It's a fun game, more fun than it looks! But there are 2 reasons why one might not recommend it:
1. It's not for everybody. Good thing - you'll know whether you like it or not within 2 minutes of gameplay;
2. Price. I got it from a private giveaway [spoiler]on SteamGifts website[/spoiler], so I shouldn't complain, BUT, I probably wouldn't buy the game myself, I'm certain of it. Luckily, I enjoyed for what it was.

Симулятор президента Пакистана. Кто-нибудь может сходу, не гугля, назвать как зовут нынешнего, или хотя бы как звали прошлых? Вот и я нет.
В отличие от прошлой части ([url=https://steamcommunity.com/id/Drogobar/recommended/368780/] President for a Day - Corruption[/url] ), сценарий тут один, надо продержаться до перевыборов, пока страну затапливает разлив Инда, а на фоне этого появляются беженцы, растёт недовольство и поднимают голову исламисты.
Во многом всё упирается в безопасность, если не обеспечивать регион войсками, боевики быстро отобьют территории. С затоплением внезапно можно бороться меньше, потому что та же карта отстройки домов сильно повышает и популярность и здоровье. Да и по большому счету тут надо просто понять какие карты дают бонус по нескольким категориям и топить за них, забивая на остальное. Пройти игру легко, но вот на все ачивы это геммор, особенно на популярность в 90%, она сильно снижается при любом чихе.

- задания от иностранных государств могут не засчитываться.
Как итог: как и в первой части, идея прикольная, реализация хромая. В целом сыграть было норм, да и спасибо за карты, но советовать всё же не берусь.

Я сыграл в игру President for A Day: Floodings и остался впечатлён. Как будто сам стал президентом Пакистана и должен бороться за политическую жизнь страны.
Сюжет игры захватывает с первых минут. Началось всё с ежегодного наводнения, которое в этот раз оказалось сильнее обычного. Нужно было спасать страну от потопа, а также решать другие проблемы, возникшие после наводнения: нехватка чистой воды и еды, появление беженцев, вспышки холеры и так далее.
Особенно понравилось, что игра заставляет принимать сложные решения. Нужно было выбирать, как распределить ресурсы, кого поддержать, а кого наказать. Эти решения влияли на исход игры.
Графика в игре простая, но понятная. Звуки наводнения и других природных явлений создают атмосферу хаоса и опасности.

I am 32 years old.
My ex-wife and I have a daughter together, and we adopted our son together. Both are now 4 years old.
When we were going through our separation, I felt lost and unhappy. I was self-destructive. One day, I was so angry with everything spiraling out of control that I punched a concrete wall in a moment of overwhelming emotion. This resulted in breaking my fifth metacarpal in my right hand—the hand I worked with, played games with, and used to carry my children to bed—the hand I desperately needed to ensure I could continue providing.
Upon learning the severity of the self-inflicted damage, I became almost suicidal. Keep in mind that just a few months before this, I was the happiest man, with no history of depression or anxiety. I had never experienced anger outbursts, nor was I the type to break down and cry, but I was in a tough situation that truly prevented me from seeing the light on the other side.
With nothing better to do, I looked for a game I could play WITH ONE HAND while recovering. Somehow, I stumbled upon this game and read some of the comments. I decided it was worth a try... I must admit I didn't beat the game, nor did I play as much as some of you. In fact, I may have played this game for only a day or two. That being said, after doing so, I had a new joy and hope for life. I managed to leave behind the pain and suffering that had been thrust upon me. I could experience the joy and happiness of other people. I relaxed for 5 ♥♥♥♥ minutes listening to this music, long enough to realize that I would be okay.
After realizing this, I turned off the game and went back to work. My hand hurt a lot, but I was motivated. I stopped feeling so sorry for myself and became the father I needed to be at that moment, not the weak boy I was behaving like.
Today, I am close friends with the mother of my children. We don't fight, argue, or say hurtful things to each other. We are parents and friends.
Now I have 3 children. My third child is, wait, ALSO 4 YEARS OLD. The woman I am with was going through a very similar situation at the time of my separation, and we just unexpectedly stumbled into each other's lives. We have been dating for a year and are very happy together.
Moral of the story: you never know what life has in store for you, and if I had given up when all odds were against me, I wouldn't be where I am today. This silly little game helped me realize that.

Juego troll de micromanagement de la presidencia de Pakistan, jugas cartas con hechos y haces management politico, economico, social. Digamos que no esta mal el concepto, de hecho hay juegos que son muy buenos haciendo esto, incluso otros que son de otro genero como el Hearts of iron, que tiene micromanagement economico y politico, pero en esencia es un juego de guerra.
El tema es que este es bastante malo y simplificado, los graficos y la musica estan bien, pero no logras compenetrar con la jugabilidad ni la narrativa del juego.
No lo convierte necesariamente en un juego malo pero es bastante flojo, solo compralo si sos fan del genero

I picked this up for an extremely low bargain basement price, so I cannot really say anything bad about it.
It is different if nothing more than culturally, a numbers game some may say.
Although I have clocked up 72 minutes, the first 30 or so I was on the phone and not actually playing the game, during the rest of these 72 minutes though, I played 2 games, both of them having to cut short to go off and do other things, so the one thing that this game lacks, for me, is a 'SAVE GAME' option.
At some point I will try to play a game that will run the course and reach an ending that the game offers rather than the 'shut down pc' premature endings I have had thus far.
Also, the game seems quite fast-paced in the beginning, my second attempt was a bit better as I had a bit of familiarity with the navigation between sections/screens/options.
All in all, the game ran smoothly, if I had actually played it for another 20 to 30 minutes I would have got far enough to see what my efforts brought and if I would still be in power after the 2 week period you have ran out.

Игра немного стала разнобразней, но это не делает её лучше. Выглядит и играется она так же плохо. Ничего хорошего, проходите мимо.

GREAT GAME 5 STARTS
President for a Day - Floodings is a simplistic politics game with one scenario. Use various "cards" to determine your policies and relationships with your neighbours. The game isn't well ported to PC, even though it's from 2015 there's no widescreen option.
The game is a little boring and the implementation is terrible. Lack of proper widescreen and other deficiencies prevent me from recommending this.
Stay away from this.

Funny, original (as far as I know) game, it is really easy to win the game, if you want a challenge I'd advise trying to get all achievements. At the start I didn't understand the game a bit, but after a while it will become clearer and all in all is it not too hard to understand.

反正就是很乱，每回合冒出来的恐怖分子。。。还有my Chinese friend 和 my American firend，哈哈哈
不过个人并不是很喜欢这种类型的游戏

I had to play this game for 5 minutes before I could review it and those 5 minutes I just stared at the game wishing the stuttering would stop.

Честно - игру не понял вообще. Не потому, что она сложная, а потому, что тупо впадлу было ее понимать.
Геймплей - нужно за 2 недели захватить/раскрутиться в Чуркостане. На разные города прибегает алькаида, ты защищаешь ядерное оружие. Прокачиваешь популярность, уровень жизни и защиту регионов. Какие то коллекции от пиндосов типа мат.помощи.
Ачивки получаются на изи за 3-5 прохождений. Просто выбираете ачивку и тупо под нее раскачиваетесь.
Меня эта шляпа не зацепила, и в чем ее фишка я не понял. Минусовой отзыв ставить не буду, однако, это не значит, что игра стоящая.

見た目通りのカジュアルな内政ストラテジー。
ターン制と書いてはあるが時間制限があり、一定時間が経過すると強制的に次ターンの処理に移ってしまう。
ゲームの基本はポイント化された政治力を消費してコマンドを発行し、国民の支持を取り付けるというもの。
食料を供給し、反政府勢力を軍で鎮圧し、難民を支援し、洪水対策を行い、外国からの援助を取り付ける。
値段相応のシンプルな内容なので過度な期待は禁物だが、そこそこ遊べる内容。

TLDR: Very meh. Was mildly entertained for one match and never wanna play again. Leaves sidebar when fullscreened on widesceren monitors. Interface is a tad more finnicky than you'd want. General lack of tooltips and whatnot. Feels a bit tablety. Otherwise I liked the geographical location of pakistan, drafting troops from the afghan border, and having a bunch of nukes around that generate barbarians in exchange for better score generation and using the card-based interface to implement dictates in color coded branches. Was intuitive and mostly worked as intended.
Much more enjoyable than President for a Day - Corruption. This actually unfolds in three general acts. First act is managing the flood. Second act is controlling the rebels and third act is the election result. You get three gauges with different colors that you gotta try and maxe out for every district in every province of which there are a fair bit. Some provinces are subject to modifiers but they dont seem very inventive or varied and some of the information seemed hard to get by. Ultimately I found that it was simpler to just take net +stat to something than take the more evil and thematic dictatorial +statX -statY options.
Game is soon over and I got elected managing the crisis with minimal casualties. It felt rather boring.
Some of the underlying mechanics were cryptic, such as the refugee system. The effects of flood% on a province. The effects, spreading and management of cholera as well as the china/us diplomacy sub-modifiers.
It DOES have potential.
I don't know much about the background of this game, in terms of who the developers are. However, the premise of the game is interesting and the game show lots of potential in some areas. However, it's obvious that there is still work that needs to be done to improve it. For example, the ability to be able to save progress and the option to play the game in window size. As it is, this game resembles more a student project as opposed to an "indie" game.

Quite possibly the most realistic game ever created. I really felt as if i was in the Pakistani election race, which just so happens to be a lifelong dream of mine. Such immersive gameplay, 10/10

Une sorte de jeu de plateau solo, dans lequel vous êtes propulsé leader d'un pays dans lequel tout va mal (le Pakistan en l'occurence), c'est la mousson, les terroristes attaquent votre pays, vos silos nucléaires sont en galère, vos conseillers essayent de faire un putsch tous les 3 matins, et les élections sont dans 2 semaines alors que tout la population vous déteste.
Du coup à vous de micro-manager tous vos états à l'aide d'un système de gestion assez rudimentaire, il y a des choix de "cartes" qui ont des effets particuliers (construire des camps de réfugiés, des digues, envoyer l'armée, exécuter des opposants, faire une campagne de pub à la télé, etc...) que vous pouvez acheter grâce à votre monnaie unique, le "political power" à chaque tour, pour essayer de garder tout ça sous contrôle. Ca vous permet d'influer sur 3 données principales (réparties par état puis agrégées dans une moyenne globale) : la santé des gens, le contrôle politique, et le contrôle militaire. Si un indicateur se barre en cahuète c'est mauvais pour vous et vous vous faites dégager aux prochaines élections.
Y a quelques mécanismes bonus pas forcément utiles, l'aide des pays développés qui peuvent vous donner une "carte" gratuite en échange de la complétion d'un objectif particulier (souvent d'ordre humanitaire), un peu façon bonus de l'ONU, mais en général c'est déjà tellement le bordel que vous ne remplirez les objectifs que s'ils concordent par hasard avec votre problème du jour.
Le gros problème du coup, c'est qu'il y a beaucoup d'états et de sous-zones à gérer, ça prend des plombes, c'est répétitif en veux tu en voilà, les cartes sont absolument pas équilibrées donc on se retrouve à abuser toujours les mêmes trucs pour garder ses jauges à fond tout en laissant des millions de déplacés crever la dalle parce qu'il y a d'autres moyens de garder sa jauge de santé à 100% pour beaucoup moins cher, du coup l'expérience en pâtit pas mal. Y a pas vraiment d'intrigue non plus ni de rebondissements, donc c'est juste gérer la merde quotidienne jusqu'à une date de fin arbitraire qui vous dira si vous avez gagné ou perdu, et puis au revoir, on a vu plus engageant dans le genre.
