This game fell apart for me as it turned into a click the hint button fest with a TON of backtracking. I found the gameplay extremely tedious with seemingly almost every time I clicked the hint button I was directed to go back over and over again. There a ton of rooms and places in this game where your memorization skills need to be strong in order to remember where you should backtrack to in order to use an inventory item you just picked up. You must also be looking specifically for a detective experience when purchasing this game because there is a lot of collecting evidence, taking pictures, and dialogue interactions with characters, and then analyzing a deduction board to piece together crimes. If you don't find this kind of thing interesting then you might not enjoy this game. I also found some of the puzzles to be confusing and ambiguous and there were many instances where it seemed illogical to use certain inventory items in certain places. Overall, I lost interest got bored and didn't enjoy my time spent with this game. So I therefore cannot recommend it.

В этой игре мне казалось, что я играл не просто в игра связанную с поиском предметов. Все таки здесь очень проработанный геймплей, завязанный на поиску улик. Поиск улик сделаны прям на высоте, так как тебе надо будет фоткать интересные места, где были замечаны преступление.
Также не могу не отметить приятную графику. Я не заметил каких то проблем в ней!
Вместе с графикой в игре очень проработанные локации, что является неотъемлемой части игры.

Je joue sur Linux. Version Linux : correcte.

[h1]Le jeu[/h1]

Un jeu d'objets cachés, avec les habituels petits jeux et objets à trouver un peu partout. Comme bien souvent, tout est prétexte à mettre des symboles sur des contenants divers pour ouvrir des tiroirs.

L'histoire est plutôt corrrecte, on mène une enquête et on doit découvrir ce qui s'est passé, en assemblant les indices qu'on découvre pour nos déductions. Sur le papier, c'est plutôt une bonne idée, mais j'ai rarement trouvé que les déductions étaient vraiment cohérentes, on assemble plutôt ça un peu au pif jusqu'à ce que ça passe. Dommage.

Les scènes d'objets cachés sont tout à fait correcte, et même si pas mal d'objets sautent aux yeux, ce n'est pas du tout le cas de tous. Un seul m'a semblé un peu bidon niveau traduction avec le jouet du chien.

Les minis jeux sont rares et bien trop faciles. L'un deux est bugué d'ailleurs, ce qui peut obliger à le passer - ça m'est arrivé au premier run, pas au deuxième. Il n'y a pas d'achievements qui consiste à ne jamais passer heureusement.

[h1]Rejouabilité, achievements[/h1]

J'ai du refaire une bonne partie du jeu (heureusement très court) pour obtenir l'un des achievements consistant à déduire rapidement sur les visions. Le reste me semble plutôt évident, pour ce qui est de réussir une scène d'objets cachés en 20s, au pire refaire la première du jeu ne prends que peu de temps.

Dans l'ensemble je l'ai trouvé décevant, la seule mécanique originale avec les déductions ne m'ayant clairement pas convaincu.

Le jeu ne se lance pas toujours du premier coup, parfois il faut quelques essais. J'ai aussi l'impression qu'il faut utiliser le runtime 1.0, mais je n'en suis pas certain. Une fois lancé cela dit, plus aucun problème.

This one is just fine. It isn't boring and it actually tries to make it like you are doing an *actual* case via questioning suspects/collecting clues.

Artwork is good. It's sometimes hard to click on certain things, but otherwise it didn't give me much trouble.

Achievements aren't hard either. Maybe the "20 second" one would be hard for someone -> So if anything, here is a hint: Casual mode has no click penalty. Or Print Screen. ^^

Ah and mini-games are on the easier side.

Path of sin: Greed is point & click, hidden object mystery adventure puzzle game, similar to other Artifex Mundi games.

Plot summary - You are police investigator who is called to help a wealthy Bradfords family to a private island with you colleague. There has been accused suicide case. Mark Spector - Island's security guard has jumped off a cliff or so they claim. Soon you realize things aren't what people claim them to be, it wasn't suicide - it was murder, but who did it? You are set to investigate this mysterious murder case until another murder happens. You call for a backup, but due to a storm they can't arrive to the island. You are trapped in this island for now. Who has the most logical motive to kill? Is everyone telling the truth? Were they after money? You have to find the murderer before they escape!

Extra chapter follows kinda the same story, i can't really say names so that i don't spoil the main story. You are trying to find the murderer from the first story and arrest them, but this takes place in the mainland instead of the island. You meet the murderers uncle who is only living relative on the mainland, soon you realize you aren't there alone and the murderer is closer than you think. They shoot your partner so that they can't continue and you have to get them by yourself. Chase and arrest!

Personally i really liked this game. Plot was interesting enough to keep me motivated to watch all the cut scenes throughout the game. Plot featured many interesting characters like Henry Bradford (CEO), his brother Edward Bradford (CFO) and Henry's trophy wife Patricia Bradford for example. I wouldn't say the plot is anything spectacular or highly different what comes to games like these, but it was carried well in this game to make it stand out a little bit. Artwork is amazing and brought the game beautifully alive. Each set up had their own unique features that made them stand apart from the previous one. There were overall good soundscape, background tracks and game sounds. There were also voice acting, which in my opinion suited the game well and was decent in general. Characters had little bit of a emphasis and tone in their talk, so it wasn't like completely monotonic or anything, wouldn't say top notch though.

Mechanics are good, you got your arrows pointing where you can go, map for easy navigating trough the place and if you wanted you could have had indicators that show you where available actions are. I played this on harder difficulty so i didn't have those, there were total of four (4) difficulty levels ranking from very easy to experienced. You have your journal where you can collect evidence and parts of the story, it is also used for making conclusions about what you have found. I was pleasantly surprised that this game had decent amount of extra stuff, like you have your extra chapter after completing the main one, you can play the mini games or HOG scenes again as you like, you can view the beautiful artwork or listen to the games soundtracks. What i have to say from puzzles, they were in the middle of difficulty level in my opinion. I understand that as i have played so much games like these, the puzzles are somewhat similar across the genre so i already have that knowledge and logical thinking to solve them maybe faster than someone who is new to these type of games there were still couple i had to think a little bit longer - but overall there wasn't that much difficulty that i would have gotten stuck for a long time. The game in overall was also little bit too straightforward in my opinion, i didn't struggle like not even for a second. It was so obvious what goes where and when, so it was kinda easy and fast to play. You get one item, you know where it goes and again you get one ah! this goes there and there.

What comes to achievements as i like to play games in hopes to get all of them, this game is perfect for it. Since you can get them in one game play and they are fairly easy to get. There is sixteen (16) of them. There is your basic find all the collectibles one, which is made easier to not miss by the game when there is clearly added indicator doll on the corner of your screen that starts emitting red light when collectible is being seen on the scene. Pet friendly achievement on the other hand could be easily missed, luckily you can enter the different areas of the map quite long in to the game without them being blocked.

I know i keep saying negative things about the prices in almost every single review i write on Artifex Mundi games, but i just can't justify myself buying 5 hours of fun i ain't ever gonna play again for a 14.79 euros (16.40 USD). I would add this to a wish list and wait it to come to a sale for around 5 euros or less, which luckily it does sometimes since i got it from a sale.

I'd maybe recommend this game to other players. While the story is good and very entertaining, the game-play can break quite easily. It's easy to mis-click something out of order, and break the evidence folder, or have to restart a play-through because an achievement won't unlock. I had to play through the story nearly 3 times to get all achievements, which was frustrating. That Hungarian Rings puzzle is a bit farked as well - I usually find them very easy to solve, but this one had its own pattern. Just took a bit more time to finish. The chemical solution puzzle was really broken - half of the time the fluid wouldn't pour into the pan, no matter how you tried. The hidden object puzzles are really bland and one-colour. Not very fun to pick out objects.
But the story really is good, so if the game is on sale for like 3 bucks, I'd get it.

难度不高，找东西时的翻译还是一如既往的拉跨。全成就有个比较坑的“我知道，我知道”，我知道个鬼，那个成就翻译要能看懂就出了鬼。如果不提前做好准备八成要错过。

I really liked the voice acting, scenery, and story line. I don't think the clues made total sense though, and some of the point and click objects were mislabeled (watering can was what they called a funnel, etc). Overall, this one was higher on the list!

This is probably my favourite Artifex Mundi game ever (After Enigmatis). Every HOG you have ever played has prepared you for this moment. There an absolute ton of different puzzles, some rather inventive. :) The mystery was engaging, there was no fancy fingerprint analysis or complex crime board, but the investigation elements were still quite fun. And the bonus level concluded the story nicely.

One suggestion - take notes. It sounds silly but after the hundredth key, tool, or funky shaped inlay you start to lose your marbles a little bit, trying to remember which door/box/device each one opens. :) ^-^

Path of Sin: Greed CE is a point and click adventure/hidden object game where you are investigating a murder. This game is fun and most of the achievements are easy except one. I Know I Know requires you to play through the game a second time for two scenes and the description says complete those two scenes in the game under 40 seconds I do not know what I did wrong but I was able to barely reload and try again and it worked but I really do not like that achievement.

The story is good and the puzzles and hidden object puzzles don't over stay their welcome and are not overly complex, which I appreciate. Other than that this is a solid game and I got it on sale which is definitely completely worth the price I paid. I would recommend if you like mysteries, adventure games or hidden object game. You do need to like hidden object games in some way as many puzzles in this game are hidden object scenes but they are not non-stop in the game there is lots of other game play.

Path of Sin: Greed had a great story, and relatively easy achievements run of a 100% for a three-hour playthrough. Despite the available difficulty settings, no achievements required the player to play on Expert difficulty. Collectibles were fun to look for. The plot-twists are very soap-opera like and there is lots of drama involved in relation to greed. I believe the extra story highlighted more of that, and the delivery of voice lines were also—I must say, above average. This is something Artifex Mundi hasn't done much of the time, given this was a 2018 game.

The puzzles were okay, a bit repetitive for some, but there were two specific ones I absolutely disliked doing. It was the gargoyle puzzle (it was quite confusing too, seeing three platforms, but you had to stack them up) and the aligning orbs one (I would definitely prefer if it was way smaller, not a bigger board) that came after. While it may be skill issue for some, this had a little impact on my review and experience as I only meant to play this game casually puzzle-wise.

After calming the madness in my mind that spiraled into my head after doing those two specific puzzles, I would still recommend this game, with a no more and no less [u]8/10[/u] rating.

Currently playing this game.

The story is about a murder where you are a rookie detective alongside a partner (that just stands there) meanwhile there's a rogue murderer on a private island.

There are 4 difficulty settings in this game and it is not mainly focused on Hidden Object scenes. It also has a decent voice acting. Colorful UI. Normal graphics, games like these are not meant to look like masterpieces, which is acceptable.

1) A lot of puzzles that require you to find tokens and parts.
Not especially hard (what I prefer), fun. You will go around the mansion a lot. There is a map with fast travel options that I did not use much anyways. I just click through doors or scenes to go to places fast. The map does not feel intuitive.

2) Not that many Hidden Object scenes.
I do not mind it as I love to just play for the story and the puzzles. But if you like lots of Hidden Object scenes, maybe opt for games that focuses on a ton of them.

3) Storyline
Okay? It makes sense, keeps me curious. Nothing gets to you like an unsolved murder getting solved.

4) Music
While there is music in this game I actually was not that fond of it. Feels like better music could be used for the environment. But it did not bother me. Was not overly creepy, annoying or disturbing.

5) Ambiance
Ambiance could be better. The game graphically is just what it is. Decent casual adventure game. The scenes could look even better.

Overall I have no issues with this game; I am a big fan of puzzles that does not bore into my brain. I like the story so far and it is a steal during a sale. Artifex Mundi is basically my genre :)

Story decent. Music decent. VA bearable. Not enough HO scenes for my taste. Facial animation mostly just creepy, especially on females - static portraits would be so much better. The inspector looks really good though, almost an eye-candy.
In short, enjoyable for a non-pro HOG player.

[*]아이템 상호 작용이 좀 억지스러운게 많다. 제작자의 의도한 아이템이 아니면 안되는건 알겠는데, 물고기 하나 잡으려고 숨겨진 국자를 찾아다가 모이를 퍼서 물고기를 모여들게 만든 뒤에, 다른 곳에 숨겨져 있던 빈 병에 넣어야 하는데, 그냥 국자에다 물고기 잡으면 안되었던건가? 또 골프채나 해머 손에 있으면 대충 유리는 그걸로 깨면 안되나? 꼭 다른 연장을 찾아야 하나? 이런식으로 빙빙빙빙 돌려가면서 제작자의 의도에 꼭 맞는 아이템 찾으란게 좀 많이 불합리함을 느꼈다
[*]시스템은 비교적 요새 나온 게임이라 많이 불편한건 없었다. 원클릭으로 이동이 되는 지도도 있고 지도에 지금 상호 작용 되는 곳이 표시 되니 막히면 지도를 보자
[*]도전 과제 따기 쉽다고들 하는데 별로 그렇진 않았다. 2회차가 필수가 아니라 1회차에 다 딸 수도 있겠지만 숨은 그림 찾기 20초에 다 찾기 등과 같은건 오역 탓에 아이템 뭘 찾아야 할지 몰라 헤매다 20초 지나더라. 그 외에 주의할 만한 도전 과제는 맵마다 숨겨진 곰인형들 모으기(이건 왼쪽 아래에 표시 해주니 좀만 신경쓰면 됨), 추리 장면 2곳에서 총 40초 만에 추리 완료하기(이건 초반과 엔딩 직전에 두번 추리하는건데 글 천천히 읽으면 40초 금방 지나간다. 이거 못따서 다시 2회차 달렸다....), 맵에 동물들 클릭하기가 있겠다
[*]이것도 컬렉터스 에디션이라 클리어 후에 보너스 챕터를 플레이 할 수 있는데, 여타 HOG 게임에 들어있는 보너스 챕터는 본편 내용과 거의 상관 없는 내용을 다루는데 비해, 이건 본편의 다 마무리 짓지 못한 스토리를 마무리 지은 느낌이라 보너스 챕터까지 해야 깔끔하게 끝난다. 그 외에도 퍼즐이나 숨은 그림 찾기를 다시 플레이 할 수도 있다
[*]퍼즐 게임 중에 케이블로 도형 만드는게 있었는데 뭘 잘못했는지 버그가 걸려서 케이블이 안움직여지더라. 껐다 켜도 안고쳐지고 퍼즐 리셋 버튼도 없어서 그냥 어쩔 수 없이 스킵 버튼 눌렀는데 도전 과제에 모든 퍼즐 스킵 안하고 풀기 이런게 있었으면 열받았을 뻔

It's a hidden object detective adventure with some good mini-games & hidden object images.
Let's take a closer look, because it's worth it.

Hidden object pictures, some are included. They are rather heavy.
Mini-games, some easy, several difficult.
Wayfinding, consistently easy.
Detective work, tricky but not too difficult.

There is help for every situation and everywhere and there is also an overview map.
Grooving these makes sense as it saves a lot of time.
The story you can play is complex and well told.
A very realistic game with lots of good cards.
In any case, it has my recommendation. Really fun.

Es handelt sich um ein Hidden Object Detective Adventure mit einigen guten Minispielen & Wimmelbildern.
Schauen wir uns das mal genauer an, denn es lohnt sich.

Wimmelbilder, einige sind mit dabei. Sie sind eher schwer.
Minispiele, etliche leichte, mehrere schwere.
Wegsuche, durchweg einfach.
Detektivarbeit, knifflich, aber nicht all zu schwer.

Es gibt Hilfe bei jeder Lage und überall und dazu noch eine Übersichtskarte.
Diese zu Nutzen macht Sinn da es eine Menge Zeit spart.
Die Geschichte die du erspielen kannst ist komplex und gut erzählt.
Ein durchaus realistich gestaltetes Spiel auf vielen guten Karten.
Meine Empfehlung hat es in jedem Fall. Macht echt Spass.

"Path of Sin: Greed" is a Hidden Object puzzle game, the type you normally see on mobile app stores or even as browser apps. There's literally hundreds of these on Steam, many, like this, published by Artifex Mundi, many of them free on mobile app stores, but this one will cost you money on Steam. There's a murder mystery/occult theme to the game, but this is a just a veneer over a tired and overdone set of hidden object minigames and Adobe Flash tier puzzles, wrapped together with a bunch of static screens that you "move" through by tapping your finger on your iPhone screen.

While these kinds of games are popular amongst casual gamers, it's difficult to argue this is a great value proposition as a PC game, especially considering the price of this compared to the hundreds of free HOGs on the mobile app stores.

From a technical perspective, as a mobile app, this doesn't meet basic minimum requirements that most PC gamers expect as standard.

There's no option to change the resolution and no useful graphics tweaks. There's no way to ensure this is running at the native resolution of your display. There's no guarantee this game will look right on any PC as a result of this hamfisted design decision.

Because this is a mobile app, it carries a number of deliberate design deficiencies. Compromises were made to cater to the iPhones that the mobile app was designed for. These are unfortunate handicaps and limitations that PC gamers shouldn't be forced to accept, but it's evident that PC was an afterthought for the iPhone developers who are to blame for this. The mobile app is deficient as a result of these choices, and would have been so much better without the handicaps that designing games for mobile phones forces upon a game. Once more, mobile devs have made gaming worse for everyone. I didn't spend thousands on building a gaming rig just so I could pretend it's an iPhone.

These technical defects push this mobile app below acceptable standards for any modern PC game.

Once more we see greedy mobile devs trying to scam PC gamers. On Steam, this is an INSANE $15 USD, on app stores, it's free. Mobile devs must learn PC gamers are not here to be gouged, and can't be expected to pay FIFTEEN BUCKS FOR A FREE MOBILE APP just because it's been lazily dumped on Steam. For comparison, the $15 asking price for this game could get you games like "Mass Effect Andromeda", "Lethal Company" or "Monster Hunter World". Quality, professionally made games like those are frequently on sale cheaper than this.

This is unacceptable disrespect for PC gamers. Because this can be played free elsewhere, and because of the other defects, it's impossible to recommend.

It took me 6 hours to finish the main game and the bonus chapter. I did use the hint button a lot to move around--there is a ton of backtracking and this was just easier for me (there is a fast track map too). I liked the story, the graphics, the music and the voice actors. The games were good with an option to skip, which I like. The HO scenes were good too, with some challenging aspects. I never had to use a hint though, for the HO scenes. All in all a basic HO game formula and everything worked smoothly.

Didn't play the original, but this remastered version is just like the new crop of HOGs that plays smoothly, no major snags, puzzles that are not too hard, and well built all in all. No weird blurry graphics, all consistent.
Story is the investigation type in some weird crime scenario, so this one has no fantasy elements, but it's a pretty long game with lots of things to do. There is a reasonable amount of backtracking with you always solving a few things in each scene and having to leave a few to solve later, but it's not too cumbersome, and you don't have to go too far back.
Highly recommended! It's one of those Artifex Mundi HOGs that shows how refined and well tuned the craft has become by studios like Cordelia.

A bit too convoluted for my taste, but it is what it is advertised to be. I'd love to just play a hidden objects game that's just hidden objects, but they don't make those. Instead, they draw it out, making players go through other types of game play that we didn't buy the game for. But, it is what it is.

The story is there, a lot of back and forth, problem solving is extensive, but the game hints allow for a decent crutch. You can skip puzzles, which are all just trials of attrition (time-wasters). If this game had been purely a hidden objects game, it would have been great.

I'll give it a good review because it doesn't fail at being what was advertised. It is typical of the genre.

Fantastic! What a refreshing Hidden Object Game. The lack of moon logic for many puzzles, the straight up common sense of the characters and the beautiful HOG scenes where objects are diegetic and make sense for most of their placement. It's not random toys or food on someone's bed or the floor of a closet. My friends and I play a lot of these games and it's always exciting to have a more straightforward story and such nice puzzles and mini games. I highly recommend this one.

한국어 번역이 너무 엉망입니다. 대사/스토리는 나쁘지 않은 데, 퍼즐을 할 때 번역을 보고 찾는 게 거의 불가능할 정도로 오역된 단어들도 많습니다. 예를 들자면 Chest를 상자로 번역해야하는 데 '가슴'으로 번역해놨더군요. 하필 갑옷이 있는 장면이라 고민하다가 갑옷 가슴부위를 눌러봤습니다...
도전과제도 저는 버그 걸려서 제대로 진행되지 않았습니다.

An excellent hidden object game that is partially animated and fully voice acted.

Graphics are fine, the locations are detailed and well-crafted.

The sound effects and the background music have good quality and are aligned with the detective-mystery ambience of the game. Voice acting is really good compared to other games of the publisher.

Puzzles and hidden object scenes are not complicated but not varied either. The game requires a lot of backtracking so using the map is a must. The deduction and reconstruction events are welcome additions that help the player to understand the plot better.

The story is actually intersting and has plot twists which is uncommon.

Most of the achievements and the collectibles are easy to obtain.

Да и главный герой здесь мужик, а не бравая женщина. Это также добавляет некоторых бонусов к силе. Что впрочем не мешает также бегать по локация и всё чинить. История начинается с убийства и всю игру придётся расследовать причины и мотивы вместе с уликами. Графический уровень здесь шикарный - порой просто глаза разбегаются. А достижения здесь необычно сложные для серии - что уж говорить про достижение, где нужно найти все предметы за 20 секунд... Также здесь нужно собрать коллекционные предметы и также уложиться в 40 секунд в сценах видений.

Но это в принципе мелочи для такой редкой для жанра детективной истории. В руководствах для достижения в 20 секунд аж предлагали принтскрином лезть в пэйнт, но повезло при повторном прохождении и удалось просто тупо накликать все предметы в наглую. В результате достижения оказались выбиты за два прохождения, притом повторное прохождение затянулось на годы - настолько игра казалось сложной в плане выбивания достижений. Так игра висела без отзыва и прохождения, но одним вечером удалось добить. В целом удовольствие было достигнуто и повторное прохождение того стоило. Благо игра не выкручивает руки и даже позволяет пользоваться подсказками.

For a HoG game, it was long, has good graphics, good story (which is balanced and plenty of interactions exist between the characters). Nice voice acting but sounded a bit monotonous at times, without much emotion. At the culmination, it was a bit better.

Good evidence gathering and piecing everything together (you have to manually connect found evidence, which I found nice and refreshing). Some of the objects you find are incomplete or require another piece to get to work.

The game required 2 playthroughs to get all achievements (have to read what you have to do and be prepared when the moment arrives to do it in 2 playthroughs and not more).
> Completing a HoG scene under 20 seconds was a challenging achievement to get (game requires you to do it inside actual gameplay and NOT from the Extras menu).
> Collectables - 1 collectible is not accessed if you continue after 1 cutscene, so be careful. Collectables are shared via playthroughs on the Same profile and will not appear again if already picked up.
> Puzzles are nice but 2 were kinda time-consuming (1 of them really hard for beginners, but there are guides even video guide for everything).

Overall, really polished and well-put together HoG game - even has working Steam overlay, which I enjoyed! 10/10 score!

Path of Sin: Greed is a murder-mystery themed hidden object game, where you play as an unnamed inspector as she and her partner investigate a death on a millionaire's private island. One thing that made this HOG stood out for me is how it's a "mundane" one. Not in a bad way, since most HOGs involve themes such as magic, supernatural, sci-fi, etc, but not this one. Just some plain ol' detective work. There are also some pretty fun evidence-linking moments like in the Sherlock games.

Story-wise, its pretty interesting and can get a bit tense, like you would expect from the genre. There's also a bonus chapter for after you finish the game, and acts like an epilogue, tying up loose ends from the mystery. However, its very short and the quality is not really as good as the main game. The only flaw of this game is the voiceless protagonist, but personally I experienced something worse. My game got bugged where my collectibles are suddenly missing and I don't receive several achievements.

Path of Sin: Greed is a pretty great HOG, where it feels more like a detective game rather than your typical HOG. Try this one if you love games where you investigate stuff. Due to the title, I was hoping for 6 more games of this series, each relating to one of the 7 deadly sins, but sadly it has been 4 years without a sequel. I hope for more serious, mundane HOGs in the future.

A mediocre casual point-and-click adventure that has nothing special to offer. It has hidden-object scenes, but unfortunately they have some ambiguities and imprecise descriptions. The puzzle mini-games are all rather trivial. But perhaps worst is the pulp detective story. It's impossible to care about any of the characters or the outcome..

น่าจะเป็นหนึ่งในเกมหาของกึ่งสืบสวนสอบสวนเกมแรกที่ไม่มีเรื่องวิญญาณหรือสิ่งลี้ลับเข้ามาเกี่ยวข้อง ซึ่งก็เป็นเรื่องที่ดี เพราะนี่จะเป็นการไขคดีปริศนาในระดับที่ "จริงจัง" ในการตามหาตัวฆาตกรที่ลงมือฆ่าพนักงานรักษาความปลอดภัยในคฤหาสน์หลังหนึ่ง ไม่เว้นแม้กระทั่งเจ้าของคฤหาสน์เอง ก็ต้องมานอนเป็นศพอีกคนในเวลาต่อมา หลักๆของเกมก็จะเน้นไปที่การสอบปากคำ รวบรวมหลักฐานเพื่อสาวตัวไปถึงคนร้าย แทนที่จะเป็นการหาของทั่วไปเหมือนกับเกมแนว Hide & Seek เกมอื่นๆ ส่วนธีมหลักภายในเกม ก็จะเกี่ยวข้องกับเรื่องเงินและความโลภจนนำไปสู่การฆาตกรรมในท้ายที่สุด และก็อย่างที่เดากันได้ ตัวเกมก็ยังมีข้อเสียในเรื่องความไม่สมเหตุสมผลเดิมๆในเรื่องของไอเทม บ้านตัวเองแท้ๆ แต่ต้องหากุญแจที่ซ่อนอยู่อีกห้อง ไปไขเพื่อเอาคลิปหนีบกระดาษตัวเดียว แทนที่จะวางเอาไว้ข้างนอกเพื่อให้หยิบใช้ได้ง่ายขึ้น เอ็งจะใส่เข้าไปในนั้นทำหอกอะไร ตูอยากจะรู้ ไอ้ชิบหาย แต่สิ่งที่ทำให้ตูโมโหที่สุด นอกจากบั๊กเสียงพากย์ที่ควรจะอยู่ในคัตซีน แต่กลับลอยขึ้นมาขณะเล่นเกม นั่นคือเกมทำเซฟหายด้วยตัวเองครับ ซึ่งนั่นก็ทำให้ตูต้องกลับมาเล่นใหม่อีกรอบ ทั้งๆที่เกมควรจะจบแค่ 4-5 ชั่วโมงแท้ๆ หมดกัน Achievement ที่อุตส่าห์สั่งสมมา ดังนั้นถ้าฝั่งนี้จะขึ้น 10 ชั่วโมง โปรดจำเอาไว้ว่า ตูไม่ได้เล่นกาก ขอบคุณครับ

The main story which was reasonably engaging covered a decent sized map with many locations.
Most of the puzzles are really easy to do with a couple that needed more consideration.
Voice acting was decent.
The achievements can be got in a single play through of the main story.

The Bonus Chapter concludes the story but tedious to do.
Way too many puzzles that don't add to the story.

Overall I enjoyed playing this.

This game was fine but landed a little flat to me.

The things I liked are that similar to Enigmatis and or The Emerald Maiden, the game is one large map you slowly expand instead of several smaller areas that you transition between. It just makes the world feel a little bit more real to me? That was nice though. The art and the sound effects were done well also. I actually really like the music and the chime for when a new hidden object puzzle is unlocked.

Story-wise, admittedly I like fantasy games more than these more realistic ones. There's a mild mystery plot woven into the game as well, and few of the mini-games involve putting clues together. I found it hard to follow what I was supposed to be deducing. Partly because the mini-games are done in a way that you can't really fail, but also because the characters were very bland and they even all looked alike-- like, too alike for me to be able to really follow which person I was talking to. It was a good idea, but I'd like to see it implemented better. Like maybe they could have had more characters and the last part of the game could be accusing one of the people there of the crime and there could be different endings for if you guessed right or not. It does come with a bonus adventure, which I always appreciate, and it ties nicely into the main storyline.

The puzzles were very standard. A few repeats you might be familiar with, but most were reasonable. The achievements in this game though I found way harder than usual for whatever reason they decided to change them. I've seen plenty of games that ask you to beat a hidden object puzzle in 60 seconds and a few that had 30, but this one is even shorter. There is an achievement for solving a mini-game in a certain amount of time which is also not new. The one that gave me more trouble was "I know, I know!" If you don't do it correctly, you have to basically play the whole game over because the second one is at the very end. I had to do 2 playthroughs to mop those up. The collectibles luckily have an indicator in the HUD to see if you missed one in the room, so that was nice, I like when they include that in games.

It takes a lot for me not to recommend these games, and this one I still would, but maybe be aware you might need 2 playthroughs if you're used to unlocking everything in 1.

*** LOVE *** this game! It's Great in every possible way! It's a true detective game. Lots of character's to speak with. Evidence to collect. Lots of cozy locations. Cuddly atmosphere. Puzzles are reasonable and fun. Everything makes sense. And no overbearing HOGs/HOPs. One of the best games ever. And quite a good solid story with some twists and guessing. LOVE LOVE LOVE it!!!!!

勉强推荐吧，6.5/10。相对于此开放商的其他作品，本作谜题过于集中，设置不太合理，而且徽章、印记开箱子过于频繁，逻辑性太弱，另外还有个别影响流程的翻译错误。主线玩下来没有其他作品顺畅，附加关卡反而比主线还好一点。

Flawless - that's the best description that I could give to this game. Everything here is on such a high level, that I really struggle to find any valid cons. Visuals? - stunning. Soundtrack? - great. Hidden object scenes and mini-games? - diverse and interesting.

As to the story - just thrilling. Intricate detective story with it's mysteries, intrigues, selfish interests and lot's of suspects. It was really interesting to uncover all it's secrets step by step. I should also mention interesting characters and good voice acting.

Overall, when everything is so good - I lack any more words. I can only add that the game is also not that short and has good bonus chapter. And hidden collectibles as well. Steam cards and achievements are also here.

A pretty fun game. I liked the process of solving the case, though some of it was comical due to how adventure games work, such as the convoluted ways everything was unlocked/opened. It’s quite light on the puzzles and sticks primarily to going back and forth, picking up items, and using said items to get other items to advance.

While the game does allow you to revisit mini games and hidden object scenes, I do wish it gave access to all the mini games that were associated with the achievements. One in particular requires quickly solving two scenes, which are the only two that appear in the game. However, one appears near the beginning while the other appears pretty much right before the end. If you miss getting the achievement the first time around, you have to play through pretty much the entire game to gain access to the second scene. It would’ve been much more convenient had the game provided access to these scenes through the extras and allowed obtaining the achievement through that.

Aside from that little gripe, the game was fun overall.

I had fun playing this game. It was nice to sit and finish a game in one sitting. Lots of puzzles and a fun story line. Not too in depth. Would recommend for casual gaming.
