After I 100% this game blood born for the pc was announced. So you can thank me for that. But this game was fun, the moon shard puzzle was a little annoying cause none of them are really on race tracks but in arenas.

Bon faut pas mentir c'est pas le prime du jeu vidéo de kart.
MAIS : C'est proposé gratuitement, on a un accès aux paramètres graphiques du jeu hyper poussé, une DA vraiment classe, une histoire sympa et.. ça fait le café en vrai. J'ai passé un bon moment.
Seuls bémols aux power ups in game un peu mid, aux contrôles pas si ouf bien que de bonnes idées de gameplay, et malheureusement la musique qui est INSANE mais si peu adaptée ?

For a free game I was amazed by how much effort was put into it having a story mode. While I love the character and map concepts I do think the story had a lot of potential if executed properly. I can't really complain given that its a free game but it would have been nice for the story to be a little better written and grammatical. I also wish there was more lore for the characters because they are truly just that good beyond being classified as playable racers.
All in all its still a really great racing game for those who enjoy the more macabre vibes.
This game is cool but damn some of the things are pretty unbalanced like the equivalent to the blue shell, it's just annoying sure it's cool to punish first place people but when playing the campaign one of the maps have you bounce into the air but if someone blue shells you you fall down. Some of the maps suck like the misty pocket one later on. It's too narrow and you can't drift and you just stay slow. I can't connect my ps4 controller even though it's supposed to be like a ps1 game.

The creator is cooler than I'll ever manage to be and the game is exactly what I hoped it would be like. It was incredibly fun and I'd've paid 5 bucks for it.

I never beat Bloodborne, someday maybe? and I wasn't expecting the game to be pretty close from what I know and seen of it besides the Kart Racing, I'm not sure how much liberty is taken on Nightmare Kart, but I absolutely loved my first playthrough. I'm starting it back up ha ha, the game is very good and for free, there's so much effort put into it! Can't wait for what's next from LWMedia!

Nightmare Kart resembles a PS1 racing combat game & is if Mario Kart was Gothic or had a Nightmare Before Christmas Vibe to it & had souls like combat built into it.
This game is made up of different stages within different gothic atmospheres with different gothic characters but also has mini games such as being split into teams and battling each other as well as capture the flag while battling each other. In addition to this there is also boss battles and a main campaign to the game.
I give the game a solid 7.5/10! The game is free to play! It can be a challenging game with the battles and races are also interesting.

actual races aren't very challenging. you'll usually be first place, but you'll get hit with blue shells constantly and eventually die. if you fail the boost start at the beginning of a race you'll also lose the majority of your hp, so i never bothered with it...because why would i? that being said i still found myself preferring the races because of how many battle levels there were. combat in this game is also frustrating, about 90% of the weapons i got were guns with two bullets.
i'm tapping out at the level with nicholas running around. i restarted because the noble pistol just...doesn't respawn and i can't pick up the moon shard again. i'd rather not replay the other battles to get the rest of the shards so it's best if i leave it here. nightmare kart is stylish and visually appealing, but having to actually engage with it isn't great. part of me feels that if it wasn't based on [name of beloved game] it wouldn't have such high ratings.

I drove over a giant rat, shot someones head off, and then I picked up an atomic bomb. Also, they could've made this a $30 game and it would still get thousands of players, but no, they had to go and make their game free so more people could play it. :( (that was sarcastic)

For those whom haven't access to a Sony or Nintendo machine. This can somewhat relief the pain for free. It's a Bloodborne and Mario Kart mash up dripping with late 90s/00s aestethics, and again, FOR FREE!
no puedo creer que esto sea gratis, al principio solo esperaba un juego de karting típico, desde ya fue tremendo ver que tenía cinemáticas, pero lo mejor me lo llevé cuando vi que incluso tiene bossfights y uno que otro miniboss como la bestia clérigo jajajaja. las mecánicas se sienten simples como cualquier karting y fáciles de manejar rápidamente. ciertamente vale la pena para pasar el rato y apreciar los detalles si sos amante del bloodborne.

This turned out to be not as fun as was when it was being talked about, you know?
Simply put, the drifting mechanic is literally a 45 degree rotation, which isn't smooth, meaning you can't do a normal drift like in other games such as NFS or even Cars 2 : TVG. Also, the car's camera is too close to the car, which is kind of inconvenient.
The game is also too ADHD for me, you have to manage a lot of stuff at once.
It's pretty fun until you realize it has problems. I'd recommend it either way, but it's not for everyone.
