Excelente juego. Para los principiantes es una puerta de entrada super agradable. Para los expertos es necesario entrar a configuración a quitar ayudas y luego se le pueden agregar retos extra a cada nivel eligiendo challenges.
Lo malo es que es de esos picross que te corrije la cruz puesta por error. Si bien te quita una vida, te da información extra de esa celda. En lo personal me gustaría un modo que no te revele los erroes con la cruz. Tampoco vendría mal uno en el que no te revele los errores de marca y que tengas que esperar a finalizar el puzzle para darte cuenta si has cometido o no un error.

Plus besoin de présenter ce type de casse-tête. Pixross ne réinvente pas la roue, ni le principe, mais propose 180 casse-têtes de différentes catégories pour passer le temps. De plus, vous pouvez tenter des challenges, comme ne pas pouvoir poser de marques indiquant que la case est vide par exemple.
Vous pouvez aussi générer des grilles en plus si vous n'en avez pas assez ! Toutes les grilles ne seront pas forcément des carrés, c'est assez original pour être spécifié. Si vous aimez les jeux de picross, ça sera toujours un jeu qui vous permettra de passer le temps !

Not very interesting nonos, often symmetrical. Colors often lead you towards guessing the pattern. Just, eh.
I also had a glitch where the X button was counting as a mark instead of second X, cancelling my puzzle.

I love nonogram games, but I can't recommend this because it's just too easy. The levels only range between 5x5 and 15x15, but other nonogram games after the first sets you mainly get 20x20 to 30x30 sets.
But what's most disappointing, and annoying, is how the hints give away the solution while you're still solving the nonogram. For example let's say I'm solving a 10x10 nonogram and a row has [3, 1] as hints. In the process of solving the 5th column I place one square on this row, and it accidentally happens to be the one matching the 1 hint, the game will disable the 1 hint, telling me that I've placed it correctly. So now I automatically know the 5 squares to the right are empty, giving away the solution for that row, which I do not want to have happen. You should never give away the solution at any point for any kind of puzzle, the game should only reveal if what I've done is correct at the very end, so that I have the chance to mess up along the way and discover everything on my own.
Do you like picross kind of puzzles? Then great.

Your typical nonogram type thing, but it has a lot of nice features. You can change the cosmetics of the map and board, add challenges, or change some of the gameplay mechanics (Like how many strikes wrong).
It's really, really nice. I love these sort of puzzles and found them fun to do in between busy work or while watching YouTube. The sounds and graphics here all play together nicely too, making it really satisfying and good for the brain scritchies.

A very simple picross puzzle game, with 180 different puzzles ranging in size from 5x5 to 15x15 - some are rectangles eg 5x10 or 10x15. All puzzles are roughly the same difficulty, so this game may be best suited to young or casual players looking to relax.
I highly recommend looking at the settings before beginning, and as you get to know the game.

[*]The tutorial is not interactive. Instead of letting you do a puzzle, it simply explains it as you watch the puzzle being solved.
[*]The controls are easy and intuitive. Left click to colour in a square, and right click to cross off the square.
[*]The difficulty of the puzzles remains roughly the same throughout the entire game, there is [b]no[/b] increase in difficulty as you go.
[*]The puzzles are automatically coloured as you fill them in.
[*]If you make a mistake (whether left clicking or right clicking), the game will automatically fill in the square correctly and you will lose one "life".
[*]You can make 3 mistakes per level (4th mistake ends the level). 3 mistakes is the default, but you can change this in the settings to either 6 or 9.
[*]The default is "free draw" style, but you can change to "line" style in the settings. Line style means that when you click & drag to mark a line of squares, you will only be able to drag within the line of the original square you clicked on. This makes it easier to prevent misclicks when marking long sections of the grid.
[*]You can replay levels as often as you like, and quit a level at any point (though your progress is NOT saved if you leave in the middle of a level).
[*]In addition to the 180 puzzles the game comes with, you also have the option to generate new ones. The new ones do not form a picture, and there may be puzzles with multiple correct solutions.
[*]There are 5 challenges you can choose to activate, which add rules and obstacles to the levels you play. They can be used on the pre-existing levels as well as on generated levels. You CAN use all 5 challenges at the same time, although I do not recommend it.
[*]You can unlock backgrounds and visual styles for things such as the grid and check marks. These are unlocked by spending the stars you earn by completing levels. This is done "gacha" style, so the style you receive will be random. There is a counter in the top left of the screen which tells you what percentage of unlockables you have unlocked.

When it comes to nonograms this game is on the easier side but it is well made and it has plenty of puzzles to keep a player entertained for a few hours, and while ultimately the unlockable cosmetic options are superfluos they are a nice external incentive as they give the points a reason for being there. Overall chill vibes and a good time.
It’s a simple and very beginner friendly Picross game. There aren’t a lot of Picross-type games on PC sadly because I love to play those on my phone when out and about and I got some spare minutes. This one does its job well, has some nice music and is really good for winding down. It does feel more geared towards beginners with the help it gives by greying out satisfied numbers before you realize they are, but it was still fun to play. With a rough playtime of around 3 hours, it’s up to you if you want to pay the (cheap) full price for it tho. I will definitely recommend it regardless.

Pretty middling if you're expecting a harder picross game; go check out Picross Touch for that.
Pros:
- Short enough to get all achievements quickly
- Lots of hints for beginners; ability to turn them off
- A decent selection of chill bgm and lots of style options, some nice and some questionable. I like to use the styles that emulate the Mario Picross aesthetics
Cons:
- Missing QoL like crossing out numbers that are guaranteed to be completed
- Penalties felt undeserved if you're coming from Picross Touch; crossing out tiles is normally done with right clicks but it penalizes you if you cross out tiles incorrectly. You're supposed to use the middle click to mark tiles without penalty, which is awkward
- Hints revealed too much like crossing out numbers that haven't been confirmed
- Colors get turned off if you turn off penalties
- Over-reliance on using colors to create puzzles, making them easy to complete
I also tried the generated puzzle feature (you can find this online); while challenging, it doesn't offer the sensical yet challenging images that the Gameboy picross games have. They're not very challenging without a time limit.
In short, go play Picross Touch if you want a long-term picross game, and the old Gameboy games like Super Mario Picross if you want challenging puzzles
I have mixed feelings about this one. I've loved Picross for years, and your options for Picross on PC are very limited, and I hate to dump on a game that clearly had a lot of love put into it and shows it. But there are some real issues holding this back.
The good: Puzzles and controls all work properly. It's very inexpensive! It can be a nice, relaxing time filler. Very clean interface. Visual customizations available, though some of them look nice and some of them are just distracting and weird. Basically, what you do get here is good.
The bad: Puzzles give information they shouldn't, by graying out numbers whose conditions are satisfied even if you don't know that they are (for example, graying out a 1 in the correct position even though you shouldn't yet know *which* 1 it is). Content is... I hate to say it, because 170+ puzzles does sound like a lot, but few of them are a standard/larger size (15x15 or larger), so it does feel light on content, and the puzzles never really get challenging. They talk about additional puzzle packs, but there aren't any available, and the game hasn't been updated in a few years (it came out in 2020, according to Steam). The game can only be played with a mouse, no controller or keyboard support. A bug was reported to and acknowledged by the developer in 2020, shortly after release, where often new customizations are not unlocked via the "lootbox" mechanic; it was never fixed.
For $4, you can certainly do worse. But if you're an experienced Picross player, unfortunately the best stuff available on modern platforms is still the Picross S series on Switch, which unfortunately is not available on PC.
Definitely a good starting point if you're a newbie to picross / nonogram genre. You can solve everything by logic. I didn't think I would enjoy this kind of game, but I wanted to try something new...

It's picross--simple as that. Not as many puzzles as I expected the game to have and a good handful of them are relatively easy, but it's worth its 4 dollar price tag, in my opinion. It will give you a couple of days worth of entertainment.
You're paying so little for this, that it's hard not to recommend. No doubt there's better Picross games but for the same price as a coffee, you're getting 180 levels that'll take around a minute to a couple minutes each so its not bad at all.

Pixross is a cozy and relaxing nonogram (picross) puzzle game with a minimalistic pixel art style and chill ambient music. Even if you're not a nonogram expert, the game is very beginner-friendly and usually not overwhelming (though some levels can be tricky and take a bit of time to solve). The game includes a ton of puzzles, and you can also generate random ones for endless variety. You can unlock even more by entering special codes from the developer’s website. If it starts feeling too easy, you can enable various challenge modifiers to increase the difficulty (you can activate all of them at once).

The good news:
-It's more picross/nonogram, with some alright customization (you can turn off mistakes, freehand or straight-line filling, etc)
The mixed:
-You can unlock some extra backgrounds, which is nice, a random unlock costs you 100 points, and a 5x5 puzzle gives you 50. But then I don't really understand, why would you swap the colour-in / cross out / mark as unsure signs to intricate and visually noisy tiles, like a splatter. (Also, the feature is so weirdly implemented, that you can spend more on the unlocks after getting 100% unlockables - and the game will still show you a NEW tag on the category, without anything new there. Which shows the general lack of thought and care, or testing regarding the feature.)
The bad:
-There's barely any challenge, the biggest was 15x15 maybe, and while the picture is colourful, there are no multi-colour nonograms like in some other games (Great old flash Picma comes to my mind as a gold standard)
-The game automatically grays out the helping numbers, often giving more information than it should. It can literally tell you that you found and cornered the 3rd "1" out of the 5 in the middle of an empty sheet.
-Mistakes reveal the tile, so you can force solutions within your mistake-limit (though you can turn on the bomb mode which makes you lose on a single mistake... but it's not the real deal.
Along with the small puzzle size, way too informative numbers on the border, and the general lack of letting you making mistakes it's more alike the puzzles you have as a minigame in other games/apps for a daily credit, or like you have a daily (easy) sudoku in newspapers.

Eh, it's a fine enough picross game, but the puzzles stay pretty easy throughout, the UX is...okay but a bit lackluster, and even one of the nicer QoL features included - number greying out as you fill in the grid - is implemented in such a way that it sometimes gives away more logical information than you've actually confirmed at that point in the solve. If you get it for cheap, it's not a bad time, but you have a ton of better options out there for picross.

A solid nonogram game. It's very well presented, but could do with some small quality of life and accessibility improvements, as not everyone necessarily has the manual dexterity to use a mouse, especially with a game that relies heavily on accurate mouse movement. Cloud saves would be nice, as would larger puzzles. All of these are rather minor issues though, and I enjoyed my time with it.

This game is pretty fun——it's like a little boost of entertainment during my school breaks.
The main gameplay involves filling a certain number of squares based on the number given. It's my first time playing a game like this, so it's pretty new to me, but it's easy to pick up. When there are 10 squares and you're only allowed to fill in 1-9 of them, sometimes you have to rely on a bit of luck, but since you get a few chances to try and fail, it;'s overall pretty simple and relaxing.
As you clear levels, you unlock different backgrounds, squares, or buttons, and they add some variety to the gameplay. All in all, it's a chill, straightforward game, and I think it's pretty good.
It's just about everything you could ever want from a nonagram game, which isn't much, but easily worth 4 bucks.

Had a lot of fun with this one. About five hours of gameplay if you know how to solve these kinds of puzzles beforehand.
It doesn't do anything revolutionary, but for about 3 bucks, it's a no-brainer for me. Worth every cent.

It's picross. Nice music and sound effects, and some of the puzzles are nicely designed. A lot of the puzzles were pretty easy though, too many symmetrical ones or ones that required blanking out whole rows which narrowed the board down. Worth the price.
Excellent game for the most part until you reach puzzle 3 in the Miscellaneous section. This puzzle is badly set up as it gives no real clues of what goes where meaning you have to basically resort to guesswork to complete it and to me that is a real no-no. As a logic puzzle there should be sufficient clues to solve it but on this puzzle there isn't and it's too big to work out by guesswork (which shouldn't be necessary anyway) with only 3(?) mistakes allowed on a puzzle 15 x 15 - a bit of a tall-ask.UPDATE - after a bit of further thought and examination I found out how to do this puzzle and was able to work it out logically BUT only after guessing where to start which isn't 100% ideal.
To be fair all the others have provided enough clues to solve them and had a starting point.
Exactly what it advertises.

A very relaxing little puzzle game, kind of a cross between Minesweeper and Sudoku. It's addictive in that "just one more level" kind of way, but the puzzles aren't too long, so you're probably going to end up doing an entire category or two.
The puzzles are interesting, because you can approach solving each puzzle either with numerical or visual logic, by either counting squares by the given clues (similar to minesweeper) or looking at the revealed squares to try and guess the image underneath.
In the end the game is a bit too easy, though there is an endless mode, where the colored tiles are random, which makes it slightly more challenging. This would be a perfect game to play on mobile while waiting at the dentist's.

I am guessing all these people giving the game a positive review must not be familiar with other nonogram games like Picross because GOOD LORD does Pixross lack some basic QOL improvements, the most important of which are:
- only playable by mouse, not by D-pad.
- mistakes insta-fill the clicked tile, instead of letting you continue on if that's how you want to play (and gamepad players like Steam Deck users might easily misclick).
The nonograms are also very easy, and don't go very big. There is no challenge here.
It's a wonderful version of Pixross, but like every version of the game, you will eventually run out of puzzles. They do have some random generation allowed, but the puzzles are less satifying when they are randomly generated. It's a fantastic game and it leaves me wanting more. The music is very zen and the art style is wonderful and pretty. Great game to meditate with.

Pixross offers relaxing and satisfying puzzle gameplay with charming pixel art, but its limited number of puzzles and lack of difficulty progression may leave players (me) wanting more content and challenges.

It's fine. Has most of the QoL features you'd expect from a picross game. Has a good amount of puzzles but 99% of them are 15x15 or smaller. Some minor issues:
- If you drag your mouse too fast, it skips tiles.
- The algorithm to dim number sets you've marked isn't smart enough to figure out that it should only dim numbers if it can prove you're correct without knowing the solution. In other words: if you need to select 1 tile in a row, you can just try every time until you see the number go dim. This takes away a lot of the challenge if you rely on it, and takes away from the fun if it gives away that you've made a mistake.
- By default the settings are set to detect mistakes which gets frustrating real fast. Make sure to turn that off.
- There are "challenge modes" but they seem quite gimmicky. One of them removes numbers after a while which is just strange because it may make puzzles unsolvable if you don't solve them quick enough.
All-in-all, not bad. It took me ~4h to get all achievements, where the last one was to solve 150 of the puzzles. I think there are about 20 left which makes for around 170 puzzles in total.
Your basic nonogram puzzle. Nice UI. My only complaint is that there are too many symmetrical puzzles, and (so far as I've played) puzzles are mostly easy. On the plus side, it has unlockable visuals (backgrounds, grid, etc) which gives you something to work towards to.
The dust-bunny mode is a great challenge. Don't forget -- no guessing!

Currently stressed, found this in my library, it helps soothe me a bit right now, the music is relaxing and the customization options look nice and clean.

A decent way to waste an hour or two if you can't sleep. the 5x5 puzzles may as well not be there, the 10x10 puzzles were very easy, but even the "hardest" 15x15 puzzles didn't take me longer than 10 minutes. I recommend turning on the bomb modifier, as so that you can't just brute force the puzzles by getting free information that could be obtained by simply doing the puzzle.

Как и написано в другом обзоре: много пустых столбов/строк, много симметричных.
А также игра спойлерит. Например, если в строчку 1 1 у вас будет закрашенная ячейка, то игра зачеркнет вам нужную единицу. Это отстойно, такое бы убрать по-хорошему.

Les cases se colorent directement dès qu'on les découvre donc on voit assez rapidement le dessin représenté et on peut deviner facilement les prochaines cases a découvrir.
De nombreux paramètres sont disponible pour permettre des parties plus punitives ou plus tranquilles.
Excellent pour s'occuper quelques minutes par-ci par-là !
