Si bien hay puntos como que la historia le encanta simplificarse y acomplejarse sin motivo alguno, y que cuando hay demasiados enemigos juntos te golpean cosas que en teoría no deberían (sin sumar los movimientos que uno intenta hacer y simplemente no salen), puedo decir que este ha sido un brawler bastante divertido.

La rejugabilidad es para modificadores y cosmetícos, cosa que en lo personal no me interesaba después de haber conseguido la cabeza de caballo, pero asumo que se presta para una que otra run mejorando tiempo y variando combos, es un juego muy corto al final al cabo pero es precisamente porque no trata de extenderse de forma innecesaria, el core del juego esta en volver a hacer los niveles por los restos y demás.

So I just finished this one!
I am still having an adrenaline rush!
As someone who played Hotline Miami I was going in with the right mindset but boy oh boy. Shooting up a few rooms is definitely different than going the martial arts way. I have to admit... the latter is actually much more interesting!

This is first and foremost a challenge game and a difficult one as well. You are expected to first play through all 40 levels once to get through the story and have the mechanics memorised. After the ending the real fun begins. Go for all the different challenges to unlock new stuff and believe me there is A LOT to unlock! Mostly cosmetics though but if you have a stylish fighter you want to look stylish while doing it. Makes sense right?
And the style is what they manage to land around 80-90% of the game. Some levels feel a bit atrocious when you not yet know how to properly handle enemies with guns but after some trial and error you will crack that puzzle as well.
Have I already said how stylish the fighting is? Well! Have to talk about that again! No but seriously. Fighting is very fluid and getting killed feels almost never unfair and is due to you making a mistake. In these kind of games that is quite the feat. Fighting in general feels like a of The Raid and John Wick with some Sifu (on steroids) sprinkled in here and there.

The story is... there. But lets be honest. That was kind of to be expected that it will not blow your mind here. They tried to tell a story with some twists and turns but it never really has it hooks into you and sometimes stop your rage. Luckily once you have beaten the level you can auto skip the story sequences.
The music does it's part of keeping you pumped really well. Although I am not a techno dude I felt pumped going into every fight. Rip and Tear approved!

A solid 7/10 game and there is no need to wait for a discount. If you are looking for a Hotline Miami inspired game or just like to beat stuff up in some cool ways then go ahead and grab this one!

And once you started the game... Don't. Ever. Stop. It's called "Midnight Fight EXPRESS" for a reason!

What do you get when you combine Batman Arkham style combat with the intensity of Hotline Miami’s close quarters killing sprees? I don’t know, actually. Anyway, Midnight Fight Express is one of the best 3D brawlers I’ve played in a while.

The City of Tomorrow has been brought to its knees, under siege by a coordinated attack from the worst street gangs in town, and the only one who can stop them is a sleeper agent only known as Babyface, and the flying drone that has activated him. While the story is more excuse than plot, it does its job of taking the player through a variety of scenes and scenarios. Most of them are squarely in the mold of a gritty crime action movie. Admittedly, there are also a few lapses into more wacky videogame moments too.

Midnight Fight Express mostly plays as a top down brawler, with the player moving through the stages from one scuffle to the next, using their fists and anything they can pick up to dispatch their enemies. What makes it special is that while you start out with a pretty standard moveset, there are a ton of additional moves that you can unlock throughout the course of the game.

Almost any cool fight scene you can think of can be recreated here. You want to throw a guy against a wall before kneeing his face against it? You want to ground a guy and pound on his face until it’s a bloody paste? You want to kick a chair at one guy, before parrying and disarming another guy with a knife, before throwing it at another guy’s head? You want to disarm a guy with a pistol before shooting them and the other two thugs they were running with? You can. You’re always outnumbered, but you’re never out of options.

And you better get good at using them, because although you usually won’t die in one hit, even at default difficulty the game won’t tolerate many mistakes before you’re the one eating dirt. Thankfully there are difficulty settings for people who want an easier, or even harder time with it, but either way, this won’t be game for people who can’t take a few losses in stride.

Despite the combat mostly being fast and fluid, there are occasional spots of frustration, mostly when you and Babyface disagree on what enemy you should be focusing your attention on. There’s nothing quite like trying to take out the heavy holding a shotgun, only for your character to start wailing away at the goober standing next to them.

The game features 40 stages that will take you through the dingy streets and back alleys of the City of Tomorrow. While that sounds like a high number, most stages are easily cleared under five minutes. A start to finish playthrough of the game will take most people about six or seven hours, but going for 100% completion will take much longer as the game is designed with a heavy emphasis on replayability. Once a stage is completed the first time, players can go back to them and complete secondary objectives to unlock more costume pieces, full character skins and cheats.

The game even lets you shut the dialogue off, if you just want to cut the yapping and get to the ultraviolence.

My biggest gripe with the game, and I know this will sound silly to some, but it’s a hang up for me. My biggest gripe with the game is that it doesn’t allow you to replay the introduction stage outside of starting a new game and erasing all of your progress and unlocks. As one of those cursed few who do like to follow the plot of their games, not being able to start MFE from the very beginning is a sore spot that sours the idea of coming back for more of it.

If you can forgive that nitpick, then I say go for it. Once you get into the swing of things, it’s easy to pick the game up for a few minutes, let off some steam by breaking a few faces and then moving on with your day.

Its a solid brawler/beat'em up with a good variety of enemies and cool skills to unlock. Unfortunately about half way in, guns gobble up all the attention. They are the weaker part of the game, you just grab a gun, kill a pack, and use any gun they dropped to kill the next pack and so on.
I think its a classic case of "less is more", if the game was shorter but more focused in the fights themselves, it would be a thumbs up, but as it is right now, I feel this is a solid brawler with a weird isometric shooter shoehorned in.

Наконец-то закончил эту игру (не мог взяться за нее около года или более).

Это прям плотный навал экшена. Чисто меситься в рукопашку здесь очень приятно. Уровни короткие, но их много. Музыка долбит, своего бойца можно приодеть во все что мама пожелает.

Когда-нибудь вернусь еще раз чтобы добить все ачивки и испытания, а пока... 9/10

[h1]Solid Beat ‘Em Up From a Solo Dev![/h1]
Fun game with good crunchy combat. You unlock a ton of moves, upgrades, and cosmetics after each stage and there’s also some pretty cool cheats to unlock that require you to play at a skillful speed.

The game’s combat is very Arkham inspired but it still does enough of its own thing to make it fresh. Namely how surprisingly good the gunplay can be at times. The game is also pretty challenging in the later stages which offers a solid conclusion to its hectic story.

My biggest gripe was probably the cemetery level where you have to fight zombies. That level was God awful and I seriously wish it was cut. That and also some of the music which can be repetitive.

Still, great game, insanely impressive for a solo developer effort, absolutely check it out if you want something quick and dirty to kill time with.

An isometric beat-em-up where you play as a guy who forgot everything and is in search for answers.. (hmm where did I hear that before?) lol

PROS
+ COMBAT is the main pull of the game. It's Batman Arkham combat in top-down view ala Hotline Miami. Aside from the weapons lying around, you get to unlock a side-arm with different kinds of bullet later and a rope that has multiple features too like electrocution, pull to clothesline. I really loved the pro-wrestling moves the game gives you.
+ With it's light-hearted humor and art style, the game can be brutal at times which really surprised me.
+ Soundtrack is good. Not Hotline Miami good but still not bad.
+ A very good lot of enemy variety. Every mission introduces you to new ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ dudes.
+ Very good performance on the Deck

HIT OR MISS
? Art style is a bit cartoonish for my taste, especially, if the game is all about violence
? Story was like your run-of-the-mill cliche amnesiac evil-doer going 180 but it delivered a fresh kind of twist when I was about done with the game. It's not really that interesting though
? Wish there more things your sidekick can do on actual missions
? Guns aren't fun when using a controller because: the camera doesn't pan that far, there's no crosshair and you're just blindly shooting on the direction youre aiming, and there's no target lock

CONS
- I played mostly on the deck or with a controller and I hate missions that were mostly shooting (looking at you, zombie mission). There were a total of about 2-3 missions but that were the worst experiences I had with this game since there is no option to lock with the enemy you're targeting or at least placing a cross(hair) like when using kb+m.

John Wick and Batman meets Hotline Miami. What more can I say? For the price, you'll have great fun with it.

I watched a YT video recommending games for the Deck and this came up. At first I was unsure as I'm not super into this style of game. But I decided to give it a chance and I am SO glad that I did.

The game itself runs flawlessly on high settings on my handheld device, supports proper controller input and so far has not had any real bugs or issues. The soundtrack is utterly incredible and pulls you further into the gritty, brutal style of the game.

The art style feels like a John Wick movie turned into a cartoon and the gameplay supports that thread, the fighting is fluid and addictive, making you want to find new ways to approach each combat area and chain your moves together while also adding a frantic, fast paced nature when switching between hand to hand, weapons and firearms.

Overall this game has easily become one of my top games to play while on the go or laying in bed and needing to blow off some steam.

Highly recommend.

I bought this game on sale because I was looking for something to scratch that Sifu itch. Welp, I guess I should've just played that game again...

To be fair, that itch was scratched, sort of. The fighting here is solid enough that, at its peak, it manages to replicate some John Wick-esque moments. It's all very frenetic and well-animated.

But ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥, everything else here is blander than hospital food. I'm shocked that other people barely mention the lack of a solid art direction here: Midnight Fight Express definitely feels like a game made exclusively by a programmer. All characters look like these boring little models that you'd see in the pre-alpha version of a game. Not to mention the extremely boring UI. Everything in this game looks like placeholder art!

And there's the music that is trying to gaslight you into thinking that Midnight Express Fight has style. It's just constant rave-like music in every level that gets boring after a while because it's trying to complement a style that just isn't there. Think Hotline Miami without the psychedelic visuals and dreamy quality of the story. The soundtrack wouldn't have hit as hard without those other elements.

And Midnight Fight Express has a story that I'm not even gonna bother talking about. It's dumb and nonsensical, not even in a fun way. It could have been fun if, you know, there was some sauce here.

I'm being very critical but I didn't hate this game. I did finish it. Like I said, the combat here works well enough and thankfully, it's only 6 hours long. But in summary: combat okay, everything else severely undercooked.

Одним словом - ВЕСЕЛО! Каждый раз влетая в любую драку, ты перекатываешься между противниками, одних парируешь, других обезоруживаешь, третьих вообще берёшь и кидаешь в толпу и это всё без сложных комбинаций на 10+ кнопок, а что уж там под конец игры происходит, ты уже буквально всех крутишь-вертишь, станишь, взрываешь, и это ты ещё оружие не подобрал.
[h2] Враги [/h2]
Глобально здесь 2 типа врагов (Обычный человек и жирный, всё остальное опустим это их модификации), 1-ый тип - обычный человек, который может быть с оружием с щитом или вообще с голыми руками, его можно сразу бить и наносить урон (чем дальше проходим игру, тем больше будут попадаться такие враги, но уже с полоской стойкости)
2-ой тип - жирный мужичок, тоже могут быть с оружием, но чаще всё таки без, а вот полоска стойкости у них есть всегда и чем дальше проходим по уровням, тем больше она становится. Пока мы не выбьем у них стойкость, урона мы не нанесём
Все остальные типы - это зомби, качки, стриптизёрши, солдаты, пожарные, морячки и т.д и т.п. У некоторых из них есть интересные специальные атаки, но в общем превалирует 2 типа. Благодаря этому ты постоянно оцениваешь, кто для тебя более важная цель и как вообще с ним надо взаимодействовать, кого на расстоянии проще расстрелять, а кого лучше подпустить поближе.
[h2] Комбо-вомбо [/h2]
Разнообразие разных атак и комбо поражает своей простой и количеством. Тут есть и разные парирования, и прыжки между врагами, и кручение их на верёвке, можно буквально запрыгнуть на врага и вбить его голову в бетон, а можно взять врага подвести к какому-нибудь объекту и просто уничтожить, а также можно пинать коробки метать кирпичи и многое другое. Весь этот арсенал приёмов позволяет получать море удовольствия, когда ты его по максимуму используешь.
[h2] Оружие [/h2]
Здесь разработчики постарались, и вы найдете здесь столько всего чем можно драться и из чего можно стрелять. От молотка, до огромной рыбы, от гарпуна, до гранатомёта.
Но у каждого оружия есть и особенности
Режущее - может моментально убить любого врага (кроме босса), также зависит от размера. И может разрубить врага, что просто выглядит очень зрелищно
Дробящее - здесь в общем-то только нанесение урона и всё
Огнестрельное - имеет очень красивые добивания по Джон Уиковски, а также позволяет не только из него стрелять, но и драться, когда кончатся патроны, правда прочность невелика
Метательное - это здесь буквально всё, можно метнуть всё что угодно во врагов, от кирпича, до кувалды.
И на каждой локации своё оружие, которое подходит под само окружение и врагов.
[h2] Уровни, персонажи, испытания[/h2]
Уровни здесь, коридорные, с небольшим пространством для исследования, что очень хорошо, потому что темп игры всё таки, почти обязывает, лететь вперёд и уничтожать супостатов. А их наполнение вызовёт у вас либо приступ смеха, либо хотя бы улыбочку, потому что юмора в монологах, диалогах и отсылках здесь, просто ВАГОН, при этом они не успевают надоесть, они хорошо разбавляются более сосредоточенными уровнями, когда вам нужно пробиваться сквозь толпы врагов проходя комнату за комнатой.
Испытания - открываются после прохождения уровня, и там уже появляются особенные условия с которыми надо пройти уровень (Не умереть, не пинать предметы, найти какие-то, или каким-то определённым способом убить врагов), при выполнении этих условий, не обязательно все сразу, вам дают косметику, а при прохождении уровня на S и выполнении всех доп заданий, вы получите ещё какой-нибудь забавный модификатор, например увеличение голов.
[h2] Музыка [/h2]
Здесь просто 9/10 электронная музыка, под которую хочется разносить всем лица налево и направо. 9 из 10, потому что ближе к концу было пару треков, которые были, на мой взгляд невзрачные.

[h1] Вывод[/h1]
Идеальная игра, которая позволит вам вдоволь развлечься не только тем, как вы всех разносите налево и направо, но и тем в каких ситуациях вы это делаете, игра держит вас постоянно в тонусе и не даёт заскучать.

Midnight Fight Express é um potencial disperdiçado. O jogo tem um combate ok, estilo legal e uma história pra cobrir buraco. O level design não é ruim, tirando a fase do Cemitério e a boss fight da Rainha Escorpião, que são um saco de fazer. O Droninho fala demais durante a gameplay; a cada 30 segundos você tem que ficar parado lendo os balões de texto daquele maldito. O jogo tem um problema de identidade: não sabe se vai ser de tiroteio ou de luta, nem se vai ser sério ou um jogo zoeiro — com direito a fase tendo até o Big Smoke. Não tem suporte a mods e isso piora tudo. Eu só listei os problemas porque está dando preguiça de listar as coisas boas. É um jogo legal, porém não vale o preço. Ele só fica com 50% de desconto nas promoções e nem por esse valor vale a pena; recomendo comprar com 75% ou menos ainda

Bought this on sale and I feel like I should CashApp the dev the rest of the money I saved. In a world of incomplete games loaded with paid dlc for every level and article of clothing, this game stands out for its large variety of levels, skins (including all NPCs in the game- even bosses!) creativeness, online leaderboards .challenges and customization- all FREE. I may have misunderstood but I believe this game was made by a single person. It's a fun game if you like button mashing beat'em ups. There is an endless amount of weapons to pick up from the ground or from enemies, a skill tree to enhance your characters abilities, and a practice arena to hone your killing. There is a ton of blood, gore and some awesome karate to kill your victims in a variety of different ways. 9.5/10. Its a must buy if you like these types of games.

The story is dumb as ^#%@$, but this game is not about the story... and the fighting really kicks ass! Loved it! It's something in between "Mother Russia bleeds", "Not a Hero" and with a bit of "Miami Hotline" vibe.

Gra może nie jest zbyt długa ani też fabuła nie należy do najbardziej wyszukanych, ale za to nadrabia sporą satysfakcją i przyjemnością z gry. Mniej więcej tak sobie właśnie wyobrażam "prawdziwą" grę o Johnie Wicku... choć tutaj to bardziej do Jasona Bourne'a jest podobna.

За одну только музыку написанную исполнителем Noisecream тут можно смело ставить 10\10
по боёвке это как бэтмен, но на стероидах, удары, увороты, контрудары с вкуснейшими анимациями и звуком
огромное множество отсылок на игры (хотлайн майами с которой есть ПРЯМЕЙШАЯ отсылка) фильмы (например бойцовский клуб)
и эта игра как John Wik Hex если бы это было хорошей игрой
из минусов: сюжет чисто для галочки (но лор там просто безбашенно ржачный, один из персонажей получил прозвище Улитка, за то что оставил огромный черкаш на полу), иногда бывают душные моменты, и отсутствие импакта от ударов

A trilha sonora é bem legal, acho que as músicas podiam ser um pouco mais porradeiras mas é opinião pessoal.

A história incrivelmente me chamou a atenção e me agradou bastante, mesmo sendo um jogo focado na gameplay, tem um plot legal que te incentiva a descobrir sobre ele.

Game was so good I 100% it. Fighting is satisfying, there may be a lot more firearms at the end of the game but it doesn't influence too much since you can dodge out of the way, disarm them and steal their weapon in one swift motion. I highly recommend this game.

Отличный битемап с видом сверху с неплохой графикой, отличной музыкой, шикарным импактом от ударов, правда, они тут шикарные. С хорошей боевой системой, хоть для того что бы ее полностью получить, нужно игру один раз пройти. Сюжет в игре неплох, уровни разнообразные, испытания хорошие тоже. Рекомендую настоятельно. Музыку делал, кстати, Noisecream, который писал так же для мой друг педро и робоквест

this game is amazing.
i bought cause i love these type of fighting mechanics , and i was genuinely amazed, l the fighting is to fun to describe with words. with the types of enemies you have to adapt too, and all of the envioremental weapons that are needed to beat some butt. AND THE STORY. THE STORY GENEUINELY BLEW MY SOCKS OFF. there were a few things i predicted but majority of the time it kept me guessing.

I absolutely recommend playing this game start to finish, truly an amazing play through.
(i bought at like 12am today and it is now 5:06am and i just finished the story)

Аxyенно . Прошел за вечер , не жалею ни копейки потраченной на игру . Это смесь хотлайн майами , шифу и руинера . Сидел потел как свoлочь от всего пи3деца на мониторе , очень клево и динамично . Музыка не зaeбывает , уровни интересные , мало духоты . Были конечно 2 момента , это уровень с зомби , уж сильно душный уровень , и е6учий трактор , я реально потел на тракторе ибо хитбокс у этой молотилки больше чем модель , поэтому я превращался постоянно в фарш . Может быть еще раз перепройду . Игра МАСТ ХЭВ , рекомендую !

我刚开始以为《午夜格斗快车》跟《我的朋友佩德罗》是一个制作组的，主角开局失忆，会飞的随从，摩托战，一路上杀掉自己曾经熟悉的人，UI，美术风格如此相似，就连关卡结束后的Gif生成都一模一样，结果不是一个作者。。。
回到正文，作为一个动作游戏，《午夜格斗快车》的动作无比帅气，丝毫不拖泥带水，有场景处决，夺械，防反等等，枪械方面有步枪，手枪，散弹枪，冲锋枪，大狙，可以说既可以体验叶问以一抵十拳拳到肉的畅快，又可以体验John wick两发身子一枪头的果断畅快。
不过有时在枪里有子弹的情况下，明明右键＋左键已经摁死了，人物还是会自己拿枪上去抡人
接下来就到我最想吐槽的环节了，作为一个战斗爽的动作游戏，后期你设计个免疫抓技，拳头，武器，只能用爆炸物击杀的肉山是干三小？是怕我玩得太爽了吗？更别提速度快，近战僵直不够就会被咬一格血，且会月下无限连的僵尸了！谢咩蒙啊，会不会设计boss战？我后面死的次数都没蝎后这关多，每波都会刷新一个爆炸物跟三个小怪，结果扔爆炸物是会自动索敌到离自己最近的敌人的，我特么不知道玉碎了多少次，每次想夺械敌人都会被另一个用绳索拉过去被蝎后做成肉馅，你是人啊？？？你做这关的时候到底自己有没有亲自玩过？？？
总而言之，满分10我只给5分，慎重入手

Came across this game in a YouTube round-up of great Steam Deck games, and, since it has combat very similar to the Batman Arkham games (the greatest beat-em-up games ever made, IMO), I gave it a shot. Really glad I did, I've been playing it on my Steam Deck every day for a week, and replaying all of the levels (even before finishing the game) to complete challenges. There are some really frustrating levels and challenges, but if all you want is a fun beat-em-up to burn through, you can do that, too. Excellent game.

Очень хорошая рубиловка. Музыка и анимации на высоте. Очень динамично, и если использовать разные приёмы, выходит ОЧЕНЬ красивое месиво.
Единственное, что прям реально подбесило - ближе к концу игры люто начинают душить. Дальше спойлеры и перечисление таких моментов:
[spoiler]1) Вертолёты, которые сносят с одного выстрела
2) Зомби... это вообще неадекватно бесячая дичь, которая хватает, иногда не давая уклониться нормально. жирные и много урона
3) Босс-комбайн полная жопа: в узком пространстве сдыхаешь чисто из-за станов или отбрасываниями от взрывов. А если профукал одну пушку - рискуешь начать босс файт знаново, ибо зарубят на скоростях
4) Босс робот... Блееее... Просто спамят всем, чем можно, и дракой не насладиться: вечно приходится убегать за палкой или гранатой. Динамика убитая[/spoiler]

В остальном игра очень хороша. Идёт правда местами слишком быстро: игра гонит твистами на разные темы, и за 3-5 уровней новый "важный" босс. Но геймплей затягивает. Разнообразие врагов радует

Let me just say, holy ♥♥♥♥. This game is wonderful, however, before I get into what I absolutely loved and cherished about the game, I do have some gripes (my first playthrough was on Hard so maybe that had some bearing on my opinions).
If you've played Sleeping Dogs, the Arkham games, or games similar to those gameplay formulas, you should fair quite well in this game. Lets get to my personal gripes, the game sometimes felt unfair per se, like I said, I was on Hard (you cannot regen, meaning you are stuck to whatever HP you have, which wasn't the underlying issue as it encouraged thoughtful courses of action on the fly), however some bosses are quite lackluster and were sometimes unbearably annoying, take the boss fight around the end of the 2nd quarter, it's an auto-scrolling boss fight where the threat is ahead of you and you have to combat the enemies whilst also fighting against the clock as the heavy machinery the boss is operating eventually ends up outpacing you, which was odd seeing as the level introduced a new tool to the player that they had no use for during this fight, that being said, the sections before the boss were great as it introduced the strengths and limitations of said tool. As for abilities, most abilities had some purpose for being used in some if not most scenarios, however, there was one move that I used, maybe one or twice(?) effectively. It was a special move, a big, over the top, slam down into the ground, causing a crater, doing A.O.E damage, however, it could be blocked and it uses all of your Focus meter. Barring that, all other abilities had some use where it would be somewhat consistent. As for the guns in the game? I didn't use them much unless I had no other options, take enemies immune to damage barring explosives, though they were far and few, it forced the use of explosives, which wasn't a bad thing, however the level they were introduced made it more difficult to ease the player in on the mechanic and in subsequent levels, these enemies became an outright joke if you know what you're doing.
Let's get into what makes this game interesting. There's two things: Gimmicks and Upgrades. Let's start with how your upgrades work. Each level (upon completion) gives one skill point, 40 levels means 40 skill points, and there also happens to be 40 skills in the game. At first you are locked to 4 of the 6 skill trees as 2 of them are locked behind the tools you unlock through natural progression in the game (i.e. going through the levels). You can freely choose what skills to grab without being locked to a single tree before being able to move on to another tree, you can also disable some of the skills you unlock (granted you won't get the skill points back for disabling them). As for gimmicks, there's a lot of them, from sniper fire you have to dodge (don't worry, it's not overbearing), to a shipping container that can crush you, there's a lot, and getting into all of them would take too long, that's not to say they're all good or interesting. Take a mechanic that's used several times, a wide sweeping ray of gunfire or some sort of beam being shot at you, the first time it's use you're able to use it against your enemies, having them be in the line of fire, as for the second time, it's a non-damaging beam of water that causes ragdoll. The third time however is by far the worst, as it's a near one-shot kill like the first one, however you're not given the open space and weapons are a risky option to use as a means of quickly dispersing enemy crowds as some enemies in the area are able to counter weapon-based attacks from the player. Unlike the first time this gimmick/mechanic is introduced, you cannot use the hail of bullets to kill your opponents. Barring that, the rest of that level is great. There are some other iffy gimmicks that I hadn't gone over like enemies that are immortal to all attacks barring certain weapons, however with enough patience and planning, the fight is more than doable. Additionally, there are some levels (I believe three or four total), that move away from the combat and move into a more top-down shooter formula that differs between those aforementioned few levels, so if you aren't the greatest at those kinds of games or are concerned about the gameplay regarding those levels, I highly advise looking up a walkthrough of the game or at least those certain levels.
So what would I rate this game? I'd rate it a solid 8.7/10. I loved the combat, it has a low skill floor with a high skill ceiling, allowing for not only in-depth deep dives into the game's different systems, but also player expression as you have full control of what you unlock first. In saying this, I'm aware of its many flaws, however I can excuse some lesser issues with the game's overall balancing as this was a game made by a single developer. It's a great game, granted with some flaws. For the most part, the balancing was good, no one ability felt too overpowered nor did enemies feel too difficult to beat.

處決爽快很多武器可以使用甚至都有配個專屬處決
戰鬥體驗很有成龍電影跟John Wick的感覺

但是戰鬥體驗大概從一開始到最後都是90%像
甚至有些關卡設計的極度白癡,幾乎可以算是在噁心玩家
敵人看似種類很多,但大部分就是換個skin再登場
還要放個登場介紹拖你時間

總之算是不錯的小品 6/10分吧

Its a good game with fun arkham type fighting. At first I thought it was bad because you autolock on to enemies, and your spacing is a bit weird, it seemed too easy. But the game pushes you to fight fast to get S ranks and this makes it fun.

The levels and enemies are very creative and theres a good soundtrack.

Its not as good as Sifu but its a decent game if you like Hotline Miami type games.

People saying the enemies with guns make the game unfair arent using i frames or throws. Its not difficult.

I love it!

The way this game makes you carry out a coreography filled with fists, gunshots (and sometimes explosions) along with the stellar soundtrack makes you feel like a re-incarnation of John Wick, it's great and I've loved it since I finished the first stage.
