lives from score, it actually tracks score, and your score resets on game over. It's bizarre to me, because this is obviously a game for your PC, it's made for very small children, and I literally can't fathom why they thought the levels should be designed the way they were. It's atrocious.
Even aside from the level design, just the utter tedium of sometimes just having to wait for the ball to bounce where you want it to go, is INCREDIBLY frustrating, the game's framerate and the general lack of responsiveness of the ball makes this game seriously sleep-inducing, and even the one one two quality music tracks in this game (low bitrate as they are) aren't enough to keep me interested. This game is, at times, exactly as exciting as watching grass grow.
I beat all 120 levels just because, I knew it wouldn't really be that long of a game and I was curious to see what else there might be to see later on, but there really wasn't anything interesting. I wouldn't recommend this game to anyone! Especially not kids.
I had this game in my childhood, and love it. all in all it only took me about 3 hours to beat.
Should have been GOTY. Fromsoftware needs to take notes. Such a breathtaking experience that opened my eyes to the possibilities that a single man can do, much less a car and his dog.

Way too long for its own good, but that is true for all the junior arcade games.
These games get rather difficult, at least when omitting the junior helper from your playthrough, but the difficulty rarely stem from a fun challenge and more so from RNG and a lot of patience.
Just stick to the point and clicks if you want a fully enjoyable time.

I played this when I was like 4 years old. The alien sounds and alien level were my first experience of horror ever. Is it scary in the slightest? No. But to my baby brain it felt like a type of analog horror. I felt like the game was cursed and that the aliens would take over me.
This is a fun game involving Pep popping balloons in over 100 amazing levels! And for even more fun, you can create your own levels with a number of balloons to choose from! However, the level creator is not without its flaws. For one thing, there is no option to reset your level, unlike other Junior Arcade games, making the tool to pop balloons the only option. Also, while getting rid of objects in the editor, Putt-Putt will often interrupt what you're doing just to tell you how fast you're popping balloons, which can be annoying. It's also a disappointment that there is only one location available in the editor instead of three, like the other Arcades. Still, Balloon-o-Rama is a nice game for all and I encourage others to give it a try!
I won't go into too much detail, since it's a pretty simple game at heart, but it made my childhood nonetheless. This game is an Arkanoid-style game where you use Putt-Putt as your paddle and Pep as your ball. Simply bounce Pep into the balloons to pop them, and pop them all to clear a stage.
Still, in typical Humongous Entertainment fashion, the whole game oozes with charm and character! The bouncy animation and bright colors makes even the simplest of levels feel lively!
Overall verdict: 93/100. It held up great back in the day, and it still holds up well today. The later levels get pretty mean with the balloon placement and with spawning / respawning balloons, though there is thankfully some Junior Helper options to help ease the difficulty.

Putt-Putt and Pep's Balloon-o-Rama is a old break out game for children, which destroyed me. So yea, this is the first Humongous game I couldn't complete during this series, a combination of poor game design and whiskey. I completed 112/120 levels. The hit box on all the objects feels off, like hitting the balloons with the paint cans or alot of the time if Pep goes too fast he clips through Putt-Putt and loses a life. On top of that, this is clearly animal abuse and Putt-Putt really shows off his sadist side.

Played this so much and I still enjoy relaxing with it after all these years. Simple beauty!
Just terrible. A lazy, uninspired, ugly Breakout clone. The erratic controls, the ugly graphics, the grating music, and the slow gameplay made me physically ill. I love Putt-Putt but this was a complete waste of a beloved character. Putt-Putt should be point and click adventure, not a lazy arcade ripoff.

Cute little minigame but I wouldn't pay for it
Putt-Putt and Pep's Balloon o' Rama is an ancient, family friendly ripoff of Breakout/Arkanoid released on Steam using the ScummVM engine. The game eschews the usual adventure game wrapper and selection of minigames for a simple Breakout clone. Guide the anthropomorphic motor vehicle, Putt-Putt, through a selection of Breakout levels, and you can create your own custom levels. Not that you would want to.
There's nothing wrong with the general idea, but this game is over 25 years old, it's ancient. 4:3, fixed resolution (looks like VGA). Weirdly, the devs have patched it from time to time, but this is really like putting lipstick on the skeleton of a pig that died long ago. I know that's not all that nice to say, but these guys are charging $5 USD for this, when you can play free educational games for kids, with much higher quality, in browsers or mobile, so how could anyone consider paying for this?
This is just a lazy attempt to cash in on some old abandoned kids game. It's really not cool.
Gotta say, it's a little bit of a let down. Why did Putt-Putt entrust Pep, a dog with no opposable thumbs, to hold onto a large bouquet of balloons? Surely that was his first mistake. It's quite a cruel punishment of Putt-Putt to hurl Pep off of his car to collect them all only to land back down onto a presumably METAL frame or the road. Please, end dog abuse.
Putt-Putt and Pep's Balloon-o-Rama is essentially a Breakout clone with a Putt-Putt aesthetic to it. The goal of each level is to pop all the balloons via using Putt-Putt like a trampoline and Pep like a bouncing ball.
The game is fun for all of about five minutes - until you realize how repetitive the gameplay is and how slowly the game progresses. This isn't to say it is a terrible game but you can likely find other Breakout clones that will have more content in them; if not play the Recharged version from Atari.

het is gewoon leuk
very bizarre breakout clone that feels just...off. it's capable, i guess. but the way putt-putt moves back and forth is strange and the bouncing momentum of pep is wildly inconsistent. still, it's pretty amazing for 1996, especially the animation and audio.
but the real weirdness of this is how a car keeps bouncing their wild cavedog (possibly hundreds?) of feet in the air to pop balloons and if you ♥♥♥♥ up you're letting the animal crash down onto the hard, dirty ground. a small dog wouldn't be able to survive a fall like that.

YES I would most certainly recommend Putt-Putt & Pep's Balloon-O-Rama, to any willing game-player, of whom of any age, could be interested in giving it a go, even to avoid feeling low.

Surprisingly still fun after all these years. This is pretty much Putt-Putt meets Breakout, featuring 100+ levels & a level creator. The music here is also quite good still, I'd love to hear a higher quality version of this Humongous soundtrack especially! The main thing to note here is there isn't really a story to this game unlike the other games in this series.
Any adult who grew up with Putt-Putt & is looking for a quick dose of nostalgia or something quick & fun for their kid should definitely consider getting this game.

Pure nostalgia, as a Dutch girl I'm used to the Flemish voices and not the American but still, a lot of fun. Graphics, well it is a very old game so yeah, but you only need your mouse, and some fun background music because the game sounds are very, very, very repetitive...
But all in all a fun and cheap trip back down memory lane.
My son loves it but he has garbo-doodie-poo-poo-taste. Buy this game for your kids if you hate them.

Classic, just like I remember from when I was a kid.
Bought for the nostalgia. This game right here was my FAVORITE to play as a kid, I have no idea how many days I would hop on to beat my high score or make custom levels. I remember one time going through the whole game in one day. (There's 120 levels.) My family had to peel me off of the computer multiple times to do other things. But by the end of the day, I beat it and felt like the coolest kid ever.
Heck yeah I recommend this game! It's simple, fun, with a flavor of challenge. The soundtrack is also so well done, especially the bonus space levels! I sometimes would just leave the game open to listen to the music.

Le gameplay est juste hyper intéressant, l'histoire est insane, les 2 personnages principaux sont super charismatiques !
J'ai lu certain avis et plusieurs personnes disent que le jeu est répétitif mais c'est totalement faux, il y a des ballons de différentes couleurs, des items variés pour le chien "Pep" et des couleurs différentes pour sa voiture ! One of the best stories in a game series in quite a while. In one game you had to go to the circus but in this one you pop the balloons you let go of. Pure genius!

I dont know what it is, maybe it is the lack of CRT or ScummVM's port. But the controls feel really bad. As if the game was skipping frames or something. I can see the animations seem correct but the flow is seriously wrong. The game is basically just moving a trampoline left and right to keep a ball in the air and hit all targets at the top of the screen. Has the same sidebar on widescreen resolution issues other games of this dev has. Not altogether impressed, feels like flash games have a stronger offer than this, and with no educational value to salvage the title is best kept away from my permanent library into my discarded titles collection.
Nostalgic for me, has a neat art style and good game feel. Not much past that.

Easily one of the (if not, the) actually best game of all time. Nothing comes close to this masterpeice.
Only my child's insatiable love for Putt-Putt makes this mingame at all worthwhile, and even he got quickly bored of bouncing Pep at balloons.
The basis for this game is very simple: Putt-putt lost his balloons and it's up to him and his dog Pep to get them all back (by popping them?). Even with all of this game's simplicity it is fun to play.
The objective for each level is to use Putt-putt like a trampoline and bounce Pep around the screen until you pop all of the balloons, making sure not to let Pep fall to the ground! The balloons themselves come in a variety of types: normal colored balloons, balloon filled with candy (tasty, and they give extra points), trash (yuck, and they take away points), power ups (which can turn Pep into Super Pep, Putt-putt into a stretch limo, or a few other goodies), or balloons carrying paint buckets that can change Putt-putt's color. Every five rounds a space ship will appear and if Pep hits it you get to play a bonus round on the moon! The game does keep your current score and the highest score for anyone that has played it, so you can compete with others, or try to beat your highest score!
The game itself is pretty simple, but if the player is having difficulties, there is a junior help button that can be used to prevent the player from losing lives (and thus never lose the game) and also make it easier for Putt-putt to catch Pep. Additionally, this game comes with a mode that lets players create custom levels anyway they want. I like to occasionally play this game because of its game play, nice music, and fun atmosphere.
I never thought there could be a perfect game until after playing this gem. At first I thought this would be just a joke gift from my friend, but boy was I wrong. The art is beautiful, and the character development and story throughout the game is tear jerking at some points for all Putt-Putt and his dog Pep go through. This game gets a solid 10/10 from me without a doubt, no better game out there than this.

This game is suffering wrapped in nostalgia.
Not worth money. It did not run on my cutting edge 4k gaming computer at all (serious graphics glitch), so I tried another computer and it worked. Quality is below standards by years. Gameplay is repetitive. My son got seriously bored after 4 levels already and said he wants to play another game. Any other.
Putt Putt and Pep's Balloon-o-Rama is a mixed bag which I cannot recommend.
My friend sent me this game as part of the anime sale and while I love the anime of this franchise the Putt Putt game cannot live up to it.
Story - 0/10
While I love the story of the Putt Putt anime it's a shame there is little to no story in this game at all. I wanted some backstory between Putt Putt and Pep but unfortuntely many of my questions are left unanswered. I wanted to know why Putt Putt could talk and why Pep is okay with being kidnapped by a car. These questions still bother me and will continue to have a negative effect on me for a long while.
Gameplay - 10/10
The gameplay of this game is fantastic. I have never had more fun throwing a dog at balloons. It's even more fun than it is in real life just without having to hide the corpse afterwards. It's a bit unrealistic though as the police never knock at your door in this game and you never have to lie about you never seeing the dog that went missing.
Music - 1/10
The music is very bland and sounds a lot like the JoJo's bizarre adventure soundtrack so you know what to expect; trash. This low quality of audio does not suit this high quality of gameplay.
Graphics - 4/10
I really like the Minecraft look that these games go with nowadays. While I would've preferred the animation from the anime the pixelated Minecraft inspired look really gives it some charm.
Overall: After 62 levels I called it a day. ?/10
If you love your kids don't bore them with this. The other Putt-Putt® games are worth looking at as a distraction but this, no.
Game works great. I may be a adult now. But i grew up on these HE games. And im glad i can still have them to show what i grew up on. And even as a adult the game is challanging. Like that the game is not so advanced as some of these new games out. Great for kids. Thanks. and please keep it updated and working with new IOS.
It's just bouncing the dog off of Putt-Putt to pop the balloons. It's ok, but get's old fast even for kids. Not really worth spending money off. The real Putt-Putt games are great though. Kids love them. Just not this.
I had this game when I was 11 and had completely forgotten about it until I saw it on here. I LOVED this one, along with "Putt-Putt Goes To The Circus" and "Putt-Putt Travels Through Time". I will be buying those also. :) So glad these games are on here.

This game is like Five Night's At Freddy's meets Dark Souls II. Amazing, outstanding graphics, storyline, back story, atmosphere, I mean everything is beyond superb. K2 really outdid themselves on this one.
Nostalgia overload. Grab if you played this when you were 6 and want the waves of memories and simple times to rush over you. Otherwise, it's relatively mediocre for the price.
My only complaint about this game is that it doesn't have any trading cards, I would love to showcase a level 5 or a foil Putt Putt badge on my profile!

I thought that this would be some ♥♥♥♥♥♥ game for 4 year olds, but boy was I wrong.
The deap and emotional story of Pep loosing all of Putt-Putt's balloons, and then being thrown into the room to save them is a heartwreching tale that can make you cry.

This Put Put game is just the mini game but it's great for early childhood gamers because it has a junior arcade mode to help them out. It's pretty much playing brick breaker but with balloons and a puppy. The interface is really easy to follow and great for the younger crowd. My daughter is 3 and she figured out how to play it pretty well.
The best version (so far) of one of this generation's finest games, Putt-Putt® and Pep's Balloon-o-Rama is testament to how much difference a graphical overhaul can make. Humongous Entertainment's ability to render worlds with caricatures of real Balloons, yet somehow more authentic than shot-for-shot recreations, is based on details. With this edition those details have been refined, expanded, and improved.
Putt-Putt® achieved everything that it needed to with Putt-Putt® and Pep's Balloon-o-Rama. It revitalised a series that had suffered real brand damage in Putt-Putt® and Pep's Dog on a Stick, and the second game in its Arcade series easily stands as the best game we've seen in years. There is absolutely no reason to miss out on this one.

An Instant Childhood Arcade Classic from the Days of my Childhood, in which you have to pop the balloons by guiding Putt Putt, all while bouncing Pep as you go through 120 Levels of Balloon Popping Fun!
This game is very similar to that of Breakout, a 1976 Atari arcade game & it contains old scenes from Putt-Putt Goes to the Moon, Putt-Putt Saves the Zoo & Fatty Bear's Birthday Surprise.
Best storyline ever.
Best car ballon popping simulator.
Ten candy filled ballons out of ten.
All this is here is a breakout game. Nothing really bad about it but nothing special either; again, you could easily find better versions of this kind of game for free.
I couldn't run it so I had to get a $5000 upgrade.

This game has changed my life ever since the invention of Colored TVs and the internet.
Putt-Putt® and Pep's Balloon-o-Rama sets you in a post-apocalyptic world, driven by highly developed "C.A.R.S" (Controlling Airborne Radio Satellite) after the Balloon Wars struck the planet earth and killed all the humans. Here, world's chance to redeem itself lies into Pep, the world's last and most brutal Special Forces' K-9, trained for terrorist takedowns and body dismemberment. Alongside Pep, there's his sidekick; Putt-Putt. Don't let Putt-Putt trick you down with his sweet 8-year-old voice, he actually is a trained war machine, initially to end Pep's life, but now teamed up in order for a major deed.
Putt-Putt® and Pep's Balloon-o-Rama is a chance that MUST NOT be missed.
