Ist ziemlich Retro und simpel aufgebaut ohne Schnickschnack. Ich selbst habe selbst ca. 20 Stunden mit dem Spiel verbracht und reicht völlig aus. Für alle Monster-RPG-Liebhaber ein nette und gute Einführung in die Nexo-Welt.

Случайно наткнулась на эту игру, потому что много лет хотела поиграть в классических Покемонов, но в виде ремастера. И вот я играю уже несколько дней и не могу нарадоваться. Наверное именно это хотела увидеть, когда покупала Летс го пикачу, а не то, что нам дали разработчики.
Плюсы:
+ В игре действительно имеет смысл прокачивать разных нексомонов. В классических играх достаточно было прокачать стартового покемона, чтобы пройти все арены.
+ У всех нексомонов разный набор атак, даже если они из одной стихии. И атаки легко переключать по желанию.
+ Нас постепенно вводят в игру и не нагружают боями в первые часы, а больше погружают в историю.
+ Очень большие локации, что делает прохождение интересным
+ Можно остановить эволюцию

Минусы:
- Внешний вид нексомонов. Лучше было сделать их 200 штук, но более уникальными. Многие выглядят как обычные животные, но с дополнительным глазом или волосами, что порой делает их нелепыми.
- Бесполезность вещей и некоторых механик, например нам дали удочку, но пока ей удалось порыбачить только в 1 месте. В Оригинале можно было рыбачить в любом водоеме.
- Отсутсвие карты, только в меню перемещения мы видим все регионы.
- Бесполезность NPC, люди в городах есть, их много, но смысла в них нет. Нам никто ничего не дает, никто ничему не учит, нет возможности обменяться на уникального нексомона.
- Только к 7 региону разрабочики вдруг вспомнили, что можно не просто развернуть игрока, а устроить препятствие на дороге. Иначе это выглядит странно, что мы пытаемся пройти, но нас не пускает наш помощник. Это в принципе проблема всех современных игр. Делать невидимые преграды, вместо настоящих.
В общем и целом, на игру не жалко потратить время.

Un buen juego casual de combate por turnos que se asemeja a "Pokemon" y, aún así, consigue destacar por sí solo gracias a una fórmula algo diferente a dicho título de videojuegos. Tiene una buena e interesante historia/narrativa; unos gráficos que, aunque no son tan de mi agrado, son buenos; y la dificultad es adecuada a cada circunstacia, pero fácil de sobrepasar muchas veces. Además, es apropiado para todas las edades y, a diferencia de muchos juegos, por breves momentos consigue romper la 4ª pared sin exageración.

Nexomon est à Pokémon ce que l'OSR (Old School Renaissance ou Revival) est à Dungeons & Dragons 2014/2024. Je vais expliquer.

Quand on regarde ce que les jeux de rôles OSR proposent, on a à faire à l'essence même des vieilles versions de D&D, à l'inverse des jeux comme D&D 2014/2024, Patfhinder 2 ou plus récemment Draw Steel.

Et ben Nexomon, c'est comme revenir à l'époque de Pokémon Rouge/Bleu/Jaune mais sans les soucis de l'époque comme l'équilibrage inexistant (le type psy était fumé, les types spectres et insectes ne servaient à rien, le critique était indexé sur la vitesse..) car le jeu est foutrement bien équilibré. Les visuels sont beaux, les musiques chouettes, l'histoire prenante, le nombre de Nexomon utiles conséquents..

Le jeu est plus dur et plus cru que Pokémon mais en même temps, bien mieux fait. On peut voir la rareté des Nexomon et s'ils évoluent ou pas, à quels niveaux ils apprennent leur attaques et des tas de petites choses du genre. On perd en complexité pour revenir au noyau dur des pokémon-like. Par exemple pas de mâle/ femelle, pas d'évolution hors par niveau, pas de nature ou de pouvoir caché. Cela m'a fait bizarre au début mais cela permet de se concentrer sur l'essentiel.

Don c'est un excellent pokémon-like pas cher, bien fichu. Hâte de tester le second opus!

At first I wasn't a big fan of the art style because it looks like Neopets but the gameplay outweighs everything. It's so much better than ANY pokemon game while still having that GBA feel. My only complaint is that sometimes you vibe with a really cool Nexomon and you find out it doesn't evolve in the wiki, but this is likely a features since it allows you to have a nice rotation and add new Nexomon in your party as you progress the game. Since there's so many Nexomon, the replayability is way higher.

O jogo é bom, nada muito extravagante, mas é bem honesto. A versão da Steam tem alguns bugs nos status dos Nexomon que confundem um pouco, além de outra questão sobre os ataques, mas é contornável com um pouco de atenção e esforço, mas poderia não ter. A história é bem surpreendente para a proposta do jogo, a gameplay é bem simples e rápidas mas ficam saturadas com o passar do tempo, as animações são simples e bem feitas. No geral é bem divertido se você jogar somente a história principal, mas se tentar completar a Dex vai se cansar.

the game is very entertaining with a story constantly full of surprises, like figuring out the characters have the rights to say "WHAT THE HELL?!" unlike the basic and sanitized all-ages games I'm used to. The animation is a bit lackluster but everything else hits the mark! The only changes I'd make to this game would be more detailed UI, like telling you what buttons to press for what actions, and more details given when changing a Nexomon's moves in the menu.

Now don’t get me wrong, I like the graphics; the artwork during cutscenes and dialogue and even the very Pokémon esc music. But the jokes were only tolerable, the story isn’t particularly different from a typical Pokémon game and man I just thought this game a bit boring. But if your looking far a game like Pokémon this isn't too bad of a title to look at.

Cons:
Too many Nexomon in small Areas

比預想還優秀的寶可夢遊戲。整體系統比寶可夢紅綠版還要簡單，不過劇情挺有趣的，寶可夢也設計得還算到位。另外 Steam 商店頁面雖然沒標示支援中文，但實際上是支援的。

缺點也稍微提一下，主要是捕捉寶可夢失敗後，選項會回到出招選項而不是捕捉選項，這點在遇到稀有寶可夢時有可能會導致玩家按錯打死寶可夢，非常糟心。個人建議在捕捉寶可夢時換成滑鼠操作，比較不會有閃失。

另外我想提的是與 NPC 對戰時對手換寵上場都能獲得額外一回合的出招機會，原本這機制讓我不太舒服，但我後來發覺這遊戲根本沒有出招速度的機制，玩家永遠取得先攻權，那麼對手換寵後表面上獲得額外一回合，實際上是變成對手先攻而已，並不影響公平性。

It is a creature-collection game focused on battles. The 2D graphics are simple yet very beautiful and well crafted. Just got all achievements on this game and I gotta say great game though definitely better with a guide, you can check online what monsters are catchable and where which I would advise if you intend to catch them all, used it for the post game wardens too, really you basically kind of have to research the entire map 2 times otherwise, 3 times in total to search the complete map (+inside houses and mazes and such). It doesn't have a area dex to check where a monster is in game, but with a guide (or a few guides) this game is not that bad to get everything on. All in all a great game with great art style that is unique.

Как клон покемонов (и, что приятно, старых — тех, что были до Switch) игрушка очень затянула. Прошел на одном дыхании в новогодние праздники.

Плюсы:
- приятный jrpg-геймплей с коллекционированием
- большое количество монстров
- на удивление, интересный сюжет и персонажи, да ещё и подано это всё с юмором и ломанием 4-ой стены
- после окончания основного сюжета (15 часов) дают пройти небольшое (5 часов) продолжение, где сложность немного вырастает

Минусы:
- нет русского языка, хотя и без него большая часть сюжета понятна
- странная кривая сложности: абсолютное большинство битв крайне легкие, и только битвы с финальными боссами (коих несколько — в основном сюжете и продолжении) реально заставляют попотеть
- возможность поимки легендарных монстров открывается после полного прохождения сюжета и не имеет никакого смысла кроме ачивок — грустно, можно было бы до битвы с финальными боссами усилиться, дабы упростить себе жизнь
- не хватает онлайна - тогда бы был смысл и от легендарных монстров для создания конкуренции в pvp-активностях

Цели собрать всех покемо... то есть нексомонов не ставлю, но, вероятно, поймаю всех легендарных под просмотр сериала на фоне. Ожидаю от второй части исправления недочетов первой (судя по описанию в стиме, русский язык там уже добавили).

Моя оценка - 9/10, так как минусы несущественные в контексте общего впечатления от игры.

I had dropped the Pokémon license a long time ago, as I felt it had not really grown with me.
That said, I still wanted to play a creature-catching game, but with a story that spoke to me more. That is the mindset in which I turned to Nexomon.

Positives

- A captivating and sincere story.
The narrative is engaging, and you can clearly feel that the developers had fun writing it. The story is not just a simple excuse for creature collecting. It genuinely makes you want to see how the adventure unfolds.

- Very strong creature designs.
The design of the Nexomons has nothing to envy Pokémon. The creatures are varied, inspired, and have a strong visual identity of their own.

- A wide variety of Nexomons.
The game offers enough creatures to build different teams depending on your playstyle. This encourages experimentation and prevents the experience from feeling repetitive.

- Well-designed characters and antagonists.
The character designs, including the antagonists, are well done. They have a real presence and contribute a lot to the personality and charm of the game’s universe.

Negatives

- A strategic depth that could be improved.
The combat system lacks depth at times. Many attacks are shared across most Nexomons, which reduces strategic variety. Even legendary Nexomons do not really have signature moves, which feels disappointing given their status.

- Some Nexomons deserved evolutions.
Certain Nexomons feel like they were meant to evolve but never do. This can make parts of the roster feel less rewarding to use in the long run, especially compared to others.

- An endgame that could have gone further.
The endgame content could have been expanded with something like a battle tower or combat arena. This would have allowed players to fully enjoy the new mechanics and Nexomons unlocked after completing the main story.

Conclusion

I really enjoyed the adventure Nexomon had to offer.
And Nexomon: Extinction, the sequel, goes even further and is an even better experience.

O objetivo segue a fórmula clássica: explorar o mapa, capturar nexomons, batalhar contra outros domadores e impedir que o vilão, seja quem for, domine o mundo. Possui as mesmas bases dos primeiros jogos tradicionais de Pokémon: tipos elementais, nexomons lendários (alguns totalmente sem história, bem pokémon!!) , evoluções geralmente em 3 estágios, combate em turnos, sistema de captura impactado por HP e efeitos de status, animações de ataques simples e fluídas, linearidade (você segue basicamente reto no mapa/história, até certo ponto).

Sem micro transações (que estavam presentes na versão mobile)!

Diferente da sobriedade de Pokémon, Nexomon não se leva a sério. O jogo é repleto de humor.

Tem BASTANTE pós-game!!! Já tem game 2, e o 3 está em desenvolvimento!

I had quite a bit of fun with this fun, relaxing, silly game. It took me a few years to really pick it up and stick to it as I prefer pixel art over this style which reminds me of old Java web games from way back. However, once I got past that, it became charming and grew on me. The gameplay is as you'd expect with this type of game turn based battles, a bit more simple than others, yet fun enough to finish it all the way through.

This is a good monster taming game for anyone looking for a Pokemon fix.

Combat is overly simple and fairly easy, though bosses can be difficult if you don't have the right team or enough items.

The plot starts out familiar and gets crazier over time. The humor is fun and light. It's pretty on-the-rails and there isn't much exploring to be done. I'm not a fan of how small each map zone is, as it means you end up spending a lot of time loading the next one.

Monster designs are fantastic and very much feel in the style of Pokemon.

This game has some bugs (like letting you walk over solid objects) and the way long text boxes expand is kind of weird. I also had 1 crash in my playthrough.

Overall, it was worth it. Especially since I got it on sale.

There are better monster taming games (Coromon, Casette Beasts, Monster Sanctuary, etc.) but this is a fun, simple, easy one that you can turn your brain off to and enjoy. No difficult tactics, no hyperfocusing on stats, No multiplayer/competitive scene. No complex puzzles. You just play through the story.

I give it a 7.5/10. Definitely worth a play if you're into this genre.

Ich spielte das Spiel bereits auf mehreren Geräten und nun auch auf dem Steamdeck und ich liebe es nach wie vor. Es spielt sich wie die alten Pokemon Spiele, als die noch spaß machten aber mit einer tollen Story. Ich will nicht einfach nur der Beste sein, sondern ich will meine Freundin retten und später, wenn man schon dabei ist, die ganze Welt, auch wenn alle meinen, es sei hoffnungslos. Feinde werden zu Freunden und nach 51 Stunden Spielzeit, hatte ich alle 310 Nexomon gefangen und alle Achievements erhalten. Ich liebe es, dass ich wahlweise mit Buttons oder Touch spielen kann. Aktuell warte ich sehnsüchtig auf den dritten Teil, also werde ich auch den zweiten nochmal auf dem Steamdeck probieren, da ich den zweiten bisher nur auf dem Handy gespielt habe. Ich konnte das Spiel wie den ersten komplett durchspielen, obwohl ich nur die ersten Nexomon im Team hatte, die ich im Spiel fand, also nicht die stärksten.

I have beaten the main storyline, which didn't take too long to do, it's fun for a pokemon clone, but it's got some graphical and mechanical issues to be aware of. the graphical issues are minor, but the game locks up in certain areas for no reason, and after you beat the main 'boss' if you use the teleport statue, that can cause your game to crash or lock up completely. These bugs are NOT hidden, so I am confident the devs at some point were made aware, and never got around to addressing them, and at this point I doubt they will. IF you choose to buy this game buy it on sale only, NOT at full price.

As a Pokemon player, this creature catching game is similar but on the easier side. Had fun playing it. Story was good with bits of humour here and there. Endgame content was a bit difficult but super satisfying. Managed to catch all Nexomons and complete all achievements. Looking forward to playing Nexomon: Extinction next.

Very fun game, enjoyed it like a classic Pokemon game. All single typing, choose a starter from every time a the game, no items to equip onto Nexomon, pretty clear cut. Combat seems more of just a who one shots who first which doesn't really change my play style but people who enjoy setting up won't enjoy it as much. No custom names, and no map. But tons of content, enjoyable story, funny moments. Overall good game.

Despite this game being an obvious nod off to Pokemon this game finds a way to actually be very fun and unique I really love the game and once I beat it definitely getting Nexomon Extinction! Another thing is the dialogue for the characters you come across is very comedic and a lot of personality was made for these characters so it’s extremely refreshing to see that!

Solid game. Haven't had this much fun with a monster tamer game that wasn't Pokemon since the Digimon Story Cyber Sleuth games. A warning, however: this is an indie game, and it shows. But you can tell that the creators had a lot of fun with this. The writing is funny and charming, the creatures are unique, cute and were clearly created with care, and the amount of detail in the environments and battle screens is pretty impressive. If you're looking for a game to scratch your pokemon itch that isn't pokemon, I would recommend this one.

C'est un pokemon like en plus cheap, d’ailleurs pourquoi big N n'a pas lancé ça nué d'avocat sur eux ????? Si vous souhaitez découvrir ce genre d'univers à moindre frais pourquoi pas, il est moins complexe que les pokemon (comme dit il est cheap) donc pour 8 euros (perso je les récup à 3 euros regrette pas l'achat)

Vraiment pas grand chose à en redire si vous connaissez pkm vous ne serez pas du-tout perdu, pour les autres comme dit avant c'est l’occasion de découvrir à moindre frais. Par contre quelques bugs mineurs et majeurs (merci la save auto) et quand à l'histoire osef à l'infini + 1 …

Mon gros pts noir c'est la RNG pour choper les légendaires en post end game, ce n'est pas à faire, dans pkm les légendaires sont fixes, ici non faut farmer en boucle une zone ou un légendaire peu spawn et croiser les doigts d'avoir le bon quand le combat ce lance, il me manque que Nara, il refuse de spawn par contre les autres légendaires je les ai en 15 exemplaires … car en plus ici un nexomon légendaire peu respawn après capture … débile … donc il me manque que lui pour 100% le jeu super et après 5h à changer d’écran en boucle pour faite spawn les légendaires ça devient SAOUL -_-

J'oubliais le jeu est en VF mais ça sens le google trad c'est tjs mieux que rien dirons nous

I love this game, the humor the monster designs the wacky story that is over the top but in a good way. The game is worth the money and you'll get your moneys worth. It's a great game and loves to make fun of its self, it's very self aware. It runs perfectly on the steam deck with no need to change any settings, and it doesn't drain the battery much so you can play for decent periods of time before needing to charge

Well worth the price and highly recommend if wanting to play a Pokemon like game

Nexomon really surprised me. It scratches the classic monster-collecting itch while bringing its own charm and attitude. What stood out the most for me? The monster designs. Unlike some of the recent Pokémon designs (looking at you, Vanillite, Klefki and Trubbish), Nexomon creatures actually look cool, creative, and sometimes even intimidating.

What I Liked:
Fantastic Monster Designs – Fresh, stylish, and memorable. A lot of effort clearly went into making the Nexomon feel unique.

Fun and Straightforward Gameplay – Turn-based battles, catching monsters, and leveling up—it all works well and feels snappy.

Humor and Writing – Light-hearted and often self-aware. Doesn’t take itself too seriously, and that works in its favor.

Clean Visuals – Bright, colorful 2D art with a retro-modern blend that looks great on screen.

Neutral/Mixed Points:
Simple Mechanics – While that’s part of its charm, don't expect deep or complex systems here. It's a more streamlined experience.

Basic Story – Serviceable, but not groundbreaking. It does enough to keep you moving forward.

What I Didn’t Like:
Repetitive at Times – Grinding can feel a bit tedious, especially if you're aiming to catch and level up a large Team.

Lack of QoL Features – Things like limited team management and a few missing UI conveniences can make it feel a bit dated.

Verdict:

If you grew up with classic Pokémon like Gen 1 and 2 but feel like the newer designs and direction have lost their edge, Nexomon is a great alternative. It's not trying to reinvent the genre, but it does bring back what made monster-catching fun in the first place—with more interesting monsters, a cheeky tone, and a nostalgic heart.

玩了二代来补一代，游戏体验真的很差，精灵固定种族，个体值，进化没有成长，只是换了个皮肤，看似图鉴种类众多实际上个体分布也极为接近，属性间的克制联防由于死亡后上场的精灵没有补偿回合，游戏体验也很差，玩起来说实话到后面很无聊，缺少精灵养成游戏的探索感，养成除了升级之外没有任何手段，每种属性精灵也是公用的一套技能池，相比二代真的差了太多，不推荐回来补这代剧情，不是很重要也真的很无聊

Can see the original elements from when it was an app, but the game is fun, story is nice, and Nexomon are interesting. Def a creature collector to get.

Juego de captura de monstruos bastante minimalista en donde su mayores fallas son en darle buenas herramientas al jugador para administrar las criaturas.

Originalmente el mundo solo estaba habitado por humanos, hasta que el mandamas de los Nexomon invadio la tierra con otros monstruos. El tiempo paso y los humanos lograron domar a los nexomon y derrotar al monstruo mayor. Han pasado los años y parece que algo malo se avecina, y como niños metiches que somos tendremos que averiguar que pasa.

Los mundos son extramadamente pequeños por lo que el flujo/ritmo de juego se siente rápido, pero esto conlleva el problema de que si quieres avanzar en la historia siempre tenderas a llevar las criaturas con mejores stats. Si te pones a jugar con tus nexomon favoritos, el grindeo que vas a tener que hacer va costarte tu tiempo. Mi recomendación para la primera vez que lo juegues, es que trates de superar con lo mejor que tengas en el momento, si te agrada el grinding y tienes tiempo para dedicarlo para subir a tus monstruos favoritos, pues dale.

Con respecto a la administración, le faltan cosas tan sencillas como ver que hacen los ataques desde el menú del Nexomon, por alguna razón para ver los efectos o el indice de daño te toca en batalla. Comparar estadisticas de los nexomon también es tedioso y la verdad no me quedan clara algunas categorias. Incluso no tiene algo tan básico como permitir colocar le apodos a los monstruos.

La historia es estilo caricatura, no esperes algo serio, se toman muchas libertades par explotar cliches y hacer tonterias, pero bueno, esta entretenida y genera curiosidad.

El juego tiene un precio oficial de $10 dólares ($4 en mi región), a pesar de todos sus demoles es bastante competente para ofrecerte una aventura, emocionarte con el siguiente monstruo que te va salir y darte la opción de cuanto deseas torturarte.

主线通关了，这个系列的剧情真不错，2代打完全成就后果断入手的1代，虽然各方面比2代弱一点，但整体来说还不错。
剧情方面一如既往的优秀，最后的战斗难度比2代容易，但是演出差点火候儿。
玩法方面，2代环境生物会随着玩家精灵等级提升而提升，1代不会，但1代的数值填的有点差，体验不到交互攻击的乐趣，一般都是属性克制+等级把对面压死或者被对面消耗（最大的槽点还是阵亡换精灵的时候，新出场的精灵先手，局内出招没有速度，玩起来没有2代过瘾）。
局内养成道具更是一绝（贬义），捡道具（那些金光闪闪的提示）有些给小补给，有些给重要道具（局内加速，经验共享，经验加成等），通关后我都不知道我漏什么了没。另外传送点开启的太慢了（这个似乎不影响，主要是方便后面抓精灵方便
总体还是相当不错的一款游戏，上手难度低，剧情优秀，强烈推荐！没玩过这个系列的可以先入手2代，打完之后喜欢的话入手1代，超值的体验！
二编：最大的缺点应该就是捕捉机制了，前期迷迷糊糊的，对面剩一滴血普通球抓7-8次还是抓不到，感觉挺迷人的，好在是黄金球给的多

En dos días le metí al vicio al juego y en dos días termino.

Las zonas son extremadamente cortas y volver atrás no es una opción, obtienes el acceso a los Tótem ya en juego bastante tardío, subir de nivel resulta muy tedioso y cansante al comienzo. Pensaba comprarme este juego en su versión para Móviles, pero opté por comprarlo en PC ya que estaba en descuento y me resultaban más cómodos los controles, ya que el Joystick en Móvil no es fijo y que estresante arrastrar todo el dedo por la pantalla completa para avanzar un Pixel, no iba pasar por ese martirio, además, aquí se me facilitó tener acceso a múltiples accesorios que facilitan mí aventura, ya que en Móvil los tenía que comprar... xD

Le iba dar una mala reseña, ya que en todo el transcurso del juego me quedé "... y bien, a que hora empieza lo bueno?". Acabé la historia principal y casi me duermo, pero- El Post-Game es hermoso, me cautivo y divirtió totalmente aventurarme por el Inframundo, me olvidé totalmente de lo tedioso que es caminar 2km para llegar a un Tótem y cambiar de zona, y... Nuevamente caí en descenso con las tareas extras de Zeigler (65), y los hijos de Omnicron, cada vez que el radar de mrd pillaba algo era Grunda... xDddd 30 GRUNDRAS GUARDADOS EN EL PC!!!

En fin, en está primera entrega da mucho que desear, por suerte Nexomon: Extincion está muuucho mejor desarrollado :³ aunque... ¡¿CUÁL ES LA NECESIDAD DE QUE LOS EFECTOS SEAN ETERNOS?! AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH

Pokemon stripped of all complexity and detail, in a world about half the size of RBY that somehow crams 300+ monsters into it, and they can only learn from a very shallow movepool of redundant attack types. At least the story didn't have the nerve to take itself too seriously.

Tras 40 horas jugadas he de decir que como juego de móvil que era no está mal, tiene algunos problemas, que leyendo en foros y páginas he podido ir solucionando para obtener los 310 nexomons (si no capturas a Alpoca al principio, luego tendrás que conseguir su evolución, y en el postgame, volverlo a nivel 5, salir del juego y volver a abrirlo, con eso se soluciona) y encontrar a los 65 guardianes, si no es con una guía, me quedé atascado sin encontrar a dos de ellos(Uno en la tienda de la ciudad fantasma y el otro en la selva perdido). Espero que os haya ayudado mi comentario.

In combat you defeat a nexomon and the next one coming in has a free attack against you. Attacks that paralize, confuse, etc, are overpowered, affecting 100% of the time. Losing like this is frustrating and annoying, and winning like this is boring and pointless. No strategy. Just try to hit with the attack which hits the hardest.
Many nexomon in appearance, and very cute all of them, but in stats they are mostly the same. Around same attack, and around same defense. No real possibility of orienting your team towards one plan. Nexomon evolve but only change in appearance, their stats remain unchanged.
When selecting which attacks you want to be active in a certain nexomon, it doesn´t tell you their power or accuracy, just a brief description (shocks the enemy nexomon, for example) which is not enough to know what it does.
The database is quite difficult to manuever, especially when you already have seen many nexomon
