Parkitect hits a really nice balance between depth and accessibility. There’s enough complexity to actually tinker with layouts, logistics, and park flow, but it never drowns you in unnecessary micromanagement.
Compared to RollerCoaster Tycoon, the management systems feel more structured, without becoming overcomplicated. You have meaningful control over staff, supply chains, and guest experience, but everything remains readable and intuitive once you get the hang of it.
Wer Rollercoaster Tycoon liebte, wird auch Parkitect mit Sicherheit mögen. Die Low Poly-Optik hat zwar nicht ganz den Charme der Pixeloptik von RCT, spielerisch steht es dem Original aber in absolut nichts nach! Auch im Coop macht es wirklich viel Spaß.

Gute Roller Coaster Tycoon Alternative. Schönes Management System, Statistiken und lustige Animationen. Wenn man dem Tycoon Genre etwas abgewinnen kann, ist man hier definitiv richtig.
Läuft technisch einwandfrei - Ich hatte bisher nur ein mal einen Bug, der sich durch Reloaden des Spielstands lösen lies.

As great as this game is, I have to give it a thumbs down for several reasons:
1. No undo button (that I could find). This is egregious in a builder game.
2. No first person view while riding on the rides.
3. With a few exceptions, you are confined to working with squares. Even the Q/E keys to rotate your
view only operate at 90 degree turns.
4. Convoluted build interface takes some getting use to.
5. Poor to nonexistent explanations of how decorations affect things.
6. Inability to move rides or objects. They must be deleted and recreated. Devs claim this is more
realistic, but I really can't remember the last time I had to destroy a park bench, just to rebuild
it elsewhere.

If you grew up playing RCT 1/2, this game will hit you right in the childhood.
Parkitect perfectly captures the magic that made those games special. The grid-based building, the coaster design, the guests wandering around your park, the music, the management… it all feels like a modern love letter to the classic theme park games many of us spent hundreds of hours on growing up.
What I love most is that it doesn't try to reinvent the formula, it builds on it!
Pros:
- Feels like the true spiritual successor to RCT with updated ease of life tools.
- Classic management gameplay that’s easy to learn but hard to master.
- Clean, colourful art style that ages really well.
- Very fun campaign, while having the option to sandbox.
- Multiplayer! How we would've loved this when we played RCT many years ago!
- Workshop support adds endless content for us to delve into.
Cons:
- If you never liked classic park management games, this probably won’t change your mind.
- If you prefer extremely deep and complex park management systems, this may feel a little lighter. That said, I personally find it far more fun and enjoyable than Planet Coaster because of this. RCT style.
Extra detail that makes it special:
The backstage logistics system (staff paths, supply depots, deliveries etc.) adds a layer of management that the old RCT games never had, but it fits perfectly for an extra challenge.
Overall:
If RollerCoaster Tycoon was your childhood, Parkitect feels like coming home. It captures that same feeling of spending hours building the perfect park, tweaking coaster layouts, and watching guests enjoy something you created.

A modern RCT game, this is what I've been looking for for years. I love the game! Clearly done by people with a lot of passion, congratulations!
A true and modern successor of the Rollercoaster Tycoon games with some extra. Simple enough so it is enjoyable and complex enough to customize everything and make whatever you dream of. Multiplayer is amazing.
Absolutely adore this game.
1. I love the campaign. It gets progressively harder and teaches you along the way.
2. I LOVE isometric building and this just scratches that itch.
3. Has a sandbox mode if you just wanna have fun.
4. The graphics and sounds. It's like a remake of my favourite ever game; Rollercoaster Tycoon 2 but improved in every aspect. Play it daily to destress.
10/10 would play again.

Por qué? Llámame cegata o como quieras, no sabía que las atracciones mejoraban la calidad con decoración y con ello se puede subir BASTANTE el precio, de tal forma que te forras muchito y veloz para seguir invirtiendo.
Creatividad ilimitada, una vez pillas cómo construir y decorar se te disparan las ganas de seguir mejorando.
No va solo de gestión, es sacarse un máster de paisajismo.

I really like it so far. The park guests are pretty funny to watch! I also like the grid-like style and that I had the option to snap things, like plants, to the grid or not. Park Management is pretty straightforward and easy to figure out after a little trial and error. I was also surprised by how much I could personalize my parks. When I bought the game (and all the DLCs) I didn't realize that there was also a workshop. I really like finding new blueprints to add to my park. If there were more DLCs available, then I would definitely buy them!

i lost it
Nothing will beat RC Tycoon 2, it's the goat. This game is fairly similar in many ways with a few changes. I like that with this game you need to manage the behind the scenes, like the stock, staff paths etc. It is more realistic and gives more of a challenge. Overall it is a great game. My only negative is that I find there are not many building options, maybe for some people it is enough, but for me it needs to be more, especially things like trees and types of walls and supports. With that said I will continue to keep enjoying this game as a decent RC Tycoon spin off.
I played this game during the free weekend, and while it was fun, the UI was infuriating. Building underground tunnels for employees was almost impossible and I definitely ALT+F4'd a few times from the frustration. After awhile, I just started putting the shops out in the open with no employee paths or tunnels, because screw that mechanic. There's also no undo button, so removing mistakes is also a sore point. Since it was free, I did enjoy the time that I had, but I will not be purchasing this game.

Grundsätzlich ein schönes Spiel. Die Grafik ist hübsch, der Soundtrack passt und die Mechaniken funktionieren wie sie sollen. Der erste Park ist ein bisschen mit herumprobieren verbunden, ab dem zweiten weiß man dann wie es läuft. Ich habe die Kampagne bis zum Mars-Level gespielt und bis dahin keine Probleme gehabt die Objectives zu erfüllen. Löbliche Anmerkung: Die Settings der Kampagnenlevel sehen sehr liebevoll gestaltet aus.
Schade ist, dass das Bauen von "freien Objekten" (Wände, Dächer usw.) sich umständlich und nicht ausgereift anfühlt. Wenn mich schon der Gedanke daran nervt, um mein Deko-Objekt Auto herum eine Garage zu bauen, dann mache ich es nicht. Ist dann halt schade drum, weil es einfach nicht gut aussieht, wenn die Karre so auf der Grünfläche rumsteht. Vielleicht bin ich auch einfach zu blöd?
Die Kamera ist noch so eine Sache. Es wäre schön gewesen, diese (z.B. mit der rechten Maustaste :)) frei rotieren zu können.
Overall hat das Spiel mir wieder Lust auf Park-Spiele gemacht, und dafür allein finde ich es empfehlenswert. Würde ich wieder spielen.

Reminds me a lot of Theme Park Tycoon 2, it's a lot of fun. I appreciate the attention to detail. Some small things definitely need some work though. An undo button, the ability to place some additional objects at a diagonal such as spotlights, and some way to give the illusion of diagonal paths would be nice, such as adding the path textures to the terrain menu. I'm complaining a lot over some small details, but this really is an enjoyable game and i would definitely recommend it.
Eventhough I played for 1 hour, it was a fun first experience, knowing the basics, and even building my first park in the game, I even build my own roller coaster.
I reccomend this game, perfect for people who want a relaxing game to play, it's all about creativity, but if you don't have it, you could use the blueprints provided by the game it self and players who wanna share their creations, it is just like Roller Coaster Tycoon 3 but with better graphics, nostalgic in a fancy coat ;) .
Интересно первые 2часа, далее начинается копипаст чего-то красивого и подходящего из чертежей готовых, как будто чего-то не хватает. Есть игра Captain of Industry, так вот там готовые коммьюнити чертежи очень помогают в грамотном распределении и планировании, тут же впихиваешь чертеж и готово. Слишком много всего на старте дается, ценовая политика билетов и дохода тоже странная. Не чувствуются челлендж и трудности.

Очень тяжело с первого раза понять как строить подземные и наземные коммуникации. Как обеспечить поставку еды в магазины и так, чтобы посетители не воняли, что им видно (ничего, что в жизни в магазины доставляют один раз в день перед открытием?). Могли бы смену дня и ночи наладить, как раз для поставок и прочих служебных дел. Визуал тоже посредственный, если честно, в таких играх графика очень важна. В общем, задумка неплохая, но результат так себе.

From the beginning of the project, we have to work on multiple tasks because we need to make decisions about everything, which includes choosing new attractions, designing walking paths, selecting outdoor furniture, determining shop and kiosk locations, while also recruiting both technical and service personnel.
We need to track our budget throughout the entire time period while we must control ticket prices and protect our company's financial stability. In Parkitect, we can let our imagination run wild, as virtually any rollercoaster design is possible. The main requirement for our attractions needs to guarantee safety for park visitors while creating enjoyable experiences through its twisting track system. Otherwise, your latest attraction(s) may turn out to be uninspiring and simply lose money.
Parkitect offers more than just its sandbox and free-for-all modes. The devs have created 26 different campaigns which we must complete through their series of progressively harder challenges. For example, building a park in a desert or in mountainous terrain, on an extremely narrow plot of land, or even a closed-off airport, where we have access to attractions dedicated to this map.
Parkitect has every right to be proud of its graphic style. The park presents itself from a bird's eye view, in 3D, with soft and vivid colors. With prototypical architecture and plateaus that resemble Fisher Price and other children's toys, and colors that surprise, the building and landscape models evoke visual spectacles in Rollercoaster Tycoon. Moreover, the good thing with this game is, it does not necessitate any sophisticated hardware to play, and perks of the game can be well enjoyed even in older laptops and budget-friendly PCs.
Parkitect offers numerous activities which ensures we will remain entertained throughout the gameplay. It introduces new responsibilities and tasks to us which will eventually create an overwhelming workload that needs exceptional skills and dedication to handle. But ultimately, there's nothing better than seeing a well-managed, well-developed, and thriving amusement park that's breaking records in popularity.

I cant believe I slept on this for so long. I like that it has the grid from RCT so you can keep paths clean and orderly, but still go off grid with decorations. The addition of immersion really makes decorating meaningful and emphasizes the theme in theme park.
This is the best RollerCoaster Tycoon since the original RollerCoaster Tycoon.

This game has an atrocious UX. Needs more tooltips and more of a blueprint -> build workflow. Building things and then having to sell them to fix a small mistake is not fun.
I normally don't like overtutorialized front-loaded games too much, but complete lack of a tutorial is also not good.

Yes but... Loved the idea of creating a Theme Park (and doing it actually) however it was harder than I thought to get around? The controls can be wonky at times, I was never able to build an actual rollercoaster cause the track building system was too complicated and overwhelming to me, not being able to undo without having to delete and re-do everything, terrain tool was another thing I couldn't wrap my head on... Despite that, I really enjoyed playing it (got obsessed and played for almost 2 hours straight before realizing) until the buts I mentioned before overwhelmed me too. Hope to re-visit it sometime to see if that's changed

Sie leidet darunter mit nur 20 FPS, je größer man den Park ausbaut und je mehr Besucher kommen bricht die Framerate ein und im Multiplayer ist es noch schlimmer da kommt der Desync mit dazu.

Co u osoby która miała już styczność z poprzedniczką wywołuje dosyć dziwne odczucia - że gdzieś to już widziałem/łam. Podobieństw jednej gry do drugiej są ogromne, nie wiadomo czy to zbieg okoliczności czy celowe działanie aby zgarnąć fanów tego gatunku do siebie. A kiedy przyszłoby aby stanąć przed wyborem która grę wybrać, to chyba sprawa byłaby z góry przesądzona – zwłaszcza że w czasie sezonowych wyprzedaży ich ceny są do siebie zbliżone.
Co do kwestii technicznych, oprawa audiowizualna jest dobra, sterowanie banalnie proste, interfejs prosty i przejrzysty, gra posiada polską lokalizację (napisy) – co zawsze warto docenić.

Long time park management sim fan, I don't know how I missed this release! This is one of THE best to come out in this genre. It's familiar, as someone who's obsessed with this genre of game, but still absolutely brand new. The attention to detail in the management and building aspects is amazing! I really enjoy the graphics as well.
I haven't tried multiplayer mode yet, but that's a part of this game that really makes it stand out to me. Have we ever been able to build parks together before in real-time?! I'm very VERY excited to try it out once I've finished the campaign and beefed up my building skills!
10/10. If you like RCT, this is the update. If you didn't like RCT.. you might wanna try this, because it's AMAZING, and very, very different while still scratching the same itches.

It's not BAD bad but it's not as good as Planet Coaster. The camera is very shonky and there's this annoying fixation on hiding your employees from the guests. Then, as with all of this stuff, the gameplay becomes "whack it to 3x speed and watch tinktonks while the game autoplays until you win."
Failed silly attempt to mimic RCT/OpenRCT2 experience. Multiplayer part is a joke, there is no way to run dedicated server from the start, therefore you're buying promises on timer. Do yourself a favor and don't waste a time and money.
Pra quem é idoso como eu e cresceu jogando RCT e RCT 2, esse é o jogo definitivo, Planet Coaster paga comédia, esse é o verdadeiro legado de Roller Coaster Tycoon.
The spiritual successor of Rollercoaster Tycoon. It's a bit overwhelming at first, as there are a lot of things to understand, but then you start to feel the magic. Either by chilling on the sandbox mode or following the campaign, it's super fun managing the business and the attractions. Although I do recommend starting with the campaign.
Oyuna başladığımda ilk dikkatimi çeken şey başlangıç kısmının oldukça karışık olması oldu çünkü oyun bazı şeyleri anlatıyor ama öğreticiler gerçekten çok yetersiz kalmış neyi nasıl yapmam gerektiğini tam olarak açıklamadığı için başta bayağı uğraştırdı ve birçok şeyi deneme yanılma ile anlamak zorunda kaldım grafikler fena değil hatta bazı yerlerde hoş görünüyor ama oynanış tarafı bana biraz yavan geldi bir süre sonra yaptıklarım tekrarlıyormuş gibi hissettirdi ve oyuna bağlanmak zorlaştı belki bu türü çok sevenler daha fazla keyif alabilir ama benim için başlangıçtaki karışıklık ve zayıf öğreticiler yüzünden deneyim pek iyi olmadı.

Tem possibilidades praticamente infinitas, mas é um estorvo pra construir qualquer coisa. Aparentemente, os devs acham que é muito difícil programar a função "desfazer", aí você é obrigado a deletar o que fez de errado – SÓ QUE a função de deletar às vezes deleta coisas ao redor da área selecionada ou, então, deixa uma janela flutuando no ar que também pode ser difícil de deletar. Eu amo a aparência dos brinquedos e tudo mais, mas é um inferno de mexer. É o tipo de jogo que te faz passar nervoso não por desafios inerentes ao jogo em si, mas por funcionar mal mesmo.

🎮Parkitect provides gameplay that closely matches the experience of playing RollerCoaster Tycoon games. The premise remains unchanged because our mission requires us to operate an amusement park through designing and constructing attractions which will bring in visitors while we maintain their happiness and handle basic operational tasks like recruiting staff members.
The campaign mode serves as the main gameplay experience, because it contains twenty-six different scenarios. The scenarios require players to complete various challenges which all involve establishing a business. We will experience different weather conditions and ,ultiple types of terrain and various thematic elements which include Western and traditional fantasy enviroments. The initial scenario of the game requires us to construct a park on land that was formerly used as an airport. The guidelines require us to complete the work within one to two years.
👍Strengths.
- Control systems that users can learn to operate without difficulty.
- Complete simulation functions to explore.
- Insane amount of freedom and customization options for your park
- The game provides a free play mode which allows us to choose our own way to play the game.
- Workshop integration which enables us to access mods through simplified processes.
- Simply fantastic blueprinting system that allows saving fully formed designs right down to the paths and scenery where the coaster would go.
👎Weaknesses.
- Campaign activities do not engage interest.
- The attraction provides only standard amusement park rides which include both calm and thrilling experiences.
- You can't ride your coasters from a guest's perspective
- Facility contains no swimming pools and only provides a limited number of water attractions.
🏁Summary.
Parkitect provides greater control over its elements than I initially anticipated. The majority of modern simulation games operate as advanced park construction tools that lack any real simulation features. I found it surprising when I discovered I could determine park entry fees and ride costs. The system allowed me to change both the products available in each store and manipulate their respective prices. I could choose any available marketing campaigns to bring guests to my business because I had full control over selecting which research to conduct and determining its funding.
Certainly a spiritual successor that lives up to the standard left by Rollercoaster Tycoon.

macht viel Spaß und bietet eine Vielzahl an Einstellungen und Optimierungen um einen wirklich schönen Park zu bauen. Auch die Kampagne ist sehr abwechslungsreich und macht viel Spaß. Sehr underrated und eine TOP Alternative zu anderen Park Aufbauspielen.
I liked this builder. Just playing sandbox and it's fun. But there are some minor things I have noticed. Like when you play an western style theme park, there is not much architecture for western things. You can't change the chops. And it is tricky to build underground. It is just tricky overall to make paths.

アトラクションを置くと入口と出口の設置場所を設定するのとか、研究してアトラクションやショップの種類を増やしていくのとかまんまあの感じ。
PCに入ってる音楽を園内で流せたり画像フォルダの画像を看板に設定したりPCならではの機能もあるぞ。
